  Speaker 1: And I've been talking to God about it, and I

  Speaker 1: What happened was I had to go through some more

  Speaker 1: of it yesterday again a situation. But you know what,

  Speaker 1: after it was over, you know, I kind of laid

  Speaker 1: in it for a little while. You know how you've

  Speaker 1: been going through something for so long and then even

  Speaker 1: if it's over or appears to be over, you still

  Speaker 1: kind of lay in it a little bit, and you know,

  Speaker 1: you have a while. Man, I can't believe I've been

  Speaker 1: dealing with this this long, even though even though it's over.

  Speaker 1: I don't know how you do it, but this was

  Speaker 1: for me. Have you ever counted, Steve Harvey, how many

  Speaker 1: times you made it? And so that's what I started

  Speaker 1: doing yesterday, and that's what I did this morning. When

  Speaker 1: I woke up. I was actually taking an inventory account

  Speaker 1: of how many times I made it? How many times, man,

  Speaker 1: I didn't have the rent and somehow I came up

  Speaker 1: with it. How many times I didn't have my house

  Speaker 1: payment and somehow I came up with it. How many

  Speaker 1: times I was out of money, did not have enough,

  Speaker 1: didn't see no way, but somehow I came up with it.

  Speaker 1: How many times I got sick, thought, well, man, this
• 1:39
  Speaker 1: one right here. I don't know what I'm gonna do,

  Speaker 1: but somehow I got my health back. How many situations

  Speaker 1: I have found myself in? That was I thought at
• 1:50
  Speaker 1: the time, detrimental and diabolical and man so sinister at times.

  Speaker 1: Somehow I made it. I look at all the accidents

  Speaker 1: I've been in, but he kept me. I made it.

  Speaker 1: I think about even the simplest times of like stepping

  Speaker 1: off a curve and almost got hit, but I made it.

  Speaker 2: I was just tripping the other day.

  Speaker 1: I was thinking about the times that I've been hit

  Speaker 1: by a car and it could have been worse, but

  Speaker 1: it wasn't, And I made it through that too. I

  Speaker 1: was thinking about, man, when they count you out, do

  Speaker 1: you know how many times I've been counted out? He's done,

  Speaker 1: I was just taking an inventory, everybody of how many

  Speaker 1: times I've made it. So what I learned yesterday was

  Speaker 1: when God gets you through something, when he pulled you

  Speaker 1: the other side, why don't you get up, dust yourself

  Speaker 1: off and start troting what you laying that for? Man

  Speaker 1: wallowing in it, going over it, recycling it in your mind.

  Speaker 1: So many people can't move forward because we keep recycling

  Speaker 1: stuff in our mind when clearly it's time to move on.

  Speaker 1: you lost. What you lost was probably not yours to

  Speaker 1: I'm not talking about losing a loved one, a mother

  Speaker 1: or father, nothing like that. I'm talking about innate objects,

  Speaker 1: I look back on it. I wasn't supposed to have

  Speaker 1: claimed I lost it. Come on, man, take an inventory, everybody.

  Speaker 1: Start looking at the things man, that God has brought

  Speaker 1: you through. Start looking at how many times He allowed

  Speaker 1: you to make it, and get glad about waking up

  Speaker 1: in the morning. Man, Get glad about your life. Start

  Speaker 1: feeling something positive about your situation. You cannot expect God

  Speaker 1: to continue to bless you if you're not grateful for

  Speaker 1: the things that you have. Why would God sitting down

  Speaker 1: here looking at you, upset, angry, laying in the wall

  Speaker 1: of what you are not grateful for? You just can't

  Speaker 1: find the scene and find no gratitude in your heart

  Speaker 1: about nothing, but you steady asking God for something. So

  Speaker 1: now you think God is crazy. You think he gonna

  Speaker 1: give you some more stuff to not be grateful for.

  Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? Why would he do that. He's

  Speaker 1: too full of too much mercy to send you through that.

  Speaker 1: The more I give my child, the more ungrateful they are,

  Speaker 1: the less gratitude they show. But I'm gonna keep dumping

  Speaker 1: it on them so they can keep feeling ungrateful and

  Speaker 1: then show like a gratitude. God's not gonna do that

  Speaker 1: to you. Come on, man, have you ever counted how

  Speaker 1: times God done got me through something. But when He

  Speaker 1: gets you through it, you ain't get up and get

  Speaker 1: on about your business. Don't lay that in it. It's over,
