- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice. Sure, it's no Welcome to the naughty but NICEA
- 0:16Speaker 1: your Hostrom Shooter and it's Friday, which means a dear friend.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Cory Andrew joins us. Hey, Cory, I am here with
- 0:24Speaker 1: be of gossip to get to a well done my friend.
- 0:30Speaker 1: I've seen you all week on News Nation doing a
- 0:33Speaker 1: ton of different reporting. I love seeing it. I love
- 0:35Speaker 1: it when your face pops up. You're so good at it.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Oh, thank you all. You know, as I tell everyone,
- 0:38Speaker 2: you know, you've been so lovely to help me kind
- 0:40Speaker 2: of evolve to that place or thank you. And yeah,
- 0:43Speaker 2: we talked about Taylor Swept.
- 0:44Speaker 1: So it was a lot of fun, A lot of fun.
- 0:46Speaker 1: She's keeping me in business. I always fear. And this
- 0:49Speaker 1: is like the old working class poor upbringing I had.
- 0:53Speaker 1: I didn't grow up in a particularly wealthy maybe in
- 0:55Speaker 1: fact it wasn't wealthy, and at all we struggled. I
- 0:58Speaker 1: always think poverty is just to round my corner. And
- 1:00Speaker 1: so when I stopped talking about the Royals that I'm like, oh,
- 1:04Speaker 1: my career is over nothing. And then something else was
- 1:06Speaker 1: going something, and I thought that we'd be talking about
- 1:09Speaker 1: Taylor Swift for the for the next five days. We're
- 1:11Speaker 1: not because we've already got another fabulous lead that we're
- 1:14Speaker 1: going to jump into. What time is it, my friends?
- 1:16Speaker 2: It is.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Has broke his silence after his legal war with Blake
- 1:21Speaker 1: Lively has come to somewhat of a conclusions, speaking out
- 1:24Speaker 1: for the first time, saying he's very grateful and gratitude
- 1:28Speaker 1: actually saved him and his wife. I thought it was
- 1:30Speaker 1: so smart. They did not sit down on GMA or
- 1:33Speaker 1: the Today Show. They made their own video posted it online.
- 1:37Speaker 1: They talked about the pain and the untruth that is
- 1:40Speaker 1: out there that has been spoken, some of the accusations.
- 1:43Speaker 1: They say they had to stay silent because they wanted
- 1:46Speaker 1: the legal process to play out. That's often the case
- 1:48Speaker 1: when you see these celebrities and you wonder why the
- 1:51Speaker 1: dickens are they not defending themselves. They can't. Their lawyers
- 1:54Speaker 1: are like, you mustn't. Should have been involved in celebrity
- 1:57Speaker 1: legal cases as a publicist where I wanted my client
- 2:01Speaker 1: to speak out, but the lawyer said, no, no, you
- 2:03Speaker 1: go out. You've always got to go for the lawyers here.
- 2:05Speaker 1: You've got to defer to the lawyers here. So the
- 2:07Speaker 1: case ended without damages being paid to either side. Financial damages.
- 2:11Speaker 1: But let's be clear, both sides suffered terrible damages here, reputation,
- 2:17Speaker 1: money lost. He said he is now focused on healing.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Blake has not responded. We spotted her in Canada enjoying
- 2:24Speaker 1: lunch just before this video was released. A couple of
- 2:27Speaker 1: things here. I think, first of all, the reaction from
- 2:29Speaker 1: Blake and Ryan is going to be interesting. My sources
- 2:32Speaker 1: tell me they're not going to react directly. But neither
- 2:36Speaker 1: one of them have a gag order. There's no NDA
- 2:38Speaker 1: in the final settlement. Normally, when you settle, actually normally
- 2:42Speaker 1: when you lose, when you lose, you have to signed
- 2:44Speaker 1: ADA when you settle. Maybe not so much. They did
- 2:46Speaker 1: not sign an NDA. And I do think this is
- 2:48Speaker 1: so interested. It is now almost impossible for mainstream media
- 2:53Speaker 1: to keep up with social media. Every celebrity. Now they
- 2:56Speaker 1: used to run to CNN or People Magazine or Good
- 3:00Speaker 1: Want in America. No, if you don't want to answer
- 3:03Speaker 1: questions that reporters are going to ask you, even friendly
- 3:06Speaker 1: outlets like Entertainment Tonight they never ask hard questions. But
- 3:10Speaker 1: you just don't want any any questions, make your own video,
- 3:15Speaker 1: post it online and all those outlets that you were
- 3:18Speaker 1: potentially going to speak to they'll pick up your video.
- 3:20Speaker 1: It's like handing them a press release. It's handing them
- 3:24Speaker 1: what you want. It's beautifully produced. Having his wife Emily
- 3:27Speaker 1: sitting behinside him, I thought was really really good. Clearly
- 3:30Speaker 1: they've practiced this. This is not just two people sitting
- 3:33Speaker 1: down on the couch. So I thought it was. It
- 3:36Speaker 1: was very effective. It seems like on social media I checked,
- 3:39Speaker 1: it seems fifty to fifty split here. Some think it's good,
- 3:43Speaker 1: some people think it's team Blake. I guess who you
- 3:45Speaker 1: like is who you like, and it's difficult to change
- 3:48Speaker 1: your mind. Although I would argue Blake has changed a
- 3:50Speaker 1: lot of people's minds. I know people that really used
- 3:53Speaker 1: to like her. And the more we've got to know
- 3:55Speaker 1: about it, the more we've seen those clips of her
- 3:58Speaker 1: being rude to reporters, you to people, I think she's
- 4:01Speaker 1: been really tarnished. Here. What do you think about all this?
- 4:04Speaker 2: I mean, you bring up a great point that neither
- 4:06Speaker 2: side was made to pay the other, and so you
- 4:09Speaker 2: are left asking what.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Was the market about it.
- 4:12Speaker 2: They literally went into a situation where they said, I
- 4:15Speaker 2: know we're gonna just ruin our careers, like that seems
- 4:18Speaker 2: to be the objective because, to your point, we really
- 4:20Speaker 2: scrutinized a lot of their personalities, a lot of their behavior,
- 4:24Speaker 2: and Blake comes out with the short end of that
- 4:26Speaker 2: sting because she had a history of being what we
- 4:29Speaker 2: would call problematic and not always likable, and so that
- 4:34Speaker 2: leads to credibility of you know, if it's about public
- 4:36Speaker 2: persona and what side the public takes, Justin may have
- 4:41Speaker 2: come out on top, and Blake may have heard her career.
- 4:44Speaker 1: I didn't know him. It's always the biggest start too,
- 4:46Speaker 1: that has the most to lose. Just Thin did not
- 4:48Speaker 1: have as much lose. Although you could argue Blake has
- 4:50Speaker 1: got so much money it doesn't matter if it right. Again,
- 4:53Speaker 1: Justin needs to pay those bills. He does not have
- 4:54Speaker 1: multimillions of dollars. I thought the video was really, really effective.
- 4:58Speaker 1: I've watched it five times. I think doing their own
- 5:01Speaker 1: video rather than doing an interview, I'd rather an interview.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I'd rather than come on our show or another podcast
- 5:07Speaker 1: where we could ask really really pointed questions and you
- 5:09Speaker 1: know we would. We wouldn't be rude, No, I'd ask
- 5:11Speaker 1: the good stuff. You'd ask the good stuff. Calling I
- 5:13Speaker 1: think doing it themselves was probably the best idea. Do
- 5:17Speaker 1: you think that's how we're going to see celebrities deal
- 5:20Speaker 1: with scandal? Now? They're just gonna make their own videos
- 5:22Speaker 1: a person.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Yeah, they can avoid the legal landmine that way too.
- 5:25Speaker 2: I mean, to your point earlier about the lawyers, very
- 5:28Speaker 2: often they want to talk, they want to say things.
- 5:30Speaker 2: So once that legal hurdle is cleared and there's no
- 5:33Speaker 2: more liability of defamation and all those things I could
- 5:36Speaker 2: land you back in court, they're safe to say. Listen,
- 5:39Speaker 2: here's what I felt was the situation, and here's what
- 5:43Speaker 2: I was fighting for, And don't ask me again.
- 5:46Speaker 1: We're going to move on, and I think they.
- 5:48Speaker 2: Can sort of cleanly just break away and move on
- 5:50Speaker 2: that way.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't think we're gonna I don't think this
- 5:52Speaker 1: is going to be the last this. I do think
- 5:53Speaker 1: at some point Ryan, I'm told Ryan is furious. Blake's upset.
- 5:57Speaker 1: They've watched it. They're going to pretend they haven't seen it.
- 5:59Speaker 1: They watched it too, and I mean, come on, watched
- 6:02Speaker 1: this to invest in this to not watch it? And
- 6:06Speaker 1: I'm sure before they posted it, before Justin and his
- 6:09Speaker 1: wife posted it. I know lawyers looked at it. Publicists
- 6:12Speaker 1: looked at it, and they take this three or four times.
- 6:16Speaker 1: I think that they look great. I think it's good
- 6:18Speaker 1: doing it at home in their kitchen. It looks very
- 6:20Speaker 1: down he it looks very very soriid. It's very suburb
- 6:24Speaker 1: and it's a beautiful woman and a handsome man sitting
- 6:28Speaker 1: at their kitchen table. I think too, it's very clever.
- 6:30Speaker 1: They didn't talk about the legal drama. They talked about
- 6:34Speaker 1: the emotional drama, not the legal impact. The emotional impact
- 6:38Speaker 1: because nobody can argue with your emotions. How you feel
- 6:41Speaker 1: is how you feel. The law that's pretty good and dry,
- 6:44Speaker 1: but feelings are yours. So I thought it was very
- 6:46Speaker 1: very clever to talk about emotions and to reframe this.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Now it's no longer a legal arguments. It's an argument
- 6:53Speaker 1: about what was lost, what was so painful, very difficult,
- 6:56Speaker 1: which brings us to our whole question. After the day,
- 6:59Speaker 1: just In Baldoony breaks his silence after the Blake Lively
- 7:03Speaker 1: legal war ends, Will Blake respond? Will she respond? I
- 7:08Speaker 1: don't think she's gonna do a video. But Ryan can't
- 7:10Speaker 1: help himself. He thinks he's awfully clever. He really doesn't,
- 7:14Speaker 1: So maybe they'll do something. Yeah, yes, yeah, they've almost
- 7:18Speaker 1: baited them. It's very clever here, isn't it. It's like
- 7:22Speaker 1: balls in your call. Let's see what happens if you
- 7:25Speaker 1: hit it back over there. Sometimes I've learned in life,
- 7:28Speaker 1: don't hit the ball back just let it drop. Let
- 7:31Speaker 1: it drop. I don't know if Blake can help us up,
- 7:33Speaker 1: we'll go find out. Take her vote on our Twitter
- 7:35Speaker 1: at X page add Naughty Nice rob Our facebook page
- 7:40Speaker 1: is Naughty Gossip and be sure to check back on
- 7:42Speaker 1: Monday to hear your results. Hey, what are you working on, Corey? Well?
- 7:47Speaker 2: This story cracks me up. And it's also like a
- 7:49Speaker 2: little continuation of Blake in a weird way because it's
- 7:52Speaker 2: featuring the former bestie of course, Taylor Swift. And this
- 7:57Speaker 2: is about a wedding invitation at Taylor apparently emailed and
- 8:01Speaker 2: one music producer who received it made the mistake of
- 8:04Speaker 2: I mean, it's the mistake of a lifetime because he
- 8:07Speaker 2: thought it was spam and he deleted the wedding invitation
- 8:12Speaker 2: of Taylor Swift and Travin Kelsey and so he just
- 8:15Speaker 2: mistakenly believed, you know, it was like a phishing attempt,
- 8:18Speaker 2: and so he just like deleted or erased it or
- 8:21Speaker 2: whatever he did before realizing that maybe this was an actual,
- 8:24Speaker 2: real invitation to one of the year's biggest celebrity events.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I'd argue maybe of the century. We always ask, is
- 8:32Speaker 2: that the wedding of the century. It could have been
- 8:35Speaker 2: his wife, Melissa. She revealed this embarrassing blunder in a
- 8:39Speaker 2: huff Post essay, and she admitted that she was furious
- 8:42Speaker 2: after learning they had missed this Star Study celebration. But
- 8:47Speaker 2: you know, the thing about this is a little strange
- 8:49Speaker 2: when people do this, because I just literally this past year,
- 8:52Speaker 2: I've received I have a couple wedding invitations and I'm gone.
- 8:56Speaker 2: The people typically follow up though, with a paper invite
- 8:59Speaker 2: or a phone call. They don't just leave it to
- 9:02Speaker 2: like chance there. It could have gone to spam like
- 9:05Speaker 2: it because because emails do go to spam. So I
- 9:07Speaker 2: find that strange that there was no.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I and it wasn't. It wasn't Taylor and Travis sitting
- 9:12Speaker 1: in their living room texting people. They had a professional company.
- 9:16Speaker 1: They hired a team that did this, and that was
- 9:18Speaker 1: part of the problem. It didn't come from Taylor's phone,
- 9:21Speaker 1: so it didn't Taylor Swift texted me if you texted
- 9:25Speaker 1: me Corey, I'd answer it. But if it was just
- 9:27Speaker 1: a one eight hundred number or whatever, if there wasn't
- 9:29Speaker 1: a name and it's I might not open it. I'm
- 9:32Speaker 1: very careful about this stuff. I have missed that if
- 9:34Speaker 1: you send me an e invite, sometimes I'm suspicious about it.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Also to cards, I've got a few viruses from opening
- 9:41Speaker 1: what I thought were holiday cars, and so now I
- 9:44Speaker 1: say to myself, no message from a friend in a
- 9:47Speaker 1: card can be worth me having to sit at the
- 9:50Speaker 1: Apple Store for four hours waiting for a genius bar appointment,
- 9:54Speaker 1: and so I just hit delete. I don't open that stuff. Now,
- 9:57Speaker 1: I've really learned this, And sometimes my friends get so
- 10:00Speaker 1: angry with me. It's my birthday next week, thank you
- 10:02Speaker 1: very much. And a few of my friends have already
- 10:04Speaker 1: sent me car and I'd say, I'm not opening I
- 10:07Speaker 1: don't know if you email it from your personal account,
- 10:10Speaker 1: like if I get anything from your email from your course,
- 10:13Speaker 1: of course I open it. But if it's one eight
- 10:14Speaker 1: hundred car, I'm not What's this not sense? And these
- 10:19Speaker 1: people are very very busy. They have lots and lots
- 10:21Speaker 1: of texts there was a thousand people. But Taylor has
- 10:24Speaker 1: enough money that they could all personally have got a call.
- 10:26Speaker 1: She could have had again, she could be exactly. I
- 10:31Speaker 1: could have had a pigeon deliver. Mind. She's got so
- 10:33Speaker 1: much money. An Ostrich could have turned up at my
- 10:36Speaker 1: apartment with the invite strapped to his neck. It's that expensive.
- 10:40Speaker 1: So I think, here, it is funny, but I do
- 10:42Speaker 1: sort of get it. It is interesting. I was thinking
- 10:44Speaker 1: about this. I know Ryan Seacrest, he did he got
- 10:46Speaker 1: an invite to he couldn't go, he was working, But
- 10:48Speaker 1: it didn't come from Taylor's phone. It didn't come from Travis.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Now what I would have done is if I had
- 10:54Speaker 1: looked at the guest list, I would have said to
- 10:56Speaker 1: my event planners, who hasn't our svped? And then I
- 10:59Speaker 1: would have texted them like, dude, I said you an
- 11:02Speaker 1: invite last week. I know it can be confused, and
- 11:05Speaker 1: sometimes you do think you're being punked that this wasn't
- 11:08Speaker 1: somebody that was there inner circle. This wasn't someone that
- 11:10Speaker 1: she really like. Was she worked with them? But you know,
- 11:14Speaker 1: if somebody had sent me an invite a text, Rob,
- 11:17Speaker 1: You've been invited to Taylors. It could happen. It's very unlikely,
- 11:21Speaker 1: which when I look it was there, please, I mean
- 11:24Speaker 1: my name, because I could have been invited. I'm gonna
- 11:28Speaker 1: tell everybody. I'm gonna tell everybody. I accident. Yes, the
- 11:34Speaker 1: logistics of this stuff. Oh, it's a military operation. Okay,
- 11:36Speaker 1: moving along, King Charles is reunion with Harry hangs by
- 11:40Speaker 1: earth thread. Oh and Meghan could be the key to this.
- 11:43Speaker 1: So Harry had hoped for a reunion with his dad,
- 11:46Speaker 1: King Charles. It's looking very uncertain that that is going
- 11:49Speaker 1: to happen. It's Friday and it's not happened. It does
- 11:51Speaker 1: not look good now. Inside is the saying the best
- 11:53Speaker 1: chance of a meeting would be if Meghan and the
- 11:55Speaker 1: kids were there. There are some rumors that maybe they
- 11:58Speaker 1: will turn up for this. I think it's a little
- 12:00Speaker 1: late now, but that's sort of bad too. It's like,
- 12:03Speaker 1: I'll only beat with you if you've got your children. Yeah,
- 12:06Speaker 1: it's a little bok. Some of my friends have done that.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Friends that's the wrong word. So no, my colleagues, like
- 12:10Speaker 1: they'll say to me, oh, I'll meet you tonight for
- 12:14Speaker 1: a drink. Rob, are you going to be with Barry Manilo, thank.
- 12:18Speaker 2: You as a qualifier for us.
- 12:19Speaker 1: I'll meet you tonight. Rob. But are you going to
- 12:22Speaker 1: be with Rosanna Scotto? It's Wendy come in and I'm like,
- 12:27Speaker 1: do you really want to see me? Or do you
- 12:28Speaker 1: want to see it? Is a bit shady, but I've
- 12:31Speaker 1: done that too, my friend.
- 12:33Speaker 2: They say they just asked. They don't have any shame.
- 12:35Speaker 1: And would I say no? Madonna will not be there?
- 12:39Speaker 1: Oh well they're not. I'll pass.
- 12:43Speaker 2: You got to love the honesty.
- 12:45Speaker 1: You've got to love it. King Charles and Harry this
- 12:48Speaker 1: is they say, your schedules busy. It's his son. It's
- 12:51Speaker 1: in London. Yeah.
- 12:52Speaker 2: I'm disturbed by story because like the you know, the
- 12:54Speaker 2: Buckingham Palace.
- 12:56Speaker 1: That's rude. Five hundred rooms. Find a couch, some old
- 13:00Speaker 1: couch and throw a blanket on it. I mean, find
- 13:01Speaker 1: a piece of cheese in the kitchen and call it dinner.
- 13:03Speaker 1: It's pretty bad. They're saying the logistics of it and
- 13:07Speaker 1: the staffing, it's a palace. Find a room if you
- 13:11Speaker 1: remember a door bell. Hory needed a place to stay tonight.
- 13:14Speaker 1: I'd like to say I wouldn't. I'd like twenty four
- 13:16Speaker 1: hours notice. Rub the bathtub. But if you turned up
- 13:20Speaker 1: and you were like, can, I say yes, you can't
- 13:22Speaker 1: patch so far, it's just not a good You know
- 13:26Speaker 1: what always makes me smile about this family and I'm
- 13:28Speaker 1: not on either side here. I got an awful DM
- 13:31Speaker 1: from somebody saying I was a mouthpiece for this size
- 13:34Speaker 1: and I said, I'm not a mouthpiece. You feel you
- 13:36Speaker 1: have to pay me to be a mouth piece, then
- 13:38Speaker 1: I will be. I said, whoever, listen, if you're listening, Harry,
- 13:40Speaker 1: send me some money and I'll be you. Charles, if
- 13:42Speaker 1: you're listening, send me that crown or something from the
- 13:44Speaker 1: Tower London, a little jewel. I'll be your mouth I'm
- 13:47Speaker 1: no one who's mouthpiece. I managed to upset so upset everybody.
- 13:51Speaker 1: But what makes me laugh about this family, and it
- 13:53Speaker 1: is on both sides petty, the pettiness or they're so petty.
- 13:57Speaker 1: This is one of the most petty families I've ever
- 14:00Speaker 1: That's why the real I know, but money people get
- 14:04Speaker 1: so petty. That's why I can't stop talking about them. Okay,
- 14:06Speaker 1: Moving alongside is Bonnie Tyler's passed.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Oh yes, this is just like one of those things
- 14:11Speaker 2: where like a party of her childhood has gone.
- 14:13Speaker 1: You know.
- 14:14Speaker 2: So Bonnie Tyler with that wonderful, raspy rock and roll
- 14:17Speaker 2: pop voice. You know, she she's dead at age seventy five.
- 14:21Speaker 2: She's a Welsh born rock legend. And she's got the
- 14:24Speaker 2: powerhouse ballad Total Eclipse of the Heart, and that was
- 14:27Speaker 2: like one of the biggest songs in the eighties and songs.
- 14:31Speaker 1: A great one. It's a huge song. Yeah.
- 14:34Speaker 2: But she died at seventy five after months of serious illness.
- 14:37Speaker 1: I will tell you.
- 14:37Speaker 2: You know, she actually had other hits. You know, she
- 14:39Speaker 2: also had I Need a Hero, and she had a
- 14:41Speaker 2: big seventies hit. I think it's a heartache. I don't
- 14:44Speaker 2: think yes, So she wasn't.
- 14:45Speaker 1: The one hit one. No, No, she made money those
- 14:47Speaker 1: songs hits. I don't think she wrote them. Maybe she
- 14:50Speaker 1: didn't know. No, she did it. That's where the money
- 14:52Speaker 1: really is. Wrote those songs. But God, bless you. What
- 14:55Speaker 1: a wonderful life, what a wonderful talent. And may you
- 14:59Speaker 1: rest in power, My rest in power. Okay, we're going
- 15:02Speaker 1: to take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Naughty but Niceham. Your hester with you, friend,
- 15:11Speaker 1: Cory Andrew, Hey, Corey let's get to the polls. This
- 15:14Speaker 1: was a shady pole yesterday. It did make me chuckle.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Ariana Grande is encouraging a look alike, a viral look alike,
- 15:22Speaker 1: to embrace her own identity and beauty. And now some
- 15:25Speaker 1: people are saying, isn't that lovely that she told this
- 15:28Speaker 1: young lady, don't copy me, be you. You're so pretty.
- 15:32Speaker 1: But she's making money being an Ariana Grande impersona. Maybe
- 15:37Speaker 1: she wasn't so flattered. Whenever anybody wants to do an
- 15:40Speaker 1: impression of you, I always say, please don't because I'll
- 15:42Speaker 1: never like it. If anyone ever says to me, Robert,
- 15:45Speaker 1: do you know who you reminded? No, don't tell me
- 15:47Speaker 1: because if it's not Brad Pitt Da Medna, I'll be insulted.
- 15:52Speaker 1: I love her. It's very like Cory Fabula. Do you
- 15:55Speaker 1: know who you remind me of? If it ain't fabulous
- 16:00Speaker 1: Tyra Banks, Nailmi Campbell, Yes, that's you remind me of.
- 16:04Speaker 1: You remind me of Nami? Just what so you could
- 16:06Speaker 1: get me the way? Would she be naughty because she
- 16:09Speaker 1: doesn't like all this? Or would she be nice because
- 16:11Speaker 1: she was teltified it in her beauty sixty percent said nice.
- 16:15Speaker 1: It's a tricky one. It could go evil. She might
- 16:18Speaker 1: have been trying to shut her down, but yeah, she
- 16:23Speaker 1: could have been. It's a bit annoying. Yeah, when I
- 16:26Speaker 1: worked with Liza and La, she hated all the drag
- 16:28Speaker 1: queens that did Liza. She she got really angry by it.
- 16:32Speaker 1: She said, I don't earn a penny from that.
- 16:34Speaker 2: She's right, well, she means like the professional ones that
- 16:38Speaker 2: are out there, like.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Yeah, a drag bar, they don't like it. Because if
- 16:43Speaker 1: there's a heavy drag queen playing you your I don't
- 16:47Speaker 1: like that. It's just if somebody got up and did
- 16:49Speaker 1: like a Rob Shuter. I'm not that camp. But it's
- 16:55Speaker 1: very tricky, isn't it. But it's also remembering Saturday Night Live.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Did Kathleen how he loved it? Kathleen was furious, and
- 17:02Speaker 1: I said to Kathley, it's an honor. It means culturally Veda.
- 17:05Speaker 1: It took her a minute. I think it is tricky.
- 17:07Speaker 2: They said she was an alcoholic though she was like drinking.
- 17:12Speaker 1: She did, they did, they did point take it. Okay,
- 17:15Speaker 1: don't forget to vote to Day's poll. Vote on today's poll.
- 17:19Speaker 1: It's about justin Bell Deaney, will Blake Lively respond yes
- 17:25Speaker 1: or no go vote on our Twitter ex page had
- 17:28Speaker 1: naughty nights, wrong faced and be sure that's a check
- 17:31Speaker 1: back on Monday to hear your results. And now the day.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Yes Well Lindsay lowhand rings and forty years old, surrounded
- 17:43Speaker 2: by family, friends and a whole fresh new start. She
- 17:46Speaker 2: celebrated her fortieth birthday with an intimate Hampton's dinner, surrounded
- 17:49Speaker 2: by everybody close to her and her husband Badar Shamas,
- 17:53Speaker 2: and the actress hosted about sixty guests at le I
- 17:56Speaker 2: always miss up this name, but it's Le bib Bibloi
- 18:03Speaker 2: in seg Harbor, which is my favorite part of the Hampton's,
- 18:06Speaker 2: but where everyone gave heartfelt speeches and confetti cannons were
- 18:11Speaker 2: shot across the air and a flower covered pink birthday
- 18:14Speaker 2: cake marked the milestone. I will just say Lindsay in
- 18:17Speaker 2: the past couple of years after getting her act together,
- 18:19Speaker 2: she looks phenomenal. She looks so great, and I'm happy
- 18:22Speaker 2: for her that she's done meet.
- 18:24Speaker 1: And I liked that her mom and dad were there.
- 18:25Speaker 1: They're troubled in but there's no drama. Gamily was there,
- 18:29Speaker 1: So congratulations Lindsay Happy birthday. Now I noticed today Lena
- 18:33Speaker 1: Dunham's memoir I actually bumped into her a couple of
- 18:35Speaker 1: weeks ago. She makes me last, she lives quite close
- 18:37Speaker 1: to me. Has really ignited drama about Jack Aber or not.
- 18:41Speaker 1: So Jack has just announced his breakup. He's getting a divorce,
- 18:45Speaker 1: so now everyone's looking back. In her memoir Fame Sick,
- 18:48Speaker 1: she is saying that he spent too many hours in
- 18:51Speaker 1: the studio apartment with an unnamed team popstar. And she said,
- 18:55Speaker 1: even though nothing happened, there was no romance there. She
- 18:57Speaker 1: felt a little bit left out, a little bit overlooked
- 18:59Speaker 1: in the relationships. So people are saying, did he do
- 19:01Speaker 1: this again? Is he a workerholic? So giving us a
- 19:04Speaker 1: little bit of insight, although it probably is unfair to
- 19:06Speaker 1: judge this breakup by a previous one. And naughty naughtyus
- 19:11Speaker 1: the other day. And Liam's gonna sell a few extra books. Now,
- 19:14Speaker 1: just back on top. Let's end with the moment of
- 19:17Speaker 1: from It's all about times. It time you're gonna rub,
- 19:19Speaker 1: you rub, you rub, find your piece. So peace isn't
- 19:23Speaker 1: something you discover after life becomes perfect. It's something you
- 19:27Speaker 1: choose even when your life is messy. Stop waiting for
- 19:30Speaker 1: every problem to disappear, to allow yourself to breathe don't
- 19:33Speaker 1: do that. The people who seem the calmest, they're not
- 19:36Speaker 1: stress free. They've learned not to let stress control them.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Peace begins the instant you accept that you cannot control everything,
- 19:47Speaker 1: but you can control how you respond. That's where freedom
- 19:53Speaker 1: lives once again. Stop waiting for the perfect life to
- 19:57Speaker 1: show up and start finding peace and then messy life
- 20:01Speaker 1: that all of us have. Hey, that is it? Oooh
- 20:04Speaker 1: this week, Thank you so much for listening. They're not
- 20:06Speaker 1: even nice with Robin Cory show of production of Elvis
- 20:08Speaker 1: Duran and iHeartRadio. Don't forget to follow me on substack, robshooter,
- 20:11Speaker 1: substack dot com and also do my novel? Have I
- 20:13Speaker 1: mentioned this? I mentioned it every show. My novel It's
- 20:16Speaker 1: Started with a Whisper, is available right now. If every
- 20:19Speaker 1: listener of this podcast bought this novel, we're doing really well.
- 20:23Speaker 1: The podcast is doing exceptionally well. I would have a
- 20:26Speaker 1: New York Times bestseller just saying what is no pressure?
- 20:29Speaker 1: If you haven't picked up yet, and I know a
- 20:31Speaker 1: lot of you have, maybe you want to get a
- 20:32Speaker 1: copy for a friend. If you have picked it up,
- 20:35Speaker 1: please think about doing so and remember let me hear
- 20:38Speaker 1: you all together now. If you're going to be naughty
- 20:46Speaker 2: Everyone, it's starting, but nice with Rom
