Epstein Estate Sued Again Over Alleged Trafficking and Sexual Abuse (8/20/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Over the years, we have seen several lawsuits
• 0:08
Speaker 1: filed against the Epstein estate, namely the one that was
• 0:12
Speaker 1: filed by Danny Benski and multiple other Epstein survivors who
• 0:17
Speaker 1: sued not only the estate but also the executors Darren
• 0:21
Speaker 1: Endyke and Richard Kahn. Well, we have another lawsuit now
• 0:25
Speaker 1: that's been filed against the estate Darren Endyke and Richard Kahan.
• 0:30
Speaker 1: And this lawsuit has been filed by Audra Christiansen, Glendy's Espinal,
• 0:36
Speaker 1: Sarah Martinetti, Jenildyth Romera, mel Gorzata Lesnuwisky, and Kirsty Ferguson.
• 0:46
Speaker 1: And this complaint's been filed with the New York Supreme Court,
• 0:49
Speaker 1: and the allegations line up with everything else that we've
• 0:52
Speaker 1: heard from everybody else that has sued the estate. So
• 0:57
Speaker 1: today we have an article from Bloomberg and the headline
• 1:01
Speaker 1: Epstein estates sued in New York over trafficking and sex abuse.
• 1:05
Speaker 1: The author of this article is Beth Wang. Six women
• 1:09
Speaker 1: who say that they were sexually assaulted by Jeffrey Epstein
• 1:12
Speaker 1: are assuing as a state and co executors for damages
• 1:15
Speaker 1: under New York City law. And I'll tell you what,
• 1:19
Speaker 1: the whole entire compensation fund turned out to be a
• 1:22
Speaker 1: big ass hustle. Those women hardly got any money when
• 1:27
Speaker 1: we're talking about on a per case basis, not very much. Now.
• 1:32
Speaker 1: Of course, some women got more than others, right, but
• 1:35
Speaker 1: the average payout was minimal. And considering how much money
• 1:39
Speaker 1: and how much wealth Jeffrey Epstein had, you would think
• 1:41
Speaker 1: that those payouts would be a bit more robust, you know,
• 1:45
Speaker 1: back the Brinks truck up onto my front lawn kind
• 1:48
Speaker 1: of deal. But I guess that's only for the USVII, right,
• 1:51
Speaker 1: they're the only ones that get that kind of service,
• 1:53
Speaker 1: the back that shit up onto my lawn and give
• 1:56
Speaker 1: me two hundred million dollars type of shit. Because member,
• 2:01
Speaker 1: when all said and done, the USVII walked away with
• 2:04
Speaker 1: more money than anybody else. And I think there needs
• 2:07
Speaker 1: to be an investigation into all of that. Why did
• 2:10
Speaker 1: they benefit on both ends? Not only did they benefit
• 2:14
Speaker 1: when Jeffrey Epstein was alive and they were using them
• 2:17
Speaker 1: to get money whatever, but in his death they also
• 2:22
Speaker 1: sat down at the table to have a bite. That
• 2:26
Speaker 1: doesn't sit right with me. It never has and it
• 2:29
Speaker 1: never will. The only people who should have been made
• 2:32
Speaker 1: whole here are the people who were abused, not anybody
• 2:36
Speaker 1: that was involved, not anybody that was helping Jeffrey Epstein
• 2:40
Speaker 1: out in any way, shape or form. And let's be real,
• 2:44
Speaker 1: that's what happened in the USVII. That's what they were doing,
• 2:48
Speaker 1: and everybody knows it, from people working at the airport
• 2:52
Speaker 1: to the people that hardly follow the story. The women
• 2:58
Speaker 1: brought their claims under New York City these Gender Motivated
• 3:01
Speaker 1: Violence Act, a broad civil rights law that allows survivors
• 3:05
Speaker 1: of such violence who were harmed prior to January ninth,
• 3:08
Speaker 1: twenty twenty two, to sue their abusers. Darren ky En
• 3:13
Speaker 1: Dyke and Richard Kahn, co executors of Epstein's estate, played
• 3:17
Speaker 1: critical roles in enabling Epstein's acts of gender and motivated
• 3:21
Speaker 1: violence against plaintiffs by providing Epstein the necessary financial and
• 3:26
Speaker 1: legal support for a sex trafficking operation by which plaintiffs
• 3:30
Speaker 1: were victimized. The complaint, filed in New York Supreme Court
• 3:34
Speaker 1: on Wednesday, says, and I have the actual complaint and
• 3:37
Speaker 1: we're going to dive into that too. And as we
• 3:40
Speaker 1: await the just daily deposition to become public, you know
• 3:44
Speaker 1: the transcript. We're going to dive into some of these
• 3:47
Speaker 1: other lawsuits that have been filed. Epstein's estate in Dyke
• 3:52
Speaker 1: and Khan agreed earlier this year to pay thirty five
• 3:54
Speaker 1: million to resolve outstanding legal claims by at least forty
• 3:58
Speaker 1: victims who sued federal court. That agreement followed a payment
• 4:02
Speaker 1: by the Epstein Victims Compensation Program of one hundred and
• 4:06
Speaker 1: twenty one million dollars two one hundred and thirty six claimants,
• 4:09
Speaker 1: and later forty eight million dollars settlement on behalf of
• 4:13
Speaker 1: fifty nine victims, not even a million each. And when
• 4:16
Speaker 1: you factor in a lifetime of pain, a lifetime of suffering,
• 4:20
Speaker 1: doctor's bills, et cetera, how much money is it really
• 4:24
Speaker 1: not that much? Right, So all the people out there
• 4:27
Speaker 1: are talking about, Oh, this is all about the money.
• 4:30
Speaker 1: Wake the fuck up. Okay, nobody's getting rich here. The
• 4:34
Speaker 1: only person who got a gigantic payout was Virginia, and
• 4:38
Speaker 1: that's because she won multiple lawsuits and she had to
• 4:41
Speaker 1: fight tooth and nail for every last bit of that.
• 4:44
Speaker 1: But the peanuts that most of these women received ridiculous.
• 4:48
Speaker 1: It's almost offensive. Each of the women in Wednesday's complaints
• 4:53
Speaker 1: say they ranged from sixteen to twenty four years old,
• 4:57
Speaker 1: when between two thousand and one and five, if Epstein
• 5:01
Speaker 1: began committing acts of gender and motivated violence against them
• 5:04
Speaker 1: in New York, and I know there's people out there
• 5:06
Speaker 1: that are going to say, well, they were of age,
• 5:09
Speaker 1: why didn't they just leave? Why didn't they just this
• 5:11
Speaker 1: that or the other thing. Well, until you're in that position,
• 5:15
Speaker 1: you have no idea. You don't know what kind of
• 5:17
Speaker 1: motivation quote unquote they're using to keep you there. You
• 5:22
Speaker 1: don't know about their immigration status, you don't know about
• 5:25
Speaker 1: their lives, you don't know about the secrets that Epstein's
• 5:27
Speaker 1: holding over their heads. You don't know any of that.
• 5:32
Speaker 1: But yet people have opinions about what these women should
• 5:35
Speaker 1: or shouldn't do when it comes to lawsuits. And it's wild.
• 5:39
  Speaker 1: And I don't care if you're a man, a woman, whatever,
• 5:42
Speaker 1: If you're caught up in human trafficking, whether it's sexual
• 5:45
Speaker 1: or otherwise, you're somebody that deserves help. No, don't get
• 5:48
Speaker 1: me wrong. Obviously the most vile, disgusting thing you can
• 5:51
Speaker 1: do is her children. But that doesn't mean adults aren't
• 5:55
Speaker 1: at risk, and that doesn't mean that Jeffrey Epstein wasn't
• 5:58
Speaker 1: praying on adults, because the most certainly was. The complaint
• 6:03
Speaker 1: cites a similar state court lawsuit brought by seven other
• 6:06
Speaker 1: women earlier this year under the GMVA. The trial judge
• 6:11
Speaker 1: in that case, Adam Silvera, largely rejected in Dyke and
• 6:14
Speaker 1: Khan's motion to dismiss the matter, disagreeing with the co
• 6:17
Speaker 1: executors that the city law claims are preempted by state law.
• 6:22
Speaker 1: He did dismiss the punitive damages claim saying it's not
• 6:25
Speaker 1: an appropriate remedy against an estate. So that means they
• 6:29
Speaker 1: can refile against in Dyke and Khan, but not the
• 6:33
Speaker 1: estate when it comes to that portion of the lawsuit
• 6:36
Speaker 1: punitive damages. So that's going to be pretty interesting to
• 6:40
Speaker 1: see how that ends up lining up and how that
• 6:42
Speaker 1: house of cards comes falling down, because that's a very
• 6:45
Speaker 1: interesting lawsuit, and that's the one I was just mentioning
• 6:48
Speaker 1: that was being led by Danny Bensky, So we're definitely
• 6:52
Speaker 1: keeping an eye on that one too. By the way,
• 6:56
Speaker 1: in Dyke, the financiers attorney in khn Epstein's longtime account
• 7:00
Speaker 1: violated the GMVA by enabling Epstein's violent acts. The plaintiffs say, Look,
• 7:05
Speaker 1: there's no doubt about it. I think I've been very
• 7:09
Speaker 1: very clear, very clear when it comes to Indike in
• 7:12
Speaker 1: con Now, I'm not going to sit here and tell
• 7:14
Speaker 1: you that either of them were involved in the actual abuse.
• 7:17
Speaker 1: But when it comes to enabling Epstein, when it comes to,
• 7:21
Speaker 1: you know, being a co conspirator in the plot, my
• 7:24
Speaker 1: opinion is that these two dudes are right in the
• 7:27
Speaker 1: center of all of it. And if it wasn't for
• 7:30
Speaker 1: Conn and Indyke, Epstein would have never been as successful
• 7:33
Speaker 1: as he was. In Dyke conspired with Epstein by managing
• 7:38
Speaker 1: and facilitating the financial side of his sex trafficking operation,
• 7:42
Speaker 1: counseling the financier Pedophile on general financial and legal matters
• 7:47
Speaker 1: pertaining to the operation and funding the facilities where Epstein
• 7:51
Speaker 1: sexually abused the plaintiffs. The complaint says Con was a
• 7:55
Speaker 1: de facto financial manager of Epstein's sex trafficking operation. Continues,
• 8:01
  Speaker 1: that's a fact too, and I think that's been proven
• 8:04
Speaker 1: time and time again through the emails. If you're the
• 8:08
Speaker 1: accountant and you're the guy that's right in the mix
• 8:10
Speaker 1: with the money. Well, you have some responsibility. How many
• 8:13
Speaker 1: accounts do you see getting dragged out and going to
• 8:16
Speaker 1: prison over tax fraud? A whole shit ton every tax season,
• 8:21
Speaker 1: there's at least ten or twelve on TV. And if
• 8:24
Speaker 1: you think that in Dyke and Con weren't up to
• 8:26
Speaker 1: the same bullshit, you're crazy. They were. In my opinion,
• 8:30
Speaker 1: there is no doubt that Jeffrey Epstein's books were cooked.
• 8:34
Speaker 1: And who do you think was cook in the books?
• 8:36
Speaker 1: Was it the butler or was it the accountant? While
• 8:41
Speaker 1: Cohn managed the expenses in Dyke with drew cash and
• 8:44
Speaker 1: amounts that didn't trigger federal reporting. The complaint says Epstein
• 8:49
Speaker 1: and entities he owned paid more than sixteen million to
• 8:52
Speaker 1: Indyke in ten million to Con. Seems like a lot
• 8:55
Speaker 1: of money, A whole lot of money and for what
• 9:00
Speaker 1: on basic legal advice A guy to do some quarterly taxes,
• 9:04
Speaker 1: which is wild considering that Jeffrey Epstein was supposedly some
• 9:08
Speaker 1: kind of tax guru. Is not why Leon Black employed them? Oh,
• 9:13
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein the greatest tax man in the history of
• 9:15
Speaker 1: tax men. Irvin R. Schister over here another just gigantic
• 9:20
Speaker 1: jerk off like everything else we heard about this dude
• 9:24
Speaker 1: from all these people that were around them, all these
• 9:26
Speaker 1: lies they told us about their relationship with them, but
• 9:29
Speaker 1: sure continue to bullshit us. Much of the background information
• 9:32
Speaker 1: in the plaintiff's complaint comes from the twenty twenty five
• 9:36
Speaker 1: Wall Street Journal article detailing Cohn and Indykes Epstein ties.
• 9:40
Speaker 1: The plaintiffs have and will continue to incur medical expenses
• 9:44
Speaker 1: and other economic damages as a result of the physical injury,
• 9:47
Speaker 1: psychological and emotional distress, mental anguish, and embarrassment that they've
• 9:52
Speaker 1: sustained from Epstein's violent acts. The complaint says Cohn and
• 9:57
Speaker 1: Indyke are liable for compensatory and punitive damages. The plaintiffs
• 10:01
Speaker 1: say in Dike and Khan emphatically reject the allegations that
• 10:06
Speaker 1: they were complicit or in any way knowingly facilitated mister
• 10:09
Speaker 1: Epstein's sexual abuse or trafficking conduct that, by all accounts,
• 10:14
Speaker 1: occurred behind closed doors, in secluded locations, and at times
• 10:19
Speaker 1: when neither mister Dyke or mister Khan was present. Daniel H. Wiener,
• 10:23
Speaker 1: a lawyer for the Epstein estate, said in an email, Well, yeah,
• 10:28
Speaker 1: just like the mob bosses who weren't around when somebody
• 10:31
Speaker 1: got killed. They still go to jail for that right.
• 10:35
Speaker 1: Same within Dyke and Khan, they were all part of
• 10:37
Speaker 1: a gigantic conspiracy, a criminal conspiracy, with the sole goal
• 10:41
Speaker 1: to make sure that Epstein's operation kept moving as smoothly
• 10:45
Speaker 1: as possible. But of course this was never Rico, so
• 10:48
Speaker 1: that gives them that cover and it lets them say that.
• 10:53
Speaker 1: But the truth is, if this was a Rico case
• 10:56
Speaker 1: in Dike and Khan would be in so much trouble
• 10:59
Speaker 1: that is not even funny. Not a single woman has
• 11:02
Speaker 1: ever accused mister Dyke or mister Kahan of committing sexual
• 11:05
Speaker 1: abuse or witnessing sexual abuse, nor claimed at any time
• 11:10
Speaker 1: that she or anyone else reported to them any allegation
• 11:13
Speaker 1: of mister Epstein's abuse, added Wiener, who's a partner at Hughes,
• 11:17
Speaker 1: Hubbard and Read LLP. Hughes Hubbard, Patterson, Bell Knap Webb
• 11:22
Speaker 1: and Tyler Lop The Chopman Pepperlock LLP have represented, respectively,
• 11:27
Speaker 1: in Dyke and Khan and the Epstein estate. In similar
• 11:30
Speaker 1: cases in federal and state court. The plaintiffs are represented
• 11:34
Speaker 1: by Mrson Law PLLC. The case is Christiansen Verse indyke
• 11:40
Speaker 1: New York Supreme Court docket number unavailable and as far
• 11:44
Speaker 1: as that Canplank goes, I actually have a copy of it,
• 11:47
Speaker 1: so we're going to dive into that as well. But
• 11:51
Speaker 1: as for this one, that's going to do it. All
• 11:53
Speaker 1: the information that goes with this episode can be found
• 11:57
Speaker 1: in the description box.
