Red Cedar Jubilee Celebrates 55 Years
Williamston’s Red Cedar Jubilee is in full swing, celebrating its 55th year with a vibrant week of festivities that began Saturday with a lively parade and culminates in fireworks. Over 30 vendors, live music, carnival rides, and local food and drinks draw crowds to this beloved community event, originally started as a fundraiser for local service groups. Coordinated by Jill Cutshaw of the Kiwanis Club, the celebration is all about bringing people together — reconnecting longtime members and welcoming newcomers to enjoy the spirit of the town.
