said to them "If only we had died in
• 0:21
Egypt or in this wilderness why is the

Lord bringing us to this land only to
• 0:26
let us fall by the sword our wives and

shared that the land was indeed good but
• 1:05
that the inhabitants of that land were
• 1:07
too big and strong to be defeated by
• 1:09
Israel the purpose of sending the spies
• 1:12
to the promised land prior to conquering
• 1:14
that land was to bring back a report of
• 1:17
its beauty and abundance in order to
• 1:19
excite the people to greater faith and
• 1:21
obedience this is what it means to be an
• 1:24
encourager those who do God's work are
• 1:26
to encourage God's people to follow them
• 1:28
into that work by painting the picture
• 1:31
of the re reward that results from
• 1:33
obedience the people still have to
• 1:36
choose to obey but their leaders should
• 1:38
not be discouraged and said they should
• 1:40
encourage faith and trust in the Lord
• 1:43
  regardless of circumstances the Lord
• 1:46
  detests grumbling grumbling is defeated
• 1:49
by gratefulness and hope for the future
• 1:52
the man of God must remind the people of
• 1:54
God what God has done and what God will
• 1:57
do the people of God must remember what
• 1:59
God has done and trust the character of
• 2:02
God that he will continue to do good
• 2:05
everybody should obey the Lord doing his
• 2:07
will and trusting him for the outcome
• 2:10
  without grumbling but with rejoicing
