A three-month-old baby boy, Maxence, is missing in Hayward, and police believe his mother, Marina Kazakova, may have taken him. A custody order requiring the child’s return to his father on June 30th was not followed, prompting an Amber Alert. Kazakova, 42, is described as 5’6”, 128 lbs, with brown hair and eyes, last seen in a black shirt and blue jeans. Authorities are searching for a white 2016 Mazda CX-5 with license plate 7SJW989, last spotted in Kern County.
