- 1:02Speaker 3: A little bit turned up in here, a little low
- 1:05Speaker 3: energy when we walked in, but I felt that it
- 1:07Speaker 3: started to pick it up just a little bit, just
- 1:10Speaker 3: a little bit excited about today's music theme. We've got
- 1:14Speaker 3: a lot to get to. We got a break down
- 1:16Speaker 3: training camps. Flynn smart and wore jacket. It tells you
- 1:20Speaker 3: exactly how this room works. He is in a.
- 1:22Speaker 4: Hoodie, maybe pants, I don't know, very short short, okay,
- 1:27Speaker 4: very short, dad hoochie shorts and I'm in shorts and
- 1:30Speaker 4: short sleeves, because this room has a mind of its own.
- 1:33Speaker 5: Got a lot of climates in here. We do a
- 1:36Speaker 5: lot of time I've been prepared. It's like the first
- 1:38Speaker 5: hour or two. After the first hour, it starts warming.
- 1:40Speaker 6: Up a bit.
- 1:41Speaker 3: It used to be nine. It got colder.
- 1:44Speaker 5: I started doing the pushups, but I'd like to start.
- 1:47Speaker 5: I don't do the push ups before the show, so
- 1:48Speaker 5: it gets a little chilly, and I came in. I
- 1:50Speaker 5: told you, I came him about thirty seconds to a
- 1:52Speaker 5: minute early today to get a little extra prep in
- 1:56Speaker 5: for my top twenty five pick later in the show
- 1:58Speaker 5: eight o'clock hour?
- 2:01Speaker 3: Did you just tease? I? Did you? You're getting good
- 2:04Speaker 3: at this?
- 2:05Speaker 6: Three? Buddy? What?
- 2:08Speaker 2: I don't think the math is right on that one though.
- 2:11Speaker 6: Three third month?
- 2:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't think you. I don't think you've done
- 2:14Speaker 3: three months for the shows.
- 2:15Speaker 6: I'm in the third.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Month, You're you're in the third month?
- 2:20Speaker 6: Yeah you're, yeah, guy.
- 2:22Speaker 7: Actually, because you started like late June.
- 2:26Speaker 3: June one, I mean June was really hit or missed.
- 2:28Speaker 3: It was like, is he going to be here this week?
- 2:30Speaker 3: Is he not?
- 2:31Speaker 2: Wait?
- 2:31Speaker 6: I missed three days?
- 2:33Speaker 3: Is he going to go on his fortieth birthday trip?
- 2:35Speaker 2: Was it really June second?
- 2:36Speaker 7: Either way?
- 2:37Speaker 2: This is your second month?
- 2:38Speaker 8: Well I guess so yeah, correct on this in your Okay,
- 2:44Speaker 8: June to July was one month.
- 2:46Speaker 7: July to now is two?
- 2:51Speaker 6: What? Yeah?
- 2:52Speaker 3: You're you're yeah, if you're not watching, if y'all could
- 2:56Speaker 3: see the smoke coming from his brain right now trying
- 2:59Speaker 3: to figure out what talking about?
- 3:01Speaker 7: I mean six plus two is eight.
- 3:06Speaker 6: I'm not starting so I'm in month three. I'm not
- 3:08Speaker 6: three month old?
- 3:09Speaker 9: Correct.
- 3:12Speaker 2: I don't think you are?
- 3:13Speaker 7: Wait are you?
- 3:15Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 3:16Speaker 9: Okay, yes, August second would have been two months, so
- 3:18Speaker 9: you're in your third count?
- 3:20Speaker 6: Are we learning to count of three?
- 3:22Speaker 10: Today?
- 3:22Speaker 7: It's too early.
- 3:24Speaker 6: It is Wednesday.
- 3:25Speaker 3: It is C T E O TB. So who knows?
- 3:28Speaker 7: Maybe brain cells in this room.
- 3:30Speaker 3: In the entire room together, Alandra, how are we doing?
- 3:34Speaker 3: How was last night.
- 3:36Speaker 6: Good?
- 3:37Speaker 3: Anything?
- 3:38Speaker 7: I just went to Saint George and then.
- 3:40Speaker 3: We said you had stuff to do? Yeah, and then
- 3:43Speaker 3: I was our guy, David Delucchi doing good.
- 3:45Speaker 8: He opposed something, So we love when somebody opposed something.
- 3:50Speaker 6: Didn't have it?
- 3:51Speaker 8: No, Well, actually I think the eyes did end up
- 3:54Speaker 8: having that one. But it's just like so they maybe
- 3:58Speaker 8: go to Saint George, who's city council meetings to live
- 4:02Speaker 8: stream them, right, And sometimes they're super boring. Sometimes like
- 4:07Speaker 8: they get a little spicy, like the ones I did
- 4:09Speaker 8: last week the Planning and Zoning Commission was a little spicy,
- 4:14Speaker 8: not to get everybody too excited. I guess somebody is
- 4:19Speaker 8: trying to build like a new subdivision out there in
- 4:22Speaker 8: Saint George, and.
- 4:24Speaker 7: David was not with it.
- 4:26Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, but I.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Think it ended up passing.
- 4:32Speaker 5: That would be do they use the word erroneous? Do
- 4:35Speaker 5: they use the word concur?
- 4:36Speaker 2: I haven't heard erroneous yet.
- 4:39Speaker 8: I don't think I've heard concur, but they do say
- 4:42Speaker 8: I it's coming. They haven't heard an a I heard
- 4:47Speaker 8: of and I yesterday when they were voting on the
- 4:52Speaker 8: no gabbles. They do have name plates though, and like
- 4:56Speaker 8: they do the public, they do let the public come comment.
- 5:00Speaker 8: And whenever I went to the Planning and oh my gosh,
- 5:03Speaker 8: they argued about this subdivision for like an hour, like.
- 5:06Speaker 2: An hour spent on one item.
- 5:08Speaker 8: But yeah, last week when I went to the Planning
- 5:10Speaker 8: and Zoning commissioned this like older man gets up and he's.
- 5:13Speaker 7: Like, I declare a point of motion. Or something like that.
- 5:17Speaker 8: He's like, you can't interrupt me because I declared this
- 5:21Speaker 8: and you gotta let me talk or whatever. And everyone's like,
- 5:26Speaker 8: that's not how that work. We will call for public
- 5:29Speaker 8: comment or something. But yeah, I don't know.
- 5:31Speaker 3: Look, I still don't understand how Saint George works. I
- 5:33Speaker 3: think I live in St. George exactly. Still don't know
- 5:36Speaker 3: how it works. We'll figure that out maybe on the
- 5:37Speaker 3: back end.
- 5:38Speaker 6: It's like Michael from the office when he says I declare.
- 5:42Speaker 7: Yes, that's exactly what that was.
- 5:45Speaker 8: They were like, you can't do that, we can interrupt you.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Did you go to any Saint George meetings last night
- 5:54Speaker 3: or maybe one's out in Livingston, Jake.
- 5:57Speaker 9: If I tried to guess where they actually meet, I'd
- 6:00Speaker 9: be completely making it up.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Sweet spot where they meet.
- 6:05Speaker 9: Believe it or not that I don't go to a
- 6:07Speaker 9: trailer a lot of meetings, but I got a meeting, guy.
- 6:11Speaker 3: I can actually see you going to something like that. No,
- 6:15Speaker 3: something something about that. Yeah, I got this neighbor when.
- 6:23Speaker 6: It's only cutting his grass every three weeks, it's getting
- 6:26Speaker 6: up to six inches. Well, so you complaining about that.
- 6:30Speaker 9: I can't because that's what I was, and I specifically
- 6:33Speaker 9: like bought a house that didn't have an H so
- 6:36Speaker 9: I can't complain about it.
- 6:37Speaker 3: I was talking more about like brass around the city,
- 6:39Speaker 3: like in the meeting. If it was like too high
- 6:42Speaker 3: with your love of cutting gas, I'm worried about you
- 6:44Speaker 3: would like drop subtle hands, like drop a pair of
- 6:47Speaker 3: air monarchs off, like right there in the middle, just
- 6:49Speaker 3: to try to suddenly let them know they need to
- 6:51Speaker 3: cut the grass.
- 6:52Speaker 9: I got, I got other stuff. I'm too busy worried
- 6:54Speaker 9: about me, not a little selfish guy.
- 6:59Speaker 6: Guess who was in the community today?
- 7:04Speaker 3: You do, yeah, be selfish? Yeah? Why are you dressed
- 7:07Speaker 3: up today?
- 7:10Speaker 9: Jeans?
- 7:11Speaker 3: Yeah? Have you seen the way we dress?
- 7:13Speaker 9: She's got a dress one I means nice.
- 7:16Speaker 2: But also like putting a dress on is so lazy.
- 7:21Speaker 6: Yeah, that is a good point. Tell you what girls
- 7:25Speaker 6: can be lazy, look nicer.
- 7:27Speaker 9: Yeah, we're number two. Might release sleeves up all right,
- 7:34Speaker 9: then boys gonna be elbow.
- 7:36Speaker 3: So that's basically what T Bob used to do with
- 7:38Speaker 3: the buttons when he started real Frog and he'd go
- 7:41Speaker 3: three buttons, he would go he would go lower.
- 7:44Speaker 9: I'm gonna go hunt.
- 7:45Speaker 5: I love the roll up the sleeves, maybe part of
- 7:47Speaker 5: the hair on the other side. Tomorrow it's gonna get
- 7:49Speaker 5: crazy crazy.
- 7:51Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 7:51Speaker 5: I can't do that out there. Yeah, I just keep
- 7:56Speaker 5: envisioning like the show Parks and Wreck.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, I love that show, which is better
- 8:00Speaker 2: than The Office.
- 8:00Speaker 5: It is sorry, different than the Office. It's hard to
- 8:05Speaker 5: rank a better.
- 8:06Speaker 3: I feel like those two go against each other.
- 8:07Speaker 6: They do a little bit. I mean, you know, I
- 8:09Speaker 6: would say equally, I would say equally ten times, and yeah, don't.
- 8:13Speaker 6: I don't see it being your your next.
- 8:14Speaker 7: Show Parks and Records.
- 8:17Speaker 6: But like the city council meetings, those are just so
- 8:20Speaker 6: That's how I feel, like what you's just like what
- 8:24Speaker 6: you just said, like an older gentleman saying, like I
- 8:27Speaker 6: declinect like.
- 8:28Speaker 7: He really did. It's on video.
- 8:31Speaker 5: It's great for him though, Like if you you're passionate
- 8:34Speaker 5: about something, you'll fight for it.
- 8:36Speaker 8: No, for sure, I forgot what it was even opposes you, right,
- 8:40Speaker 8: And I honestly can't find myself carring enough about planning
- 8:43Speaker 8: and zoning, but maybe I will one day.
- 8:45Speaker 7: I just right now is not the time.
- 8:46Speaker 6: It's not the time of life. No, I get it.
- 8:48Speaker 8: I don't think I'm there yet I don't own any properties,
- 8:51Speaker 8: so maybe once I do, like all care, but I don't.
- 8:54Speaker 6: I don't know a lot of people that are at
- 8:57Speaker 6: that part of their life.
- 8:59Speaker 3: If they are, we're we're not going for dose together.
- 9:03Speaker 8: Right, You would be surprised by the amount of people
- 9:06Speaker 8: like from the public that are at the Saint George
- 9:09Speaker 8: City Council.
- 9:10Speaker 5: I believe you, Yeah, I believe I just you know,
- 9:12Speaker 5: I just I went wake up in the morning to
- 9:14Speaker 5: put my feet on the ground.
- 9:15Speaker 6: I just choose happiness. That's what I choose. Yeah, I don't.
- 9:20Speaker 3: People also smell colors, so I mean, you know, CT.
- 9:25Speaker 7: And hold people that go there like.
- 9:29Speaker 6: Dreaming cartoons.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Oh my god, I wasn't in. I forget where I was.
- 9:36Speaker 3: And you get Bob with dreaming cartoons, because I think
- 9:41Speaker 3: Bob does dam.
- 9:43Speaker 6: He was like, you know what you don't like?
- 9:47Speaker 2: Gosh?
- 9:49Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 9:49Speaker 2: The people that go there and show up like ready
- 9:52Speaker 2: to fight.
- 9:52Speaker 7: I'm like, are you okay? What's going on at home?
- 9:56Speaker 9: I don't think we're in the drange yet.
- 9:59Speaker 7: These definitely are like.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Our generation that made us so disappointed.
- 10:07Speaker 6: Mm hmm. AnyWho, Yeah, they see, you know, zoning meetings,
- 10:16Speaker 6: the board of adjustments.
- 10:18Speaker 5: What could happen like in your neighborhood or around like
- 10:21Speaker 5: the area that you visit you drive a lot, whether
- 10:25Speaker 5: it's on your way to kids school, or like your
- 10:28Speaker 5: your path daily path. What could happen that's so bad
- 10:32Speaker 5: that would make you say, look up the times and
- 10:36Speaker 5: dates of the next I mean, you.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Know, I'm not really sure there is So there's a
- 10:43Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 10:44Speaker 6: Trash on the side of the road. Maybe I don't there.
- 10:47Speaker 3: Is love for me.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Well, there's a bar that's not far from where I live.
- 10:54Speaker 8: And one night the music was super loud, Like it
- 10:57Speaker 8: was very, very loud, and it was late at night,
- 11:00Speaker 8: and y'all know, like I go to bed super early.
- 11:02Speaker 3: I did not call it.
- 11:03Speaker 7: I didn't call anybody. I didn't call anybody.
- 11:07Speaker 8: But I was like, if this continues, I can't live
- 11:10Speaker 8: like this.
- 11:10Speaker 7: There there has to be, like there.
- 11:12Speaker 8: Has to be rules, I know, because like my grandparents
- 11:14Speaker 8: they always get in trouble or how loud the music
- 11:17Speaker 8: is so like, there has to be rules for it.
- 11:19Speaker 7: So I was just gonna look at the rule book.
- 11:22Speaker 6: Okay, where do you find that?
- 11:25Speaker 8: Probably in the uh It's like did they call it.
- 11:35Speaker 9: The city?
- 11:37Speaker 3: I didn't even know I lived in Saint George till
- 11:39Speaker 3: y'all told me weeks ago. So I don't think I'm
- 11:41Speaker 3: gonna know.
- 11:42Speaker 8: Yeah, if you look it up in the city city ordinance,
- 11:44Speaker 8: they should have it.
- 11:46Speaker 3: I'm a little disappointed. I mean music your thing, like
- 11:49Speaker 3: it must not have been your type of music, but.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Also like stumping my walls, like you just call the cops.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Can't call it people, what I mean for a bar,
- 11:59Speaker 3: you can't. You're gonna you're You're gonna be a narc
- 12:02Speaker 3: There would just be there there.
- 12:05Speaker 8: Noise, or I would just look at the ordinance and
- 12:07Speaker 8: if the ordinances.
- 12:08Speaker 3: If we ever run into some stuff and somebody snitches.
- 12:12Speaker 6: I've just said, if you're thinking, all right, what's what's
- 12:14Speaker 6: the what are you gonna do if you if you've
- 12:16Speaker 6: had enough, Are you gonna call the cops when they're
- 12:19Speaker 6: doing it? Or you're gonna go to a city planning meetings?
- 12:22Speaker 3: Which one is gonna be like you go to the
- 12:25Speaker 3: business Yeah the next day. Maybe what if you had
- 12:27Speaker 3: a could y'all turn it from eleven to nine?
- 12:29Speaker 6: What if you had a newborn child that it kept
- 12:31Speaker 6: waking up in the middle of the night. Now what
- 12:34Speaker 6: we're doing. I mean, okay, now we're thinking no, Arlow
- 12:40Speaker 6: would be on the coffee table, probably dancing. If I'm
- 12:43Speaker 6: being completely honest with all right, you're.
- 12:46Speaker 5: You have I think you have unrealistic expectations for people
- 12:48Speaker 5: in their baby.
- 12:50Speaker 6: I've got a lot of arlow Is gonna be dancing.
- 12:52Speaker 3: I've got five of them been through the process.
- 12:55Speaker 9: I want to know why at the Saint George meetings
- 12:57Speaker 9: they're not fighting harder for this little plot of land
- 13:00Speaker 9: right here.
- 13:01Speaker 3: That's the all that's that actually map right there, George,
- 13:06Speaker 3: look at this area that I don't want them all?
- 13:10Speaker 9: Huh they all kind of does it?
- 13:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't go there a lot exactly one.
- 13:18Speaker 6: Of my little girls in Builder Bear.
- 13:19Speaker 3: We grew up in the eighties early nineties, like we
- 13:21Speaker 3: got like a soft spot from malls, especially Jake.
- 13:25Speaker 6: He was rocking with Jacket Abercrombie.
- 13:28Speaker 7: Yeah, I love them all. The mall here kind of
- 13:31Speaker 7: not great, y'all.
- 13:33Speaker 6: Didn't you do? They know?
- 13:34Speaker 3: They did? I just didn't Why I didn't have one.
- 13:38Speaker 3: I don't know. My brother had one, older brother had one.
- 13:40Speaker 3: Wasn't good enough fit, you know, if Alisher didn't sell,
- 13:45Speaker 3: it wasn't really worth me wearing.
- 13:46Speaker 5: I mean that is that is very shocking to me
- 13:49Speaker 5: because like even where I went to school, we were
- 13:51Speaker 5: big letter jacket wearers.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Yeah, our school was like, like I said, my brother
- 13:56Speaker 3: had one, but no we weren't. It wasn't the thing,
- 14:00Speaker 3: not really. I mean people had them, but no they
- 14:01Speaker 3: didn't wear them. Yeah.
- 14:04Speaker 6: For homecoming dances, did y'all wear the things like around
- 14:10Speaker 6: your arm? And then the girls wore the thing like that?
- 14:13Speaker 6: Yeah yeah yeah, yeah, Okay, I didn't know Texas, right, Crissage.
- 14:19Speaker 7: Were you talking about like moms and yeah.
- 14:22Speaker 3: The garden, Yeah, a whole bunch of moms.
- 14:24Speaker 6: Yeah, but it wasn't like flowers. It was just like
- 14:26Speaker 6: it was just a band. But it was like they
- 14:29Speaker 6: would put like all these like.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Yeah, girls wore the moms.
- 14:35Speaker 3: Yes, I didn't have that.
- 14:36Speaker 9: I mean for like prom it was the guys wore
- 14:41Speaker 9: the whole thing right here, like the flower. Yeah, and
- 14:46Speaker 9: then the girls that was just like a normal like.
- 14:51Speaker 3: They had Like I'm talking about my gigantic.
- 14:55Speaker 6: We just didn't put stuff. Yeah, it was streamers just
- 14:59Speaker 6: home coming. Yeah, stream Like the girls would go down
- 15:02Speaker 6: to their feet.
- 15:02Speaker 7: Yes, they're the bigger, the better.
- 15:05Speaker 5: Moms we'll pull up a picture, I mean, no telling
- 15:08Speaker 5: what our parents home something like yeah, yeah that was
- 15:12Speaker 5: the thing.
- 15:12Speaker 7: They were expensive.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, like you think.
- 15:15Speaker 6: Had a little football on it.
- 15:16Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe like a whistle. Probably they didn't have honorable
- 15:21Speaker 3: mention all district absolute.
- 15:25Speaker 6: Firing.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Yeah we did it too.
- 15:26Speaker 9: Yeah, because like when I searched Homecoming Moms, one of
- 15:29Speaker 9: the first things that comes up is Homecoming Moms Texas.
- 15:32Speaker 2: I think it's a Texas I think it's.
- 15:34Speaker 6: A Texas thing too. It's not surprising reasons.
- 15:37Speaker 9: I've never seen these.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Like I told you, if you're going to give me something,
- 15:40Speaker 3: I'll take East Texas over Southern Arkansas.
- 15:42Speaker 2: People would create businesses off of making.
- 15:46Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm sure they charged do.
- 15:48Speaker 9: All of them were Like this girl.
- 15:49Speaker 6: She's just.
- 15:52Speaker 7: They're like super extra.
- 15:55Speaker 5: It looks like she's wearing it around her neck. Yeah
- 15:59Speaker 5: yeah yeah, but that's yeah, so that's not here.
- 16:02Speaker 9: No, So like it's we did it just like a
- 16:05Speaker 9: normal wedding, like the guys wear the little little thing
- 16:08Speaker 9: on your chest and the girls wear it on the wrist.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Definitely a text.
- 16:10Speaker 5: I don't think we're not sit here saying it's the
- 16:12Speaker 5: right thing to do at all. Just the thing that
- 16:15Speaker 5: we did. Yeah, so it does add to people's argument
- 16:20Speaker 5: that report is East Texas.
- 16:22Speaker 3: You know you think I've ever heard that before?
- 16:25Speaker 6: No, I'm not. It's not a bad thing.
- 16:28Speaker 3: Like if y'all want to make if y'all want to
- 16:31Speaker 3: like make an all three one eight team, I think
- 16:35Speaker 3: I think you'd be, you know, happy with the three
- 16:39Speaker 3: one that have come down here to play for the Tigers.
- 16:43Speaker 3: You know, y'all got a lot to say until y'all
- 16:44Speaker 3: need a three to come down here. Just saying I know, well,
- 16:49Speaker 3: make a pretty pretty solid team at front seven, Our
- 16:52Speaker 3: tackles Whitworth and Will Campbell will be pretty solid. Uh.
- 16:56Speaker 6: And the nine of three boys that's East Texas?
- 17:00Speaker 3: Who would that be? Just you? Yeah, I don't know.
- 17:02Speaker 3: I really don't know.
- 17:04Speaker 6: Sarn Black.
- 17:06Speaker 5: He went to your house right, he was about He
- 17:08Speaker 5: was my left tackle my senior year.
- 17:10Speaker 6: He was a sophomore. He get first team on the district.
- 17:13Speaker 6: I don't know, I think he was for sure. No,
- 17:15Speaker 6: he wasn't injured. He played the wh year.
- 17:16Speaker 3: He never got injured. He played like through bone on
- 17:20Speaker 3: bone knees.
- 17:20Speaker 6: Also on that team, Brandon Pettigrew.
- 17:23Speaker 3: Yeah, remember him, tight end stud. He was your high
- 17:26Speaker 3: school teamate.
- 17:26Speaker 6: Yeah, but he was my high school team and he
- 17:28Speaker 6: was a junior my senior year.
- 17:29Speaker 3: But and you still got honorable mention. He tore to
- 17:31Speaker 3: that game.
- 17:32Speaker 5: He blew his knee up in our scrimmage was not
- 17:34Speaker 5: jamboree scrimmage.
- 17:39Speaker 3: How did y'all not win more games? We mean you
- 17:42Speaker 3: had used saran in a first round tight end.
- 17:45Speaker 6: We actually had seven D one signs my senior year,
- 17:47Speaker 6: we had seventeen or eighteen D one signys total.
- 17:51Speaker 3: He must not have had the leadership.
- 17:52Speaker 6: We got beat in the semi finals. I mean we
- 17:54Speaker 6: made it run.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Like Spergers said, leaders at gotten on them.
- 17:58Speaker 5: Our high school had never gotten past a second and
- 18:00Speaker 5: round of the playoffs until and then we got to
- 18:03Speaker 5: the well we should have won.
- 18:06Speaker 3: Fast snap that was a guy's name center.
- 18:08Speaker 6: It wasn't a bad snap, I thought.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Jimbo said it was a bad snap.
- 18:11Speaker 5: Well, I was, like, I was making it. I was
- 18:13Speaker 5: making a protection adjustment. He snapped it, thinking like, was.
- 18:16Speaker 3: It a good snap? If I was standing there? That
- 18:22Speaker 3: turns it into a If I.
- 18:23Speaker 5: Was standing there, it wouldn't have been a great snap.
- 18:25Speaker 5: I wasn't standing there. It's kind of like Brett Helms
- 18:28Speaker 5: in the National Championship.
- 18:30Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, Uh, we're gonna take a break, and

- 22:07Speaker 6: Goflowiv dot com.
- 22:09Speaker 3: All right, So, the thing we talked about most after
- 22:12Speaker 3: the Saints' first preseason game was our disappointment in the
- 22:16Speaker 3: offensive line. It was a group that we had heard
- 22:19Speaker 3: had been doing really well in camp, and it wasn't
- 22:21Speaker 3: in the totality of the offensive line. It was really
- 22:24Speaker 3: just a couple of spots. But as a unit, as
- 22:27Speaker 3: we know, we talk about it all the time. Football
- 22:29Speaker 3: greatest sport that we have because you have to be
- 22:31Speaker 3: working in unison with your teammates. It has to be
- 22:34Speaker 3: eleven guys with the same goal, doing the same things,
- 22:37Speaker 3: working in the same direction. Well, they didn't get that
- 22:39Speaker 3: done the other night against the Chargers, and they just
- 22:42Speaker 3: took another blow. Because our guy Will Clap obviously former
- 22:48Speaker 3: LSU Tigers, joined us on this show just a couple
- 22:50Speaker 3: of weeks ago. He is going to be placed on
- 22:53Speaker 3: the IR. I think he got I think he got hurt.
- 22:57Speaker 3: The first play he tried to stay in you could
- 23:00Speaker 3: tell something wasn't quite right. And so Will Clapp is
- 23:03Speaker 3: going to go. He's got Liz Frank oh Man I've
- 23:07Speaker 3: had that. It sucks. It is not fun, it's painful.
- 23:13Speaker 3: It's not something you can come back. Maybe he maybe
- 23:17Speaker 3: could come back late in the year, but I mean
- 23:20Speaker 3: it would be it would be a crazy rehab. It
- 23:23Speaker 3: would be one of those ones where he's living basically
- 23:26Speaker 3: every single day, eight hours a day, trying to rehab.
- 23:29Speaker 3: And I just at this point in his career, I
- 23:30Speaker 3: just don't think that's probably a smart choice for anybody involved.
- 23:33Speaker 3: And so Will's going to be out for the year.
- 23:36Speaker 3: Liz Frank injury, and again, Matt it's a big blow
- 23:39Speaker 3: because well, I mean, McCoy's a stud I think he's
- 23:42Speaker 3: your best overall offensive lineman, but he's been through injuries
- 23:45Speaker 3: and that's why they signed Will. Clap like Will had
- 23:47Speaker 3: been here before, but also he had been with Kellen
- 23:51Speaker 3: in LA with the Chargers and so they knew each other.
- 23:54Speaker 3: He's like, Okay, well, if McCoy goes down, we've got
- 23:57Speaker 3: this guy can count on. Now you're kind of yeah,
- 24:00Speaker 3: again hitting reset on one of these offensive line positions.
- 24:03Speaker 6: Yeah, you just you hate to see it. I mean,
- 24:06Speaker 6: of course the Saints fans, man, we don't want to.
- 24:08Speaker 6: You can't be bit by the injury bug.
- 24:10Speaker 3: So we talked the team to stay healthy if they
- 24:13Speaker 3: want any kind of a chance.
- 24:14Speaker 5: Starting twenty two, you know, to twenty two top twenty
- 24:18Speaker 5: five to thirty guys. Yeah, good, pretty good players, like
- 24:21Speaker 5: we could. You can form a team and not be
- 24:24Speaker 5: and be competitive, maybe be the worst in the NF
- 24:26Speaker 5: maybe the second roster. When you start getting the injuries,
- 24:31Speaker 5: that's where you're really going to see the gaps and
- 24:34Speaker 5: the gaps and talent between between this team and then
- 24:38Speaker 5: and then that is what can lead to a potentially
- 24:41Speaker 5: lead to just a bad, bad record at the end
- 24:44Speaker 5: of the year in drafting high in twenty twenty six.
- 24:46Speaker 5: But like, like for Will Clapp personally, I came on
- 24:50Speaker 5: this show, we all cheer for him. Lshoe guy. Like
- 24:52Speaker 5: he wanted to come to the Saints. He wanted from
- 24:57Speaker 5: New Orleans, New Orleans, that's right, and so he wanted
- 25:01Speaker 5: to come with a new coach and change. He had
- 25:03Speaker 5: familiarity with it, and you could tell, like when we
- 25:05Speaker 5: talked to him, you could see in his face, you
- 25:07Speaker 5: could hear in his voice it truly excited about the opportunity.
- 25:10Speaker 6: So heartbreaking for him. Yeah, the list Franks injuries, that
- 25:15Speaker 6: is Uh, yeah, it's up to something.
- 25:17Speaker 5: And we talked to we alluded to this last year
- 25:19Speaker 5: with injuries, like so many people were bitten by the
- 25:21Speaker 5: injury bug last year. But because of kind of the
- 25:25Speaker 5: disarray that the team and the organization was, the coach
- 25:28Speaker 5: and change everything, the poor record, you got to question
- 25:33Speaker 5: how hard people actually fought.
- 25:34Speaker 6: Because you've got to fight to get back. You gotta
- 25:37Speaker 6: want it.
- 25:37Speaker 5: Just like you said, you got to spend day, night, mornings,
- 25:41Speaker 5: everything in either in the training room or with the pets,
- 25:46Speaker 5: the strength coaches, rehabbing, handling the inflammation, also timing up
- 25:52Speaker 5: like how you're working out Strengthen there's a lot of
- 25:54Speaker 5: work that goes into it, and it's hard, Like coming
- 25:56Speaker 5: back from an injury is harder than working out when
- 25:59Speaker 5: you're just because you got.
- 26:01Speaker 6: To work more hours and it's just it's more difficult.
- 26:04Speaker 6: So you have to want it to get back.
- 26:06Speaker 5: And so last year we kind of questioned how hard
- 26:09Speaker 5: are these people actually fighting to get back on the
- 26:10Speaker 5: field when there's not really anything there to worth fighting for.
- 26:14Speaker 6: But this year, new season, new hopes.
- 26:16Speaker 5: We'll see especially like you mentioned this late in his
- 26:20Speaker 5: you know, later on in his career, is it the
- 26:22Speaker 5: right thing to do to.
- 26:23Speaker 6: Try to get back. We'll see his body will let
- 26:25Speaker 6: him know.
- 26:25Speaker 3: Yeah, as our guy Nick Underhill reported, they have tried
- 26:28Speaker 3: out already a bunch of interior offensive linemen. They had,
- 26:33Speaker 3: let's see, two centers and a guard tryout come out
- 26:37Speaker 3: there work out for the team to try to see
- 26:39Speaker 3: if they can get somebody to shore up at least
- 26:42Speaker 3: during camp. I mean, you still got two preseason games.
- 26:44Speaker 3: You still got some time left in camp. Justin Ross
- 26:48Speaker 3: also was a part of this tryout. Remember him, Combine
- 26:52Speaker 3: Star first round pick. Right, it's top I don't know,
- 26:56Speaker 3: top fifteen. I know from the Bengals. I'm pretty sure
- 26:59Speaker 3: years ago. Leonard Payne was also in that defensive tackle
- 27:03Speaker 3: maybe some names that you will know, but it looked
- 27:05Speaker 3: like it was defensive tackle, interior offensive line, and receiver
- 27:09Speaker 3: that the Saints tried to work out here in the
- 27:12Speaker 3: receiver room. Like we've kind of talked about it, I
- 27:13Speaker 3: just if your guys aren't ready to go yep. Well, look,
- 27:19Speaker 3: I don't know what to tell whoever.
- 27:20Speaker 5: It wasn't too much into like the workouts, because their
- 27:23Speaker 5: teams work out guys every week I do throughout the season.
- 27:25Speaker 6: They're always working.
- 27:27Speaker 3: But it tells you like where they're where they feel
- 27:29Speaker 3: like they're deficient.
- 27:30Speaker 6: Yep.
- 27:30Speaker 5: I remember when I came and worked out for the
- 27:32Speaker 5: Saints before I signed with them. I think I was
- 27:36Speaker 5: throwing and there was like six wide receivers. There was
- 27:41Speaker 5: like two tight ends, two running backs that were working out,
- 27:43Speaker 5: and it's just like they're I mean, that's the like
- 27:45Speaker 5: when you're a free agent during the season, and like
- 27:48Speaker 5: when during training camp, like you're you're traveling, you're traveling.
- 27:51Speaker 6: It worked it out every single I've done every single
- 27:53Speaker 6: Monday or Tuesday.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Gosh, twenty thirteen, I don't even know hell what season
- 27:59Speaker 3: it was, but yeah, I did the I did the
- 28:01Speaker 3: workout tour. I went. I went to Chicago, went to Detroit,
- 28:04Speaker 3: I went to Tampa. Then I ended up in Denver.
- 28:08Speaker 3: Now all those places I'm talking about, I had at
- 28:10Speaker 3: least like one guy with me. Chicago is me and
- 28:13Speaker 3: Ryan Grant, all right, rgie. Uh yeah, I had much
- 28:18Speaker 3: better work out than him. Shocking they signed him.
- 28:21Speaker 10: Uh.
- 28:21Speaker 3: Then I went to Detroit and gosh, it was what
- 28:25Speaker 3: was his name, Rock Cartwright played for Kansas State, I
- 28:28Speaker 3: think in college. Gosh, some of these names. Tampa Bay
- 28:35Speaker 3: Carl Knicks maybe was there Saints, you know, obviously fans
- 28:38Speaker 3: will remember that name, and they tried to get him
- 28:40Speaker 3: to run a forty and he was basically like, I've
- 28:43Speaker 3: made the Pro Bowl. I'm in your kid. You made
- 28:46Speaker 3: a run of forty? Yeah?
- 28:47Speaker 6: What what?
- 28:49Speaker 3: And then Denver was just me, so that was different.
- 28:53Speaker 3: I was like, anybody else is gonna show up or no?
- 28:55Speaker 6: Just you?
- 28:56Speaker 3: Cool?
- 28:56Speaker 6: Cool?
- 28:57Speaker 3: I got John Elway and Peyton Manning sitting here watching
- 29:00Speaker 3: me run those drills. They're gonna be so impressed with
- 29:03Speaker 3: my cone drills. Here the only place drils.
- 29:06Speaker 6: I went to.
- 29:07Speaker 5: So I had to work out with the Patriots. They
- 29:10Speaker 5: they tried to make me run a forty with like la.
- 29:13Speaker 5: They brought out the briefcase like the strength coders brought
- 29:16Speaker 5: out the briefcase that had the laser time on there.
- 29:18Speaker 6: Yeah, like we had to put your hand on the
- 29:20Speaker 6: like the censor pad and run through it. And I
- 29:22Speaker 6: was like, hey, what are you doing? Is I'm set
- 29:24Speaker 6: up a forty? I was like, I'm not running a forty?
- 29:26Speaker 5: Yeah, Like I'm an eight year quarterback yep, who is
- 29:29Speaker 5: not a threat to anybody to pop off and get
- 29:33Speaker 5: about fifty sixty a game, So I don't know why
- 29:35Speaker 5: you need that. Let's just throw how about that? Yeah,
- 29:38Speaker 5: all right, we want to do the forty, but you
- 29:39Speaker 5: are gonna do the L drill.
- 29:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 29:41Speaker 6: I'm like, oh my god, all right, first el drill
- 29:43Speaker 6: since the Combine nine years, eight years previous to that.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Yep, how'd that go?
- 29:50Speaker 6: Hey? They signed me, so maybe it went well.
- 29:52Speaker 5: The only time I worked out and didn't get signed,
- 29:55Speaker 5: so I had to work out with the Saints, got signed,
- 29:57Speaker 5: had to work out how to do a workout with
- 29:58Speaker 5: the Patriots, had to do workout. Didn't have to do
- 30:01Speaker 5: with the Jets because I was had a hamstring injury.
- 30:06Speaker 5: I had to work out with the Bills that I
- 30:08Speaker 5: had to read. This was a funny one.
- 30:10Speaker 6: I had to work out for the Packers when I
- 30:13Speaker 6: came back after the Bills. What Yeah.
- 30:16Speaker 5: They had me work out on a Tuesday with all
- 30:17Speaker 5: the free agents, like the receivers and everybody in the
- 30:20Speaker 5: tight ends and running backs.
- 30:21Speaker 6: Again that I had to go throw to him. And
- 30:23Speaker 6: so I'm there throwing in front.
- 30:24Speaker 5: Of the scouts and like Ted Thompson's there and this
- 30:29Speaker 5: was I think it was after their actual practice, and
- 30:32Speaker 5: so it might have been.
- 30:33Speaker 6: I can't remember what day was.
- 30:35Speaker 5: So I'm there and I'm working out and I'm like,
- 30:37Speaker 5: all right, so it's everybody and now I'm like like
- 30:39Speaker 5: talking all the equipment.
- 30:40Speaker 6: I'm talking to everybody. And then Mike McCarthy like runs in.
- 30:43Speaker 6: He's kind of late and he sees me like throw
- 30:45Speaker 6: a slant route and he's like, hey, what are we doing.
- 30:49Speaker 3: He's like, I think we're good. And I was like,
- 30:53Speaker 3: all right, I don't know this guy. We've done a
- 30:54Speaker 3: poor job of scouting. He's been here for a while.
- 30:57Speaker 6: Yeah they were good, but yeah, the only one we're
- 31:00Speaker 6: to have the Cowboys. I think I told that.
- 31:02Speaker 5: Sorry it was Yeah, I was there for multiple hours
- 31:04Speaker 5: and I didn't get signed it eventually, but hey, landed here.
- 31:08Speaker 5: There you go, ended your career in Louisiana. Yeah, well done.
- 31:11Speaker 5: Their cutthroat about it too. Sometimes when I was with
- 31:13Speaker 5: the Saints. When I worked out with the Saints, it
- 31:15Speaker 5: was a bunch of guys and everyone's trying to hold
- 31:17Speaker 5: on to that dream. Everyone's trying like the last breath
- 31:20Speaker 5: of the dream. Because they've either been on a lot
- 31:23Speaker 5: of them have been on some NFL teams for a
- 31:24Speaker 5: couple of years had success, they just can't find a
- 31:27Speaker 5: way onto a roster r. Some guys have never been on.
- 31:29Speaker 5: They're young, guys, hungry, they're just trying to hold on
- 31:32Speaker 5: to that dream. And like they come in and they're like,
- 31:35Speaker 5: all right, it's all the group of us. He's like,
- 31:37Speaker 5: all right, Flynn, you go to go up to see
- 31:42Speaker 5: the GM. Everybody else. We're booking your plane tickets now.
- 31:45Speaker 5: And I'm like, oh my god, Like you just talked
- 31:48Speaker 5: to them individually.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Can you be a little nicer about it and not
- 31:51Speaker 3: with me in the room please?
- 31:53Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 31:53Speaker 5: Great, everybody else, there's gonna be a van. We're gonna
- 31:56Speaker 5: tell you the airport brutal, not good.
- 32:01Speaker 3: Or they can say, hey, we're gonna take you to

- 34:51Speaker 3: me too. No Clavering's up there, but Benny Brazil first
- 34:55Speaker 3: name popped him to my brain watching Benny just run
- 34:58Speaker 3: past people in two thousand and five, thoroughly enjoyed that.
- 35:02Speaker 3: My dad wore seventeen. Shout out, Alvin. I was thinking
- 35:06Speaker 3: about for Lshoe, not Baylor, not talking about seek them.
- 35:15Speaker 6: I were seventeen and I weard middle school.
- 35:18Speaker 3: I mean again, like, this is not the assignment. I mean,
- 35:20Speaker 3: because if I'm going seventeen, I would have been like
- 35:22Speaker 3: old Philip Rivers war seventeen. Oh, Josh Allen, there's not.
- 35:25Speaker 6: A lot of seventeen's out there.
- 35:27Speaker 3: I just gave you a bunch. You give me two
- 35:29Speaker 3: a bunch.
- 35:31Speaker 9: Vante.
- 35:32Speaker 6: I gave you too as well, my dad and me. Yeah,
- 35:37Speaker 6: there we go.
- 35:38Speaker 3: I mean, for being honest. So it's like not a
- 35:40Speaker 3: great number.
- 35:41Speaker 2: It's terrible number.
- 35:42Speaker 6: Yeah, it's not terrible.
- 35:43Speaker 9: I don't know who the hell would you ever wear seventeen?
- 35:46Speaker 9: Awful number.
- 35:48Speaker 3: That you were?
- 35:49Speaker 9: That's that was my high school number.
- 35:51Speaker 3: Yeah, Taylor, there you go, all right, there we go.
- 35:53Speaker 3: There's another that's a great number.
- 35:54Speaker 7: Racy mcmathews, Racey McMath oh okay.
- 35:58Speaker 6: Yeah yeah.
- 35:59Speaker 9: Kind of an underrated player on that twenty nineteen team though, Like.
- 36:02Speaker 2: I was just reading this and its just trailing off
- 36:04Speaker 2: and I was like, I don't remember him either.
- 36:06Speaker 3: See, I thought you just went to Matt's favorite website
- 36:08Speaker 3: and gave you some bad information.
- 36:10Speaker 8: No, I'm I was looking it up because I have
- 36:13Speaker 8: to do like a countdown anyway, So I have to
- 36:15Speaker 8: find a number.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Seventeen.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Ah, you do, I go, Benny Brazil, We'll do that.
- 36:20Speaker 3: I met Mo Clavern's like certainly the most decorated. Shout
- 36:24Speaker 3: out to Mo through one great give. I got Benny some.
- 36:27Speaker 6: Loud it bends in the Olympics.
- 36:29Speaker 3: That's true.
- 36:31Speaker 6: He ran for our country.
- 36:32Speaker 3: That is very true. Shout out seem running all the time.
- 36:35Speaker 3: Saw Benny two three days ago. I told him, I said, dude,
- 36:37Speaker 3: pop in, you might just walk through that door any moment.
- 36:40Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 36:41Speaker 6: I told him.
- 36:41Speaker 3: I was like, anytime you want shock me. I was like,
- 36:44Speaker 3: open door policy, go on in, do a touchdown to him.
- 36:49Speaker 3: That's all mess mm hmm wait five or four?
- 36:54Speaker 6: Five? Yeah? It had been five. Yeah, it was because
- 36:57Speaker 6: it was Is that the.
- 36:58Speaker 3: Game that that JV got souplex Biopatrick, Yeah, I think so.
- 37:02Speaker 5: Yeah, that was with uh Tracy Smith was our GA. Yeah,
- 37:09Speaker 5: signaling the plays and we had this like we had
- 37:14Speaker 5: this inside joke that, uh, like, what are you gonna
- 37:18Speaker 5: do if it's really cold outside and you have to
- 37:19Speaker 5: wear gloves and be the signaler?
- 37:21Speaker 3: Yeah, so we he would always do.
- 37:22Speaker 5: Every time I got in the gamer and practice, he
- 37:24Speaker 5: would act like he had mittens on, and he would
- 37:26Speaker 5: signal things like like he had mittens on.
- 37:28Speaker 3: And I remember, I'll never forget Tracy very established NFL
- 37:32Speaker 3: coach now see, because.
- 37:33Speaker 6: He went like strong right, and he went one forty
- 37:36Speaker 6: four and he would go like, ohio, he'd have to
- 37:38Speaker 6: like make the like this, and and then he did go,
- 37:42Speaker 6: it's just like one forty four got protection when you
- 37:44Speaker 6: were in.
- 37:47Speaker 3: Every time we were in together, one forty four.
- 37:49Speaker 6: Was two running backs, one tight end, landra two running backs.
- 37:53Speaker 2: One tight end, twenty one personnel.
- 37:55Speaker 6: Oh now there you go.
- 37:57Speaker 3: It's called a relic now.
- 37:58Speaker 6: So it's a co route. And it was like goes
- 38:00Speaker 6: like shooting a gun and with Minton's to do this,
- 38:03Speaker 6: and he did that to me. I'll never forget that
- 38:06Speaker 6: singing on the play.
- 38:07Speaker 3: And we're gonna try to make it confusing because we're
- 38:09Speaker 3: gonna act like we had mittens on.
- 38:10Speaker 9: So I remember this game, we're watching it in our
- 38:14Speaker 9: hunting camp. I'm pretty sure Benny Brazil got an excessive
- 38:17Speaker 9: celebration penalty on that play. He might have, I'm pretty
- 38:20Speaker 9: sure he did. Like I'm almost positive for you eight.
- 38:27Speaker 3: Eight bad math.
- 38:28Speaker 9: Yeah right, yeah, because I'm about to be about to
- 38:31Speaker 9: be twenty nine September eleven, I'll I'll be twenty nine
- 38:34Speaker 9: and almost a month.
- 38:38Speaker 6: That's literally just a guess. I wasn't doing any math.
- 38:40Speaker 3: Just wow.
- 38:41Speaker 6: And you remember Benny Brazil's in like mop up duty time,
- 38:46Speaker 6: You remember that excessive celebration Matt.
- 38:48Speaker 9: Listen, dude, Like if you ever like ask me to
- 38:51Speaker 9: like remember to figure out the trash shatout trash rangers,
- 38:55Speaker 9: you know where I left my keys, my wallet, no idea,
- 38:59Speaker 9: but I remember random stuff like that.
- 39:02Speaker 5: Benny in two thousand and five, almost up by thirty
- 39:06Speaker 5: celebrated a little too hard, and he remembers.
- 39:08Speaker 9: That I'll try to find.
- 39:12Speaker 3: With the bomb squad though out there, because that's when
- 39:14Speaker 3: I got a chance to play running back. You were
- 39:15Speaker 3: in their quarterback and we were playing against maybe like
- 39:19Speaker 3: Fresno's State or somebody like that. I remember one time
- 39:23Speaker 3: and you were like, hey, guys, not trying to be
- 39:27Speaker 3: you know what but can y'all give me like three
- 39:29Speaker 3: or four seconds to throw the ball? Yeah, just like
- 39:33Speaker 3: I just want to get through my first read. Can
- 39:36Speaker 3: I get like three or fours? I guess to throw
- 39:38Speaker 3: the football because they're back here pretty quick. I think
- 39:42Speaker 3: it was Fresno State, if I'm not mistaking. I don't
- 39:45Speaker 3: want to be that guy. You were trying to be
- 39:47Speaker 3: nice about it, but you were also like you even
- 39:49Speaker 3: laid out.
- 39:49Speaker 6: I don't want to be ya no, but it'd be
- 39:52Speaker 6: some times you would have been in at that point.
- 39:54Speaker 3: We're not going to call names. Some of them probably
- 39:59Speaker 3: listening right now.
- 40:00Speaker 6: I know they are, because there's millions listen to worldwide
- 40:03Speaker 6: about it, no.
- 40:04Speaker 3: Doubt about it. One of the things and I know
- 40:06Speaker 3: we'll see tte you put, you know, because number seventeen.
- 40:09Speaker 3: You put Watkins name in here, and obviously, you know,
- 40:13Speaker 3: excited to kind of see what he can do. We
- 40:15Speaker 3: saw what he did on the track and field circuit there,
- 40:18Speaker 3: but now on the football field. But one of the
- 40:21Speaker 3: things I keep like, when I go out there, I'm like,
- 40:23Speaker 3: all right, which one of these receivers is going to play?
- 40:27Speaker 3: And you got to like, eventually you want to crunch
- 40:31Speaker 3: that down a little bit, like I think you want
- 40:33Speaker 3: to have and maybe you know this better than I do.
- 40:35Speaker 3: I think you want to have we have five that
- 40:39Speaker 3: you feel like an eleven personnel at any time can
- 40:41Speaker 3: be in. Is that number? Is it too small just
- 40:44Speaker 3: because and I don't know this like this is this
- 40:46Speaker 3: is your expertise and we can take a break and
- 40:48Speaker 3: then we can hit it when we come back. But
- 40:51Speaker 3: like I do want to know, because everybody's going to
- 40:53Speaker 3: run routes differently, you.
- 40:55Speaker 6: Want to have at least five.
- 40:57Speaker 5: Like we're talking to college football season right, fifteen sixteen game, Like,
- 41:01Speaker 5: if you want to do what you gotta do, it's
- 41:03Speaker 5: like sixteen games.
- 41:04Speaker 3: All right, Well, let's come back. We'll end our number
- 41:06Speaker 3: one talking about that. We'll do it right here on OTV.
- 41:09Speaker 3: Off the bench, all right, Go to gcopnet dot com,
- 41:18Speaker 3: Gulf Coast Office Products and man, the office actually starting
- 41:23Speaker 3: to come together there, Clark. We got the interactive whiteboard.
- 41:27Speaker 3: We're throwing some new paint on the walls. We try
- 41:30Speaker 3: race boards up. The film session is coming very soon
- 41:33Speaker 3: and that is thanks to the team over at Gulf
- 41:35Speaker 3: Coast Office Products. And look, we talk about all the time, right,
- 41:39Speaker 3: big industries if you're working at a law firm, engineering firm, universities, banks, hospitals. Right,
- 41:45Speaker 3: you're gonna be printing off a ton like you're gonna
- 41:47Speaker 3: have a lot of paperwork. Well, you know that you're
- 41:50Speaker 3: gonna have Louisiana's leader when you work with the Golf
- 41:52Speaker 3: Coast Office Products gcop net dot com.
- 41:55Speaker 5: Yeah, the ability for your office to be running smoothly
- 41:58Speaker 5: and to be able to print to coffee scan is
- 42:01Speaker 5: like your lifeblood of your office. And they are the pros,
- 42:05Speaker 5: proud partners of LSU, Saints, Alec, Raging, Cajun's, you name it.
- 42:09Speaker 5: They are gcop net dot com.
- 42:16Speaker 1: Two thousand and seven, Champs Purple and Gold to the core.
- 42:20Speaker 1: This is off the bench with Hester and Flynn. Baton
- 42:24Speaker 1: Rouge is go to for all things Louisiana Sports.
- 42:27Speaker 6: Click up in the morning, Pull myself strong.
- 42:31Speaker 3: Oh I get lonely, I.
- 42:34Speaker 6: Do, ma'amory gets burning clean Back on them, burden Joe
- 42:39Speaker 6: s Hell can't keep cleaning on you. Looks like I'm
- 42:43Speaker 6: learning the hard way again.
- 42:46Speaker 9: It's all my father.
- 42:47Speaker 12: Yeah, I dropped about you're going in now I'm gone
- 42:51Speaker 12: three C two thinking about all.
- 42:55Speaker 6: I've went in on you.
- 42:57Speaker 3: All right, welcome to OTV one O four five ESPN
- 43:00Speaker 3: Betton Ruge. My whole point the last thing was like
- 43:04Speaker 3: I just want to know who's coming in because everybody
- 43:06Speaker 3: runs routes a little bit different.
- 43:08Speaker 6: Yeap. But you're saying like, oh no, I'm not saying
- 43:11Speaker 6: I'm not disagree there is I know the.
- 43:15Speaker 3: Team wants to keep like three or four guys ready,
- 43:18Speaker 3: but I'm just saying, like, if I'm Garrett ne Smeier,
- 43:21Speaker 3: like I want to know if we're in eleven personnel,
- 43:22Speaker 3: there's a chance that these five, these six receivers are
- 43:25Speaker 3: going to be the ones that are in there. Because
- 43:27Speaker 3: I can really like, all right, he's gonna run across
- 43:30Speaker 3: the middle like this, he's gonna run a comeback like this,
- 43:32Speaker 3: he's gonna run a slant like this. Just because you
- 43:34Speaker 3: know everybody does. Give you an example, uh Me and
- 43:39Speaker 3: Darren Sprolls were in the backfield. We were going to
- 43:42Speaker 3: be asked to run the same routes. It's just going
- 43:43Speaker 3: to shock a lot of people. He ran them a
- 43:45Speaker 3: little bit different than I did. LT did as well.
- 43:48Speaker 3: It was crazy. So it was a quarterback like.
- 43:51Speaker 5: You, well, yeah, you had the offensive coordinator's job to
- 43:54Speaker 5: design the game plan and design the right place. You're
- 43:56Speaker 5: gonna put your guys in the right position, because certainly
- 43:59Speaker 5: is gonna run a route better than another. And yeah,
- 44:01Speaker 5: some got one people is gonna they have like eye
- 44:05Speaker 5: dominance that they're working on now. So some people have
- 44:07Speaker 5: a better pass percentage going turning left than they do
- 44:09Speaker 5: turn and right.
- 44:10Speaker 6: Some people aren't ambi turners.
- 44:11Speaker 5: Okay, so we're just going to put your guys in
- 44:16Speaker 5: the right position to run the routes that they are
- 44:19Speaker 5: more suited and best. Now, some guys, that's every single route,
- 44:22Speaker 5: and that's your top guys, and then you're gonna rotate.
- 44:25Speaker 5: But yeah, if you have five strong ones like that
- 44:27Speaker 5: have that show up in the stat book with a reception,
- 44:30Speaker 5: that's a good day. And of course sprinkled in with
- 44:35Speaker 5: with your tight ends and running back skinning receptions. But
- 44:37Speaker 5: I'm just saying my thought was, you want.
- 44:39Speaker 6: To have at least five really good options available for
- 44:44Speaker 6: a lengthy season like we like college football has become
- 44:47Speaker 6: with the playoffs, because what you have to go sixteen,
- 44:49Speaker 6: you have to play sixteen and make it all the
- 44:51Speaker 6: way through everything. Yeah, it's a long season. There's go
- 44:54Speaker 6: it's footballs closure sport. There's gonna be nicks. There's gonna
- 44:57Speaker 6: be people that.
- 44:59Speaker 5: Miss some games, some series, missing plays, So you want
- 45:02Speaker 5: to be It's just like the offensive line, that's just
- 45:03Speaker 5: a position. You have to be loaded.
- 45:05Speaker 3: At lsu is, they are loaded and I'm gonna, you know,
- 45:09Speaker 3: I'm gonna be fascinating to see how it plays out again,
- 45:12Speaker 3: because we talked about it the other day, Kyle Parker's
- 45:15Speaker 3: name continues to come up, and that was probably somebody
- 45:17Speaker 3: we didn't talk a lot about. Not that he didn't
- 45:20Speaker 3: deserve to have the conversation about him, because we all saw,
- 45:23Speaker 3: you know, last year, when he was healthy early in
- 45:25Speaker 3: the season, what he could be. But he got hurt,
- 45:26Speaker 3: and you know how that goes. It's like out of sight,
- 45:28Speaker 3: out of mind, you bring people into the portal. But
- 45:30Speaker 3: good on him for fighting and being part of that conversation.
- 45:34Speaker 3: The coaches can't stop talking about Kyle Parker. So it
- 45:37Speaker 3: is a loaded room and it's going to be interesting
- 45:40Speaker 3: to see how it kind of all plays out when
- 45:42Speaker 3: you play Clemson, Like what's that eleven personnel look like?
- 45:45Speaker 3: What's that rotation going to look like? Because you got
- 45:47Speaker 3: a lot of choices, you got a lot of different guys,
- 45:49Speaker 3: a lot of different skill sets to choose from. All right,
- 45:52Speaker 3: when we come back, kick off our number two. We'll
- 45:54Speaker 3: give you the OTB Top twenty five to fifteenth ranked
