This year’s Champlain Valley Fair is getting a sand art masterpiece — artist Dan Belcher, back for his fourth year, is crafting a stunning sculpture to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. Taking over from longtime sculptor Justin Gordon, Belcher’s work has been in progress since Tuesday, captivating crowds with its intricate detail and the joy it sparks in kids and families.
