WCF: Christ the Mediator Continued

After answering a question from last week, we study WCF 8.3-5. Using the Covenant of Redemption as a framework, we unpack the indivisible operations of the triune God in salvation - particularly Christ’s appointment and anointment, Christ’s work of redemption, and the extent of Christ’s redemptive work. How does this arise naturally out of Scripture? How does it compare with Arminianism? What are some of the practical implications?
