Speaker 1: Welcome to day three of Zen Cleanse Rainbow Cleanse of the 7-Day Detox.
• 2:14
Speaker 1: So I actually haven't eaten since Friday.
• 2:16
Speaker 1: Today is Monday and I ate very lightly on Monday.
• 2:20
Speaker 1: Surprisingly, I'm actually not hungry.
• 2:23
Speaker 1: I feel very calm and grounded.
• 2:28
Speaker 1: I'm not lightheaded either, so haven't had any major side effects.
• 2:32
Speaker 1: I thought I'd share a little bit about what's happened in the last 24 hours.
• 2:37
Speaker 1: So, as I mentioned yesterday, I couldn't take all the sachets in the first day, so I continued those on day two in the morning, and then you go into a routine, got pen on my hand of taking these quantum particles.
• 2:56
Speaker 1: So these are digestion enzymes and they help the absorption of nutrients in the blood and soothe any inflammation.
• 3:07
Speaker 1: And then a couple hours later I'll be taking the black vacuum, which is a single tablet.
• 3:13
Speaker 1: It's really nice to not be taking the powdered sachets that get really gelatinous, because that totally filled my tummy up and that's what made me feel sick, and they help eliminate intestinal toxicity by clearing fat and internal dampness, alkalizing the digestive tract and deeply cleansing the liver and blood vessels.
• 3:37
Speaker 1: And first thing in the morning and last thing at night I take the fiber crystals that contain high concentration of enzyme fibers and the intestinal broomers.
• 3:49
Speaker 1: They help clear waste, improve absorption and stimulate the ease of bowel movements, so that probably is why I was able to finally go to the toilet also, which hadn't happened since Friday as well.
• 4:05
Speaker 1: The rest of yesterday afternoon was very relaxing.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: I didn't feel any major symptoms at all.
• 4:10
Speaker 1: I did make sure that we didn't do anything, so luckily it was raining.
• 4:15
Speaker 1: It was a Sunday afternoon, it was the 1st of December, so we used the time to put up the Christmas tree and decorate the house a little bit and then watched a couple of Christmas movies.
• 4:25
Speaker 1: It was a bit challenging, though.
• 4:28
Speaker 1: My daughter's an extraordinary chef food connoisseur and she made homemade pizzas that smelt absolutely delicious and looked amazing, and it was really hard to not eat them.
• 4:46
Speaker 1: So that was probably the most challenging part of day two, and then I went to bed around 9.30, had a great sleep.
• 4:56
Speaker 1: I did find that there was stuff starting to work inside and I just did not want to be physically touched.
• 5:03
Speaker 1: I couldn't even cuddle my partner goodnight.
• 5:05
Speaker 1: I was like, don't touch me, just let me lay really straight and, yeah, go to sleep.
• 5:11
Speaker 1: And then I woke up about 6.30 with lots of energy and clarity, like I didn't have enough energy to get up and go for a run and I probably am.
• 5:20
Speaker 1: I'm definitely avoiding doing that so that I don't end up too far away from a toilet, um, but at around 8 am I had my first what do I call it?
• 5:34
  Speaker 1: Purge?
• 5:35
Speaker 1: Let's call it purge, and, as I mentioned, what the powder does in the first few days is it really fills up and gets glutinous around your in small and large intestine so that it softens the mucoid plaque on the walls of your intestine.
• 5:55
Speaker 1: So after a few days of doing that, then you excrete it and it brings with it, like it sticks, all the mucoid plaque from the inside of your intestines and pulls it out.
• 6:08
Speaker 1: So I had one purge.
• 6:11
Speaker 1: It was about 40 centimeters long.
• 6:13
Speaker 1: It was quite thin though, and a little bit lumpy, which reflects the shape of your bowel and your intestines, and it was brown.
• 6:24
Speaker 1: It didn't look too concerning anything going on there, because that's how you tell what's going on in your gut is what shows up in these purges, so that it didn't feel like 40 centimeters was coming out.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: It kind of came out quite quickly.
• 6:40
Speaker 1: And then around 10 AM I had my second purge and this one was a lot.
• 6:46
Speaker 1: It felt like a big, explosive purge and was a lot thicker and there was actually quite a lot of mucus around it, kind of like snot, I guess you can say.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: So it's interesting that there must've been a little bit of an infection or something going on in my intestines.
• 7:03
Speaker 1: Um, so that's what's been happening.
• 7:06
Speaker 1: And today I'm continuing that cycle of rotating between the three tablets, or the powder, the enzyme, and the tablets as a quantum particles is the powder that I'm talking about.
• 7:19
Speaker 1: And then meanwhile I've got my thermos full of the ambrosia drink.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: So the ambrosia drink apologies, it's not ambrosia, I don't even know where I got that name from.
• 7:34
Speaker 1: It's called Hygieia and was previously known as detox S.
• 7:38
Speaker 1: So I'm just reading what it is exactly.
• 7:41
Speaker 1: Um, so it helps increase digestion, promotes weight loss and pursues hygiene maintenance of the intestines.
• 7:49
Speaker 1: So that is mixed with water.
• 7:52
Speaker 1: Um, I'm drinking lukewarm water, so it's about 40 to 60 degrees and that helps push everything through.
• 8:01
Speaker 1: It kind of tastes, a little bit like prune juice with a little bit of vinegar in it.
• 8:07
Speaker 1: Um, it doesn't taste too bad at all.
• 8:09
Speaker 1: Nothing has tasted bad.
• 8:11
Speaker 1: It's actually been really quite pleasant.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: So drinking that making sure I have at least 250 mils of lukewarm water every half an hour as well to keep up the hydration too and there haven't been any major symptoms.
• 8:28
Speaker 1: I'm really letting myself rest today.
• 8:30
  Speaker 1: It's been nice.
• 8:31
Speaker 1: No one's been home, so my daughter's at school, my partner's at work and I've been doing a little bit of work to maintain my business, to get through, but really allowing myself some deep rest and to surrender, which I find very hard to stop.
• 8:48
Speaker 1: But you know, it was an investment of time and money in doing this and staying focused to what my intention is and the big vision of what I want to feel like when I come out of this.
• 9:00
Speaker 1: So I need to make sure that I do it on every single level as well.
• 9:05
Speaker 1: I did a stomach massage today.
• 9:07
Speaker 1: I think that's a big part of it is doing a belly massage twice a day just to help the intestines move everything through as well.
• 9:14
Speaker 1: But I think that will be a wrap for day three, so there's nothing huge to talk about there and if you've got any questions, you can comment on the podcast post if you're listening on Spotify.
