The Recipe I found
100 grammes of Pine Resin - I bought mine but you can forage this if near a forest of pine.
100 mls of Castor Oil or use a even split of Castor Oil and LInseed Oil
5 grammes of bees wax. Rubery Honey sells small quantities from a natural beekeeper.
