- 0:08Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous. It is La La Kent with Randall.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Yes, we are back.
- 0:14Speaker 3: I'm excited for today today.
- 0:16Speaker 4: People I think are going to be really really shocked
- 0:19Speaker 4: in like the best way because we have one of
- 0:21Speaker 4: my closest friends on and your friend Nick Ritchie.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Yes, Randa loves a good clap entrance.
- 0:28Speaker 4: All right, So before I bring Nick out, I just
- 0:30Speaker 4: want to say a couple of things. Nick is a entrepreneur,
- 0:34Speaker 4: very successful, has built big businesses, and he'll go into that.
- 0:39Speaker 4: And then also, there's a lot going on in the
- 0:40Speaker 4: media today with Nick that we've been reading about, and
- 0:43Speaker 4: I really want to kind of get underneath the hood
- 0:46Speaker 4: and figure out what is going on there. I know
- 0:49Speaker 4: a lot because we're friends, but I think people will
- 0:51Speaker 4: be shocked to hear Nick Is also told me law
- 0:55Speaker 4: that today is the last day he's going to talk
- 0:58Speaker 4: about what is going on the press forever. He's wow, Yeah,
- 1:02Speaker 4: that's it, Like this is it. He wants to put
- 1:04Speaker 4: it all on the table today here at our podcast,
- 1:07Speaker 4: leave it out there, and that's it. So I commend
- 1:11Speaker 4: him for the bravery of coming out and talking about,
- 1:15Speaker 4: you know, his feelings.
- 1:16Speaker 2: And what's going on in this family.
- 1:18Speaker 4: Because people go through stuff all the time, but to
- 1:21Speaker 4: do it, you know, in a place like this, you know,
- 1:23Speaker 4: take some bravery. So I'm interested to hear. So let's
- 1:26Speaker 4: bring that up.
- 1:27Speaker 3: What's up?
- 1:27Speaker 1: Nick?
- 1:28Speaker 2: Hey? Guys? How are you hey? Nick?
- 1:30Speaker 1: Can I tell you Nick? His podcast? Do you remember you?
- 1:33Speaker 1: Were the first podcast that I ever did?
- 1:36Speaker 3: Yeah, it was James.
- 1:37Speaker 2: I was one of the tog podcasters before podcasting was
- 1:41Speaker 2: a thing. I invented podcasting.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Wow, you're also responsible for like why the Internet is
- 1:47Speaker 1: the way the Internet is today.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Yes, I invented the internet as well. In all seriousness. Yeah,
- 1:57Speaker 2: and it's crazy because I have been looking back at
- 2:00Speaker 2: my life over the past weeks and going into this
- 2:03Speaker 2: dark phase of trying to rediscover who I am because
- 2:07Speaker 2: I was so lost over the last decade in family
- 2:10Speaker 2: and marriage and whatnot. But yeah, I created that website,
- 2:14Speaker 2: the Dirty dot Com, which I'm not part of anymore.
- 2:16Speaker 2: I sold it like four years ago, so.
- 2:18Speaker 4: Real quick for people, because obviously if you've been living
- 2:21Speaker 4: under a rock you then don't know, but most people do,
- 2:24Speaker 4: just real quick in a snapshot. You started a site
- 2:28Speaker 4: called the Dirty dot Com? How many years ago? And
- 2:30Speaker 4: how did it start?
- 2:31Speaker 2: You know?
- 2:31Speaker 4: Give us a summary, and then how did it become
- 2:33Speaker 4: so big? And then why did you step away?
- 2:37Speaker 2: In two thousand and six was the rise of reality TV.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Survivor was going The Apprentice, different reality shows, and I thought,
- 2:46Speaker 2: you know, reality TV was so big, why has no
- 2:48Speaker 2: one thought of reality Internet? So my thing was I
- 2:52Speaker 2: was in Scottsdale, and at that time, Scottsdale was kind
- 2:55Speaker 2: of like the Dubai of America. I call it. It
- 2:57Speaker 2: was just the hidden It was a hidden secret in
- 3:00Speaker 2: the world, right. You know, everyone was gorgeous and the
- 3:03Speaker 2: women were beautiful in the cars, and everyone was a
- 3:06Speaker 2: thirty K millionaire. You know, you had thirty thousand dollars,
- 3:08Speaker 2: you could be a millionaire in Scottsdale. Wow. So I
- 3:12Speaker 2: showcased it. I just cut it out there and it
- 3:15Speaker 2: went viral and it started Dirty scott Stile. I'm like, wow,
- 3:18Speaker 2: this works. Let me try Newport. I did Dirty Newport
- 3:21Speaker 2: and then I did Dallas in Chicago, and I'm like, wow,
- 3:23Speaker 2: this is working everywhere.
- 3:24Speaker 4: And it just became it became global because you were
- 3:26Speaker 4: all over the world. You weren't just in it in
- 3:28Speaker 4: the US.
- 3:29Speaker 2: So I got up to about three hundred and fifty
- 3:31Speaker 2: three hundred and thirty three hundred and fifty markets Australia, Europe. Yeah,
- 3:37Speaker 2: so you're talking about a site that was generating about
- 3:39Speaker 2: ten million nieks a day.
- 3:41Speaker 4: Wow, shit Holy at that time, by the way, at
- 3:45Speaker 4: the time, yeah, it was like the world was exploding on.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Social media was just starting, you know, it was MySpace. Yeah,
- 3:50Speaker 2: in my space. Facebook was just starting to get legs.
- 3:55Speaker 2: And what I did was paved the way to open
- 3:58Speaker 2: up privacy. So when I was creating this site, it
- 4:02Speaker 2: was kind of like the Pandora's Box to Instagram and
- 4:06Speaker 2: opening up privacy where it just became not really a thing,
- 4:11Speaker 2: like public figures were the future, and everyone created their
- 4:15Speaker 2: own social media their Instagram, their Facebook or whatever, and
- 4:18Speaker 2: they were just like, Okay, screw it. The internet is
- 4:21Speaker 2: what it is, and it's going to open up my life.
- 4:25Speaker 2: And people started becoming influencers and instant celebrities. So what
- 4:29Speaker 2: I did was kind of the og of creating the
- 4:32Speaker 2: Paris Hiltons in these sub markets, right, and it went viral,
- 4:37Speaker 2: Like whoever I posted became famous overnight. You were on
- 4:40Speaker 2: the dirty Your phone was blowing up in ten seconds. Crazy.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I so much had so much power, but when I
- 4:48Speaker 2: started it, I never wanted to be a public figure.
- 4:52Speaker 2: You know, I got outed. Like when I started the site,
- 4:54Speaker 2: I was underground.
- 4:55Speaker 4: I was batman. No one knew who I was, right
- 4:57Speaker 4: because all you knew was a site. I never even
- 4:59Speaker 4: knew your name until you kind of came out at
- 5:02Speaker 4: some point.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Well, I got I got popped for a d UI.
- 5:06Speaker 2: I got set up by Sheriff Joe Opiro in Arizona.
- 5:10Speaker 2: He pled me in pink underwear showcase me inten City.
- 5:14Speaker 4: Wow, this is the guy that had the hard You know,
- 5:17Speaker 4: you did time in Arizona, you did it outside.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Yes, But it was cool though, because I started my
- 5:23Speaker 2: own gang in the prisons, in the tense. I can't
- 5:26Speaker 2: I can't lot. Familia fifty six was our ten and
- 5:29Speaker 2: these guys love me. Wow, because I just, you know,
- 5:32Speaker 2: toll him about, you know, the dirty stories and all
- 5:35Speaker 2: this stuff. And I thought I didn't want to leave
- 5:37Speaker 2: ten City because I thought it was a dead man.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Walking because because you blasted it everybody everybody.
- 5:43Speaker 2: And I was I had my own shield and I
- 5:45Speaker 2: never wanted to be famous or be that guy. But
- 5:48Speaker 2: my mugshot went everywhere.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Hold on, don't you find that very like ironic. It's like, no,
- 5:54Speaker 1: this is what the Internet is. You're now going to
- 5:56Speaker 1: be Privacy doesn't exist except for me, right, I want
- 6:00Speaker 1: my privacy, but you're not allowed that.
- 6:02Speaker 4: But it's like a story that comes full circle now
- 6:05Speaker 4: because now you're out.
- 6:05Speaker 2: There, well you know, Randall, because the underground stories of
- 6:09Speaker 2: the submissions of what I would get were so scary. Yeah,
- 6:15Speaker 2: you know a lot of them were you know, you're
- 6:17Speaker 2: taking out mafia people, you're taking out drug dealers, you're
- 6:19Speaker 2: taking out madams, you're taking out your political figures.
- 6:23Speaker 4: And you're taking out people with a lot of money
- 6:25Speaker 4: and a lot of influence. And that's dangerous, you know,
- 6:28Speaker 4: in that world that you were walking in. So I
- 6:30Speaker 4: have to think that did that come back to you
- 6:33Speaker 4: at all?
- 6:33Speaker 2: And of course it did. I got death threats, I
- 6:36Speaker 2: got people try to stab me. Wow, I've had I've
- 6:39Speaker 2: gone through all that stuff, right, guns in my face,
- 6:42Speaker 2: like it's you know, wow. I made a pack to
- 6:45Speaker 2: myself that I would stay true to who the brand
- 6:48Speaker 2: is and who I was and what this was going
- 6:51Speaker 2: to be. And I was going to write it out
- 6:52Speaker 2: until I felt like I was too old and I
- 6:55Speaker 2: had a family, and I thought you know, hey, it's
- 6:57Speaker 2: it's time. But it was scary. I got sued, you know,
- 7:00Speaker 2: fifty times, one fifty times. Yeah, I know, I know
- 7:03Speaker 2: by the way.
- 7:03Speaker 4: I know you did because I follow those cases at
- 7:05Speaker 4: times and I would talk to you about it and
- 7:07Speaker 4: you tell me, I'm flying out to hear whatever. Let
- 7:10Speaker 4: me ask you questions because now I want to move
- 7:11Speaker 4: into the next phase, which for me is like really
- 7:13Speaker 4: exciting to see. So you're you're at the height of
- 7:16Speaker 4: the dirty It's got all these clicks, it's making you know,
- 7:18Speaker 4: infinite money. What what's the day you decide to walk away? Why?
- 7:23Speaker 4: And then the transition, you know, how to the next
- 7:26Speaker 4: thing that you have going.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Well, it's kind of twofold because I retired and I
- 7:33Speaker 2: took like two years, two and a half years to
- 7:35Speaker 2: figure out who I was. And I always told myself,
- 7:37Speaker 2: you know, I have forty I wanted to get out,
- 7:40Speaker 2: and I got a couple of years earlier than that.
- 7:42Speaker 2: But the reality was is that I just felt like
- 7:45Speaker 2: I was in a phase where my heart was changing
- 7:47Speaker 2: because I had children. Okay, and that makes sense, and
- 7:51Speaker 2: once that happens, if I didn't have that same fight
- 7:54Speaker 2: and vigor that to basically call someone out on their bullshit.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Then it was and it wasn't for me. So I
- 8:02Speaker 2: left and that was kind of pretty much it. And
- 8:05Speaker 2: then you know, obviously you know that that's not my
- 8:07Speaker 2: only thing that I do. That wasn't my money maker.
- 8:09Speaker 2: That was just my like, hey, go out, show face,
- 8:12Speaker 2: get laid to do my thing like that wasn't that
- 8:15Speaker 2: was never It was just a party for me. That's
- 8:17Speaker 2: what evolved into. And I look back on it now
- 8:21Speaker 2: and it just it killed my ego, Like my ego
- 8:24Speaker 2: got so out of control through that through that time, Yeah,
- 8:27Speaker 2: because because everything was free, right, you know, you got
- 8:30Speaker 2: flown everywhere, you got put up.
- 8:32Speaker 4: Everybody just wanted to be around.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Can you imagine being a white tiger going to Vegas.
- 8:36Speaker 2: They're paying you twenty five thousand dollars to show up,
- 8:38Speaker 2: drink for a couple hours, and they fly you home
- 8:40Speaker 2: on a private jet, Like well, that's just that. That's crazy.
- 8:43Speaker 3: I can imagine it, and it sounds awesome. I'm picturing
- 8:46Speaker 3: it right now.
- 8:48Speaker 2: I wish somebody did.
- 8:49Speaker 4: I wish somebody would pay me to go anywhere five dollars,
- 8:51Speaker 4: I'll take it gets.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Old, It gets old, The wa get old, and that's
- 8:56Speaker 2: where that was my downfall, because I couldn't I couldn't
- 9:00Speaker 2: enjoyed anymore. And that's how I met Onassis, who is
- 9:04Speaker 2: my ex wife, Shane Lamis. I met her in Vegas
- 9:08Speaker 2: coming up. I was doing an appearance for Tao at
- 9:11Speaker 2: Tau Beach and I brought sixteen of the hottest ace
- 9:15Speaker 2: U girls, Like I went to campus, picked out these girls,
- 9:17Speaker 2: put them in a hummer limo, brought them to Vegas
- 9:20Speaker 2: and I was, you know, Jason Strauss did this whole
- 9:23Speaker 2: baptism Sami ceremony in the tow Beach pool, and I
- 9:27Speaker 2: thought I was born again. Like it was just one
- 9:28Speaker 2: of those moments where I'm like, Okay, I'm done. I'm done.
- 9:31Speaker 2: And then I met Onasis at the bar at the Venetian.
- 9:34Speaker 4: So you meet her on this trip, you see her
- 9:36Speaker 4: at the bar. Now tell us the story, because you
- 9:38Speaker 4: you ended up getting married like within.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Days, right, no? Eight hours? Yeah, eight hours.
- 9:42Speaker 1: So you meet her in Vegas and you got married
- 9:45Speaker 1: eight hours a little later.
- 9:46Speaker 2: But I want to I want to hear the details.
- 9:47Speaker 4: You walk up to her, you see at the bar,
- 9:49Speaker 4: you say, it's love at first slight obviously, right, and
- 9:53Speaker 4: then what then what happens?
- 9:54Speaker 2: How do you get to the chapel? So I get
- 9:57Speaker 2: to the bar, I'm like, wow, okay, this this blonde.
- 10:00Speaker 2: She has this Sienna Miller Scarlet Johansson type vibe. And
- 10:05Speaker 2: she wasn't into me, like she didn't know who I was.
- 10:07Speaker 2: And I felt like I was like a normal civilian.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Hitting on a girl totally, and she was just.
- 10:14Speaker 2: You know, mean, she was just mean to me. And
- 10:16Speaker 2: I I never felt that in a while from.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Right, because you've always gotten everything you wanted just handed
- 10:22Speaker 3: to you.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Yeah, Like there wasn't even like when I would go
- 10:24Speaker 2: on dates with girls, there was no communication. I would
- 10:25Speaker 2: just we would just start making out. Wow.
- 10:27Speaker 4: Wow.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Ok So I was in that phase of my life
- 10:30Speaker 2: where I was like, wow, like this this is like
- 10:32Speaker 2: hard work, right, which obviously wasn't really hard work, because
- 10:36Speaker 2: we ended up, you know, trying to get married, but
- 10:39Speaker 2: the chapel was closed. Then we ended up making love
- 10:43Speaker 2: and I'm like, okay, you know, we still want to
- 10:45Speaker 2: get married, and I was like, wow, this is actually
- 10:48Speaker 2: really good. And then we got married at like ten
- 10:51Speaker 2: o'clock in the morning and at the normal white wedding chapel.
- 10:53Speaker 4: And then what happens from there? Now you both lived
- 10:56Speaker 4: in separate places right at this time.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Yeah. So the thing is when you get married in
- 11:00Speaker 2: eight hours, you really don't know the person.
- 11:02Speaker 3: Yeah at all.
- 11:06Speaker 1: I would have been married a million times if it
- 11:08Speaker 1: was just that after eight hours.
- 11:10Speaker 2: But I was I was such a I don't want
- 11:14Speaker 2: to call it dark place. I was just in a
- 11:15Speaker 2: place of like, hey, I need change.
- 11:18Speaker 3: You needed to like you for something I want.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I want a family. And everyone every girl I dated,
- 11:26Speaker 2: it just they didn't look at me like Whoman Carimean,
- 11:29Speaker 2: which is my birth name. They looked at me like
- 11:31Speaker 2: I was Nick Ritchie. This asshole was like judging my elbows,
- 11:35Speaker 2: you know, so like I'd never had that interaction, and
- 11:39Speaker 2: it was just refreshing that this person didn't know who
- 11:41Speaker 2: I was. I didn't know who she was, or her
- 11:43Speaker 2: family or anything I knew now. And I woke up
- 11:46Speaker 2: the next day, you know, we had a married Well,
- 11:49Speaker 2: we got married, and then we honeymoon kind of another
- 11:52Speaker 2: night club, which is that sounds terrible, Okay, And then
- 11:56Speaker 2: we woke up and we woke up and it was
- 11:58Speaker 2: all over the news, and I'm like, who the hell?
- 12:00Speaker 2: And I remember I was churning on my phone was
- 12:02Speaker 2: blowing up. My mom was so mad at me because
- 12:06Speaker 2: I come from a Persian Armenian you oh yeah. Like
- 12:11Speaker 2: it wasn't like like what are you doing. They already
- 12:13Speaker 2: hated me from the dirty and now I'm just like
- 12:15Speaker 2: literally like ruining the family. So it was on the
- 12:20Speaker 2: ticker Shane Lamis marries the Dirty Guy, and I was
- 12:23Speaker 2: so mad because I was just like, wow, okay, so
- 12:26Speaker 2: who is she that she's a higher level than me,
- 12:29Speaker 2: because they're calling me the dirty guy. They're not saying like, hey,
- 12:32Speaker 2: you know Nick Ritchie, Marys, you know whoever. So it
- 12:35Speaker 2: was all over TEMs. She flies back, I flew her
- 12:38Speaker 2: back to Malibu or La or whatever. Teams he's falling around,
- 12:41Speaker 2: and it just became a circus. And she kept telling people, well,
- 12:44Speaker 2: she's not in love with me and really, and we're
- 12:47Speaker 2: doing this in reverse and we're doing the marriage thing
- 12:50Speaker 2: and we're going to try to figure it out, which
- 12:52Speaker 2: obviously I wasn't like offended by it, like we just
- 12:54Speaker 2: met each other and I'm like, okay, hey, we gotta
- 12:57Speaker 2: do this. But then they started like tracking down her
- 12:59Speaker 2: death and like it just became it became a circus
- 13:02Speaker 2: where I flew her out to Scottsdale. And that was
- 13:04Speaker 2: probably the worst idea ever why because then I found
- 13:07Speaker 2: out who she really was like and and then there
- 13:09Speaker 2: were so many things that I had to clean up
- 13:11Speaker 2: in her life to get her whole, to make her
- 13:14Speaker 2: a good Parker. And then I went into the mindset
- 13:17Speaker 2: like how you know, I was kind of embarrassed about
- 13:20Speaker 2: whole situation. But then I'm like, Okay, well I can
- 13:23Speaker 2: do this, I can fix it. I can make it
- 13:25Speaker 2: the way I want to be in my life and
- 13:27Speaker 2: create family and create stability. So it worked because I
- 13:31Speaker 2: got her out of the bubble, the halt of the
- 13:32Speaker 2: la bubble.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Right, So you guys moved to Scottsdale. I was in
- 13:36Speaker 4: Scottsdale and she moved with you.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I flew her out, you know, got went, went
- 13:41Speaker 2: got her stuff from storage and brought her out to Scottsdale.
- 13:44Speaker 2: And then it was just it was even worse because
- 13:46Speaker 2: when I walked around Scottsdale, it was already gone, you know,
- 13:49Speaker 2: so like because there's no there's no celebrity in Scottsdale.
- 13:52Speaker 4: So so when I was in Scotsland, you guys are power.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Oh, imagine both of us. It was like Brad and
- 13:58Speaker 2: Angelina walking around and there's only like fashion, fashion, fashion,
- 14:06Speaker 2: there's many places we went there.
- 14:08Speaker 1: That's how Randal and I feel everywhere we go. We
- 14:10Speaker 1: always feel like we're Brad and Angela's.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Okay, stop it, we do fucking.
- 14:13Speaker 3: Not obviously, Randall obvious, but let.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Me ask questions.
- 14:16Speaker 4: So now she moves there, and obviously you're in love,
- 14:19Speaker 4: I mean whatever version.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Both in love. I was. I was in the fantasy
- 14:23Speaker 2: of love.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Now, you guys, because you ended up together ten years
- 14:28Speaker 4: not so that's a real eleven years.
- 14:31Speaker 3: That's a long time.
- 14:32Speaker 4: That's not that's not pretend.
- 14:34Speaker 2: That's like, there's something now.
- 14:36Speaker 1: And can I just say this, I'm hoping with this
- 14:38Speaker 1: because I obviously follow you on social media and you
- 14:42Speaker 1: know you can clearly tell that you're hurting very much.
- 14:45Speaker 3: So so when we're.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Talking about these earlier years with her, Nick, I want
- 14:51Speaker 1: you to try your best to like remember how it
- 14:55Speaker 1: used to be before.
- 14:57Speaker 4: We get before we get to where we're right today,
- 14:59Speaker 4: because I because there had to be some real quality
- 15:03Speaker 4: of love and family for you in the state, and.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Because this is going to be the final time that
- 15:09Speaker 1: he speaks about this. I want this to be therapeutic.
- 15:12Speaker 1: I wanted to be healthy. I wanted to be productive
- 15:14Speaker 1: and true since absolutely from.
- 15:16Speaker 4: His heart, not just from the place of anger and
- 15:18Speaker 4: her correct that's where he's at today and I and
- 15:20Speaker 4: I understand that, so I want to.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Be sensitive to that.
- 15:23Speaker 4: But at the same time, so, so you're in Scotts Sale,
- 15:25Speaker 4: when do you have kids? How many years into the
- 15:28Speaker 4: relationship do you have your first child?
- 15:30Speaker 2: About a year? A year.
- 15:33Speaker 1: I feel like that's okay, that is quick considering you
- 15:36Speaker 1: got married in eight hours.
- 15:37Speaker 2: You usually have the marriage for like going back to
- 15:41Speaker 2: La just said yeah, because I want to backtrack just
- 15:43Speaker 2: a second. Why I'm here today is because you guys
- 15:48Speaker 2: are friend's family. You know. I didn't want to go.
- 15:52Speaker 2: I didn't want to go and tell the world from
- 15:54Speaker 2: a place of hate, like you know, and it's not
- 15:57Speaker 2: even hate. And it's bothering me that everyone thinks that
- 16:01Speaker 2: I'm like attacking her. But I'm just trying to be
- 16:04Speaker 2: honest and trying to get everything out because I know
- 16:07Speaker 2: Instagram's not gonna be forever. It's not gonna be your
- 16:10Speaker 2: in ten years podcast will be this what I'm recording today.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Will be here for the rest of eternity, and your
- 16:16Speaker 2: kids will listen to this one day when you know.
- 16:19Speaker 2: And and I know lawyers are listening to this. I
- 16:22Speaker 2: know families listening to this. I know all these random
- 16:26Speaker 2: trolls are listening. And I have a new respect patrols
- 16:30Speaker 2: because I have no one to talk to at four am.
- 16:32Speaker 2: So now I'm like dming like random people that don't
- 16:35Speaker 2: even have followers. It's it's it's not even funny. It's
- 16:39Speaker 2: not funny. It's not but it is certainly. But because
- 16:42Speaker 2: I'm not gonna hit you up at four am, and
- 16:45Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, who am I gonna talk to? But
- 16:46Speaker 2: I talk to you know, but but I will tell
- 16:48Speaker 2: you na hater sixty nine And I'm literally telling them like, yeah,
- 16:54Speaker 2: this is what's going on. But I'll tell you people
- 16:56Speaker 2: don't realize.
- 16:56Speaker 4: And I think that the beauty of who you are, Nick,
- 16:59Speaker 4: and what's made our friendship is that you are the
- 17:02Speaker 4: most honest and sincere human out there. So I think
- 17:05Speaker 4: that when people hear this, they're going to hear of
- 17:07Speaker 4: the truth and the truth of whether it's pain or
- 17:12Speaker 4: truth of just kind of where.
- 17:13Speaker 1: You're at, you've been brutally honest. But with the two
- 17:16Speaker 1: of you, let's let's not try to like paint a
- 17:19Speaker 1: pretty picture. I mean, you have definitely been attacking her
- 17:22Speaker 1: on social media.
- 17:23Speaker 2: I know.
- 17:24Speaker 3: I mean you've gone in.
- 17:26Speaker 2: I've gone in, but I need you know you've gone it.
- 17:29Speaker 2: You've gone in hard. Okay, but no, that's not that's
- 17:31Speaker 2: to me. It's not hard to me. It's therapeutic. I
- 17:33Speaker 2: built different. Listen like Lali, you know, like I'm I
- 17:37Speaker 2: come from a place of tough love. I come from
- 17:40Speaker 2: a place of holding the mirror and holding the person
- 17:43Speaker 2: accountable to who they are. In my heart of hearts,
- 17:46Speaker 2: I'm not just looking out for me. I'm looking out
- 17:49Speaker 2: for the next guy. I'm looking out for the onassis
- 17:52Speaker 2: of the ones, like there are more than this person.
- 17:56Speaker 2: And this person controlled me and abused me, in me
- 18:00Speaker 2: in this cycle for eleven years, and my ego was
- 18:03Speaker 2: so big that I never had the balls to get out.
- 18:06Speaker 2: And I had children, So it started as like, hey,
- 18:09Speaker 2: you know this is this is progressively getting worse. I'm
- 18:13Speaker 2: in this cycle of with a person that has a
- 18:15Speaker 2: prescription addiction and I enabled it. So I'm going to
- 18:20Speaker 2: take full responsibility over my actions. And what I did.
- 18:24Speaker 2: But in my heart of hearts, I thought, Okay, well,
- 18:26Speaker 2: if I am not giving this person the love that
- 18:31Speaker 2: they need, They're gonna die. Like her family has a
- 18:34Speaker 2: history of dependency, like I just I never ever once
- 18:39Speaker 2: came from a place of not heart with her. And
- 18:42Speaker 2: it was only until recently in the events that have
- 18:45Speaker 2: happened where I'm starting to wake up and I'm looking
- 18:47Speaker 2: back at all the different years and the things that
- 18:50Speaker 2: have happened through the trials and tribulations of our relationship
- 18:53Speaker 2: and losing a child, it just it almost prolonged the
- 18:56Speaker 2: marriage because.
- 18:57Speaker 4: It kept you in it longer, because because.
- 19:01Speaker 1: My heart did she miss Carrie?
- 19:04Speaker 2: Yeah? Is that what? Yeah? We lost a child and
- 19:06Speaker 2: it was the most It was the hardest thing I've
- 19:08Speaker 2: ever done in my life because the child it was
- 19:11Speaker 2: a religious hospital. I held the child. I named the
- 19:14Speaker 2: child r J. I had to hold this child and
- 19:17Speaker 2: I had to say goodbye to this child while on
- 19:19Speaker 2: NASA's was on her deathbed in ICU on a so
- 19:25Speaker 2: so so for me, I'm like, I've always been the caretaker.
- 19:33Speaker 2: I've always paid everything for her. I've given her more
- 19:36Speaker 2: than the world could possibly give her. Ever, and I'm
- 19:40Speaker 2: just in shock. So today I have I have pain,
- 19:43Speaker 2: But I don't want to come from a place of dishonesty.
- 19:47Speaker 2: I want to come from a place of being authentic.
- 19:51Speaker 2: And I'm telling you like, yes, I'm really I'm in
- 19:54Speaker 2: a really, really, really dark place. But at the same time,
- 19:58Speaker 2: this is the way I process and and the reason
- 20:00Speaker 2: why I process this way, and the reason why. And
- 20:03Speaker 2: I don't want to call it shame. I want to
- 20:05Speaker 2: call it truth because I know other people are in
- 20:08Speaker 2: my shoes and they don't have the balls or they're
- 20:10Speaker 2: wherewithal to basically say like, hey, this is what's happening
- 20:13Speaker 2: to me. They want to just silent, make it private,
- 20:16Speaker 2: let it go away, so the next guy gets screwed
- 20:18Speaker 2: or the next woman gets screwed. That's abuse, that's literally abuse.
- 20:23Speaker 2: And what I'm going through is so brutal because I
- 20:27Speaker 2: have children. Yeah, so my heart hurts for them more
- 20:31Speaker 2: than it hurts for myself. It doesn't hurt for her
- 20:33Speaker 2: because she doesn't see it in the bigger picture, in
- 20:35Speaker 2: the grand scheme of things. I gave her everything she wanted.
- 20:37Speaker 2: I got our g wagon, I got a Rolex, I
- 20:39Speaker 2: got her ten broken backs. Whatever she wanted to the
- 20:43Speaker 2: sacrifice of myself. She gave me nothing, nothing besides love children.
- 20:49Speaker 2: And now people are coming at me all over the
- 20:51Speaker 2: interirant saying, this is the mother of your children. Now,
- 20:54Speaker 2: this is the way I process because when I created
- 20:56Speaker 2: the greatest sight in the world in my eyes because
- 20:59Speaker 2: it held them here to people and help people accountable,
- 21:02Speaker 2: and everyone ridiculed me. This is the way I process
- 21:05Speaker 2: because now to me, she is a civilian, She is
- 21:08Speaker 2: a dirty celebrity. She is a person that I would
- 21:10Speaker 2: basically make fun of on that site back in the day.
- 21:13Speaker 2: And this is how I'm letting my emotions go. This
- 21:16Speaker 2: is me. This is old school, and there's a big
- 21:18Speaker 2: disconnect because this new generation of people, these new kids,
- 21:22Speaker 2: who have no idea who I am, which is fine.
- 21:24Speaker 2: I love that they see everything in the world of likes,
- 21:29Speaker 2: they see everything in the world of engagement, they see
- 21:31Speaker 2: everything in the world of their social media, and nothing
- 21:33Speaker 2: else matters. This is how they survive. They keep so
- 21:37Speaker 2: many secrets. Secrets are lies, secrets are lies. And I
- 21:42Speaker 2: cannot stress that more because in my heart it pains
- 21:45Speaker 2: me so much to see people basically just say, hey,
- 21:49Speaker 2: you know what this person was a bad person over lunch.
- 21:52Speaker 2: That's it, and then it goes away.
- 21:53Speaker 4: So let me just say something real quick. So you're
- 21:58Speaker 4: a great dad. I know that I have to assume
- 22:01Speaker 4: she's a good mother, correct, I have to assume she's
- 22:04Speaker 4: a good mother. I mean, I'm speaking an assumption that
- 22:06Speaker 4: she's I mean, it's all from an opinion, but I'm
- 22:11Speaker 4: saying she's not a horrible mother.
- 22:13Speaker 3: I take your feelings out of it.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Take your feelings out of it if you were just
- 22:17Speaker 1: if you were just some dude who saw a chick
- 22:20Speaker 1: with her her kids.
- 22:22Speaker 3: Is she a good mother too.
- 22:23Speaker 2: In the moment, In the moment, I'll give her credit
- 22:26Speaker 2: in the moment, But waking up at twelve o'clock, not
- 22:29Speaker 2: giving your kids breakfast, and basically yelling at your husband
- 22:32Speaker 2: to go to CBS to pick up her Adderall prescription,
- 22:35Speaker 2: then running out of adderall, and then making her husband
- 22:37Speaker 2: lie to a doctor and say he has add to
- 22:40Speaker 2: get more adderall. Like I'm telling.
- 22:43Speaker 1: You, So you're talking to somebody who also you know,
- 22:47Speaker 1: I struggle with addiction. I never popped a pill. I
- 22:50Speaker 1: never like drinking was my thing. And you know, Randall's
- 22:55Speaker 1: stuck by me, and you know I think he was
- 22:57Speaker 1: the one making right. You were the one making sure
- 22:59Speaker 1: the bark heart was full, or that there was champagne
- 23:01Speaker 1: in the fridge.
- 23:02Speaker 3: Like, I completely get that.
- 23:03Speaker 1: The difference is is at that point in my life,
- 23:06Speaker 1: thank God I was not a mother, you know, so
- 23:11Speaker 1: to hear you speak about her and I get it,
- 23:15Speaker 1: we're like wanting to shed truth in all of these things.
- 23:18Speaker 1: It's absolutely heartbreaking because we're talking about a woman who, yes,
- 23:21Speaker 1: is the mother of your children, who has who has
- 23:24Speaker 1: done you dirty, no pun intended.
- 23:27Speaker 3: But you know.
- 23:28Speaker 1: She's if this is the case, it's a woman who
- 23:31Speaker 1: obviously needs professional help. And that to me is very heartbreaking.
- 23:38Speaker 2: It's heartbreaking for me. I cried all last night. I
- 23:40Speaker 2: couldn't sleep last night. I knew I was coming here
- 23:42Speaker 2: to close this chapter in my life and for me,
- 23:46Speaker 2: you know, knowing that I'm begging and begging her family,
- 23:50Speaker 2: I'm begging her please get her help. And whoever she's
- 23:54Speaker 2: with this new guy, I don't even care, Cupcakes or
- 23:57Speaker 2: whatever his name is, go get her professional. I'll save
- 24:00Speaker 2: her because I've done my best. I've done everything, and
- 24:04Speaker 2: I've sent it to her face and she just fires
- 24:06Speaker 2: back at me with vengeance.
- 24:07Speaker 4: Okay, but I think today, like, okay, so you were
- 24:12Speaker 4: married eleven years. You have two beautiful children, right, they're happy.
- 24:15Speaker 4: They seem like happy kids. I see them with.
- 24:17Speaker 2: You all the time.
- 24:18Speaker 4: They're great kids, say, they seem like really beautiful kids.
- 24:20Speaker 4: And and and I think at this point, though, what
- 24:23Speaker 4: I see is a lot of pain and a lot
- 24:25Speaker 4: of hurt. And I understand because I've I've got pain
- 24:28Speaker 4: in my life.
- 24:28Speaker 2: And I love this woman. I was. I literally.
- 24:33Speaker 4: That's it. That's what I think she needs to hear.
- 24:35Speaker 4: I'm saying, I know as the mother of your kids,
- 24:39Speaker 4: of anything.
- 24:40Speaker 2: I love her from the fact that she's been through
- 24:42Speaker 2: the battles. She's seen me fight for freedom of speech.
- 24:45Speaker 2: She's seen me go through hell and back, sued left right,
- 24:50Speaker 2: like she's seen it. She was there in bed me
- 24:53Speaker 2: getting her starbucks. But at least she saw the travel
- 24:57Speaker 2: of what I had to go through to basically give
- 25:00Speaker 2: the world their own platforms, their own freedom of speech.
- 25:03Speaker 2: Save Facebook. I saved Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, all these
- 25:08Speaker 2: sights I won. I set precedents in court for these
- 25:11Speaker 2: sites to be able to do what they do, to
- 25:13Speaker 2: do what they do, for Zuckerberg to make billions of dollars.
- 25:16Speaker 2: That's that's my bad, right, you know, And then for
- 25:19Speaker 2: her to basically just say, hey, you know, never give
- 25:23Speaker 2: me back that appreciation and that love. That hurts my heart.
- 25:27Speaker 2: But she gave me. She gave me. She gave me
- 25:28Speaker 2: the children, which.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Are the best things that the best thing you could
- 25:32Speaker 1: ever gets.
- 25:34Speaker 4: And by the way, I see you happy when I
- 25:36Speaker 4: see you with your kids, I see you lit up.
- 25:38Speaker 4: I see you as a great dad. You brag about
- 25:39Speaker 4: your kids. I think for me, at least in this episode,
- 25:43Speaker 4: is to try to get to a place where at
- 25:45Speaker 4: the end of this you know you can let it
- 25:49Speaker 4: go and focus on the kids. I mean, at least
- 25:52Speaker 4: I want to focus on the kids. I want to
- 25:54Speaker 4: think you and focus on you in your next chapter,
- 25:57Speaker 4: because Nick, you have a big life ahead, you know
- 25:59Speaker 4: what I mean, You've already had a big life. Like
- 26:01Speaker 4: you and I are guys that are very blessed. Lalla too,
- 26:04Speaker 4: we've had really But I.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Also want for you, Nick, is you know there's sometimes
- 26:11Speaker 1: there's so much damage that can be done that cannot
- 26:14Speaker 1: be repaired, and you know there will be a day
- 26:17Speaker 1: where she becomes the person that she wants to become
- 26:22Speaker 1: and who you would like to see her become.
- 26:25Speaker 4: And yeah, as a mother specifically, because a woman, I
- 26:28Speaker 4: don't care about.
- 26:28Speaker 1: That, just as just as a person who thrives in
- 26:32Speaker 1: life is there will be a time.
- 26:33Speaker 4: Where they're sitting at a at a graduation of his
- 26:37Speaker 4: children exactly and together together.
- 26:40Speaker 2: No chance, I disagree at this point right now.
- 26:44Speaker 3: No, No, well, absolutely, you're you're in it. You're in
- 26:47Speaker 3: the middle of the fucking ocean. No one is around
- 26:51Speaker 3: and no life, raft nothing right, So no help, no help.
- 26:55Speaker 2: It hurts. And I just need my kids to know
- 26:58Speaker 2: because they're gonna listen this one day. I love you
- 27:00Speaker 2: so much, press in line and this this is literally
- 27:04Speaker 2: the most painful thing your father has ever ever experienced
- 27:07Speaker 2: in his life. I loved your mother so much, and
- 27:11Speaker 2: it pains me that I couldn't get over the threshold
- 27:14Speaker 2: of making her see reality. And that's probably my fault.
- 27:19Speaker 2: I gave her too much and it's going to pain
- 27:23Speaker 2: me for the rest of my life because we had
- 27:25Speaker 2: a beautiful family and I just couldn't. I couldn't fix her.
- 27:30Speaker 2: I couldn't like and that's probably because I couldn't fix myself.
- 27:34Speaker 2: So that's where I'm at in my life right now,
- 27:37Speaker 2: and it hurts, It hurts really bad. But I do
- 27:40Speaker 2: love you guys very much, and I think that both
- 27:44Speaker 2: you are very talented and very successful and you'll be fine.
- 27:48Speaker 2: And now my focus, Randall, is to create my succession
- 27:52Speaker 2: and just annihilate the world and just torture you.
- 27:56Speaker 4: So in a good way, in a good way, but
- 27:58Speaker 4: in a good way, because now, you know, what people
- 28:01Speaker 4: don't realize is you've built a new business which is
- 28:03Speaker 4: thriving and flourish and called celeb and I you know,
- 28:07Speaker 4: it's it's the new modern you know, a celeb culture
- 28:12Speaker 4: where you go and you read great news and Britain
- 28:14Speaker 4: groundbreaking news and and I just want people to know that,
- 28:18Speaker 4: like you know, uh, you know, this stuff is not easy.
- 28:21Speaker 4: People don't realize that pain even if you're the one,
- 28:26Speaker 4: like like your ex wife.
- 28:28Speaker 2: Soon to be ex wife is initiating this divorce.
- 28:31Speaker 4: Whether you're initiating the divorce or you're the being the divorce. See,
- 28:35Speaker 4: you know, whichever side you're on or it's mutual, it's
- 28:38Speaker 4: still painful. You have kids, you have to look at
- 28:41Speaker 4: them in the face every day, and.
- 28:43Speaker 2: The wake up of waking up not knowing it because
- 28:48Speaker 2: I had a routine. I would wake up like a zombie.
- 28:52Speaker 2: I would wake up, have my coffee, go make a
- 28:55Speaker 2: Starbucks run to wake her up, get her flowers every
- 28:59Speaker 2: other day, wow, and literally just pray that she didn't
- 29:04Speaker 2: abuse her prescriptions, that she would not crash for a week.
- 29:09Speaker 2: So and then I would take care of the kids
- 29:11Speaker 2: and I would go work. I would get you know,
- 29:13Speaker 2: it was just it was always me. But I thought
- 29:16Speaker 2: this was.
- 29:16Speaker 4: How life worked, you know, you just this was your routine.
- 29:21Speaker 2: And now I wake up and I'm like, what do
- 29:23Speaker 2: I do today, you know, besides take care of my
- 29:25Speaker 2: kids and whatnot.
- 29:27Speaker 4: Do you feel that you were and I say this
- 29:30Speaker 4: very kindly, do you feel you were somewhat of a codependent?
- 29:33Speaker 2: No? I felt like it was Stockholm syndrome. Okay, I
- 29:36Speaker 2: felt And I know there's guys out there, because guys
- 29:40Speaker 2: are built very tough, and they don't want a minute
- 29:42Speaker 2: and all of a sudden. What I've learned from this
- 29:45Speaker 2: is that I do have emotions. I can cry. It's
- 29:47Speaker 2: okay to cry. It's okay to be a normal human
- 29:50Speaker 2: being and not be fucking tough.
- 29:53Speaker 4: By the way, with Lawa, I mean, she can tell
- 29:55Speaker 4: you how many times I cry to her.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Yeah, but you're acting. That was mean as fuck.
- 30:03Speaker 4: We got to take a quick break because that was
- 30:06Speaker 4: really mean. But I'm glad you haven't lost your sets
- 30:08Speaker 4: to humor. That's one thing I've noticed, and I'm very
- 30:10Speaker 4: happy about that, because you call me up and you'll
- 30:12Speaker 4: be in tears and then two seconds.
- 30:14Speaker 2: Later you'll be bashing me.
- 30:15Speaker 4: So it's okay, all right, We'll be right back with
- 30:17Speaker 4: the epic nick Ritgie.
- 30:25Speaker 1: All right, y'all, we are back with a fun podcast.
- 30:28Speaker 3: But also it's it's it is realistic.
- 30:32Speaker 4: Can I tell you that in the hundred sorry, we're
- 30:35Speaker 4: not in one hundred episodes. In the seventy plus episodes
- 30:38Speaker 4: a year and a half we've been doing this, this
- 30:40Speaker 4: is probably the most raw, heavy, real you know.
- 30:45Speaker 2: I mean, I think, don't you think a lot of
- 30:46Speaker 2: this is pretty?
- 30:47Speaker 4: This is this is, this is We're usually a little
- 30:50Speaker 4: lighter on this podcast, but you're one of our best friends,
- 30:53Speaker 4: and I know this is an important day because we're
- 30:55Speaker 4: putting somebody behind us, and the fact that you would
- 30:58Speaker 4: even trust us to come here is a honor for us,
- 31:00Speaker 4: and we hope that this is getting you to the
- 31:04Speaker 4: place to kind of make.
- 31:06Speaker 2: It definitely is And thank you guys for giving me
- 31:08Speaker 2: the opportunity to actually say my piece because I just
- 31:10Speaker 2: need to get off my chest and just gone.
- 31:12Speaker 1: Well, I've found and this is what I noticed when
- 31:16Speaker 1: I started writing my book is when I would read
- 31:20Speaker 1: something that I had written versus when I actually say it,
- 31:25Speaker 1: it comes across so differently. And you know, people following
- 31:28Speaker 1: you they only see, you know, things that you've written
- 31:31Speaker 1: or screenshots, and you know it can come off very
- 31:35Speaker 1: differently than when you're actually hearing a person speak about it.
- 31:39Speaker 3: Does that make sense?
- 31:40Speaker 2: It totally does.
- 31:41Speaker 1: So that was my hope for today as well, having
- 31:44Speaker 1: you on is you know, not people not just seeing
- 31:47Speaker 1: like something that you've written online, but you know you
- 31:50Speaker 1: can't feel hard in words, No, it's hard, very it's
- 31:54Speaker 1: hard also, especially when there's a lot of posts, multiple posts,
- 31:57Speaker 1: multiple posts.
- 31:58Speaker 4: Correct, this is people hearing who you are as a
- 32:00Speaker 4: human and seeing because we were watching you struggle and
- 32:04Speaker 4: we're watching the emotions right now. But I think people
- 32:06Speaker 4: can hear it, and they can hear you know, the
- 32:08Speaker 4: sincerity of just what.
- 32:09Speaker 2: You're going through.
- 32:10Speaker 4: And I think anybody who's gone through any traumatic pain
- 32:13Speaker 4: in their life of any sort can relate to today
- 32:16Speaker 4: because it's there's always two sides to every story.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Absolutely, and there's the actual how it's really going down,
- 32:24Speaker 1: which no one really even knows.
- 32:26Speaker 2: Correct.
- 32:27Speaker 1: So I saw I looked up Shane obviously just to
- 32:33Speaker 1: see like what her posting was like. And I have
- 32:36Speaker 1: a very real and real question for you. Do you
- 32:40Speaker 1: believe you're a narcissist?
- 32:41Speaker 2: Okay? Can we talk about this like seriously, Like what
- 32:44Speaker 2: does that even mean?
- 32:46Speaker 1: Well? I know what it means because I've had to
- 32:48Speaker 1: deal with a lot of them.
- 32:49Speaker 2: Okay, but what does that mean that a bad person?
- 32:52Speaker 2: Because I love myself?
- 32:53Speaker 3: No, no, no, absolutely not.
- 32:55Speaker 1: There's a big difference between being a narcissist and someone
- 32:57Speaker 1: who's being confident and practicing self love, huge difference. A
- 33:02Speaker 1: narcissist is somebody who they really don't have a real
- 33:06Speaker 1: perception of reality and they always place blame on the
- 33:09Speaker 1: other person without taking on some responsibility as to why
- 33:14Speaker 1: things have happened.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Well, it's in my mind. I believe in creation. I
- 33:19Speaker 2: believe I create my own destiny. I believe I can
- 33:22Speaker 2: do anything I want to do, and I don't believe
- 33:24Speaker 2: I'm a narcissist. I think I'm a genius. I do
- 33:27Speaker 2: not think I'm a narcissist. It's two totally different worlds.
- 33:30Speaker 1: So, and by the way, I'm not pinning you as one.
- 33:32Speaker 1: I just saw a post that she claims that you
- 33:35Speaker 1: are one, and that I wanted to get your perspective
- 33:38Speaker 1: on that.
- 33:38Speaker 2: Okay, here's my perspective, because people.
- 33:39Speaker 3: I'm no doctor. I'm not here telling you you're a
- 33:42Speaker 3: way that I have no doctor.
- 33:46Speaker 1: I'm not diagnosing anybody with anything.
- 33:48Speaker 2: I want to put this out there right now because
- 33:52Speaker 2: sometimes people project something about someone else, it's because that's who.
- 33:57Speaker 3: They are, right right.
- 34:00Speaker 2: If you guys came into our home, and people who
- 34:04Speaker 2: have been in our home, which is very guarded, and
- 34:07Speaker 2: she really wouldn't let a lot of people visit, it's
- 34:10Speaker 2: just pictures of her everywhere. There was one picture of
- 34:14Speaker 2: me and my daughter in the entire house. No pictures
- 34:17Speaker 2: of my family, every single picture, La La. I'm not
- 34:20Speaker 2: even kidding you go into our home is it is
- 34:23Speaker 2: a museum. It is a museum shrine to Shane on Nassas.
- 34:28Speaker 2: So I don't like how she's portraying me as a
- 34:33Speaker 2: narcissist because in my mind, what I think of narcissist
- 34:36Speaker 2: is someone who's obsessed with themselves so much that they're
- 34:39Speaker 2: in a delusional state of mind. I am not in
- 34:41Speaker 2: any delusional state of mind whatsoever. I am a man
- 34:44Speaker 2: broken whose heart is broken and trying to recover and
- 34:47Speaker 2: repair today after finding out she is with someone else
- 34:53Speaker 2: in Awatuki or wherever that place is, I don't know.
- 34:57Speaker 2: It's where they fix the bayliner boats for the lake places.
- 35:00Speaker 2: I had no idea. I'm not going to stop because.
- 35:07Speaker 3: There, because he googled it, obviously.
- 35:09Speaker 2: But what I'm saying is that.
- 35:14Speaker 4: So let's just catch up, because we want to get
- 35:16Speaker 4: to a place where where you can feel good about
- 35:19Speaker 4: leaving this out there and and moving forward.
- 35:22Speaker 2: She is with somebody else.
- 35:23Speaker 4: Now you're telling us, yes, okay, so that happened after
- 35:28Speaker 4: you guys split up.
- 35:29Speaker 2: It must have happened during. And here's why it's just
- 35:34Speaker 2: so painful, and this all started. It's just so crazy
- 35:38Speaker 2: because this all started with with her. She said, you know,
- 35:42Speaker 2: it was our anniversary. I got her a ring, I
- 35:45Speaker 2: got her all these things, and she came in because
- 35:48Speaker 2: we were in separate bedrooms at the time. I lived
- 35:50Speaker 2: in the West wing. She wouldn't let me in the
- 35:53Speaker 2: master bedroom.
- 35:54Speaker 3: Wow, you guys have wings at your house?
- 35:56Speaker 2: Not anymore, because I'm not. She's out of there, good luck.
- 36:00Speaker 2: So but I do have to say is that she
- 36:02Speaker 2: came into my room and I thought she was joking,
- 36:06Speaker 2: and she was like, hey, I need to figure out
- 36:08Speaker 2: who I am. I don't want to do this anymore.
- 36:11Speaker 2: And I was just like, Okay, that's weird whatever, Like
- 36:14Speaker 2: we've been fighting but not, but the last six months
- 36:16Speaker 2: have been The sex has been amazing, everything's been great.
- 36:19Speaker 2: You know. She's telling me how great of a husband
- 36:20Speaker 2: I've been, and then she bombs out to a watuki
- 36:24Speaker 2: or wherever she went, allegedly Palm Springs. I reach out
- 36:28Speaker 2: to her father and be like, hey, you know, I
- 36:30Speaker 2: had this weird feeling that Shane's on drugs. Okay, and
- 36:33Speaker 2: he discards me and goes straight to her, and all
- 36:37Speaker 2: of a sudden, she's got a lawyer, she's got his
- 36:39Speaker 2: whole legal team, she's got everything going. And I call
- 36:43Speaker 2: him Horenzo because he's been married a million times and
- 36:46Speaker 2: he's now he's engaged to a girl from Idaho and
- 36:50Speaker 2: that's a winner. So so now I'm in this state
- 36:54Speaker 2: of mind of like wow, like maybe I'm getting played.
- 36:57Speaker 2: Then she goes to page six Randall and shells the
- 37:00Speaker 2: whole world that we haven't had sex in a year,
- 37:03Speaker 2: and she hasn't been intimate, and we've grown apart and
- 37:06Speaker 2: all this stuff complete lies. And I still was like, Okay,
- 37:10Speaker 2: I'm gonna be the bigger person for my kids. I'm
- 37:12Speaker 2: gonna just be quiet. Okay.
- 37:14Speaker 4: See that's my See just like my thing in La
- 37:17Speaker 4: LA knows this is I believe in just keeping it
- 37:20Speaker 4: private for the children. That's how I've I've been. And
- 37:24Speaker 4: so you're saying you did this.
- 37:28Speaker 2: And and I hired and I spoke my ilegal and
- 37:30Speaker 2: they're like Nick, whatever you do, do not be nick,
- 37:34Speaker 2: Like just be just level, let this go. Let's get
- 37:37Speaker 2: out of this clean hay or whatever she wants, you
- 37:40Speaker 2: know whatever. And I, in my heart of hearts, I'm like, wow,
- 37:45Speaker 2: like this is just shocking, Like I just took an OL.
- 37:48Speaker 2: I've never taken an OL, Like this is an OL. See.
- 37:51Speaker 4: But I don't think I disagree with it as a win.
- 37:53Speaker 4: I take it as a win because I think for
- 37:54Speaker 4: the kids, going silent is the right thing in not
- 37:58Speaker 4: taking a public that's just me.
- 38:00Speaker 2: Okay, so here that way. So I went out that way.
- 38:03Speaker 2: The page six thing comes out. She puts out a
- 38:05Speaker 2: thing on Instagram basically saying we've grown apart, YadA YadA,
- 38:09Speaker 2: jacks the Christian capillary, you know, statement like I'm Jay Cutler,
- 38:14Speaker 2: not even true. So so yeah, that happens. And then
- 38:19Speaker 2: I'm still like okay, you know, I put on my
- 38:23Speaker 2: thing on my Instagram and said, you know, I concur
- 38:26Speaker 2: whatever she's saying, like, let her go.
- 38:28Speaker 4: Okay, So it was very cordial.
- 38:31Speaker 2: Then I went through this space and like, okay, well
- 38:33Speaker 2: I'm single, so let me put a picture of myself.
- 38:37Speaker 2: I was feeling good, I'm at the beach whatever, and
- 38:39Speaker 2: be like, hey here I am single, Nick, let's go,
- 38:42Speaker 2: you know, dm me, let's start seeing the world. Her
- 38:47Speaker 2: family went psycho like, how dare you you have children
- 38:51Speaker 2: with with my with our horenzos saying like you have
- 38:56Speaker 2: children with my daughter after eleven years, and then her
- 38:59Speaker 2: his fiance Idaho went at me, and I was just like, okay,
- 39:03Speaker 2: this is crazy. Then they reported me on Instagram like
- 39:07Speaker 2: as a sexual predator, and I'm like and a bad father,
- 39:10Speaker 2: and I'm just like this is insane. I'm like, and
- 39:13Speaker 2: I told on Asses, I go on, Asses, you don't
- 39:16Speaker 2: want to poke the bear, like, you know, I am
- 39:18Speaker 2: not the bully. I am the bull, right, you know,
- 39:21Speaker 2: so I will literally but say they all.
- 39:23Speaker 4: Should have gone quiet. Everybody should have just gone quiet.
- 39:26Speaker 4: Like that's really really that.
- 39:28Speaker 2: I'm not the bully.
- 39:29Speaker 4: I'm the bull, right, and I think everybody should have
- 39:31Speaker 4: just gone quiet. Like if I was to give advice,
- 39:34Speaker 4: it's everybody just go quiet, let the court handle the
- 39:37Speaker 4: divorce and go through the pain privately, and then and
- 39:42Speaker 4: then be there.
- 39:42Speaker 2: For your kids.
- 39:43Speaker 4: That's that's how I believe in doing things. But they
- 39:47Speaker 4: have dinosaur brains.
- 39:48Speaker 2: They have dinosaur brains, and they came after me, and
- 39:51Speaker 2: they're like, wow, I was shocked. I'm like, are you
- 39:54Speaker 2: guys crazy?
- 39:55Speaker 4: So she went to the press first. Yes, okay, okay,
- 39:59Speaker 4: so that's what star, because I didn't know what started
- 40:01Speaker 4: all of a sudden, I'm reading pages of you know,
- 40:04Speaker 4: just you going off. But this started because she went
- 40:07Speaker 4: to the press first.
- 40:08Speaker 2: It all started with them, and I want to make
- 40:10Speaker 2: that very clear. So one day when my kids do
- 40:13Speaker 2: listen to this, they understand their father actually said, you know, hey,
- 40:18Speaker 2: I'm gonna not do anything.
- 40:19Speaker 4: I'm gonna go quiet and be respectful to my children,
- 40:22Speaker 4: which I know you as a father, that's who you are,
- 40:24Speaker 4: So it makes sense now. The line of events makes sense,
- 40:28Speaker 4: law you know what I mean, because I only saw
- 40:30Speaker 4: one side, but I didn't know that he had already
- 40:32Speaker 4: you would agree to in your mind to just go
- 40:35Speaker 4: peacefully into the night for your children. And then they
- 40:38Speaker 4: kind of brought it to the press.
- 40:39Speaker 2: And then the second I pulled back the curtain, I
- 40:43Speaker 2: felt a sense of not power, but a sense of
- 40:48Speaker 2: myself and I started having flashbacks to Nick Ritchie having
- 40:54Speaker 2: the ability to control the narrative and I was able
- 40:58Speaker 2: to say, Okay, you know what, these people need to
- 41:01Speaker 2: be outed as who they really are. And that's when
- 41:04Speaker 2: I was like, wow, Okay, I'm starting to feel truth.
- 41:06Speaker 2: I'm starting to feel honesty. I'm starting to feel authentic
- 41:09Speaker 2: and it might as bad as it looks for me.
- 41:14Speaker 2: And when a judge listens to this, I need the
- 41:16Speaker 2: judge to know that I did this for my own honor,
- 41:20Speaker 2: I did this for my children, I did this for her,
- 41:22Speaker 2: I did this for her family. Because I'm not living
- 41:25Speaker 2: in lies any more. It's done it's over. So you
- 41:29Speaker 2: guys can hate me, you can do whatever you want.
- 41:31Speaker 2: But at the end of the day, the anxiety is gone.
- 41:34Speaker 2: Right that eleven year prison sentence of purgatory, whatever it was,
- 41:39Speaker 2: shawshank I was literally stuck in a CBS prison and
- 41:47Speaker 2: it is done. So good luck, Cupcakes, you can have her.
- 41:50Speaker 2: Oh shit, who's cupcakes? I don't know the Bayliner dude,
- 41:57Speaker 2: the guy.
- 41:57Speaker 3: That lives in Okay.
- 42:00Speaker 4: So here's what I take away from this. You have
- 42:03Speaker 4: two beautiful children. You hat eleven year marriage that clearly
- 42:06Speaker 4: both of you. Both sides were not happy, right, You
- 42:10Speaker 4: were not happy, she wasn't happy. Whatever it may be.
- 42:13Speaker 4: I don't know the details. But today, looking at where
- 42:16Speaker 4: we are today is you still have two beautiful children,
- 42:19Speaker 4: You still are who you are. You haven't lost one
- 42:21Speaker 4: beat or skip to your step. That's for sure. That's
- 42:24Speaker 4: for sure. And now do we put it behind us
- 42:28Speaker 4: and move to the next chapter, which is Nick Ritchie's
- 42:32Speaker 4: next chapter of his life, which is going to be
- 42:34Speaker 4: fucking beautiful and brilliant.
- 42:36Speaker 2: So the goal is today, once you hear this, the
- 42:40Speaker 2: world hears this. This is it. She's erased. They're erased
- 42:44Speaker 2: from my syntax. And I move forward and focus on business,
- 42:48Speaker 2: celeb my brand. I'm filming Richie Rich, which is a
- 42:52Speaker 2: follow show that's only going to stream on the app.
- 42:55Speaker 2: I'm gonna do things that are just going to blow
- 42:57Speaker 2: media away, and my goal is to actually and this
- 43:01Speaker 2: is going to be sound, This is going to sound
- 43:03Speaker 2: so crazy. What this has taught me that you need
- 43:05Speaker 2: to lean on friends, and you need to you need
- 43:07Speaker 2: to bring your friends up with you and not be
- 43:10Speaker 2: against them. Because I've always been in the mentality that like.
- 43:13Speaker 4: Hey, you know, I'm here or I'm making my own success.
- 43:16Speaker 4: I don't need everybody around.
- 43:17Speaker 2: And you get that, Yeah, you know, and I think
- 43:20Speaker 2: you and I are the same place. It's lonely at
- 43:23Speaker 2: the top, right it is. But the only way to
- 43:25Speaker 2: stay at the top is to show the top the
- 43:28Speaker 2: friends that are with you at the top, to show
- 43:31Speaker 2: them what you see correct and say hey, what do
- 43:33Speaker 2: you see? And then you learn from that, so you know,
- 43:36Speaker 2: you get it. We've been to the top and we've
- 43:38Speaker 2: already done everything we've wanted to really do, and now
- 43:41Speaker 2: the chapter in our life is we look at things
- 43:43Speaker 2: and now we know where we're going because we've already
- 43:45Speaker 2: experienced the fails. We know how to stay away from
- 43:48Speaker 2: the fails. This was an internal fail by me. The
- 43:52Speaker 2: only positive of my the trophies are my children, and
- 43:55Speaker 2: I have to focus on those trophies and I have
- 43:56Speaker 2: to shine those trophies every single day and look at
- 43:59Speaker 2: them like they're oscars. And that's the only way I'm
- 44:02Speaker 2: going to survive out of this. Other than that, good luck,
- 44:06Speaker 2: good luck to them, good luck to them. And I'm
- 44:08Speaker 2: going to level the fuck up so fucking hard that literally,
- 44:13Speaker 2: I've literally I believe that so hard. The viager is
- 44:16Speaker 2: going to retreat and I am going to make a massacre,
- 44:21Speaker 2: a massacre in a positive light for everybody. And I
- 44:24Speaker 2: want to bring everyone with me. That's amazing, everyone with
- 44:27Speaker 2: me and this story, Laula. I know, as much as
- 44:29Speaker 2: it looks like a smear, it looks like this or whatever,
- 44:31Speaker 2: people are with me, and it's giving me power. It's
- 44:34Speaker 2: giving me my strength back, and it's giving me my
- 44:36Speaker 2: light back. Because I left everyone on her accord. It
- 44:41Speaker 2: wasn't just me, like, hey, you know, she made me
- 44:43Speaker 2: feel so bad about myself and the things that I
- 44:45Speaker 2: would do, and she would belittle me every single day,
- 44:47Speaker 2: and how terrible of a husband I am?
- 44:49Speaker 4: How terrible of a father I am?
- 44:51Speaker 2: And how how dare I not treat her like a queen?
- 44:53Speaker 2: And now I'm here sitting with you, guys, and I'm
- 44:56Speaker 2: telling you I am a king. I'm coming back on
- 44:59Speaker 2: my throne. This is where i want to be and
- 45:01Speaker 2: this is who I am, and I'm finally finally rising
- 45:05Speaker 2: from the ashes.
- 45:06Speaker 1: And by the way, Nixt, I know you personally, so
- 45:10Speaker 1: I'm not saying that when I see what you post
- 45:13Speaker 1: that I'm looking at it as like a smear campaign.
- 45:18Speaker 1: But there are other people who don't know you, so
- 45:21Speaker 1: from an outside perspective, that's what it does look like.
- 45:25Speaker 1: And that's why I wanted you to come and speak
- 45:27Speaker 1: your truth with your actual voice and tell us how
- 45:30Speaker 1: it really went down.
- 45:31Speaker 4: Because you're a very very level headed person. So I
- 45:35Speaker 4: feel like now people are hearing, like, Look, I was.
- 45:39Speaker 4: I was also responsible for this marriage. She was responsible.
- 45:42Speaker 4: We're both responsible and it didn't work. And there is
- 45:45Speaker 4: pain that I have and I'm sure she has pain too.
- 45:48Speaker 4: But the part is like we're both at an age, Nick,
- 45:52Speaker 4: and I'm older than you, but we're both in our
- 45:54Speaker 4: you know, you're in your forties.
- 45:55Speaker 2: I just said fifty.
- 45:56Speaker 4: But we're at an age where we've realized our mistakes,
- 46:00Speaker 4: we've we've fucked up, we can own it. Like I
- 46:02Speaker 4: don't have an ego anymore where I'm like, I'm perfect
- 46:05Speaker 4: and I don't make a decisions.
- 46:06Speaker 2: You just said it.
- 46:07Speaker 4: You made a lot of mistakes, but you also have
- 46:09Speaker 4: huge successes. And I'm the same. So I think that
- 46:12Speaker 4: people hearing that that that's the real Nick Ritchie that
- 46:15Speaker 4: I know. The real Nick Ritchie I know is a
- 46:17Speaker 4: baller successful person but also has failed tremendously, just like
- 46:21Speaker 4: I have.
- 46:21Speaker 2: You know and you we own that and we own that.
- 46:24Speaker 2: And I think the difference with who I am now
- 46:26Speaker 2: compared to who I was in my thirties and my twenties,
- 46:28Speaker 2: whatever I can, I can let the pride go to
- 46:33Speaker 2: ask for help.
- 46:34Speaker 4: Yeah, that's important. That's the most important thing I think.
- 46:37Speaker 2: And you know that I was in Central Park. I
- 46:39Speaker 2: was like by myself so lost, and you called me
- 46:43Speaker 2: and you you're like, are you okay? Like, dude, I've
- 46:45Speaker 2: been there, let me help you, Let me help you.
- 46:47Speaker 2: And I accepted it. Yeah, I accepted it.
- 46:50Speaker 4: And you didn't want to you I've said, I said, Yeah,
- 46:53Speaker 4: I said what pride and pride when you're in pain
- 46:56Speaker 4: is what kills you. It destroys you emotionally, it makes
- 46:59Speaker 4: you make bad decisions, very bad. So I was very
- 47:03Speaker 4: happy because we are friends.
- 47:05Speaker 2: And I know, I know, and I told I told Lala,
- 47:08Speaker 2: I'm like, you're you're You're on my side, like you
- 47:12Speaker 2: literally had my back and you're my angel in this
- 47:15Speaker 2: whole situation because you've been there and you're giving me
- 47:17Speaker 2: good guidance. But it's so hard to take it. It's so
- 47:20Speaker 2: hard because the pride is so strong. But I've learned,
- 47:24Speaker 2: you know, thanks to you and thanks to other friends,
- 47:27Speaker 2: that it's okay to listen and it's okay to accept.
- 47:30Speaker 2: And for for me saying that as Nick Richie, that
- 47:34Speaker 2: is like literally stabbing my guts.
- 47:37Speaker 4: But but for me, it's you rising and and and
- 47:40Speaker 4: growing right because because when we when our pride kills us,
- 47:45Speaker 4: we don't grow and we're in pain and we just
- 47:48Speaker 4: it's horrible.
- 47:49Speaker 2: I just want to love again. That's it.
- 47:51Speaker 3: I totally feel you on that, so I have.
- 47:53Speaker 1: My My final question is if you could reverse time,
- 48:01Speaker 1: is there anything in this from the time it started
- 48:05Speaker 1: to where we're at right now that you would have
- 48:08Speaker 1: done differently.
- 48:09Speaker 2: I would have never created the dirty.
- 48:12Speaker 3: Really wow, never, that's crazy.
- 48:16Speaker 2: I just would I would be a normal person. I
- 48:19Speaker 2: would not be known. Pain is the you know, it
- 48:23Speaker 2: comes from keeping up with the cycle of what we
- 48:25Speaker 2: have to do. And we're in a different We're in
- 48:28Speaker 2: a different place where we have to maintain our sense
- 48:31Speaker 2: of celebrity and our sense of self and our sense
- 48:33Speaker 2: of achievements, because if we don't, then people look at
- 48:37Speaker 2: us very differently. Those aren't the friends you need, but
- 48:40Speaker 2: they're the friends that you have to have. And the
- 48:42Speaker 2: problem is is that if we don't maintain our relationships,
- 48:46Speaker 2: especially in our industry and the entertainment industry, we're forgotten.
- 48:50Speaker 1: Right.
- 48:50Speaker 2: And my whole thing in this marriage was that I
- 48:55Speaker 2: had to keep going because she was nobody. You know,
- 48:59Speaker 2: she was living off her name, she was living off
- 49:03Speaker 2: her past reality shows and whatever it was. So I
- 49:08Speaker 2: had to keep going. I had to financially create this
- 49:11Speaker 2: life for my kids. And if I could do it
- 49:14Speaker 2: all over again, I would not cause pain on other
- 49:17Speaker 2: people for financial success. And it eats in me, It
- 49:21Speaker 2: eats at me. But I found that anxiety within myself
- 49:26Speaker 2: comes from the fact that as long as I as
- 49:29Speaker 2: long as I'm not hiding secrets, I'm not having to
- 49:33Speaker 2: maintain a lie. And I don't want to be around
- 49:35Speaker 2: those people anymore that have to keep maintaining the facade
- 49:39Speaker 2: of who they are, the facade of the lie, even
- 49:41Speaker 2: if it's a secret, even if it's a small lie,
- 49:44Speaker 2: they're still creating this stack of anxiety and you can
- 49:48Speaker 2: feel it. It's palpable. So I don't want to be
- 49:51Speaker 2: that anymore. I'm done with that. But to answer your question,
- 49:54Speaker 2: I would just be a normal person. I would just
- 49:56Speaker 2: go to McDonald's, Like I just don't.
- 49:58Speaker 1: It's so crazy that you say that, because there's so
- 50:00Speaker 1: many times where you know, with with the the path
- 50:04Speaker 1: that I've chosen, there's a lot of anxiety, and there's
- 50:07Speaker 1: times where I feel the same way. I'm like, I
- 50:09Speaker 1: just want to like live in Utah and a cute
- 50:11Speaker 1: little house with my family, and then reality seeks in
- 50:15Speaker 1: where it's like you stop doing what you're doing and
- 50:18Speaker 1: you don't make any money, like you have to like
- 50:21Speaker 1: what I do pays my bills.
- 50:23Speaker 2: So yeah.
- 50:24Speaker 4: But also I also think that you have a passion
- 50:27Speaker 4: for acting and all. I love entertainment, But I think
- 50:31Speaker 4: you as an artist. Enjoy that, and I think it's
- 50:35Speaker 4: not just money for you. If it was just money,
- 50:37Speaker 4: you would have left La a long time.
- 50:38Speaker 2: But I know, but also you have a drive to
- 50:40Speaker 2: La La Rice completely build it, to build a brand.
- 50:43Speaker 2: You're not an Onassis. Onasis is a person that basically
- 50:47Speaker 2: thinks they're Jackie O. Let me explain this Onasas thing,
- 50:50Speaker 2: because it's it's really bothering me that people do not
- 50:52Speaker 2: grasp why I call people certain things. Cupcake is called
- 50:57Speaker 2: cupcake because his last name is Baker.
- 50:59Speaker 3: Okay, okay, love it.
- 51:01Speaker 2: Lorenzo is engaged to a girl from Idaho, Okay. Onasas
- 51:07Speaker 2: is a playoff Jackio because Jackio is the first ever
- 51:11Speaker 2: brought the medium, blew her up so big. She never
- 51:14Speaker 2: had a real job. I know everyone loves her, they're obsessed.
- 51:17Speaker 2: She wore these big sunglasses. My own asses wore these
- 51:20Speaker 2: big sunglasses. So I always looked at her like she
- 51:24Speaker 2: really thinks he's Jackio, right, So, and JACKIEO lived off Onassas,
- 51:31Speaker 2: so to me, the money was all Onassis. So, so
- 51:34Speaker 2: to me, I look at her like, wow, she's just
- 51:35Speaker 2: trying to live off me, and now I have to
- 51:37Speaker 2: support not only Onas, but to support all of Awatuki,
- 51:40Speaker 2: I might as well be the maryor of Ahwatuki. So
- 51:42Speaker 2: it bothers me a lot in that regard. So that's
- 51:46Speaker 2: where I come up with these names. But it's therapy
- 51:48Speaker 2: for me. It's therapeutic. It's it's not it's not in
- 51:52Speaker 2: a vulgar way. It's to make people laugh at the
- 51:53Speaker 2: situation and be like wow, okay.
- 51:55Speaker 3: Well they're also pretty cute names.
- 51:57Speaker 4: By the way, Onassas is flattering my opinion. It's second,
- 52:00Speaker 4: it's not because your brainwashed. I think Jackie Oh is
- 52:02Speaker 4: something crazy.
- 52:04Speaker 3: I mean she was married to to Kennedy.
- 52:07Speaker 2: I mean she was.
- 52:10Speaker 3: You can call me own asks if you want.
- 52:12Speaker 2: I'm not gonna call you.
- 52:14Speaker 3: I don't wear big sunglasses.
- 52:16Speaker 4: But but let me let me say this because you
- 52:18Speaker 4: have good But I think nick I think I need.
- 52:20Speaker 4: I think people have to understand that whatever you know
- 52:23Speaker 4: nicknames you're you're giving people, it's through pain that you have.
- 52:27Speaker 2: Let's be honest.
- 52:27Speaker 4: I mean, I mean you're trying to find through your
- 52:30Speaker 4: humor because I know you for a long time. Part
- 52:32Speaker 4: of your the way you deal with pain is through
- 52:35Speaker 4: your sarcasm and through your humor and through your wit.
- 52:37Speaker 4: You're a very witty person. People don't realize. I mean
- 52:40Speaker 4: you are high level with You're so witty that even
- 52:43Speaker 4: before all this happened, you'd call me up and say
- 52:44Speaker 4: some crazy ship and then like I hang up the phone,
- 52:46Speaker 4: I realized, oh my god, he just he just he
- 52:49Speaker 4: just like plastic, just like what the fun? I think
- 52:54Speaker 4: very fast.
- 52:54Speaker 1: I know if you were just a bad dude, you
- 52:58Speaker 1: wouldn't be on your social media. You would be keeping
- 53:01Speaker 1: this quiet and you would just be dragging her in
- 53:03Speaker 1: other forms.
- 53:05Speaker 3: You're coming from a place.
- 53:07Speaker 4: Of a lot of pain, of pain, and I'm sure
- 53:10Speaker 4: she's in pain.
- 53:10Speaker 3: And if you deny that, I'm.
- 53:12Speaker 4: Sure she's in pain too. Let's let's be honest, like,
- 53:14Speaker 4: because it's both could you not? Because family's been you know,
- 53:19Speaker 4: you guys are separating.
- 53:21Speaker 1: Even if you sit there and you're like, I can't
- 53:23Speaker 1: stand this person, it's still breaking up something that obviously
- 53:28Speaker 1: started out greater. You never would have gotten fucking married.
- 53:31Speaker 2: You know what the problem is too, is that I'm
- 53:32Speaker 2: really in fear that I'm just like I just want
- 53:36Speaker 2: to hold hands with somebody. I just want to walk
- 53:39Speaker 2: the beach. But you're going to have that, Nick, I'm
- 53:40Speaker 2: not because because I'm type cast, that's not true.
- 53:44Speaker 3: I see where you're in it. You're in it.
- 53:48Speaker 4: You're in it right now.
- 53:49Speaker 2: I agree.
- 53:50Speaker 4: I think Nick, if you give yourself, honestly, sixty days
- 53:54Speaker 4: to just let now that this is the final.
- 53:56Speaker 3: More time days.
- 53:59Speaker 4: I don't mean sixty days for him to be okay
- 54:01Speaker 4: and happy, but just sixty days to just have a
- 54:05Speaker 4: little quiet to himself.
- 54:06Speaker 1: Just I think every time you have a super negative thought,
- 54:10Speaker 1: you need to put the phone down and you need
- 54:12Speaker 1: to like you're talking, you're like preaching to make every
- 54:15Speaker 1: single comment.
- 54:15Speaker 2: I read every single DM. I read everything because it
- 54:19Speaker 2: fuels me.
- 54:20Speaker 3: Can that stop today?
- 54:21Speaker 2: It has to.
- 54:23Speaker 1: You're gonna go into the darkest abyss that you're never
- 54:26Speaker 1: gonna be able to pull yourself out of. Because, like
- 54:29Speaker 1: you said, when you were with Shane, it became like
- 54:32Speaker 1: a just like your new norm. Right you woke up,
- 54:35Speaker 1: you were on autopilot. That's it's gonna be the same
- 54:38Speaker 1: thing with reading comments, reading dms. It's just gonna be
- 54:41Speaker 1: something that you do every single day. It'll become a routine.
- 54:45Speaker 2: And this is why I didn't, you know, when I
- 54:47Speaker 2: look back I'm like, God, why did I start the
- 54:48Speaker 2: dirty Because if there wasn't this, I don't think there
- 54:51Speaker 2: would be Instagram. I don't think there would be. I
- 54:53Speaker 2: think I caused a wave of ripple effect of hate
- 54:59Speaker 2: and I'm sorry for that.
- 55:01Speaker 4: Wow, that's big, that's big.
- 55:04Speaker 2: I think.
- 55:05Speaker 4: I think the takeaway today is starting your life in
- 55:09Speaker 4: the next chapter and now protecting your kids and making
- 55:14Speaker 4: sure they have rainbows and unicorns.
- 55:16Speaker 2: Because I hear your podcast with them.
- 55:18Speaker 4: It's what.
- 55:20Speaker 2: Girl dad.
- 55:21Speaker 4: Everyone's got to listen to this, girl dad. What a
- 55:23Speaker 4: genius idea. A little jealous I didn't start it myself.
- 55:26Speaker 4: It's actually genius, and I think it's got to be
- 55:28Speaker 4: therapeutic to see someone who looks at the world through
- 55:32Speaker 4: you know, kids.
- 55:33Speaker 3: You know that's what kids live through.
- 55:36Speaker 4: Yeah, And to hear you, who I know is in
- 55:38Speaker 4: pain when you're on this with your daughter having these
- 55:42Speaker 4: beautiful moments and her it's got to.
- 55:44Speaker 2: Be because I feel like a failure as a father.
- 55:47Speaker 4: No, the opposite. Who does a podcast, Who does a
- 55:51Speaker 4: podcast with their kid? I'm actually envious and jealous. I
- 55:54Speaker 4: wanted to rip that idea because it was so beautiful.
- 55:56Speaker 2: I did it because we don't you know you're you're
- 55:59Speaker 2: like me. We care about our kids so much and
- 56:01Speaker 2: we want to give them the world. Yes, we spoil
- 56:03Speaker 2: them when we shouldn't. Correct, I agree with that, and
- 56:06Speaker 2: we shut that ship down daily and we put them
- 56:11Speaker 2: you know, we show them worlds that their husbands will
- 56:15Speaker 2: never achieve for them, right, and that's our fault because
- 56:19Speaker 2: we love them so much. I wanted to have one
- 56:21Speaker 2: hour with my daughter press or I can actually look
- 56:25Speaker 2: her in the eyes and have a true conversation and
- 56:28Speaker 2: to understand her mind.
- 56:30Speaker 4: Yeah, and it's beautiful. I listened to it.
- 56:32Speaker 2: It was the most powerful. It's going to blow up.
- 56:36Speaker 2: It's next week is when I have the first couple episodes.
- 56:40Speaker 2: I've just been doing teasers. I listened to the tea.
- 56:44Speaker 4: I mean, I just can't believe how beautiful she.
- 56:47Speaker 2: Is, so smart.
- 56:48Speaker 3: How old is she?
- 56:48Speaker 4: She's nine, yeah, going on probably fifty.
- 56:52Speaker 2: She wants to be an actress, a singer that she
- 56:54Speaker 2: wants to She just wants to conquer the world. But
- 56:55Speaker 2: she doesn't see the world like we see the world.
- 56:57Speaker 4: No, because she's because she's nine.
- 56:59Speaker 3: Yeah, it's beautiful and have so much to like. It's
- 57:02Speaker 3: her oyster.
- 57:03Speaker 1: She looks at the world and she's like, I can
- 57:05Speaker 1: have all of that. She hasn't been jaded, and.
- 57:06Speaker 4: She's also you know, your child, which means she's got
- 57:09Speaker 4: to be witty as fuck, right, She's gotta be you know,
- 57:12Speaker 4: she's just gonna be sassy, sassy. But I think that
- 57:15Speaker 4: that is something really unique and I think it's really
- 57:17Speaker 4: beautiful and it shows who you are as a father.
- 57:20Speaker 2: The fact that you took the time.
- 57:21Speaker 4: You could do one hundred podcasts, Nicky, come on, you
- 57:24Speaker 4: could start thirty different podcasts if you wanted. Instead you
- 57:26Speaker 4: chose to do with your daughter, Yeah, which I think
- 57:28Speaker 4: people are really it's something very special and I think parents,
- 57:34Speaker 4: you know, are gonna love this.
- 57:35Speaker 2: Kids are going to love kids. That's what I mean. Kids,
- 57:37Speaker 2: kids and parents.
- 57:38Speaker 4: I mean, I mean this is something I could sit
- 57:40Speaker 4: down with London, Yes, you know, and and and and
- 57:43Speaker 4: say listen to listen to my friend and talk to
- 57:46Speaker 4: talk to his daughter.
- 57:47Speaker 3: Yeah, it's pretty cute.
- 57:49Speaker 2: And I you know, I was always thinking how am
- 57:50Speaker 2: I going to come back into the podcast world now
- 57:52Speaker 2: that it's blowing up, right, and I'm seeing like, wow,
- 57:55Speaker 2: you know, your your guys show is like working and
- 57:58Speaker 2: I'm like, yeah, we don't.
- 58:00Speaker 4: We don't know how it happened because we started and
- 58:02Speaker 4: we were both like, we're gonna last about four episodes
- 58:04Speaker 4: and then they're gonna kick us off the air. But anyway,
- 58:07Speaker 4: it's it's fun.
- 58:07Speaker 2: You know.
- 58:08Speaker 4: It's like you have that therapeut the moment with your daughter.
- 58:11Speaker 4: Lala and I have a very similar relationship through our podcast.
- 58:14Speaker 4: It's like our moment in a moment to just talk
- 58:17Speaker 4: to each other and if we're having a good day
- 58:20Speaker 4: or a bad day, it all comes out.
- 58:21Speaker 2: It all comes out in the pocket. The thing that
- 58:23Speaker 2: I'm trying to do is actually own the content instead
- 58:26Speaker 2: of distributing it. So it's all gonna be STILLIB at
- 58:29Speaker 2: base all.
- 58:29Speaker 3: That's so brilliant.
- 58:31Speaker 2: That's good. So now everyone's gonna come to me and
- 58:33Speaker 2: you're gonna take podcasts on Yeah, that's amazing. That's great,
- 58:37Speaker 2: and video movies, everything like it's gonna be full. It's
- 58:40Speaker 2: like I'm trying to create this Netflix meets media. So
- 58:44Speaker 2: you have your stories, you have your podcast. It's kind
- 58:47Speaker 2: of like three dimensional experience. Oh I love that. So
- 58:50Speaker 2: you see video, you see just NonStop contact with the dirty.
- 58:54Speaker 2: When I created it, people were coming there twenty five
- 58:55Speaker 2: thirty times a day. Wow're all obsessed.
- 58:59Speaker 4: Oh my.
- 58:59Speaker 2: So now I'm trying to create the obsession.
- 59:02Speaker 4: Of about a different platform from.
- 59:05Speaker 2: An older audience, but also create bring the younger generation
- 59:08Speaker 2: who have no idea who I am, because it's so
- 59:10Speaker 2: refreshing that people are looking at me that don't know
- 59:13Speaker 2: my past and they're like, wow, this guy's cool. Right,
- 59:16Speaker 2: you know, so I'm going.
- 59:17Speaker 4: To But you also have that you also have such
- 59:20Speaker 4: a huge following of industry people, celebrities. Yeah, I mean,
- 59:25Speaker 4: I mean you have deep relationships. I mean I've come
- 59:27Speaker 4: to you for introductions to people. You just know everybody
- 59:31Speaker 4: knows you. You know everybody, and I think that gives
- 59:34Speaker 4: you a lot of currency and obviously the business that
- 59:36Speaker 4: you're building right now.
- 59:37Speaker 2: Yeah, and I've never taken advantage of any of the
- 59:39Speaker 2: higher profile people. So be ready, because David Grutman, everybody, everybody,
- 59:46Speaker 2: all my best friends, it's time to be best friends.
- 59:51Speaker 4: Well, listen, it's an honor to have you. I mean,
- 59:53Speaker 4: you're my friend, but it's honored for you to come
- 59:55Speaker 4: here and be brave and to talk about things and
- 59:58Speaker 4: to do it in such an honest slight Because I
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: really feel like you were honest today and you were
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: fair to your ex today in this conversation.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: Well, I heard things that I've never seen you post
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: like you acknowledged a lot of things that I don't think.
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: He's like his own Instagram, you know, in the marriage,
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: and I just think that, Look, I'm rooting for your
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: family because I want to see your kids happy and
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: thrive and you thrive, and hopefully one day you two
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: will be able to sit at a graduation. I know
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: you can't see it today. I'm telling you, one day
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: you will call me and say, I went to whatever
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: his sixth grade graduation and she was sitting right.
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: Next to me, and no shot, no shot. I'll be
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: in a helicopter taking pictures.
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: I don't doubt. I don't doubt that about that.
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: All right, Well, listen the Celeb It's it's to say
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: it one more time to sober.
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: So everyone go download Celeb It's on Android and iPhone.
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: It's celeb Magazine or CELEBTM. Instagram's at celebtm, but celebmagazine
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: dot com for people that's still you computers. But we're
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: focused on on app app life and and uh. And
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: the podcast is called the podcast is called girl Dad.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: It's the original podcast that we're going to start first.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: And then I have seven shows in production that are
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: going to stream. Ten M is the travel show Richie
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: rich Is the follow show, which I can't wait to
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: have you on. And then I have Richie Rides where
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: we showcase everyone's sick cars. Yeah, it's gonna be a
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: lot of fun stuff that I'm really excited about, and
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: I'm excited to bring my friends on and show like
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: this level of life where it can be achieved if
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: you have a dream and just don't fall in love,
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: you know, and Free.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: Nick Free, I love it, Nick. We really fucking love you.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: And you know, I think today was a good day.

- 1:01:51Speaker 2: Okay, well we'll see about that. And then also I
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: love no one more question. Can I be in the

- 1:02:18Speaker 3: at my house on number one.
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: I am not number one of the world, Ben Jons.
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: My friend who will be there that night is number
- 1:02:22Speaker 4: one in the world. Okay, I'm number one in my head.
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: I'm totally in for cucumber Ball.
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: It's pickleball, pickle It really is all right.
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: But by the way, it's gonna be fun. There'll be
