A speedboat pilot who caused a deadly capsizing near the Statue of Liberty — killing a mother and her five-month-old — has been arrested for being in the U.S. illegally. Manuel Ernesto Hernandez-Umana, from El Salvador, allegedly lied about citizenship when he entered in 2007 and wasn’t Coast Guard licensed. The overcrowded vessel carried 14 people (the legal limit is 10), and the infant had no life vest — the boat didn’t even have one for small children. Prosecutors say the pilot told the mom to wear a vest while holding her baby. Now facing criminal charges, he’s also set to be deported…
