- 0:02Imagine breaking free from the grind and building a business that lights you up, ignites with purpose, and delivers the ultimate reward.
- 0:12Forge Fire Protocol gives ambitious entrepreneurs the proven five-step system to choose the right business, launch it successfully, scale it strategically, and exit on your terms.
- 0:26Turning vision into lasting wealth, forged in fire, built for legacy.
- 0:35All right, welcome back.
- 0:36We are excited for this episode because we get to share Crusher with you here today.
- 0:42Now, we talked about it in the last episode.
- 0:44We're going to get into that, but I want to give you a little bit of background first.
- 0:47I want to help you to understand why and what.
- 0:51We're going to share a lot of stuff with you here on how this all came about and how it was built because Crusher, as you'll find, is the first product that is being released through...
- 1:04the Forgefire protocol.
- 1:06Very first one.
- 1:07It's going to be the first one that's sitting there in the Forgefire exchange.
- 1:11And it's just, it's really, really cool.
- 1:15So welcome.
- 1:16Of course, we got Mike and Steven here and we're going to get into some stuff.
- 1:20And, you know, Mike, before we even started this episode, one of the things, and you said it, but it was so true.
- 1:26We were building out Forgefire and we knew that we were going to need to get
- 1:34get the word out and we're going to need to use social media right we knew we had a challenge because not one of us is really into social media right right we've got accounts that we'll post from time to time but we're not social media marketers that's not our background um and and quite frankly we were not interested in putting that time in is that fair to say
- 1:56Yeah, and that's where, I mean, from the past with me, working with tools such as HubSpot, such as Hootsuite, such as Buffer and Sprout Social, stuff like that.
- 2:04Working with different tools like that that I use to help optimize my time.
- 2:08Yeah.
- 2:09And that's the only way I was able to do some social.
- 2:12But I'll tell you this, I still get traffic today, 10 years later, from the work I did for about a month using those tools back in 2015.
- 2:21That's pretty wild.
- 2:22I still have stuff driven to those sites and to those brands today.
- 2:27And it's impossible to spend the proper amount of time that you need.
- 2:33So it was how do we, as we're looking at how to do this.
- 2:36Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 2:37I got to stop you.
- 2:39I taught my kids from day one, nothing is impossible.
- 2:42I can't let you get that word out.
- 2:44The reason why I'm saying that is I worked with the company years ago and their motto was this.
- 2:50Take that word, impossible.
- 2:54Now I want you to do one quick thing.
- 2:56Start at the beginning.
- 2:57I, after the I, put an apostrophe.
- 3:01After the M, put a space.
- 3:03Now what do you have?
- 3:04I'm possible.
- 3:07Yes, sir.
- 3:07That I'm good with.
- 3:08I'm good with that.
- 3:09Just that other word.
- 3:10I can't let it be uttered.
- 3:12Yep.
- 3:13I hear you.
- 3:13That's what I was for I can't.
- 3:15I did the same thing to my kids.
- 3:16I'm like, I can't isn't allowed.
- 3:17You can add it yet to the end of that.
- 3:20I can't yet.
- 3:22I still don't like that, but I like it better.
- 3:23I'll accept that.
- 3:27And my son's like, I can't fly.
- 3:28And I'm like, yet.
- 3:32you can put a jet pack on, you could get on a plane, you're technically flying.
- 3:35He's like, well, I can't flap my arms.
- 3:36I'm like, yet.
- 3:37I don't even know if you'll live to be old enough to the point where you can put something on your arms and do it.
- 3:40I'm like, I don't know why you'd want to.
- 3:41That's a lot of work on the body and that's not how we were built.
- 3:44Bottom line is, I'm going off in an unnecessary tangent.
- 3:47Bottom line is, all right.
- 3:50We recognize the problem.
- 3:52We knew there was some stuff out there and then we noticed that for us to leverage those third-party apps that are great, by the way, they've worked well for years and they still work great now.
- 4:02But they were going to cost us hundreds to thousands a month.
- 4:06And as we said, we're bootstrapping.
- 4:09Okay.
- 4:10We're building us from the ground up.
- 4:12And we're trying to make sure that we're keeping cost low because that's the entire thing we're preaching.
- 4:17We're making sure.
- 4:18Right.
- 4:19Yeah.
- 4:19That's part of the protocol.
- 4:20Right.
- 4:22But that wasn't going to work.
- 4:23So what do you do?
- 4:24Quit?
- 4:25No.
- 4:25No.
- 4:26Decide that we're going to now take 30 hours of our week split up among all of us or dedicated to one person to do and create another job for ourselves.
- 4:34No.
- 4:35No.
- 4:37Build a better ship.
- 4:39Use the analogy.
- 4:40Just build it.
- 4:42It was a challenge we realized we had.
- 4:45And going back to our last podcast, we could have looked at other solutions like you're talking about.
- 4:50But they would have cost us, like you said, hundreds, if not thousands, I think the lowest one, but what we were looking for, for features and stuff was, it was either $200 or $300 a month.
- 4:59That's at the lowest.
- 5:00Yeah.
- 5:00And it still wasn't going to give us everything we wanted.
- 5:02Right to get about 75%.
- 5:04What we wanted was about I think it was 199.
- 5:06So get like 70.
- 5:07And that was the lowest cost one, the stuff to get per month, right per month, and let's get more of the stuff we wanted.
- 5:12It was closer to $1,000 a month.
- 5:14Yep.
- 5:15So we said, Alright, we'll build it.
- 5:17And
- 5:18Now, granted, since June 16, all right, so less than three months ago, we were building up Fortify protocol.
- 5:27But we said, all right, well, we can build this.
- 5:30Why?
- 5:30Because we've got the technology with AI and some of the other stuff, other tools that we use to be able to build things rapidly, rapidly iterate.
- 5:41Right.
- 5:42So rapid iteration is key.
- 5:43You're going to hear that a lot.
- 5:44You've already heard it a lot from us, but you're going to hear it a lot because rapid iteration is key in business today.
- 5:49Change is not something that is, oh, well, it's probably going to happen at some point.
- 5:53Change is happening constantly.
- 5:56And it's a fact of life.
- 5:58So, folks, if you're not there, get used to it because it is always happening.
- 6:03It's not going to stop.
- 6:04And it's going to continue to accelerate.
- 6:06That's just the way life is.
- 6:07And that's okay.
- 6:09Once you accept it, you say, all right, I'm just going to move forward and I'll change with it.
- 6:13So how do you change with it?
- 6:14You have to rapidly iterate.
- 6:16You've got to change things.
- 6:17You've got to improve things.
- 6:17You've got to keep getting better and better.
- 6:20And so that's what we have the capability to do with technology.
- 6:23And so we said, all right, let's build this.
- 6:26So before we build it, what do we want it to do?
- 6:31Right.
- 6:31So we looked at all of the systems that are out there and say, all right, what what are the features that they've got that we want, first of all?
- 6:37And then we said, what are the features that we want that we can't find anywhere?
- 6:44Right.
- 6:44And and now it's like, OK, now at the time, it was literally a solution for us.
- 6:51And then we're like, wait a minute, by building that, we're actually building a whole separate business.
- 6:57And so we'll have to do it, run it through the protocol.
- 6:59We're going to have to do the tests.
- 7:00And we've already got subscribers.
- 7:02All right.
- 7:02So not only, so when we, when we put it out just for a tap, all right, we actually got people saying, Hey, I want that.
- 7:07I want that.
- 7:08I want that.
- 7:09So we've already got subscribers on it and it hasn't even officially been launched.
- 7:14It is now official.
- 7:15It is official in beta now.
- 7:18Okay.
- 7:19So, so people can get it, but we only have 50 slots available for beta right now.
- 7:23That's it.
- 7:25So.
- 7:26And we'll go into it.
- 7:28I just want to share with everybody what beta means.
- 7:30So we're at the beginning of September, when you're probably September of 2026.
- 7:37Not sure exactly when you're watching this or listening to this episode.
- 7:41But if it's around this time, you will have the chance to be part of the beta.
- 7:45I think the beta is going to be filled out.
- 7:48I'd be surprised if it wasn't completely done by Sunday night.
- 7:51Yeah, I agree.
- 7:53And we're literally not even hardly sharing this.
- 7:57All right, this is the first time we've really gotten into talking about it and how people can get it.
- 8:01But once that beta happens, once that beta closes out, here's what's gonna happen.
- 8:07Everybody that's involved in the beta is gonna get a grandfathered price, all right?
- 8:13So you'll have a grandfathered price if you decide that this is a tool that you need and that price stays.
- 8:19So it's a monthly or you can do the annual and save, you know, get two months free.
- 8:24But I can tell you that that price is $59, not hundreds, not a thousand, it's $59 for the beta per month.
- 8:33Okay.
- 8:34As soon as this goes live, it's still not gonna be hundreds of thousands because of our technology and our ability to rapidly iterate and build.
- 8:43we're able to sell this product for, it's gonna be about 80 bucks, 79.97.
- 8:47That's what the public price is gonna be after the beta is finished.
- 8:51And the beta will be finished before October 1st.
- 8:54I don't know exactly what the time frame is.
- 8:55It'll be sold out well before then, but I don't know.
- 8:58During beta, and this is the trade off by the way, when you start in beta, there may be a couple of days during the course of that month where things aren't working fully.
- 9:06All right.
- 9:08And we're building out more features.
- 9:10Okay, but here's what you get for that.
- 9:12All right, so you might have to put up with a little bit, very little, by the way, because it's working awesome for core features right now.
- 9:18I mean, absolutely phenomenal for core features right now.
- 9:21But you're going to get a grandfather price.
- 9:25It never goes up.
- 9:26And while everybody else's does.
- 9:29And so you're going to say basically 25% for life.
- 9:34And that's at the least.
- 9:35That's if the public price never increased.
- 9:38And I have a feeling it will increase over time because we're going to keep making it better, by the way.
- 9:42And you're just going to get all of the features, everything.
- 9:45In fact, beta people get features before public people.
- 9:50So you're going to get the best of the best.
- 9:53Might be some tweaks in there.
- 9:54Always remember that beta means it's not perfect, but it is awesome.
- 9:58All right.
- 9:59So was that fair?
- 10:00I want to make sure I share that with people because I think they need to understand what beta really is.
- 10:06That's fair.
- 10:07And I think one thing we just want to briefly add to that is we talked about rapid iteration, but what's changed, okay, is everyone used to talk about rapid iteration and trying to do it as fast as possible.
- 10:17But then what happened?
- 10:18You had to send it to the development team, had to go over the code and review it.
- 10:21And then that had to be reviewed and tested.
- 10:22And then it was tested.
- 10:23Then it was brought back to the people who made the original request where it was evaluated.
- 10:26Does it actually fix the issue?
- 10:28No.
- 10:28The meantime to remediate that rapid iteration, again, has moved sometimes in the seconds, sometimes minutes.
- 10:36Okay.
- 10:36On that rapid iteration.
- 10:37So it's number one, detecting an issue.
- 10:39And that's why people who are part of that beta group, we want you to say, you know what?
- 10:43It'd be great if it did this, or this isn't working the way I want it to, or what if this, if that's the way you think we want you.
- 10:50Okay.
- 10:50Not only are you going to get a great tool, but you're going to help make it better for everybody.
- 10:53Yes.
- 10:54And it's funny.
- 10:56Um, I was doing a presentation, um, on this, uh, just to a few friends.
- 11:01And one of the guys said, um,
- 11:05Don, could you make it do this?
- 11:07I said, yeah, we can take care of that.
- 11:10Within the hour, it was done.
- 11:12I mean, and it was live.
- 11:13It wasn't even just built.
- 11:15It was built, tested, and live.
- 11:18That's power.
- 11:19Right?
- 11:20Because I mean, that make, we're making things happen.
- 11:23So, so let's, let's take them in.
- 11:24Let's show them.
- 11:25You want, you want to show them what?
- 11:26Yeah, we can show them that.
- 11:28The funny thing too about this whole thing that I was thinking about is we talked about this in a previous episode.
- 11:33We got together, talked about the issue, brainstormed on a name, leveraged AI again as part of that mastermind, found the domain was available that we wanted to use, came up with the name.
- 11:43We went back and forth on names a bunch.
- 11:45And then I think I gave you like a four page prompt.
- 11:49And we put together this long four page prompt and it went through and then it took most of the ideas out of that.
- 11:55Yep.
- 11:56And that was the initial iteration.
- 12:01And then we just tweaked and made it better.
- 12:03Let's talk about that for a second because that's so folks, when you're thinking about you're building your business, you come up, you come to the forge with an idea.
- 12:11Right.
- 12:12And you say, you know, I've got this idea.
- 12:14I want to see if we can make this a reality.
- 12:16So we plug it into the forge.
- 12:17You do your 72 hour market test.
- 12:20It's got lakes.
- 12:20All right.
- 12:21It's a green.
- 12:21It's a go.
- 12:22And now it's like, OK, that's awesome.
- 12:25This is a viable idea.
- 12:27Let's turn this into money and service to others.
- 12:30Right.
- 12:30Let's put this in action.
- 12:32Well, from that moment,
- 12:34We're helping you with tools to get your, your, your, your picking your type of, um, company, whether it's an LLC corporation, what state, why all of that, we go through all of that stuff with you.
- 12:48All right.
- 12:49Our systems do.
- 12:50And by the way, we built an app for that too.
- 12:52Yes.
- 12:52Yes, we did.
- 12:53In my life.
- 12:53We, we, we built another day, but it's like, Oh, we, we built all kinds of crazy stuff, but it's, but it's, it's because.
- 13:04when we see that there's a need for something, all right, you get an idea.
- 13:08It's like, wait a minute, we've got this, we need this.
- 13:10How do we fix it?
- 13:11Oh, okay, this is how we fix it.
- 13:13So we literally just built something for it.
- 13:16And Mike did that one.
- 13:17He just surprised me with it.
- 13:19But it's like, that's what you have when we talk about the Forge Fire breakthrough, right?
- 13:28You have that idea.
- 13:29You're not sure how to, you don't even necessarily know the steps to get it to market.
- 13:33But never mind to build it.
- 13:35Well, you've got a team that can do that and can do it at like, you know, the ForgeFire.
- 13:40I said this, but I don't know if it was the last episode or the episode before, but the ForgeFire protocol app itself.
- 13:47If you take that app and you said, I need you to be able to build this.
- 13:50You said that to a typical app development company.
- 13:54All right.
- 13:54They would say it's going to be well over $100,000.
- 13:56It's going to take many months to build.
- 13:59All right.
- 13:59We built it in about three weeks.
- 14:01And for...
- 14:05way less than 10,000 way less.
- 14:07Yeah.
- 14:07All right.
- 14:08And, and so there's, it's, it's, it's crazy.
- 14:14What can be done?
- 14:15So when you're thinking you've got something, you've got an idea, let's make it a reality because it is so close right now.
- 14:20You can almost taste it.
- 14:22Right.
- 14:22That's how close it is.
- 14:23You just have to let go and say, all right, I'm going to move forward.
- 14:26I want to get this done.
- 14:29And if it's a viable idea, then it's going to be good.
- 14:31Yeah, I mean, let's say, go Steve.
- 14:34Go ahead, Mike.
- 14:35No, no, all I was going to say, if you have a job or you have something that's taken up your day, your nine to five, that's fine.
- 14:42Spend either your early mornings or sometime in your evenings and dedicate time to stay consistent on this because this, you can build this in focus blocks of time.
- 14:51Yes.
- 14:53Okay, so you can spend your day earning your living and use the Jim Rohn phrasing, and use your evenings building your legacy or building your fortune.
- 15:03That's right.
- 15:04And that, it's just stand up, breathe in total certainty, and look at what's possible right now.
- 15:12For decades, the market has lied to you and all of us.
- 15:15They told you that building an empire takes millions in venture capital and armies of expensive employees
- 15:22and 40 years of soul-crushing grind, that era is dead.
- 15:26It's over.
- 15:28The Forge Fire Protocol gives you the technological hammer to replace that overhead with raw leverage and forge a clean, high-margin $10 million exit on your terms.
- 15:40That's the key.
- 15:41That's what's been done here for you.
- 15:44A hundred percent.
- 15:45I love that analogy with the hammer, by the way.
- 15:47And all I could think of when you said that, by the way, Stephen, was we actually created the first hammer in existence that could learn to change a light bulb.
- 15:56That's what went through my head.
- 15:58It's like, all right, this is cool.
- 16:02In reality, we could.
- 16:04So I know that's a little crazy, but I just, but it's true.
- 16:07And Mike, you were talking about a company, you know, you worked at a job during the day.
- 16:13And in building that fortune at night, that legacy at night, right?
- 16:16A couple hours each night building this out.
- 16:20You can follow the forge a couple hours a night, five, six days a week, and have a phenomenal exit.
- 16:27You're going to free yourself, okay?
- 16:29Yep.
- 16:29If you follow and your idea is good and you make the right decisions, right?
- 16:34But one thing is sometimes we're not really sure what's a good idea.
- 16:39And I want to give you a hint as to what is a good idea, all right?
- 16:43If you're at work, as an example, and you and your company run up against the same wall every day, you know, we get this.
- 16:52This is such a pain for us to do.
- 16:54It takes forever.
- 16:56Nobody wants to do it.
- 16:57I don't know how we grow when we have to deal with stuff like this.
- 17:03That kind of a problem, if you think about, if you just step back and you look at that type of a problem and say, what would it actually look like if this were fixed?
- 17:13How could that really be fixed?
- 17:15That's a great hint as to an idea that you could potentially build and then potentially even sell to the company.
- 17:20All right.
- 17:21And to other companies like yours.
- 17:24All right.
- 17:25So I don't wanna get in trouble at work.
- 17:26I wanna, but we have to provide solutions.
- 17:28I had a colleague do that years ago.
- 17:31He was a volunteer firefighter.
- 17:34Saw a gap.
- 17:34Something started building out software.
- 17:36This is 20 years ago.
- 17:38Started building out software to fix the problem.
- 17:41Got a guy working with him.
- 17:42The two of them built out a solution.
- 17:44Brought it to the CEO and said, we constantly keep on running to this issue.
- 17:47I built something to fix it.
- 17:49CEO bought it.
- 17:51He now becomes the implementer and has a higher paying role within the company for the person who owns the software and does it.
- 17:57He has ownership in the software, which now the company is subscribing to.
- 18:00And now that company started selling that software also.
- 18:04All because of a decision to fix an issue.
- 18:05So that's what I'm saying.
- 18:06All I could think of right then and there is someone has an issue, let's say, with follow-up within a company or they have an issue with something, whatever it may be.
- 18:14They have an issue with problem A.
- 18:17Inside the four tier, we bring it.
- 18:18That's one of your ideas.
- 18:19Let's do that.
- 18:20Go through the 72-hour market test.
- 18:21Make sure it's viable.
- 18:22Make sure what you think is work.
- 18:23Let's get some outside opinions on it.
- 18:26We get that information in, and let's build a solution.
- 18:29And now you are a SaaS product owner, software as a service, or a software owner who builds a solution.
- 18:35That's not just going to help one problem.
- 18:36Because I guarantee you, if it's impacting your company, it's impacting hundreds of thousands of other companies as well.
- 18:43Without a doubt.
- 18:44Absolutely.
- 18:46Great, great follow up on that.
- 18:48So let's go into Crush.
- 18:49Let's show you what we did.
- 18:51And really, go for it.
- 18:53You fire it up.
- 18:56That works.
- 18:57So I got it up on my screen.
- 18:59Oh, she do yours.
- 18:59Okay, that's fine.
- 19:00Because actually, you have more content in there.
- 19:03So I'll just show you, I'll give a quick example for something starting from scratch and then let's move over to you because you have a much better representation of it.
- 19:11Okay.
- 19:12So this is what, at a high level, what it looks like.
- 19:15Okay.
- 19:16So there's dashboard, shows, connected accounts, scheduled posts, what's published, total reach, upcoming posts.
- 19:23Okay.
- 19:23We have publishing.
- 19:26This is your publishing schedule.
- 19:27You can do it for the month, for the week, or put it in a list, depending on what you prefer.
- 19:31Okay.
- 19:33Because you're AB studio, so you can do AB tests on posts.
- 19:37Okay, smart inbox, stuff that's coming in.
- 19:42But let's go to here for a second.
- 19:44If I wanted to... Let's just start something completely from scratch.
- 19:52What should we do here?
- 19:52Let's just come up with a random idea for a post.
- 19:55So, and that's simple.
- 19:57So what you want to do, first of all, let's just go back to the dashboard for a second.
- 20:00Yeah.
- 20:01So...
- 20:02Most people, the thing that holds them back from excelling in social media is, I don't know what to post.
- 20:07I don't know when to post it.
- 20:08I don't have the pictures.
- 20:09I just don't have the time, right?
- 20:11That's what people will say.
- 20:13And so what we did was we created a system where you don't even have to think about it for the most part.
- 20:18So you're gonna log in to Crusher and go to AI Assistant at the bottom, second to the last, right there on the left, perfect.
- 20:25Now, what you're looking for is you're looking for content ideas, right?
- 20:28So I want you to count these clicks, count the clicks.
- 20:31All right, so first of all,
- 20:32Click on content ideas.
- 20:35One click.
- 20:36One click.
- 20:36Okay, so we're at one.
- 20:37I'm going to have a slash sheet here.
- 20:40I'm not really going to need it.
- 20:41So you want to make a post.
- 20:42What do you want to make a post on, Mike?
- 20:44Give me just a general English.
- 20:46Say it out loud.
- 20:48All right.
- 20:49So Forgefire Protocol.
- 20:51Okay, so we'll use this as an example.
- 20:55So I want to, you know, I want to, the top five,
- 21:00top five things that hold realtors back from succeeding in business.
- 21:07Okay.
- 21:07It's not an idea like that.
- 21:09So top five reasons that hold realtors back from succeeding in business.
- 21:20And anything else, like how to solve that or how to get over it or anything?
- 21:23How to forge solves that problem.
- 21:37Do you want to create it as a post, a Facebook post, an Instagram post?
- 21:42Well, it doesn't matter.
- 21:43So he had one click.
- 21:44He put in just in words what he was thinking, and he hits generate.
- 21:48So that's the second click.
- 21:50Okay.
- 21:51So and now what you're going to get is some posts.
- 21:56And watch how simple this is.
- 21:57So that took seconds.
- 21:58And you've got how many posts there?
- 22:02Five.
- 22:02Five different posts.
- 22:04Now, so let's look at those.
- 22:06What did it come up with?
- 22:09Fear, sorry, overcoming fear or rejection.
- 22:12Fear or rejection holding you back.
- 22:13Ford Fire Protocol turns no into next opportunity.
- 22:16Success is just a mindset shift away.
- 22:19Real estate success, Ford Fire Protocol, no fear.
- 22:22What is this, Don?
- 22:22If I do this, we'll just, let's see.
- 22:24Yeah, generate an image.
- 22:25There you go.
- 22:26That's a third click, by the way.
- 22:28Yep.
- 22:29I just wanted to point that out.
- 22:32And then before you do anything else, we'll look at another one and look at another one.
- 22:37You could literally...
- 22:39click on and and by the way it does take a few to create the image because it's actually looking at what the post is about who the target is and it's creating an image that is reflective of that so it's a proper image for the post okay um so look at the next one up there it beat me to it so
- 23:00So now you've got an image and you say, hey, I like that image.
- 23:03That's got a little forge.
- 23:03It's got a little fire flame because of Forge Fire.
- 23:06But you can say, I like that one.
- 23:09Or you know what?
- 23:09I don't quite like that.
- 23:10When you hit the thing over there.
- 23:12Yeah.
- 23:13Regenerate.
- 23:13Yeah.
- 23:14Regenerate the image.
- 23:15And let's look at the next one down below.
- 23:17Says breaking time management barriers.
- 23:20Right.
- 23:21Struggling to juggle tasks.
- 23:23Forge Fire protocol streamlines your day.
- 23:25So you close deals, not just calendars.
- 23:28This is your new best friend.
- 23:30Right now, Crusher, and this is a little hint, by the way, Crusher doesn't necessarily know about ForgeFire.
- 23:38However, if when you put in ForgeFire protocol cures these or fixes them, give the website address.
- 23:48Yeah, you put the URL, you've got it.
- 23:52So very different eye-catching.
- 23:54So it's got ForgeFire protocol, it's got fear of rejection, and then you've got,
- 23:58So on the left is the fear.
- 24:00Then you get forced fire in the middle and then you've got people making a deal on the right.
- 24:06So it's that transition.
- 24:07Right?
- 24:08So let's, let's pick another one.
- 24:11And it doesn't have one.
- 24:12Yep.
- 24:12Sure.
- 24:13Yep.
- 24:14Breaking time barriers, time management barriers.
- 24:16So I'm not clicking that because, uh, counting that as a separate click just because you're just looking at these and you pick the one that you want.
- 24:23Right.
- 24:24But also, yeah, but also understand too, I think what it's doing is that it took those five issues and it created a post for each issue.
- 24:32Yes.
- 24:33So it took those five issues that are impacting people in real estate, realtors, and it's take those five issues and then it tied them back to your product.
- 24:43Exactly.
- 24:45So it really, it listens to what you're saying and it just gave you the post.
- 24:49Now,
- 24:50That was pretty cool.
- 24:51It took you, once you put in what you wanted.
- 24:54That's good.
- 24:54So that's a great image right there for that.
- 24:57Yep.
- 24:58Okay.
- 24:58So let's go one more.
- 24:59We don't have to do all five, but just go one more just to take a look.
- 25:02I don't care which one you look at.
- 25:04Conquering lead generation, no leads, no problem.
- 25:06Fortify protocol fuels your pipeline with quality prospects.
- 25:09Watch your business boom like never before.
- 25:11Loosing confidence instantly.
- 25:13Self-doubt kills deals.
- 25:14Fortify protocol builds unshakable confidence.
- 25:17You close with conviction every time.
- 25:19Own your own success.
- 25:20Simplifying complex negotiations.
- 25:23Why don't we do that?
- 25:24Simplifying complex negotiations.
- 25:25Okay.
- 25:26And I'm going to say this while you're doing that.
- 25:28So we just talked about,
- 25:30Crusher doesn't necessarily know about whatever company you have or what you're doing.
- 25:34It didn't know about Forgefire.
- 25:36That's not its thing.
- 25:38If you put the URL in, like all of these posts, if you went back up to the top, I'm not going to ask you to do that now.
- 25:43I'm just telling you.
- 25:44If you went back up and you put the URL for Forgefire protocol in, it would completely change these so that it actually brings in what Forgefire does.
- 25:53Like one of the companies I own is a company called SmartFlex Benefits.
- 26:01to reduce turnover, helps them with benefits, all kinds of stuff.
- 26:06And- I'm gonna add it.
- 26:07Okay, good.
- 26:09So it's gonna change it, it'll erase the pictures and the post that you have there.
- 26:12Yeah, fine, that's why you're talking about SmartFlex, I figured I'd just add this.
- 26:15Sure, go for it.
- 26:18So the whole idea is, it's super easy to come up with content.
- 26:23And if you see the content and you say, well, you know what, that's kind of close, but not exactly.
- 26:27So there you go.
- 26:31Fierce marketing success.
- 26:34Lack of lead generation.
- 26:39So it's still coming up with those, still the same basic five.
- 26:42Fair technology adoption, technophobe, tech phobic.
- 26:47So it actually came up with a different one here.
- 26:49But it's because it's looking at, well, what can ForgeFire solve?
- 26:54So it's not just one of the five issues that a realtor might have that holds them back.
- 26:59It's also that forge fire can solve.
- 27:01So you added that extra complexity in there.
- 27:04So the more you've given that prompt, the more you're going to get out and the more accurate those posts are going to be.
- 27:10But literally, it was seconds, but technology that can work so you can thrive.
- 27:17Right.
- 27:18It's just it's awesome.
- 27:19And that picture is fire.
- 27:20Right.
- 27:20Is that how they say it?
- 27:22Yes.
- 27:22So, by the way, if I want to just copy the text, I click copy here.
- 27:25But if I want to schedule it, I'd go here.
- 27:27Yeah.
- 27:28So that's another click, by the way.
- 27:29Yeah.
- 27:31And you've got YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn linked.
- 27:34Now, that's not a video.
- 27:36So you want to unclick on YouTube because it won't go.
- 27:38But you can post to Facebook and LinkedIn if you want it.
- 27:41And look at when it's going to post.
- 27:48Now, if you said, well, I don't want this to post until Monday, right?
- 27:52For whatever reason, just click on the calendar right there and just change the date.
- 27:58Boom.
- 27:59Okay.
- 28:00And I could change time.
- 28:01Yeah.
- 28:04Exactly.
- 28:04It was super simple.
- 28:06And then hit schedule.
- 28:08Oh, wait, you didn't, you didn't, you took away the time.
- 28:11You didn't save it.
- 28:12There we go.
- 28:13That's the optimal time.
- 28:14There we go.
- 28:14That's all you got to do.
- 28:15Yep.
- 28:16All right, so I'm just gonna post to one platform for this just for right now.
- 28:20Yeah.
- 28:25So you hit schedule now, it's done, that's scheduled.
- 28:27So that was the fifth click by the way.
- 28:30Yeah.
- 28:31So go to your publishing, the second button down on the left, yeah, second tab.
- 28:36And there's your post.
- 28:39All right, oh yeah, you can have the list view, the week view, the month view, whatever you like.
- 28:42Okay, and now if you click on that post,
- 28:46You could say, you know what?
- 28:47This is great.
- 28:49I'm just gonna post it out.
- 28:49Oh, wait, you know what?
- 28:50I never put a link in.
- 28:51Let me put a link for Facebook so they know to go to forgefireprotocol.com, right?
- 29:03Forward slash epic, there you go.
- 29:06So, and then you could hit publish now or you could still keep the schedule and it's done.
- 29:12So it is that simple to come up with content
- 29:17So it's duplicating.
- 29:18That's one thing, by the way, when you want to, that's a safety feature we've built into this.
- 29:27You can get blocked on social platforms if you're duplicating content.
- 29:34So it's going to have that same piece because you've already saved it there.
- 29:40So what happened is, yep, see, exactly.
- 29:44Because it's showing that you already have it
- 29:47schedule for a different time.
- 29:49So that's that's that.
- 29:51But it won't allow you.
- 29:53It's going to I shouldn't say that.
- 29:56It's designed to notify you if something you're doing could potentially get you blocked now.
- 30:03So the social media companies are always changing the rules.
- 30:07So please don't rely on that.
- 30:10But this is the only platform I know that will tell you that.
- 30:14And that to me is powerful.
- 30:17because I don't want to do things that are going to get me blocked.
- 30:19Actually, I had a huge Facebook account that got hacked, and I lost it.
- 30:26So now I've started building it up.
- 30:28So it's pretty small, quite frankly.
- 30:30You see it right there.
- 30:33It actually tells you duplicate or similar content posted within the same two-day period.
- 30:37Exactly.
- 30:38So that's the problem.
- 30:39Yep, exactly.
- 30:41So you don't want to do that.
- 30:42Now, if you go back...
- 30:44Um, so go back to the AI assistant again.
- 30:48Now those posts are gone.
- 30:51So all of those posts that you have, like you could, you could type in something else.
- 30:56You could do a little bit different.
- 30:57Um, in fact, pick something completely different, something completely unrelated, just as a separate, separate example.
- 31:06Um.
- 31:06How about your son's fishing app that he came up with, telling you about locations to go to and what the conditions are that day and how the fishing is?
- 31:16I love that app.
- 31:19I thought that was such a cool app.
- 31:21That app.
- 31:23What Steve was just talking about is Mike's son.
- 31:26How old is your son again?
- 31:28Twelve.
- 31:30Mike's 12-year-old son is watching what Mike's doing.
- 31:33He's like, Dad,
- 31:36And actually, I think you asked him, is there anything you can think of that's a challenge, right?
- 31:40Yeah, I said, is there anything that frustrates you on the semi-daily basis that you're like, I wish there was just something easier or better?
- 31:47And he thought about it and basically came back to me and said, there's an app that I use, but it costs a decent amount of money and it doesn't do a good job around here.
- 31:54But this is what I want it to do.
- 31:57So, and, and, and you, and you had them put in writing what, what you want, what he wanted to do, right?
- 32:02Not even, I had, I held down two buttons on a keyboard and I said, tell me everything you want it to do.
- 32:09Go.
- 32:11Mindy's like, just talk.
- 32:12I'm like, just talk.
- 32:13As long as you need, just try to get everything out.
- 32:16He went through and said everything he wanted.
- 32:19And when he finished, there was one part of it that I wasn't clear on by listening to it.
- 32:24So I said, press record again.
- 32:26I said, explain that better.
- 32:28What do you mean by this?
- 32:29What do you want it to do?
- 32:30And he explained it better.
- 32:32I took that and when I pushed those buttons down, he was speaking to it using a tool we use called Whisperflow.
- 32:39Okay.
- 32:40And as it did that, it entered all that information into a prompt.
- 32:45And then when he was done speaking, I just clicked send.
- 32:49And then it generated an app.
- 32:54And it's an awesome app.
- 32:56And, you know, you look at that and we've tested it around here.
- 33:00Right now, we haven't.
- 33:01That app was built as sort of a fun piece.
- 33:06It was something that your son wanted.
- 33:08Has he used the app, by the way, yet?
- 33:09He uses it nonstop.
- 33:13He found out that one of the ponds closer to our house has more bass.
- 33:17Jasmine Pond.
- 33:18So he started going to that pond instead.
- 33:21And he was only catching like perch and bluegills.
- 33:24And then now he's catching bass frequently because he also, the app also told him he wasn't using the right lures or the right bait.
- 33:32So he switched from bait to a specific, went out and bought a specific type of lure that it said I'd have much better luck with.
- 33:37And it was a hundred percent accurate.
- 33:39At a point where some of his friends were getting frustrated.
- 33:42He said one of his friends was sitting there like this the other day because he was so frustrated.
- 33:46And my son's like, I've only been fishing for freshwater fishing for like two, three weeks in my life.
- 33:52He's like, I've gone saltwater fishing, but I didn't know how much I loved it.
- 33:56And now that I've done it, now I've just found ways to get better at it.
- 33:58And then he takes pictures when he catches it.
- 34:00And when he takes pictures, it automatically tells you the pond that it's at, the time of day.
- 34:04And then it can actually analyze a fish and tell you what type of fish it was.
- 34:08See, that's just phenomenal.
- 34:10So he's happy.
- 34:11I'm sure his friends are using it too.
- 34:13He's got to have some friends using it.
- 34:16But I heard that.
- 34:17And this is what you're going to have happen, by the way.
- 34:19If you're part of the protocol, you're going to be in our community.
- 34:24And you're going to be talking with people, even if you don't have an idea yet.
- 34:28Join us.
- 34:29If you know that that's the way you want to go, you want to be able to create something that makes a difference, join us.
- 34:34Because you're going to have ideas that you're going to come up with.
- 34:38and you're going to hear about them, hear about what somebody else did, and you're like, wow, I never thought of it that way.
- 34:42Let me do this.
- 34:44When Mike showed me his son's app, all right, I was blown away, and it made me think, you know, we've got chickens.
- 34:52So in my house, we've got about 30 chickens, 29 to be exact, and two of them are roosters.
- 34:59The rest are all hens, and eight of them are very, very small.
- 35:03All right, they're growing fast, though, so they're newer.
- 35:07But,
- 35:09We wanted to make sure that their health was good and that everything was, you know, what, you know, how it needed to be.
- 35:16We didn't necessarily know.
- 35:17We've been doing chickens for a while and we've learned, right?
- 35:21So I said, all right, well, Mike and his son created an app for fishing.
- 35:24I created an app called Chicken Love for Chickens.
- 35:27And literally, it's kind of like if any of you have ever seen that app for plants.
- 35:33You can identify a plant.
- 35:34Plant isn't healthy.
- 35:35It'll tell you what to do to make it healthy.
- 35:39Well, this app for chicken love does exactly that.
- 35:43But for chickens sort of identify them.
- 35:45It says whether they're healthy, look healthy or not.
- 35:48If there's an issue, it makes recommendations.
- 35:51It also allows you to update pictures.
- 35:53So it captures pictures.
- 35:55You can name them in there.
- 35:56Don't do that with meat birds.
- 35:58But if you're going to do with layer hens, then that's good.
- 36:00Right.
- 36:01And and it allows you to.
- 36:04track their health over time.
- 36:05It also allows you to track expenses because we sell eggs, right?
- 36:11We have more eggs than we can possibly eat.
- 36:12So we sell them.
- 36:13It allows us to track our expenses for the hens and for the whole flock.
- 36:21And it allows us to track egg production.
- 36:25And so we know exactly what we need to sell the eggs for to be profitable.
- 36:29We know where we stand on everything.
- 36:31It's just, it's wild.
- 36:32And that was, I didn't do it because I thought I was going to sell it at first.
- 36:39I did it because I could, right?
- 36:43And I was inspired by Mike's son's fishing house.
- 36:48And now we're doing the 72-hour market test on that app.
- 36:52I'm looking for, by the way, if you have, reach out to me, by the way, if you have chickens and that app, you'd like to test, all right?
- 37:00Because you can get a version of it to test.
- 37:04And all I'm going to ask you for is feedback on it.
- 37:07And from there, we'll decide if we market it, okay?
- 37:11Because we've got to do the test.
- 37:13Let's see what you came up with.
- 37:14First of all, go back to your prompt, because we've been talking through this.
- 37:17Go back to the prompt that you put in.
- 37:19I just spoke.
- 37:20I didn't even focus on using proper prompt setup or anything.
- 37:23I just said, my son created an app to help people find local freshwater fishing
- 37:28It doesn't even make sense, all that I said, because I was just going while I wasn't even paying attention.
- 37:32My son created an app to help people find local freshwater fishing app for people who love to freshwater fish.
- 37:37That's such a repetitive, ignorant statement.
- 37:39So this is what I left it like this once I realized it.
- 37:42And it's improper spellings.
- 37:44It's just partial rambling with repeated content.
- 37:48But it still works.
- 37:49And that's the whole purpose that I did this.
- 37:51You could be.
- 37:52You didn't put your URL in there either.
- 37:54No.
- 37:54I don't know if he has one.
- 37:56No, I didn't.
- 37:57I did it initially for this just because I wanted to see what it would come up with.
- 38:01Okay.
- 38:02And it said it has a catch log.
- 38:03Because I mean, if someone doesn't have a product yet or they just have an idea, we just want to show them what they could do.
- 38:08Because we can build the app.
- 38:10Let's generate attention and let's build the app.
- 38:12But it has a catch log.
- 38:14The type of fish in the pond, the best bait to use, how the weather conditions impact fish feeding probability to increase your odds with the best times of day and season.
- 38:22Help me market this so he can sell it for $9.99.
- 38:24I don't even know what he's going to do.
- 38:27That's one of the things that he said.
- 38:28He said he wanted to keep the price low so it can be affordable for kids.
- 38:32Without the parents getting very frustrated about big bills on their card.
- 38:37Because he's like 90% of his parents saying, wait a minute, what's $9.99?
- 38:41He goes, that's more digestible than what's $29.99.

- 39:20Get it now for $9.99.
- 39:20Love it.
- 39:23So you just rambled, even with misspelled words, put it in there, and boom, you've got it.
- 39:30I was paying attention to you while you were talking with what I was writing, and I was paying more attention to you than what I was actually writing, because I just wanted to list the features.
- 39:39Yep.
- 39:41Well, I think it's awesome.
- 39:44I love the app, first of all.
- 39:48I thought it was fantastic.
- 39:51But...
- 39:52Looking at this from a crusher perspective, think about how powerful that is.
- 39:55The biggest issue people have with social media for business is I don't know what to post.
- 40:02I don't have the time to come up with stuff.
- 40:04And I have I just I just don't even know where to post or when to post, you know, those are key pieces.
- 40:12That one aspect does it.
- 40:14Yeah, done.
- 40:14And if you want to put an image in, you have to go to Google Images or pay for a service where you can get stock images.
- 40:22And then you have to make sure that those images have free content use to properly use them without violating copyright and potentially getting sued.
- 40:28By the way, a lot of those are not going to be in the format you want for the platform.
- 40:33So you're going to have to manipulate the image and possibly use another image because the image quality isn't good enough.
- 40:39Yeah.
- 40:39Yeah.
- 40:40So now you've got to bring in another tool like Canva or something else just to try to upscale the image or use an Adobe product such as Photoshop or Illustrator or something like that.
- 40:48By the way, they're not cheap either.
- 40:50They cost more than, I mean, add all that together, you're more than this platform.
- 40:53They're just for the photo editing stuff.
- 40:55Exactly.
- 40:55Exactly.
- 40:57If you do have a company logo, you do have the ability to put those things in.
- 41:00Yep.
- 41:01And you have some of your own company images.
- 41:03You can load those as well too.
- 41:06And it does amazing.
- 41:08It's amazingly creative in what it can do to your content, your logo, and how it just brings a different life to it that you want to think of.
- 41:18Yep.
- 41:19Yeah.
- 41:19So let's see if I go to this, I'm just going to add one of the forge fire protocol logos.
- 41:23Sure.
- 41:23Go for it.
- 41:26So we'll go over here.
- 41:40Boom.
- 41:43And you could have tied it to a campaign.
- 41:45You can create brand kit with colors.
- 41:49add links for bios.
- 41:50I mean, this literally has all the key stuff you're going to need for business at a fraction of the cost of the other players.
- 41:57And the beautiful thing is we're going to take, so below that content button, all right, we're going to be adding in a button for, we'll get to that in just a second.
- 42:06Below that content button, we're going to be adding in a button for suggestions, right?
- 42:13You know, upgrade suggestions.
- 42:16And-
- 42:17So when you have something there and you say, I wonder if we could do this, that would just be so awesome.
- 42:24Send it to us.
- 42:25I can't guarantee you we'll do it.
- 42:27All right, it has to make sense for everybody for the most part, but more than likely, we are gonna do it because we're able to iterate so fast and at such a low cost, we don't, one of the big things for the big players that are out there in the market, right?
- 42:42This is the challenge that they have.
- 42:44They have this huge behemoth code system.
- 42:47And for them to change and add features, it takes months, many months, a whole lot of work and they're going to change a ton of stuff.
- 42:56Right?
- 42:57So it has to be something that is really worthwhile for the entire platform before they're going to do that.
- 43:03For us, we could make a feature because our cost is so low to do so.
- 43:08And our time to market is so quick that we can make a feature that serves a small fraction of our subscribers.
- 43:16and keeps them happy, right?
- 43:20And others will use it from time to time, but they'll have access to it.
- 43:23That's powerful.
- 43:24So yeah, you've got the colors there.
- 43:26You're already pulling that in.
- 43:26That's pretty funny.
- 43:27Yep.
- 43:28I just want to see if we put that in.
- 43:29I just wanted to put that in so people can see that.
- 43:31I just wanted to pull up that information.
- 43:33That's good.
- 43:34I haven't even tested that part.
- 43:35So thank you for doing that.
- 43:36Yeah.
- 43:37So remember, this is beta, folks.
- 43:38So those of you who just... Oh, by the way, how do you...
- 43:41I'll show you how you subscribe in a minute.
- 43:43And we'll talk about the...
- 43:46refer a crusher button, which is key.
- 43:47We just want Mike to be able to cover this piece first.
- 43:51So I'm just gonna add in like, I'll add in like three of them just for time.
- 43:55So we don't spend, there's that a brand kit.
- 43:59Okay.
- 44:00So it added that.
- 44:01Now I'm gonna add this.
- 44:04Pretty, that was pretty simple, wasn't it?
- 44:06Yep.
- 44:07Iron black.
- 44:08We're gonna copy and paste that color.
- 44:19Here's the standard ember orange that we created.
- 44:22There you go.
- 44:24Add that.
- 44:25And that's going to be close to this.
- 44:27It's going to be a little different.
- 44:37Yep, so there's the jet black similar to the iron black and a pure white.
- 44:43That one's going to be an interesting one because that one has a transparency.
- 44:47So that's one I'd have to figure out.
- 44:49So the jet black is going to be straight zeros.
- 44:52Yeah, that's pretty easy.
- 44:53Yep.
- 44:54But the other one I had was a white, but I had white used with a 100% transparency.
- 45:03So the pure white is 100%.
- 45:04So what is the pure white?
- 45:10And that's just going to be M2, M3, M4.
- 45:12Yep.
- 45:20But I had like white with an 80% transparency and white with a 60% transparency that we occasionally use as well.
- 45:25That just provides a little bit of a tone.
- 45:28So that's something I don't know how we do, but that's fine.
- 45:31Yeah.
- 45:31So you just did it.
- 45:32And so, and that's something that I don't know that we built that in yet.
- 45:35So that's something we just discovered.
- 45:36Those are things that we'll add.
- 45:37So let's, let's stop there just because of time.
- 45:40And, and, and that's, those are our personal colors, you know, for our, for our fire, but
- 45:46Go to, if you would, so you just added all of that stuff in content.
- 45:50So let's show people what the refer crusher system is, and then we'll show them how they can get crusher if they want to be part of the beta.
- 45:59And that's only people who want to be part of the beta, by the way.
- 46:02So what we did was we said, okay, look, we're not going to go and market this crazy ourselves.
- 46:09all right, we're going to bring it out.
- 46:10We're going to make it available for our teams to be able to get and make it available for the general public after the beta is fully released and, and, and filled out.
- 46:22But we said, all right, well, you know what, when people start using this and they realize, wait, this is a fraction of the cost of other tools.
- 46:28It's better than anything on the market.
- 46:31And it's giving us a, uh,
- 46:34It's just simpler.
- 46:35So it gives us the ability to post when we want to post, schedule and do things in a way that makes total sense.
- 46:40I got to share this.
- 46:42And so when you share that link that you have, that's just built in, by the way, you'll have your own link.
- 46:47When you share that link and someone subscribes to Crusher because you share that link, whether it's a friend or somebody else that you just met or maybe you put it on social media, who knows?
- 46:58Now you're going to get 20 percent.
- 47:00So five accounts.
- 47:02that you've referred ends up paying for your own subscription.
- 47:05Yep.
- 47:05And when they go to that link for free, yep.
- 47:07There's what, and here's what it looks like when you go to that link, it's exactly the same.
- 47:12Yeah.
- 47:12That's what you see when you just go to, but now when they click it, you just get the commission.
- 47:17Isn't that beautiful?
- 47:18How often do they receive that commission?
- 47:20That's monthly.
- 47:21Great question.
- 47:23Yeah.
- 47:24So now, so you can actually make money doing it too.
- 47:27All right.
- 47:28Um,
- 47:29But it's a really simple thing.
- 47:30And by the way, because we use a lot of AI here, you've got a set number of AI credits that are in here.
- 47:36That's another way we keep the costs low.
- 47:38For big users that use a lot of AI credits, and it's kind of tough to use a lot of AI credits, so you gotta be a massive user to do that.
- 47:47But you could literally, instead of taking, once your account's paid for with referrals, you could literally generate Crusher AI credits
- 47:57and get a 20% bonus on that.
- 48:00So really powerful.
- 48:01We just, we tried to think of everything so that we just wanna make it accessible, right?
- 48:08We wanna make it inexpensive.
- 48:10We wanna make it hot notch and have some fun with it.
- 48:14And we did it, I mean, this took us under two weeks, right?
- 48:19And that's going back and forth, testing things, doing things.
- 48:22We're still finishing up some of the features in it.
- 48:24So just understand that in beta, but all you got to do to get crusher, right.
- 48:28Is just go to crusher social.com and, um, sign up for a new account.
- 48:33That's it.
- 48:34It's that simple with an R. Yeah.
- 48:36Crusher with an R. There's no E. So it's C R U S H R social.com.
- 48:42All right.
- 48:42And you can see that up there, uh, on the left, um,
- 48:46Yeah.
- 48:46And you can see it there.
- 48:47You don't have to put in our affiliate link.
- 48:48It's no big deal.
- 48:50Um, what we want you to do is just go to crusher, social.com.
- 48:53We have 50 beta seats available.
- 48:57Uh, and that's it.
- 48:58All right.
- 48:59So once those have gone, they're gone.
- 49:01We don't even have 50 anymore.
- 49:02Cause they've started, they've already started selling.
- 49:05Ah, sorry.
- 49:08Correct.
- 49:08But, um, I'm like that's what we set out.
- 49:10So once, once those are gone, they're gone.
- 49:13And then it's going to go to $79.97 a month, which is still way lower than any of the other players offering everything that we're offering with this.
- 49:23And you get the free affiliate system with it.
- 49:26So it's really simple.
- 49:29You only get paid down through two levels.
- 49:31But this is not about multilevel or anything like that.
- 49:35This is simply about making it so you can get your account for free and then getting credits if you want them.
- 49:42So that's it.
- 49:42That's it, folks.
- 49:43So that's crushing it.
- 49:44That was the result of a problem we had that we needed to create a solution for.
- 49:51And we did it very rapidly without interrupting our flow on building, you know, crazy chicken app and phishing apps and and of course, Fortrider Protocol and other things.
- 50:01We built a lot.
- 50:04Yeah, we also built out, as we said, an entity builder that allows you just to go through.
- 50:09It asks you a series of questions and takes you through it.
- 50:11In about three minutes, you have an answer as to what's the best entity for you to have for your company.
- 50:16What's the best state for you to open it in?
- 50:18And what's the second best state for you to open it in?
- 50:20Plus the estimated cost is to get you started.
- 50:22And we also built out another app that kind of just takes a look at where you are and shows you what's the base level tech stack that you should build out for your company.
- 50:31Very low level stuff, but simple, easy things.
- 50:34Why?
- 50:34Because what we're doing is we're taking things that are manual processes that require people to go back and research and that.
- 50:39We're compressing time and making it stupid simple.
- 50:45Okay, so it's like Bob Proctor used to say, if you guys are familiar with Bob, that he realized that if he could get everything down to like a fourth, fifth grade level of learning and comprehension, he's like, because that's what worked for me.
- 50:58He goes, I wasn't unintelligent, but that's where I process things.
- 51:01But I didn't consider myself unintelligent.
- 51:03I thought I was dumb for years.
- 51:04And then I realized I wasn't at all.
- 51:06It was just my conditioning.
- 51:09But he's like, he dumbed everything down to make it so simple that it just made it easy for the masses to do.
- 51:15And that's what we're doing is we're making it so simple for the masses because that's what's easier for us.
- 51:21And if it's easier for us, it's going to be easier for you.
- 51:26So solutions.
- 51:28So in the last episode, we talked about we're looking for idea people.
- 51:32What are your ideas?
- 51:34If you get an idea that you want to launch, all right, we just used Crusher as an example to show you the power of what we're talking about.
- 51:41And you'll see Crusher out there.
- 51:43It's going to be a major player at some point.
- 51:44And we're not even doing the marketing.
- 51:46Really, our affiliates will be, right?
- 51:48We're getting it started.
- 51:50But after that, it has to stand on its own.
- 51:55Right.
- 51:55That's that's the goal.
- 51:56And we're not looking to distract from Forge Fire and what we're doing there.
- 52:00So we're literally able to put things together and run it.
- 52:05And quite frankly, it will be a ten million dollar exit.
- 52:08It's it's going to be that powerful and it's going to move fast.
- 52:12So so definitely as far as the beta, if you want to be in that beta and get that grandfathered in price, lock it in.
- 52:18As soon as you see this, go to Crusher.
- 52:20social.com register for it, get the beta, do it right away.
- 52:25Because once it's gone, once those 50 slots are gone, you're going to see a wait list come up.
- 52:30All right.
- 52:31And that wait list will carry us through October 1st.
- 52:35And on October 1st, we're going to open it up to the public.
- 52:38It could be a little sooner if we're ready sooner.
- 52:41But the plan date is October 1.
- 52:44And but but if you see the wait list, you missed out on the
- 52:50on a beta special.
- 52:51So I apologize, but you snooze, you lose, right?
- 52:55One quick question too.
- 52:55So compared to the other, a bunch of the other platforms too.
- 52:57So is this limited to like, I have three in here.
- 53:00Is that a lot of them are limited to one channel or three channel.
- 53:02Can I add more than just the three?
- 53:04Uh, you can add right now we've got, I believe it's 12 or 13, you can add, and we're adding more.
- 53:10So that's, that's another thing.
- 53:12All the others have limitations.
- 53:14Okay.
- 53:15So we are adding in and that'll take more time, like some of the alt medias and on on all.
- 53:22A lot of us want to people want to be able to post everywhere.
- 53:26Right.
- 53:26You've got a target client that you want to be able to get stuff to.
- 53:30And they happen to be on, let's say, Blue Sky.
- 53:32Right.
- 53:33Or they happen to be on True Social or wherever.
- 53:36Right.
- 53:36Doesn't doesn't matter.
- 53:38Right.
- 53:38You'll have the access to all of those in time.
- 53:41All right.
- 53:43It's all API times and things that we have to do, but.
- 53:46So right now it's either 12 or 13.
- 53:49I think it's 12 that you've got access to now that we built.
- 53:52Click at link another account, you'll see.
- 53:54So we use right now, we've got a tie in with IorShare because they've got the direct tie ins with all of those social media companies.
- 54:02You see, we've got blue sky.
- 54:04Yeah, three, six, nine, 12, 13.
- 54:08So, and actually Twitter's not on there yet X.
- 54:12So it is 12.
- 54:13There's 13, they're working on it, but we're actually going direct with X.
- 54:18They didn't have it initially.
- 54:19So we put X in direct.
- 54:22And so we're working through that.
- 54:25So it's just, that's just a matter of time and function.
- 54:28And unfortunately, while we can iterate very fast, we still have to work with companies that can't iterate as fast as us.
- 54:36Yeah, I went to a few other sites.
- 54:37Yes, I did.
- 54:38And I went to a few other sites and there's 10 or 11 options.
- 54:40But I mean, but each one of them, you have to add that you only get one channel for X amount per month, or you can get three for this.
- 54:48But in order to get the unlimited, it's pretty expensive.
- 54:52Yeah, it is.
- 54:55It is.
- 54:55So that's what you're dealing with.
- 54:57So here you get all of what we've talked about at literally, like I said, a fraction of what it was to charge of.
- 55:06and we can do it because of our tech.
- 55:08Yep.
- 55:09So.
- 55:10Awesome.
- 55:11Yeah.
- 55:11So I love it.
- 55:12I'm glad we were able to highlight that and share it, but it is a function of what happens when you, when you go through the protocol, this is part of that, the ForgeFire breakthrough that we talked about.
- 55:22When you have an idea,
- 55:25The first thing is we're gonna do that 72-hour market test.
- 55:27We're gonna make sure that the idea has legs, or it's marketable.
- 55:31If it's marketable, then we go through the next steps of forming the company, doing the things that we need to do.
- 55:36You're not investing all kinds of money until it's marketable, you know it, okay?
- 55:41And then we say, okay, great.
- 55:43Well, we already have people that are on the wait list because of our 72-hour market test.
- 55:47They're interested in it, and we know that this is marketable, so now we can build it, and we can build it fast,
- 55:55at a fraction of the cost.
- 55:56So for people, I say fast, I mean, Crusher, that was really a two week build, right?
- 56:03And that was to the point that it is now, okay?
- 56:08And we've got more stuff coming for it.
- 56:09But this is marketable as it is.
- 56:13So if you've got a tool, think about this one, right?
- 56:15A lot of times we're like, hey, I don't wanna, I don't have the money to build out this huge platform.
- 56:23Well,
- 56:25If you knew that in 72 hours, you didn't really have to spend very much money at all.
- 56:30You just had to get into the protocol.
- 56:31You could do the 72 hour market tests and say, hey, this thing's got legs.
- 56:36And then you decide to move forward, setting up the company, doing the other things.
- 56:41And you know that in 14 to 30 days, you're going to start to bring on your first customers.
- 56:47Then, you know, even if you put that build on a credit card,
- 56:51for, which I hate saying, I never want anybody to go into debt, but if somebody's in that position, they've got a good marketable idea.
- 56:58Would I put something on a credit card to build out something that I knew had legs?
- 57:01Yeah, I would.
- 57:02All right, I'm not.
- 57:04I don't want to do that, but I would, right?
- 57:07So, but now you start to bring in revenue that then covers that cost and pays off that credit card rapidly.
- 57:13Because we're talking about rapid build, rapid execution, rapid iteration, rapid improvement.
- 57:19Right.
- 57:20Yeah.
- 57:20Cause our goal, right?
- 57:2130 days.
- 57:21Have you cash positive?
- 57:23That's right.
- 57:23That's right.
- 57:25And then everything on there, you just keep on building.
- 57:27It's getting net profit, net profit, net profit.
- 57:30That's right.
- 57:30And growing that net profit.
- 57:32Yep.
- 57:33But within 30 days, you put that down the first month and you got it back in 30 days.
- 57:39You're just following the systems.
- 57:41I mean, just following the system.
- 57:42It's,
- 57:43Same thing that I thought about it years ago.
- 57:44I mentioned it when Jim Rohn used to talk about the amount of money he spent on notebooks or for paper.
- 57:49And someone asked him, like, why do you spend so much for just, you could go get this somewhere else.
- 57:53He's like, it's not, he's like, I like a certain feel and touch.
- 57:57And it's not the price that I buy it for.
- 58:01It's what it's worth after I put all my information in it.
- 58:03Yes.
- 58:05Yes.
- 58:05And it just depends.
- 58:06It's the same thing here.
- 58:08Okay.
- 58:08You're buying the tool.
- 58:09It's not a tool.
- 58:10If it's going to cost you $59 a month, this is a, this buys back time.
- 58:16This buys back,
- 58:18It's actually primarily time.
- 58:20It allows you to get your message out there in a much more streamlined, efficient, and optimized manner while taking a lot of that time off your back.
- 58:29You're just buying that time back from yourself.
- 58:31So if you've never done that, someone told me that a long time ago, look out and give yourself, figure out what your general hourly rate is based on what you get paid at work and what your value is for what you do.
- 58:40And then every single task in your life that you have that's less than that, outsource it.
- 58:47So you're buying back time.
- 58:49It's huge.
- 58:50It's one of the most important things you can do.
- 58:52Yeah, it is.
- 58:53And we'll get into that too.
- 58:55But so for now, why don't you just go to the generic, the homepage for Crusher.
- 59:03And yeah, perfect.
- 59:07So Crusher Social, again, without the space.com, you'll be able to do that.
- 59:11If you're interested in the beta, if not, hey, not a problem.
- 59:14All right.
- 59:14But if you've got a need for it, it's going to be the best thing out there.
- 59:17So, um, but now, you know, the process, you know, what we go through and we, you know, that whatever it is that you want to build, if it has to do with technology.
- 59:25Now, if you ask me to build a potato peeler, we can help you source that, but that's going to be a little bit different.
- 59:31But when you're talking about technical, technological solutions, massive, massive speed and, um, cost competitiveness blows everything away.
- 59:40So that's, that's, that's the, uh.
- 59:42that's the benefit of being part of the forge.
- 59:44So look, our next episode is going to be killer.
- 59:48I don't want to get into what it's going to cover, but just understand that we're going to take it to that next level.
- 59:54So with that, this episode is officially over.
- 59:57I hope you enjoyed it and hope, but some of you are able to get to crush it before the bid expires, before it's sold out.
