- 1:32Speaker 1: Oh, my God, it's so crazy.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Well, we got Diddy News, diddy News and Diddy News.
- 1:38Speaker 1: We got to get back.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Diddy's been getting a little break a little bit.
- 1:41Speaker 1: A lot of other stuff been happening and then the Dittler just been hiding and hoping we stop talking about him.
- 1:47Speaker 1: But no, he he's still in the mix.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Well, they are about to name names and co-conspirators.
- 1:56Speaker 1: If you've been following this podcast, you know I already told you that you can't have a conspiracy charge without co-conspirators.
- 2:03Speaker 1: So the fact that Diddy was the only one on trial I told you co-conspirators were coming up and we just got the announcement.
- 2:13Speaker 1: I'm going to give you dates and go into some of those details.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Also, the Dittler actually got a victory, a small win.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Well, you can't even, I might not even call it small.
- 2:26Speaker 1: He got a pretty significant win and I'm going to talk about that.
- 2:30Speaker 1: They're looking into something that may have been done wrong when his sale was raided.
- 2:38Speaker 1: As you know, diddy and his defense team are looking for any loophole to get this case dismissed Now.
- 2:44Speaker 1: I don't think any loophole to get this case dismissed not now, I don't think it's gonna get dismissed, but I'm gonna tell you what this motion was and what's going on with that, because you're gonna need to pay attention to that, and I got something to talk about that.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Then came in the left came from left field.
- 3:01Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all saw it, but Fox Sports, which is a, if y'all don't know, that's a channel news station not news channel, but a sports station with Skip Bayless, and actually Shannon Sharp used to be on there.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Well, shit y'all, they are talking about that.
- 3:21Speaker 1: That shit is like Fox Sports is like Epstein island or like freak offs or they've been running that shit like some freaky jeffrey epstein shit, slash diddy.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Um, skip bayless is being sued, a lawsuit, uh, some type of sexual assault, uh, harassment type shit.
- 3:42Speaker 1: But it's really the whole fox sports.
- 3:44Speaker 1: We got to talk about that.
- 3:45Speaker 1: It got joy taylor I don't know if you know the uh female, uh, uh analyst, sports analyst.
- 3:53Speaker 1: This shit is crazy.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Like when I first saw it I kind of thought it was clickbait about skip bayless and wait till y'all hear the details of this shit.
- 4:03Speaker 1: But then I actually did some digging and it's like this is gonna be some big shit, because there's plenty of receipts and these men at fox sports, harassed and the environment that they have for women in there, how they treated women and the truth is coming out is embarrassing and disgusting, and so I'm gonna talk to you, we're gonna talk about that and, like I said, this is gonna be something y'all gonna pay attention to and I was probably gonna be something I'll be covering, um, once more details come out, because I think heads are about to roll and some shit about to happen.
- 4:40Speaker 1: So a lot, a lot of shit.
- 4:42Speaker 1: But before I get into that, y'all know I got a rant.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Let me rant real quick, y'all mind, let me rant.
- 4:47Speaker 1: And also, oh, and I'm gonna talk to you about the new uh subscriptions and all of that, um and the shout outs.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Y'all have been man, we, we having a good time in the subscription world.
- 4:58Speaker 1: The subscribers, y'all know I just uh did the sh Stewart story, another man who was people think Diddy has something to do with his mysterious death after he got caught up.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Shakir Stewart was dating Kim Porter and Diddy didn't like it.
- 5:16Speaker 1: You know it's all in the subscriber stuff, but I appreciate all y'all.
- 5:20Speaker 1: I'm going to talk more about that and some other things I got going on too in the show.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Don't let me forget y'all, as if y'all could'm gonna talk more about that and some other things I got going on too in the show.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Don't don't let me forget y'all, as if y'all could remind me.
- 5:28Speaker 1: But you know what I mean.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Um, but let me rant real quick.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Uh, and this rant is about apple.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Um, apple, are you listening?
- 5:36Speaker 1: I am not getting no new fucking iphone.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I don't care what type of tricks you try.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Now let me tell y'all something.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Y'all know that story about how they say like Apple starts fucking with your phone and making your phone mess up when the new iPhone comes out, and so I used to think that was bullshit until.
- 6:01Speaker 1: But guess why?
- 6:03Speaker 1: I didn't know.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Because back in the day I'm gonna say back in the day, just a little while ago I was one of those ones that I had to have the newest iphone every time that fucker dropped.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I didn't care what it was.
- 6:16Speaker 1: If it came out today, I needed it today or yesterday, like I used to be that type.
- 6:22Speaker 1: So I never experienced them fucking up my phone or fucking with my phone, because I always got the new one before they could do that.
- 6:32Speaker 1: But then in the recent years when I got, I've gotten into my old man stage.
- 6:38Speaker 1: You know, old man, we like to keep everything, we don't want the new shit.
- 6:43Speaker 1: And I'm embracing my old, my old man chapter.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I'm going into it, I like it.
- 6:50Speaker 1: So you know, when you're old man, I don't give a you, everything you, when you become an old man, everything you had be like 20 years.
- 6:56Speaker 1: You pointed some shoes, I like those shoes.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Oh, man, I'm.
- 6:59Speaker 1: And you'd be like, oh yeah, man, I'm glad you like it.
- 7:01Speaker 1: I had these shoes 10 years, 15 years.
- 7:04Speaker 1: That's when you're getting old.
- 7:05Speaker 1: I had these shoes 10 years, 15 years.
- 7:05Speaker 1: That's when you get old.
- 7:06Speaker 1: You just had shit for 20 years, just regular shit.
- 7:09Speaker 1: So now I'm embracing.
- 7:11Speaker 1: I don't want.
- 7:12Speaker 1: I got listen y'all.
- 7:13Speaker 1: I got an iPhone 13.
- 7:14Speaker 1: And I got two phones, no-transcript, none of them.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Because I'm not doing it.
- 7:40Speaker 1: I'm tired of.
- 7:42Speaker 1: I'm not doing that, no more.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Um, I'm not paying three thousand dollars for a phone every two months.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I did that.
- 7:49Speaker 1: That, that was my thing, I had to have it.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Now I don't give a fuck, I'm old man.
- 7:53Speaker 1: So, um, now, guess what y'all I'm all of a sudden, I'm trying to, my phone is doing some weird shit, like it gets down to 10% Because, you know, the new iPhone came out and T-Mobile tried to get me to get it, and man, they've been pressing me.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I'm like, are y'all working for Apple?
- 8:12Speaker 1: Because they've been pressing me?
- 8:13Speaker 1: So, anyway, little shit was happening.
- 8:17Speaker 1: But it's like now Apple getting aggressive Because now my phone goes to 10% and then it just dies.
- 8:24Speaker 1: I'm like when did that?
- 8:32Speaker 1: What is that?
- 8:33Speaker 1: Like y'all really trying, y'all really trying me and I'm not.
- 8:35Speaker 1: I'm not biting y'all, I'm not getting a new one.
- 8:38Speaker 1: I learned I'm in my old man, my uncle jim.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Rest in peace, uncle j.
- 8:42Speaker 1: But that guy, that uncle taught me how to hold on to money and how to be responsible.
- 8:49Speaker 1: He was the one of the one in the family that all his vehicles was from the 80s and he didn't have a car note on none of them and they ran like a dream.
- 9:01Speaker 1: But they look like shit.
- 9:02Speaker 1: I'm going to be honest with you Now.
- 9:04Speaker 1: They look like they didn't even run.
- 9:06Speaker 1: But my uncle always believed in fixing what you have.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Fuck new shit, fix what you have, save your money.
- 9:14Speaker 1: And that uncle was the one in the one of the people in the family always had a lot of money and I learned from him and so I'm keeping my old iPhone until this motherfucker don't do anything.
- 9:30Speaker 1: And Apple, if you listening, you can stop trying to mess with my phone, because I will put this thing in the shop and get the battery and put a new battery in here.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Like my uncle, I will do that before I get a new one so you can start with the games.
- 9:49Speaker 1: And if y'all have experienced that, when the new iPhone come out and they start putting the heebie-jeebies on your phone that you got because they want you to get the new one, talk about it in the fan mail.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Let's talk about that because we not going.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I like my old phone and I'm sticking with it.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I don't care what you say, it's paid for, it's mine.
- 10:11Speaker 1: I don't want the new shit because it got five cameras on the back of it and all that.
- 10:16Speaker 1: I don't know how to use.
- 10:17Speaker 1: None of that shit anyway.
- 10:18Speaker 1: So everybody out there, hey, if you want the new iphone, you know my thing.
- 10:22Speaker 1: I don't hate on you.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Do what you want to do, but for me and for the people like me that's saying I'm boycotting new ones.
- 10:30Speaker 1: I'm sticking with this, with my 13 and my little 11.
- 10:35Speaker 1: And then, real quick, the reason why I got embarrassed about the 11, I was going off on T-Mobile one time on T-Mobile one time and the representative was like well, we see that you have a 13 and then you have an 11.
- 10:51Speaker 1: I said I don't have no damn 11.
- 10:55Speaker 1: At the time I didn't you know, I wasn't used to having old phones.
- 10:58Speaker 1: So I'm like ain't, no way I got an 11.
- 11:00Speaker 1: I'm like even my 11 at least has to be a 13.
- 11:02Speaker 1: So she told me how to find out what you know.
- 11:05Speaker 1: She walked me through how to go to certain settings and see what phone you had.
- 11:09Speaker 1: And I'm walking through it and I'm just like, yeah, because there's no way I got 11.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I go through that thing, that thing say iPhone 11.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Y'all, I had to apologize.
- 11:21Speaker 1: I had to tell her.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I apologize.
- 11:23Speaker 1: I didn't know my phone was that old.
- 11:26Speaker 1: I got humbled real quick.
- 11:28Speaker 1: So anyway, off of that, shout out to Apple, I'm not getting no new iPhone.
- 11:34Speaker 1: I just want to let y'all know that I don't give a fuck what tricks they try to put on my new phone, on my 13.
- 11:39Speaker 1: But speaking of tricks, the feds have a trick for the diddler.
- 11:46Speaker 1: They are about to name names and co-conspirators and they got a date and that date they are saying they are going to do this by March 7th, which is a day after my birthday.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Shout out to all the Pisces.
- 12:07Speaker 1: And, like I say, we got to get into it because they even bringing up the Kid Cudi blowing up shit incident when, allegedly, diddy blew up Kid Cudi's car.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Kid Cudi is a rapper from Cleveland Actually went to the same high school as me.
- 12:24Speaker 1: I know Kid Cudi's car.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Kid Cudi is a rapper from Cleveland Actually went to the same high school as me.
- 12:25Speaker 1: I know Kid Cudi.
- 12:27Speaker 1: We have, of course, met him face to face quite a few times, but we have mutual friends.
- 12:35Speaker 1: But we both went to Shaker Heights High School Shout out to all the Red Raiders out there.
- 12:39Speaker 1: But they even brought that up about when Diddy allegedly blew up his car because he was talking to Cassie.
- 12:46Speaker 1: It's just a mess and so let's get into it.
- 12:48Speaker 1: As always, welcome to the flow show no filter, the podcast where I dive deep into the hottest story and I spill tea all over your dashboard while you watch it.
- 13:03Speaker 1: And if you walk in your dog, I hold you dashboard while you're watching, and if you're walking your dog, I hold you down while you're walking.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Now, today's episode.
- 13:09Speaker 1: I already told you I'm unpacking all kind of shit with diddy skip bailers and all type of stuff.
- 13:15Speaker 1: But we're talking about diddy right now and word on the street is that the federal prosecutors are about to name names and his alleged co-conspirators.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Ain't this the fucking day we've been waiting for y'all my popcorn and got stale.
- 13:31Speaker 1: I've been having my popcorn waiting for this day.
- 13:33Speaker 1: I gotta get some new pop secret.
- 13:35Speaker 1: So it's a massive racketeering case and, um, y'all already know this is not just no celebrity scandal.
- 13:45Speaker 1: It's got sex trafficking and now arson because of blowing up the car.
- 13:49Speaker 1: It's getting crazy and even organized crime vibes.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I can't believe it.
- 13:59Speaker 1: So let's break it down Now.
- 14:04Speaker 1: According to reports from allhiphopcom, which has been an accredited publication covering all rap and music and news for decades Now.
- 14:12Speaker 1: According to them, the feds are set to drop an Enterprise letter on March 7th.
- 14:19Speaker 1: And I know what you say as soon as I said that what the hell is an Enterprise letter?
- 14:24Speaker 1: And I said the same shit when I first read it.
- 14:27Speaker 1: But you know, I got to the bottom of it and I'm explaining it to you.
- 14:30Speaker 1: So think of a Enterprise letter.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Think of it as the Fed's way of putting together a lineup of everyone they think was in on all the crimes committed by mohawk diddy, aka sean combs the dittler.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Now it's like it casts, it's like a list.
- 14:58Speaker 1: It's a list and it's very dark.
- 15:02Speaker 1: You can look at it as almost like an illegal movie.
- 15:05Speaker 1: That's kind of like what the Enterprise letter is.
- 15:07Speaker 1: It details all the shady shit that went on.
- 15:12Speaker 1: So now Diddy is facing of what we know as a laundry list of charges racketeering, like I said, conspiracy and all of that.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Like I said, conspiracy and all of that.
- 15:26Speaker 1: And one of the incidents that is the wild part Involves a Molotov cocktail being thrown into Kid Cudi's car.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Yes, kid Cudi, why, like I told you, diddy was pissed that Cdy was just being had a little thing with Cassie and you would think Diddy could just, you know, let bygones be bygones.
- 15:57Speaker 1: But no, he got to blow his blow cars up and, like I said, this is a pattern, has been a pattern for Diddy with doing this violent shit to anybody that came within 10 feet of Cassie, even when he wasn't dealing with Cassie anymore, supposedly, like I said in the subscriber.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Only we got another example with the Shakir Stewart, with Diddy, with anybody coming within 10 feet of Kim, mysterious shit happened to him.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Now, luckily Kid Cudi is still here.
- 16:33Speaker 1: He wasn't in the car when it blew up, but Shakir Stewart wasn't that lucky.
- 16:37Speaker 1: So let's continue.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Allegedly Diddy was running what prosecutors are calling a criminal organization.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Now what does that mean?
- 16:51Speaker 1: Basically, the feds are painting a picture of diddy as a kingpin, someone allegedly orchestrating crimes ranging from intimidation and kidnapping to straight up sexual exploitation.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Now one claim dates back to december 2011, where diddy and his associates allegedly held someone at gunpoint during a robbery.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Like how do you, how are you, diddy?
- 17:26Speaker 1: You got people connected to you that are robbing people when you're basically a billionaire?
- 17:31Speaker 1: Y'all this, these people just don't be doing some stupid shit.
- 17:35Speaker 1: So that's one incident.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Now we got another incident that their fans are detailing, when Kid Cudi's car blew up.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Now Kid Cudi's car situation.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Now picture this this is 2012,.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Y'all, and Diddy is allegedly big mad about Cassie's past with Cuddy.
- 18:07Speaker 1: So what does he do?
- 18:09Speaker 1: According to prosecutors, he orders his crew to slash the convertible top of Kid Cuddy's car and set the thing on fire with a Molotov cocktail.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Cuddy later confirmed it, saying this is all true Like damn.
- 18:31Speaker 1: We love drama and hip hop, but this is giving crime.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Thriller Explosions Is what we talking about.
- 18:44Speaker 1: And don't even get me started on the cassie allegations.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Y'all already know about that.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Unless you were living under a rock, you know that cassie filed a lawsuit last year accusing diddy of years of abuse, which she later settled.
- 19:00Speaker 1: But the allegations are being brought up again in this federal case and the feds apparently are connecting some of her claims to these broader racketeering conspiracy stuff.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Messy ain't even a word.
- 19:15Speaker 1: So to help make sense of all this, I uh I did some um, pulling up some legal analysts, uh um, who made a few statements on this, and one is jordan mitchell.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Um enterprise letter.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Jordan mitchell explains that in a little bit more detail, says an enterprise letter is essentially the government's blueprint for how they believe this alleged criminal organization operated.
- 19:49Speaker 1: It lays out who did what, when and how they were connected.
- 19:54Speaker 1: This document is especially important in racketeering cases because it helps prosecutors show that these weren't isolated incidents but rather these were part of a larger organized effort.
- 20:08Speaker 1: So it's like connecting dots on a crime map.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Basically, and if this case moves forward, the enterprise letter will be critical in painting a picture of Diddy's alleged role and the involvement of this supposed co-conspirators.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Now, of course, the internet has a lot to say about this shit.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Some people are screaming innocent until proven guilty, while others are like lock his ass up.
- 20:40Speaker 1: So let's see what some of the some of the uh internet sleuths have been saying.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Hip-hop groove says diddy has been moving shady for years.
- 20:50Speaker 1: This doesn't surprise me at all.
- 20:52Speaker 1: But a bad boy forever, which is obviously a diddy apologist, tweeted y'all really think the feds have anything solid?
- 21:02Speaker 1: This is a witch hunt.
- 21:03Speaker 1: And then justice for cassie, which you'll know what side they on says.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Finally the truth is coming out.
- 21:11Speaker 1: These allegations are horrifying and I hope justice is served.
- 21:16Speaker 1: So, although people are divided, we all know what we looking for.
- 21:23Speaker 1: We looking for justice, whatever that looks like.
- 21:27Speaker 1: This whole situation, as a matter of fact, has got me thinking about a lot of other high-profile racketeering cases involving celebrities.
- 21:37Speaker 1: I mean, we had somebody with six, nine, um, if y'all remember him, he was caught up in a rico case.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Uh, young thug was caught up in a rico case.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Uh, young thug was caught up in a rico case.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Um, and everybody who was caught up in a case got caught up in and really was held accountable.
- 21:53Speaker 1: Like they're not playing with those ricos these days, from bad boy records to his billionaire status, to being in a prison Built to house inmates.
- 22:08Speaker 1: We don't know what the hell this story is going to.
- 22:10Speaker 1: How did he story going to end on this case?
- 22:12Speaker 1: But we know one thing we will be All the way tuned in, and so we're going, when they talking about names, we're going to sit back and see what celebrities they might name.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Are they gonna name Any of the celebrities the Ashton Kutcher's, the Leonardo DiCaprio's, the J-Lo's, the what or who will be named next?
- 22:42Speaker 1: I have some thoughts and I'm actually compiling a list, working hard.
- 22:47Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 22:47Speaker 1: I'll have my list, probably by the end of this week, of who I think will be named.
- 22:53Speaker 1: But, like I said once this once they named these co-conspirators and released this enterprise letter.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Shit is going to get crazy.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Or because they do have a, they do have a list that they have of celebrities that they do want to go after, according to Tony Busby, that they of celebrities that they do want to go after according to Tony Busby, because, as you know, tony Busby is definitely already said he's working with the feds or whatever.
- 23:29Speaker 1: So when that list comes out, people are going to be they're going to have to whether it's celebrities, whether it's just people that work with Diddy they're going to have to fess up, they're going to have to tell up, they're gonna have to tell, or they're gonna be going down, and so at that point, you're gonna see and hear way more information come out.
- 23:48Speaker 1: So I'm waiting on that day.
- 23:50Speaker 1: But I tell you something else uh, diddy and his and attorneys they know that shit is crucial and but they just filed a motion or got a a little victory, because the uh judge is saying that we need to look into how a certain person who raided, who was a part of the raid when they went and did his room, when they went and did his cell, they looking into him and the judge wants answers from the prosecutors and we about to go into that.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Now, before I go into that, let me give a shout out to everybody.
- 24:28Speaker 1: We just launched officially our subscriber content today.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Actually, we drop in the next chapter in this series, clive and diddy, and in today's um uh episode we'll be talking about kathy white and uh.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Kathy white is the uh.
- 24:54Speaker 1: If you don't know, kathy white was the mistress of jay-z, who, um, who was spilling the beans and was uh saying she was about to go do a tell-all about her possible, you know, pregnancy and and her affair, or whatever you want to call it with jay-z while jay-z was with beyonce and then beyonce announced she was pregnant with Blue and then 48 hours later, kathy White was pronounced dead In her late 20s Out of nowhere with a supposed Aneurysm, and that Is A deep, deep story that ties Jay Z and possibly Diddy and the industry to this murder.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Um, so that would be the episode dropping later today.

- 26:56Speaker 1: Um, when their community subscribes, it just helps them to be able to uh well, helps us to be to say screw these sponsors and a lot of ones we don't want to work with.
- 27:05Speaker 1: We want to build our own community and build our subscriber list and get enough subscribers so we don't have to be worried about what no fucking big company says or what they pissed off about.

- 27:56Speaker 1: If you do three dollars, I do, but if you even give more, I mean, that's just.
- 27:59Speaker 1: I appreciate it so much.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Just want to shout you out uh, dana fritz, uh, I appreciate your four dollar uh subscription donation.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Uh, demita, and demita is the let's call her subscriber of the week because she is the highest subscriber she donated.
- 28:23Speaker 1: She's doing a $13 subscription.
- 28:25Speaker 1: So thank you, demita.
- 28:27Speaker 1: I really appreciate that.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Ida Ortega and y'all know if I say anything wrong with y'all name, you know it's not on purpose.

- 28:36Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, you can email me and correct me on saying it and I'll say it right next time.
- 28:40Speaker 1: But Ida Ortega gave $6.

- 28:43Speaker 1: Ashley Hall did $4 subscriptions.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Sherry Cunningham thank you for the $5 subscription.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Bo Garbet thank you for the $5 subscription, and I think I don't know what to say.
- 28:58Speaker 1: Ashley and Amanda thank you for the $4 subscription.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Antley and amanda thank you for the four dollar subscription.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Antoinette wood thank you for the five dollar subscription.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Elizabeth freeze thank you for the five dollar subscription.
- 29:08Speaker 1: And thank all of y'all for the uh, for the uh, for all, the all, the all the subscribers.
- 29:17Speaker 1: And then let me just say give a very special thanks to these two subscribers.
- 29:23Speaker 1: One is ramona.
- 29:24Speaker 1: I actually have a letter to read from her.
- 29:26Speaker 1: I'll do that at the end of the show.
- 29:28Speaker 1: But, uh, ramona has been a ten dollar, was a ten dollar subscriber from the start.
- 29:33Speaker 1: She subscribed when it wasn't even nothing to subscribe to.
- 29:36Speaker 1: I didn't even have no content available.
- 29:38Speaker 1: So much love to you.
- 29:40Speaker 1: And chocolate marie was a five, has been a five dollar subscriber when it was nothing to subscribe at.
- 29:45Speaker 1: So I I subscribe too.
- 29:47Speaker 1: I appreciate y'all so much and I'm looking forward, um, to all the many things that I'm bringing to y'all with this new uh subscriber only content, and I got more news about that, but I'm gonna save it to the end of the show.
- 30:01Speaker 1: You know I like to keep things rolling, so let me, uh, let's get into this this win that uh diddy just got, because I'm gonna tell y'all I think we cool, I think it's.
- 30:14Speaker 1: You know, I don't think it's no big deal, but it just scares me when they keep, you know, when the defense keeps bringing up these motions about the raid and keep talking about his amendment and talking about his first.
- 30:30Speaker 1: You know his rights and diddy's um rights being violated, and I started thinking, like, are they about to dismiss this trial?
- 30:39Speaker 1: But, uh, let's get into it.
- 30:41Speaker 1: They they're not though.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Um, but they are looking trial, but let's get into it.
- 30:42Speaker 1: They're not, though, but they are looking into this.
- 30:44Speaker 1: So let's get into this Victory.
- 30:47Speaker 1: So let's see.
- 30:51Speaker 1: They recently did.
- 30:54Speaker 1: These legal teams scored a significant victory when the US, when the US District Judge Aram Sabramanian, has ordered federal prosecutors to provide detailed information about the Bureau of Prisons investigator from West Virginia and they're referring to the person who they're talking about.
- 31:16Speaker 1: They're referring to him as Investigator One.
- 31:22Speaker 1: They are saying that Investigator One is being accused of unlawfully accessing Diddy's confidential legal notes during a raid at the Metropolitan Detention Center.
- 31:36Speaker 1: This order is crucial because it addresses the potential violations of Diddy's Fourth Amendment rights against unlawful searches and seizures, as well as his Sixth Amendment, right to counsel.
- 31:52Speaker 1: If the prosecution access privilege information, it could taint their entire case.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Um, according to the reports, during a sweep of j of diddy's jail cell, investigator one allegedly sees handwritten notes containing defense strategies and shared them with the prosecute prosecutors.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Diddy's attorneys argue that this constitutes a blatant violation of his constitutional rights and have called for a another hearing called a cus castiger hearing, and the spelling on that word is k-a-s-t-i-g-a-r.
- 32:37Speaker 1: This hearing would require the government to prove that none of the evidence they plan to use was derived from the seized materials.
- 32:47Speaker 1: So they got another big hearing coming up y'all concerning diddy's fourth amendment rights being violated.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Now a quote on uh, as I, and I quote from diddy's attorney we believe that the government's actions have compromised mr combs right to a fair trial.
- 33:08Speaker 1: The seizure of privileged communications is unacceptable and we will pursue all legal avenues to address this misconduct conduct.
- 33:19Speaker 1: Now prosecutors prosecutors, on the other hand, maintained that the raid was part of a routine security operation that was not specifically targeted at diddy and they argued that any materials obtained were were incidental and have not influenced their case.
- 33:39Speaker 1: However, the judge order suggests that there is a sufficient concern to warrant further investigation into the matter.
- 33:48Speaker 1: So basically, the prosecution said look, we didn't use none of that shit and it ain't that serious, but the judge wants answers, but the judge wants answers.
- 34:12Speaker 1: So, um, also the uh the analyst, jordan mitchell, spoke on this and to provide more insight into this legal matter that we got going on because it gets a little confusing.
- 34:19Speaker 1: So he basically said the judge's order indicates a serious concern about potential prosecution misconduct.
- 34:28Speaker 1: If it's proven that the prosecution excess privilege information, it could lead to significant repercussions, including the possibility of certain evidence being suppressed or, in extreme cases, the dismissal of charges.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Now, with the trial scheduled for May 5th 2025, these revelations could have substantial impact on the proceedings.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Diddy's legal team is also seeking the appointment of a special master to oversee the handling of privileged materials, arguing that the current process lacks adequate safeguards.
- 35:10Speaker 1: Now, a special master acts as an independent third party to review potential privileged materials, ensuring that the defendants rights are protected and that the prosecution does not gain an unfair advantage.
- 35:32Speaker 1: So this is getting confusing y'all, and it's getting.
- 35:36Speaker 1: But bottom line is they feel like Diddy's.
- 35:39Speaker 1: The defense feels like his Fourth Amendment rights were violated during that rape, especially by Investigator One, and, of course, the prosecution is saying bullshit.
- 35:52Speaker 1: So I'm just, that's the simple way to put it.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Now, this case has garnered significant public interest, not only because of Diddy's celebrity, but due to the serious nature of what the hell is going on.
- 36:11Speaker 1: So, long story short, we, um we got to play close attention and because if they find out some truth to this shit, they could be trying to dismiss charges.
- 36:27Speaker 1: I don't know about all charges, maybe some charges, but you never know how far um you know legal, uh, um, how far they're gonna take it.
- 36:37Speaker 1: You know.
- 36:37Speaker 1: You just don't know.
- 36:38Speaker 1: It's a crap shoot and, um, we are, definitely, will, definitely.
- 36:45Speaker 1: I'll be watching this closely, um, and see what the judge ends up ruling on all of this.
- 36:52Speaker 1: This is something we need to know, so be looking out for that.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Um, the minute we get answers on this, I'm gonna let you know, because this is I don't know if everybody's even really talking about it, but this is important right here, because we don't know what investigator one did.
- 37:09Speaker 1: He could have done something, um, you know, seriously wrong and had serious misconduct that can affect the case.
- 37:17Speaker 1: We don't know.
- 37:17Speaker 1: So, let's, let's definitely pay attention to what the hell they got going on and we will definitely, uh, continue to watch.
- 37:27Speaker 1: But the diddy, diddy, diddy, diddy, uh, speaking of diddy you always think of, now, like, when you think of Diddy, you think of freak offs.
- 37:43Speaker 1: It's like you used to think of the mogul.
- 37:46Speaker 1: Now it's like you don't even really think about his music, um, as much as you think about this freak off, that guy that's been on some Epstein shit.
- 37:54Speaker 1: And now it's like all of this shit is getting uncovered, because now skip bayless and fox sports got a 1.5 million dollar problem on their hand and it could be even worse.
- 38:10Speaker 1: This let me give you the the general context of it before I give you the full breakdown, but basically this is what's going on.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Skip Bayless and Fox are being sued for sexual harassment.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Skip Bayless allegedly offered a hairdresser or hairstylist that worked for Fox Sports 1.5 million dollars for sex.
- 38:36Speaker 1: He's he's accused of giving long, lingering, perverted hugs and kisses and pressing against her breasts.
- 38:44Speaker 1: Also, plaintiffs claimed that she told him that she told him that you have a wife and he said that don't, that don't matter.
- 38:54Speaker 1: Aren't you muslim?
- 38:55Speaker 1: Doesn't your dad have three or four wives?
- 38:57Speaker 1: Another fox exec groped her and also this is in the lawsuit, and basically the lawsuit is describing fox sports as a misogynistic, racist and uh, ableist workplace culture.
- 39:15Speaker 1: Wow, so let's get into that.
- 39:20Speaker 1: This is is in.
- 39:21Speaker 1: Fox Sports is a huge network and this is this lady has receipts on top of receipts and I always tell you if I'm bringing you a case, normally I'm early on it, as far as before it even gets out of control.
- 39:38Speaker 1: But I usually bring it to you because I know which ones are going to get out of control and you can mark my words this fox sports case is about to be out of control.
- 39:48Speaker 1: People about to get fired.
- 39:50Speaker 1: Money's about to be.
- 39:51Speaker 1: Uh uh, money is about to be thrown at people and we are gonna get answers to a lot of the shit we didn't know, like why was shannon sharp actually fired?
- 40:01Speaker 1: You know shannon sharp actually fired.
- 40:02Speaker 1: You know shannon sharp was on there.
- 40:04Speaker 1: Uh, you know he got club shea shea and all this other stuff going on, but he was fired and we really never gave was given a reason.
- 40:10Speaker 1: This might have something to do with it.
- 40:13Speaker 1: So check this out.
- 40:17Speaker 1: Knowing, knowinggy, a former Fox hair sports hairstylist, just filed the mother of all lawsuits and is blowing up an entire network.
- 40:34Speaker 1: We talk in sexual harassment, shady backdoor dealsaliation and everything in between.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Nobody is safe Joy Taylor, skip Bayless, charlie Dixon Even Shannon Sharp's name Is being dragged into this mix.
- 40:54Speaker 1: So check it out.
- 40:56Speaker 1: Let's call Noah, noah and Faggy, the hairstylist who turned whistleblower.
- 41:05Speaker 1: So, uh, noah, knowing, a persian hairstylist, started working at fox sports in 2012.
- 41:18Speaker 1: For years, she kept her head down, did her job and stayed out of the spotlight.
- 41:24Speaker 1: She she wasn't some overnight hire that just was given a position.
- 41:32Speaker 1: She earned it.
- 41:34Speaker 1: She put in work.
- 41:35Speaker 1: She styled everyone, from joy taylor to call colin cowherd to skip bayliss, and she finally landed a full-time gig in 2016, thanks to joy taylor.
- 41:50Speaker 1: More on joy in a second, because she is being implicated into some shady shit herself in all of this mess.
- 41:58Speaker 1: Now, at first, things seem normal and as normal as they can be.
- 42:04Speaker 1: It's always some bullshit in the game.
- 42:08Speaker 1: Y'all know that, and and and no one faggy found out firsthand.
- 42:15Speaker 1: Now she said she started noticing some shady stuff and by 2023 she had seen enough to go ahead and blow the whistle on all of it.
- 42:25Speaker 1: And her lawsuit isn't just about her.
- 42:28Speaker 1: It's about exposing the whole network and everybody involved.
- 42:34Speaker 1: Now this lawsuit has us questioning many things, and one of them is Joy Taylor's meteoric rise.
- 42:45Speaker 1: And now we're calling that a suspicious meteoric rise.
- 42:50Speaker 1: Check it out, joy Taylor.
- 42:56Speaker 1: She joined Fox in 2016 as a fresh face.
- 43:00Speaker 1: Fox in 2016 as a fresh face.
- 43:09Speaker 1: But according to the hairstylist Faggy, joy didn't just climb the corporate ladder, she jumped it.
- 43:14Speaker 1: And how did she pull that off?
- 43:15Speaker 1: Allegedly by getting cozy with who is an executive VP of content at Fox Sports.
- 43:21Speaker 1: Now Miss Faggy claims Joy and Charlie's relationship wasn't just professional.
- 43:30Speaker 1: It was personal, flirty and flat out inappropriate.
- 43:35Speaker 1: Oh, and here's the fucking kicker.
- 43:37Speaker 1: Joy was married at the time.
- 43:44Speaker 1: She just moved from Miami to LA without her husband.
- 43:50Speaker 1: But according to Miss Faggy, it didn't take long for her to start building connections.
- 44:02Speaker 1: One night Joy invited Miss Faggy out for drinks.
- 44:07Speaker 1: Innocent enough, right?
- 44:09Speaker 1: Nope, guess who was there.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Miss Faggy, charlie dick dixon shows up at the bar buying drinks, getting touchy with joy and acting way too familiar.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Miss faggy says the whole vibe was off.
- 44:25Speaker 1: But she didn't say anything.
- 44:27Speaker 1: She said she wasn't about to stir the pot.
- 44:31Speaker 1: And then the next morning she runs into char Charlie at work.
- 44:35Speaker 1: And now, mind you, she didn't know when they were out for drinks at that time she didn't know who Charlie was.
- 44:44Speaker 1: So when Miss Faggy showed up the next next day for work at Fox Sports, she sees Joy, of course.
- 44:53Speaker 1: But then she sees she sees Charlie, the same guy that was flirting with Joy.
- 44:57Speaker 1: But then she sees she sees Charlie, the same guy that was flirting with Joy.
- 45:03Speaker 1: So then that's when Faggy asked Joy about it and Joy just brushed it off and said Charlie's just a friend, just a friend.
- 45:13Speaker 1: So Miss Faggy wasn't buying it.
- 45:14Speaker 1: And later Joy allegedly admitted she was hooking up with charlie to secure her spot on fox's show undisputed, if you remember, undisputed is the show was that that has skip bayless and and shannon sharp.
- 45:29Speaker 1: According to the lawsuit, joy even joked and this is when things, things get serious.
- 45:35Speaker 1: Faggy told joy that be careful, because a lot of these powerful men use you up.
- 45:45Speaker 1: You know, fuck you, do this and that, and then you know, fire you and you and and toss you to the side.
- 45:52Speaker 1: And that's when joy taylor told her.
- 45:55Speaker 1: She said I got it under control.
- 46:01Speaker 1: If Charlie fires me, I'll just say that he forced himself on me.
- 46:07Speaker 1: Did y'all hear that?
- 46:12Speaker 1: Joy Taylor is using her vagina to climb the corporate ladder and then says to the hairstylist that if Charlie fires her, she'll just say he sexually assaulted her.
- 46:31Speaker 1: Let's continue Now.
- 46:37Speaker 1: Let's dive a little deeper.
- 46:38Speaker 1: This rabbit.
- 46:40Speaker 1: I told you this is a rabbit hole.
- 46:41Speaker 1: I thought this was clickbait.
- 46:42Speaker 1: I wasn't even gonna talk about this shit.
- 46:43Speaker 1: I wasn't even gonna read it, but something told me to go ahead and read it.
- 46:48Speaker 1: And then, once I read the lawsuit and read oh, this is serious.
- 46:51Speaker 1: Y'all so by 2016, undisputed was launching with Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharp, and Joy Taylor really wanted to be a part of it.
- 47:04Speaker 1: There was one problem Skip Bayless didn't want her there.
- 47:10Speaker 1: The hairstylist claims Skip made it crystal clear around the office that he didn't think Joy was the right fit as a moderator.
- 47:20Speaker 1: But Charlie Dixon had other plans and Charlie Dixon and Skip were cool, so Skip had chose to go ahead and let her ride and let her rock out Now.
- 47:33Speaker 1: Also, according to this lawsuit, charlie threw his weight around to make sure Joy got the gig, even though Skip didn't want her to have it.
- 47:42Speaker 1: And if you notice, if you go back and watch, like the earlier days of Undisputed, skip barely acknowledged Joy.
- 47:51Speaker 1: He treated her like he was always annoyed by her presence and reportedly told colleagues he only accepted her as a favor to charlie.
- 48:02Speaker 1: Meanwhile joy kept playing the game.
- 48:10Speaker 1: Miss faggy claims joy had an entire strategy for how to handle the situation.
- 48:15Speaker 1: She never met charlie in public alone.
- 48:18Speaker 1: She always would bring someone along usually would be miss faggy to avoid, so she could avoid the scandal.
- 48:25Speaker 1: And if anybody called her out or if any paparazzi saw her, she would be ready to spin the narrative if everything in this lawsuit is correct is in which this lady has receipts and something tells me she ain't lying.
- 48:42Speaker 1: Man, when y'all read this stuff and really dig in, you're going to be like, oh, she's not lying.
- 48:46Speaker 1: And Joy Taylor got me looking at her side y'all and I've always thought she was a little, I don't know, like I don't know.
- 48:56Speaker 1: I just didn't.
- 48:58Speaker 1: I a never had a good vibe about joy, and so now it gets creepier.
- 49:05Speaker 1: Now look all of that I done, said right, we haven't even got to the worst shit, or some of the other, that's just, let's just continue.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Then there's Skip Bagless, the man in the middle of a lot of this shit.
- 49:22Speaker 1: Miss Faggy's lawsuit paints Skip as a next level, inappropriate perv.
- 49:28Speaker 1: While she was styling his hair, skip allegedly made constant advances, professing his love and even inviting her to his house.
- 49:42Speaker 1: But the wildest claim is that he offered her 1.5 million dollars to sleep with him.
- 49:46Speaker 1: And I don't, and and she declined it.
- 49:50Speaker 1: It is man.
- 49:54Speaker 1: That's the next level of being a misogynic, toxic, sexual harassing bastard.
- 50:04Speaker 1: When you offer somebody $1.5 million for sex, that's how desperate and bad you are.
- 50:10Speaker 1: And then they not only and then they decline it.
- 50:14Speaker 1: They so turned off by you that you can't get them a million dollars.
- 50:19Speaker 1: Skip babies, this is nasty.
- 50:21Speaker 1: And so really, what?
- 50:23Speaker 1: What is what?
- 50:24Speaker 1: What I started to see is and you know me, I started reading tea leaves because there's one.
- 50:29Speaker 1: There's one story on paper, but there's always a story behind the story and you have to figure that out on your set on your own.
- 50:38Speaker 1: And so as I read this, I started realizing there was like a little little kinky perverted competition going on because this hairstylist wouldn't sleep with anybody.
- 50:48Speaker 1: So it was like a contest between charlie dixon, who eventually would try and um and, and Skip Bayless and whoever else was at Fox Sports.
- 51:03Speaker 1: So listen to how this shit went on.
- 51:06Speaker 1: So of course I said she turned down Skip.
- 51:09Speaker 1: She said a million and a half dollars ain't even enough to sleep with your ass.
- 51:14Speaker 1: So Skip didn't want to take that L.
- 51:18Speaker 1: He continued.
- 51:19Speaker 1: He continued to press her.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Now charlie dixon even planted a rumor that miss faggy was sleeping with shannon sharp.
- 51:29Speaker 1: This is what he told skip, skip being a drama king, that he is lost it.
- 51:34Speaker 1: He confronted this hairstylist screaming about her betrayal and acting like she was his girlfriend instead.
- 51:38Speaker 1: Confronted this hairstylist screaming about her betrayal and acting like she was his girlfriend instead of his hairstylist.
- 51:42Speaker 1: According to the hairstylist, he even pulled his signature bullshit when she denied the rumor.
- 51:50Speaker 1: And then that's when the retaliation started.
- 51:54Speaker 1: So when Noah, aka Miss Fagy or the hairstylist, wouldn't play along, the retaliation started.
- 52:10Speaker 1: Her hours were cut, her shows were canceled, her name was mysteriously left off schedules.
- 52:16Speaker 1: And let's not forget the back injury she suffered on the job.
- 52:20Speaker 1: Fox tried to use her work related comp, where she had to leave, as an excuse.
- 52:29Speaker 1: They tried to use her back injury, her being on leave for that and coming back they tried to use that as an excuse to reduce her hours.
- 52:36Speaker 1: But miss feggy knew her rights.
- 52:38Speaker 1: She documented everything text, audio recordings and send it to HR and did what she was supposed to do.
- 52:46Speaker 1: She also started noticing a pattern Other women who refused Charlie Dixon's advances were slowly pushed out.
- 52:54Speaker 1: First their hours would get cut, then they'd be ph pushed out.
- 52:58Speaker 1: First their hours would get cut, then they'd be phased out.
- 53:01Speaker 1: Miss Faggy knew she was next, so she took matters into her own hands, according to claims.
- 53:08Speaker 1: Now here's where Joy Taylor comes back into the story.
- 53:12Speaker 1: So, if you remember, joy and Miss Faggy were friends, or so Miss Faggy thought.
- 53:19Speaker 1: But when the heat turned up, joy sided with Charlie.
- 53:25Speaker 1: She even requested that Fox hire more black hairstylists, knowing it would justify cutting no, uh, miss faggy's hours.
- 53:33Speaker 1: By the time joy landed her new gig on the new show speak with Emmanuelmanuel archo, which that put the cut the, the, the, the you could stuck the stuck a fork in, uh, miss faggy at that point, because undisputed is pretty much gone at this point and that's the main show that miss faggy worked on.
- 53:57Speaker 1: She did skip bayless's hair and other things.
- 54:00Speaker 1: And so charlie dixon put many advances on um, sexual advances and everything on miss faggy, and when she just wouldn't go for it, that's when he went to joy taylor and said, hey, we need to push this girl out and fire her and I need your help.
- 54:21Speaker 1: And that's when joy started pushing for more black hairstylists and that was just a way to squeeze miss faggy out.
- 54:32Speaker 1: Meanwhile, like I said, undisputed is basically gone at this point, falling apart.
- 54:40Speaker 1: Shannon Sharp was fired, allegedly because Charlie thought he and Miss Faggy were sleeping together.
- 54:49Speaker 1: Skip begged Charlie not to let Shannon go, but it didn't matter.
- 54:54Speaker 1: The dynamic was destroyed and ratings were tanked.
- 54:58Speaker 1: Skip's contract wasn't renewed and the show evaporated.
- 55:04Speaker 1: Before leaving, skip allegedly warned miss faggy to sue them sue fox sports and told her about everything that was going on behind the scenes.
- 55:18Speaker 1: Now, why did he do this?
- 55:20Speaker 1: Because Skip felt betrayed by Charlie, because Charlie fired Shannon on basically what was going to be Skip's last.
- 55:32Speaker 1: You know, his contract was ended, so Skip was going out and he wanted to go out on top.
- 55:36Speaker 1: You know, his contract was ending, so Skip was going out and he wanted to go out on top.
- 55:39Speaker 1: But because Charlie got in his feelings and was jealous that perhaps Shannon Sharp smashed or had sex with the hairstylist.
- 55:49Speaker 1: So now, so now Skip was wasn't able to go out on top because Charlie was in his fillers and fired Shannon in the ratings tank, which messed up Skip's farewell, and that's when everything, basically the bottom, fell out.
- 56:09Speaker 1: At that point, this y'all, this lawsuit, is devastating and you ain't heard the last of this Mark my words.
- 56:18Speaker 1: This story is devastating and you ain't heard the last of this Mark my words.
- 56:18Speaker 1: This story is going to be huge Because, check it out, she got this.
- 56:27Speaker 1: This hairstyle has text messages.
- 56:29Speaker 1: She actually went and record, had her phone recording that Skip didn't even know.
- 56:36Speaker 1: She's got recording of skip saying all this weird and perverted shit.
- 56:41Speaker 1: She's have a, she has a paper trail.
- 56:44Speaker 1: This woman has receipts as long as cvs, vvs's and right now Fox Sports is scrambling and doing damage control like a motherfucker.
- 57:03Speaker 1: And, like I said, all of that mess y'all just heard and uh, all of that mess and, trust me, it's a hundred times more that ain't been told yet.
- 57:23Speaker 1: Some of it I know and I got a real good idea of how it all went down and I'm definitely going to be giving my take on that too, because I definitely now we all see why Shannonannon, why it was weird that shannon got fired all of a sudden and nobody can explain why.
- 57:43Speaker 1: I think now we know whoa.
- 57:50Speaker 1: So, yeah, y'all we are.
- 57:55Speaker 1: Oh, man, we got so much to talk about.

- 58:29Speaker 1: It's just, it's just a lot going on and I'm gonna have to sift through it and see what's going on.
