talked a lot about postpartum in this episode, which I'm always love this conversation

because it's so imperative that people understand it on so many different levels. And

and kids here and cute babies, and then you have this incredible,

and like I if I was unloading the dishwasher. I could not have her

So like I wasn't like overly crying. I was paranoid and filled with terror,

to my I called my therapist and I was like, you're back in session.

And at first I didn't say anything. She's like, how's it going.

And then eventually, like the next week, I was like, so I

wasn't exactly honest with you because this is like what's happening. And I was

afraid to say anything because I didn't want to feel like I'm a bad mom.

And she was like, Okay, don't worry, I'm not gonna be

calling CPS and like She's like, it's totally postpartum, and I'm like what.

So then that opened up a whole new realm of like they have different

it's like postpartum OCD. Sina talks about her OCD and how it got worse

when she had a baby. Then you've got your postpartum depression, you've got

postpartum anxiety. There's different levels. So it's like you just don't you don't

see it clearly as when you're in it. And so having this education out

there, I just absolutely love so. But I do want to say more
