A sneaky skimming device was found on an ATM at the Pit Stop Exxon in Ladysmith—hidden under a fake top that looks and acts normal but secretly steals card info via Bluetooth. Sheriff’s deputies responded after nearby ATMs showed similar activity. Authorities are warning the public to inspect ATMs for loose parts, cover keypads when entering PINs, and monitor bank statements closely.
