Utah Lands Israeli Guard Yaacov
Utah just pulled off a major coup for next season by landing Israeli guard Noam Yaacov — a 6’1 point guard who turned down NBA draft prospects to join them. Already a standout in Belgium’s top BNXT league, Yaacov averaged 17 points, 5.8 assists, and 3.8 rebounds last year, even earning MVP finalist honors. Scouts rave about his pick-and-roll mastery and ability to control tempo, even if his jumper needs work. This is a high-impact, ready-to-play guard poised to shake up Utah’s backcourt.
