- 0:24Speaker 1: This is Wayne Alan Roots, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 1: of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:31Speaker 2: It's time war War.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw Truth, one hundred
- 0:38Speaker 1: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:53Speaker 2: All right, sway out the Root, Ruth Roots on Fire. Welcome.
- 0:57Speaker 2: This has become the Steve Battens Show. I'm on Steve
- 1:01Speaker 2: Bannon's shows more than I'm on my own lately. I'm
- 1:03Speaker 2: on again today. As soon as this show is over,
- 1:06Speaker 2: we'll end this show a couple of this podcast a
- 1:08Speaker 2: couple of minutes early again like we did yesterday, because
- 1:12Speaker 2: I'm on Steve Bannon. Plus I'm gonna be on him
- 1:14Speaker 2: tomorrow morning. It's a lot of Steve Banner and Steve Bannon.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Steve Bannon and Steve Bannon. And that's a good thing
- 1:20Speaker 2: because he is a very popular guy. What a giant
- 1:23Speaker 2: audience watches his show. So I'm always thrilled when i
- 1:27Speaker 2: get the call and I've got the call a lot lately.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Thank you, Steve. So I wrote a commentary this morning,
- 1:33Speaker 2: got up at five am to write it. I stopped
- 1:36Speaker 2: going to bed at two in the morning, Petar, I
- 1:38Speaker 2: went to bed at twelve o'clock last night, so my
- 1:40Speaker 2: eyes opened at five am, so I was able to
- 1:43Speaker 2: get this in. And it's titled Democrats are living on
- 1:47Speaker 2: stolen land in Washington, d C. And if you don't
- 1:50Speaker 2: understand this, or you deny it, you are a stolen
- 1:54Speaker 2: election denier. That's what we have to start calling them,
- 1:57Speaker 2: stolen election deniers. They love to call us deniers. There's
- 2:00Speaker 2: such liars. So I made an appearance on Steve Bannon's
- 2:03Speaker 2: Fabulous war Room TV show yesterday were I explained the
- 2:06Speaker 2: idea that I've been promoting and pitching for many weeks
- 2:09Speaker 2: to President Trump. This is the perfect moment for President
- 2:13Speaker 2: Trump to declare a national security emergency for elections to
- 2:17Speaker 2: prevent Democrats from stealing the midterms. I explain two things
- 2:21Speaker 2: to Steve Bannon's audience that many conservatives don't seem to
- 2:24Speaker 2: understand about this strategy. First, when many people are confusing
- 2:28Speaker 2: my idea with an executive order, a national security emergency
- 2:32Speaker 2: is a whole different animal. It's far stronger than an
- 2:35Speaker 2: EO an executive order. As such, it cannot be challenged
- 2:40Speaker 2: in court. A national security emergency can only be overturned
- 2:45Speaker 2: by a two thirds vote of both houses of Congress.
- 2:49Speaker 2: This isn't my interpretation, it's a nineteen eighty three Supreme
- 2:53Speaker 2: Court ruling. It's settled law. So President Trump could use
- 2:57Speaker 2: a national security emergency as a sledgehammer to restore election
- 3:02Speaker 2: integrity far more effectively than the Save Act ever could.
- 3:06Speaker 2: This idea is the Save Act on steroids. Even more importantly,
- 3:12Speaker 2: the President never needs Congress's approval. He goes right over
- 3:16Speaker 2: their heads. Secondly, I want to point out that, although
- 3:19Speaker 2: I believe tonight in his address to the Nation, President
- 3:22Speaker 2: Trump will start to lay out his case for a
- 3:25Speaker 2: national security emergency. He may not sign it tonight, he
- 3:28Speaker 2: may not announce it tonight, but he's going to lay
- 3:30Speaker 2: out his case, and he'll announce it maybe a month
- 3:33Speaker 2: for now or two weeks for now. But I want
- 3:36Speaker 2: to make the case here. He may lay out his
- 3:38Speaker 2: case for a national security emergency, but he does not
- 3:43Speaker 2: have to the President can declare a national security emergency
- 3:46Speaker 2: at any time without justifying his reasons. He just declares it,
- 3:52Speaker 2: and it's in effect end of story, game, set match.
- 3:56Speaker 2: He's under no obligation to prove his case, and the
- 3:59Speaker 2: only for Democrats to stop it is a two thirds
- 4:03Speaker 2: vote in both houses of Congress. I believe this whole
- 4:06Speaker 2: process starts tonight with President Trump's address to the nation.
- 4:10Speaker 2: President Trump, I repeat, does not have to lay out
- 4:12Speaker 2: his case, but I'm now going to do it, just
- 4:16Speaker 2: so the American people understand why this is a truly
- 4:19Speaker 2: legitimate emergency. First, on the topic of foreign interference in
- 4:23Speaker 2: US elections, It's clear that our election machines can be
- 4:26Speaker 2: easily hacked and votes changed, and I have no doubt
- 4:29Speaker 2: our enemies like China and the Chinese Communist Party are
- 4:32Speaker 2: trying to rig and steal our elections every day. Is
- 4:35Speaker 2: anyone so blind, so clueless, and so delusional that they
- 4:40Speaker 2: don't understand that every day, billion dollar multinational corporations and
- 4:44Speaker 2: gigantic government agencies are being hacked, but voting machines aren't
- 4:49Speaker 2: being hacked. If you don't see that as a threat
- 4:51Speaker 2: to democracy, you are delusional. But in the end, the
- 4:55Speaker 2: strongest and simplest example of foreign interference in US elections
- 5:00Speaker 2: is illegal alien foreigners voting right here inside America. When
- 5:04Speaker 2: a country like Mexico or China sends their citizens here
- 5:07Speaker 2: to influence our elections, that is the clearest example of
- 5:11Speaker 2: foreign interference possible. How do I know illegals are voting
- 5:14Speaker 2: in Nevada where I live, Las Vegas, Nevada where I live,
- 5:17Speaker 2: and eighteen other states plus Washington, d C. Illegal aliens
- 5:21Speaker 2: can legally obtain drivers' licenses at DMV. Once at DMV,
- 5:26Speaker 2: federal voter laws mandate that they are instantly registered to vote,
- 5:31Speaker 2: and by law, no one can ask for proof of citizenship.
- 5:35Speaker 2: And you want us to believe that once foreigners illegally
- 5:38Speaker 2: in the country are legally registered to vote, they aren't
- 5:42Speaker 2: voting by the millions. That's precisely why Democrats waved in
- 5:46Speaker 2: tens of millions of illegals to change the demographics of
- 5:51Speaker 2: US voters. That's precisely why Democrats give to illegal aliens
- 5:56Speaker 2: billions of dollars in welfare, food stamps, free healthcare, and
- 6:00Speaker 2: one hundred other government handouts so that they will vote
- 6:02Speaker 2: loyally for Democrat candidates forevermore, who in turn will keep
- 6:06Speaker 2: the welfare checks coming. It's called creating a massive conflict
- 6:10Speaker 2: of interest. You let them illegally in the country, then
- 6:13Speaker 2: you give them all the welfare. Then you tell them,
- 6:15Speaker 2: if you vote Democrat, you could stay and will keep
- 6:17Speaker 2: giving you welfare. That's precisely why Democrats changed voting laws
- 6:22Speaker 2: during COVID to introduce mail in voting with no voter
- 6:25Speaker 2: ID so that millions of illegal aliens could vote without
- 6:29Speaker 2: ever leaving their home or risk encountering ICE agents. But
- 6:33Speaker 2: that's not the only way Democrats are using foreign interference
- 6:37Speaker 2: to steal elections. Democrats use the US census so falsely
- 6:42Speaker 2: count millions of illegal aliens and then wind up gaining
- 6:45Speaker 2: undeserved electoral votes and seats in Congress based on illegal
- 6:49Speaker 2: population counts. Democrats are sitting on stolen land in Washington,
- 6:55Speaker 2: d C. Democrats are sitting in seats in Congress that
- 6:58Speaker 2: don't belong to them. Those seats are based on population
- 7:01Speaker 2: counts that are inflated by millions of foreign non citizens
- 7:06Speaker 2: who are illegally here in the United States and have
- 7:09Speaker 2: no right to be included in the census count. One
- 7:13Speaker 2: last point about stolen elections. This one is so obvious
- 7:16Speaker 2: only a moron could miss it. It's one in a billion.
- 7:20Speaker 2: It's an impossible coincidence that only Democrat candidates manage again
- 7:26Speaker 2: and again to lose that election night, but then ultimately
- 7:29Speaker 2: win days or weeks later as late arriving ballots are counted.
- 7:33Speaker 2: It's one hundred percent Democrats who benefit from late arriving ballots.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Go back and look. No Republican to my knowledge, has
- 7:41Speaker 2: ever trailed on election night only to win days later.
- 7:46Speaker 2: It's only and exclusively Democrats who manage amazing come from
- 7:50Speaker 2: behind miracle victories. This is yet another prime vehicle for
- 7:54Speaker 2: stolen elections. Here's the scam. Democrats wait for final vote
- 7:59Speaker 2: totals and election nights, and then they know what they
- 8:01Speaker 2: have to do. They go to work manufacturing enough fake
- 8:04Speaker 2: ballots for days on end to overcome that election I deficit.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Anyone who can't see this massive voter fraud scam is blind, deaf, dumb, bribed,
- 8:14Speaker 2: playing for the other team, or scared like Sissi. So yes,
- 8:18Speaker 2: damn straight. We have foreign interference in US elections and
- 8:22Speaker 2: illegally aliens voting by the millions, and hacked voting machines
- 8:26Speaker 2: and fake ballots used to tip the scale for days
- 8:29Speaker 2: or weeks after GOP candidates win elections fair and square
- 8:33Speaker 2: on election night and then presto, like magic, we lose.
- 8:37Speaker 2: All of these scams prove the need for a national
- 8:40Speaker 2: security emergency to protect our democracy. As Democrats love to
- 8:45Speaker 2: put it, Oh, we've got to protect our democracy. Democrats
- 8:48Speaker 2: are scared to death of my idea for a national
- 8:51Speaker 2: security emergency because they know they can't stop it. And
- 8:55Speaker 2: without stolen elections, Democrats can't win. If you don't accept
- 8:59Speaker 2: that you're a stolen election denier, we have to start
- 9:03Speaker 2: calling on that stolen election deniers on the floor of
- 9:08Speaker 2: the United States Congress and the Senate. We should be
- 9:10Speaker 2: pointing at them, going, you're a stolen election denier. And
- 9:15Speaker 2: as always I give a great assist to John Goodman,
- 9:18Speaker 2: who is my election integrity expert, who works for both
- 9:22Speaker 2: me and Steve Stern and has come up with fantastic
- 9:25Speaker 2: ideas and fantastic research proving that this would work. Keep
- 9:28Speaker 2: in mind, I used it in twenty nineteen. Twenty nineteen
- 9:32Speaker 2: is now seven years ago. Wow, seven years ago. I
- 9:35Speaker 2: came up with the idea of using a national security
- 9:37Speaker 2: emergency to close the border. I said, we have a
- 9:42Speaker 2: national security emergency, President Trump, declare it, and then you can.
- 9:45Speaker 2: You don't need to wait on Congress, who will clearly
- 9:48Speaker 2: not give you the money for the border wall. So
- 9:51Speaker 2: just declare the national security emergency and you'll get the
- 9:54Speaker 2: money from the defense budget for the Pentagon. And you
- 9:57Speaker 2: don't have to wait for Congress anymore. You bypass Congress
- 10:00Speaker 2: and they cannot stop you. They can't take it to court.
- 10:05Speaker 2: They have to get a two thirds vote both houses
- 10:06Speaker 2: of Congress. Guess what happened. President Trump adopted my idea
- 10:09Speaker 2: and he funded the wall and Democrats never sued and
- 10:12Speaker 2: there was nothing they could do and they never stopped it.
- 10:15Speaker 2: And we funded the wall and made America secure again.
- 10:18Speaker 2: So my idea for a national security emergency is a winner.
- 10:22Speaker 2: And John Goodman did the research that proved that it
- 10:25Speaker 2: takes two thirds vote, and Supreme Court ruled in nineteen
- 10:28Speaker 2: eighty three, and there's not a damn thing Democrats can
- 10:31Speaker 2: do about it, not a damn thing. All right, there
- 10:34Speaker 2: was something that came out earlier. Today, I want to
- 10:36Speaker 2: try and find it because it's in two different places.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Here we go. It proves, beyond a shadow of a
- 10:41Speaker 2: doubt that I've been right all along since they are.
- 10:44Speaker 2: Two thousand and five when I wrote Millionaire Republican, and
- 10:47Speaker 2: my idea was, you know why did I call a
- 10:49Speaker 2: book Millionaire Republican? Because I said, if you are a millionaire,
- 10:53Speaker 2: you have to run away from blue states like California, Illinois,
- 10:56Speaker 2: and New York. If you aren't a millionaire, you ever
- 10:58Speaker 2: want to be a millionaire, you have to run away
- 11:00Speaker 2: from blue states like California, Illinois, and New York. All right,
- 11:03Speaker 2: I'll read you all that story. Will we get back
- 11:05Speaker 2: in many more and we'll talk about President Trump's dressed
- 11:10Speaker 2: in a nation. Tonight, we want a return at six

- 14:42Speaker 7: and prescriptions, more of the filling relationships, viewer doctor visits,
- 14:45Speaker 7: and overall improved quality of health and life.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Wait out of the roots for warzone life. So everyone has
- 14:59Speaker 2: got to get away from California, Illinois, New York and
- 15:01Speaker 2: other blue states and moved to red states where there's
- 15:04Speaker 2: freedom and the people aren't weirdos, they're not woke, their
- 15:08Speaker 2: life isn't devoted to illegal alien murderers and transgenders and rapists,
- 15:13Speaker 2: and taxes are much lower, and regulations are much lower,
- 15:17Speaker 2: preferably zero zero state in come tax. And I said
- 15:21Speaker 2: at the time in my book a millionaire Republican, the
- 15:23Speaker 2: states they would move to would be Florida, Texas, and
- 15:26Speaker 2: Las Vegas, Nevada. I will say not Nevada, but Las Vegas, Nevada,
- 15:30Speaker 2: because that's where I live. That's where ninety percent of
- 15:32Speaker 2: all people have moved to Nevada moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.
- 15:35Speaker 2: And Las Vegas is becoming a powerhouse and the sports
- 15:38Speaker 2: capital of the world, convention capital of the world, the
- 15:39Speaker 2: hotel capital of the world, the vacation capital of the world,
- 15:42Speaker 2: the tourist capital of the world. You name it, the
- 15:44Speaker 2: spa capital of the world, say the capital of the world,
- 15:46Speaker 2: the golf capital of the world. Vegas is really is
- 15:50Speaker 2: on fire. It really is on fire. And so I'm
- 15:53Speaker 2: the only one who seems to know this. People keep
- 15:55Speaker 2: saying Florida and Texas, Florida and Texas. And it was
- 15:58Speaker 2: interesting because the head of J P. Morgan, Jamie Diamond,
- 16:01Speaker 2: was the only one I've ever heard. He said, everyone
- 16:03Speaker 2: in New York's moving to Florida, every one in California
- 16:06Speaker 2: is moving to Las Vegas. He's the first one that
- 16:08Speaker 2: recognized what's going on. And I've said this for years
- 16:12Speaker 2: that you know, I live in Summerland. The most beautiful
- 16:14Speaker 2: area of Las Vegas. Summerland is the Scottsdale of Las Vegas.
- 16:18Speaker 2: And the people moving in California have a lot of money.
- 16:21Speaker 2: They're the richest people selling multimillion dollar houses in California.
- 16:25Speaker 2: They're moving to Summerland. I mean, lots of average people
- 16:28Speaker 2: are moving to Las Vegas, but Summerland, no, not average people,
- 16:32Speaker 2: rich people. How do I know because I was, you know,
- 16:34Speaker 2: I always keep an eye on houses. I look at
- 16:36Speaker 2: them all the time. It's yellow, redfin and I fears.
- 16:39Speaker 2: For years, I thought, you know, you get a five
- 16:41Speaker 2: thousand squiffold house in Vegas for like a million, five million,
- 16:44Speaker 2: seven two million, making it a very expensive area. Right. Nope,
- 16:47Speaker 2: not anymore. Now those five thousand squiffood houses and beautiful
- 16:50Speaker 2: gated communities are three point five to six million dollars,
- 16:55Speaker 2: most of them four million and above. There's very few
- 16:58Speaker 2: in the three million dollar cana. Almost every nice house
- 17:01Speaker 2: in Summerland is now five million dollars, four million, dollars,
- 17:04Speaker 2: six million dollars, seven million dollars. So now an article
- 17:08Speaker 2: comes out proving I'm right. Billions in taxpayer income are
- 17:12Speaker 2: leaving two iconic states as a new economic map emerges,
- 17:17Speaker 2: and they tell you exactly where the money's moving from
- 17:21Speaker 2: and exactly where the money's moving to. And of the
- 17:24Speaker 2: top five counties in America where all the money's moving to,
- 17:28Speaker 2: Clark County, Nevada, which is Las Vegas. All the money
- 17:32Speaker 2: is coming here. And Florida and Texas and Tennessee. That's
- 17:35Speaker 2: where all the big money's moving. Now a lot of
- 17:37Speaker 2: people are moving to South Carolina, but I think they're
- 17:39Speaker 2: middle class people. The money is moving to Texas, Florida,
- 17:43Speaker 2: Las Vegas, and Nashville, Tennessee. That's where all the money's going.
- 17:47Speaker 2: I'll prove it to you. We get back, I'll read
- 17:49Speaker 2: you the story. I'll read you where it's going from,
- 17:51Speaker 2: where they're escaping from, and where they're going to. But
- 17:53Speaker 2: Wayne Root was right again, not only now talking about
- 17:56Speaker 2: the divorce of America, because it's happening. We are absolutely divorced,
- 18:00Speaker 2: separating and divorcing. Whether you like it or not, I'm right.
- 18:03Speaker 2: And second of all, I was right. In two thousand
- 18:05Speaker 2: and five, when I wrote the book Millionaire Republican, I
- 18:08Speaker 2: was just early. I was like Joe McCarthy. He said
- 18:11Speaker 2: the country's infested by communists. He was right. He was
- 18:13Speaker 2: just a little early, And I was right in two
- 18:16Speaker 2: thousand and five. But I was just a little early.
- 18:18Speaker 2: I saw the writing on the wall. I myself had
- 18:21Speaker 2: just moved to Las Vegas. I said, everyone's gonna have
- 18:23Speaker 2: to move to Vegas and Texas and Florida. And you
- 18:26Speaker 2: know what they did, and they're doing it. It's going
- 18:28Speaker 2: on right now. The Great American Divorce is happening as
- 18:31Speaker 2: Wayne predicted. Let me mention the sponsor of this segment,
- 18:35Speaker 2: lost Soldier Oil and Gas. The golden age of truck
- 18:39Speaker 2: prosperity is all about making America the energy capital of
- 18:42Speaker 2: the world. Enter lost all droil and gas. By the way,
- 18:45Speaker 2: my birthday party this weekend. Who's flying in for it?
- 18:48Speaker 2: Mark Brunner Oil and Gas legend. Mark Bruner is the CEO.
- 18:52Speaker 2: His company's created more than fifteen billion in shareolder value.
- 18:55Speaker 2: He's a big fan of mine because I put a
- 18:58Speaker 2: lot of money, my own money into his. I believe
- 19:01Speaker 2: this is my retirement right here. I will retire, in
- 19:04Speaker 2: my opinion, from lost soul, droil and gas. That's why
- 19:07Speaker 2: I put my money in it. At its peak, his
- 19:09Speaker 2: company Pedacole Energy grew one hundred to one for investors.
- 19:12Speaker 2: You put in one thousand dollars, you got back one
- 19:14Speaker 2: hundred thousand. You don't see that very often. And his company,
- 19:17Speaker 2: Ultra Petroleum soared one thousand to one. A ten thousand
- 19:20Speaker 2: dollars investment turned into thirteen million over ten years. You
- 19:23Speaker 2: had to be patient. You had to wait ten years
- 19:25Speaker 2: to make the full thirteen million. Could you be patient
- 19:28Speaker 2: to wait ten years to turn ten thousand to thirteen million?
- 19:30Speaker 2: I'll bet you could. I'd give my left arm to
- 19:34Speaker 2: wait ten years to turn ten thousand to thirteen million.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Most people in America turned ten thousand into seven thousand
- 19:39Speaker 2: more likely, but Lost Soldier could be bigger than Ultra Petroleum.
- 19:43Speaker 2: That's what Mark Bruner thinks. And he also thinks it's
- 19:45Speaker 2: the largest gas discovery in the United States in one
- 19:47Speaker 2: hundred years. Can you imagine in a century this could
- 19:51Speaker 2: be the most gas ever found in America. Forty thousand
- 19:54Speaker 2: acre territory in Wyoming took forty years to piece together.
- 19:57Speaker 2: The first four thousand feet drilled so far, estimated to
- 20:00Speaker 2: contain up to six trillion cubic feet of gas. It's
- 20:04Speaker 2: all about the surgeon AI data centers. You gotta power
- 20:07Speaker 2: them somehow. This is the way to power them within
- 20:09Speaker 2: expensive clean natural gas. To learn more about Lost Solder

- 20:43Speaker 2: The Gateway Punnet sponsor of this segment show Tangible Investments.
- 20:47Speaker 2: How important is its own gold? China's Central Bank just
- 20:50Speaker 2: increase their gold reserves for the nineteenth consecutive month. China's
- 20:54Speaker 2: prepared for what's coming? Are you? And I don't make
- 20:57Speaker 2: too many predictions about gold. I'll make one right now.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Will buy all time record for the twentieth consecutive month,
- 21:02Speaker 2: and then the twenty first, and then the twenty second.
- 21:06Speaker 2: China knows that they're gonna cost some bad times, and
- 21:08Speaker 2: probably World War three is coming, and probably civil wars
- 21:11Speaker 2: coming in America. They're gonna instigate it, They're gonna cause it.
- 21:14Speaker 2: They're gonna really cause us a lot of problems. You've
- 21:17Speaker 2: got to be prepared. They are, But just buying gold
- 21:20Speaker 2: is not enough. You need to buy gold at the
- 21:22Speaker 2: right price. This is where buyers get misled. Other gold
- 21:25Speaker 2: companies say we charge only one percent over cost. That
- 21:29Speaker 2: means nothing. Whose cost are they talking about? The real
- 21:33Speaker 2: question you need to ask is what are you charging
- 21:36Speaker 2: me over spot price, which you can look up online
- 21:39Speaker 2: at one hundred different goal sites. Then compare the answer
- 21:42Speaker 2: to Tangible investments. These guys charge one percent over spot
- 21:46Speaker 2: for gold. Unheard of. No one's ever done something like that.
- 21:49Speaker 2: Tangible has been in business for more than forty years.

- 22:04Speaker 2: unheard of. If you want gold, silver, precious metals, or

- 22:40Speaker 2: Alan Jerschwitz is with us one of the greatest lawyers
- 22:42Speaker 2: in American history. Some would argue the greatest. Professor emeritus
- 22:46Speaker 2: at Harvard Law School. Bestselling author, and his newest book.
- 22:50Speaker 2: I love this title, Founding Fathers and One Jewish Mother.
- 22:54Speaker 2: I love that, love that Alan, Welcome to the show.
- 22:58Speaker 8: Well thanks.
- 22:58Speaker 9: I wrote this book for the two Vivian anniversary of America.
- 23:02Speaker 9: I own a lot of the documents of liberty, original copies.
- 23:06Speaker 9: I have letters of Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton, George Washington.
- 23:11Speaker 9: I have an early copy of the Decoration, the Constitution,
- 23:15Speaker 9: and I put them all together in a book Glorifying
- 23:18Speaker 9: the Establishment of America. And then I also owned the
- 23:21Speaker 9: documents establishing Israel.
- 23:24Speaker 8: The one Jewish mother.
- 23:25Speaker 9: Of course, is Golden may Ma Area well like David
- 23:28Speaker 9: Bengurian and Theodore Herzel, and the similarity between the founding
- 23:32Speaker 9: of these two countries is absolutely remarkable. Thomas Jefferson is
- 23:38Speaker 9: David ben Gurion. They both wanted to have agrarian countries.
- 23:41Speaker 9: Alexander Hamilton is Benjamin Outdaneu. They wanted to have international
- 23:46Speaker 9: commercial companies. We both had problems with native population, the Palestinians,
- 23:51Speaker 9: the Native Americans, African Americans. So many similarities and I
- 23:56Speaker 9: bring them together in this book.
- 23:58Speaker 8: You can get on Amazon right now.
- 24:00Speaker 9: So if you're in a July fourth spirit, even though
- 24:02Speaker 9: we're beyond that a week, you don't get this book.
- 24:05Speaker 8: I think you'll enjoy it.
- 24:06Speaker 2: And by the way, I want to mention something I
- 24:08Speaker 2: talk about all the time on my shows, the pirates,
- 24:12Speaker 2: the Muslim pirates of Tripoli. That's how the Marines got
- 24:16Speaker 2: formed under Thomas Jefferson, who was the most anti war
- 24:20Speaker 2: president in the history of America. The libertarian anti war guyvesaid,
- 24:25Speaker 2: I don't want any foreign entanglements. The entire eight years
- 24:28Speaker 2: of his presidency, we were fighting the pirates who were
- 24:31Speaker 2: all Muslim who were capturing our sailors and enslaving them
- 24:35Speaker 2: and killing them. And so that hasn't changed either. I mean,
- 24:39Speaker 2: you talked about the problems we had with Indians, Native Indians.
- 24:42Speaker 2: The problems we've had with Muslims began from the first
- 24:46Speaker 2: day of the founding of America.
- 24:48Speaker 9: Well, from the halls of Montezuma to the shores of
- 24:51Speaker 9: Triple Right and the shores of Tripoli were obviously the
- 24:57Speaker 9: problems that we had with Muslims who didn't think Americans
- 25:01Speaker 9: had the right to be in the Mediterranean, and they
- 25:04Speaker 9: would go and they would kidnap, and you know, the.
- 25:07Speaker 2: American enslave and enslave are sailors and.
- 25:11Speaker 8: They beat them.
- 25:12Speaker 2: Uh.
- 25:12Speaker 9: You know, we've had we've both America and Israel have
- 25:15Speaker 9: had enemies from the very beginning, but they've emerged as
- 25:18Speaker 9: the strongest nations. America the strongest in the world, Israel
- 25:22Speaker 9: the strongest in the Middle East. Although they're always fighting
- 25:25Speaker 9: for their survival with the Iranians and the Turks and.
- 25:29Speaker 8: Who knows what else.
- 25:30Speaker 9: But they both managed to survive and maintain democracy.
- 25:34Speaker 8: That's the key.
- 25:35Speaker 9: They're both democratic countries with equal rights for all, and
- 25:39Speaker 9: that's rare, certainly rare in the Middle East. Israel is
- 25:42Speaker 9: the only country that's a democracy in the Middle East,
- 25:44Speaker 9: and America is the strongest democracy in the world.
- 25:47Speaker 2: I doubt I could ever catch you on anything, because
- 25:49Speaker 2: you're a very learned man, filled with wisdom. But I
- 25:53Speaker 2: want to make sure you know that America would not
- 25:55Speaker 2: be here today if it weren't for the American Revolution,
- 25:59Speaker 2: and the America rev would not have been won if
- 26:01Speaker 2: it were not for a Jew. Very few people in
- 26:03Speaker 2: America know that that one Jew, I think his name
- 26:06Speaker 2: was hi Am Solomon something like that funded the entire
- 26:09Speaker 2: American Revolution.
- 26:11Speaker 9: He gave money to George Washington, didn't charge a penny
- 26:14Speaker 9: interest in order to fund the revolution. He loved America.
- 26:19Speaker 9: He came from Europe, settled, he was in immigrants, and
- 26:23Speaker 9: he loved America, and he helped finance the revolution. And
- 26:27Speaker 9: the Continental Congress acknowledged that and how important it was.
- 26:34Speaker 9: And you know, Jews died in the Revolution, Jews died
- 26:37Speaker 9: in the Civil War. There's a lot of Jewish blood
- 26:41Speaker 9: that has been spelled from America. And we're so proud
- 26:44Speaker 9: of Jews contribution, as well as the contribution of everybody else.
- 26:48Speaker 9: So many people, so many people gave their lives to
- 26:52Speaker 9: support America, starting, you know, even before the Revolution and
- 26:57Speaker 9: going until tragically, not many years ago, when Iranians killed
- 27:03Speaker 9: American marines and the barracks and blew up American you know,
- 27:08Speaker 9: military installation.
- 27:09Speaker 2: They root. Yeah, So let me ask you a question.
- 27:14Speaker 2: I hear sometimes some of the Muslim politicians in Americans,
- 27:17Speaker 2: some of the liberal Democrats, claiming that America had Muslims
- 27:21Speaker 2: in the very first day, And I think that's a
- 27:23Speaker 2: complete lie. To your knowledge, just the first day, there
- 27:27Speaker 2: were Christians in the first day. I don't believe there
- 27:29Speaker 2: were ever any Muslims from the first day in the
- 27:32Speaker 2: history of America.
- 27:32Speaker 8: Are you aware of any I've never heard of it
- 27:35Speaker 8: at all.
- 27:36Speaker 9: I know that there were some Muslims who were deeply
- 27:39Speaker 9: involved in the African slave trade, any of the traders
- 27:44Speaker 9: who were in Africa or were Muslims, but I'm not
- 27:47Speaker 9: aware there could be. But I'm simpainly not aware of
- 27:50Speaker 9: any identified Muslims early in American history. Look, you know
- 27:55Speaker 9: we had classes in American history. Adams and Jefferson were
- 27:59Speaker 9: both anti Catholic. They thought that the Popes would try
- 28:04Speaker 9: to come to America and turn America into a theocracy.
- 28:08Speaker 9: And you read some of their letters and they're bigoted
- 28:12Speaker 9: against Catholics. But George Washington, in his famous letter, said
- 28:18Speaker 9: that we will not tolerate bigotry.
- 28:20Speaker 8: He was the first head of.
- 28:21Speaker 9: Any country to give completely equal rights to Jews the Catholics,
- 28:25Speaker 9: and if there were Muslims, they would have had equal
- 28:28Speaker 9: rights as well. Our country was founded on religious freedom,
- 28:32Speaker 9: religious descent, political freedom, political dissent, and they've continued that
- 28:36Speaker 9: tradition until today.
- 28:38Speaker 8: Now the American left is trying to destroy it.
- 28:41Speaker 9: They're trying to create a kind of political theocracy where
- 28:45Speaker 9: if you don't agree with them, you're not allowed in.
- 28:48Speaker 8: For example, the Democratic Socialists.
- 28:50Speaker 9: Of America won't allow you to join their party unless
- 28:53Speaker 9: you're prepared to say that Israel shouldn't exist.
- 28:57Speaker 8: The Nancy Pelosi yesterday, Nancy voting to deny.
- 29:02Speaker 9: Israel military aid not only necessary for Israel's survival, but
- 29:07Speaker 9: that so benefits the United States. Israel helped develop the
- 29:11Speaker 9: Iron Dome, so many other things. Israel's military capacity helps America.
- 29:17Speaker 9: And despicably, some Democrats, including some very very prominent democrats,
- 29:23Speaker 9: are against any aid and even any military exchanges because
- 29:28Speaker 9: you know, the aid that Israel gets comes right back
- 29:30Speaker 9: to America. Every penny Israel gets has to be spent
- 29:34Speaker 9: in America on American on Boeing, on you know, General Dynamics,
- 29:38Speaker 9: and you name it. But they have to reinvest it
- 29:40Speaker 9: back in America, and so America benefits. Americans are employed
- 29:45Speaker 9: because of aid to Israel. So it hurts US Americans
- 29:50Speaker 9: if we would cut back on military aid and central
- 29:53Speaker 9: not only to Israel, but to the survival of America's
- 29:56Speaker 9: allies in the Middle East.
- 29:57Speaker 2: It's interesant that you brought that up. Alan. I must say, Alan,
- 30:01Speaker 2: that I was kind of anti the Ukraine War, the
- 30:04Speaker 2: funding of the Ukraine War. And the reason wasn't because
- 30:07Speaker 2: I had anything against Ukraine. It was that I always
- 30:10Speaker 2: believed that the money was being stolen. Most of the
- 30:13Speaker 2: money we gave them, I believed, and I think now
- 30:15Speaker 2: it's been proven I was right. A lot of it
- 30:17Speaker 2: was stolen by Zelenski, by his generals, by the mafia
- 30:21Speaker 2: there by the Nazis there, the money was given out
- 30:24Speaker 2: and it wasn't used for the war. And yet with
- 30:27Speaker 2: all the hatred in America for Jews, and let's face it, it's
- 30:30Speaker 2: ripe now, it's everywhere, the hatred for Jews and the
- 30:32Speaker 2: hatred for Israel, I've never heard one person ever say
- 30:36Speaker 2: even the enemies of Israel have never tried to say
- 30:39Speaker 2: that one penny has ever been stolen the aid that
- 30:42Speaker 2: we give Israel. Ukraine, they may have stolen the money,
- 30:45Speaker 2: but in Israel, nobody stole the money. They use it
- 30:48Speaker 2: to survive and fight our enemies and their enemies. Am
- 30:51Speaker 2: I on the money with that.
- 30:53Speaker 9: Absolutely every penny is accounted for, because it must be
- 30:56Speaker 9: reinvested in the United States, and it must employ Americans
- 31:00Speaker 9: working in America at American military factories which produced the
- 31:05Speaker 9: planes that are then sent to Israel to help Israel
- 31:09Speaker 9: with the United States destroy enemy targets in Iran. You
- 31:14Speaker 9: look at the way Israel and America, together with the
- 31:17Speaker 9: F thirty five's and the B twos together went in
- 31:20Speaker 9: and destroyed some of the around military capacities.
- 31:23Speaker 8: That's where American aid to Israel goes. And Natanyahu has said, look.
- 31:28Speaker 9: He wants to pull back a little bit on American
- 31:31Speaker 9: A and he wants Israel to become self reliant and independent.
- 31:34Speaker 9: And so the people who say we're anti Israel because
- 31:36Speaker 9: against too much money am Israel are.
- 31:38Speaker 8: No longer going to be able to have that excuse.
- 31:40Speaker 9: Look, anti Zionism, for the most part, is a disguise
- 31:44Speaker 9: for anti Semitism.
- 31:46Speaker 8: If only Jewish.
- 31:47Speaker 9: State in the world, and you don't complain about Sudan,
- 31:51Speaker 9: you don't complain about China, you don't even complain about
- 31:54Speaker 9: Russia in Ukraine, if you only complained about the nation
- 31:58Speaker 9: city of Jewish people, semi, you're an international anti semi.
- 32:03Speaker 9: Instead of saying you're a Jew, I don't like you,
- 32:05Speaker 9: you're saying you're a Jewish country, we don't like you.
- 32:08Speaker 2: Well, that's I think where they got this whole genocide
- 32:10Speaker 2: thing from, which makes me so angry every time I
- 32:12Speaker 2: hear it. We'll be right back. Our guest is the

- 35:23Speaker 2: Dwayne Allen Rude from Las Vegas. The city that's growing
- 35:26Speaker 2: with rich people. I don't think he's grown with everyone,
- 35:30Speaker 2: but I think it's grown with rich people. I know,
- 35:32Speaker 2: I live in Summerland. It's unbelievable. It's unbelievable. And now
- 35:35Speaker 2: you know what makes us different than every other city
- 35:36Speaker 2: of the United States. Los Angeles has almost no gatey communities,
- 35:41Speaker 2: almost zero. Like in the whole Los Angeles there might
- 35:43Speaker 2: be like three gated communities if that, and those are
- 35:46Speaker 2: all with one hundred million dollar houses at the top
- 35:48Speaker 2: of Beverly Hills. Magic Johnson lives up there. Movie. You know,
- 35:53Speaker 2: company heads live up there. You know they had a
- 35:55Speaker 2: Warner Brothers lives up there. They had a Paramount lives
- 35:57Speaker 2: up there. These are one hundred million dollar homes. That's
- 35:59Speaker 2: the only gated communities. But in Las Vegas. Everything in
- 36:02Speaker 2: Summerland is a gated community. Almost everybody in Summerland lives
- 36:06Speaker 2: with a gate. You can't get in without the gate.
- 36:09Speaker 2: And behind those gates are million dollar houses, not ten million,
- 36:11Speaker 2: twenty million, fifty million, one hundred million, just million dollar
- 36:14Speaker 2: houses one point two million, one point five million, two million,
- 36:17Speaker 2: and in some cases ten and twenty million dollar houses.
- 36:20Speaker 2: Everyone lives behind gates, and therefore there's no robberies. Therefore
- 36:23Speaker 2: there's no carjackings. Therefore there's no home invasions. It's it's
- 36:27Speaker 2: a great way to live. I love living in a
- 36:28Speaker 2: gaiety community in Summerland. All right, we're talking to Alan Jerschwitz,
- 36:33Speaker 2: one of the great larded lawyers in the history of
- 36:35Speaker 2: this country and maybe in the world, and a good
- 36:37Speaker 2: friend of the show and a good friend of Wayne Rude.
- 36:39Speaker 2: I love Alan, I must say, Alan Every country in
- 36:42Speaker 2: the world that gets attacked hits back hard. When they
- 36:45Speaker 2: attacked Pearl Harbor, we bombed Japan so there was nothing left.
- 36:48Speaker 2: Then we dropped two atomic bombs on them on their
- 36:50Speaker 2: civilian population. We firebombed Germany so there was nothing left,
- 36:56Speaker 2: and we killed so many civilians. Because that's cold war,
- 37:00Speaker 2: and that's how you win a war. With someone attacks you,
- 37:02Speaker 2: you have to attack back. Well, Israel does it, and
- 37:05Speaker 2: the whole world's up in arms. Oh my god, it's genocide.
- 37:08Speaker 2: Israel hasn't done anything in Gaza that hasn't been done
- 37:12Speaker 2: by America to our enemies and every other country in
- 37:15Speaker 2: the world to their enemies.
- 37:17Speaker 9: Absolutely, and the ratio of innocent people to combatants is
- 37:22Speaker 9: lower in Israel than in any country.
- 37:24Speaker 2: In the world.
- 37:25Speaker 8: People don't realize.
- 37:26Speaker 9: Even on d Day, when American soldiers, young kids, sacrificed
- 37:31Speaker 9: their lives to go to Europe and free the European countries,
- 37:36Speaker 9: many French citizens civilians were killed and killed because.
- 37:40Speaker 8: They were in the way.
- 37:43Speaker 9: War is about collateral damage, killing of innocent civilians. When
- 37:47Speaker 9: the American soldiers, if you saw a band of brothers,
- 37:51Speaker 9: great television ratia when Americans went.
- 37:55Speaker 8: To a home or a store.
- 37:59Speaker 9: On the World Way to Berlin, and they would go
- 38:02Speaker 9: into the store and knock.
- 38:03Speaker 8: They would get killed. So what they did is they blew.
- 38:05Speaker 9: Up the house, and they blew up or inevitably there
- 38:08Speaker 9: would be some civilian casualties. America, like Israel, tries desperately
- 38:13Speaker 9: to lower the number of civilian casualties, unlike the Palestinians leadership,
- 38:19Speaker 9: which wants to maximize both Israeli casualties and Palestinian casualties
- 38:25Speaker 9: so they can claim falsely that Israel Alton genocide human shields.
- 38:30Speaker 2: They've got human shields and we've never done that in
- 38:32Speaker 2: the history of the United States. Or Israel put civilians
- 38:35Speaker 2: purposely in the way so they'll get killed and you
- 38:37Speaker 2: could claim, oh my gosh, the other guy's the bad guy.
- 38:40Speaker 2: They're evil. All right, Alan, I could talk to you
- 38:43Speaker 2: for hours that I would accept in about five minutes.
- 38:46Speaker 2: I'm on Steve Bannon's show, so I've got to cut
- 38:48Speaker 2: my podcast a few means short. I will I will
- 38:51Speaker 2: say I Tom for you a last question real quick.
- 38:55Speaker 2: You changed the Republican Party, you said, for the first
- 38:57Speaker 2: time since nineteen fifty nine, you're no longer Democrat now
- 39:00Speaker 2: you're a Republican. I assume that has stuck and you
- 39:03Speaker 2: still agree with that. Yes, I agree with it.
- 39:05Speaker 8: I wrote a book about it.
- 39:06Speaker 9: It'll be out pretty well Why I left the Damason,
- 39:09Speaker 9: so should you. Confessions of a Reluctant Republican. And I
- 39:13Speaker 9: tell you sorry about.
- 39:15Speaker 8: Why I left.
- 39:16Speaker 9: And you know, I hope someday, maybe in my lifetime
- 39:18Speaker 9: I'm going to be eighty eight. I hope I can
- 39:20Speaker 9: get back to the Democrats. But they kicked me out. Basically,
- 39:24Speaker 9: they left me as they left Ronald Reagan.
- 39:26Speaker 2: We don't want you to go back. We want to
- 39:28Speaker 2: keep you forever. I'm not letting you go. I am
- 39:30Speaker 2: not letting you go. Alan Jerschwitz, all right, I gotta
- 39:33Speaker 2: go because I gotta get on Steve Bannen's show. But
- 39:35Speaker 2: I appreciate you, love you and always a big fan.
- 39:39Speaker 2: Thank you, Allen.
- 39:39Speaker 8: Thank you so much for having me.
- 39:41Speaker 2: All Right, we'll have you back again soon. Let me
- 39:44Speaker 2: mention the sponsor of this segment, Lost Soldier Oil and Gas.
- 39:48Speaker 2: The Golden Age of Trump Prosperity is all about making
- 39:51Speaker 2: America the energy capital of the world. Enter Lost Old
- 39:54Speaker 2: Droil and Gas. By the way, my birthday party this weekend.
- 39:57Speaker 2: Who's flying in for it? Mark Brunner Oil and Gas legend.
- 40:01Speaker 2: Mark Bruner is the CEO. His company's created more than
- 40:04Speaker 2: fifteen billion in shareholder value. He's a big fan of
- 40:06Speaker 2: mine because I put a lot of money, my own
- 40:09Speaker 2: money into his project. I believe this is my retirement
- 40:12Speaker 2: right here. I will retire, in my opinion, from Lost
- 40:15Speaker 2: Souldo Oil and Gas. That's why I put my money
- 40:18Speaker 2: in it. At its peak, his company Pedaco Energy grew
- 40:21Speaker 2: one hundred to one for investors. You put in one
- 40:23Speaker 2: thousand dollars, you got back one hundred thousand. You don't
- 40:26Speaker 2: see that very often. And his company, Ultra Petroleum soared
- 40:29Speaker 2: one thousand to one. A ten thousand dollars investment turned
- 40:32Speaker 2: into thirteen million over ten years. You had to be patient.
- 40:35Speaker 2: You had to wait ten years to make the full
- 40:36Speaker 2: thirteen million. Could you be patient to wait ten years
- 40:39Speaker 2: to turn ten thousand to thirteen million? I'll bet you could.
- 40:42Speaker 2: I'd give my left arm to wigh ten years to
- 40:45Speaker 2: turn ten thousand to thirteen million. Most people in America
- 40:48Speaker 2: turned ten thousand into seven thousand more likely, but Lost
- 40:51Speaker 2: Soldier could be bigger than Ultra Petroleum that's what Mark
- 40:55Speaker 2: Bruner thinks. And he also thinks it's the largest gas
- 40:57Speaker 2: discovery in the United States in one hundred years. Can
- 41:00Speaker 2: you imagine in a century this could be the most
- 41:02Speaker 2: gas ever found in America. Forty thousand acre territory in
- 41:06Speaker 2: Wyoming took forty years to piece together. The first four
- 41:09Speaker 2: thousand feeturealed so far, estimated to contain up to six
- 41:13Speaker 2: trillion cubic feet of gas. It's all about the surgeon
- 41:16Speaker 2: AI data centers. You gotta power them somehow. This is
- 41:19Speaker 2: the way to power them within expensive clean natural gas.
- 41:22Speaker 2: To learn more about Lost Sould Oil and Gas, call
- 41:24Speaker 2: a Loss Soldier dot com. That's Lost Soldier dot com.
- 41:27Speaker 2: Fill out the form. They'll get right back to you.
- 41:29Speaker 2: And remember Wayne Roots and Investors, So I believe in
- 41:31Speaker 2: it right alongside you, Lost sold Oil and Gas. I'm
- 41:34Speaker 2: Wayne al the Root. War Zone Lives. There's so many names.
- 41:36Speaker 2: Hard to my gosh, keep all set in my mind.
- 41:39Speaker 2: War Zone Live and war Room and America Speaks. That's
- 41:43Speaker 2: my show on Real America's Voice. That is at midnight
- 41:47Speaker 2: Eastern Time on Real America's Voice nine pm Pacific. We'll
- 41:50Speaker 2: be right back all right, Waynel Roots the Root, The Root,
- 41:58Speaker 2: The Roots on Fire. Welcome back to the show. I
- 42:01Speaker 2: want to explain something to you about people leaving coming
- 42:04Speaker 2: in Nevada, in particular, just because I'm kind of an
- 42:06Speaker 2: expert and I live here and this is my home.
- 42:08Speaker 2: Turf Nevada is always right at the top of the
- 42:12Speaker 2: places where people are moving to. We're always in the
- 42:14Speaker 2: top ten, sometimes the top five, sometimes number one. For
- 42:17Speaker 2: many years we were number one percentage wise, and we're
- 42:20Speaker 2: always in the top five of where the money is moving.
- 42:23Speaker 2: But lately we're not in the top five of people
- 42:26Speaker 2: moving here. We're in the top ten still, but we're
- 42:28Speaker 2: not in the top five. And I want to explain
- 42:30Speaker 2: because that involves net moving. I think if you're middle class,
- 42:34Speaker 2: you're moving probably more likely to Florida, Texas or Tennessee.
- 42:38Speaker 2: And I think if you're very rich and you're selling
- 42:40Speaker 2: a multimillion dollar house in California, you're moving to Las Vegas.
- 42:44Speaker 2: I think a lot of middle class people, working class
- 42:46Speaker 2: people are moving out of Las Vegas. Well, rich people
- 42:49Speaker 2: are moving in. So Vegas is a place where all
- 42:52Speaker 2: the money is coming, but we're trading rich people for
- 42:56Speaker 2: middle class people. Middle Class people are leaving in a
- 42:58Speaker 2: y because the only real jobs around here are casino jobs,
- 43:02Speaker 2: and casino jobs suck. To be perfectly blunt, you know
- 43:05Speaker 2: you're working for the man. You're like a slave, You're
- 43:07Speaker 2: like an ant in an ant colony. You're like a
- 43:10Speaker 2: b in a beehive. You're a worker b and they
- 43:14Speaker 2: treat you like crap. And most casino employees are very unhappy.
- 43:18Speaker 2: You could see it in their faces. Nobody's ever smiling.
- 43:21Speaker 2: So you know, the only people that really can move
- 43:24Speaker 2: here and do great, which are the people I want,
- 43:27Speaker 2: are people who are already very rich and are going
- 43:29Speaker 2: to add to the economy, and people who are trying
- 43:32Speaker 2: to be rich because they work at home with some
- 43:35Speaker 2: sort of entrepreneurial business. That's who's moving to Las Vegas.
- 43:38Speaker 2: A matter of fact, I speak to realtors all the time,
- 43:40Speaker 2: and that's one hundred percent is moving here. All the
- 43:43Speaker 2: entrepreneurs of the United States are moving to Las Vegas
- 43:45Speaker 2: because if you can work out of your house, this
- 43:48Speaker 2: is the greatest place to live in the United States
- 43:51Speaker 2: of America. If you have to get a job, it's
- 43:54Speaker 2: not the greatest place. In my opinion, there's more jobs,
- 43:57Speaker 2: decent working class middle class jobs in Texas and Florida,
- 44:01Speaker 2: and maybe in Tennessee too. I don't know much about Nashville,
- 44:03Speaker 2: but there might be a lot of jobs in Tennessee too,
- 44:05Speaker 2: but there aren't in Las Vegas. So we're trading the
- 44:09Speaker 2: poor people of the world for the rich people. That's
- 44:10Speaker 2: a good trade. That's a good trade, you know, for taxes.
- 44:14Speaker 8: So all good.
- 44:15Speaker 2: You go, Well, Nevada doesn't have any taxes way, and
- 44:17Speaker 2: yes we do. We have sales taxes. So you may
- 44:21Speaker 2: not pay any income tax it's zero. You may not
- 44:24Speaker 2: pay any business tax it's zero. But you're gonna buy
- 44:28Speaker 2: things with all the money you saved, right, So if
- 44:30Speaker 2: you make a million a year and you spend a
- 44:32Speaker 2: million a year, you're gonna pay one hundred thousand in
- 44:34Speaker 2: sales taxes because our sales tax is just about ten percent.
- 44:38Speaker 2: So it's very good for business that rich people are
- 44:41Speaker 2: moving here, and they're gonna spend like crazy because they
- 44:43Speaker 2: don't have to pay the taxes, so they feel like
- 44:46Speaker 2: it's free money. So they're going out to dinner every night,
- 44:49Speaker 2: and they're buying fancy clothes and they're buying fancy cars. Boy,
- 44:52Speaker 2: you wouldn't believe the amount of rolls. Royce dealers and
- 44:56Speaker 2: Bentley dealers, and you know, exotic car dealers, horse dealers
- 45:00Speaker 2: there are in Las Vegas. So we really are doing well.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Here's the story. Now let's get to the details. Billions
- 45:08Speaker 2: of taxpayer income are leaving two iconic states as a
- 45:11Speaker 2: new economic map emerges. Democrat run California and New York
- 45:15Speaker 2: losing billions of dollars as taxpayers flee to other states.
- 45:18Speaker 2: This is what I predicted in two thousand and five.
- 45:21Speaker 2: I never could have known it would get this bad.
- 45:23Speaker 2: The latest IRIS data show the top ten and by
- 45:26Speaker 2: the way, the latest IRIS data, I don't know where
- 45:29Speaker 2: it's from. I don't know what year it's from, but
- 45:30Speaker 2: I'm guessing it's from like two or three years ago.
- 45:33Speaker 2: It's probably twenty twenty one, twenty twenty two, or twenty
- 45:36Speaker 2: twenty three, and it's only accelerating. Now you thought it
- 45:40Speaker 2: was bad, then how about with Mondamia's mayor and Karen
- 45:44Speaker 2: Bass and Pack Palisades burning to the ground, you know,
- 45:47Speaker 2: and Spencer Pratt out of it. Now everyone wants to
- 45:50Speaker 2: leave California. So the latest IRIS data show the top
- 45:53Speaker 2: ten counties the largest net losses of taxpayers to other
- 45:57Speaker 2: states were all located in California New York. Top ten
- 46:00Speaker 2: counties with people running for their lives all ten are
- 46:02Speaker 2: in California New York. Compiled from federal tax returns. The
- 46:06Speaker 2: figures offer one of the clearest snapshots of where Americans
- 46:10Speaker 2: are leaving it, where they're where they're relocating, and where
- 46:14Speaker 2: their income is moving with them. And these are going
- 46:18Speaker 2: to create shifts in state economies. California, New York, Illinois
- 46:23Speaker 2: are going to be poor and all these zero tax
- 46:25Speaker 2: states are going to be rich. Los Angeles County, home
- 46:28Speaker 2: to Hollywood and one of the nation's largest economic engines,
- 46:31Speaker 2: led the nation with a net loss of seventeen four
- 46:35Speaker 2: hundred and ninety six tax filers, and those deporting taxpayers
- 46:39Speaker 2: took almost two billion dollars of income with them as
- 46:42Speaker 2: they moved to other states. And I guarantee you every
- 46:45Speaker 2: single one of them if they were able to leave
- 46:47Speaker 2: California and take their income with them. They work out
- 46:50Speaker 2: of their home, and they could they work online, and
- 46:53Speaker 2: they could bring their income anywhere. Other major counties of
- 46:55Speaker 2: California New York so are similar outflows. The next largest
- 46:59Speaker 2: taxpayer low recorded in Queens County, New York, the Bronx
- 47:02Speaker 2: Suffolk County, New York. And get this one. I never
- 47:05Speaker 2: would have expected this one. Orange County, California. Even in
- 47:09Speaker 2: Orange County, they're running for their lives. Rich, beautiful on
- 47:12Speaker 2: the beach. Everyone's a Republican. The women are all blonde
- 47:15Speaker 2: and hot. You never seen such hot women in your
- 47:17Speaker 2: life as Orange County. How do I know? I gave
- 47:20Speaker 2: a speech in Orange County was the Women's Republican Club
- 47:22Speaker 2: of Orange County. There were more beautiful blondes in that
- 47:24Speaker 2: one room. Ninety percent of them were divorced, More beautiful
- 47:29Speaker 2: blondes in that room than you'll ever find in one
- 47:31Speaker 2: room in your life. All Republicans. And even in that
- 47:34Speaker 2: place where everybody you know has lots of money, they're
- 47:36Speaker 2: all running because they don't want to pay the taxes anymore.
- 47:41Speaker 2: So Manhattan is the exact opposite of Las Vegas. Manhattan
- 47:44Speaker 2: gained more tax filers intra state, meaning you the amount
- 47:49Speaker 2: of people who moved from New York to New York.
- 47:51Speaker 2: If you got out of Queen's you moved to Manhattan,
- 47:53Speaker 2: you got out of the Bronx, you moved to Manhattan.
- 47:55Speaker 2: Manhattan gained the most of any county in the nation
- 47:58Speaker 2: while simultaneously losing one billion dollars in income. And what
- 48:03Speaker 2: that means is the people who came are in a
- 48:05Speaker 2: lot less money than the people that left. So they
- 48:07Speaker 2: lost all their billionaires and millionaires and they gained a
- 48:09Speaker 2: bunch of little people that make no money. So Manhattan
- 48:12Speaker 2: got screwed, but people did move there. If you look
- 48:16Speaker 2: at where these people are going, they're not going it
- 48:18Speaker 2: says to Massachusetts, Illinois, or California. They're going to Texas,
- 48:21Speaker 2: They're going to Tennessee. They're going to Florida, placed with
- 48:24Speaker 2: lower no income taxes and low overall levels of taxations.
- 48:29Speaker 2: It's funny he didn't mention Nevada because Nevada is right
- 48:31Speaker 2: there the remaining counties rounding out the top ten for
- 48:35Speaker 2: taxpayer losses. I wish Trump would bring this up in
- 48:38Speaker 2: tonight's speech. We've already won. The fact is everybody's leaving
- 48:43Speaker 2: Democrat states. They're moving to Republican states. We won. We
- 48:47Speaker 2: proved were right to fact the losses San Diego County,
- 48:50Speaker 2: they're leaving Nassau County, New York. They're leaving Riverside County, California.
- 48:54Speaker 2: They're leaving San Berndo, San Bernardino County, California, are leaving
- 48:58Speaker 2: King's County, New York leaving and while those two states
- 49:02Speaker 2: dominated the counties with the largest taxpayer losses, other parts
- 49:05Speaker 2: of the country continued attracting new residents the counties with
- 49:09Speaker 2: the largest net gains. This is where everybody is moving.
- 49:13Speaker 2: Maricopa County, Arizona is number one. Harris County, Texas number two.
- 49:19Speaker 2: That's Houston. By the way, Maracopa is Phoenix and Scottsdale.
- 49:23Speaker 2: Harris County is Houston. Excuse me, it's Houston, Texas. See
- 49:27Speaker 2: when you sneeze, it means you're tell them the truth.
- 49:30Speaker 2: They moved to King County, Washington. That's shocking because I
- 49:32Speaker 2: know this again this must be old IRIS data from
- 49:35Speaker 2: two years ago, because they just passed King County is
- 49:39Speaker 2: I believe, Seattle, and they just passed the nation's worst
- 49:42Speaker 2: tax law. It's not even nine point nine percent tax
- 49:45Speaker 2: on everyone, it's only on millionaires. So every single millionaire
- 49:50Speaker 2: is gonna leave. If you're a millionaire, you are running
- 49:53Speaker 2: from Washington. No one's staying. And I know for a
- 49:55Speaker 2: fact Seattle's emptying out of all the rich people. So
- 49:58Speaker 2: this is old news. And then number five is Clark County, Nevada,
- 50:02Speaker 2: which is Las Vegas. The vote with your feet movement
- 50:06Speaker 2: is real. Americans continue to leave high tax, highly regulated
- 50:10Speaker 2: states for places where they can keep more of what
- 50:12Speaker 2: they earn and face lower costs of living. And this
- 50:15Speaker 2: is a warning. I don't know why they're not getting it.
- 50:18Speaker 2: The Mandammis and Hochel, the governor of New York, and
- 50:21Speaker 2: of course Gavin gruesome Newsom, the governor of California, and
- 50:26Speaker 2: Karen Bass. You're all destroyed. The rich people have left there,
- 50:32Speaker 2: and it's only a trickle so far. They can't sell
- 50:34Speaker 2: their houses, so that's why more haven't left. They'd all
- 50:37Speaker 2: leave if they could sell their houses. So the reality
- 50:40Speaker 2: is there's no one left to pay the tax to
- 50:44Speaker 2: be the tax base and to pay the bills. There's
- 50:47Speaker 2: no one to pay the taxes. Let's face it. We
- 50:49Speaker 2: all know unless you're a complete moron. For years now,
- 50:53Speaker 2: it's a fact that like ninety percent of all taxes
- 50:56Speaker 2: are paid by rich people, not even middle class people,
- 50:58Speaker 2: and no working class. No poor poor are net negative
- 51:03Speaker 2: poor take out of the system, put nothing into the system.
- 51:05Speaker 2: Middle class people almost pay no taxes, but they don't
- 51:08Speaker 2: really take much out because they're not welfare queens, so
- 51:11Speaker 2: they're kind of break even. And then you've got the
- 51:13Speaker 2: upper middle class people to make like, you know, two, three, four,
- 51:16Speaker 2: five hundred thousand a year, and the rich people who
- 51:18Speaker 2: make a million dollars or more. Those combined groups pay
- 51:21Speaker 2: like ninety percent of all the taxes in America and
- 51:24Speaker 2: every state. If you lose them, there's nobody left to
- 51:28Speaker 2: pay for all the freeloaders, all the people moving to
- 51:32Speaker 2: your state. They're illegal immigrants, they're all freeloaders. They want
- 51:35Speaker 2: everything free, from cradle to grave. There's gonna be nobody
- 51:39Speaker 2: left to pay the bill in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Maryland, Illinois.
- 51:45Speaker 2: Try to think of all the liberal states Massachusetts, California, Oregon, Washington.
- 51:50Speaker 2: Nobody will be left Vermont, no one will be left
- 51:54Speaker 2: to pay the taxes Rhode Island, Hawaii. Hawaii might be
- 51:57Speaker 2: different because I don't think anyone moves there unless they're rich.
- 51:59Speaker 2: In you know, you go to grocery store in Hawaii,
- 52:01Speaker 2: everything's triple what it is in the States, So you've
- 52:04Speaker 2: got to be rich to move to Wai. In the
- 52:06Speaker 2: first place. You're probably retired and you got a big pension,
- 52:09Speaker 2: and you've got a lot of assets, so maybe Hawaii
- 52:11Speaker 2: won't bleed residents, and it's so beautiful they might stay
- 52:14Speaker 2: there despite every problem. But you know, no one's mentioning
- 52:18Speaker 2: another thing. I'm the only guy I know who ever
- 52:19Speaker 2: thinks of this. It's not just that the taxes are
- 52:22Speaker 2: zero in Las Vegas, Nevada, because I've lived here twenty
- 52:25Speaker 2: four years and I've paid zero taxes income taxes in
- 52:28Speaker 2: twenty four years, state income tax zero, So I figure
- 52:31Speaker 2: I've saved two or three million dollars over the last
- 52:33Speaker 2: twenty four years. But forget that. That's not even the
- 52:36Speaker 2: biggest benefit. The biggest benefit is that if there are
