  We know where they're going at #1 they're going to go for the

  quarterback Fernando Mendoza, and as well as they should.

  He's the best quarterback in this class by a long run.

  This guy was the Heisman Trophy winner.

  there. He's got a new young coach, a

  while. RJ, RG3 was rookie of the year.

  He played well for two or three years.

  But everybody says because of his size, he was a track and

  field runner. He he would probably have fun,

  have problems staying healthy throughout his career in the

  NFL. And how many years did he have

  over there with Washington before Kirk Cousins took over?

  And that had a lot to do with the head coach right now.

  And you know who it is? The 49ers.

  He helped, yeah. Mr. Kyle Shanahan, who helped,

  he was Kyle Shanahan was the one that wanted Kirk Cousins, just

  so everybody knows. So.

  And a lot of people thought that the 49ers were going to bring in

  Kirk Cousins in the offseason to play behind Purdy, but that

  didn't happen. He he decided to go to the

  Raiders because he wanted to. He believes he he if, if the

  Raiders give him a chance, an opportunity, he should win the

  quarterback position as well as you should.

  Whoever plays better, whoever practices harder should win the

  position. But again, he is the number one

  pick, as Quinton says. And that might be the way they

  go. But the Raiders are an

  organization that does not know how to take care of
• 3:49
  quarterbacks, if you know what I mean.

  And that offensive line is a lot of questions.

  That offensive line speeding. Yeah.

  There's. Definitely a lot of questions.

  I thought it was on paper pretty good last year.

  I was surprised I dropped off the way it did.

  And a lot of those guys, it was a reason Ashley Ginty had a lot

  of trouble at the beginning of the year, came along a little

  later on. But they took a running back at
• 4:06
  six and the offensive line didn't help them.

  And the quarterback position has just been a revolving door.

  Some of it was Josh McDaniels just messing up with everything
• 4:13
  he did as a coach. But even before that, there's a
• 4:15
  reason the Raiders had the most coaches in the NFL since 2000 is

  because they just don't know what to do right with it.

  I think Mendoza is ready to start, I think, as it is.

  But you're right, Errol, if Kirk Cousins shines and Kubiak's
• 4:25
  system because he's familiar with it, yeah, they might let

  Mendoza play a little bit. The Raiders aren't probably
• 4:29
  going to go anywhere anyway. I mean, we've seen some quick

  turnarounds recently with Washington, with the Texans and

  even the Patriots last year going to the Super Bowl.

  As lucky as they might have been with the schedule that they had,

  it was still a four win team to a turn around.

  So maybe the Raiders are hoping for that with with Kubiak and

  he's that good right away. But.

  everybody isn't is expecting them to have.

  I give them a lot of credit. By the way, it was announced

  that Fernando Mendoza, as we have it right there, current

  selection is Fernando. And I'll say this, I love that

  Fernando Mendoza stayed home with his family and enjoys this

  with his family. He doesn't care about getting on

  the stage and celebrating with Roger Goodell and hugging Anna

  because he doesn't want to do that.

  He wants to. Just the one experience you get.

  I don't understand why you. Because his mother has his my

  mother has Ms. and into him. He wanted his mother to enjoy it

  And I, I think that's to me, it makes a lot of sense.

  moving into the NFL and he's going to get a chance to prove

  himself as a player. And, and I think he's unique,

  more unique than any quarterback I've seen come out of the draft

  in a very, very long time because he's just really cool

  and collected. And I'll say something about

  him, him and his his friends, he had his whole team come with him

  to the Heisman Trophy dinner. And after, after he was

  announced the Heisman Trophy winner and he went to the media

  room and he, he came out, every one of them were waiting for

  him. They were cheering for him.

  They went crazy. They hugged him, they picked him
• 7:35
  up. And, and when the after he spoke

  to the media, he went out with every one of his players, went
• 7:41
  out to Times Square and he stood in the middle of Times Square to
• 7:45
  celebrate that Heisman Trophy win with all the people.

  I've never seen anybody do that before for all the people.

  And I've been to three Heisman Trophy dinners.

  I've never seen anybody do that. I've never seen anybody put

  himself out there for the fans to see him and get to meet him
