A 36-year-old woman from Fairfield, Chantel Brooks, has been missing for three weeks after last being seen leaving her San Francisco job on July 17th — and then again later that morning at a CVS. Police are urgently seeking anyone who may have seen her or her black 2021 Infiniti QX50 (CA plate 9SBB134) since then.
