- 3:15Speaker 3: I don't don't know where.

- 3:20Speaker 2: Like they didn't care. This is so weird.
- 3:22Speaker 5: I'm not used to being able to just walk around
- 3:25Speaker 5: somewhere without anyone following me.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Now what refuge? Area of refuge?

- 4:28Speaker 3: What else did you make? You made the Redneck hash browns.
- 4:31Speaker 6: Red Neck hash browns U bonds Redneck hash browns, which
- 4:36Speaker 6: basically is hash browns that.
- 4:37Speaker 3: You could get in a bag at any supermarket. Then

- 4:41Speaker 7: It and chili and scheddar cheese and mozzarella.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Oh so good.
- 4:46Speaker 3: The people at ESPN were losing their mind. Did you
- 4:49Speaker 3: put that together? They were like, what the f?
- 4:53Speaker 2: What else? The deviled eggs with barbecue rub on top
- 4:57Speaker 2: of it and bacon? Right?
- 4:58Speaker 3: That was nice?

- 4:59Speaker 4: And then your famous Cuban sandwich, Lina Rouse, Yes, what
- 5:04Speaker 4: a good sandwich that is.
- 5:05Speaker 5: That's basically what some leftover roasted turkey.
- 5:09Speaker 3: You put some cream cheese on it.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Uh. The strawberry jams is.
- 5:14Speaker 7: So The turkey they gave me was kind of dry,
- 5:17Speaker 7: and I see Opie eating it and Opie just has
- 5:19Speaker 7: to be okie.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Like I literally just got off the TV.
- 5:22Speaker 7: And he's like a little dry No, no, no, non, truk
- 5:25Speaker 7: a little.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Too much turkey, that's no.
- 5:28Speaker 9: Because I was like, oh no, I was at I
- 5:31Speaker 9: didn't say to anybody.

- 5:38Speaker 10: There was so much turkey on this thing. Too much turkey.
- 5:43Speaker 10: I was just obsessing me. No, because the first time
- 5:47Speaker 10: I had that, that blue smoke.
- 5:49Speaker 5: You know, it was just a tiny bit of turkey,
- 5:51Speaker 5: a little cream cheese, a little strawberry jam and that
- 5:54Speaker 5: role what's the role.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Brioche? Yeah. I toasted it with mayonnaise. That was good.
- 6:01Speaker 2: That was good stuff. Man. I really have God. I
- 6:03Speaker 2: feel like all my energy is drained out really TV.
- 6:07Speaker 2: I get really nervous. I have. I suffer from super
- 6:10Speaker 2: super stage for I believe it or not, I do really.
- 6:14Speaker 2: I shake before I before I go on. You know,
- 6:17Speaker 2: when I was little, when I was a little kid.
- 6:20Speaker 7: And my mom we have to go to first communion
- 6:22Speaker 7: and I had to walk up the aisle. I would
- 6:24Speaker 7: get a limp, right, so I would limp when I
- 6:27Speaker 7: was when people would watch me. So I looked like
- 6:29Speaker 7: a little limpy, like a little sick like Timmy to Tim, Tim,
- 6:31Speaker 7: why would you do that?
- 6:33Speaker 4: I was asked a guy who's sending YouTube song to
- 6:39Speaker 4: somebody today, I really a door inside up.
- 6:42Speaker 2: I'll punch you the neck so you can kid.
- 6:44Speaker 3: And you will. Yeah, but would bring more attention to you.

- 6:58Speaker 2: esp isn't Disney.
- 7:01Speaker 8: We're the only ones here and we're just walking around
- 7:03Speaker 8: and no one's stopping us.
- 7:04Speaker 2: This little pass.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Get you around anywhere.
- 7:08Speaker 2: It's pretty cool.
- 7:09Speaker 9: Man.
- 7:10Speaker 2: I'm glad you came. Man, I'm glad you enjoyed it.
- 7:12Speaker 6: Well, I gotta tell you today is my dad's death day.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Oh shit, so you gave me a great day. Well,
- 7:20Speaker 2: I'm sorry, man.
- 7:21Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, no, I don't mean it like that.
- 7:22Speaker 2: I'm not looking for sympathy.
- 7:23Speaker 9: I'm just saying that this was a great, great distraction.
- 7:28Speaker 4: Wasn't a giant distraction, Gloria driving You can't think of any.
- 7:31Speaker 2: You couldn't be able to think of anyone in your family,
- 7:33Speaker 2: following Gloria around in that car. You know.
- 7:36Speaker 9: The day began with fixing my tire that I blew
- 7:40Speaker 9: out last night driving back to New York City, and
- 7:43Speaker 9: I got a flat tire in the Cross Bronx Expressway,
- 7:46Speaker 9: and then I had a rim it all the way home.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Got that fixed. Then I met up with Carl and
- 7:50Speaker 2: we fooled around all day.
- 7:51Speaker 6: It was awesome, and I only remembered about an hour ago.
- 7:54Speaker 6: I was like, oh shit, this is the fourteenth anniversary
- 7:57Speaker 6: of my dad's death.
- 7:58Speaker 3: So no, no, no, no, simply none of that crap.
- 8:01Speaker 3: I mean it always, it's always in the bed five.
- 8:04Speaker 2: No you're I feel bad? No no, no, no, no
- 8:08Speaker 2: no no.
- 8:09Speaker 3: I smile now when I think of my dad. It's
- 8:11Speaker 3: all good, it's all good. But in the back of
- 8:13Speaker 3: my head, it was like, oh, ship, today's today, damn it.
- 8:16Speaker 2: So you made it? You made it fly by Instagram
- 8:18Speaker 2: right now?
- 8:19Speaker 7: Why because the sports people know I'm any ESPN.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Right, why don't you tell the effort to the Cincinnati
- 8:25Speaker 2: Chiefs like there, like they want me to go and
- 8:27Speaker 2: yell at all the analysts. Oh really yeah, like that
- 8:30Speaker 2: they think that's what I'm here for. Like Okay, let
- 8:31Speaker 2: me stop.
- 8:32Speaker 4: What do you want me to talk to that you're
- 8:34Speaker 4: about your disgruntled bolls and say what god dudes are?
- 8:39Speaker 3: So we were talking about this.
- 8:41Speaker 2: You know, there's always a butt this day and age.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Everyone has a butt.
- 8:45Speaker 5: Like, hey, man, you the podcast sounded great, but hey,
- 8:50Speaker 5: that picture of the roast turkey sandwich looks good.
- 8:53Speaker 2: But you look good in the picture. But like you,
- 8:58Speaker 2: I look everything about the picture, but you're wearing a
- 9:00Speaker 2: Flair shirt.
- 9:00Speaker 5: Who hates a Rick fleir scher that you're you're simply
- 9:03Speaker 5: not American if you don't like.
- 9:07Speaker 2: And even whole COVID at this point like that.
- 9:10Speaker 3: But everyone has to add the butt.
- 9:12Speaker 2: How about training? You know it's draining up.
- 9:14Speaker 7: It drains you, Like I'm getting to the point where
- 9:17Speaker 7: I get so much feedback that it started it starts
- 9:20Speaker 7: to wear on you.
- 9:21Speaker 11: No, not anymore when you know that, you know, when
- 9:24Speaker 11: you know there are so many haters out there hating
- 9:26Speaker 11: on everybody and everything, it makes it way easier, way easier,
- 9:31Speaker 11: because I.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Mean, there there are people that do legit good.
- 9:36Speaker 5: Things for society in this world, and they get they
- 9:39Speaker 5: get ridiculous.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Us he's getting murdered on social media.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Yeah, what's his deal? Man, He's too much for me
- 9:46Speaker 3: to care about.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true. He owns a car company.
- 9:50Speaker 9: How about you get us a couple of Tesla, the
- 9:52Speaker 9: little Tesla poo always forgiven.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Give us a Tesla.
- 9:57Speaker 6: But anyway, so I guess we could wrap up unless
- 10:01Speaker 6: you want to walk around and get in trouble.
- 10:03Speaker 2: I don't want to get in trouble, not that I
- 10:05Speaker 2: got trouble until one thirty. And you're starting, you're starting
- 10:07Speaker 2: to get your sea legs in here, and I want
- 10:09Speaker 2: to cut it off. I know you.
- 10:11Speaker 4: You're already three Starbucks in Yeah, and you see.
- 10:15Speaker 7: Like you're like, wow, the coffee is still fresh, and
- 10:17Speaker 7: people still and I have this past.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Let's burn it down.
- 10:21Speaker 3: Not burn it down, but let's see what this pass
- 10:23Speaker 3: could do.
- 10:24Speaker 2: I can do it. It can do a lot. Could
- 10:26Speaker 2: It's so good that it can insure us never coming
- 10:28Speaker 2: back again. I feel you. I feel you're starting to
- 10:32Speaker 2: get you. You're starting to get your smagger in here.
- 10:34Speaker 5: I feel like at eleven o'clock, I'm gonna be doing
- 10:36Speaker 5: some scores at ESPN.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Thanks Chuck.
- 10:46Speaker 6: We should end this before actually we ended this podcast,
- 10:49Speaker 6: but this is I guess some kind of bonus because
- 10:51Speaker 6: people like, what the hell, man, you went.
- 10:52Speaker 3: All the way up to Bristol and we don't get
- 10:54Speaker 3: any any audio from inside the ESPN facility. So here
- 10:57Speaker 3: you are.
- 10:58Speaker 7: But hardly is an impressive, isn't it. They really do
- 11:01Speaker 7: it Like you can't come here and say like they.
- 11:04Speaker 3: Had they chintz on anything.
- 11:05Speaker 2: They don't. This is the way to do things, man.
- 11:08Speaker 3: Like every person we saw walking around looked like they
- 11:10Speaker 3: were really really happy to be here.
- 11:12Speaker 2: That girl that was walking around with us thirteen years
- 11:15Speaker 2: she was here.
- 11:15Speaker 3: And she was happy, like she just started.
- 11:17Speaker 2: I was happy about her too, Yes, you were. He
- 11:21Speaker 2: saw me like knights little talkie talk Carl's got a wrap.
- 11:26Speaker 8: Broa.
- 11:26Speaker 4: When you have teeth that look like a broken box
- 11:28Speaker 4: of legos, you have to be you have to be engaged.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that's like my friend.
- 11:34Speaker 7: He was a model and he would tell stories and
- 11:37Speaker 7: the girls would laugh and like I remember the time
- 11:38Speaker 7: he saw the stories, like what time about?
- 11:40Speaker 2: You know?
- 11:40Speaker 7: I have a sidecar my motorcycle and it's snowed at
- 11:44Speaker 7: night and the next morning the sidecars full of snow,
- 11:47Speaker 7: and I was like, what the fuck?
- 11:48Speaker 2: And all the girl's like ha ha, ha, Like that's not
- 11:50Speaker 2: even a joke. Like I'm getting all mad right, Like
- 11:52Speaker 2: that's not even real. That doesn't even exist, you know
- 11:55Speaker 2: what I mean?
- 11:56Speaker 3: Probably Serena Williams just walking by.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Hey, bro, what dear fucking idiot? Why she's not Sorena?
- 12:06Speaker 2: You are you sure? Yeah?
- 12:07Speaker 3: I'll be a shout out and she turns around.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Serena, you will have you'll fight in Bristol. You'll be
- 12:12Speaker 2: marked this day for a lot of things. Stuff. She's
- 12:16Speaker 2: one of the producers.
- 12:18Speaker 3: You sure that wasn't Serena.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Yeah, she's not even the right color. She was the
- 12:26Speaker 2: red color.
- 12:27Speaker 3: I saw a little postportum. I think it might be Serena.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Oh my god, this is how you ruined every this
- 12:32Speaker 2: we got fired from. What are you talking about?
- 12:36Speaker 7: It's like hanging out with the head of the Thunderbirds
- 12:38Speaker 7: in the fifties, Like there's always a problem.
- 12:40Speaker 9: Yo, Serena.
- 12:41Speaker 2: My god, you make a coffee.
- 12:43Speaker 8: I can use it on the Jesus.
- 12:45Speaker 2: You're like a newspaper, sucking new issue every day. Every
- 12:48Speaker 2: data is a new issue.
- 12:53Speaker 4: Come in, get it off his new issue.
- 12:56Speaker 3: I've been behaving lately.
- 12:59Speaker 4: This place you and even stunted you back a little
- 13:02Speaker 4: bit when you know, what did I tell you?
- 13:04Speaker 3: I said, you will have no problems with me today.
- 13:07Speaker 2: But you're starting to get you're starting to warm up.
- 13:10Speaker 7: Felt all you have to see is like nineteen empty
- 13:13Speaker 7: offices and you're like, it's.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Not to burn it down. It's on.
- 13:17Speaker 3: This place is all right, and they're nice, right.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Isn't it nice when you have happy employees?
- 13:24Speaker 7: See you know, yeah, dude, in a ring like NBC,
- 13:28Speaker 7: you'd already been a headlock somewhere like walking around like this.
- 13:30Speaker 3: I don't know what it is.
- 13:32Speaker 5: They have some kind of culture behind this place that
- 13:34Speaker 5: people are really buying into.
- 13:36Speaker 3: You could just tell it's.
- 13:37Speaker 2: A healthy culture, you can you know what? You know
- 13:40Speaker 2: what I think it is, believe it or not.
- 13:42Speaker 7: I think it's a very smart move to open something
- 13:44Speaker 7: like this outside of a hub like New York City, Atlanta, because.
- 13:48Speaker 2: You get a different type of person.
- 13:50Speaker 7: Well, and if you're already willing to live in this
- 13:52Speaker 7: far out right, it's already made a sacrifice.
- 13:55Speaker 3: It's like a litmus testing.
- 13:57Speaker 5: It changes your focus too, right, Like you could focus
- 14:01Speaker 5: way more on your job here at ESPN because it's
- 14:04Speaker 5: not a lot of distractions in Bristol Connecticut.
- 14:07Speaker 6: But then they have all these little things. Were next
- 14:09Speaker 6: to a foosball table. There's this good one too, a
- 14:12Speaker 6: good one. There's snack areas all over the place. There's
- 14:15Speaker 6: lounges all over the place so you can just chill
- 14:17Speaker 6: and check.
- 14:18Speaker 3: Out your phone.
- 14:19Speaker 7: How closed that giant room the size of a stadium
- 14:22Speaker 7: of people making clips?
- 14:23Speaker 3: That was amazing.
- 14:25Speaker 2: That blew my mind.
- 14:27Speaker 7: That's the clip room and it's literally people just watching
- 14:29Speaker 7: the sports.
- 14:30Speaker 5: There had to be one hundred people in there easily
- 14:33Speaker 5: and watching two games each.
- 14:35Speaker 6: Everyone's watching two games each getting the clips for for
- 14:38Speaker 6: Sports Center.
- 14:39Speaker 3: I'm like, oh, that's right. Someone has to watch all
- 14:41Speaker 3: these games to get those clips.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Duh. That's how the sausage gets made. That's their bread and.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Butter in there, right. But they got but they got
- 14:47Speaker 3: a system down. It's so obvious. And everyone was happy
- 14:51Speaker 3: to be.
- 14:51Speaker 5: Watching games and checking it out and then you know,
- 14:53Speaker 5: quickly coming up with highlights and then I'm sure there's
- 14:55Speaker 5: one guy that takes all the highlights and then narrows
- 14:58Speaker 5: it down for you know.
- 14:59Speaker 3: For Sports Center.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Incredible, right, it was.
- 15:02Speaker 3: It was like a well.
- 15:02Speaker 5: Oiled machine in there. I'm trying to think what else.
- 15:06Speaker 5: We saw what else we see here. We saw the
- 15:09Speaker 5: main ESPN studio.
- 15:11Speaker 3: It was massive. I didn't realize how big the actual
- 15:13Speaker 3: studio was.
- 15:14Speaker 2: It's big, right, We're huge.
- 15:17Speaker 5: So all right, I don't think I'm gonna stay here
- 15:20Speaker 5: all the way to three like you, Carl.
- 15:22Speaker 2: I have to be here.
