- 1:58helps us so much and I hope you guys enjoy like hearing your
- 2:01takes and your opinions shared sometimes in the newsletter and
- 2:04on the podcast. All right, let's get into the
- 2:07stories for today. So the first story that I have
- 2:10for you guys today, we need to talk about The Bachelorette that
- 2:14has broken the Internet, acquired styles, sponsored
- 2:19Bachelorette. So New York City influencer
- 2:22Bridget, I think it's phalong. I think it's how you say it.
- 2:25Who goes by Acquired? Style had an incredibly lavish
- 2:28Bachelorette in Saint Barts over the weekend and it went proper
- 2:32viral, largely because it was entirely sponsored by a brand
- 2:36that almost no one has ever heard of before, Swan Beauty.
- 2:40So the weekend started with Acquired and her friends
- 2:42boarding what appeared to be a Boeing business jet, which is
- 2:46like a massive private jet. I've seen people say online that
- 2:49it cost minimum $100,000 per trip to charter it.
- 2:53I have no idea if that's true or not, but that's what people are.
- 2:56Either way, it's one of the biggest and nicest private jets
- 2:58that I've ever seen an influencer go on.
- 3:01And this was what piqued people's interest right away cuz
- 3:03they're like how can a brand that no one has heard of before
- 3:06afford this? And the trip itself was just as
- 3:09lavish. Giant villa, they had a yacht
- 3:12day, they did sick parties. Like it was truly insane.
- 3:16It was like a Bachelorette of everyone's dreams.
- 3:19So what is Swan Beauty and why did they sponsor acquired Styles
- 3:25Bachelorette? So Swan Beauty is an AI mirror
- 3:29startup that launched in January 2026.
- 3:31So just a few months ago. It was founded by a woman named
- 3:35Colby Mitchell. Swan sells a $795 mirror that
- 3:40pairs with an app which is priced at $94.00 a year or 1995
- 3:44per month. The mirror's main feature is an
- 3:47AI powered skin analyzer that rates your skin out of 100.
- 3:50Users can monitor changes over time and shop recommended
- 3:53products through Costbar, which is a luxury beauty retailer
- 3:57recently acquired by the private equity investment firm owned by
- 4:01Colby Mitchell's husband's family, Mitchell Family Office.
- 4:06So the Mirror also includes a smart makeup artist tool, which
- 4:09overlays guidance directly onto the user's face to walk them
- 4:12through makeup techniques with step by
- 4:27And they were obviously using Acquired's Bachelorette as a way
- 4:31to like, launch into the market. They're only like 3 or 4 months
- 4:34old. So it was almost like a launch
- 4:36campaign. So the founder of Swan Beauty
- 4:39actually did an interview with Glossy over the weekend on her
- 4:43decision to sponsor Acquired's Bachelorette.
- 4:46And this is what they said. Quote.
- 4:48Mitchell connected with Bridget and her twin sister, Danielle
- 4:50through the Leo Group, A self-described brand building
- 4:53company that helped the sisters build their clothing brand Fifi.
- 4:57Over a dinner at Polo Bar, the group chatted about, quote, our
- 5:00brands, just women supporting women and different ideas for
- 5:03our brands, Mitchell said this was before Swan Beauty launched
- 5:07in January 2026, she noted later in talking about her upcoming
- 5:11Bachelorette trip, Acquired style told I'm just saying
- 5:14that's her name. Told Mitchell that there would
- 5:16be, quote, a lot of discovery taking place.
- 5:19Mitchell said Acquired said, I have a loyal community that I
- 5:22can share with you. Mitchell decided that sponsoring
- 5:24the trip made sense as Swan is a quote culture first company with
- 5:28a category defining brand at the intersection of AI and beauty,
- 5:31she said. It was really an authentic way
- 5:33for us to build community. Of course, she added, a
- 5:36Bachelorette trip would also be a natural setting for Get Ready
- 5:39With Me content, which aligns well with Swan's capabilities.
- 5:42So it did appear on Bridget's Bachelorette that the founder of
- 5:46Swan Beauty. And like their family, like
- 5:48daughters and stuff, we're like on the trip.
- 5:50And so some people on Reddit were like, Can you imagine
- 5:53having to have this like random family on your Bachelorette trip
- 5:56as well? But regardless, like this was
- 5:59obviously a marketing campaign for Swan.
- 6:01And I would say this was a very successful marketing campaign.
- 6:05Now they only converted like 1000 new followers.
- 6:08I don't know how many people are like buying the product right
- 6:10now. But regardless, like in terms of
- 6:12follower count, they only got about 1000 new followers on
- 6:15Instagram and TikTok. The brand had like 3000
- 6:18followers on Instagram and like 4000 followers on TikTok and
- 6:21they only have like 1000 more now.
- 6:23So like in terms of follower count, it really didn't convert
- 6:26that much. However, they got so much brand
- 6:29awareness. Also, Bridget hit a million
- 6:32Instagram followers while on The Bachelorette.
- 6:34So this also clearly gave her as an individual, as an influencer,
- 6:39a lot of brand awareness as well.
- 6:40Literally people are talking about Swan all over TikTok, all
- 6:44over Reddit, all over podcasts. Like everybody is talking about
- 6:48Swan beauty, whether it's good or bad, whether they're
- 6:51celebrating what they did with Bridget, whether they're saying
- 6:53this was like tacky and you know, digging into the founders
- 6:56history and stuff. Regardless, like people are
- 6:59talking about Swan beauty. A couple other things to note
- 7:01about this. So the entire weekend was paid
- 7:04for by Swan. Obviously they paid for all of
- 7:06Bridgets friends and stuff like that and they also paid Bridget
- 7:11a fee. So keep that in mind when I get
- 7:13into the criticisms because not only did she get like an entire
- 7:16free lavish Bachelorette that all of her friends got to go on
- 7:19for free, but she also got paid for this weekend.
- 7:22And this is a bit of an aside, but a lot of people are noting
- 7:25that Hallie, Kate, and Jazz were not at her Bachelorette trip.
- 7:30And I know they're on a brand trip in Japan, but they actually
- 7:33weren't on the brand trip portion.
- 7:35Why the fuck do I know this? I mean, I know it's my job to
- 7:37know this, but like it actually makes me die sometimes when I
- 7:39know these things. They actually weren't on the
- 7:42brand trip part of their vacation during Bridget's
- 7:46Bachelorette. So people are like, this is
- 7:48really interesting because Acquired was a bridesmaid in
- 7:50Jazz's wedding apparently. Anyways, let's talk about some
- 7:53of the criticisms. Obviously a lot of people are
- 7:56like, this is really out of touch and really tacky to have a
- 7:59brand sponsor it now. I actually think like Bridget's
- 8:03wedding events were never going to be relatable or like not out
- 8:07of touch. Her entire brand is built on
- 8:10aspiration and sharing her incredibly unrelatable
- 8:13lifestyle. And I think having a sponsored
- 8:16Bachelorette, like in my opinion, when I close my eyes
- 8:19and I think like who is like the archetype of the 2026, like
- 8:23modern day influencer, like who is the archetype of that?
- 8:27And like it's literally acquired style.
- 8:28She is the modern day archetype of a 2026 influencer.
- 8:33And her personal brand is very nouveau riche.
- 8:36So that's why I feel like a sponsored Bachelorette actually
- 8:38tracks for her. And while you may think it's
- 8:40tacky, I think she doesn't really care because like that is
- 8:43actually part of her entire brand.
- 8:46And then I also wanted to share my take on another one of the
- 8:48main criticisms, which is that her Bachelorette party and how
- 8:53lavish it was is contributing to this like impossible wedding
- 8:58standard that now everybody feels like they need to live up
- 9:01to because of social media. I think there's a few things
- 9:04here. First of all, does watching
- 9:06acquired Bachelorette make me feel bad about myself?
- 9:08Like yes, of course, of course I feel jealous, of course I feel
- 9:12bad about myself. Of course it's going to make us
- 9:14all feel a certain type of way. But I think most of us,
- 9:16especially if you're at the age to be getting married, hopefully
- 9:19by that point you are a full blown adult.
- 9:21And I think we can kind of see this and like feel a certain
- 9:24type of way, but also still have discernment, right?
- 9:27Like a famous multimillionaire influencer is not going to have
- 9:32the same type of wedding as us. She's not going to have the same
- 9:35type of Bachelorette experience as us.
- 9:38And I know that's why influencer culture can be so toxic because
- 9:41we see these people and we feel like we know them personally.
- 9:44Our brains almost trick us into thinking they're normal or like
- 9:47more normal than they actually are because they feel so
- 9:50accessible and we're watching them so frequently.
- 9:53I mean, I'm literally really describing parasocial
- 9:55relationships. OK, but you know what I mean?
- 9:57But the reality is like the gap between Bridget's lifestyle and
- 10:00like our lifestyle and most of her followers lifestyles.
- 10:03It's just so wide. And I know that's also the power
- 10:06of influencer culture, of course, right?
- 10:08Like it makes it more toxic, but it also makes it more powerful
- 10:11because like we wouldn't look at Oh my God, who's like a
- 10:13celebrity. I don't know why Hilary Duff is
- 10:15coming to mind, but whatever. We wouldn't look at Hilary
- 10:17Duff's wedding, Sydney Sweeney's wedding.
- 10:19Like, I don't know, I don't know who I'm trying to think of
- 10:21Zendaya's wedding, right? And think like we could have a
- 10:25similar wedding, similar festivities to them, but we look
- 10:28at acquired style and think like, oh, why don't I have that
- 10:32too? And I'm not saying that they're
- 10:34at the same level of fame, obviously, but I would say
- 10:36acquired and the A list celebrities that I just named
- 10:40are more similar in terms of like where they're at in terms
- 10:43of like money, power, influence society versus US, right?
- 10:48And also, I have a bit of a hot take and I'm interested if you
- 10:52guys live in places that are not North America.
- 10:55I'm so interested to hear your take on this too.
- 10:57But obviously we all know that like the price of weddings and
- 11:01the wedding industry in general, everywhere is out of control.
- 11:04It's so extravagant. But I actually think the
- 11:07commodification of the festivities around the wedding
- 11:09that are not rooted in like religion or cultural norms.
- 11:14So like Bachelorette parties, obviously, case in point, I
- 11:17think that's a very North American thing.
- 11:19And I think a lot of the criticism around Acquired's
- 11:23Bachelorette of like how she's setting unrealistic expectations
- 11:26and contributing to how extreme this industry has become.
- 11:29Like I think a lot of those takes are maybe coming from
- 11:33North American users and followers who don't realize the
- 11:36expectations for wedding festivities in other places.
- 11:40Those expectations are not the same.
- 11:42Like I said, I'm keen to hear your opinions on this because I
- 11:46think I have a very unique perspective on this.
- 11:47Obviously I'm from North America, I'm Canadian, but I've
- 11:50lived in Australia for all of my 20s almost, and obviously now
- 11:53all of my 30s. And anecdotally, every single
- 11:57one of my Canadian friends who has gotten married did
- 12:00international Bachelorette trips, or at the very least you
- 12:03had to fly to them. So like Vegas, Miami, Nashville,
- 12:06Palm Springs, Croatia, Spain, and I can tell you we all paid
- 12:10our own way, OK, we did not have a sponsored trips.
- 12:13The bride was not paying for it. Obviously we had to pay out of
- 12:15pocket for that. But every single one of my
- 12:18Australian friends who has gotten married literally did
- 12:21like a lunch or a dinner in Sydney in the city that we all
- 12:25live in for the most part. Obviously some people would
- 12:27travel in but regardless like in Sydney and then we would all go
- 12:31dancing and then we would all just like go home to our homes.
- 12:34Not a word of lie, every single one.
- 12:37And the same goes for my friends, friends, like one of my
- 12:39best friends, she works in high finance, she works in
- 12:42stockbroking. They make so much money.
- 12:44So this is, you know, an example of somebody who's has wealth.
- 12:47And she had her Bachelorette party a couple of weeks ago,
- 12:50like my friend's friend who she works with.
- 12:51And again, they just had like a bougie dinner in Sydney and then
- 12:54they all went home. Like culturally it's not, I
- 12:57mean, in my experience, not as much of a thing here for you to
- 13:00travel like at all for Bachelorette parties.
- 13:02And that's why I think like the commodification and the kind of
- 13:05like displays of opulence and wealth around the activities
- 13:11that occur around weddings. Again, not like the religious
- 13:14and the cultural elements to weddings, but the other elements
- 13:17like the parties and the activities, like all of that.
- 13:19It feels so like consumeristic. Is that a word consumeristic?
- 13:23No, it is a word that I just checked, I just came out and I
- 13:26was like, is that a word consumeristic?
- 13:28And it feels so consumeristic. And I think it's, I wouldn't say
- 13:34exclusive to North America, but I think it's a very North
- 13:37American thing. And so I think a lot of the
- 13:39takes around acquired Bachelorette are coming from the
- 13:42North American perspective was my point there.
- 13:45And of course, there are so many people who are out here saying
- 13:48like, if you're judging or criticizing her Bachelorette
- 13:51party and what's going on there, like you're just jealous.
- 13:54And you guys know how I feel about that take.
- 13:56I do not like when we just call people jealous.
- 13:59I think sometimes it's true for sure.
- 14:00I think there's sometimes elements of jealousy, but I
- 14:02think that is like such a one-dimensional take on people
- 14:07providing genuine critique online.
- 14:09Anyways, guys, let's get on to the next story, The next story
- 14:13that I have for you guys today. I don't know.
- 14:15I never ever thought that I would be talking about this
- 14:17person on mini scroll. And I just never thought that
- 14:19anything like this would ever come out of my mouth.
- 14:21But Shaquille O'Neal is a beefing with a TikTok story.
- 14:24Our coach Jackie. Yeah, like Shaq like Shaquille
- 14:29O'Neal Shaq. OK, so Coach Jackie is a popular
- 14:32creator with over 775,000 followers.
- 14:36She covers women's sport on TikTok.
- 14:38A few days ago, she made a video about how sports commentator
- 14:41Stephen A Smith said his colleague Shinea Aguma Ke turned
- 14:45him on after she spoke French during her coverage of the NBA
- 14:50Live on air. I'm sorry.
- 14:53I feel like an alien right now. You guys know I know nothing
- 14:55about sports. OK, so bear with me.
- 14:57Smith went on to say he's never dated a French woman and joked
- 15:01that a Guma K's accent made him wonder what he's been missing.
- 15:06Aguma K is a former WNBA star and she's a regular ESPN
- 15:10basketball commentator. And she laughed off the
- 15:12comments. And then she playfully called
- 15:14him crazy. And the show just, like, moved
- 15:17on. So Coach Jackie covered this
- 15:19interaction on TikTok and said it was sexual harassment and
- 15:23that Smith should be fired. Stephen A Smith just said that
- 15:25Shanay Aguma K turned him on on live TV.
- 15:30That's sexual harassment in the workplace.
- 15:32He needs to be. Fired and Shaquille O'Neal I
- 15:35guess did not like this take from Coach Jackie.
- 15:38He commented. Stop reaching and get a life
- 15:41lady. No get a real job.
- 15:44I'm sorry. First I just need to say the
- 15:46fact that we're all scrolling on the same for you page as
- 15:49Shaquille O'Neal. Like I can't believe that Shaq
- 15:52is just out here like doom scrolling.
- 15:53OK, what the hell is going on? So Coach Jackie then read him
- 15:58true filth in this amazing comeback video and I need to
- 16:01play you guys the whole thing. Shaquille.
- 16:02O'Neal just told me to get a life and get a job.
- 16:05Yes, that Shaquille O'Neal Shaq. And there's a lot of things I
- 16:08could say in response to this. I could say that it's weird for
- 16:11someone who's 54 years old to make a comment like that on a
- 16:13video from someone who's literally his daughter's age.
- 16:16And I know I'm his daughter's age because we both had our
- 16:18first year at LSU at the same time.
- 16:21Shaq and I are actually both LSU and I, but I'm not going to say
- 16:23that because I know he wouldn't be embarrassed.
- 16:25He has literally, he said weird things to an LSU alumni who's
- 16:29his daughter's age before. Do you remember that, Shaq, when
- 16:31you went on Andrew Reese's podcast and said the only way
- 16:33anybody would watch the WNBA is if they lower the rims and then
- 16:35the woman dunking booty shorts? Do you ever saying that to Angel
- 16:39Reese? And I guess I could respond to
- 16:41you saying I should get a real job because this is my job.
- 16:44Like making videos about women's sports is what I do every day.
- 16:46And that can feel a little bit silly and not like a real job
- 16:49because like, brand deals can be kind of embarrassing.
- 16:51But I'm not going to say that to you Shaq because I know Shaq
- 16:54understands embarrassing brand deals.
- 16:56We all know it's not a real job unless at least one of your Co
- 16:58workers is an anthropomorphic bucket.
- 16:59Maybe I can make a comment about how your movie Kazam was like
- 17:02barely a real job, but I can't really think of anything to say
- 17:05because I've never seen Kazam because I wasn't born yet when
- 17:08it came out. Because once again, I'm 30 years
- 17:11younger than you. Yes, I could say that.
- 17:12You defending your buddy Stephen A Smith for being a creep on
- 17:15live TV just confirms to me that you would do the same thing.
- 17:19But you know that you would do the same thing because that's
- 17:21why you commented this. So I'm not going to say any of
- 17:24that. I am just going to be the bigger
- 17:26person. Which was pretty impressive
- 17:29considering that Shaq is famously.
- 17:30Huge after this, Shaq deleted his TikTok comment.
- 17:34However, he then popped up in her Instagram comments.
- 17:37So she posted this amazing TikTok, this amazing comeback to
- 17:40Instagram too, and then I guess it showed up on Shaq's discovery
- 17:44page or something like that, because then he's in her
- 17:46Instagram comments section and this is what he's right.
- 17:49I said what I said. I hope you got many more
- 17:52followers. God bless you.
- 17:53You hit 200,000 views. Congrats.
- 17:55I helped you out. You're very talented.
- 17:57Congrats. Now that you're famous, keep it
- 17:59going. I'm helping you out Use it
- 18:00wisely. And yes, I'm weird.
- 18:02We all know that and this is five separate 4 separate
- 18:06comments you guys 4 separate times he commented.
- 18:09Him saying you hit 200,000 views because of me is so infuriating.
- 18:15Coach Jackie is getting 200,000 views of video all on her own
- 18:18without you Shaq. OK fuck off.
- 18:20Anyways the comments section now on her video is like filled with
- 18:24people being like Oh my God this is making me see him in such a
- 18:28different light. Like I have such a different
- 18:30perspective on him now like what the hell is going on?
- 18:33OK, the next story that I have for you guys today.
- 18:36Club Chalamet has been disbanded.
- 18:40You guys, I think this might be the last ever Simone scroll.
- 18:45I don't know if I'm going to have reason to cover her
- 18:47anymore. I feel like her being a Club
- 18:51Chalamet fan account, even though I know she's going to,
- 18:54well, I'll explain what's happening with her, but
- 18:56unsurprisingly, she's just moving on to another person.
- 18:59I feel like her being a Timothy Chalamet fan account, it was so
- 19:02closely tied with like her Internet persona and like she
- 19:05exploded during that era of her fandom.
- 19:08And I just don't see a world in which we're going to need to
- 19:12cover her again if she's not tied to Timothy Chalamet.
- 19:15Do you know what I mean? I don't really know if I can
- 19:17articulate it well, but I feel like this might be the last
- 19:20Simone scroll. So when mini scroll blows up,
- 19:23you guys can say that you were here during the Simone scroll
- 19:26era. It was an impactful yet a short
- 19:28lived era. OK so after I would say like
- 19:33months of teasing that she was maybe going to move on from Club
- 19:36Chalamet, Simone Kromer who is obviously the 59 year old fan
- 19:41behind Club Chalamet. She has decided that she is
- 19:44going to be shutting down her sub stack and moving on from
- 19:48Club Chalamet, the social accounts and like the entire
- 19:51brand itself. So she wrote on Instagram.
- 19:53I've been having some very deep conversations with trusted
- 19:56friends whom I would not have in my life if it weren't for being
- 19:59part of the Chalamet fandom. We've all come to the same
- 20:01conclusion that things have changed in this fandom in such a
- 20:04significant way that we have also had to adjust to the
- 20:07changes and focus on other interests that simply bring us
- 20:09joy. To deny the obvious is to be
- 20:12obtuse and bury your head in the sand.
- 20:15This fan community is not the same as it was four years ago.
- 20:18The notable shift was exactly 12 months ago and the clock started
- 20:22to tick. Basically, so much has changed
- 20:24from what we initially signed up for that it doesn't resemble
- 20:26what lured us here in the first place.
- 20:28What does she mean 12 months ago?
- 20:30What happened 12 months ago, Annabelle?
- 20:32What happened 12 months ago? She says that things changed 12
- 20:35months ago in the fandom. So it appears that 12 months ago
- 20:38is around the first time that Timothy Chalamet walked a red
- 20:42carpet or like started stepping out a lot, at least with Kylie
- 20:45Jenner. She basically says Club Chalamet
- 20:47will continue to have a presence just in terms of updates related
- 20:51to do in Part 3. And then she directs us to her
- 20:53personal Instagram and then she posted on her paid Substack
- 20:58which Maddie from high stakes pace for the time has come this
- 21:01sub stack will close as of June 1st and she basically says
- 21:05something's wrong in the fandom and she has lost the inspiration
- 21:09and motivation to remain engaged in the keeping up with Timmy's
- 21:12career and choices. But as we know, she's just going
- 21:16to jump to the next celebrity because she already has accounts
- 21:20set up for Connor's story from Heated rivalry.
- 21:23What is it? Story, story glory story times.
- 21:26What is she calling it? There's been so many names I
- 21:28can't keep up. I don't know what's going on.
- 21:31But apparently this is exactly what she did with Michael
- 21:33Fassbender because as we know, she was a stand account for
- 21:35Michael Fassbender before Timothy Chalamet.
- 21:37Fascinating Fassbender. And apparently she did the same
- 21:40thing. She just basically jumped ship
- 21:42when he started making quote UN quote choices that she didn't
- 21:45agree with or didn't love and then got obsessed with Timothy
- 21:48Chalamet. So I don't know what the future
- 21:49holds for Simone. Like, I don't know if her media
- 21:54career will be able to thrive separated from Timothy Chalamet.
- 22:00So I guess we'll have to see the end of an era, you guys.
- 22:03OK. And then the last three that I
- 22:05have for you guys, it's not really a story.
- 22:06It's just like a tip. Like you guys need to follow
- 22:08him. He only has 2000 followers.
- 22:11But I am certain this man is about to blow up.
- 22:13And I really hope he doesn't come out as like, problematic or
- 22:15anything like that. I really need like one of them,
- 22:18one of these random funny white guys that we see on TikTok.
- 22:22Like, I would need one of them to stay pure.
- 22:24OK, his handle is super mega nice guy.
- 22:26He's Australian. I think he's a tradie.
- 22:29And he has started this series that is starting to blow up, but
- 22:32it's on the precipice. OK, it's on the precipice of
- 22:35blowing up. He started a series last week
- 22:37where he finds like a random LinkedIn connections that he's
- 22:41had for however many years and then he hand sketches them.
- 22:44Like he takes their profile picture, he takes their face, he
- 22:47hand sketches their face onto the body of like an animal or an
- 22:52insect, and then he sends them a photo of this sketch on
- 22:56LinkedIn. OK, so the first one he did was
- 22:59for this guy named Adam, and he just put drawing LinkedIn
- 23:02connections that I've never met and sending it to them.
- 23:05So he showed that Adam has always messaged him like
- 23:07Congrats on your work anniversary, John, because
- 23:09that's obviously how LinkedIn works.
- 23:11OK, Then he puts a picture of him and then he drew him.
- 23:14I'm going to put pictures up. He drew Adam's face, his
- 23:17LinkedIn face on a bird, OK, like a bird body with Adam's
- 23:21face. And the sketch says, thank you
- 23:23for being such a good friend. And then John, the creator sends
- 23:28him on LinkedIn a picture, this picture that he has sketched.
- 23:31OK. And he wrote, thanks for the
- 23:33messages over the years. I drew this picture of you.
- 23:35I hope you like it. And then Adam writes, I love it.
- 23:39Thanks, John. And then he writes, why is
- 23:41everyone so comfortable with this?
- 23:42Anyways, there's a few different parts.
- 23:44You guys need to watch them. I was literally like crying,
- 23:48laughing so hard watching them last night.
- 23:50It's so funny because it actually is like an
- 23:52anthropological, like cultural study of how people interact on
- 23:56LinkedIn because people are getting these messages.
- 23:59And first of all, a lot of them have clearly been messaging him
- 24:01multiple times over the last few years.
- 24:03Like whether it's the generic like happy birthday or like
- 24:06Congrats on your work anniversary.
- 24:07Like those are basically at this point almost like automated
- 24:10messages. But regardless, like they have
- 24:12opened those DMS with him. So him responding and saying
- 24:15like, thanks so much for that over the years, you, you have to
- 24:18behave so differently on LinkedIn.
- 24:20It's like, and it's literally like a study of how we all
- 24:22behave on LinkedIn. They're all just like, awesome.
- 24:24This is so great. It's like the weirdest thing
- 24:26you've ever received. It's like a hand sketched
- 24:29drawing of your LinkedIn face, your LinkedIn portrait on the
- 24:33body of like an animal or an insect or a bug.
- 24:36And you just have to be like, this is great.
- 24:39It's so crazy. He did do it to a woman and she
- 24:42had a bit of a different reaction.
- 24:43Fair enough, he wrote. I drew a picture of you.
- 24:45I hope you don't mind. Can you imagine getting that
- 24:48message you guys from a random man as a woman on your LinkedIn?
- 24:52How many of us have received creepy ass messages from men on
- 24:56LinkedIn? I'm like, this is literally not
- 24:57a dating site. Like leave me alone.
- 24:59OK, so then she writes, oh dot dot dot.
- 25:02What kind of picture? Can I see it?
- 25:04He sends it. It's her on a PES dispenser.
- 25:08She writes, wow, that's really something strange, but
- 25:12impressive in a weird way. I really don't know what to say.
- 25:15And then he writes, I'm glad you liked it.
- 25:18Have the best weekend. It's fucking crazy.
- 25:21I honestly think this series is going to blow up and people are
- 25:25going to be writing fucking annoying ass marketing think
- 25:28pieces on LinkedIn about this. So you guys, you heard about him
- 25:31here first, OK, before the think pieces take over and the
- 25:35articles come out about him and stuff.
- 25:37I feel like he's going to blow up and I just really hope I
- 25:40really hope nothing really bad comes out about him, but I fear
- 25:43that almost is never the case. Anyways, guys, that's it for
- 25:46mini skull today. Thank you so much for listening.
- 25:48I love you guys. Please remember to rate review
- 25:50and subscribe. Please Spotify Starvate us.
- 25:53Annabelle will talk to you guys tomorrow for mini tech and then
- 25:55I will talk to you on Thursday. Bye.
