- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Jasonnewland dot com. My name is
- 0:15Speaker 1: Jason Newland. Please and you can listen when you can.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Saint lycos Rise.
- 0:25Speaker 2: This is.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Whisper Sunday. This is Sunday. He is Sunday.
- 0:43Speaker 3: Yeah, So.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I'm going to talk about some stuff todays.
- 0:56Speaker 2: This might not.
- 1:00Speaker 4: Be the correct thing to listen to go to sleep, because.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I'm just gonna talk about how I'm feeling. The start
- 1:22Speaker 1: off with.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Uh kind of.
- 1:34Speaker 1: I'll just say it that might will just say instead
- 1:36Speaker 1: of being around the bush, of course, sausages passed away
- 1:41Speaker 1: on during the night last night. Not it was actually
- 1:50Speaker 1: after I found out after I made the recording yesterday,
- 1:58Speaker 1: so stewing Friday night. He passed away peacefully. And it's
- 2:12Speaker 1: really weird. It's just I can't I can't grasp but
- 2:22Speaker 1: my mind around what's happened. It doesn't make sense to me.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Logically I can get it.
- 2:38Speaker 2: He was ill and he died.
- 2:44Speaker 1: He had a serious illness and his organs shut down
- 2:50Speaker 1: and he passed away. It's a simple, really, But at
- 2:58Speaker 1: the same time, six weeks ago he was fine, but
- 3:08Speaker 1: he wasn't.
- 3:09Speaker 5: But he he felt fine.
- 3:22Speaker 1: It's just weird, just in such a short time, especially
- 3:27Speaker 1: the last week.
- 3:28Speaker 2: I can't.
- 3:32Speaker 1: I feel guilty because of the COVID, I wasn't able
- 3:35Speaker 1: to visit him for a week. I saw him twice
- 3:39Speaker 1: before he left, so I saw him on Thursday and Friday,
- 3:48Speaker 1: and I knew that he was near the end. The
- 3:54Speaker 1: nurses said that, you know, he had hours, if not
- 3:57Speaker 1: days left, so I knew that. So it's not a
- 4:01Speaker 1: shock in a sense, but it's an overall shock.
- 4:09Speaker 6: To my life. Yeah, I just I'm just confused.
- 4:29Speaker 1: I'm not very confused.
- 4:35Speaker 2: I can't.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm trying to make sense of it in a
- 4:44Speaker 1: positive way, you know, I'm not seeing it feeling sorry
- 4:47Speaker 1: for myself or being overly dramatic or I don't think.
- 4:57Speaker 1: But why I have noticed, Wow, if I noticed is
- 5:08Speaker 1: yesterday I was very irritable, to the point of wanting
- 5:19Speaker 1: to shout out the window for the neighbors to shut
- 5:22Speaker 1: the fuck up. So I said, I was really if
- 5:26Speaker 1: I did shout, but not out of the window, because
- 5:30Speaker 1: I'm making so much noise and it was bugging me.
- 5:35Speaker 1: And it bugs me anyway, but this is like on
- 5:37Speaker 1: a it was bugging me on a different level of intensity,
- 5:45Speaker 1: and I wanted to do something. I wanted to physically
- 5:51Speaker 1: do something, which is I used to be when I
- 6:01Speaker 1: was younger. And i'm, you know, a bit more chilled
- 6:08Speaker 1: with age and just not just age, but with practice
- 6:13Speaker 1: and purposey. It's at trying to calm myself down. And
- 6:22Speaker 1: I had a little retaste of that feelings, and.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't like it.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Anger, I guess just had a bit of anger in me.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I am angry about him that this is sad because.
- 6:55Speaker 2: It's not.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Okay, this is not necessarily logical or nice. But I
- 7:08Speaker 1: know some horrible people. I know some people that are
- 7:13Speaker 1: just they've got no redeeming qualities. Maybe they have birds
- 7:19Speaker 1: hidden from me, and they've done horrible things to people
- 7:23Speaker 1: and they continue to do it. And then you've got
- 7:28Speaker 1: Uncle Sausages who didn't cause problems for anyone. Really, you
- 7:34Speaker 1: just kept himself as a nice man, loved them, very
- 7:40Speaker 1: passionate about sport, excited every day about the next day
- 7:45Speaker 1: coming up. Now, I'm not saying I think other people
- 7:56Speaker 1: should suffer instead of him. That's not what I'm saying.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I just don't think he should have suffered. If we
- 8:15Speaker 1: push it even further, really, he deserves to be alive
- 8:20Speaker 1: more than me because he's nicer. He's a nicer person
- 8:25Speaker 1: than me. It's really he appreciated being alive more than
- 8:35Speaker 1: I ever have. You know, I'm miserable out kid. A
- 8:42Speaker 1: lot of the time he was happy.
- 8:45Speaker 3: He was a happy man, and that.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Just makes me feel a bit of a fraud or
- 8:57Speaker 1: unappreciateive towards what I do have, which at the moment
- 9:05Speaker 1: is I guess I've got a degree of health. I
- 9:10Speaker 1: don't know what my health is like, but I'm here.
- 9:14Speaker 1: I don't feel healthy, to be honest, but I feel
- 9:18Speaker 1: I'm here. I feel better than I did last week,
- 9:21Speaker 1: as for sure, But or do I I don't know
- 9:28Speaker 1: what days it's Sunday, Monday, you know where when I
- 9:32Speaker 1: had COVID. I mean, I didn't feel great then. But
- 9:42Speaker 1: maybe I'm just feeling sorry for myself. But I don't
- 9:50Speaker 1: think I am.
- 9:56Speaker 2: I'm just upset.
- 10:00Speaker 1: And then there's the whole I mean, I feel bad
- 10:06Speaker 1: that I didn't get to see him for that week
- 10:09Speaker 1: because he was upset with me. I was trying to
- 10:12Speaker 1: explain to him I was ill. Can you just come
- 10:15Speaker 1: and bring me some drinks?
- 10:17Speaker 3: And I said, no, I'm ill.
- 10:18Speaker 1: You don't don't get it. I'm really and it's very
- 10:23Speaker 1: hard to sell someone that's terminally ill that you ill
- 10:33Speaker 1: was a cold and expect them to have some kind
- 10:36Speaker 1: of sympathy. Now I didn't know it's COVID, but when
- 10:41Speaker 1: COVID is a cold, isn't it's a flu. It's the
- 10:47Speaker 1: people have at different levels. Mine wasn't bad. I was
- 10:50Speaker 1: just ill and I was then I was recovered. My
- 10:56Speaker 1: uncle had and he didn't recover back into fair twining.
- 11:01Speaker 1: So that's the reason why I didn't go into hospital,
- 11:12Speaker 1: well apart from the fact that's against the law. But
- 11:16Speaker 1: once I found out was COVID, now I know some
- 11:20Speaker 1: people would just say, Okay, I'm gonna go visit my friend.
- 11:25Speaker 1: I'm going to carry on what I'm doing. The rules
- 11:30Speaker 1: don't apply to me now I know, and maybe in
- 11:35Speaker 1: the park. I don't know if I'd been like that
- 11:37Speaker 1: in the past, but I'd like to think I wouldn't
- 11:47Speaker 1: because I think.
- 11:51Speaker 2: My uncle.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Was ill, so he was very poorly and COVID got him,
- 12:06Speaker 1: so COVID finished him off. I didn't want to do
- 12:10Speaker 1: that to other people, because you know uncle's sausages. His
- 12:21Speaker 1: was peaceful. If I'd have got in there with COVID.
- 12:28Speaker 1: His last week might have been atrocious, so I don't yet.
- 12:40Speaker 1: I know I've already talked about that. The idea of
- 12:43Speaker 1: like spreading COVID to people, It's not really my thing,
- 12:50Speaker 1: even colds, because I know some people. I did get
- 12:55Speaker 1: a message about this thinking you.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Know you are, but.
- 13:01Speaker 2: About you know, having like a low immune.
- 13:04Speaker 1: System and stuff and doing the right thing sometimes is
- 13:11Speaker 1: the good idea. Last year, I went to see a
- 13:19Speaker 1: nurse to have my annual check up.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Thing.
- 13:23Speaker 1: My stomach's gurgling, so like my anal chatter, my anal chatter,
- 13:32Speaker 1: My anal check up is cause of the bipolar and
- 13:38Speaker 1: I'm on medications. And they checked my let, my kidneys
- 13:41Speaker 1: and my I suppose, my heart, my blood and you know,
- 13:46Speaker 1: they tore that jacket to make sure that I'm okay,
- 13:50Speaker 1: which is a positive thing. The last time they found
- 13:55Speaker 1: out that my blood sugar level was very low.
- 14:06Speaker 3: Yeah, wonder one.
- 14:12Speaker 1: They're gonna give me my next medical So I stopped
- 14:18Speaker 1: having sugar and cut down. I've not cut down, complain LEVI,
- 14:23Speaker 1: and I did lose weight. I'm under I'm under fifteen
- 14:32Speaker 1: stone now I was sixteen stone.
- 14:35Speaker 3: So I'm offering.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I'm moving between fourteen and a half and fifteen. That's
- 14:42Speaker 1: kind of my offering stage now. And I am slimmer,
- 14:48Speaker 1: which is good. Oh yeah, the nurse was wearing a mask.
- 15:00Speaker 1: This isn't my doctor's practice, the cheap practice. So I said,
- 15:05Speaker 1: you ought me to wear a mask? She said no,
- 15:08Speaker 1: it's okay. I said, we can share if you like, which.
- 15:11Speaker 3: Is a weird thing to say.
- 15:14Speaker 1: And she's explained to me that she was immune division,
- 15:23Speaker 1: so she had a condition where immune system was practically zero,
- 15:32Speaker 1: so she wore a mask. And you know what, again, no,
- 15:45Speaker 1: I think I did wear a mask. Yeah, I did
- 15:51Speaker 1: wear a mask.
- 15:52Speaker 2: And again I was like.
- 16:00Speaker 1: That somebody can mention she's chosen to do a job
- 16:09Speaker 1: where she's putting her own life at risk every day.
- 16:14Speaker 1: She could be sitting at home, keeping away from people,
- 16:22Speaker 1: but now she goes to work and she helps people
- 16:26Speaker 1: in an environment.
- 16:27Speaker 2: So she's a nurse.
- 16:29Speaker 1: She's around all kinds of you know, illnesses and stuff.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Just every time she steps inside the doctor surgery, she's
- 16:40Speaker 1: surrounded by people that are unwell.
- 16:45Speaker 2: She chooses to do that.
- 16:49Speaker 7: To help people.
- 16:57Speaker 1: That.
- 16:57Speaker 8: It's amazing, isn't it.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Really?
- 16:59Speaker 3: I think about it.
- 17:03Speaker 2: When a person.
- 17:14Speaker 1: That's dedication. If you wanna be a record break, gotta yes.
- 17:30Speaker 3: And that's that's it.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Really, it's four o'clock. That's gold class for four in
- 17:39Speaker 1: the morning. Went to bed at eight o'clock last night.
- 17:50Speaker 1: I'll be honest, I just been restless. I was restless
- 17:54Speaker 1: during the night. I was restless to night before. There's
- 18:05Speaker 1: something I just a little bit disturbed about.
- 18:09Speaker 2: The whole thing.
- 18:21Speaker 1: I'm now wondering if the some of the neighbors are
- 18:23Speaker 1: planning to break into his flat to try and see
- 18:28Speaker 1: if there's anything worth stealing so I can buy themselves crack.
- 18:34Speaker 1: And that's not even exaggeration.
- 18:35Speaker 8: That's what they're like around it, some of them. It's weird.
- 18:53Speaker 1: So I can have a new two new Dennants living
- 18:57Speaker 1: in his place in the next few months. I wonder
- 19:10Speaker 1: what it's gonna be. Will there be decent people, will
- 19:16Speaker 1: be more of the same, more chaos, and it tends
- 19:23Speaker 1: to be what happens now. I was just thinking about
- 19:28Speaker 1: over the fence, so we had the amount of chaotic
- 19:34Speaker 1: people we had living.
- 19:35Speaker 2: Over there over the years.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Seriously, it's just.
- 19:52Speaker 1: There's one flag and there's been three tenants that have
- 19:58Speaker 1: all been absolute.
- 20:03Speaker 2: I'll just.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I was supposed to find. I bought us the right word,
- 20:07Speaker 1: but the degree of chaos. There was a couple living there.
- 20:17Speaker 1: There's been a few people lived there since I've lived
- 20:19Speaker 1: there be this a couple and they always argue it.
- 20:25Speaker 1: And the plug in there, he would, yeah, he would
- 20:35Speaker 1: order palettes and he would break up the balets during
- 20:39Speaker 1: the day and burn them at night. They did this
- 20:43Speaker 1: for like a whole summer, and then one night he
- 20:47Speaker 1: set fire to the the lawn. So I just wake
- 20:53Speaker 1: up and I noticed that the garden's very bright out
- 21:02Speaker 1: there over the fence.
- 21:04Speaker 2: So I go outside.
- 21:07Speaker 1: And the lawn it basically he was used in a
- 21:22Speaker 1: dust bin to light the you know, to have the
- 21:29Speaker 1: fire in, and the dustbin had fallen over, so it
- 21:35Speaker 1: spread all over the grass and the grass was on fire.
- 21:46Speaker 1: And I came outside just to sort of check it
- 21:51Speaker 1: out because I wanted to, you know, make sure it
- 21:53Speaker 1: didn't spread. And the bloke was upset that I was outside.
- 22:01Speaker 3: We doing okay, So that was weird.
- 22:10Speaker 1: Another time his girlfriend was over here. She was lying
- 22:13Speaker 1: in the road outside. She wasn't injured, she's just lying
- 22:17Speaker 1: in the road and her boyfriend was smashing up the
- 22:24Speaker 1: furniture in the flat, and it was like weird. They
- 22:33Speaker 1: moved out, they probably got kicked out. And then another
- 22:37Speaker 1: lady moved in the exact flat, and she used to
- 22:43Speaker 1: scream herself. She'd have arguments with herself and went on
- 22:47Speaker 1: for hours, like you know, daily, And then she left,
- 22:54Speaker 1: and then we got another.
- 22:54Speaker 3: One moving.
- 22:57Speaker 8: Really loud, just.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Loud, And.
- 23:11Speaker 2: That's hard for me.
- 23:14Speaker 1: I grew up in chaos, being around crazy people, shouting
- 23:20Speaker 1: and aggressive and swearing and doing stupid things and saying
- 23:30Speaker 1: horrible things, and so I grew up in there. I
- 23:34Speaker 1: spent years living that lifestyle when I was very young.
- 23:40Speaker 3: I didn't like it then.
- 23:41Speaker 1: I don't like it now. Now I have my moments.
- 23:45Speaker 1: I'll be honest, like my moments when I'm a little
- 23:48Speaker 1: bit like that myself, but.
- 23:50Speaker 2: I don't.
- 23:54Speaker 1: I don't involve other people. I keep it to myself.
- 24:02Speaker 1: I know we're all different, but I don't live a
- 24:07Speaker 1: chaotic lifestyle.
- 24:14Speaker 2: And I won't.
- 24:15Speaker 1: I can't do that. I mean, it's part of the
- 24:20Speaker 1: reason why I didn't reproduce. It's a part of the
- 24:23Speaker 1: reason why I'm not in a relationship with someone. These
- 24:31Speaker 1: gonna be I don't know. I just don't want that
- 24:35Speaker 1: kind of lifestyle, She outing and arguing. Just now, my
- 24:44Speaker 1: stomach's gurgling, really had it's a proper gurglar.
- 25:01Speaker 3: Yeah I'm not.
- 25:05Speaker 2: I didn't.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I mean, I know this is a counsel of state,
- 25:10Speaker 1: but it's like it's only a few people. Honestly, Like
- 25:16Speaker 1: in my block, everyone's fine. Now, okay, there's a there's
- 25:23Speaker 1: a I help with everyone, but there's you know, there's
- 25:29Speaker 1: always going to be problematic people. But it don't really
- 25:35Speaker 1: cause me problems. It's just they're living a lifestyle though
- 25:40Speaker 1: I don't. I'm going too. And most of the time
- 25:56Speaker 1: the people on this estate are pretty cool. It just
- 25:59Speaker 1: takes a few who wanted to ready read loud, obnoxious.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Individuals.
- 26:13Speaker 1: And there's one that just spends the dis things to
- 26:16Speaker 1: be in the garden all the time, shouting, and then
- 26:23Speaker 1: another neighbor always manages to be friend.
- 26:30Speaker 3: Wherever new people move in.
- 26:34Speaker 1: There's a family that loved this estate, but don't they live.
- 26:39Speaker 1: They don't live in the council bar, but their family
- 26:44Speaker 1: have been there forever and they just love to be
- 26:48Speaker 1: friends with the people on this little council. Probably they've
- 26:53Speaker 1: been doing it, probably for forty to fifty years. So
- 26:57Speaker 1: when someone knew moves in, they'll find a way in
- 27:03Speaker 1: so they can go into their home and they can
- 27:06Speaker 1: spend time here and make lots of noise. And I
- 27:15Speaker 1: don't really get it, to be honest. I mean, I
- 27:21Speaker 1: was curious about what Luke's old flat would look like
- 27:28Speaker 1: once he moved out and a new person moved in.
- 27:31Speaker 1: So I was curious about that. And I have been
- 27:34Speaker 1: in there cause the neighbor in find me in and
- 27:38Speaker 1: it was like a different flat enough.
- 27:41Speaker 3: Is weird?
- 27:43Speaker 1: The same same rooms, completely different.
- 27:54Speaker 2: And I have been in.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Every flat apart from one, so I've seen all the
- 28:05Speaker 1: different flats in this building. But m h, and they've
- 28:15Speaker 1: all been in my flat as well, including the one
- 28:20Speaker 1: that I've not been in. He's only been in there
- 28:25Speaker 1: a couple of times.
- 28:33Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I love ba B.
- 28:52Speaker 1: I'm just talking for the sake of talking now all night.
- 29:06Speaker 1: So that really that sort of is his uncle sausages
- 29:10Speaker 1: passed away. See why I didn't realize. I guess I
- 29:22Speaker 1: didn't realize how ill he was.
- 29:27Speaker 9: He said.
- 29:28Speaker 1: He to say that now, isn't he Now he's dead,
- 29:30Speaker 1: It's like obviously he was ill, but he was. I
- 29:35Speaker 1: mean to say that he was really ill. He's also
- 29:40Speaker 1: just an obvious statement, but there was u there was
- 29:49Speaker 1: a question mark that he had and I had. We
- 29:52Speaker 1: had questions. So, okay, so he's got this thing. Why
- 30:00Speaker 1: can't they do anything about it? Why can't they remove it,
- 30:04Speaker 1: give him surgery, give him some hope, something, And they
- 30:09Speaker 1: said there's nothing they could do. And his question I
- 30:16Speaker 1: kind of felt. We had this conversation outside a few weeks.
- 30:21Speaker 7: Ago in the sun.
- 30:26Speaker 2: And I kind of understood where he was.
- 30:28Speaker 1: Coming from because I felt the same way. So why
- 30:31Speaker 1: can't they do something? And I said to the nurse
- 30:38Speaker 1: at the time, why can't you just give him an
- 30:41Speaker 1: operation and try and do something. She said, he wouldn't
- 30:45Speaker 1: survive an operation. I said, that's not a bad thing,
- 30:51Speaker 1: giving his condition and whatever. I'm not saying it's a
- 30:55Speaker 1: good thing he doesn't survive, But give him that option
- 31:01Speaker 1: to go peacefully and he won't know anything about It'll
- 31:07Speaker 1: be on he'll pray if the table and if it
- 31:11Speaker 1: helps him, it helps him if and if if that's it,
- 31:14Speaker 1: then that's it. And she said, no, it doesn't work
- 31:18Speaker 1: like that. Operations are expensive and they don't do them
- 31:25Speaker 1: unless there's a chance that's can out. I don't know.
- 31:44Speaker 1: There's also a part of me thinking about him places
- 31:49Speaker 1: and what use is it in situations like this? Yeah,
- 32:14Speaker 1: I just wonder. On Thursday, he was very restless old
- 32:23Speaker 1: Uncle sausages, and I started to talk to him, and
- 32:36Speaker 1: I did do someplaces with him, trying to again to
- 32:42Speaker 1: just calm down, to relax his body. I didn't really
- 32:49Speaker 1: get a chance to do it properly, but I told
- 32:54Speaker 1: him that because he kept moving around, he was unconscious.
- 32:58Speaker 1: But he was moving around arms, raising his arms up,
- 33:02Speaker 1: and his legs is very uncomfortable. He was clearly cause
- 33:08Speaker 1: he was moving around, but at the same time he
- 33:13Speaker 1: may have been dreaming. I don't know, but I told
- 33:20Speaker 1: him that his arms were heavy, and when I said
- 33:25Speaker 1: that to him, he stopped moving his arms around. And
- 33:38Speaker 1: I probably talked to him for maybe ten minutes, maybe longer,
- 33:58Speaker 1: just telling him it's okay to relax, it's okay to
- 34:05Speaker 1: let go. And I sat down on Friday as well,
- 34:17Speaker 1: that's telling him it's okay tolect, to let go, doesn't
- 34:23Speaker 1: have to struggle anymore, doesn't have to hold on, it's
- 34:29Speaker 1: okay to let go. But on Friday he was completely relaxed,
- 34:47Speaker 1: he was on a morphine thing, morphine drip or drive
- 34:52Speaker 1: or wherever it's God, and then he's just lying there.
- 35:22Speaker 1: I think, I mean, it's natural to be thinking about
- 35:29Speaker 1: my own life. I suppose in situations like this, what
- 35:34Speaker 1: have I done? What have I accomplished? Has there been
- 35:39Speaker 1: any purpose to my existence? It's kind of the questions
- 35:44Speaker 1: I've got. Maybe another nicer way is what is my legacy?
- 35:55Speaker 1: Or ill just be forgotten? Maybe that's.
- 36:07Speaker 3: Just be for good.
- 36:13Speaker 1: But then there's some people that I think do get
- 36:17Speaker 1: to live on in memories, different kinds of memories.
- 36:24Speaker 2: So you've got.
- 36:30Speaker 1: Famous writers, musicians.
- 36:38Speaker 10: From hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of years ago, something
- 36:43Speaker 10: thousands of years ago, but we don't necessarily know what
- 36:50Speaker 10: they were like as people.
- 37:08Speaker 1: I think you can probably get kind of an idea
- 37:12Speaker 1: what I'm like, kind of perhaps some of my recordings
- 37:22Speaker 1: not necessarily a good thing.
- 37:29Speaker 11: Thousands of hours of me talking thousands Is that my legacy?
- 37:46Speaker 2: Just to leave.
- 37:54Speaker 3: My ramblings?
- 38:08Speaker 2: I don't know. There's no boxing on last night.
- 38:19Speaker 1: This month, I think about from one fight on the
- 38:23Speaker 1: sixteenth August, there ain't much going on, which is a shame.
- 38:32Speaker 1: And in September fin there's a couple of big fights.
- 38:43Speaker 1: There's a big year in November. I think there's a
- 38:46Speaker 1: big one as well, David Benevidez against Calama Smith. David
- 38:57Speaker 1: Benevitez is going to win that.
- 39:04Speaker 2: Day days.
- 39:08Speaker 1: So he's now the world champion light evywey.
- 39:15Speaker 9: He was.
- 39:21Speaker 2: One one.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Three times super lightweight, a super middleweight champion.
- 39:31Speaker 3: He won it.
- 39:37Speaker 8: Wait a minute, he.
- 39:39Speaker 1: Was the interims twice and then he was interim.
- 39:43Speaker 2: I think.
- 39:45Speaker 1: Anyway, he's really great. David benefit Is he's pretty much
- 39:50Speaker 1: my favorite boxer, but he hasn't been fighting hugely regularly
- 39:56Speaker 1: the last few years because he was just drawling water
- 40:01Speaker 1: waiting to fight Canelo, and Canelo wouldn't fight him. So
- 40:08Speaker 1: any end, he went up to light everyway and then
- 40:15Speaker 1: that was wherever he went, it was blocked. Canelo held
- 40:20Speaker 1: all the titles, and then he went up to light
- 40:23Speaker 1: everyway and all the titles were all clogged up there
- 40:28Speaker 1: as well. And currently Bivil as to what he did
- 40:38Speaker 1: have to be, gave up one of the titles because
- 40:42Speaker 1: he's choosing to have another fight with what's his name,
- 40:51Speaker 1: previous champion.
- 40:58Speaker 3: Better be.
- 41:02Speaker 2: So before and him.
- 41:03Speaker 1: I think they're having a third fight. The first fight
- 41:12Speaker 1: better be of one.
- 41:18Speaker 2: What was it a draw?
- 41:21Speaker 1: I can't remember. I think it might have been a draw. Blimey.
- 41:30Speaker 1: The second one before one, the third one, I don't know.
- 41:37Speaker 1: I'll always give it to Befol because he's so good.
- 41:42Speaker 12: To me.
- 41:42Speaker 1: He's gonna put him down as pound personally pound for
- 41:51Speaker 1: pound number one. Maybe not, I don't know. I think
- 41:57Speaker 1: it's sick deserves to be number one pound for pound.
- 42:09Speaker 1: Maybe it's hard when you got different weight boxes to
- 42:19Speaker 1: really to compare someone like Innervy.
- 42:23Speaker 2: Who is.
- 42:27Speaker 1: He has to wear heavy boots. He doesn't float off.
- 42:30Speaker 1: He's so light, and you've got bo sicks heavy heavyweight.
- 42:42Speaker 1: I don't know how much he weighs, doesn't weigh a.
- 42:48Speaker 2: Large actually.
- 42:52Speaker 1: Fifteen half sixteen stone.
- 42:55Speaker 2: It's not heavy.
- 42:57Speaker 1: He's heavy, but it's not like heavy heavy. Everyone he
- 43:03Speaker 1: finds it's a lot heavier than it. Yeah, cause I
- 43:27Speaker 1: suppose I should just come into my breakfast now, watch
- 43:35Speaker 1: a bad TV. My brain's anit fake at the moment.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Just I don't don't show what to do with myself.
- 43:57Speaker 2: I won't.
- 44:00Speaker 1: Well, thank you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself,
- 44:04Speaker 1: because you do deserve to be happy, be gentle with yourself.
- 44:10Speaker 1: You deserve to feel safe, lots of.
- 44:15Speaker 2: Love, bye, relax in a more deep and.
- 44:37Speaker 7: Meaningful way, maybe in a way that can not just
- 44:44Speaker 7: allow you to feel calmer now and throughout the time
- 44:55Speaker 7: we spend together here, not just relaxed at the end
- 45:03Speaker 7: of the recording when it's finished and you can enjoy
- 45:08Speaker 7: that sense of comfort and peace, but also I think
- 45:26Speaker 7: it would be nice to have those feelings of relaxation continue.
- 45:42Speaker 2: For longer.
- 45:46Speaker 7: After the recording has ended, so that you can still
- 45:57Speaker 7: benefit from listening to my voice, maybe in a few
- 46:06Speaker 7: hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially
- 46:22Speaker 7: if you find like some people do, and myself as well,
- 46:28Speaker 7: sometimes I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 46:39Speaker 7: and I just listen to it over and over again
- 46:43Speaker 7: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 46:56Speaker 7: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 47:01Speaker 7: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations. It kind
- 47:06Speaker 7: of was hypnosis, really, and I managed to find it
- 47:13Speaker 7: again and it still has the same effect on me.
- 47:20Speaker 2: And part of it was.
- 47:25Speaker 7: The person's voice relaxed me. She just felt so peaceful,
- 47:38Speaker 7: and I'd look forward.
- 47:40Speaker 2: To listening to her in the morning and in the evening,
- 47:53Speaker 2: and I.
- 47:53Speaker 7: Knew before even pressing the play button. As soon as
- 48:02Speaker 7: I've done that, pressed the play button. This is in
- 48:07Speaker 7: the days of.
- 48:13Speaker 2: CD players.
- 48:17Speaker 7: Pressed the play button. In fact, it might have even
- 48:22Speaker 7: been a tape recorder. I'd lie down on the bed
- 48:27Speaker 7: and then even without necessarily listening to her words because
- 48:45Speaker 7: I had them memorized. Really, it was as if my
- 48:53Speaker 7: body knew exactly what to do, and the muscles just
- 49:08Speaker 7: almost went into automatic relaxation, and I remember my mind
- 49:29Speaker 7: would slow down. Now Now, I was listening to this
- 49:40Speaker 7: recording in the early days of learning hypnosis, and long
- 49:49Speaker 7: before I ever made any videos or audio recordings myself,
- 49:59Speaker 7: because I and start doing that till two thousand and six,
- 50:09Speaker 7: I knew, I knew how.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Helpful I.
- 50:21Speaker 7: Found being able to just let go, to have that
- 50:31Speaker 7: trust in the person that I'm listening to, knowing that
- 50:44Speaker 7: it's going to be just as relaxing, if not more so.
- 50:55Speaker 7: Each time you hear my voice, you may feel the same.
- 51:08Speaker 2: Some people have been listening to me for over a decade.
- 51:24Speaker 7: Maybe not solidly, obviously, not twenty four hours a day,
- 51:30Speaker 7: but maybe people come back. Some people may be listen
- 51:36Speaker 7: every day. There's something that I do which you may
- 51:53Speaker 7: not realize.
- 51:56Speaker 2: By listening, is when I record.
- 52:10Speaker 7: These recordings. Now, for example, I also am affected by
- 52:24Speaker 7: the words.
- 52:26Speaker 2: That I say.
- 52:32Speaker 7: So if I set you focus on your feet, notice
- 52:42Speaker 7: your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 52:54Speaker 2: I will be noticing my feet relaxing.
- 53:11Speaker 7: If I said focus on your hands, and maybe notice
- 53:17Speaker 7: the difference between each hand, perhaps.
- 53:25Speaker 2: Notice the.
- 53:28Speaker 7: Air in the room, the temperature of the room. On
- 53:33Speaker 7: the backs of your hands. You may start to notice
- 53:45Speaker 7: what almost feels like a very light breeze, even though
- 53:53Speaker 7: there may not be any type.
- 53:55Speaker 2: Of breeze at all.
- 53:59Speaker 1: Where you are right now.
- 54:08Speaker 7: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 54:19Speaker 7: aware of how relaxed my hands our feeling now and
- 54:48Speaker 7: when it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep, which
- 54:55Speaker 7: may be the reason you're listening, I also feel drousy
- 55:11Speaker 7: when I make these recordings. I also notice.
- 55:21Speaker 2: My mind drifting.
- 55:32Speaker 7: In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing,
- 55:50Speaker 7: and then I carry on talking.
- 55:58Speaker 2: It's suddenly where I listen back to do the editing, I.
- 56:07Speaker 7: Hear snoring and I think I don't remember snoring. I
- 56:16Speaker 7: remember talking, and snoring is I pick turned up? That's
- 56:27Speaker 7: why I sound like when I snore, I get really
- 56:35Speaker 7: into the whole experience. I don't know how you feel.
- 56:55Speaker 7: How relaxed do you feel in your feet? How relaxed
- 57:05Speaker 7: you feel in your hands. I have noticed.
- 57:26Speaker 2: More and more.
- 57:33Speaker 7: That the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 57:49Speaker 7: the easier your breathing becomes.
- 57:59Speaker 13: So most like.
- 58:03Speaker 2: That additional muscle relaxation.
- 58:14Speaker 7: So this allows you to breathe easier without necessarily focusing
- 58:38Speaker 7: on your breath, however, being able to notice the ease.
- 59:07Speaker 2: In which.
- 59:15Speaker 7: You brieve so naturally. You breeze so very easily and smoothly.
- 1:00:05Speaker 7: Whenever I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got my
- 1:00:23Speaker 7: eyes closed, I tend to visualize beautiful field with trees
- 1:00:43Speaker 7: and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels
- 1:01:17Speaker 7: nice to, if nothing else, just taking.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: Some time.
- 1:01:38Speaker 7: Away from everything, enjoying.
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: That feeling of.
- 1:02:08Speaker 7: Pace, serenity with a joyful art. Time seems to just
- 1:02:57Speaker 7: drip by so very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely
- 1:03:47Speaker 7: unattached to any thoughts.
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: Whatsoever. In this moment completely freem to say that your mind.
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: Slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention,
- 1:06:03Speaker 7: you can enjoy the physical sensations.
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: Of allowing the stress.
- 1:06:18Speaker 7: To drip out of your body, dripping out of every.
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: Part of your body.

- 1:15:32Speaker 2: feel in the hole, a bad in a spy from
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: your brain.

- 1:16:24Speaker 7: receiving millions of messages every day, deep comfort, increasing deeply

- 1:19:31Speaker 7: tips of your toes to your eyes, your fingers.
- 1:19:47Speaker 2: Wait, you love back. Let's tak.
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: G.
- 1:20:04Speaker 9: I think.
- 1:20:32Speaker 7: Pace, drifting mind, this wonder in a way, happy to

- 1:24:05Speaker 7: Pace joy, space, this space, pace safety three.
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: Dais letting go.
- 1:27:20Speaker 7: Maybe we can just focus on the different part of
- 1:27:27Speaker 7: your body, just to notice your eyes sees, notice a
- 1:29:02Speaker 7: sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom.
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: Yes, enchan.
- 1:31:10Speaker 7: Pas to breeze, yes, my not of not test your
- 1:32:33Speaker 7: mind drifting pace many annual, deeply in the direction of
- 1:33:40Speaker 7: ditle blissful pace, bliss of pace, turn to pace, suck.
- 1:35:54Speaker 2: Let's go for the film's host, this fairy fact and
- 1:37:57Speaker 2: basic school speaks, and.
- 1:39:12Speaker 7: You could start to notice that you are feeling more relaxed, even.
- 1:39:22Speaker 2: Though if not.
- 1:39:25Speaker 7: Purposely focused your mind upon that sense of physical comfort
- 1:39:36Speaker 7: that is growing within you throughout your body, and your
- 1:39:43Speaker 7: mind starts to slow down, and that could be almost
- 1:39:54Speaker 7: in recognition of I guess my speech not being particularly fast.
- 1:40:10Speaker 2: And things generally feel calmer.
- 1:40:18Speaker 7: Just by listening to my voice, you give yourself an
- 1:40:26Speaker 7: opportunity to take a break from the day, take a
- 1:40:34Speaker 7: break from your life, as it is, to give yourself
- 1:40:42Speaker 7: a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time off
- 1:40:53Speaker 7: and to allow your body to relax and allow your
- 1:40:58Speaker 7: mind to slowly out, which in turn releases the tension
- 1:41:10Speaker 7: any stresses that you had in your body. It's almost
- 1:41:19Speaker 7: as if the parts of your body just open up,
- 1:41:25Speaker 7: allowing the negativity out and at the same time replacing
- 1:41:37Speaker 7: that negativity with positive healing energy, which then fills your
- 1:41:47Speaker 7: body up and your mind to also starts to appreciate
- 1:42:00Speaker 7: those feelings of increasing confidence and an almost uplifting feeling,
- 1:42:15Speaker 7: positive healing energy that spreads through your body like a
- 1:42:29Speaker 7: wave of comfort. And all this comes from just.
- 1:42:43Speaker 2: Allowing yourself.
- 1:42:47Speaker 7: A few minutes, maybe half an hour, however long you
- 1:42:52Speaker 7: want it to be, just rest.
- 1:43:02Speaker 2: And allow.
- 1:43:05Speaker 7: Your mind and your body to almost reset itself to
- 1:43:15Speaker 7: the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more
- 1:43:32Speaker 7: for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move around your
- 1:43:45Speaker 7: body and into your mind. Must as if your mind
- 1:43:54Speaker 7: and your body are sinking together, most mirroring each other
- 1:44:05Speaker 7: with that growing positivity and calmness, and it feels nice,
- 1:44:20Speaker 7: really does feel nice to know that you are the
- 1:44:26Speaker 7: one that has allowed yourself to feel more comfort and
- 1:44:40Speaker 7: to experience.
- 1:44:44Speaker 2: More of this.
- 1:44:47Speaker 7: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body.
- 1:45:00Speaker 2: And as I focus.
- 1:45:04Speaker 7: On each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:45:09Speaker 7: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it.
- 1:45:27Speaker 2: Becomes even more calm and comfortable. Just by focusing.
- 1:45:40Speaker 7: And as I move down your body, starting and your head,
- 1:45:49Speaker 7: the parts that you have already focused on or continue
- 1:45:55Speaker 7: to relax deeply and those parts have not yet focused
- 1:46:03Speaker 7: on or just automatically release any remain intention in anticipation
- 1:46:17Speaker 7: of even more comfort about to come.
- 1:46:27Speaker 9: Now.
- 1:46:30Speaker 7: The start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware
- 1:46:37Speaker 7: of the feelings of your forehead. Many background sounds like
- 1:46:48Speaker 7: mister Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to feel
- 1:46:53Speaker 7: you're more relaxed. Just means during the moment, this isn't
- 1:47:04Speaker 7: this isn't a sterile environment. This is the world.
- 1:47:12Speaker 2: I live in the countryside. There's lots of nature sounds around.
- 1:47:25Speaker 2: As you focus on your forehead, just notice.
- 1:47:30Speaker 7: How it becomes even more relaxed as you focus only
- 1:47:40Speaker 7: on my voice and that part of your body moved
- 1:47:50Speaker 7: down to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing how
- 1:48:02Speaker 7: your eyelids feel so heavy it has so light at
- 1:48:10Speaker 7: the same time, all the muscles around your eyes relaxing.
- 1:48:19Speaker 2: Completely.
- 1:48:24Speaker 7: Moving your focus down to your mouth, the lips, your tongue,
- 1:48:33Speaker 7: your teeth, you comes behole of your mouth, relaxing, calm.
- 1:48:46Speaker 2: And loose.
- 1:48:51Speaker 7: If you focus now on your jaw, just oars of
- 1:49:00Speaker 7: your jaw, ny your mouth, and your chin, all the
- 1:49:05Speaker 7: way up the size of your face to.
- 1:49:09Speaker 2: Your ears of your jaw, leading all relaxed, calm, focusing
- 1:49:40Speaker 2: on your neck, the front of your neck and your
- 1:49:45Speaker 2: throat lesin, loose and calm.
- 1:49:56Speaker 16: The sides of your neck, right the left side of
- 1:50:03Speaker 16: your leg, relax and.
- 1:50:13Speaker 2: And calm.
- 1:50:21Speaker 7: Now the back of your leg, focusing on the back
- 1:50:28Speaker 7: of your leg, letting go with any tension that may
- 1:50:38Speaker 7: be there before, and enjoying that sense of increasing comfort
- 1:50:52Speaker 7: and release. I think you can experience at the back
- 1:50:59Speaker 7: of your neck, moving down your back, moving either side
- 1:51:12Speaker 7: of your spine right from the top of your back
- 1:51:18Speaker 7: all the way down to the bottom of your back
- 1:51:28Speaker 7: down it's your lower back at him up and down
- 1:51:42Speaker 7: your spine. You can feel the muscles even side of
- 1:51:48Speaker 7: your spine relaxing even more. And as those muscles relax,
- 1:52:05Speaker 7: that sense of comfort starts to spread outwards from your
- 1:52:13Speaker 7: spine into both sides of your back, the top of
- 1:52:23Speaker 7: your back, the middle end your lower back.
- 1:52:29Speaker 2: And as you scared gently and slowly.
- 1:52:36Speaker 7: Up and down your back, the muscles in the top
- 1:52:41Speaker 7: of your back relax.
- 1:52:45Speaker 2: And become a looser. The muscles in the middle of
- 1:52:52Speaker 2: your back also.
- 1:52:56Speaker 7: Seem to just almost define fat are separating and.
- 1:53:05Speaker 2: Almost melting, and in your lower back.
- 1:53:17Speaker 13: Seems to be an.
- 1:53:18Speaker 2: Extra special feeling of comfort.
- 1:53:30Speaker 7: The spreads into your hips. Sit down your lower back,
- 1:53:36Speaker 7: into your hips, into the area where your cosix are,
- 1:53:48Speaker 7: and into your buttocks. Always muscles that spread.
- 1:53:57Speaker 13: Bring your lower back.
- 1:54:00Speaker 7: Into a hyperia. Start to melt, start to reading, let go,
- 1:54:21Speaker 7: let you know where about to focus on your shoulders,
- 1:54:27Speaker 7: back your spy.
- 1:54:30Speaker 2: Continue.
- 1:54:33Speaker 9: To let go.
- 1:54:37Speaker 2: Cotinue to relax.
- 1:54:43Speaker 9: So coldly.
- 1:54:52Speaker 7: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're
- 1:54:58Speaker 7: already feed ready this already come. Feel those muscles. Then
- 1:55:37Speaker 7: move from your neck into your shoulders.
- 1:55:48Speaker 2: Heels so soft and gentle and calm.
- 1:56:17Speaker 7: The feeling your shoulders seins to spread deep into your shoulders.
- 1:56:33Speaker 7: And since relaxation not just traveling deeply into your mussles,
- 1:56:46Speaker 7: also relaxing.
- 1:56:50Speaker 2: The butterness.
- 1:56:57Speaker 7: And moved away under the your arms, relaxing the whole
- 1:57:06Speaker 7: area between the tops of your shoulders, and don't make
- 1:57:11Speaker 7: your arms.
- 1:57:16Speaker 9: He then.
- 1:57:22Speaker 12: Just so.
- 1:57:25Speaker 7: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders, which sense that.
- 1:57:38Speaker 2: Deep message into your arms that you may feel wice
- 1:58:01Speaker 2: to say your arms. And then because the sun relaxed
- 1:58:11Speaker 2: so deeply relaxed, so.
- 1:58:25Speaker 3: S s.
- 1:58:56Speaker 2: The fins spread in oh down your arms to ours.
- 1:59:12Speaker 7: Cliveding youlwas circumpan spreads away into rists form sad wrists.
- 1:59:50Speaker 9: Heavy.
- 1:59:54Speaker 2: Yet the same time.
- 2:00:04Speaker 17: Sit and hit hands paced.
- 2:01:35Speaker 2: As sense real pace just seems to.
- 2:01:58Speaker 7: Feel strikes tasachs focuss us.
- 2:05:52Speaker 2: School sports faith said.
- 2:09:20Speaker 9: Sir pay so.
- 2:09:23Speaker 2: Sack sack pace, sack co peaceful sick con pais fall.
- 2:10:33Speaker 1: The same.
- 2:10:39Speaker 2: Pace full scrip Come on man, lep likexation the strict chest.
- 2:11:13Speaker 13: Let's you go.
- 2:11:18Speaker 2: Everything.
- 2:11:30Speaker 7: So I'm gonna start counting down now, from twenty down
- 2:11:36Speaker 7: to one.
- 2:11:43Speaker 2: You can imagine in a way it's like just walking
- 2:11:46Speaker 2: down some steps.
- 2:11:49Speaker 7: And each step or twenty steps, and each step represents
- 2:11:55Speaker 7: a level of comfort. Each step represents a deepening of
- 2:12:08Speaker 7: their comfort, and the furvies you walk down those steps
- 2:12:19Speaker 7: that Diger rags you feel. So starting with number twenty
- 2:12:44Speaker 7: twenty ninety eight seven eight sixtyhhhhhhhh three.
- 2:17:03Speaker 13: Four s.
- 2:20:02Speaker 9: Uh eight.
- 2:25:03Speaker 18: USUS six.
- 2:27:22Speaker 7: Five in.
- 2:30:04Speaker 19: USUS.
- 2:33:10Speaker 9: And now.
- 2:33:15Speaker 7: If you focus on your lives, you're gonna countdown from
- 2:33:28Speaker 7: ten down to one, focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 2:33:44Speaker 7: the muscles around your eyes, your eye wolves themselves, the
- 2:33:53Speaker 7: whole area that makes up your eye. As we count down.
- 2:34:11Speaker 9: And ten.
- 2:34:14Speaker 2: Down to one.
- 2:34:17Speaker 7: Wants to focus in on your eyes, you will become
- 2:34:29Speaker 7: twice is relaxed with each number count down.
- 2:34:41Speaker 2: That you may find the way we want to do
- 2:34:48Speaker 2: is just drift off to sleep. And if that's what
- 2:34:57Speaker 2: you want, then just.
- 2:35:02Speaker 7: Allow yourself to do that. Now focus it in your
- 2:35:14Speaker 7: eyes and to begin counted down from ten down to one.
- 2:35:27Speaker 13: Right now.
- 2:35:36Speaker 19: Ten nine.
- 2:36:37Speaker 2: Eight seven.
- 2:38:51Speaker 20: H shhhh.
- 2:42:00Speaker 2: Three. So cut down ten to one, ten nine eight
- 2:45:00Speaker 2: seven six five four three two.
- 2:45:17Speaker 13: One.
- 2:45:24Speaker 2: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:45:27Speaker 2: to relax.
- 2:45:29Speaker 7: Maybe it's a too fast for you to notice the
- 2:45:35Speaker 7: calming of your body, maybe even a little bit of
- 2:45:41Speaker 7: pressure there like you'll count it down from ten to one.
- 2:45:45Speaker 7: Would you expect me to do? Man, expect me to
- 2:45:49Speaker 7: just to go with floppy? Just I guess you're counted
- 2:45:53Speaker 7: down if you try it again.
- 2:46:01Speaker 2: This time, go lover.
- 2:46:05Speaker 7: It's time that you focus on the whole of your
- 2:46:10Speaker 7: body before we focus on the legs.
- 2:46:16Speaker 2: Just notice how your body does start to feel more relaxed.
- 2:46:31Speaker 7: With every number that I count down ten nine, at eight, seven, six, five, four, three.
- 2:48:07Speaker 9: One.
- 2:48:19Speaker 7: I just notice how how you feel generally, how your
- 2:48:25Speaker 7: body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down from
- 2:48:39Speaker 7: ten to one. It's that space that.
- 2:48:45Speaker 2: You have, that space between being active physically or mentally.
- 2:49:06Speaker 9: Just.
- 2:49:10Speaker 7: Sitting luying down, just being there, not doing anything, not
- 2:49:16Speaker 7: saying anything, or needing to think about anything.
- 2:49:22Speaker 2: So it opens up the space.
- 2:49:25Speaker 21: You know, a bit of a space, a gap. And
- 2:49:35Speaker 21: the more I came down from ten to one, the
- 2:49:39Speaker 21: bigger that gap becomes.
- 2:49:44Speaker 7: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort or relaxation.
- 2:49:57Speaker 7: It's a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or
- 2:50:10Speaker 7: discomforts physically or emotionally, moves them.
- 2:50:15Speaker 2: Away. Allows you.
- 2:50:26Speaker 1: To just.
- 2:50:30Speaker 2: Slow down.
- 2:50:34Speaker 22: Someone to count the game from ten down to one
- 2:50:37Speaker 22: and notice that gap widening, the gap.
- 2:50:46Speaker 2: And it s it widens. It's almost like the stress
- 2:50:51Speaker 2: and attention falls into the gap. Give you that distance
- 2:51:10Speaker 2: and space nine eight seven, six.
- 2:52:03Speaker 13: Five four three one. Now, how did you.
- 2:53:23Speaker 2: Body? You feel?
- 2:53:26Speaker 9: Now?
- 2:53:39Speaker 2: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calm?
- 2:53:51Speaker 9: Then?
- 2:53:51Speaker 8: You feel.
- 2:53:55Speaker 2: Relaxed?
- 2:54:18Speaker 7: Now focus on your legs, just your legs. You're just
- 2:54:39Speaker 7: gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course, it's
- 2:54:59Speaker 7: not the best exciting thing to be done, because I'm sure,
- 2:55:07Speaker 7: like most of your body is not a lot going
- 2:55:10Speaker 7: on right now. Just focusing on the whole of your thighs,
- 2:55:26Speaker 7: the tops of your thighs, the sides of your fires
- 2:55:32Speaker 7: the bottoms of your thighs, outer thighs, and inner thighs.
- 2:55:39Speaker 7: Basically the whole of your thigh that leads into your
- 2:55:43Speaker 7: hip and it goes down to your.
- 2:55:52Speaker 2: Knee joints. Now, this is a big area. It's a
- 2:56:04Speaker 2: very heavy area.
- 2:56:06Speaker 7: It's very strong, probably the strongest aussles in your body
- 2:56:12Speaker 7: or in your thighs. But I don't think really perhaps
- 2:56:29Speaker 7: give of attention to her thighs. Perhaps we don't they
- 2:56:41Speaker 7: acknowledge how important our thighs are.
- 2:56:48Speaker 2: To our lives, how much they actually do for us
- 2:57:09Speaker 2: all through our lives.
- 2:57:17Speaker 23: And it may seem sound really weird, but.
- 2:57:23Speaker 7: I think that all our body parts, especially our thighs,
- 2:57:30Speaker 7: needs TLC a bit of love shown, a bit of acknowledgement,
- 2:57:48Speaker 7: thank you, gratitude for what our thighs do for us.
- 2:58:03Speaker 7: And I know this may sound as strange. Maybe you think,
- 2:58:10Speaker 7: why am I short? How should be out in the
- 2:58:13Speaker 7: garden hugging a tree or something? It's hard to sell
- 2:58:22Speaker 7: like an find a number of a tree? So why
- 2:58:24Speaker 7: I'm doing this sen doors I was, I wouldn't be
- 2:58:26Speaker 7: outside hugging a tree. I can't see the television from
- 2:58:30Speaker 7: the tree. You moved down to your knees. You gain
- 2:58:41Speaker 7: such an important part.
- 2:58:47Speaker 2: And I think we don't necessarily. I want to speak
- 2:58:51Speaker 2: for myself.
- 2:58:55Speaker 7: I don't necessarily appreciate.
- 2:58:58Speaker 2: All that one needs me until I have a problem
- 2:59:04Speaker 2: with my need.
- 2:59:06Speaker 7: Occasionally, if I ever, maybe i'll bash it. It's aching
- 2:59:12Speaker 7: for some reason. It's then that I realize how much
- 2:59:18Speaker 7: it does. You know, the benefit of being able to
- 2:59:23Speaker 7: use my legs.
- 2:59:26Speaker 2: Without any kind of physical discomfort.
- 2:59:32Speaker 13: Is a beautiful thing.
- 2:59:35Speaker 7: That's possibly not appreciated toil. It's temporarily removed. You know
- 2:59:43Speaker 7: that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees, regardless
- 2:59:52Speaker 7: of how your needs feel, you can have that sense
- 2:59:58Speaker 7: of attitude and love to your needs for all they
- 3:00:04Speaker 7: do for you. You can still have that attention on
- 3:00:18Speaker 7: your thighs or maybe notice how your thighs feel, Maybe
- 3:00:25Speaker 7: notice that they are relaxing more deeply as you focus
- 3:00:42Speaker 7: now on the bottoms of your legs and your sheets,
- 3:00:48Speaker 7: your calf buzzles, the bones between your knees and your
- 3:00:55Speaker 7: feet incorporate, and course, your ankles.
- 3:01:01Speaker 2: So important.
- 3:01:07Speaker 7: Can anyone that's had either like the slightest spray of
- 3:01:12Speaker 7: an ankle, knows how how much we take our ankles
- 3:01:20Speaker 7: for granted. And it's kind of strange in a way
- 3:01:28Speaker 7: where you think.
- 3:01:29Speaker 2: That you know, logically, our wrists are a lot of
- 3:01:34Speaker 2: thiller than.
- 3:01:36Speaker 7: The rest of our arms, which is okay, it doesn't
- 3:01:40Speaker 7: I can't see any problem with that because we're just
- 3:01:43Speaker 7: picking stuff up.
- 3:01:46Speaker 2: Our ankles.
- 3:01:49Speaker 7: So much thinner than the rest of our legs, and
- 3:01:59Speaker 7: from a physical perspective or logical.
- 3:02:02Speaker 2: Even it doesn't really make sense that all this weight.
- 3:02:08Speaker 7: Will ultimately be resting on your ankles then lead to
- 3:02:15Speaker 7: your feet.
- 3:02:20Speaker 2: A thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does so much
- 3:02:29Speaker 2: great work. Supports us, supports.
- 3:02:33Speaker 7: Our body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It
- 3:02:45Speaker 7: helps you to.
- 3:02:50Speaker 2: Get around, to be mobile. There's a carf muscles.
- 3:02:59Speaker 7: Of course, I was younger, I couldn't see the point
- 3:03:07Speaker 7: in calf moscoms didn't seem to do anything. Okay, you've
- 3:03:13Speaker 7: walked around my tiptoes and my calf muscles get some work.
- 3:03:19Speaker 7: But of course that's not true. The calf muscles are
- 3:03:21Speaker 7: being used whenever we use our legs. Then your shins
- 3:03:34Speaker 7: there to protect your lower legs, shaped in away, almost
- 3:03:46Speaker 7: as a protector for the bone, leading of course to
- 3:03:57Speaker 7: your ankles.
- 3:04:02Speaker 2: And your feet. I'm not going to focus on your feet.
- 3:04:09Speaker 2: I'm just going to focus on the legs. I realize
- 3:04:15Speaker 2: now that I've.
- 3:04:16Speaker 7: Mentioned your feet, you'll probably focused on anyway, So maybe
- 3:04:21Speaker 7: I should.
- 3:04:22Speaker 2: Focus on your feet a little bit. You can have
- 3:04:28Speaker 2: them in your.
- 3:04:28Speaker 7: Awareness, the same as you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 3:04:36Speaker 2: Even though we haven't.
- 3:04:37Speaker 7: Been focusing on your thighs a few minutes were focusing
- 3:04:43Speaker 7: on your angles, there's still that sensation of comfort h
- 3:05:00Speaker 7: in your thighs. There's that movement.
- 3:05:08Speaker 2: Of energy.
- 3:05:11Speaker 7: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 3:05:18Speaker 7: there's the muscles and the big strong muscles that we
- 3:05:23Speaker 7: have in our thighs, but the skin on the outside
- 3:05:37Speaker 7: of the thighs, as in the outside of all of
- 3:05:41Speaker 7: our body, can be very sensitive, sensitive to a touch,
- 3:05:53Speaker 7: sensitive to temperature, and inside your thighs.
- 3:06:05Speaker 2: The bones, there's the muscle, is.
- 3:06:09Speaker 7: The blood, vessels, the arch trees, to all this stuff
- 3:06:14Speaker 7: inside of thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be nice if
- 3:06:23Speaker 7: you could actually put your fingers inside your thighs and message,
- 3:06:31Speaker 7: so you can message on the outside.
- 3:06:33Speaker 2: Of the course, but be able to get deep into the.
- 3:06:36Speaker 7: Muscles, to be able to just message inside your thighs.
- 3:06:42Speaker 7: Message in the bones, your leg massage the veins, just
- 3:06:52Speaker 7: gently heaving thighs, you can move down. Message inside your knees.
- 3:07:07Speaker 7: There's a message in those bones with healing fingertips spreading
- 3:07:15Speaker 7: the heating energy deep into.
- 3:07:18Speaker 2: The joints knees. Of course, of the back of your
- 3:07:29Speaker 2: need and.
- 3:07:30Speaker 7: The inside crease, real need is it's a very sensitive area.
- 3:07:40Speaker 7: It's really nice when it struck you. That might be
- 3:07:44Speaker 7: because it's an area that's not really touched very often.
- 3:07:50Speaker 7: It's almost like a hidden part a crease.
- 3:07:56Speaker 2: Legs. It's almost.
- 3:08:00Speaker 13: Like a part that.
- 3:08:02Speaker 7: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:08:13Speaker 7: it's protected by your legs. Let you put in your
- 3:08:25Speaker 7: fingers to increase your legs and folded between your legs,
- 3:08:37Speaker 7: you can just message with your fingertips.
- 3:08:40Speaker 2: Let your fingertips.
- 3:08:41Speaker 7: Going inside, massage in the muscle tissue you can cause
- 3:08:52Speaker 7: fielder the bones, your knees, your fingertips, and then if
- 3:09:07Speaker 7: you go down.
- 3:09:10Speaker 2: To your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like
- 3:09:13Speaker 2: to be able to reading.
- 3:09:16Speaker 7: Put my thinker tip steam inside the calf muscles, massage
- 3:09:22Speaker 7: in every single tissue of the muscle, healing every part.
- 3:09:37Speaker 7: They do the same for a shields massage and gently
- 3:09:45Speaker 7: stroking the bones, gently stroking them, healing and love it
- 3:09:52Speaker 7: way because they deserve to be treated. There's the precious
- 3:09:59Speaker 7: bones that they are, because our legs are so precious
- 3:10:04Speaker 7: that they all the other parts of our body, the.
- 3:10:09Speaker 2: More precious of anytue planet. When you start to think
- 3:10:25Speaker 2: about lex in this way, it can change your perspective.
- 3:10:40Speaker 2: It might sound be.
- 3:10:45Speaker 7: It's silly to start with the idea of family love.
- 3:10:51Speaker 7: Felix showing appreciation your thighs. Wanted to be able to
- 3:11:01Speaker 7: put your hands in your thighs, massage the muscles and
- 3:11:09Speaker 7: the bones, to get your fingers deep in there, releasing tension.
- 3:11:20Speaker 13: Just to show.
- 3:11:23Speaker 7: How much you care about your legs, what you care for,
- 3:11:32Speaker 7: what your legs do fear regularly, your needs, your cards,
- 3:11:41Speaker 7: your ankles, the strength of your ankles, considering how fit
- 3:11:54Speaker 7: they are compared to the rest of your legs, especially
- 3:11:58Speaker 7: your thighs. Yeah, they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things.
- 3:12:14Speaker 2: Ankles are truly a gift.
- 3:12:22Speaker 7: Because of what they do for you, supporting all our weight,
- 3:12:33Speaker 7: regardless of how what weight.
- 3:12:36Speaker 13: You are, even if you're eat a stone, it's still.
- 3:12:42Speaker 7: A long way for these little angles. How long the
- 3:12:49Speaker 7: heavy a mainst doubled Yet my course support my body
- 3:13:00Speaker 7: all the time. What they do give off a sigh
- 3:13:07Speaker 7: of relief to sit down, if my licks there, my
- 3:13:17Speaker 7: feet feel sick, my toes crack. Your legs really are amazing.
- 3:13:53Speaker 7: Talking about talking about your legs is probably possibly the
- 3:14:01Speaker 7: most boring FCT you ever heard anyone say. Possibly you're
- 3:14:08Speaker 7: boring online. Everything I said is true. The legs are amazing.
- 3:14:26Speaker 7: Your lex deserve not just respect because they deserve to relax.
- 3:14:38Speaker 2: Deeply.
- 3:14:46Speaker 7: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:14:52Speaker 7: to just let go completely. Legs really can relax because
- 3:15:28Speaker 7: the legs are say such as you know, very important
- 3:15:34Speaker 7: part of your body. When you relax, makes the rest
- 3:15:39Speaker 7: of your body also actually follows in that journey of comfort,
- 3:15:59Speaker 7: like a feeling my hips. My hips feel really nice,
- 3:16:07Speaker 7: and also my night back as well, my knoe back
- 3:16:12Speaker 7: really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting
- 3:16:18Speaker 7: in a chair and there's no stretching as far as
- 3:16:24Speaker 7: a way that I'm doing. It's almost as if the
- 3:16:27Speaker 7: muscles just relaxed so much and there is a natural
- 3:16:32Speaker 7: stretch as a tension has reduced, not.
- 3:16:56Speaker 13: And I'm now going to count down ten down to one.
- 3:17:10Speaker 2: Last ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 3:17:37Speaker 12: Four.
- 3:17:41Speaker 13: Three one.
- 3:17:56Speaker 2: Relax because I'm just going to count down.
- 3:18:08Speaker 7: Five down to one. And as I countdown and just
- 3:18:13Speaker 7: focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and
- 3:18:21Speaker 7: notice how you feel.
- 3:18:27Speaker 24: In this moment.
- 3:18:29Speaker 7: As you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 3:18:34Speaker 7: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer or just in
- 3:18:47Speaker 7: your body, but also relaxing the mind.
- 3:18:55Speaker 2: Just notice how you feel.
- 3:18:57Speaker 7: There's nothing to do, it's nothing to say, it's nothing
- 3:19:03Speaker 7: to think about.
- 3:19:07Speaker 2: Starting with number five.
- 3:19:19Speaker 13: Four three.
- 3:19:40Speaker 2: Two one, did you notice the gradual letting go.
- 3:20:07Speaker 7: The tension in your body. You may also begin to
- 3:20:15Speaker 7: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 3:20:22Speaker 7: to slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:20:33Speaker 2: It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural.
- 3:20:38Speaker 7: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:20:46Speaker 7: and the more your micro relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:20:50Speaker 7: Is just a continuous circle of relaxation, and there's that
- 3:21:01Speaker 7: calmness that comes from.
- 3:21:05Speaker 2: Relative quietness.
- 3:21:08Speaker 7: You know, even even if this background sounds, even your
- 3:21:13Speaker 7: side online is still going to be quite calm. You know,
- 3:21:22Speaker 7: you haven't got the television on, there's no music in
- 3:21:26Speaker 7: the background, unless you're listening to the recorded with music.
- 3:21:29Speaker 7: Of course, you're very likely not going to be sitting
- 3:21:36Speaker 7: in a room with other people. Of course you might be,
- 3:21:40Speaker 7: but generally it's the idea.
- 3:21:43Speaker 13: If you could do this on your own, so.
- 3:21:47Speaker 7: No distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation
- 3:22:06Speaker 7: automatically rises. The sense of comfort starts to grow, and
- 3:22:20Speaker 7: without trying to build it up into something fantastical, something magical.
- 3:22:32Speaker 2: This is just a natural process, something that's easy to accomplish.
- 3:22:45Speaker 7: In fact, it's almost the sense of relaxing completely happens
- 3:22:52Speaker 7: really when you put no effort into it.
- 3:22:57Speaker 2: It's not something that you can really force.
- 3:23:02Speaker 7: Is something that happens naturally. A part of the process
- 3:23:12Speaker 7: of this recording and others.
- 3:23:18Speaker 2: Is simply to allow you to take advantage of this
- 3:23:29Speaker 2: space this time, just let go, to just be here,
- 3:23:46Speaker 2: to be in tune with how you feel, yet with
- 3:24:00Speaker 2: the intention.
- 3:24:03Speaker 7: Of wanting to relax deeply, that maybe even to fall asleep,
- 3:24:15Speaker 7: depending on what it is the wish for yourself.
- 3:24:22Speaker 2: In this moment.
- 3:24:30Speaker 7: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:24:40Speaker 7: of falling asleep. The actually fall a sleep part is
- 3:24:45Speaker 7: the tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you.
