- 2:00you can go on to the Voice of Freedom on Facebook and click alike
- 2:05and be part of that as well. So I'm going to start this afternoon
- 2:09by talking about race. Yeah, I'm going to play the race card.
- 2:15When you think about racial equality and civil rights, which political party comes to
- 2:23mind? Is it the Republicans or is it the Democrats. Most people would
- 2:30probably say the Democrats, but that answer is one hundred percent incorrect. The
- 2:37Democrat Party defended slavery, started the Civil War, a pose reconstruction, founded
- 2:43the ku Klux Klan, and pose segregation, perpetrated lynchings, and fought against
- 2:49the civil rights acts of the fifties and the sixties. That's the Democrat Party.
- 2:55And in contrast to Republican Party was founded in eighteen fifties with an anti
- 3:01slavery platform. Its mission was to stop the spread of slavery, stop it
- 3:07into the new Western territories, with the aim of abolishing it entirely. This
- 3:15effort, however, was dealt a major blow by the Supreme Court in eighteen
- 3:20fifty seven a case dred Scott first Sanford, the Court rule that slaves aren't
- 3:27citizens their property. By the way, the seven justices who voted for slavery
- 3:35were all Democrats. The two justices who dissented both Republicans. Following this,
- 3:43we had a bloody, bloody Civil War. The commander in chief of that
- 3:49war was the first Republican president. You might have heard of him. You've
- 3:53got a five dollar bill or a penny in your pocket, you'll see it's
- 3:59Abraham Lincoln, the man who was credited with freeing the slaves. Six days
- 4:06after the Confederate army surrendered, John Wilkes Booth, a Democrat, assassinated President
- 4:14Lincoln, and during the era of Reconstruction, federal troops stationed in the South
- 4:20helped secure rights for the newly freed slaves. Hundreds of black men were elected
- 4:26to Southern state legislatures as Republicans, and twenty two black Republicans served in the
- 4:31Congress by the year nineteen hundred. The Democrats did not elect a black man
- 4:36to Congress until nineteen thirty five, but after reconstruction ended. When the federal
- 4:46troops went home, Democrats roared back into power in the South. They quickly
- 4:51re established white supremacy across the region with measures like Black Codes, laws that
- 4:59restricted them the ability of blacks to own property and run businesses. And they
- 5:03also used a variety of measures to subvert the black citizen's right to vote.
- 5:11And how was all this enforced? That was enforced by terror, much of
- 5:15it by the klu Klux Klan, founded by a Democrat, Nathan Bedford Forest.
- 5:23In effect, the clan was a military force serving the interests of the
- 5:30Democrat Party. A few decades later, the only serious Congressional opposition to the
- 5:36landmark Civil Rights Acts of nineteen sixty four came you guessed it from Democrats.
- 5:44Eighty percent of Republicans in Congress supported the bill, less than seventy percent of
- 5:48Democrats did. Democrat senators filibusted the bill for seventy five days until Republicans mustered
- 5:56the few extra votes needed to break the law jam. So now the Democrat
- 6:02Party prospers on the votes of the very people it has spent much of its
- 6:06history of pressing. Let me play you some audio from Candae Owans. What
- 6:13Black America is actually suffering from how we got here is because of extreme welfare
- 6:18ism, which brings me to Martin Luther King Junior, who believes in the
- 6:23radical redistribution of wealth. Yes, an element of Marxism in which he supported
- 6:29will just take money from people and redistribute it. And an era was born.
- 6:33Lynnin Baine Johnson, an avowed racist that sat in the White House,
- 6:38said what about the Great Society Act? What about if the government incentivized you
- 6:42to behave poorly so that you could never get ahead in life? And here's
- 6:46the truth, and I really want you to listen here. Don't be offended,
- 6:48because it is a fact Black Americans were out pacing white Americans in this
- 6:54country in terms of economic growth before the dissolution of jam Cro policies. Why
- 7:00because our families were together. And then after the government got involved and after
- 7:06they insisted on welfare policies and the radical redistribution of wealth, everything came down.
- 7:13What's happened since? Well LBJ predicted when he said that he would have
- 7:16those n words voting Democrat for the next sixty years. Democrats falsely claim,
- 7:25and they have always falsely claimed that the Republican Party is the villain, when
- 7:30in reality, it's the failed policies of the Democrat Party that have kept black
- 7:36people down. Massive government welfare has decimated the black family. Opposition to school
- 7:44choice has kept blacks trapped in failing schools. Politically correct policing has left black
- 7:53neighborhoods defenseless against violent crime. So when you think about racial equality and civil
- 7:59rights, which party should actually come to mind. I wanted to talk about
- 8:05this today, at least for the first hour, because on social media different
- 8:11accounts, Instagram in particular, I'm constantly labeled a racist by ignorant, insecure,
- 8:24guilty white people. I don't think any black person has ever called me
- 8:31a racist ever, except for maybe Cliff and maybe Frank, who listened to
- 8:37the show every single day, which is sad. It's the upper middle class,
- 8:46white elitist progressives who continue to beat this narrative into the ground over and
- 8:52over and over again. This white guilt built on a broken education system,
- 9:00which feeds into this narrative and causes continued disruption and disharmony not only within our
- 9:13local community, but across the country as well. I am so sure,
- 9:20one hundred percent sure that if policies that were devised and developed by Republicans were
- 9:28enacted, or at the very least conservatives were enacted, the split, the
- 9:33racial split, the economic racial split in this country would evaporate. You would.
- 9:43But the Democrats have, as Canda so and so eloquently pointed out,
- 9:50they have figured it out. They have figured out a way to keep the
- 9:54people of color down. They've done it. I've done it since the beginning,
- 10:00and they continue to do it now. I don't really understand why,
- 10:07if you are someone of color, why you would continue to go down a
- 10:11road that doesn't work for you. I don't get it. I don't.
- 10:18And this is what Republican candidates have to figure out a way around. You
- 10:24have got to go to places where folks of color are hanging out, or
- 10:31where they live, or where they shop, or where they go have dinner,
- 10:39and get across from a table, face to face, and say,
- 10:41what exactly is it that you're looking for from leadership? What do you want?
- 10:48You may be surprised. Maybe some of them say to be left alone,
- 10:54to be allowed personal and individual freedoms like everyone else. And then maybe
- 11:01you can cultivate that and move forward and push forward and instead of having this
- 11:07dependency society that has been cultivated and grown to this monstrous animal that it is
- 11:15right now, maybe we can get back to the founder's original intending that you
- 11:20are what you make your life. And it's really that simple. So once
- 11:24again, my name is Lee Elsie, first hour filling in tonight's surprise,
- 11:28filling for the great Wayne Allen Root, who will be here in a little
- 11:31less than sixty minutes. Now, all right, we'll take a short break,
- 11:35we'll come right back. I also want to talk a little bit about
- 11:39something Victor Davis Hanson had to say, and we'll chat about that this hour
- 11:46as well. Keep it right here, you're listening to the USA Audio Network

- 16:52Eight hundred seven three four one two two nine eight hundred seven three four
- 16:56twelve twenty nine. All right, Welcome back USA Audio Network, Raw and
- 17:14unfiltered. My name is Lee Elsie, the official fill in host for Wayne
- 17:18Allen Root. I think I can call myself the official fill in host for
- 17:22Wayne Allen Rut. It's been like what five or six years now, Christopher
- 17:26something like that. When Wayne is out, I am in and always honored
- 17:30to do so. Wayne's actually hosting Real America's Voice doing a segment, kind
- 17:38of strangling his time right now, but he will be here after the top
- 17:42of the hour, so stick around for all of that. If you're waiting
- 17:45up for Wayne Allen Rut, it won't be much longer. You'll have him
- 17:48to listen to again in a mere forty five minutes or so. But for
- 17:52now, I want to tell you about a couple of things going on around
- 17:55the world. Organizations deep in Lebanon fighter jets recently attacked two military headquarters and
- 18:02apparently did significant damage. The attacks were carried out in response to launches carried
- 18:07out by terrorist organizations has Bla towards the north of the country earlier yesterday morning.
- 18:14In addition, earlier today, a military structure in the Al Jahim area
- 18:19and a terrorist infrastructure were also attacked and destroyed. So the back and forth
- 18:26they go, I had to guesst on this morning. A smart guy wrote
- 18:33a column though a pro Palestinian column, anti Israel column, and was calling
- 18:41for a ceasefire, and I ran out of time in our conversation this morning.
- 18:45But again, I can't emphasize this enough those of us who are looking
- 18:52through this with the lens that you want an end result that's beneficial for our
- 19:00closest ally, and you also want the least amount of life lost. But
- 19:07the big picture of this is and again I know this just redundant, but
- 19:14I'll say it again, since we're talking about this, Israel has a right
- 19:18to defend themselves, and in defending themselves if they feel that they have been
- 19:23pushed to the ultimate edge. And the ultimate edge was what happened on October
- 19:27seventh, when twelve hundred of their people were slaughtered and numbers were untold,
- 19:36numbers were taken hostage, some still hostage all these months later, Israel made
- 19:41a decision that in response to what you've done to us, we are going
- 19:45to kill every single member of Hamas. That is the gauntlet that they threw
- 19:53down, and Israel picked it up and said, Okay, you're going to
- 19:57rape and pillage and burn and crucifying and kill and slaughter our citizens. We
- 20:03are going to destroy you. That's the decision that they made, and that
- 20:10is what they're trying to do now. Again, not to sound overly redundant,
- 20:15we've talked about this before. Hamas hides behind their civilians. Israel needs
- 20:22to kill Hamas. Really the only way, at least the only way I
- 20:26know of that we have technically to do that is to bomb them into oblivion.
- 20:33Israel, as far as I know, has taken every single opportunity to
- 20:37warn civilians when these bombs are coming and to get out of the way.
- 20:45But when you're hiding behind your women and children, on your hospitals, under
- 20:48schools, under places of worship, there's only so much that Israel can do.
- 20:56If you're in charge of a country and your country is relying on you
- 21:00to protect their citizens. That's the difference between the United States and Israel.
- 21:03We don't protect our own citizens. We bring and invite in more citizens.
- 21:07Our president has decided that our citizens, the United States citizens, are expendable,
- 21:14so he has decided to replace all of us with foreigners. And that's
- 21:18what's happening at the southern border. At least in Israel. Nat Yahoo decided,
- 21:23no, my citizens are valuable. You can't just slaughter my citizens.
- 21:29In response, I'm going to devastate you, and they have. Now.
- 21:33It's very sad, and I say that with complete sincerity. It's incredibly sad
- 21:40that this many you want to call them, innocent Palestinians have perished in the
- 21:47bombings. Okay, I'll give you that. It's incredibly sad that this has
- 21:52happened, But this is something that is a direct result of Hamas leadership again
- 22:02hiding behind women and children. There is nothing, nothing on the face of
- 22:07this earth that's more deplorable than that. And yet time and time and time
- 22:11and time and time again, by the idiots here who live in this country,
- 22:14they're given a pass on this issue. In particular, the idiots that
- 22:21inhabit Hollywood, they don't seem to understand that. And of course our college
- 22:25campuses across the country, they don't get it. So I just wanted to
- 22:27throw that out there, that fighting is still happening, even though you might
- 22:32not see it every second of every day. On the nightly news, we
- 22:36get the updates from time to time, and I wanted to pass that along
- 22:37to you. All right, let me take a short break once again.

- 30:22trick. Here to prevent any disease. Welcome back us, Hey Audio Network,
- 30:32I'm Lee Elsie. Wayne will be here right after the top of the
- 30:33hour. I said earlier, I wanted to make this a a racially themed
- 30:37hour broadcast and I ran across this video. It's like eight minutes long Victor
- 30:42Davis Hanson. Obviously, I'm not going to play all eight minutes here.
- 30:45I want to play about ninety seconds or so. And I think it perfectly
- 30:52encapsulates where America has devolved, and I think he does a brilliant job breaking
- 31:00down some of the motivation behind it. So this is Victor Davis Hansen,
- 31:07and it's titled the worst thing any president has done in my lifetime. When
- 31:14Barack Obama came into power, he did something I don't think anybody recognizes,
- 31:18but it was the most deleterious thing in my life that any present's done.
- 31:22He took the binary of the unique African American experience, which was like no
- 31:30other minority, and that binary had been something that binary since the Civil War
- 31:36and the Civil Rights move had been something the United States was working and succeeding
- 31:38in. And he said that it's not just black versus white, it's everybody
- 31:45who is non white. They're part of a collective. And all of a
- 31:49sudden, I noticed that people who were rich farm owners with ten thousand acres
- 31:55from the Punjab, or a third generation Japanese taumetrist, or a upper middle
- 32:02class professor from Brazil was telling me that he was diverse, and all of
- 32:07a sudden, they were part of this group, and we were all going
- 32:10to find some type of edge. So we had what Elizabeth warrens saying she
- 32:15was Native American. We had Rachel Dozel saying she was black, and it
- 32:21became kind of a part of the game. Among friends of mine, they
- 32:23said, you know, your children have Oklahoma blood in them, maybe they
- 32:29are Cherokee. Once you take a DNA and they can get a little Everybody
- 32:32was trying to find some edge, and it shows you how racist we've become,
- 32:37because as you know, in the Old South, everybody was doing the
- 32:40opposite. Everybody was scared stiff that somewhere in their past they had black blood
- 32:45and they had one sixteenth was the rule. One drop. If you could
- 32:50trace a African American, then you were considered African American. Now we've gone
- 32:53back to the Confederate idea and just flipped it, but it's still racist.
- 32:58So we are truck tribal people now, and that's there's no society, whether
- 33:02it's the Balkans or Rwanda. We know where that goes. We know what
- 33:06we have a destiny with because everybody to survive will start being tribal. There
- 33:12you go. The one big thing that I take away from that just the
- 33:15idea that somewhere along the line, America no longer was looking just for the
- 33:23best to do the job, whatever that job was. Just get the best
- 33:29person for that job, no matter skin color, sex, religion, whatever
- 33:35it was or is. And we have absolutely lost our way. We now
- 33:40go to the extremes to make sure we find somebody suitable because of the color
- 33:49of their skin and because of their either sexual background, or religion or lack
- 33:54thereof. It is a far far cry from what wegionally or should have originally
- 34:00intended, which is the best of the best end up succeeding. If you're
- 34:07lazy and you don't have any initiative, or you're not that smart, or
- 34:10you're not that well read, or you're not whatever, you don't get that
- 34:15position, or you don't you know, get that particular job, or you
- 34:21don't get whatever it is that you don't get because you're not willing to work
- 34:25harder than the guy next to you. And that doesn't matter what color you
- 34:30are, what sex you prefer or, and what God you you pray to.
- 34:37And if we ever find that racism, and I'm comfortable, of course
- 34:43saying this, if we ever find somebody is decided to be prejudice against someone
- 34:47else because of the color of their skin and won't give them that opportunity,
- 34:52that person should be held responsible to the full extent of the law, whatever
- 34:57it is. But that doesn't work in reverse, right, It's almost laughed
- 35:04off as if it's eh, you know, you had two hundred years of
- 35:08ruling the roost, it's sort of our time. Instead of let's just let
- 35:12the best people prosper and everybody else you can raise your game. It's that
- 35:20simple, no matter what color you are. The United States is the least
- 35:24racist nation on Earth, and you can make the argument that it's the least
- 35:29racist country in the history of this planet. Keep in mind, I didn't
- 35:36say America has never been racist. Our list of atrocities in the context of
- 35:42race is disgraceful, demoralizing, and in many cases indefensible. And everyone always
- 35:49points to slavery as the curse that will forever haunt the soul of this great
- 35:52society. But that stain wasn't conceived nor confined to America. Almost every civilization,
- 36:01from the ancient Egyptians to the Native American Cherokees all tethered to the shame
- 36:07of enslavement. That's right, all of them. In fact, slavery lives
- 36:10on today. Depending upon which estimate you read, there could be anywhere from
- 36:15fifty to eighty million slaves around the world. I stand by my original statement
- 36:23that America is the least racist country in the world. It may take time,
- 36:28but the United States will always move mountains to rectify injustices. It is
- 36:35my contention that with each passing generation, the very idea that people are judged
- 36:43solely by their skin color fades. This country is changing, It's getting browner,
- 36:47and the population grows slows among whites. The result will be a slow
- 36:51death of what the left call systemic racism. To be clear, systemic racism,
- 36:55by definition, is a form of racism that is embedded through laws within
- 37:01societies or organizations. It can lead to such issues as discrimination and criminal justice,
- 37:08employment, housing, healthcare, political power, and education. A systemically
- 37:15racist nation would never have elected Barack Obama president. Individuals. Individuals can harbor
- 37:24racism, but the evolution of this nation has broken and is breaking, any
- 37:30framework of the residue and its effects that continue to sit on the surfaces in
- 37:38some institutions. And if our demographics are clearly changing, why is it necessary
- 37:47to bludgeon students with these ideas about critical race theory and everything associated with it.
- 37:55Just teach history, and if you find that there's a teacher that isn't
- 38:02teaching history in its entirety, replace them. Today, students already view the
- 38:09world very differently than their grandparents. But this deep division, this animosity,
- 38:15this idea that somehow there is a large group of people trying to keep another
- 38:23group of people down is just completely inaccurate. Children should not be taught American
- 38:31children. American school children should not be taught their country is inherently evil.
- 38:37Parents should be demanding history in its entirety. Again, be taught all history,
- 38:44but it shouldn't serve one racial agenda over another. That's just my thoughts
- 38:51on that area. By the way, speaking of teachers, a scholar who
- 38:54specializes in diversity, equity and inclusion who the comment that whites are psychopaths during
- 39:02a recent guest lecture at the University of California, San Francisco has drawn outrage
- 39:07and scrutiny. Now, this was about a month ago as part of Black
- 39:13History Month. DEI expert Dante King, and he gave a few speeches around,
- 39:21but one in particular at the University of California, San Francisco said diagnosing
- 39:28whiteness and anti blackness, white psychopathy collective psychosis in the trauma of America.
- 39:35Many comments were critical to the scholars lecture, which also argues that whiteness is
- 39:40rife with delusions and perversion. This teacher also went on to say that the
- 39:45law allows for the white rape of black women. Whites are psychopaths. King
- 39:52said and their behavior represents an underlying biological transmitted proclivity with roots d in their
- 40:00evolutionary history. You're allowed to teach. It is widely reported that the US
- 40:07criminal justice system is systemically biased in regard to criminal adjudication based on race and
- 40:15class. Specifically, there is a concern that black and Latino defendants, as
- 40:20well as poor defendants, receive harsher sentences than Whites or Asians or wealthier defendants.
- 40:27So there it is pardon the pun in black and white for you to
- 40:31chew on this afternoon slash evening. All right, my name is Lee Elsie.

- 46:07My name is Lee Elsie. Special guest joining me right now is Steven Bucci.
- 46:12He's got well over forty years of military excellence and we rely on him
- 46:16for just about everything that happens to have something to do with the military.
- 46:21However, I'm going to start today's line of questioning focusing in on the state
- 46:25of the Union. I'm on record saying the Democrats can actually claim a win
- 46:30because he actually finished this speech as opposed to falling over his tongue. But
- 46:35give me your sixty thousand foot view of the president's state of the Union.
- 46:39Well, the first one, probably the biggest, is here's a guy who
- 46:45campaigned on saying he was going to unify the country, and he made absolutely
- 46:52not just no effort to unify the country. He seemed to go out of
- 46:55his way beyond anybody else, even beyond President Trump his most you know,
- 47:00he could be obnoxious sometimes, but Biden really went over the top to be
- 47:07as as adversarial towards anyone who disagreed with him at all, you know,
- 47:14right down to telling people they didn't know how to read the bill. There,
- 47:19what he's saying is true. There's there's no doubt what I'm saying.
- 47:22I mean, he was just really sure of the ultimate grumpy old man,
- 47:28and being a grumpy old man myself, I know what that means. Not
- 47:30quite at his level or his age, but you know, he was just
- 47:35nasty the whole way. He made Nancy Pelosi look warm and cuddly. Yeah,
- 47:40I felt like he was yelling at me for an hour and ten minutes.
- 47:44I really listen. I didn't agree with anything that he was saying,
- 47:45and I kept pointing out that's a lie, that's a lie, that's a
- 47:49lie, that's a lie. But even above that, it was sort of
- 47:52like a like your you know, your grandfather scolding you for you know,
- 47:55running around on his finally manicured launch. Yeah, exactly what it was.
- 48:00And uh and then like you say, I mean, he he's never had
- 48:05a really close relationship with you know, truth and accuracy. Uh and and
- 48:09that you know split continued that night. Uh. He just you know,
- 48:15the thinking, the uh, the economy is in great shape, and everybody's
- 48:22fine, and everybody is happy with what he's been doing. Uh. You
- 48:25know, if he really believes that, then people have really been lying to
- 48:30him and you know, keeping him in a tighter bubble than we probably thought.
- 48:36Uh, it's it's really crazy now. They obviously juiced him up with
- 48:40something because he had more energy than he's had since he's been president, you
- 48:45know, for that hour and a half there. Uh. You know,
- 48:50he loves the politic. He loves to shake hands. Not sure he really
- 48:52knew who he was shaking hands with most of the time. Uh, but
- 48:57his responses during the speed each were off. Okay, he didn't have any
- 49:04of his you know, strange Joe Biden language sentences that made absolutely no sense.
- 49:09And he only got that stare like what's going on here? You know,
- 49:15once or twice for shorter periods of time than usual. But the substance
- 49:19of it was not something that you know, damage should be thrilled about.
- 49:25It was still you know, pretty much nothing but the wavetops and those wavetops
- 49:31as you pointed out in large measure were not accurate. You know, Steven,
- 49:36I'll leave it with this, and you could take the last word here,
- 49:38but it's just disrespectful to the American people to lie in their face for
- 49:45ninety minutes and then take a victory lap as if somehow you've done something wonderful.
- 49:49It's just so disingenuous and it's all things wrong with politics. Well it
- 49:52is. It is insulting. But you know, if you if your administration
- 49:59sixcess, yes, doing air quotes on the radio is so silly. But
- 50:04if in that your definition of that success, you have to just repeatedly say
- 50:08it's not the truth. And then if you say it long enough you hope
- 50:15that the press and the public will go what you know, No, it's
- 50:19this yeah, and you're sitting, Oh no, it never was that.
- 50:22That's just not true, right, you know. I guess you just keep
- 50:25going with what you think worked, all right, Stephen, butchi Heritage Foundation
- 50:29switching from that. CNN now has a headline and maybe you can explain it
- 50:31to me. I don't understand it. Russian invasion of Ukraine is now an
- 50:36air quotes production war. NATO official says, what's a production war, Stephen.
- 50:43They're referring to who can make more bombs and bullets faster? And you
- 50:49know that is Russia gonna run out of ordinance or will Ukraine run out on
- 50:57ordinance? In Ukraine, there's the extra step there in that they're not making
- 51:01this stuff themselves. They make some things in there, they alter things and
- 51:06tweak them, but for the most part, everything they're getting, every weapons
- 51:10system and the rounds that come out of them, whether they're just bullets or
- 51:15you know, guided missiles, are all made elsewhere by other countries, right,
- 51:21And will those countries one be able to continue to make this stuff at
- 51:25a rate that allows them to give it to the Ukraine and have enough for
- 51:30themselves and this includes America, And will they be able to get them to
- 51:36Ukraine fast enough to make a difference? So production war is actually an accurate
- 51:43statement. CNN, don't do that. They got that right. But you
- 51:47know, the Russians are making it themselves and moving it across their own countries
- 51:52out in the front. They get stuff from other countries, from China and
- 51:55Iran and maybe from North Korea now, but you know they have a shorter
- 52:02and more reliable of supply chain than you frame him. So that that is
- 52:09the rough. This is a long term, winded out kind of concling.
- 52:15It's not gonna be over quickly. Who's supply manufacturing capabilities and the wherewithal or
- 52:25the willingness to continue to probe that's going to give out, perky sorright,
- 52:30Butcher got a million more questions, but I gotta go time, Steven Bouchie
