- 2:39Marches,
- 2:40Moon Day.
- 2:41It's the June 2. We're going into the second day of the back half of the year.
- 2:47Voyage is it Raj, I was thinking about that. Isn't the back half from July 1? Because that's the seventh most Well, you know what? It it probably is. I just always think of it turning on June, and I'm wrong, and you're right. So July,
- 3:01but we're headed close to the back half of the year. There we go. Which promises
- 3:06to be a
- 3:08sit on the edge of your seat.
- 3:11Unknown: I was confused yesterday.
- 3:13Unknown: I was I know. Well, I'm sorry. Was this is my that's no. It's my culpa. Mia culpa.
- 3:20Anyway, it's, we're close to the second half of the year,
- 3:23and, we will give you details as we inch toward it. Of course, July 4 thing has got
- 3:31some pretty big implications
- 3:33this year potentially,
- 3:35that mister t,
- 3:38who knows which side of the, rope he's on,
- 3:42may, readjust the price of gold, on the fourth and announce something like fifty year gold backed bonds or something ridiculous
- 3:50like that. So we'll see. We're in that range. There's all kinds of stuff going on, of course. I don't know about it too much in the next morning because
- 3:59I'll get to you in a second, Paul, I guess, but until,
- 4:02Alex and the boys get get a morning show on,
- 4:06I'm just kinda flying blind,
- 4:09in the mornings.
- 4:10And, so, anyway, that's the way it is.
- 4:13Paul, if you'd be so kind as to give us the folks that
- 4:17help us extend our reach here at the old radio ranch.
- 4:20Unknown: Full compliment today minus Discord because
- 4:24I don't have the
- 4:26I don't I just don't have the hardware to to spare a sound channel to feed Discord, so that that's coming.

- 5:35Unknown: Now, Raj, you said you had a story, and I have a story also. Well, you can go first. Well, you're you're on the soapbox, so you can go ahead first.
- 5:44Well, okay. Well well, this is this actually indicates what what Oh, hold on. Somebody's already trying to interrupt you. Hold on, Paul. Who's trying to say something?
- 5:56Who'd This is me, Vivana, Raj, and I have this on YouTube. So I'll Oh, we got three stories. How about that? Okay. We got three stories Alright. Three stories in the show today. That's a start. So here we go. We're gonna defer to mister technician
- 6:12here first,
- 6:14the wizard. Well,
- 6:16Unknown: this is something that came across my desk.
- 6:18I actually don't have a desk. I have a soundboard, but
- 6:23and it is part and parcel what is wrong with the world
- 6:26and
- 6:28those who
- 6:29make money without doing anything for it and the corruption in government and everything else. It ticks
- 6:37all of the boxes
- 6:39because,
- 6:41recently there was there was a problem with the fence, the White House,
- 6:46and three contractors were called to bid on fixing the broken fence.
- 6:51One was from Bangladesh,
- 6:53another was because we don't want to seem antiseptic,
- 6:56we'll just say they were from Ukraine,
- 6:58and the third one was from China.
- 7:00So they go to the White House office to examine the fence. The Bangladesh contractor takes out a tape measure. He does some measuring and then works the figures out with a pencil and says I figure the job will run about $900.
- 7:13That's 400 for materials,
- 7:15400 for my team, and a $100 profit for me.
- 7:18So then the Chinese contractor,
- 7:20he does measurements and and he does figuring. He pulls out the abacus and everything else. Then he says, I can do this job for $700,
- 7:29300 for materials, 300 for my team, and a 100 profit for me.
- 7:33So then the Ukrainian contractors turn. He comes up. He doesn't measure or figure anything,
- 7:39but he leans over to the official and he whispers
- 7:42$2,700.
- 7:45The official
- 7:46is taken aback. He's outraged. He said, you didn't even measure like the other guys. How did you come up with such an outrageous figure? Ukrainian looks at him and whispers back, a thousand for me, thousand for you, and we hired a guy from China to fix the fence.
- 8:02Unknown: Done. There you go. Replies the official. I I knew he's gonna load up with a joke from the way he started. Okay. Well, there's the three guys in repair. Ozana,
- 8:11what story do you have?
- 8:15Unknown: Well, okay. You sure you want me to go before you, Roger?
- 8:19Unknown: Well, mine's pretty short. I'll go ahead and get mine, and Zana will build up a little suspense for yours. Okay?
- 8:25I was just telling the folks here because I've heard the story when they were down,
- 8:31Susan and
- 8:32Dean,
- 8:34about I've got a friend here. She's been down here twenty eight years,
- 8:37twenty nine probably now.
- 8:40And, it's just for Philadelphia and just kinda that's spacey. You know? She's real nice. She just doesn't pay attention to stuff like we do.
- 8:49And,
- 8:50she loves to go help the Indians in the jungle and all that kind of stuff.
- 8:55Well, she was working in. I told Paul, here's how this came about. I was talking about Ecuador, and Paul said I couldn't handle 8,000 feet. And I was like,
- 9:05well, you could after a couple of days. It's not like it sticks with you for months.
- 9:10But, anyway, the body will acclimate to them.
- 9:13Survival is the key. It's gonna get you the oxygen you need.
- 9:17But, anyway,
- 9:19Anne, Annie, who's my friend,
- 9:21I said, well, Paul, we might could put you down in Mendo.
- 9:25Well, here, Ecuador's got all of
- 9:28every microclimate
- 9:29in the world in one country.
- 9:32Pretty interesting.
- 9:33Well, Mendo is about halfway. Paul said 4,000 feet. So I said probably Mendo,
- 9:39although I've never been there.
- 9:41Mendo
- 9:42is in the rainforest part of the country. And so Anne was working down there at a restaurant,
- 9:48and she was waiting on this table, and they they they were all shocked
- 9:53because at the table was Sting
- 9:56on a vacation down here in Ecuador.
- 9:59And and Anne didn't recognize him, and he was shocked that somebody didn't recognize him. So, anyway, that was the story. If you're down there in Mendo,
- 10:09ever,
- 10:10Paul, you might run into Sting.
- 10:12Who knows?
- 10:16Unknown: Well, I think at this particular stage in his life, I don't think I'd I'd recognize him either.
- 10:22Unknown: Yeah. It might not. Hell, he might have had too many hard hard driven miles. You know? That happens. Yeah. Okay.
- 10:31Our young
- 10:32student,
- 10:33very accomplished.
- 10:35Alana, will you have a story too?
- 10:39Unknown: Yes.
- 10:41Actually, Roger, it's more this I should say this evening
- 10:45in the
- 10:46exact opposite time zone.
- 10:50I'm in Thailand for a business trip. And
- 10:54Unknown: You are right now? Traveling.
- 10:56Unknown: Yeah.
- 10:57Right now. Yes. Oh, okay. You sound great.
- 11:02Oh, I'm going through FCC, so I'm sure they have a good connection at the hotel.
- 11:08Uh-huh. And so,
- 11:10you know, nice, nice, nice hotel there, plus.
- 11:16So you okay. So let's back up a little bit. And, it
- 11:20takes it takes it takes a lot to to get my blood flowing, Roger. Okay? I'm generally
- 11:26a very calm person.
- 11:28And but
- 11:32but you wouldn't believe what we experienced for my son
- 11:35and my wife
- 11:38when they went to get driver's license to one of my son to get the driver's license and
- 11:43and my wife to update her driver's license at the DMV in Texas in in Austin,
- 11:51in Austin
- 11:53near
- 11:54I think it well,
- 11:55let's just say in Austin.
- 11:59Alright. So back up a little bit. So my son is a national. He sent all his paperwork.
- 12:05So he got, you know, in the
- 12:08Unknown: How old are you He just Okay. He's 18.
- 12:12Unknown: And,
- 12:14and I you know, he's been listening to me rant, you know, about nationality and stuff. And one day he came to me and he goes,
- 12:21would
- 12:22this protect me from from getting drafted in the military?
- 12:26And I said, yes. It would.
- 12:29And he says, okay. Then I'm gonna be a national too. So that's that was his motivation.
- 12:36Unknown: And and what's his name? His honor. What's his name?
- 12:39Unknown: His name is Daniel.
- 12:41Unknown: Okay.
- 12:42Good on you, Daniel. Go ahead.
- 12:44Unknown: Yeah.
- 12:46So
- 12:50he got, you know, he learned not to drive stick shift and,
- 12:54and so then he passed the test and driving tests,
- 12:58but I'm here in Thailand. So I wasn't there to be a part of this experience.
- 13:04So he went to,
- 13:06to, with his sister
- 13:08to the DMV
- 13:10and,
- 13:12and you know, they weren't ready for him. So today he went with his mom,
- 13:17And,
- 13:20basically,
- 13:22they told him that, hey. We see that you have,
- 13:28you see that you have all the documentation needed
- 13:31to get a driver's license. We're very happy to give you a driver's license,
- 13:36but,
- 13:37you
- 13:38are going to have to check
- 13:40yes on that US citizenship.
- 13:45Unknown: So they were alright. Now I wanna they're asking for year to acknowledge US citizenship on a driver's license.
- 13:54It used to be residency.
- 13:57So evidently,
- 13:58now that's changed.
- 14:02Unknown: Well,
- 14:04well, there there is a
- 14:06well, it's still there. Like, so you have to put no, and you have to provide if you're not if, like, say, you're a Japanese,
- 14:14you have to provide a residency document. You have to put no, and proof of residency is required.
- 14:21Unknown: Yeah. And that would like, a a gas bill or an electric bill or something. They'll usually accept for that. Go ahead. Do my knowledge.
- 14:28Unknown: Yeah. Exactly. Well, that's for US citizens. If you're not a US citizen to
- 14:34and if you're from somewhere else, a foreigner,
- 14:37then other form of documentation is required such as the, you know, your visa or your permit to be here.
- 14:44Unknown: Yeah. Green card number,
- 14:46Unknown: etcetera. Yeah. Green card number and so on and so forth. Yeah.
- 14:51So
- 14:52but my son has all his documentation in order.
- 14:56So she basically said to him
- 15:01that he will have to sign
- 15:04he will have to sign as a US citizen. And at that point,
- 15:08he says, I can't do that. By the way, just to be clear,
- 15:12I I skipped a portion just to kinda get to the punchline.
- 15:17When he went to get his permit originally two weeks ago,
- 15:23three weeks ago, he submitted the form,
- 15:26but it had a couple of interesting incidents that happened then
- 15:30because on the form
- 15:32it'll ask you for your race.
- 15:35Right?
- 15:36There are four options on the race question.
- 15:39First one is American Indian.
- 15:42Uh-huh. Next one is, I believe it's Alaskan.
- 15:46Unknown: I had it. Oh, they got two they've got two different types of Indians in Alaska, but yeah. Go ahead. Yeah. Yeah.
- 15:54Unknown: Another one, you know, Alaskan.
- 15:56Right?
- 15:57So,
- 15:59then you have black
- 16:01and white.
- 16:04Those are the four options we have.
- 16:06Unknown: Wow. Okay.
- 16:09So American
- 16:10Indian,
- 16:11Alaskan Indian, black or white, those are the only choices?
- 16:15Unknown: No. American in yeah. Well, Alaskan or American I pulled it up. Alaskan or American Indian,
- 16:22Asian or Pacific Islander.
- 16:25Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 16:26Black.
- 16:27Unknown: Yeah. Black
- 16:28and white. White.
- 16:30Okay.
- 16:31Unknown: Yeah. Okay. Well, I guess that covers everything, doesn't it?
- 16:37Politically, yes. It covers everything. The the the Spanish isn't in there, though.
- 16:44Unknown: No. Because,
- 16:45Roger,
- 16:47you know, race is can has multiple definitions.
- 16:52It's that of dedication.
- 16:53Right? Yes. Yeah. Of course. So you say, oh, you look at yeah. That's my race. I'm black. I'm white. I'm Hispanic. That's a race. Well Mhmm. In this case, the definition for race
- 17:05is your political status.
- 17:12Unknown: Boy, isn't that interesting? Can only it
- 17:15can Race is nation, usually. A nation is race. If you go look up nation or or race, it'll say nation, a nation of that type of people. And here, they're equivocating it with the political action. Well,
- 17:31Unknown: yeah, it it so race
- 17:34is a nation,
- 17:35but a nation where a group of people are. Right? A country can have
- 17:41many nations in it and under that definition. It can. Because They could. Yeah. Ethiopian,
- 17:47yeah, from one
- 17:49kind of race.
- 17:51Right? There are other races with Ethiopia. You just look at us and, you know, some of them look from Southern Africa, and other of them look very much lighter. So there's a difference in race.
- 18:02I mean, you can you can look at the Chinese. Some are taller. Others are shorter.
- 18:06Right? There are differences.
- 18:08So that's why then you can use the word race to talk about racing, like car racing.
- 18:15Yeah. Has multiple definitions.
- 18:17So in this case So what'd your so what'd your son do here at this point? So I told him before we got to the to the booth. Right?
- 18:27I explained that to him,
- 18:29and he said, you have to be careful.
- 18:32You know you're not any of those Indians or Pacific Islander.
- 18:38So there's the two that could potentially apply to you is black and white.
- 18:42Now
- 18:44this may appear to you,
- 18:47as a race,
- 18:48like a skin color race,
- 18:50but that's not what this is. Because if it was, then they would include Asian in here,
- 18:56but they don't. Or the African would be included in their blacks,
- 19:00like, in multiple races of blacks. This page would be two pages long just on that question trying to pick all the kind of different races throughout the world.
- 19:09Right. But they only have a black and white.
- 19:12So that means it's a political status.
- 19:16So look at the what is the common commonality
- 19:20amongst all these four options?
- 19:22I told them. K? American Indians,
- 19:25they call themselves our nation.
- 19:28Okay? Asia Pacific Islander,
- 19:31they are in their little bubble
- 19:33in their own nation.
- 19:35Okay?
- 19:37So they and then so that had to be some sort of political status.
- 19:42And then they have a black had to be a political status,
- 19:45and white had to be a political status.
- 19:48So, therefore,
- 19:50you have changed your status. You've defined
- 19:53what you are,
- 19:55and you have picked
- 19:56white to be your political
- 19:59status. You could have picked black, but you chose white. Showed I showed him that on paper.
- 20:04Unknown: This doesn't have anything to do with the residency citizen in The United States or anything? It's just a question on what race are you with those options. Right?
- 20:12Unknown: Not yeah.
- 20:14We haven't gotten to that part yet. It's kinda weird. The name.
- 20:20So I said to him,
- 20:22leave that blank. Don't answer that question,
- 20:25but it comes down to it and they force you to sign,
- 20:29then you have no choice but to pick white because you've made your changed your political status.
- 20:34Okay? Just be careful of that.
- 20:37Alright. He says he understood. Okay, dad. I got it. He goes, okay. So we go to the front counter. Finally, we made it. What do you know? There's a very nice black lady's in there.
- 20:47She's chatting and giggling with us. And finally, we give her all the paperwork, and then we I attach a cover letter
- 20:57with my
- 20:58affidavit of nationality.
- 21:01And that cover letter
- 21:02just simply requests it. Find
- 21:06my nationality status
- 21:08in the in my short matter to your nationality status attached.
- 21:12Please place this permanently in my administrative record. A little bit longer than that, but the gist of his dad.
- 21:19Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 21:19Unknown: And it is also found in the state departments. It's also been filed with the state department.
- 21:25So
- 21:27so I thought it says and the lady said, I can't take this. I can't. So she pushed her back. She all of a sudden powered up.
- 21:34And I told her, ma'am, this is really important.
- 21:36We cannot it's a it's a it's a violation of federal law to pretend
- 21:41that we are a US citizen
- 21:43after we've made a call that we're not. So you're gonna need to accept that letter.
- 21:49Just you can throw it away. Scan it and delete it. My responsibility is to make sure that I've given that to you. You guys can do whatever you want with it.
- 21:58Okay. So we went back and forth, back and forth.
- 22:01And she finally said, okay. I'll scan it, but back office is gonna delete it. Yeah. You that's not that's not our responsibility.
- 22:10And and then she goes, finally gets to the question.
- 22:13And so we got over that hump first. And then we finally looks at the application form. She says, hey. You haven't picked you haven't decided on that.
- 22:22Which one are you on the race? You haven't answered that. You're gonna need to answer that. She's very nice and very friendly, very polite, very respectful.
- 22:30And my son thought thought it through and thought it through and thought, and he says,
- 22:34I'm white.
- 22:36Please check white. Are you sure? You don't look like white to me. And
- 22:40then he just stayed quiet
- 22:44and just looked at her. I backed away from that experience. I just kept my mouth shut.
- 22:50So what happened at that moment was, I guess, your race is what you feel you are.
- 22:57And then my son said, that's correct. Well, did he stays? I told her.
- 23:01Your gender is what you feel you are too. Whichever.
- 23:05Yeah. Exactly. I I think that's what she was referring to.
- 23:09And then she finally put white in there. She marked it herself. She asked him to sign. He signed.
- 23:16Not a US citizen
- 23:17and white.
- 23:19He
- 23:20filed it in.
- 23:22Now that was a few weeks ago. I was there. And now my with that information, now my wife takes it this morning to to the DMV. Okay?
- 23:31Okay. So my son, when they denied him, says, I'm gonna need to make a phone call. So he calls me up.
- 23:37Right.
- 23:39And he is I I said, I talked to the, you know, first lady. She says, okay. I need to speak with the manager.
- 23:45So the manager comes
- 23:47and the manager sits on on the usher called Booth 31, which is kinda isolated, Booth Booth 31.
- 23:53So they she takes them both. She's sitting in Booth 31.
- 23:57They put me on a speakerphone.
- 23:59I said, good morning. And I thanked her for her time. Very polite, very respectful.
- 24:04And she was very nice to me too.
- 24:07And,
- 24:09so she goes,
- 24:11you know, we have process and procedure in here
- 24:14and he's gonna have to pick a US citizen, she told me. He's gonna have to pick one if he's he's got I see that he's got all the documentation,
- 24:23but if he can't put yes on that question
- 24:27after he gave us all these documents, he's born here. He's got a passport. He's got a birth certificate. He's got all these things.
- 24:34Okay. If he can't put a US citizen, then we won't be able to give you a driver's license.
- 24:41Yeah. And then I told her,
- 24:44so my wife
- 24:45had, it happens to have her passport with her.
- 24:49Okay.
- 24:50And she had the passport page open
- 24:52where it says national slash citizen of The United States.
- 24:57Yes. And she tells her, we are national,
- 25:00but not citizens. Shows you right there.
- 25:03Okay.
- 25:04Unknown: And then it kinda one kinda discussion kinda But that shocked her that shocked her shocked her, didn't it, a little bit?
- 25:11Unknown: No. That not as much as what I told her.
- 25:15Okay?
- 25:16After all of that,
- 25:19I said to her,
- 25:22ma'am, you cannot deny us. We are not a US citizen,
- 25:26and you cannot deny us driver's license.
- 25:29It is federal violation for you,
- 25:33civil rights violation for you to deny us a driver's license.
- 25:38K?
- 25:39And then I said, I called out.
- 25:42Thank you. I'll be happy to hear this.
- 25:4442 USC 1982,
- 25:47equal rights under the law.
- 25:50Okay. Okay?
- 25:52Yeah. You are in violation of federal my son was later telling me that her hand was shaking.
- 25:58Was also wearing the camera. She's recording the whole incident.
- 26:02Okay. She was visibly upset,
- 26:05somewhat irritated.
- 26:07Our tone of voice changed Probably the whole frustrated
- 26:10Unknown: and
- 26:13Unknown: irritated. Probably for yeah. I'm sure. Yeah. I am you know? I
- 26:19yeah. Yeah.
- 26:20So and then and
- 26:22so,
- 26:24additionally
- 26:26too, we said, you know, I I said to how come other people from other nations, if citizenship is required, how come driver's license is extended to other people from other nations?
- 26:38And she I asked her that as well. They have to show documentation
- 26:41that they're here lawfully.
- 26:43And so just like the way you have to show us, Sergeant. Okay. I understand. And that's what this affidavit is. Someone from another country yeah. Someone from other country gets to have a driver's license to have the right documentation.
- 26:55Here, we're telling you we have a right documentation,
- 26:59and I call out federal regulations.
- 27:01That isn't truly in effect here today,
- 27:04and you're denying a driver's license.
- 27:09And it's just at this point, I cannot she she basically said, this is our process of procedure.
- 27:16And so
- 27:17if he can if he wants to if he wants to put yes, we'll give him a driver's license. Otherwise,
- 27:23Unknown: we just don't have the process to proceed any further. Okay. Alright. At this point, I would have said and you probably would have brought it up earlier.
- 27:32But, yes, I am a citizen, but I'm not a citizen of The United States. That's federal
- 27:37citizenship.
- 27:38Am a citizen of The United States Of America.
- 27:42That's a national
- 27:43citizenship
- 27:45that is referred to in this cover page of the passport
- 27:48where it says they're only issued to US citizens a and nationals b.
- 27:53K? I think I'd approached it. Yeah. At least given her that to noodle on a little bit. I am a citizen.
- 28:00Now the the way that you can stay within your,
- 28:03balance here that you're saying you've got is to just simply accept the affidavit stating exactly what type of citizen I am because there's not just one.
- 28:13I think that's the way I'd handle it, but you did great. I'm not trying to,
- 28:18dish you. I'm just saying,
- 28:20but that boy, now you got her right square
- 28:24in the equivocation.
- 28:26She thought she's frustrated before.
- 28:28Unknown: Okay. Yeah. Hold on, Paul. Yes. And so the reason
- 28:32mhmm. The the reason the reason I didn't I didn't tell I thought about telling her that,
- 28:38but the reason I didn't say that, Roger,
- 28:40is because from that from the position she's at, just pretty much the entire people in the whole country,
- 28:47right, for US
- 28:48citizens
- 28:50are Americans.
- 28:52Yes. They're American nations. I used and that would be
- 28:57that would be correct.
- 28:58So if I use the same word to describe what I am and she uses the same word to describe what she is,
- 29:05I
- 29:06equivocation gets even tighter and tighter and tighter.
- 29:10Unknown: Now you can see our enemies. If you're new and listen to this if you're new and listen to this, hold on, Zana.
- 29:17This is the crux of everything we do right here is this little term called equivocation,
- 29:22and they're taking these words and assigning an opposite definition.
- 29:26That's why to present this to somebody,
- 29:30the one of the easiest, simplest ways is to present them with the equivocation.
- 29:35Not just half of it, all of it. Are you a citizen of United States, or are you a citizen of The United States Of America? Now you got both of them covered because they go, well, aren't those the same thing? You go, well, may probably not.
- 29:48Here.
- 29:49I'm telling you I'm this one, and then to clarify that, I'm gonna give you this piece of paper that not only was subs
- 29:57submitted to the secretary of state, it was also submitted to the passport office,
- 30:02and they issued me this passport with this number on that.
- 30:05You're not gonna issue me something when the highest identification
- 30:09in the land will?
- 30:12I think you're missing something here.
- 30:16Paul.
- 30:16Unknown: Yeah.
- 30:21Unknown: One one particular way to go the go through this, but it's it's gonna place a mountain in front of him. He's gonna have to climb and decide whether or not he wants to.
- 30:30But before
- 30:31he left,
- 30:34request in writing
- 30:36that they refused him a driver's license.
- 30:40Yeah. And then immediately go out and buy a used car,
- 30:44and then go to the DMV
- 30:46and try to register
- 30:49that car in his name with no driver's license because he was refused a driver's license.
- 30:56And then get that proof in writing,
- 30:58and then just drive that car with impunity.
- 31:00Yeah. Because anybody that pulls him over, he's got paperwork and he said, oh, no. No. Don't don't put an 18 year old kid in that position. Yeah. No. Well
- 31:10Unknown: Well, here's
- 31:11here's here's here's the option. So I I told my son, and then he he
- 31:16was kinda very excited to have his driver's license and go places and do things.
- 31:20Unknown: And now he's So not not he
- 31:23Unknown: was it was Can I ask my question real quick, Gonzana?
- 31:27Yes.
- 31:28Unknown: Yes, please. I I don't mean to interrupt you, but but No. No. That's okay. I'm just curious of
- 31:34what state are you in?
- 31:36Unknown: Oh, we're He's in Thailand.
- 31:38Unknown: Texas. Texas. Well, I know he's in Thailand now, but what state does he do? Yeah. So do you still have the option of the state driver's license, or were you was he applying for the federal?
- 31:48It's a federal driver's license. You don't have the state option there anymore? Woah. Woah.
- 31:54Unknown: But no. What? He's applying for a what?
- 31:57Hold it. He's applying for his driver's issued
- 32:01by the state of Texas.
- 32:03Not federal.
- 32:04Unknown: It adheres to federal laws. Called a federal ID now, Roger. That's what I was wondering the difference because that's where you go from residency to US citizen. See?
- 32:15Ah. When you're applying for the state license, which is what I got, which you won't be able to enter federal buildings with this license Okay. Or you won't be able to fly. Gotcha. And that's okay by me. And so it's still the residency is the pertinent thing Oh, gotcha. Which I wasn't sure of. So, okay, with the federal Oh, see, I oh, so this this five star thing is a federal license because you're really adhering to some of their strict requirements. Is that right, basically?
- 32:44Unknown: No. No. No. That's not it, Roger. That's not it. Okay. Well, I'm confused. I only know one guy. Well, I know of a regular state issued driver's license, and I know a CDL
- 32:58commercial driver's licenses.
- 32:59Those are the only two I know about.
- 33:02Unknown: They still say issued by the state of
- 33:05Unknown: those, but it's not mine. They're all federal
- 33:08franchises.
- 33:09Right? All the states have for like,
- 33:12they're franchisee,
- 33:14but that's that's not the point of the here here, the form itself.
- 33:19And I asked the lady the first time I was there,
- 33:22why is that question there? Is this did did Texas put this question?
- 33:26Does Texas care as to whether we're black, white, and Indian? There aren't any Indians here that's worth mentioning.
- 33:33So
- 33:35what's the deal here?
- 33:37So she says, no. We've been asking the same question, she told me. I don't know why we have that. And if it was Texas, why would Texas care
- 33:45what your race is?
- 33:47We don't care.
- 33:49Just keeps kinda racist.
- 33:50Sounds like
- 33:52Unknown: sounds like Texas is a little racist to me.
- 33:56Unknown: No. Because it's a federal document.
- 33:58I know. I'm federal form.
- 34:01Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's a federal form, and the federal form has defined the license,
- 34:06the race to be your political status, not not not your
- 34:11state of California.
- 34:12Unknown: If you get one of these, he can go get on an airplane or go in a federal building. But if he doesn't,
- 34:18all he has to do is get his passport card, which accepted his affidavit with no damn problem, and give him that. Yeah.
- 34:26Unknown: Well no. Because those those days are gone,
- 34:29Roger. When I lived in Arizona for for many years, my, Arizona license plate to that that I'm sorry. Lice driver's license
- 34:38expired
- 34:38in fifty years.
- 34:41Unknown: Fifty?
- 34:42Unknown: Okay.
- 34:4350.
- 34:44I think was it forty or fifty? It's been a while. But thing I've gotten past five years.
- 34:50Unknown: No. They actually tell me now, Rogers, that are eight years. I've never heard of the fifty year, but a eight year is what I applied for Yeah. Last time. So mine is good until '30. So so I'm gonna say I must I did it in '22,
- 35:03and it literally up in the right hand corner has the state of Ohio and says not for federal ID.
- 35:10Unknown: Not for federal ID. That's the difference. Well, Texas is like a a bad Talk about Real ID. Real ID is what your time is. Hey.
- 35:19Unknown: Yes, Nancy. That's the term I was looking for. The Times,
- 35:23they are a changing.
- 35:26Unknown: Yeah.
- 35:27So they the the federal government has forced,
- 35:30you
- 35:31know, states to to to give a federal Yeah. Real ID,
- 35:35Unknown: and it expires in It should be optional. It is in Virginia. It's optional.
- 35:40Unknown: Yes. Yeah. But should be optional. Transitioned.
- 35:44Yeah. Well, you guys, man. You got Texas is going a little wacko down there, Zana. You're letting all these Indians in. There's 300 mosques in the state.
- 35:53They're they're they're letting all these technical Indians in. They take over a supervisor's
- 35:58job, and then everybody underneath him is replaced with Indians. I'm seeing it not only, of course, in Texas, but all over the country. But who your governor over there ought to be running out of rail out of town on a rail right behind Trump.
- 36:13Unknown: Wow.
- 36:14Yeah.
- 36:15That's it. That's it. That's a different story. Yeah. Mean, it's a
- 36:19Unknown: I remember a couple years ago when he went over to India and met with Modi.
- 36:23And then a couple of years later, look what you got.
- 36:27Unknown: Exactly.
- 36:28There's some issues there. I mean, governors
- 36:32have very, like, important role in to advance business and, you know, whatever.
- 36:38And, if there are investors putting billions of dollars in taxes
- 36:43Yeah. They will they will do what they have to do. Right? Well and like Georgia.
- 36:48Unknown: That just like Georgia used to be such a great red conservative Southern state,
- 36:52they have just totally screwed Georgia up. Target number one in the whole US on data centers. Out of the 3,000 proposed,
- 37:00300 of them are gonna be in Atlanta, a 150 of them surrounding Atlanta.
- 37:06Good old Southern Georgia.
- 37:08You know how they did that? My buddy up there told me. They turned the state
- 37:13with tax credits from movie companies that are doing productions down there. Yeah.
- 37:20And that's what they used evidently. That's what they used in Louisiana and a couple other ones too. So they come in here, and they're they're experts at it. The tax crap, and that's what all your damn windmills are. It's just a tax write off.
- 37:33All that's tax crap, and they come in and ruin your state with a corrupt governor like the one that runs Texas and Georgia, and probably
- 37:41most of the other states. Hate to say it.
- 37:45Unknown: You know?
- 37:46Unknown: Hate to say we're getting a break. We may get fish back, and there's the governor of Florida. I hope.
- 37:52That guy would shake the monkeys up. Okay?
- 37:57Unknown: Yeah.
- 37:58Unknown: Well So, anyway, well, Zahanna, is there more we interrupted your story yet?
- 38:03Unknown: Yes. Go ahead, please. To finish to finish my story, Roger, real quick. Yeah. So, yeah, my son just I'm not gonna sign. He walked out, and I told him, you know, you get to fight live to fight another day. Just step away, get some bring some, you know, you know, air
- 38:18and kind of just take it easy, rest up, and Yep. Regroup.
- 38:23And but here's what I'm gonna do. I
- 38:27told my son the same thing.
- 38:30It's a federal violation.
- 38:33Right? It says all US citizens shall have the same right
- 38:37in every state territory
- 38:38as enjoyed by white citizens.
- 38:41And white citizens are not too difficult to find in their definitions,
- 38:45which are now redefined to be nationals.
- 38:47Right?
- 38:48Any lawyer
- 38:50that has,
- 38:52you know, an ounce of attention
- 38:55would be able to figure that out.
- 38:57So
- 38:59Don't don't don't get don't don't don't
- 39:03Unknown: get out too far over your skis there, Zana. Go ahead.
- 39:06They're turning out some pretty crappy lawyers.
- 39:09Okay?
- 39:11Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. I have Barnes in mind.
- 39:15If he if he if he puts a website in there, it says seventeen seventy six Law Center Yeah. Right. And he ignores this,
- 39:24Okay. And then, you know, on Well to hell.
- 39:28Unknown: Yeah. Well, don't forget. He's got a lot of there's a lot of fish flopping
- 39:32around to be thrown in that skillet for Barnes. Don't forget that. Hey, Raj. We've
- 39:37Yeah. I've never approached him with any of this. I've just been waiting and waiting and waiting and let I want somebody else to tell you about it. I don't wanna tell you about it because you don't listen. Yes. Who was the hey, Roger there.
- 39:50Unknown: Hey, Raj. This is Ed from Michigan.
- 39:53Unknown: Yes, Ed.
- 39:54Unknown: Yeah. I just got a I just wanted to say something on this, Exana thing.
- 39:59Exana,
- 40:00the you know, we're technically
- 40:03are citizens of The United States,
- 40:09But the,
- 40:10you know, and I've been kind of working on this issue as well for other reasons,
- 40:15you know, but I think
- 40:17that Paul,
- 40:19you know, the Paul Andrew Mitchell guy who's got the three
- 40:23kinds of
- 40:25United States definitions,
- 40:28I think you might want to look at that.
- 40:30I think your son should probably file paperwork along with his
- 40:35signature
- 40:37know, telling him what kind of US citizen he is.
- 40:41Well Because I think, technically, we are US citizens, but we're a different flavor, and they don't recognize it generally.
- 40:48Unknown: We're citizens of The United I'm sorry. Hold on, Ed. Hold on,
- 40:53Jim Crow.
- 40:54Jim Crow is federal citizen
- 40:57or a state citizen, black and white.
- 41:00Right. We are
- 41:02federal citizen or state citizen. One has of America at the end and the other doesn't. That one's a federal citizen.
- 41:09The other's a state citizen that says now a national.
- 41:13And here's what I would say instead of
- 41:16I I would ask Gazzana, are you gonna go back and since he's been turned down, are you gonna go back and ask for your administrate his administrative appeal when you get back from Thailand?
- 41:28Unknown: That's that's what I'm going to do. But Okay. Before I I do that, I wanna get like Paul said earlier,
- 41:35I'm gonna find a way to regroup a little bit. He said he will wait until I get back. So, hey. I told him you can go. Sign that. Put a a little mark in that checkbox and get your driver's license, and this whole thing would be behind you
- 41:49or
- 41:50not.
- 41:51So it's up to you.
- 41:52I can't tell you what to do. And he said, I'll just wait till he get back, he says. I'll be happy to click US citizen if you will let me submit a specification
- 42:03Unknown: as to which type of US citizen because there's more than one.
- 42:08Unknown: Yeah. I think that's They denied that. So
- 42:11the here here is what I would say to
- 42:13the gentleman that just spoke. I apologize. I didn't catch your name. Yeah. Ed. Ed from Michigan. Yeah. So here's the thing. We have to be careful
- 42:23on that
- 42:25US citizenship.
- 42:26U US stands for United States citizen of The United States. If you go to the fourteenth amendment,
- 42:34it says right there in bold black letters
- 42:38who
- 42:39United States citizens are. They are born or naturalized,
- 42:43and you have to be subject to the jurisdiction thereof,
- 42:47which is a federal jurisdiction.
- 42:49So that end is like Roger teaches us.
- 42:53If you are
- 42:54saying that you are a US citizen, then you're admitting that you're
- 42:59subject to the federal jurisdiction.
- 43:02You can't be there and say, I'm not that.
- 43:06Unknown: Well, not if you clarified it. You said, yes. I'll check it, but you gotta accept this affidavit that's on file with the secretary of state that issued me this passport with this number that clarifies
- 43:17because there's more than one type.
- 43:21Unknown: No. They she said she
- 43:23said she said our process is we have if you're gonna submit a document, it has to be one of these five documents that we require. Okay. Your That'll be fine. This and that. Anything beyond that, we we've
- 43:36Unknown: I'll click it. That you won't take any additional document. The secretary of state accepted it. The passport office accepted it and issued me a passport on it, and you will not accept it?
- 43:49Unknown: Oh, no. No. So so she she won't accept it because
- 43:53mind you, Roger Okay. Why would she why would she
- 43:57yeah. Why would she come back
- 44:00Unknown: with the whole scared. Her hands were shaking. Exactly.
- 44:04Unknown: Her hands were shaking. Her camera was turned on with the light on. So you go.
- 44:09Unknown: Ma'am, can you please tell me who I could talk to in my next step in my administrative appeal?
- 44:15And then you go in and you show them that stuff. They
- 44:18will have to take a little more notice on it. K? And why why does it say right here in the passport
- 44:26that they will issue them to nationals,
- 44:28which is what I'm telling you I am, and I'm trying to give you the paperwork to prove it and reinforce it, and you won't accept it.
- 44:37Okay? Now
- 44:39they now what about if they turn you down?
- 44:42Well, what's the next step in my administrative appeal?
- 44:45I don't know if they'd have an appeal administrative hearing,
- 44:49or if that would suffice to say you've exhausted I I wouldn't think it would be. You've exhausted your administrative remedies.
- 44:57Now you can go sue them in court. But then now you're getting into all this other stuff that could so easily be clarified
- 45:04right here with this lady if she just listened.
- 45:08And I wish somebody would get that law because I know it's out there. You just referred to it as Anna. It is a federal crime
- 45:16to say I'm a citizen of The United States if I'm not.
- 45:19One word not. It's a federal crime, lady. So you're gonna require me to commit a federal crime to get a license? I I think something's wrong with your process.
- 45:31Unknown: Well, when I absolutely. When the entire when the wait and just think about when you use a driver's license, you use it for banking. It's not just for driving. It's a driver's license, but you don't use it for driving alone. Use it for banking. Use it for license for other things. Well, here use it for everything. You can't put that weight on her shoulder. You're
- 45:52Unknown: gonna make you get one to get on a freaking plane or go in a federal building.
- 45:57Unknown: Yeah. So it's not just a driver's license.
- 46:01Unknown: So He's a to drive. Yeah.
- 46:04He's on a does that? Yes.
- 46:07Unknown: Don't Daniel,
- 46:08Unknown: does your son already have a passport?
- 46:12Unknown: Yes. He has already has a passport and already submitted it. He has it. He's got a birth certificate. He's got it.
- 46:20So she she just looks at look at all the documentation.
- 46:23I have everything I need. You just need to put mark that as yes as a US citizen.
- 46:29And were gonna mark that as no, we don't have a process for you, so you can't do that. The REAL ID is optional in Texas if you're just gonna use it for driving.
- 46:40Unknown: So he can use the
- 46:41state
- 46:43driver license
- 46:44for driving and his passport
- 46:47for everything else, federal buildings,
- 46:49flying.
- 46:51Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. He you know Yeah. We know that. We know that. Know that, John. Yeah. We know that with I I tried I got pulled over once, and I tried to just monkey with them, see what happens. You know?
- 47:03And I just whipped up my passport and gave it to him, and he accepted it thinking that it was a driver's license.
- 47:09But once it was in his hand,
- 47:12oh, and realized what just happened,
- 47:15the guy
- 47:16lost
- 47:17his mind.
- 47:19So angry. You wouldn't believe it.
- 47:21And I just remained as calm and collected,
- 47:25didn't upset, didn't didn't do anything.
- 47:27Anyway, I I well, at the end, I decided to I mean, a whole bunch of cops came, and I decided to just give him my driver's license,
- 47:36they fined me 500.
- 47:38That's fine. Spayed it.
- 47:41Unknown: But I wasn't driving in Commerce,
- 47:43Ossifer.
- 47:46Unknown: Yeah. They they don't care. That's one of them.
- 47:49One of the young officer there actually, the these are sheriffs. Okay? Sheriff's department.
- 47:54He
- 47:55comes over and he says, sir, he says to me,
- 48:00all drivers
- 48:01are supposed to required to provide driver's license.
- 48:06And you said you are a US citizen. Right? No. I told him I'm not. All drivers are required to show driver's license upon request.
- 48:14And I said, correct.
- 48:16All
- 48:17drivers
- 48:18Driver. US citizens are required
- 48:21to show. Because it says it in the state state of Texas code
- 48:26that US citizens, you get pulled over, you have to when asked, you have to always show your driver's license.
- 48:33There is no wiggle room for US citizens. And so he's right, but for US citizens,
- 48:39which I'm not.
- 48:42And,
- 48:43so and then he was kinda confused and went away, and the other guy came.
- 48:48So
- 48:49Unknown: Can I stop for just a second to insert something for the Not interested? No. That's okay. It's okay. Apologize. Well, no. No. No. No. No. That's okay. I wanted to impress upon them examples
- 49:00like you here,
- 49:02William,
- 49:03with his Georgia situation,
- 49:06and the facts that that these folks I mean, obviously, you can hear from this conversation.
- 49:12If Fazana didn't know what he was talking about, that this interview, this lady would never gotten past first base.
- 49:18So
- 49:19this is the fact that now we're gonna come back and what do I tell you? You're only as free as you learn and have command of the information.
- 49:27Because if you can't address situations
- 49:29like this,
- 49:30a belligerent claimant, you can do it nicely. You don't have to have baseball bat.
- 49:35You can do it nicely. But if you can't address peep situations
- 49:39like this and you know your stuff like Gazana does, well, you're not free.
- 49:43You just gotta hold your head and turn around,
- 49:46walk away. Well, I'm gonna do what the nice lady told me.
- 49:50K?
- 49:51She gotta learn the information. The point I'm trying to impress and and often often do
- 49:57because this is the you know, it's not that you got your freedom. You got your freedom when you file the paper. It's the degree
- 50:03of your freedom. Let's just use it like a thirty third degree Freemason. Well, you're a thirty third degree national, Lizana.
- 50:11Congratulations.
- 50:13Unknown: Well, thank you, Roger. Thank you. I I don't know. It's a real,
- 50:18just honor, real blessing to be in your presence, Roger. It it's, it's just that that the spiritual,
- 50:26level that I feel,
- 50:28is
- 50:29just, it's just I just can't describe it. Imagine power. I am so eternally
- 50:35great, grateful to have come across to you,
- 50:38and and understand your your your teaching.
- 50:42And, I was, actually,
- 50:45you know, I was, I emailed you before I left to Thailand and I was kind of rushing a lot of things going on, but I, I just thought that I would just send this,
- 50:54sent it to Larry. I don't know if Larry had a chance to see it, but I prepared a little bit of presentation. I decoded your, your interview
- 51:01with a
- 51:03badass ankle,
- 51:05Unknown: Oh yeah. Then
- 51:07Unknown: I put together PowerPoint presentation, about 22 slides.
- 51:11And
- 51:13I presented it to
- 51:14a couple, very successful couple and
- 51:17in the process as I was teaching them and they were listening very intentfully.
- 51:23Roger,
- 51:24I just, I just want to, I don't know what I can say to you, but I was just, I just eternally so grateful to you
- 51:31and what the work you've done to
- 51:34get us to this point. And it took fifteen years
- 51:37for me to understand, for you to have done it and for me to come to see this.
- 51:42Then the level that probably I'm the only Ethiopian
- 51:46like, in a 100,000,000 people
- 51:48to have come here to understand this.
- 51:52Unknown: And who's ever been free? You know?
- 51:55As Anna, you almost break up tears.
- 51:58Thank you very much. I appreciate that. I
- 52:01Unknown: I Roger, I am so very grateful. And and then the understanding
- 52:06the understanding,
- 52:07Roger, that all of those that died to defend this,
- 52:12okay, and
- 52:14and be upon us, before us, and, emotional feelings that I have in those that have tried to figure out what has gone wrong with their country
- 52:23and and tried to do something about it and lost everything in the process.
- 52:29Yeah. Yep. Right? And then it's it's just, the sacrifice that went on. Well And and the key is in the entanglement
- 52:38of these words that we I would never have any one of us would never have understood it if you had not come to understand this yourself. Nope. Nope. You'd been living in the country
- 52:47because
- 52:48of it.
- 52:49Unknown: Yep.
- 52:50Well, I don't know what end effect we're gonna have here. That's but I keep teaching you guys and teach as many of you as I can because I think we can we can use their dialectic principle,
- 53:01and I can take their little pet phrase never again.
- 53:04And I on a fake whole hoax, and I can bring that over and say, never again on this voluntary servitude thing.
- 53:11And and I hope and my prayer is that we will affect change. Says, I don't want your money. I want change. I want these bastards exposed.
- 53:20I want them never to be able to do something like this again to this degree.
- 53:24And this information can do that. It the wider spread we get it. So, when I couldn't give I couldn't get anybody to understand it, and I couldn't get anybody,
- 53:35therefore, to take up the ball and dribble it. And years ago, I just had to say, lord, okay. I guess I'm it. You know? Nobody else can understand it. Nobody else is gonna get out and do it, therefore, and I know how important it is. He sensed it back then,
- 53:53and so I'm your guy.
- 53:55Alright? I'm your guy.
- 53:57And I've been doing it, and as my father drilled into my head,
- 54:01I thousands of times,
- 54:03anything worth doing is worth doing well.
- 54:07And I'm gonna do it to the absolute best of my ability, and I think that maybe has gleaned some results because look at these fine group of people that gather here a number of days a week.
- 54:19Even if they've been here for years like Lisa and hear the same thing over and over and over again,
- 54:25they're still here.
- 54:27Unknown: I have another comment too, Roger. Yes. Go go ahead, Lisa, please. Another option as honor for your son is this thing called the doctrine of necessity.
- 54:38Yeah. That he goes to bed and admits that he's or says that he's a US citizen,
- 54:43and then you do a doctrine of necessity
- 54:46explaining and attach his affidavit
- 54:49Yep. Of citizenship
- 54:51and notif and I don't know who you notified there, though. Do you the head of Department of Transportation
- 54:55Unknown: No. No. No. No. No. You're you're we're giving them ammunition for an administrative
- 55:00appeal right here.
- 55:01They're gonna sandbag it and go in there and beat this person over the head with it.
- 55:07Unknown: Oh, I well, if he didn't want to do that, if he just wanted to go ahead and get his license and then notify through the doctrine of necessity.
- 55:15Unknown: Okay. Well, that might be another approach. I understand that. He wants his daddy back to go in there with him, and my sense is his daddy wants to be back to go in there with him.
- 55:27Unknown: Yeah. Wait.
- 55:28Wait. Wait. And so, yeah, I I I told him that's that son, I I thank you very much, Lisa. Okay.
- 55:35Yes. I explained to him. I am aware
- 55:38of a doctrine of necessity.
- 55:40And the problem with that is,
- 55:44and I explained this to my son earlier, you could do that. There's a thing called doctrine of necessity, and I explained that to him.
- 55:51And so as a doctrine of necessity,
- 55:54the affidavit and the cover letter
- 55:57should suffice.
- 55:58Even now you can add another cover letter.
- 56:01But they are telling me they will not accept any form of paper
- 56:06at all other than those that are required, about five or six of them.
- 56:12Okay. And then these additional documentations,
- 56:16they
- 56:17they're right. They don't have to accept them, and then they won't accept them. No. They're not. And you're right. Good. They've only got one
- 56:26Unknown: option. And you're saying, yes. I will check that, and I'll comply with your little requirements,
- 56:31but you've gotta accept this documentation that specifies what type of citizen I am because you don't have any options on your form for that.
- 56:41Unknown: Yeah. No. There isn't. And then a great example, and then I hear after show hours and stuff like that, I hear that people are you know, that the subject of personhood
- 56:51is is something that that comes up a lot.
- 56:55Yeah. You know, I'll come to It's very important question. I'll hold off a little. Yeah.
- 57:00Okay. Well,
- 57:01police officers another angle. Personhood. Right?
- 57:04Unknown: Right. Yes. They do. Let me there's another angle. Do they have to have an OMB number on that form?
- 57:10It's federal stuff, so well, why not? It's federal requirements on their form.
- 57:15Shouldn't it have to adhere to OMB and and and the transparency laws? Shouldn't it have to be all constitutional?
- 57:23Unknown: No. That's for other, like,
- 57:25class a driver's license. Those are different. Those are needed before other document, other federal documents,
- 57:32not not for class c driver's license for regular, you know, regular people to just go to grocery store.
- 57:40Unknown: Right. Well, of course, all this changed since I've been gone. I knew it was happening, but I didn't know these extremities where you can't even show them in any way, shape, or form what you are, and they're gonna just funnel you right into one choice, and they won't let you put any kind of explanatory
- 57:56statement.
- 57:57These are the questions that need to be brought up in an appeal, Mazana,
- 58:01and I want you there.
- 58:04Unknown: Yeah. Oh oh, yeah. I will most most of my son said, I'll wait for you. And the lady, when I brought up the federal code,
- 58:1242
- 58:12ESC,
- 58:13when when I brought him, he told me her hand started shaking. The paper she was holding was shaking.
- 58:20Wow. And then the whole thing has been reported with the cameras because she had a camera on her chest. She brought that in with her when she came to hospital. Okay. Double check an 82 against 83.
- 58:31Unknown: Okay?
- 58:32Unknown: Oh, yeah. Yeah. I have them both pulled up. Okay. Okay. 81 versus
- 58:3883.
- 58:39Yes. Okay. Yeah. And, you know, I I I called I called back. Well, wait. For
- 58:44Unknown: anybody new yeah. Let's clarify that because I go I want them to understand.
- 58:48This is title 42 of The United States code. This is civil rights code number.
- 58:54And those sections, nineteen eighty two and three, I know three for sure,
- 58:59start out with this statement.
- 59:01The privileges and immunities of the citizens of The United States are equal to those of the white
- 59:07citizens
- 59:08right there in The United States code. They never changed it Mhmm. From when they brought it forward from the Jim Crow days when they started compiling the United States code in the twenties,
- 59:18knowing that they were gonna really utilize it starting in the thirties.
- 59:23Go ahead, Azan. I'm sorry. I interrupted. Yeah. If there's any new people there, I don't want some of this information going over your head. Okay? So do I want you to see there's a context here. There's a reason we do what we do. It's all proven.
- 59:37Never one of these facts in fifteen years has ever been rebutted
- 59:42or corrected of an important fact other than a date or a spelling or mer,
- 59:47with her pronunciation police.
- 59:49Go ahead, Azana.
- 59:52Unknown: Okay. USC
- 59:5442 USC nineteen eighty two.
- 59:57Every time you pull up the page,
- 59:59every twenty four hours, it it this it says the little red text in there says,
- 1:00:04text text
- 1:00:05contains
- 1:00:06those laws in effect on I pulled it up on in this particular,
- 1:00:11document, I pulled it up on May 23.
- 1:00:13So 05/23/2026.
- 1:00:16Every day It says goes up increments by one day. Yeah.
- 1:00:20Yeah. You can't you can't have you can't have, you know, since all citizens of The United States shall have the same rights in every state and territory as it enjoyed by white citizens.
- 1:00:31Unknown: Really?
- 1:00:32Unknown: Wait a minute.
- 1:00:33Yeah. US citizens and then
- 1:00:38you can't square that. I was I was at the when I went to buy, I got the car for my son from Honda dealers dealership.
- 1:00:45And then this this guy, the sales guy, I really liked the sales guy. He's just a great,
- 1:00:51Cleve. His name is Cleve. Great guy. Got to know him, met my wife, met my daughter, he just great connections.
- 1:00:58And finally say, hey, he taught me a couple of tricks and about this and that. And so, well, you know what? You've been so kind to show me these things that are I'm gonna show you something. Let me show you. You do would you say that you are a US citizen? Yes. I am. Okay. Just pull up on your computer. Let's pull up. 42USC1982.
- 1:01:17Yeah. Just read it out.
- 1:01:19He read it. So you would think that you would say that you are a white man. Right? I said, yeah. Yeah. I am. Okay. But but then he said you you said you are a US citizen too. Right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:01:30He was kinda
- 1:01:32me, this whole African dude is telling him
- 1:01:36whether he's a white man, so he's kind of a little edgy, little bit, a little sour. Okay?
- 1:01:42And
- 1:01:43and and then
- 1:01:47he
- 1:01:48goes he read it.
- 1:01:50He goes, he read it up to the white citizens.
- 1:01:54And then he goes, I don't understand what I'm reading. What does it say?
- 1:01:58Well, yeah. Yeah. To read it again, I said, this is all
- 1:02:01US citizens, which is what you are. Right? You told me you are a US citizen. Yeah.
- 1:02:06Yeah. I shall have the same right in every state territory as enjoyed by white citizen.
- 1:02:11But you told me you're a white man too. Right?
- 1:02:15So
- 1:02:16which one are you? Are you a US citizen
- 1:02:19or
- 1:02:21white citizen?
- 1:02:23Unknown: Is it fun to have the command of this and be doing He said, I I can't
- 1:02:29process.
- 1:02:30Having a blast information. My dear. Go ahead.
- 1:02:34Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:02:34He says, I cannot process this information. He says, I can't I can't deal with it, he told me. It's too much. I don't understand it.
- 1:02:43Well, I told him, think about it. Okay? It may take you a year, two years, five years, even ten years, but you got my text message. You can text me whenever.
- 1:02:52I can explain it to you,
- 1:02:54further.
- 1:02:56So
- 1:02:59And I left it at that. Great job.
- 1:03:02Unknown: I'm so proud of you and William and some of the other folks out there that are pressing the envelope a little bit. I'm so proud of you. K?
- 1:03:11Unknown: Yeah. I I really am. Roger I really You you know you know you know when I first called,
- 1:03:17what, you know, how I
- 1:03:19speak,
- 1:03:20I'm here in Thailand to teach,
- 1:03:23in like
- 1:03:25high, very like
- 1:03:28top end engineers.
- 1:03:30Okay. I'm here to teach her the things that, that
- 1:03:34I speak in public. I have no problem.
- 1:03:37I make jokes on stage. I hold a camera. I speak,
- 1:03:40I solve great problems. I go visit customers.
- 1:03:44You know, I'm I'm gonna go see Canon. I'm gonna go see Panasonic in Japan. I'm gonna fit all these high end, Samsung. I visit all these high end
- 1:03:54top, top customers of ours,
- 1:03:57and I do all these things.
- 1:03:59And I'm
- 1:04:01like to think I'm pretty good at it. Okay. I've achieved a lot.
- 1:04:05But
- 1:04:06when it comes to this topic,
- 1:04:08was mute.
- 1:04:11Okay. I was afraid,
- 1:04:14mute, uncertain.
- 1:04:16I it was very difficult for me to find my voice, and, you know, you've heard me in the past. I was very soft spoken. It was very, very difficult for me to come to the audience? Commandingly. Yep. Correct. For on this Thank you for that, Rod. Very shy. Very shy kinda initially,
- 1:04:34Unknown: as I would expect anybody to be. Go ahead, Azana.
- 1:04:38Unknown: Yeah. And and, Roger,
- 1:04:40I am so, so, so very grateful to you, Roger. Oh, man. And it just that the more I realized the more I realized
- 1:04:48the
- 1:04:49demonic
- 1:04:50nature of this and and then just a responsibility
- 1:04:53to know this.
- 1:04:55I was I was in the state capital here in Austin,
- 1:05:00and and then I see a statue,
- 1:05:03and it start starts big old statues, confederate soldiers,
- 1:05:07massive statue.
- 1:05:08And my daughter and I were kinda walking the capital, enjoying ourselves in a nice sunny afternoon.
- 1:05:14And we had the the Japanese visitors with us showing them Austin.
- 1:05:18And my daughter and I both looked up on the statue, and the first thing, a big bold letter says
- 1:05:25died.
- 1:05:27Yeah. The confederates
- 1:05:29died Yeah. For state rights
- 1:05:32guaranteed
- 1:05:33under the constitution.
- 1:05:35Unknown: Died. Basically,
- 1:05:36same fight, folks. All these years later is what we're fighting right here if you don't realize it yet.
- 1:05:45Roger?
- 1:05:47Yeah, Rick. Ain't that sweet? I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart, man. And I just Hey. What you do is give me the feedback that are fill fills as I told you even yesterday. My
- 1:05:57my dream is that all of you guys touched by this will have your lives changed even half as much as John Benson changed mine.
- 1:06:06And from what you can see and hear from Mazana and his testimony here, that's happening. K? And it's fantastic. And the feedback
- 1:06:13for me is substantial.
- 1:06:15Hey, Rick. What do you got?
- 1:06:18Unknown: You've
- 1:06:20heard the
- 1:06:21people say to sign at UD1Dash308.
- 1:06:24Right? Well, there's a PDF that you can download. That's a UCC code,
- 1:06:28and you can actually fill it out in affidavit
- 1:06:31of reservation of rights
- 1:06:33and
- 1:06:33see if they'll accept that along with his affidavit of citizenship evidence and just put it in the file
- 1:06:40and then sign. Okay.
- 1:06:41Unknown: There you go. Now I should be able to read that code, please. What was that? What was that? It's UCC1Dash308,
- 1:06:51Unknown: and it's a downloadable PDF.
- 1:06:54And all you're saying is I'm not just written.
- 1:06:59UCC.
- 1:07:00Unknown: Changed the yeah. It used to be 207.
- 1:07:02They changed it to 308. Go ahead, Rick.
- 1:07:06Unknown: UCC,
- 1:07:07universal commercial code Mhmm. 1Dash308.
- 1:07:13Just put that into your search. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. A
- 1:07:17bunch of websites come up and you can download the PDF,
- 1:07:21fill it out,
- 1:07:22and then submit that along with your your regular affidavit for the driver's license. Just submit it.
- 1:07:29And then have them check US citizen and sign it, he'll get his driver's license.
- 1:07:33That'll cover you. It should.
- 1:07:37Unknown: What what it's what does what does what does
- 1:07:41US why would he have to check US citizen on it?
- 1:07:45Unknown: Well, it's still Well, that was your right. He didn't wanna that was your problem. He didn't wanna check US citizen and sign for his driver's license.
- 1:07:53Okay?
- 1:07:55Unknown: And what's the purpose of the paper again? I I I'm trying to pull it up, but I I'm just not finding a reputable website for you. Reserves it reserves Yes. Its
- 1:08:06Ah, okay.
- 1:08:07Unknown: It's it's essentially saying I'm signing this. I'm I'm signing this, you know, for
- 1:08:13convenience
- 1:08:14or whatever, but I'm not I'm reserving my rights.
- 1:08:18Unknown: Yeah. Kinda like the law necessity.
- 1:08:21You know? Another arrow in your quiver potentially.
- 1:08:27Unknown: Yeah. But that doesn't that remember, Roger,
- 1:08:31I was denied,
- 1:08:32participation
- 1:08:34in the Republican party for its oath.
- 1:08:37Oh, yeah. I I wanted to do to do door knocking. I wanted to do door knocking, and I had to sign the form that says I'm a US citizen. I'm the oath.
- 1:08:49Okay. But no. I'm not signing the oath.
- 1:08:53So I'm gonna take those two,
- 1:08:56and it defeats the purpose. What's the point of sliding in?
- 1:09:01Unknown: Well
- 1:09:02Unknown: Okay. When we have the opportunity to correct it. Well,
- 1:09:06Unknown: you've got the thing like William. He's got a really good case, and you do too. And I understand exactly what you're doing. Okay?
- 1:09:14And it's a what let me add this.
- 1:09:17What a wonderful example
- 1:09:19for a father son relationship right here For you to be be with him hand in hand to go in here and at his tender young age when he really doesn't understand all this stuff and shouldn't be even thought to in a sense. Go in there with him together and go in there and do this do an administrative appeal. I get I don't I'd be shocked if you didn't get it.
- 1:09:42Wait. Let me ask you this, Sizana. When do you get back to The States?
- 1:09:49Unknown: I I take, we're gonna take a vacation about
- 1:09:52at the end of this week,
- 1:09:54and for about a week.
- 1:09:56Then I
- 1:09:57can for another week. Uh-huh.
- 1:10:00But in Japan I have business.
- 1:10:03Unknown: And
- 1:10:04Unknown: so I think my return, yeah, I returned
- 1:10:07after,
- 1:10:08the week of to the last week of June,
- 1:10:11basically.
- 1:10:12Unknown: Well, if you can wait that long.
- 1:10:14But yeah. That'd be great. Then you're gonna it takes two weeks to catch up for every one week you're gone generally, so you'll have a little bit of stuff piled on you. But, man, how cool. Calling from Thailand with this story with these wonderful feedback vectors and
- 1:10:30and,
- 1:10:32just a a warm fuzzy is on us what you give me. Roger.
- 1:10:37I I have You get a you get a warm fuzzy.
- 1:10:41Unknown: Hey. Go ahead. Just just one second. Alright.
- 1:10:44Unknown: Oh, yeah. Hold on. Somebody's talking in the background talking in background.
- 1:10:49Mike, is that you? Could you hit your mute, please?
- 1:10:52Unknown: Thank you.
- 1:10:54Unknown: Okay. I have something for you, Phil. Hold
- 1:10:56Unknown: on, Mirka. Yeah. Let me make Mirka out. I'll
- 1:11:00send you just one second. Go ahead. So my wife my wife was flying in
- 1:11:05from overseas.
- 1:11:07I think she was in in Philippines with her friend about
- 1:11:10Yeah. Four months ago, five months ago. Hang on a second. It's Andy.
- 1:11:14Unknown: Okay. He muted. Never mind. Yeah. It was Andy lighting up, but he muted.
- 1:11:20Unknown: Okay. Yeah. She I think that all the heck is gone.
- 1:11:23Go ahead. She
- 1:11:25Unknown: she landed in Los Angeles Airport.
- 1:11:29And, on her way back to Austin, she she she is she landed in Los Angeles.
- 1:11:35And on her way, as she's going through immigration, she noticed
- 1:11:40there's an aisle for foreigners,
- 1:11:42there's
- 1:11:43the aisle for
- 1:11:46Americans,
- 1:11:47and she told me there's the aisle for nationals.
- 1:11:55Unknown: Well, any other country's
- 1:11:57citizens
- 1:11:58are generally referred to by one country as nationals,
- 1:12:02German nationals, French nationals. That's what I've noticed over the years. You know?
- 1:12:08Unknown: Yeah. No. No. That's separate
- 1:12:10from the US citizen.
- 1:12:13That's the key. So on our return flight and my wife is gonna join me here in Thailand. She she's gonna fly in. So on our way back, we're gonna we're connecting through Los Angeles. I wanna take a picture of that. Uh-huh.
- 1:12:25Unknown: Well, I want to see, like, the folks that were just here that I've had such fun with, Dean and Suzanne,
- 1:12:32what they were recently there her son, 45, is married to,
- 1:12:37literally a Taiwanese
- 1:12:39princess.
- 1:12:40Her father's like royalty over there or something.
- 1:12:44And they've got a child with another one on the way, four year old daughter. You can imagine she's spoiled rotten. I'm sure.
- 1:12:50And so they fly over, meet them in California, fly to Taiwan, spend some time, and come back. Right?
- 1:12:58On their boarding pass,
- 1:13:00it said country,
- 1:13:02American Samoa.
- 1:13:10It gave their country of origin as American Samoans, so watch out for that on the way back. Okay?
- 1:13:18Unknown: Okay.
- 1:13:19That might okay. I'll look I'll, I, just
- 1:13:24yeah. I'm really curious to see that.
- 1:13:26Unknown: It's amazing. See, you can tell by that example
- 1:13:29that that information has been passed down or is in some database
- 1:13:33that's accessible by some AI,
- 1:13:36or it wouldn't have that in there.
- 1:13:39And they, of course, saw national and misinterpreted
- 1:13:42and took the head fake.
- 1:13:45Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:13:46Yeah. Yeah. Well,
- 1:13:48that that yeah. The
- 1:13:50AI is
- 1:13:52Unknown: it it doesn't know anything. Right? It's just a combination of information. Yeah. It knows what somebody's learned it. Used it. You know, if if you hadn't thought it to it, it doesn't know it.
- 1:14:02Unknown: Well, up to a certain point, yes. Then it makes one
- 1:14:06thing that is learned, you know, if the right hand learned something
- 1:14:10and the left hand learned something,
- 1:14:13then what AI is able to do is it combines those two knowledge, and it does something. Coordinates.
- 1:14:18Yeah.
- 1:14:20Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. And there information can get lost. Yeah. That's a boy, it's a whole converse that's a whole show on its own. Let me turn to Mirka
- 1:14:29and see what she has had here. Morning, Mirka.
- 1:14:33Unknown: Good morning.
- 1:14:35I just wanted to tell Rosanna,
- 1:14:38he he's not gonna get anywhere with that lady that he's talking to at the DMV. No. No. And maybe not even the supervisor.
- 1:14:46Unknown: I tried She was a supervisor with the camera. Yeah.
- 1:14:50Unknown: Oh, yeah. Yeah. She was What you can do is
- 1:14:53send them a lawful legal notice so that it is on file
- 1:14:58firmly and permanently in your administrative file. Well You have to send it to the director,
- 1:15:04the director of DMV.
- 1:15:06You know That's what I did for mine.
- 1:15:09Unknown: Ajana, what a wonderful exercise
- 1:15:12for your son at his age with this awakening,
- 1:15:15have him sit down and write out an affidavit. I I went there. I did a. I did this b. It's c. It's c. It's d. And then just go get it notarized.
- 1:15:26That will it will go in with your if you go in for an administrative appeal,
- 1:15:31that'll be right in your paperwork right there. Where's your affidavit, ma'am?
- 1:15:35Oh, well, she had it. If she was recording it, they'll have proof, and now we can sit there and see what's going on. Just a suggestion.
- 1:15:44Unknown: So what I suggest I'm gonna tell them right now. Yeah. What I suggest is on on to do is, do the law fully notice to the director of the Department of Motor Vehicles or whatever it's called in Texas
- 1:15:56and Yeah. Include
- 1:15:59DC,
- 1:16:00the attorney general,
- 1:16:01and the secretary of state of DC,
- 1:16:05Just in case you need it because that's your court of record.
- 1:16:08And then there you put in your affidavit, in your cover letter, the information about doctor doctor and whatever,
- 1:16:18you know, wanna whatever facts you wanna give them that you have. Remember, we are alien to The United States.
- 1:16:25That's that's eight USC,
- 1:16:28through a three.
- 1:16:30K?
- 1:16:31That that explains what you are. You are alien to the United States Corporation,
- 1:16:36and then your definition 21.
- 1:16:39So
- 1:16:40I would You wanna put all those codes and facts in there. So it's documented.
- 1:16:45It's filed in your rec on your court of record.
- 1:16:49Unknown: Merca would be a good attorney.
- 1:16:51Unknown: K?
- 1:16:52Yeah.
- 1:16:54I'm thank you for that. I have a different outlook.
- 1:16:58Unknown: I'm sure you do, Samuel.
- 1:17:00But but, Roger, really quick I was gonna say that anyway, all all this stuff, what we're trying to do in effect here on top of Ivana's son and Izana learning it. But what we're also trying to do is possibly affect it for other nationals that wanna go get a Texas five star driver's license or whatever. Roger?
- 1:17:19Unknown: Yes. But that's commerce, though. The driver's license is commerce. So that's Okay. The only thing is that's why they want you to be a US citizen.
- 1:17:27Unknown: My question is,
- 1:17:30why does that
- 1:17:32OMB
- 1:17:33number not apply
- 1:17:34since federal is being brought into it, and it should be considered an information gathering request,
- 1:17:42shouldn't it?
- 1:17:43Unknown: Right. Yep.
- 1:17:45And then also, Izana, educate your son that the the passport
- 1:17:49is
- 1:17:50his,
- 1:17:52not driver's license, but it's a traveling
- 1:17:54as a surgeon or
- 1:17:57Mhmm. I ID. And you can use it for everything. I,
- 1:18:00you know, I use my passport for bank bank,
- 1:18:04whatever. Yeah. I have it on my bank, everything. So I
- 1:18:08don't have a driver's license anymore.
- 1:18:11Unknown: And he Like, Kazzano, when you got pulled over Thank you. Yes. With the cop that pulled you over that you pissed everybody off because you gave him a passport card? He would.
- 1:18:20He would. You're saying, oh, I'm so oh, Oscar,
- 1:18:23I'm sorry.
- 1:18:24I'm I'm not I'm not in commerce, so I gave you that. If you'd like to see my in commerce license, here it is.
- 1:18:34Unknown: Well yeah. So so here that's correct, Roger, because driving,
- 1:18:39you know, like a bus driver,
- 1:18:41like a truck driver,
- 1:18:43driving is a commercial activity.
- 1:18:45Yep. So what a so you have to find US citizen to be
- 1:18:51in commerce if they are behind a vehicle. So that's that's that's that's the gap in there they fill. Well Okay. I I But as a national
- 1:19:01Unknown: I guess because they're they got a property right in you, you'd be in contact with property right in you.
- 1:19:07Unknown: Yes. If I may. May.
- 1:19:10Unknown: Okay.
- 1:19:11Just hold on, Jerry. Just one second. That that is on a break. So We'll turn it over. Go ahead. As a national,
- 1:19:18I wanted to engage,
- 1:19:20as a US citizen, if I wanted to engage in commercial activity, if I wanna drive for Walmart Walmart or Uber Uber,
- 1:19:29okay,
- 1:19:30They have denied me my rights to participate in commerce.
- 1:19:35Unknown: Yes.
- 1:19:36Unknown: Alright. And it wouldn't be me, my son. Well, it would be me too when I when I update my terms license. They would have denied us of activity,
- 1:19:44commercial activity
- 1:19:45for our political status, which has nothing to do nothing
- 1:19:50to do with
- 1:19:52driving. Correct.
- 1:19:56Unknown: Jerry, who doesn't Jerry? Hold on. Jerry was trying to say something, I think. Wasn't that you, Jerry? It's
- 1:20:02Unknown: Samuel.
- 1:20:04Unknown: Yeah. Oh, Samuel. I'm sorry. Go ahead.
- 1:20:07Unknown: Is how I I think this might be a way to look at it as well. The
- 1:20:13Unknown: whole reason
- 1:20:16Unknown: for the the
- 1:20:19two different IDs that they're in every state, and I guess they call them the real ID. Okay.
- 1:20:24And then you have your standard state license.
- 1:20:27The only difference between those two documents
- 1:20:30is whether you prove once or
- 1:20:33twice what
- 1:20:34your residency is.
- 1:20:36So I think they're trying to prove that you're a resident, a fourteenth amendment citizen through
- 1:20:43the driver's license by residency.
- 1:20:46Unknown: So Well, that's what I that's what I always thought it was, Samuel. That's what the director of the state transportation
- 1:20:52board of Idaho told us very reluctantly.
- 1:20:55But finally, after three or four volleys of law,
- 1:20:59of memorandums
- 1:21:00go ahead.
- 1:21:02Unknown: So what I'm what I'm trying always to do is to never give them because I have a domain. I don't have a residence.
- 1:21:12I'm always trying to give them my meets and bounds
- 1:21:15for number one.
- 1:21:17I think another thing that's important because it they want two pieces of paper that
- 1:21:22show your residency
- 1:21:23when you get the real ID. Right? Right. Instead of one for the regular driver's license. Yes. Yeah.
- 1:21:31What
- 1:21:31if you can give them paperwork
- 1:21:33with something
- 1:21:36that's not not a
- 1:21:39what we call it, domestic
- 1:21:41address address, and that's why my address results are different. It's nondomestic.
- 1:21:47If I do use that address for
- 1:21:49people who can only who can't respond to meets and bounds, obviously,
- 1:21:54at least I'm outside the country, and I'm not a resident.
- 1:21:59Unknown: Okay. May I may I provide my opinion on that, Samuel? I completely understand
- 1:22:03your opinion very much. Yep. Okay. My understanding
- 1:22:07of residents,
- 1:22:09okay, is is is
- 1:22:13almost identical
- 1:22:14after reading the how
- 1:22:16far that goes, the word residency goes.
- 1:22:19Okay.
- 1:22:20When when you say
- 1:22:23that you are a resident,
- 1:22:25what you're really saying is your home is somewhere else, but for now, you're here temporarily.
- 1:22:32So my when my daughter goes to college,
- 1:22:36she she wants to study electrical engineering too, like me. So she when my daughter goes to college,
- 1:22:42they give her you should sign the paperwork too in there. It says, you know, her dorm and everything, and she gets a little sticker that says
- 1:22:49residents of the university that she goes to. Right? And she puts that sticker in the back of the card. It says residents of the university name. Right? So what does that mean? She's residing at the university.
- 1:23:02Her home is somewhere else. Well, yeah, her home was with us, but she's residing in there.
- 1:23:08So as a national,
- 1:23:10I can choose to reside in a hotel.
- 1:23:13I can choose to reside
- 1:23:15wherever the heck I want to. I can choose to be, not have a residency like you just said, Samuel.
- 1:23:22Regardless,
- 1:23:24that should have zero impact in my political status.
- 1:23:28Unknown: Well, their their presumption is from the fourteenth amendment. You're born and you reside.
- 1:23:33Unknown: See, here's what you're doing. Yeah. You're attaching it to No. Old definition. You're
- 1:23:40attaching the geographic
- 1:23:41subject to the jurisdiction over
- 1:23:44Unknown: there. That's right. But but when you say
- 1:23:47but you see the thing when they ask you if you're a resident, they're asking you which laws are you under. So when you say yes, it has nothing to do with where you're living. It's I'm under the fourteenth amendment. That's why it's phrased
- 1:23:59that way in the four in the state wherein
- 1:24:03they
- 1:24:04reside. It's like they wrap it in three or four different layers
- 1:24:08of of obfuscation
- 1:24:09there. K? But you never hear them ask them.
- 1:24:13And and they're not asking you, are you a resident of Texas? They're not gonna ask your daughter when she goes to apply to UT there. Are you a resident of Texas? They're just gonna say, are you a resident?
- 1:24:25Unknown: They never have to say. Well, he he here's Well, there's William who's gonna chime in in a second here. Just just just you have to pass the first check to get to that point.
- 1:24:35Right? You have to pass the end subject
- 1:24:38Unknown: to the jurisdiction, then you are a resident. But first, have to pass subject. I I don't reside anywhere. I'm domiciled.
- 1:24:45They use that too. They've tried to co op that, and then you shouldn't can use the term I inhabit.
- 1:24:51I I inhabit here,
- 1:24:53but I don't reside anywhere
- 1:24:56unless you wanna clarify,
- 1:24:58are you attaching the geographical
- 1:25:00or a political definition
- 1:25:03to the way you're using and asking me that question?
- 1:25:07Which isn't political or geographical. Yeah.
- 1:25:11Unknown: But what happens if a national
- 1:25:14wants to go in the middle of Austin and rent an apartment?
- 1:25:20Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:25:21Unknown: Okay. They are residing there.
- 1:25:23Unknown: All all I'm saying is you don't wanna sign a document and agree to being a resident. That's it. I agree. She's honest. I was gonna go back and put some thought into that. I don't agree with the way you're interpreting that. There
- 1:25:37Unknown: you
- 1:25:38I'm
- 1:25:39not denying. You're you're absolutely correct on that. What and what you're saying, the way you're describing it is absolutely correct.
- 1:25:47The the point I'm trying to make here is,
- 1:25:50you see, US citizens
- 1:25:52don't have the option. They have to always be residing. Oh, okay.
- 1:25:57Home is Washington DC.
- 1:25:59But as a national, you have the option.
- 1:26:02Unknown: Oh, okay. You're talking them being apples and apples and otherwise apples and oranges, and I agree. K?
- 1:26:09If your daughter
- 1:26:10doesn't file an affidavit,
- 1:26:12she's gonna reside.
- 1:26:15He's gonna reside. Because that is that
- 1:26:18Unknown: is Whether she likes it or not.
- 1:26:20Unknown: The at the nucleus
- 1:26:22of the whole definition. And then you really think about it, this is the nucleus of everything.
- 1:26:28They're using this standard ambassadorial.
- 1:26:31It's which laws do you live under definition,
- 1:26:34and yet when they're confronting you, they're, oh, well, you live there. Well, this is you vote there. You all these other man made criteria
- 1:26:42to get you into a geographical definition.
- 1:26:45They're using the ambassador one, and they're head faking you into agreeing with it by using the other one as the standard.
- 1:26:53That's exactly what's going on.
- 1:26:57Unknown: And they cannot deny us the opportunity
- 1:27:01to participate
- 1:27:03regardless. They
- 1:27:05Unknown: cannot.
- 1:27:06They can't deny us unless under the law. They cannot. Unless
- 1:27:10they've got us in a condition where they had Russia in about 1916.
- 1:27:15Then as they move into that communist total takeover,
- 1:27:19then they go hog wild, bloodthirsty murder, crazy crime,
- 1:27:24and, just forge ahead. We're not there yet. Why? Because we got guns.
- 1:27:30Hey, Raj. That's why we're not there.
- 1:27:35Okay. Yeah. So I think it was Samuel or Bruce or somebody wanted to say something. Paul's wanting to say something. William wanted to say something. That's the one I remember. Hey, William. How are doing this morning?
- 1:27:47Unknown: Brisk discussion here. I'll let Paul go.
- 1:27:50Okay. I'll let Paul go. Follow. Okay.
- 1:27:56Unknown: Them,
- 1:27:57discriminating
- 1:27:58against nationalism,
- 1:27:59not allowing them
- 1:28:01to
- 1:28:02engage in commerce
- 1:28:04by refusing them a driver's license is a violation of the constitution.
- 1:28:10It's a constitutional
- 1:28:13denial of rights because the constitution
- 1:28:16says that they cannot government cannot interfere
- 1:28:21with the ability to contract.
- 1:28:24And by refusing a driver's license,
- 1:28:27they are
- 1:28:28interfering with the ability to contract. Maybe you want to drive an Uber.
- 1:28:34Only other thing I've got is
- 1:28:36don't use the term ossifer.
- 1:28:39Roger has used the term ossifer twice, and I get it. I get it. I understand where it's coming from because the word officer
- 1:28:48has within its context
- 1:28:51the the the salutation
- 1:28:53sir But I've got this but I've got this lisp.
- 1:28:57What no. No. It has it has the word sir in it, or the sound sir in it, which imputes
- 1:29:05a reverence
- 1:29:07on the person with the badge that they may or may not have proven that they deserve.
- 1:29:13But if you use
- 1:29:16ossifer,
- 1:29:17they're gonna pull you out of the car. They're gonna have you blowing in a little thing that's gonna go beep, and they're gonna drag your happy ass down to the court so they can take your blood.
- 1:29:27Unknown: Don't do it. Roger. Roger is a one. If you use ossiper, don't come back to the radio show. Okay? Okay. Because it's only meant as humor. Alright?
- 1:29:37Yeah. And and
- 1:29:39and and and Sammy the stutterer on the side of the road. I wanna hear what William's got to add to all this today. William, I'm glad you're doing good today, buddy.
- 1:29:48Unknown: Yeah. I kinda checked in late, but I'm not as stinky as you drunk I am.
- 1:29:56Unknown: Ossifer.
- 1:29:58Unknown: Alright.
- 1:30:00Unknown: I probably
- 1:30:02Unknown: pissed in the county attorney's Cheerios this morning. I noticed I filed my notice of appeal. I didn't you said a urine test. I didn't mean to pee in his glass.
- 1:30:12Unknown: That's right.
- 1:30:14File my notice of appeal and a motion to stay enforcement and collection on the attorney's fees. So Okay.
- 1:30:21Because they're due they're due by, middle July.
- 1:30:25It would be July 12.
- 1:30:27Okay. So I'm gonna see if see if he'll, if the judge will sign it. If he won't, then I'll just pay it and
- 1:30:34try to get it back in arrears.
- 1:30:36But I've been I've been writing my appeal brief, and
- 1:30:40that's the very first thing I'm opening with what you're talking about.
- 1:30:44That the fourteenth the citizenship clause says very clearly
- 1:30:48US citizens reside in a state.
- 1:30:51And if, you know, conversely,
- 1:30:53if you're not a US citizen, you don't reside in a state.
- 1:30:57Unknown: And even if you do, if they're trying to impute on that, return residents are rebuttable presumption.
- 1:31:04Unknown: Right.
- 1:31:05Right.
- 1:31:06And,
- 1:31:07I kinda closed with it at the bottom. I said,
- 1:31:11you know,
- 1:31:12the county
- 1:31:13tax commissioner is an elected position. He has the duty to know
- 1:31:18or should have known that his his delegated
- 1:31:22jurisdiction extends only or exclusively
- 1:31:25to US citizens and resident aliens.
- 1:31:29And if if I'm not one of those, I don't owe the tax. And if Are you they can't prove that
- 1:31:35if they can't prove that the tax extends to somebody this this nonresident alien,
- 1:31:41then then I don't owe the tax.
- 1:31:44William And he didn't How are you how are
- 1:31:47Unknown: you putting that in? Are you putting resident
- 1:31:50dash alien?
- 1:31:52Are you putting resident in parentheses
- 1:31:55alien?
- 1:31:56How are you framing that grammatical?
- 1:31:59Unknown: Just resident alien? Because it well, put it where it says
- 1:32:03if you're a citizenship
- 1:32:05clause. It says Okay. If you're not if you're a US citizen,
- 1:32:09then you reside in a state. Okay. So the only way you can reside in a state is if you're a US citizen or you're a resident alien.
- 1:32:16Right. That's the only way you can reside.
- 1:32:19Unknown: You you might for further clarification,
- 1:32:22you may wanna put parentheses in there, Vattel's law of nations on residency.
- 1:32:28Unknown: Just a suggestion. Yeah. That's what I I'm gonna read it on the show when I get it kind of where I want it. Yeah. Yeah. You're just roughing it. Once,
- 1:32:38yeah, once they docket the appeal, I'll have twenty days
- 1:32:42to submit my appeal brief.
- 1:32:44Uh-huh. And I'm gonna read it on the show and get you guys input. I didn't know if I should go into Vattel.
- 1:32:52Unknown: Yeah. Well, if you're gonna use resident alien,
- 1:32:56they probably won't be as familiar with that term.
- 1:33:02I've I've very rarely ever seen I've seen nonresident alien. Have you ever seen resident alien? Right.
- 1:33:09Yeah. No. It's a nonresident alien. It should be. We're we're right. We're no. No. No. We wanna use it resident alien for them,
- 1:33:17but clarify it's from Patel's law of nations because that's the way he always used it. He never once says resident.
- 1:33:25It's always resident alien because that describes
- 1:33:29using it from the ambassadorial
- 1:33:31way because that means what set of laws are you under,
- 1:33:36And that's your choice.
- 1:33:38That's why residency
- 1:33:40is a rebuttable presumption
- 1:33:42because this is your choice,
- 1:33:44not them sticking it with you and but through a geographical
- 1:33:48loophole.
- 1:33:50That's what's happening. Yep.
- 1:33:53Unknown: And I put it but, you know, it'd be a gross miscarriage of a gross miscarriage
- 1:33:58of justice
- 1:34:00for me
- 1:34:01to have to pay an improperly assessed tax
- 1:34:05and
- 1:34:06have to def have to pay for the defense of the same incompetence.
- 1:34:10Unknown: Right. When an incompetent attorney
- 1:34:13identified you and they had a conclusion with fees as to a entity, a sovereign citizen
- 1:34:20that he can't define
- 1:34:22or point to in any legal document
- 1:34:25except from the Southern Poverty Law Center.
- 1:34:29Unknown: Right. And he and make sure to use the capital s state that you're rebutting
- 1:34:35as capital s because there is a definition that explains that they're part of the United States Corporation.
- 1:34:40Unknown: That's a Federal state. Interesting. It's very interesting you say that, Murph. I'm probably true. Yeah. Anyway, I I wanna tell you right now. I mean, again, I was on listen to William here. Look at what he's doing. I am so proud of you guys. I if I was a new daddy, I'd be handing out cigars.
- 1:35:01Unknown: I would
- 1:35:03hey, William,
- 1:35:05I wanted to tell you, I changed I changed I changed my political status multiple times.
- 1:35:11Okay. Well, I was just a
- 1:35:13I was Ethiopian,
- 1:35:15just
- 1:35:16biologically
- 1:35:17just appeared in Ethiopia, right, while I was a little baby. And then I got a,
- 1:35:23by political status when I decided to come to The US. I applied for passport, and I got identified
- 1:35:29with a political status as Ethiopian.
- 1:35:32K?
- 1:35:33So I was a a national of Ethiopia,
- 1:35:36and
- 1:35:37I was my political status was as an Ethiopian, so I I now can travel the world. Right? So I came to The US and became
- 1:35:46a resident
- 1:35:48alien
- 1:35:51as an international student.
- 1:35:53Okay. Right. So,
- 1:35:56and then I, all my paperwork was legal
- 1:35:59throughout the process. So I maintain my legal status, got green card and all of that green card. My
- 1:36:06yeah.
- 1:36:07And then,
- 1:36:09which now I see,
- 1:36:10I completely understand that the whole thing is a fraud.
- 1:36:14Okay.
- 1:36:15And a joke and a fraud on American
- 1:36:19nationals.
- 1:36:20I mean, the profound nature of my understanding of what the hell is going on in this country goes back to the, to my understanding of how the opportunity,
- 1:36:31for me to come to this country and participate in the success and growth of that country, which I'm very proud of achieving what I've achieved. Okay? It but it is it underlines
- 1:36:42the fraudulent activity.
- 1:36:44Why wasn't I successful in Ethiopia
- 1:36:48in my own country?
- 1:36:51Okay.
- 1:36:52Why did I have to go? Why all these people having to cross
- 1:36:58into this country and all these western nations if it's not if it's not for a fraudulent
- 1:37:04activity,
- 1:37:05if it's not to take away,
- 1:37:07okay, the rights and privileges
- 1:37:10of
- 1:37:11people from this nation.
- 1:37:13Unknown: The white citizens.
- 1:37:16Unknown: The white citizens.
- 1:37:18The war is against the white citizens.
- 1:37:21Unknown: You got it.
- 1:37:22And
- 1:37:23Unknown: it's okay. Your skin color,
- 1:37:26And it has nothing. The reason people see the white and associate it
- 1:37:31to them as being white. I mean, people with whiter skin. I'm sorry if I rub salt on this, but you guys don't look white. I've seen white color and you guys don't look like it. But I have seen black people that really, really, really define the color black as being black.
- 1:37:48Okay? So if you're gonna have an opposite political status, it'd be an opposite of that black, which would be white.
- 1:37:56Right. But not the skin color has nothing to do with those. It's like a No, it's political. There's a white towel in front of me, but
- 1:38:05there's a white the black
- 1:38:07there
- 1:38:08are Africans that are very, very black.
- 1:38:12And and and But that's the difference in there.
- 1:38:16Unknown: And, Zana good friend there. I can take when I can take fine upstanding black folks like yourself and Brent
- 1:38:23and and and some of the others and make you guys white. It's just such a joy for me. I don't know if I can I I don't know if I can put it in words? Yeah. Roger,
- 1:38:33Unknown: the greatest honor,
- 1:38:34we give of my culture where I was born and raised to to people that teach
- 1:38:40is the greatest honor we provide is to get down on their knee and
- 1:38:45wash their feet.
- 1:38:47Okay. Wish
- 1:38:48I was there
- 1:38:51And to get down, and I really, really thank you, and I appreciate you for for giving me the opportunity to understand this. Thank you so much. It's just really profound.
- 1:39:02Unknown: And You know, it it makes all the crap you gotta go through to do this
- 1:39:07totally worthwhile to hear something like that, folks.
- 1:39:12Unknown: Question?
- 1:39:13Unknown: You'll find listen. You're out talking to people's stuff. You're gonna know what I'm talking about. It's
- 1:39:19unbelievable how this message is received. Yet when it hits the right person, William or Hazana or Mirka or you,
- 1:39:27you can see the effects of it. And, man, the feedback loop on it's just fantastic.
- 1:39:33Go out and talk to people. Find a few. You they will thank you profusely,
- 1:39:38and that is the best feedback loop that you can't put a dollar amount on that. That's why I do not charge you.
- 1:39:46You can't put a dollar figure on that.
- 1:39:51The only way to get what you want, my freedom,
- 1:39:54is to help enough other people get what they want. All of you want your freedom.
- 1:40:01And when that happens,
- 1:40:03it's just a serendipitous
- 1:40:05feeling
- 1:40:07occurs.
- 1:40:08So calming.
- 1:40:10It's it's like I said, as I was going through all this research all these years,
- 1:40:14then you'll probably experience this too. And you get into one of these situations like we're discussing today on residency or complex,
- 1:40:22whatever it is, and all of a sudden, out of nowhere, the answer will come. And the minute the answer hits the field,
- 1:40:29all the dust settles.
- 1:40:31I've had it happen a number of times.
- 1:40:34Unknown: It just that's a Hey, Roger. When it comes, it'll happen. Guess what? I have a good friend of mine
- 1:40:41a
- 1:40:42good friend of mine that was born in present day Zimbabwe.
- 1:40:46He's of Dutch descent, so he's a white guy. And he fought in the South African army
- 1:40:53back in the eighties and he immigrated to America
- 1:40:57and he's got twins.
- 1:40:59They go to high school. They just graduated high school here. And
- 1:41:02the twins told the teachers they were African American.
- 1:41:07Unknown: And the teacher and
- 1:41:09Unknown: the teacher told them they weren't.
- 1:41:12And and their mom went up there and railed her up one side and down the other and said, their dad is African.
- 1:41:19Unknown: That is funny. It's not a it's not a color thing. I mean, it it manifests manifests itself in color. But I think same thing happened to Azana. What? You're trying Azana, what are trying to say?
- 1:41:31Unknown: No. So that's it's not it's never a color thing. And and and now as I was going back to going back to the thank you for that explanation. And and some of my coworkers are
- 1:41:42white South Africans,
- 1:41:44So I I just I just I wish there was something I could do to,
- 1:41:50you know, gap the bridge and kinda explain that it has nothing to do with race, but, hey. But that's where they want us to be, confused and fighting against each other.
- 1:42:01Yep. Okay. That's that's that's objective because you're never gonna look you're never gonna look what they're doing on this on the left end, right, on too far to the left. They're never gonna see because you're too busy fighting on something else.
- 1:42:13Unknown: Well, he he came here because his mom his mom got
- 1:42:17she got shot in a
- 1:42:19road, whatever you call it, like a roadside
- 1:42:22hijacking,
- 1:42:23whatever you wanna call it. She survived.
- 1:42:26She still lives over there. And, his brother got slit. His throat got slit ear to ear for the $20 he had in his pocket,
- 1:42:33in a phone booth in the early nineties.
- 1:42:37And it and just the rape and murder and,
- 1:42:40you know, white gen white genocide that's going on over there. Oh, it's arrested. He said, I don't know I don't know why anybody his sister moved to Canada.
- 1:42:49She's in Canada,
- 1:42:51but
- 1:42:52she's liberal and he won't have anything to do with her. But, yeah, there's
- 1:42:56a I mean, it it's the the ability to be able to move, I mean, that's we're talk I saw that the other day with Liberty. Okay.
- 1:43:03Unknown: That's Liberty. Locomotion.
- 1:43:05Mhmm.
- 1:43:06Unknown: Mhmm. And that's what the UN Charter says. Everybody's got that right.
- 1:43:10Unknown: Yeah. But but but remember, liberty
- 1:43:13is not freedom. Two different things. Right? You when you are at liberty,
- 1:43:19you it's like your mama told you, you know, yeah. Now you're you're you're at liberty to have that cookie at 9PM.
- 1:43:25Hey. She can just like just like she gave to you, she can take it away too. Yeah. Well, that's permission.
- 1:43:32So
- 1:43:34That's permission.
- 1:43:35You're at liberty. That's it. Permission.
- 1:43:39Sailor gets a liberty, right, to go out. Right. Exactly. Permission
- 1:43:43Unknown: is not freedom. You're right. There are degrees of this. Because
- 1:43:47Unknown: that We have the liberty to give up.
- 1:43:49Unknown: You're you're imputing the liberty. It's not liberty because somebody's telling you something. Otherwise, it's your free choice and your responsibility. So go, William. Yeah. Afro m Afro m b Rusk. You know? You have the liberty to give up your rights.
- 1:44:04Precisely. Oh, absolutely. Absolutely.
- 1:44:07That's why it's gotta be voluntary. And it's only through really teaching this stuff on the radio that I've reached some of those base
- 1:44:15concepts here that I'd never thought of before. Hold it. It's
- 1:44:20either freedom or tyranny.
- 1:44:22And freedom's my choice. Tyranny's
- 1:44:25your insistence.
- 1:44:27So and you'll never get that until they get a degree yeah. Just a second. Until they get us a degree of control like they had in Soviet Russia, early part of last century, and they get our guns. Then they're gonna be that bloodthirsty.
- 1:44:41Unknown: Who's got the comment and the question? Step forward, William. I I have I have I have I have let me let me finish what I was gonna say to William. I was gonna Okay. You will say that I keep getting distracted. Just one second. If I could, Yes. Go ahead, William. Okay. So so when I change when my change, all of my political status changes
- 1:44:59were voluntary,
- 1:45:01And I never had to go to Ethiopia
- 1:45:04and ask for permission to, hey.
- 1:45:07Can I be a US citizen? No.
- 1:45:10I never had to ask that. It is voluntary. It is your choice, and nobody can deny you when when you change your political status.
- 1:45:17But what when you change your status, you have to be accepted
- 1:45:21so that that that you does that that when you become a person of a different kind,
- 1:45:26that
- 1:45:27set of law has to accept you.
- 1:45:30So that's that's where the difference is in there. So you have to ask to be that, but you don't have to ask permission to leave this other one. Okay?
- 1:45:40That's one of second thing I wanted to tell you is that as a as a as a as a national being
- 1:45:47a resident alien,
- 1:45:49you are resident alien or a nonresident
- 1:45:53alien,
- 1:45:55that choice choice is entirely up to you.
- 1:46:00But it's not for US citizen. So
- 1:46:04that's the key difference. So when you write your reply,
- 1:46:08encourage you to think to meditate and think about that particular
- 1:46:14so you you know,
- 1:46:16particular
- 1:46:17situation.
- 1:46:19Unknown: You can, folks, if you're new, you can you can go down so many layers and get so deep into thought here on some of this stuff. Don't get buffaloed by it. There's reasons we do it and that's what we've gotta do. It's like these
- 1:46:33words
- 1:46:34that we words
- 1:46:35convey concepts.
- 1:46:37This is how we communicate
- 1:46:39And when we use a word between two people, we've gotta both agree on the concept. The disconnect is when they change the definition a 180 degrees.
- 1:46:48There's the disconnect. You gotta get connected, and both of you have to be on the same definition.
- 1:46:53Who was trying to say something there a second ago comment?
- 1:46:58Unknown: This is Manna. Oh,
- 1:47:00Unknown: hey, man. How you doing, man? I wanna jump in after Okay.
- 1:47:04Unknown: Alright. Paul's after Manna. Go ahead, buddy.
- 1:47:08Unknown: First off, this is a really great round
- 1:47:12off
- 1:47:14and
- 1:47:15beautiful
- 1:47:19just ending to the show. My
- 1:47:22question
- 1:47:23was
- 1:47:25when Merge well, I mean, when Mirka chimed in, it reminded me of
- 1:47:30her saying to def define
- 1:47:32your terms. I was wondering
- 1:47:35if Hazana
- 1:47:37could or could have
- 1:47:40while he was in front of
- 1:47:43the the
- 1:47:45administrative
- 1:47:46lady with the camera, if he could have
- 1:47:48kind of asked for pushed for
- 1:47:52more of their paperwork that defines
- 1:47:56their terms.
- 1:47:57Unknown: Well, the problem was he was only there via cell phone. It was his wife and his son that were in the meeting.
- 1:48:04So but don't worry. All that'll be just I'm sure it'll be covered when he gets back. He's gonna have a couple of weeks to think about this,
- 1:48:12layout whatever documents you wanna use, and rehearse,
- 1:48:16an administrative
- 1:48:17appeal in front of an official. When you get back, go ask for it.
- 1:48:22Unknown: Roger, I have a response to Manna.
- 1:48:25Unknown: Or or hold on, Mirka, or have your son,
- 1:48:29and and find out what the time frame would be. If it's a month from now, you might not wanna wait till you get back and have your son and wife go ahead and request it now. Get a set date set and say,
- 1:48:42early July when you've gotten back and have a day or two and then you won't have to wait till the end of the month. Whatever is on it. He wasn't there except via cell phone,
- 1:48:53Unknown: man. I didn't quite catch that. So yeah. I know.
- 1:48:57Unknown: But they put me on the speakerphone.
- 1:49:00Unknown: Yeah. Interesting.
- 1:49:01Unknown: Because on a you Yeah. They needed they needed to get out of there because they got it it ended up with the lady's handshaking,
- 1:49:08Unknown: and, you know, it was it was fun to walk away. Yeah. Yeah. It's just And that's why you didn't see the hand shaking. Your son had to tell you. Okay. Yeah.
- 1:49:19Unknown: Yeah. I I yeah. But I yeah. I I yeah. Exactly. Yeah. But I can hear from her voice that she has reached her her end of the rope. I I can.
- 1:49:28Unknown: We Yeah. She you'd you'd reached the end of her understanding
- 1:49:33and responsibility.
- 1:49:34She got more responsibility.
- 1:49:36She just didn't have the understanding.
- 1:49:38That's why I told you be.
- 1:49:41When when you started listening, I told you that don't think everybody's gonna understand this because they don't.
- 1:49:48That's part of our job is when possible to educate them as nicely as possible.
- 1:49:53Go ahead, man ma'am.
- 1:49:56Unknown: I just wanted to tell Would you please
- 1:49:58Unknown: I I wanna tell Manna something too.
- 1:50:01Please call Gary and Gina and tell them how much we miss their injection,
- 1:50:07and and we love them, and we're sorry we don't hear from them too much. Go ahead, Mirka.
- 1:50:11Unknown: I I reached out to, Gary also,
- 1:50:15and they're,
- 1:50:17they're doing good. They're just busy with other things right now. Okay. Alright. That's fine. I'll I'll send them a message.
- 1:50:25Unknown: Summer in Montana.
- 1:50:27Unknown: I was researching
- 1:50:29the state stuff and, you know, like,
- 1:50:33a.
- 1:50:33I have triple a insurance right now, and I asked for their definitions to see what they were showing as information.
- 1:50:40And what I started noticing in everything I'm looking at in the state of California,
- 1:50:46they are mixing
- 1:50:48the definitions. They're not using the proper legal language.
- 1:50:53And that's
- 1:50:54how people get confused
- 1:50:55because of them using a lower estate
- 1:50:59or this capital s d on some that I bet you anything
- 1:51:03DMV, motor vehicles,
- 1:51:06departments
- 1:51:07have the same thing,
- 1:51:08a mixture of
- 1:51:10incorrect legal language in their verbiage
- 1:51:14in the website. So we have to be careful with that.
- 1:51:17What what them.
- 1:51:19Unknown: I would think that would be still helpful, though, because then you could bring all that up in front of them and show them how much you understand
- 1:51:29they don't.
- 1:51:31Unknown: Right. And and they if they're following federal regulations,
- 1:51:35policies, or whatever, they're following the federal system, and they need to follow their definitions,
- 1:51:41and they're not. So that's how they're imposing
- 1:51:44things and confusing people.
- 1:51:46Unknown: Yeah. And then you could bring all that up and show that they're not
- 1:51:51Unknown: even following No. No. Mana, that's not the place to bring all that up. You go, okay, ma'am. What's the next step in my administrative
- 1:52:00appeal?
- 1:52:01That's who you bring it up to.
- 1:52:04You don't do it to the lower clerk.
- 1:52:06Unknown: You go it to their supervisor or the administrative appeal. So alright. Go ahead. I'll do that. Well, that kinda answers my question if if I were to be in this situation. Kinda, yeah, kinda let
- 1:52:18what Hazana had done
- 1:52:20with his son go through,
- 1:52:23bring it to the point where
- 1:52:25the lady is uncomfortable,
- 1:52:27ask
- 1:52:28for an administrative
- 1:52:30step,
- 1:52:31and then, you know,
- 1:52:32in that next step with a restart,
- 1:52:35you could
- 1:52:37push the envelope and Okay. Bring out those things. Here's the process. Here's the process,
- 1:52:43Unknown: which they didn't go through,
- 1:52:45which was go get to that point when she says no or shows uncomfortability
- 1:52:50or not understanding
- 1:52:52a wall, resistance,
- 1:52:54then you go, can I speak speak to your supervisor?
- 1:52:57Now they'll go get their boss and bring them back, and you state your case to them.
- 1:53:02Now if they agree with the with the clerk,
- 1:53:06now
- 1:53:07what's the next step in my administrative appeal?
- 1:53:10That's the process.
- 1:53:12Unknown: The main thing, Linger, you need to, also notice the supervisor,
- 1:53:16the head of that department,
- 1:53:18not the supervisor at the department
- 1:53:21locally.
- 1:53:22It has to be the head of the department. I didn't ask you. That's Whatever. I'd ask for a supervisor first.
- 1:53:28Unknown: If she the well, refuses to say, do you have a supervisor I could talk to? If she says no, what's the next step in my administrative appeal?
- 1:53:38Unknown: When when you address the head of the department, Roger, and you're addressing you're cc'ing the attorney general and the secretary of state of DC,
- 1:53:45those are their superiors. Wow. Those superiors are supposed to govern their agents.
- 1:53:50So if they don't, then you bring that information that you already noticed that their superior,
- 1:53:55who the director is, and they have to do their little legwork to go research it themselves before giving you false
- 1:54:04information.
- 1:54:05So that's that's where we have the power with the lawful legal notices
- 1:54:10addressing the head of the department. I
- 1:54:13Unknown: would go through the more procedure they're familiar with. It's not that. They're not familiar with our status. They're certainly not familiar with that type of of attachment is to say, what's the next step in my administrative appeal? K? Now you may wanna notice I do I do agree with that too. On that,
- 1:54:31but that's the next step in the protocol they're gonna understand. Okay. Okay?
- 1:54:36Just telling you. You
- 1:54:38Unknown: know how you know how we you know how we send lawful legal notices to the law enforcers?
- 1:54:44We always send it to the superiors.
- 1:54:46Unknown: And this is how we this is where our power is to be effective Wow. With what we do. Especially on that. Well, that's due process. You know I'm talking about due process here, but it's administrative due process.
- 1:54:58K?
- 1:55:00So you've asked you ask everybody you can talk to and get their opinion.
- 1:55:04And you could probably state your case in the middle of those conversations and the dialogue.
- 1:55:09If they all rule against you, what's the next step in my administrative
- 1:55:14appeal?
- 1:55:16K? Period.
- 1:55:18You may get a hearing. You may get just one officer.
- 1:55:22You may get an administrative
- 1:55:25judge in a little administrative court.
- 1:55:28I don't know. It depends on the situation. Probably just be another person or small panel,
- 1:55:34but that's the way to go what I would suggest. You wanna go
- 1:55:38and
- 1:55:39chase these people or whatever. You go do what you wanna do. K? The established way to do it is go through the appellate level.
- 1:55:47And then should they rule against you at every level,
- 1:55:51now you can take the agency to court.
- 1:55:55But you've got to exhaust your administrative remedies
- 1:55:59first.
- 1:56:01Unknown: It's pretty simple.
- 1:56:02K? Yes.
- 1:56:05Unknown: Know mean? Got some well, there's more. We haven't heard we heard from her. Humor, you say? Yes. We could use some humor.
- 1:56:14Unknown: Yeah. You know, like, Lisa,
- 1:56:16they're here in Wisconsin.
- 1:56:17And I think just about everywhere,
- 1:56:20they tell you, if you look online, that you have to bring your,
- 1:56:23you know, your birth certificate and your social and whatever they want for so they can give you a real ID and a national ID and get a gold star. Get a yellow star.
- 1:56:34But you know? So I had the information in my pocket, and I went through this. Can I wear one on my chest to represent it?
- 1:56:41Can I have six points, please?
- 1:56:44Yeah.
- 1:56:46So, anyway,
- 1:56:47was 2019,
- 1:56:48and, we were cutting up in line anyway. And, and as I got up there
- 1:56:53and filling the thing out, and it says race. And I said, well, I used to run sprints.
- 1:56:58And she goes, oh, you won't have to fill that part out. So that's kinda optional, you know, whenever they throw the race thing at you because that's the the you know?
- 1:57:06Unknown: Like the story I told you yesterday about the shoe shine guy when I sold shoes. They had a gal come in that did fill our application. It said sex,
- 1:57:14and she said, yes. Once in Omaha.
- 1:57:19Unknown: Yeah. And ironically,
- 1:57:21though, it, you know, I was wearing white, which was nice, but my teeth weren't near as white as they should have been. So I'll have to remember that for my next photo.
- 1:57:30Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:57:31Alright.
- 1:57:32Thank you, Murr. Okay. Somebody else wanted to get a comment in, a question, or some analysis. Or you just wanna say hello? Have a live with Murr.
- 1:57:41Okay. Who is this again?
- 1:57:44Unknown: Good manna.
- 1:57:45Unknown: Oh, manna. Okay, buddy. Yep.
- 1:57:48Unknown: Go ahead. Well, Paul Paul wanted
- 1:57:51in there somewhere.
- 1:57:53Unknown: Five, ten minutes ago.
- 1:57:54Unknown: Oh, okay. I hear the whisk there. I just can I
- 1:58:00Unknown: It's all the lines real quick? All the lines. Go ahead, man. Because after the Whistler is done,
- 1:58:06I'm going to take control.
- 1:58:08Unknown: Alright, I can be here. It
- 1:58:10gets assertive at times.
- 1:58:13Unknown: I just really want to thank Kizana and and and Brent and other America and everybody being here because I get accused when I start saying that I'm a national and being in the cowboy white Montana, everybody thinks
- 1:58:28I'm a racist and they equate those things. And I just wish and hope that when they get on here, they can realize that they're just so wrong. So it's awesome. It's a great group. Thank you.
- 1:58:41Unknown: Has been my job.
- 1:58:43Unknown: When they're done calling your names and they don't know what else to call you, and that's what they know you have won.
- 1:58:51Unknown: Yes.
- 1:58:53Yep.
- 1:58:56Unknown: It's you you need to tell the some of those Montana boys and girls is from where you get your rights and to whom you owe your duties,
- 1:59:05not your skin color.
- 1:59:08Unknown: Yep.
- 1:59:10Unknown: Okay? Yep. Thank you. Alright. Very much.
- 1:59:14You're welcome, man. I'm glad you're out there, buddy. And we're about to close shop here at least on the public side.
- 1:59:23For the end of Tuesday,
- 1:59:24June 2 and we're glad you joined. It's a good show today. We've had two really good brisk shows this week concentrating on the meaty things about what we do and teach and
- 1:59:37thank you for the compliments, Zana, William, everybody. We'll see you tomorrow.
- 1:59:41Bye.
- 1:59:45Alright. Uh-oh. Strap
- 1:59:47yourself in. Paul's got the microphone switch going to open.
- 1:59:51Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:59:53Well, I just wanna clarify my understanding of the difference between freedom and liberty. People wonder, you know, they they and and liberty with with liberty and justice for all and all that happy shit.
- 2:00:06And they're they're claiming, I want my liberty. Well,
- 2:00:10the way I see it,
- 2:00:12freedom and liberty is freedom
- 2:00:14is the freedom, simply put, to do whatever it is you want to do provided it does not cause harm or injury to another.
- 2:00:26Liberty,
- 2:00:27as I understand it, is no different than a ship
- 2:00:33docked at a port
- 2:00:35and the soldiers,
- 2:00:36the sailors
- 2:00:38go on liberty.
- 2:00:40And their liberty is
- 2:00:42the freedom
- 2:00:44to conduct themselves
- 2:00:45as though they were free
- 2:00:48they were free,
- 2:00:49but within
- 2:00:51certain
- 2:00:52constraints,
- 2:00:54and that that liberty
- 2:00:56will end absolutely
- 2:00:58positively
- 2:00:59when the ship once again sets sail.
- 2:01:02So I want freedom, which
- 2:01:06is perfect
- 2:01:07and immutable
- 2:01:08and undeniable.
- 2:01:10I don't want
- 2:01:11the permission
- 2:01:13to act as though I'm free because I am.
- 2:01:17Unknown: Well, there's a difference freedom
- 2:01:20Unknown: things.
- 2:01:21Unknown: Does one of require Has dominion on there. Go ahead. Does one of them require somebody else's permission? That's the problem. You got freedom under the fourteenth amendment, but you got restraints of their public policy.
- 2:01:34Then you don't have freedom. But then that's not liberty. To
- 2:01:38Unknown: me You don't have It's permission.
- 2:01:41Unknown: That's why the symbol
- 2:01:43yeah. Hold on. You may in a second. That's why the r is a small r as opposed to the capital r in the declaration of independence. It's different source
- 2:01:54of where you get. One of them is right permission.
- 2:01:57The other is true god given rights.
- 2:01:59Was that Dave that was wanting to say something? It was.
- 2:02:04Unknown: Good ear, Roger.
- 2:02:06Unknown: So a couple things The whole program's gone before he bellies up to the bar here. Pretty unusual.
- 2:02:13Unknown: Hi, Dave. Morning. Quite a, yeah, it was quite a brisk show today.
- 2:02:18I unmuted a couple times, but I yep. I backed off and,
- 2:02:23lot of great stuff. Good to hear from Izana and and everybody that chimed in today. Hey, Dave. But to me, you know, I know a lot of folks. I was never in the military.
- 2:02:33It's not just the navy.
- 2:02:36Anytime you you get permission to leave the base when you're
- 2:02:41enlisted,
- 2:02:44you know, in active duty,
- 2:02:46it's called a liberty.
- 2:02:48That to me, that's part time freedom.
- 2:02:51And now I call I heard a commercial.
- 2:02:55Oh, man. It was last year sometime, and it was about a it was a a congressman here from Michigan wanting people to call about something. And I thought, you know what? I'm calling. And I called, and and this you could tell he was a young white punk college kid. You know?
- 2:03:15Michigan State University is right there in Lansing
- 2:03:18and where our state capital is, and and he answered the phone for the the congressman's
- 2:03:25office. And and I started talking and and and telling him, you know, that I was a national. I said, do know what a national is? And he said,
- 2:03:34oh, you're you're a white supremacist.
- 2:03:38You're a racist.
- 2:03:40And he hung up on me,
- 2:03:42literally. And I called back,
- 2:03:45and I was so mad. I called back 15 times and they would not answer the freaking phone.
- 2:03:52And that guy pegged me as a racist.
- 2:03:55Yeah.
- 2:03:56Unknown: White supremacist because I tried tell what an animal there. There's an example of that in the Bible. David says don't throw your pearls before swine.
- 2:04:05Unknown: Oh, boy. I didn't hear him snorting, and I didn't see his little curly tail. Man, you got some intuition.
- 2:04:12Unknown: Little intuition. Hey, Dave. Just just just so you know, just just the the Statue Of Liberty in in in in New York
- 2:04:21is in a tiny on a tiny island. Island? Yeah. Right? Named
- 2:04:28Alice.
- 2:04:29Unknown: Alice Alice. Alice?
- 2:04:31Alice.
- 2:04:32Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's a it's an alignment. It's a Statue Of Liberty's they could. It's not because they couldn't put it on freaking land, like, two miles up the street.
- 2:04:43Yep.
- 2:04:45Have you ever noticed that there are chains around
- 2:04:49Unknown: Statue
- 2:04:49Of Liberty's feet?
- 2:04:53Unknown: Oh my god. I can see that. Oh my gosh.
- 2:04:57Unknown: You should look at some pulled up pictures. Hold on. At the bottom, you can see chains.
- 2:05:02Unknown: It's hard to get word statue of life. And and I'm pretty sure the Statue Of Liberty is a man in
- 2:05:09Unknown: drag. We lost control, Paul. The Statue Of Liberty is also
- 2:05:14perched
- 2:05:15atop
- 2:05:16an 11
- 2:05:17pointed
- 2:05:19military
- 2:05:20fort
- 2:05:21that Darcy.
- 2:05:23Yep. That was
- 2:05:25repurposed.
- 2:05:26It
- 2:05:28was in the middle,
- 2:05:29and they repurposed it and put a statue on it to Okay. Conceal the fact that it was there, and it predates
- 2:05:37modern society,
- 2:05:38modern humanity. This this iteration of humanity.
- 2:05:42Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 2:05:44Unknown: You're correct, Paul. ISIS.
- 2:05:47ISIS.
- 2:05:48Look
- 2:05:49at where it came from.
- 2:05:52Unknown: Okay.
- 2:05:54Thank
- 2:05:56you, Sherry.
- 2:05:57Alright.
- 2:05:58Facing the Harvard people who probably asked me handle it. They wanted us
- 2:06:03Unknown: they they wanted us to accept the dregs of society
- 2:06:07here in America.
- 2:06:11Okay.
- 2:06:13Unknown: Well, we did. They turned themselves into kings and queens, Dave. We're trying to undo that.
- 2:06:18I don't wanna be a Jew slave. I'm assuming you don't want to either.
- 2:06:23Does anyone else You got it, brother. I love today's show. Azana and William, and you guys are just making Patty Willett. Proud, everybody.
- 2:06:31Now hold a little female voice just trying to say something. Is that Murrah? Are you talking to us, sweetie? Patty?
- 2:06:36Unknown: No. She's talking to somebody. Yeah. You tomorrow
- 2:06:39Unknown: at noon
- 2:06:40Unknown: with you. I see that. Uh-oh. Somebody's unmuted, and they have a private telephone conversation that I don't think they want broadcast.
- 2:06:48Unknown: So Alright. What type of an appointment is it?
- 2:06:52Unknown: That's
- 2:06:53not our business.
- 2:06:54Okay. I'm sorry. Let me see if I can find what's
- 2:06:57Unknown: want. Going inquiring minds wanna know.
- 2:07:02Unknown: Alright. Nothing for Raj. I'm Vamuz. She
- 2:07:05Unknown: got muted, Paul.
- 2:07:07Unknown: Alright. Don't forget that poem.
- 2:07:10That poem about the Statue Of Liberty was by Emma Lazarus, the Jewess.
- 2:07:14Okay?
- 2:07:15Unknown: Okay. Thank you. Thank you, Mark. Everywhere. They're everywhere. On Ellis Island. They're two separate islands.
- 2:07:25Unknown: What island is it on?
- 2:07:28Unknown: I don't know, but I hope to never have to visit New York again. I'll see y'all tomorrow. Love you. I don't think the island has a name. It's just a fort.
- 2:07:37Unknown: I have in the middle of the water. I have I have a comment for you I wanted to say earlier, but, that that that's my understanding, just food for thought on, on the, capital s, versus the small small letter s.
- 2:07:52It's not Roger
- 2:07:54bailed. Right? It's
- 2:07:56Unknown: oh, he bailed? Okay. Yeah. Roger has his finger on the hang up button. So when he says goodbye, he's gone. Okay. Goodbye. And he's okay. I just Esana,
- 2:08:06Unknown: may I say something to you before you go? I so appreciate your humbleness today,
- 2:08:12And I also appreciate Rogers,
- 2:08:16noticing
- 2:08:17and acknowledging
- 2:08:18the importance of capitalization
- 2:08:21or
- 2:08:21the nonexistence
- 2:08:23of it thereof.
- 2:08:24So
- 2:08:25why he is so dead set against the all caps name, I don't know. But to hear Roger say today
- 2:08:34when Marcus said the importance of the capitalization
- 2:08:38of s in state,
- 2:08:41and Roger agreed with her. He's moved a step forward,
- 2:08:45and I was thankful to hear it. I yield. And your humbleness,
- 2:08:49Azana,
- 2:08:50I just can't say so much
- 2:08:52about you wanting to wash Roger's feet.
- 2:08:56I can appreciate that, and thank you.
- 2:09:00Unknown: Thank you very much.
- 2:09:03Unknown: Please
- 2:09:03finish what you were going to say about the S.
- 2:09:07Unknown: Okay.
- 2:09:10Thank you. Okay.
- 2:09:15This is just my
- 2:09:17thoughts.
- 2:09:18It's my understanding. It's
- 2:09:21important
- 2:09:23how the word is written.
- 2:09:26First off,
- 2:09:27it's the meaning of the word,
- 2:09:29whether you write a capital s, small letter s. It's really not important how the words are arranged.
- 2:09:36What matters is what the word actually means when it's capitalized,
- 2:09:41and
- 2:09:42capital letters are in this language, English language.
- 2:09:46We don't have it in my language.
- 2:09:48In English language, it emphasizes
- 2:09:52nouns.
- 2:09:53It's
- 2:09:54a name.
- 2:09:56As opposed to when it's a small letter,
- 2:09:58it's a verb.
- 2:10:01Right? So there is a difference,
- 2:10:05not in particularly
- 2:10:06on the capitalization of the letter. I I I would arranged
- 2:10:11letter is the meaning of the arranged letter in in the context of the sentence it was put on. Just I would disagree.
- 2:10:20Unknown: It is Okay. Whatever they say it in the document that they used it. Talking.
- 2:10:27Unknown: Well,
- 2:10:30Unknown: Okay. Is he done? Yeah.
- 2:10:33Unknown: Or would you say
- 2:10:35Unknown: I mean, you look in there He's still talking, Samuel. Deadly word.
- 2:10:40I'm talking.
- 2:10:42Unknown: No. But he was talking, and you interrupted him, Samuel. And you
- 2:10:46Unknown: at some point, somebody's gonna have to talk. So I was waiting, and now I'm talking again. So who's up? Well You tell He was talking Europe. He was talking when you interrupted him.
- 2:10:57Unknown: Hey. You know, this could all be settled if you only apply your own definitions
- 2:11:02to each document that you provide that you put forward.
- 2:11:07And then there is no argument about
- 2:11:10how something is written and what it's defined as. You define it yourself
- 2:11:16and all is settled. Fair
- 2:11:18enough? Really
- 2:11:20strange, Paul, that this conversation
- 2:11:22came up when I got so chastised last week for saying the same thing and
- 2:11:29Alright. Supplying your own definitions
- 2:11:32and nope.
- 2:11:35Unknown: Okay.
- 2:11:36Now,
- 2:11:38Sherry, you got chastised last week because you were repeating the same thing over and over.
- 2:11:43Oh gosh. She left the meeting. Okay.
- 2:11:46She was chastised last week because she was saying the same thing over and over. She was slurring her words. She was exceedingly loud, and she was talking over people and interrupting.
- 2:11:57That is why she was chastised last week. Just so we're clear about that.
- 2:12:02Samuel,
- 2:12:04he was still talking,
- 2:12:06and you interrupted him. Now I would like his sonnet to finish what he was saying,
- 2:12:12and then
- 2:12:14you can disagree
- 2:12:15with him.
- 2:12:17Now let's let's have a little order and a little decorum, and let's have a little courtesy
- 2:12:22here because we're still on the air,
- 2:12:26and I don't want the listeners to think that we're a bunch of unruly shits that only have interest in saying what we want to say.
- 2:12:36To hell with everybody else. That's not what this is. This is a conversation.
- 2:12:40This is not a lecture.
- 2:12:42Well, except for me, because this couple of minutes is pretty much a lecture, but let's
- 2:12:49let's respect people,
- 2:12:51please. Can we? Okay. Izana,
- 2:12:54take
- 2:12:55it away. Samuel
- 2:12:57is after you,
- 2:12:59and then Sherry can make her comment now that she is back in.
- 2:13:04So Izana, go for it. Okay. Thank you. All right. Thank you.
- 2:13:09Unknown: All I was gonna say was
- 2:13:12it's
- 2:13:13not that you are incorrect,
- 2:13:15you are correct.
- 2:13:16Okay? And it is what they say it is that's correct.
- 2:13:21But,
- 2:13:22ultimately,
- 2:13:22whether as a as
- 2:13:25a national,
- 2:13:26you have the option,
- 2:13:28and that's the beauty of the status we're on. You have the option to participate on the thing that they provide you to fill, whether you capitalize in a small letter or however you wanna write it, however they want you to write it or not.
- 2:13:43And that
- 2:13:44option is entirely
- 2:13:46on you,
- 2:13:48but not if you are a US citizen.
- 2:13:51You don't have that option.
- 2:13:53Okay. And there is the difference.
- 2:13:57It is what you say it is. It is entirely
- 2:14:00your choice, and it's the most beautiful thing. It's the most I I I don't the more I understand it, the more liberating liberated I become
- 2:14:10in in the understanding of I am actually free,
- 2:14:15so just for what it's worth.
- 2:14:17There's really no need to to get upset,
- 2:14:20or they did this and they did that and they did it this way. We don't have to participate.
- 2:14:26But should you choose to participate,
- 2:14:28then that is your choice, and they can present to you a form to fill out however they wanted to fill out.
- 2:14:36And,
- 2:14:37and that that doesn't change the facts. Like I said earlier, if you wanna rent a room in in middle of Austin,
- 2:14:44you have the choice. You could
- 2:14:47do that if you wanted to or never get anywhere near Austin.
- 2:14:52That option is entirely yours, but not if you are a US citizen.
- 2:14:58Unknown: Why yield?
- 2:15:01Unknown: Well, what you have to do in all of these documents
- 2:15:04is find out what their terms mean. Because when you sign it, you're agreeing to those terms.
- 2:15:10So if they're asking you for two sources of residency and you supply two sources of residency
- 2:15:16and sign it, you just told them that you're a resident.
- 2:15:20Same thing in the INA. I've been trying to challenge people
- 2:15:24to look up what the INA's definition
- 2:15:27of a
- 2:15:28national is,
- 2:15:30what a state is,
- 2:15:32because
- 2:15:33if it's upper and lower case, there's a different definition.
- 2:15:38Now what is a national?
- 2:15:40You know? Wouldn't you wanna know what that is? What is a a lower case state,
- 2:15:46an upper case state in their definitions? I think that's important.
- 2:15:50Otherwise, you're signing to something you don't understand
- 2:15:55or you're confused on or you're just you're you're you're
- 2:16:00you're assuming
- 2:16:02something
- 2:16:04that may not be the case.
- 2:16:07Unknown: That's absolutely correct.
- 2:16:09Unknown: When Roger started out in this whole thing with me,
- 2:16:13the most important thing he said to start with,
- 2:16:17The two most dangerous words in the English language
- 2:16:22are person
- 2:16:24and resident.
- 2:16:26And I believe that. I never use the word person.
- 2:16:29I'm a man or somebody else, maybe a woman
- 2:16:33or a child,
- 2:16:35but never a person.
- 2:16:37And Well
- 2:16:39I I don't reside anywhere. I have a dominion which is equal to my Ilodium.
- 2:16:45Roger keeps throwing in all other words. All I've looked up all the other words.
- 2:16:51The only one they haven't attached
- 2:16:54is domain or dominion.
- 2:16:57Inhabitant,
- 2:16:59all this stuff goes back to the fourteenth amendment.
- 2:17:04And taxes.
- 2:17:06I I mean and
- 2:17:09when it comes to our addresses,
- 2:17:12they're looking for residents through address. I think it's important that we use the nondomestic
- 2:17:17address
- 2:17:19kind of layout as well.
- 2:17:21I think that's important because we're setting ourselves apart
- 2:17:26from this thing Roger calls, and I agree with, Babylon.
- 2:17:30It's just that simple.
- 2:17:32You know?
- 2:17:33It's a spiritual battle ultimately
- 2:17:36Yeah. And all these tools are being used to deceive us. That's all I'm trying to say. Nothing more.
- 2:17:43Know the definitions. Know what you're signing.
- 2:17:48Unknown: Yeah. If
- 2:17:50Unknown: I could May I now? Samuel.
- 2:17:53Wait a minute, Izana.
- 2:17:54Sherry's turn.
- 2:17:56If you hold dominion over your household, aren't you the one who defines the terms?
- 2:18:03Well, no. I mean, why are we trying
- 2:18:05wait a minute. Hold on. It was a rhetorical question.
- 2:18:10Let me finish my piece here.
- 2:18:13You old dominion. You're the one who decides what the terms mean in your own household.
- 2:18:19Why are you letting your maids, butlers, and servants
- 2:18:22tell you what the words are, and you've gotta abide by that? How dare us
- 2:18:28that we stand back and let them tell us what their words mean? We better start telling them what our words mean
- 2:18:36and put them on notice. I yield. I agree. I agree.
- 2:18:41Unknown: You're loud. I I agree.
- 2:18:44Unknown: I So what? Does that change what I'm saying?
- 2:18:48Unknown: It just makes me feel
- 2:18:52Unknown: Okay. Fair enough. Is this better?
- 2:18:55We better start taking control of our own households and our own maids and butlers
- 2:19:00because
- 2:19:01if we're sitting here trying to figure out how we,
- 2:19:05you know,
- 2:19:08make our decisions based on their definitions,
- 2:19:11we're in deep, deep trouble. Is that better for you all? I yield.
- 2:19:16Unknown: Like, Souls and Ethan. Yeah. Burned in the camps. Right? It was very much better, Sherry. So sorry, Murray. Didn't mean to interrupt you.
- 2:19:24Unknown: Yeah. If if I could if I if I may.
- 2:19:27I would say that absolutely what Samuel, what you said, Sherry, what you all said is is just
- 2:19:33very correct.
- 2:19:35And,
- 2:19:36really,
- 2:19:37if you go back a hundred and fifty years two hundred years ago,
- 2:19:42you know, what did they do to fix to to make the railroads?
- 2:19:46Right? They imported Chinese.
- 2:19:48They imported people from all kinds of this the unwanted
- 2:19:51low low end people, right,
- 2:19:54into the country and slave them to death,
- 2:19:57right, to make their railroads.
- 2:19:59One could say that was done for commercial purposes,
- 2:20:03but one could also say that it was done to replace
- 2:20:07the people of this nation.
- 2:20:10Right? Now to the point
- 2:20:13of nearly 99%
- 2:20:15of the
- 2:20:17is like those people that were imported.
- 2:20:20And so I agree with you
- 2:20:22when when when you say when Samuel, everything you said, that is absolutely correct. Sherry, what you said is absolutely correct, and those are the small steps that we all have to take as people
- 2:20:35of this nation now,
- 2:20:36right, to
- 2:20:38right the wrong that was done.
- 2:20:40However, in the meantime,
- 2:20:43are some real things we have to participate in, such as commerce,
- 2:20:48such as, you know, use you know, other, you know, banking, what have you.
- 2:20:54And
- 2:20:56we are such a tiny minority
- 2:20:59that that
- 2:21:01there there's a reason. Like, if you wanna rent a hotel, there there's gotta be a way for the hotel owner to not get in trouble, and they'll have to ask you for certain documentation.
- 2:21:12Kind of the same thing. Right? So we have to live in the system that con cons construct they have created for the rest of us until this is this wrong is written
- 2:21:22made right.
- 2:21:24Right? And I I I
- 2:21:27mean, this experience has
- 2:21:29invigorated me in a way that I don't quite understand yet.
- 2:21:33Okay? But I'm just not gonna slide
- 2:21:36and let this pass and and then do nothing about it.
- 2:21:42And and it's so much fun when they look at me and then they see that I'm an immigrant. You know, I have a little bit of accent and I look a little different
- 2:21:51and they're confused.
- 2:21:53I love it.
- 2:21:56Unknown: It's good for everybody.
- 2:21:58Yeah. Let me just let me just say one thing about railroads. Alright? Maybe people don't realize back when they were being built, they were getting funds, and so they were building railroads in circular motions where they weren't needed so they could keep getting funds, I yield.
- 2:22:14Unknown: Rosanna, I
- 2:22:17when it when you're talking about this commerce thing, that's
- 2:22:20that's one of the things I like about Brose's declaration of independence and publishing that in your local paper of record.
- 2:22:27Now you're telling them that you're you're you're
- 2:22:30you're back to the republic,
- 2:22:33and you're no longer this resident trust,
- 2:22:36and you're under those
- 2:22:38original
- 2:22:40protections
- 2:22:42of the bill of rights, etcetera.
- 2:22:46And then on top of that, the way I intended it when I have enough of my I've got $200 worth of notaries to do, so I've been a little slow on getting it done. But
- 2:22:56all of those pay pieces of paper
- 2:22:59have my nondomestic
- 2:23:00address on it.
- 2:23:02It tells them that I'm a Christian, number one,
- 2:23:07one of the people, number two,
- 2:23:09and a Californian.
- 2:23:11I don't use that word state anymore because I don't trust it.
- 2:23:16And
- 2:23:17with with all of this paperwork and it gets notarized,
- 2:23:20etcetera, at some point, this is all going to the attorney general
- 2:23:24to tell him who I am, where I am, and what I am.
- 2:23:28Unknown: Now Yes. But, Samuel, may I ask? Interrupting.
- 2:23:32Unknown: With this Fair enough. Let me make my point first, then you can talk.
- 2:23:36Now with that paperwork,
- 2:23:38I'm gonna tell him
- 2:23:40there's certain things that I'm going to make choices on out of necessity.
- 2:23:45One of those things is gonna be my driver's license.
- 2:23:49And I'm basically gonna tell them that I'm not waiving any of my rights as a Californian.
- 2:23:56Okay?
- 2:23:58So that I can live,
- 2:24:00that I can survive.
- 2:24:02Because to not have this thing
- 2:24:06is I have no options about your rules on it. So out of necessity,
- 2:24:12I'm going to keep it, but I'm not waiving my rights
- 2:24:15as a state.
- 2:24:16No. I don't wanna use the word as a Californian.
- 2:24:19Okay?
- 2:24:20And I'm gonna do that probably with a few items,
- 2:24:24but it's being supported
- 2:24:26by my claim of who I am, where I am, and what I am. If you don't put a claim in there to oppose you being a resident,
- 2:24:34to oppose you being a person,
- 2:24:36to oppose all these,
- 2:24:38you know, different words
- 2:24:40they've taken control of and make a claim,
- 2:24:44then you really don't have a whole lot of ground to stand on. And you're serving two masters the way I look at it. I yield.
- 2:24:51Unknown: I have a question for you, Samuel.
- 2:24:55Why are you gonna pay an officer,
- 2:24:58a notary,
- 2:25:00to confirm who you state you are?
- 2:25:03Well, I just And that's your whole hold on. Hold on. And that's why you withhold
- 2:25:08putting forward
- 2:25:10putting them on notice
- 2:25:12of who you are because you don't have the money to pay the office that they require by their rules? That makes no sense to me.
- 2:25:21Why are we operating under
- 2:25:24their rules?
- 2:25:25We've gotta stop this
- 2:25:27and stop trying to navigate through their junk,
- 2:25:31as Charlie so eloquently put it quite a few years ago.
- 2:25:37Unknown: I found their junk. Would be my witness.
- 2:25:40Unknown: What's Hey. You know what? All you have to do is be your own witness with the the heavenly father. No. I don't even like that word. No. Nope. Oh, okay. Not sufficient.
- 2:25:51Is it sufficient for the father
- 2:25:53when you speak to him that you come to him alone or do you do it a witness
- 2:25:59to have a conversation with him? I don't think so. The Bible says two witnesses. I'm sorry.
- 2:26:07Okay.
- 2:26:08You can't decide who you are?
- 2:26:11And that's why there's a Wait a minute. The only reason you need two or three witnesses
- 2:26:17is because you're you are asserting
- 2:26:20that someone else has caused you harm.
- 2:26:23What I'm saying to you, when you stand up and say who you are to, your servants and butlers,
- 2:26:31as Lauren for from Ohio
- 2:26:33would say,
- 2:26:34you don't have to explain anything to them. And why are we explaining ourselves other than just telling them
- 2:26:43who we are?
- 2:26:44Sherry Is enough enough?
- 2:26:47Unknown: Sherry, respect All these
- 2:26:50listen to me for a minute.
- 2:26:52If you could do something about your phone, your message would be a lot easier to
- 2:26:58take because it's it hurts my ears. I mean,
- 2:27:01it for some reason, I love both new and I don't know. The truth does hurt some people. On, you have this crap. No. It's too loud. Loud phone.
- 2:27:10Unknown: It's just Too loud. I'm gonna make sure to do with what you're saying. It's how loudly you're saying it. And when you were raising your voice
- 2:27:18Unknown: So please
- 2:27:19please take into consideration
- 2:27:21what I'm saying. And
- 2:27:23this conversation happened last week, and I got chastised for it. No. You got chastised because you were interrupting.
- 2:27:31Unknown: You were repeating the same thing over and over and over again,
- 2:27:35and you were slurring your That is important. You were slurring your words. I healed.
- 2:27:41Unknown: And as Charlie said, permanently.
- 2:27:44Unknown: One of the reasons I wanted to speak and get in a little earlier is because I've actually got something I gotta get done. So I'm gonna have to leave, but, you know, sometimes,
- 2:27:53you know, some of us are actually doing other stuff. So to get in is maybe sometimes something that we just wanna do and so we can move on, but I yield.
- 2:28:05Unknown: Scott. May I ask you a question too?
- 2:28:08Unknown: Oh.
- 2:28:10Sorry.
- 2:28:11Was that to me?
- 2:28:13Unknown: No. This is Nana. I wanted to
- 2:28:17Unknown: ask Sherry,
- 2:28:18Nana, just just give me one second, guys. My god. Don't Sherry, Sherry, sorry about that. Sorry about that. But
- 2:28:26last week, you were loud.
- 2:28:28You were slurring your words. You were interrupting people, and you were repeating the same thing over and over and over again five times, if I remember correctly.
- 2:28:37Yeah. You were muted a few times, and I think you were removed from the room once
- 2:28:42Unknown: because Do not need to cast size again. I said I yield permanently,
- 2:28:47and I meant it. Bye.
- 2:28:50Unknown: Well, I just wanted to apologize,
- 2:28:52but it was just it was purely a reaction to what was going on in the room.
- 2:28:58Okay?
- 2:28:59So
- 2:29:00there's no need to yield permanently, but there's there's there is a need to yield
- 2:29:05within
- 2:29:06within the, you know, the give and take, the push and pull, the conversation.
- 2:29:11Don't talk over people. Okay?
- 2:29:14Alright. Now, Mana and
- 2:29:16Izana, I think you two wanted wanted to
- 2:29:20Unknown: Izana last. He said, have a good day, everyone. Thank you so much.
- 2:29:24Unknown: Oh, okay. Well, crap.
- 2:29:27Alright. Well, Mana, jump on in.
- 2:29:31Unknown: I I could I could
- 2:29:33see why this is kinda falling apart, but I
- 2:29:37just wanted to ask Cherry how
- 2:29:42she
- 2:29:44notarized and did her paperwork
- 2:29:48Unknown: I think also, sorry to interrupt you, but
- 2:29:56Unknown: Comments?
- 2:29:57Go
- 2:30:04Unknown: ahead. You might as well, Julie.
- 2:30:06Unknown: Oh, yeah. So, Manna, this is Julie. I don't think that Sherry Sherry well, I know Sherry never did a revocation of election with the IRS. And Sherry, sorry, if you're listening to me, I'm talking on your behalf. I'm just trying to answer Mana's question.
- 2:30:20I understand where Sherry's coming from you guys. I'm sorry, but Sherry adds valuable content. And Paul, I don't feel like Sherry did that last week in the manner which
- 2:30:32she said she did. She's always trying to get she always has valuable information,
- 2:30:38and everybody's trying to talk. We all want to say something. And sometimes, yeah, when we say, may I or Roger, we talk over each other. That's just to be expected
- 2:30:47since we can all open our mics whenever we want to, which is something that's very valuable on the show to be able to do in the first place. But, anyway,
- 2:30:57I hope we can just all come together as a family and get along because a lot of us here don't have anything outside of this for people who are like minded and think the same.
- 2:31:07But, Manna, I don't think Sherry ever did a revocation of election. I think she just stopped contracting
- 2:31:13with the IRS, which many people have done in other groups that I am in. They're not filing revocations of elections, and they're not filing,
- 2:31:23they're not filing,
- 2:31:24one pagers as nationals with the secretary of state. They're just living in the private, and
- 2:31:30they are not I know they are subject to those jurisdictions,
- 2:31:33but they're living in the private, and they're not, they're not complying with the mandates out there that are coming our way from this cabal government.
- 2:31:42But I know for a fact she never did her paperwork with the IRS, and I don't believe her husband did either, but I can't speak for him.
- 2:31:49Unknown: Oh, okay. Well, that that explains her position.
- 2:31:53I've I've also kinda heard of
- 2:31:56people,
- 2:31:57pursuing
- 2:31:58that route.
- 2:31:59I just feel like Rogers is a more
- 2:32:02solid
- 2:32:04way to go, but I I understand that. I I just wanted to try and understand her
- 2:32:10position and why why
- 2:32:13she was saying what she was saying, and so that makes sense. So thank you. Thank you. Yeah.
- 2:32:21Unknown: I yield. I yield.
- 2:32:23Unknown: We're doing pretty good on the whole, seeing this house of 60 member family family.
- 2:32:30Unknown: Yeah. Better than my family. I agree, Mark.
- 2:32:35I've actually been chiming in a lot more lately
- 2:32:38based on exactly what Julie was saying. I've
- 2:32:44been listening, you know, three years and being a national and trying to
- 2:32:50get to a point
- 2:32:51because I've opened my mouth and stumbled a few times and gotten people to say, oh, well, you're saying you're Samoan
- 2:32:58and
- 2:32:59blah blah blah. Realized that I was kinda doing
- 2:33:03a few things wrong
- 2:33:06in my verbiage,
- 2:33:07so I had to stop and learn again.
- 2:33:11And then I would have to try and
- 2:33:13reiterate my explanation,
- 2:33:15which I know is harder to do. I wanted to be able to say it right the first time.
- 2:33:21And now moving forward, I just realized that actually doesn't seem to matter that
- 2:33:26most people, including my friends and my family,
- 2:33:30except for my father,
- 2:33:32just
- 2:33:34seem to
- 2:33:35have a different word. They want to say I'm a zealot or a racist
- 2:33:40or
- 2:33:42I'm
- 2:33:43wasting my time and I need to just
- 2:33:46go along and get along and enjoy life.
- 2:33:51I'm just kind of like, well, how long is that gonna last before none
- 2:33:56of us can do that?
- 2:33:58And so now and, like, everybody else just wants to party and and
- 2:34:04do drugs and
- 2:34:08and just entertain themselves to death, it seems. And so
- 2:34:13now I
- 2:34:15kind of glommed on to this
- 2:34:19group, and I'm trying to be
- 2:34:21friends because all of my friends really
- 2:34:25just don't understand
- 2:34:28me even more than they didn't understand me before.
- 2:34:32So thank you. Over.
- 2:34:44Unknown: Anyone here is so funny. Oh,
- 2:34:46Unknown: go ahead. Go ahead. Sure, ma'am. You can go before me.
- 2:34:53You want me to go?
- 2:34:58Unknown: Yes.
- 2:35:01Unknown: Watched two videos.
- 2:35:04Proof they are vaccinating our meat.
- 2:35:09And everybody better be very careful now about
- 2:35:13what kind of chocolate or if they even want to eat chocolate anymore. They are growing lab
- 2:35:20generated
- 2:35:22cacao,
- 2:35:23and they are also using CRISPR technology
- 2:35:28in the actual trees. And so just be very careful because this involves all the major companies Mars, Nestle, Hershey's.
- 2:35:37And it is 100% being replaced because the main place where they get it in Africa,
- 2:35:43that country is experiencing weather warfare like they have never had before,
- 2:35:49extremely, extremely dry heat, which is ruining their cacao crops.
- 2:35:54So everybody just please be careful.
- 2:36:08Unknown: Thanks for that. I'm a chocolate addict addict.
- 2:36:11I've been had kinda
- 2:36:14cut it out in order to deal with deal with some
- 2:36:18of my
- 2:36:19digestive issues, and it seems to single handedly been one of the the
- 2:36:25keys to the puzzle, sadly. But I usually buy chocolate
- 2:36:31not from any of those companies you just stated things that seem more origin and dark
- 2:36:37and
- 2:36:39Mana? Organic, but it still seems like it was messing with me. And no matter how much they say that a little dark chocolate's good for you, it didn't seem like it was
- 2:36:50doing good for me anymore.
- 2:36:52Unknown: Mana?
- 2:36:53I don't usually buy chocolate from those countries either. I buy Swiss chocolates,
- 2:36:57and they're even doing this to the Lindt chocolates.
- 2:37:01For anybody who doesn't know what those are, they're Swiss chocolates, and it's spelled l I n d
- 2:37:06Or sometimes they go by Lindorf.
- 2:37:08But it's a very famous and expensive
- 2:37:12chocolate manufacturer
- 2:37:14out of Switzerland. And
- 2:37:15they're even putting the CRISPR technology,
- 2:37:19and they're doing
- 2:37:21the it's basically GMA modification to the chocolate, just like they're doing with all the foods here.
- 2:37:28So
- 2:37:29let me tell you right now what
- 2:37:31it says.
- 2:37:33They even mentioned Chick fil A. For you guys who like Chick fil A might be
- 2:37:38wanting to reconsider
- 2:37:40what you
- 2:37:41so
- 2:37:42let's see. They're doing lab grown
- 2:37:45cocoa butter.
- 2:37:46And the cocoa supply chain, 75% comes from West Africa.
- 2:37:51And they're getting
- 2:37:53hammered by weather warfare
- 2:37:55through drought and higher temperatures all purposely being done.
- 2:38:00And they're doing gene editing with CRISPR, CRISPR
- 2:38:04technology.
- 2:38:06And this involves
- 2:38:08Lint and it involves
- 2:38:10Mars, Nestle, Hershey.
- 2:38:12And Mars creates Three Musketeers, Dove, Twix, M and M's and all the other all the favorite Halloween candies that we give out here in The States on October 31. So
- 2:38:24everybody just needs to be extra careful. And I saw a video on them vaccinating the meat. And you can see them cutting open the meat. And you can see the stuff that's on the inside. And thank God I'm vegan.
- 2:38:35Unknown: I yield Right. Captain's chocolate mound of Wisconsin.
- 2:38:40Unknown: Pray over whatever you consume.
- 2:38:44Unknown: Yep. Yep. And I'm thinking I'm vegan also also.
- 2:38:48I haven't had chocolate in
- 2:38:50six years,
- 2:38:52Unknown: and I'm in a all the plants.
- 2:38:54Unknown: All the more reason to pray over your food every meal.
- 2:38:58I'm at my gate. I will lose contact
- 2:39:00now. Bye.
- 2:39:03Unknown: And seven years into no coffee coffee.
- 2:39:06And from Lorraine Day, of course,
- 2:39:09with God's help, healed from an enormous
- 2:39:11tumor on her chest. And
- 2:39:14but a lot of it was intense as well as just not good habits.
- 2:39:20In her case, she was operating like around the clock on people bleeding in San Francisco and needing
- 2:39:26their bones repaired and living
- 2:39:28off of whatever was in the vending machine and drinking coffee and it
- 2:39:32caught up to her. And so
- 2:39:35she was very healthy thereafter until she passed passed,
- 2:39:39which,
- 2:39:40you know, who knows? It was apparently a heart valve. So,
- 2:39:44you know, we we we were out after a while, but they also attack us.
- 2:39:50Unknown: Hello? Hello? Yes?
- 2:39:55Unknown: Wanted to say something. Missus Christian Christian?
- 2:40:03Unknown: Hello? Hi, Christian. Hello,
- 2:40:06Unknown: manna,
- 2:40:07and,
- 2:40:08Paul,
- 2:40:09whoever said we need to pray over our food. You know, God gave us that in the Bible.
- 2:40:14I mean, this is the time we gotta I've been holding my food up and
- 2:40:19and praying
- 2:40:21to God to cleanse it,
- 2:40:23it like it's manna,
- 2:40:25health to my body and and health to my bones and, healing to my brain.
- 2:40:31That's what we need to do, pray over it because it
- 2:40:35is it is almost almost,
- 2:40:38it's
- 2:40:40just it's just hard to find out what to do, but, you know, whoever
- 2:40:44just said about vaccinating
- 2:40:46the meat, oh my gosh. And, also, they're putting metal in the meat. Get you some rare earth, vitamin magnets.
- 2:40:55Go and you put a magnet to that meat. If it if it attracts to that meat, you know it's metal in there.
- 2:41:02You might wanna check that out.
- 2:41:05I yield.
- 2:41:12Unknown: It seems like we just need to really connect locally.
- 2:41:17We need to build a
- 2:41:19have us
- 2:41:21go back to what we've been doing for hundreds and thousands of years because whatever we're doing now is new and
- 2:41:28not sustainable,
- 2:41:31not, not what how
- 2:41:33we developed for all these years, and
- 2:41:37we don't have any relationships with our farmers and our food and
- 2:41:44our local environment,
- 2:41:47And that's that's why, like, the Westin A. Prides Foundation
- 2:41:52is noticing that that even
- 2:41:54the natives, they'd all eat different things
- 2:41:57but be really healthy, but they were eating
- 2:42:01within their area area
- 2:42:05and not wasting food. They would eat eat more
- 2:42:09of the animal than we eat,
- 2:42:12and they would eat eat
- 2:42:13and grow their own food and and fertilize
- 2:42:17with their own fertilizer.
- 2:42:20I can't I can't believe we're dependent
- 2:42:22and wondering how we're gonna grow food without the Hormuz opening.
- 2:42:27I just find that to be to be
- 2:42:30a ridiculous conversation.
- 2:42:32I've I've never had never had been dependent on on
- 2:42:37the Strait Of Hormuz in order to grow my food.
- 2:42:40So
- 2:42:41so and they say long term what was that? Short term pain for a long term gain? And I'd say, well, how come we can't can't short term
- 2:42:52pain
- 2:42:54change our
- 2:42:57our growing and farming methods to
- 2:43:01hugelkultur,
- 2:43:04compost,
- 2:43:06systems
- 2:43:07in
- 2:43:08order to just totally be independent. I mean, I know I'm kinda preaching to the choir, but it's it's
- 2:43:15just time. I this
- 2:43:18and this this community has really helped helped put
- 2:43:22the the final
- 2:43:25push for me to to
- 2:43:28practice practice what
- 2:43:31I preach preach instead of just
- 2:43:34saying it. It it really helps to have people
- 2:43:39that recognize
- 2:43:41these things and that I may you can talk about about
- 2:43:45the yield. And
- 2:43:47Unknown: you're talking about gardening, which I practice also,
- 2:43:51and doing your own compost and things like that. And this is from a farmer. You know? We can do this at a gardening level. It's quite easy to do. But at a farming level with thousands of acres, it's a lot harder.
- 2:44:10Unknown: That's the short term pain that
- 2:44:13the this this new this whole this
- 2:44:17doesn't that what happened in the Dust Bowl? Didn't we do
- 2:44:21some huge mistakes and try and
- 2:44:25move to this commercial farming monoculture
- 2:44:30not following rotation?
- 2:44:34And we ended up with the Dust Bowl. We're kinda moving into that same thing. And
- 2:44:39I understand,
- 2:44:41you know, that it's made it easy,
- 2:44:44but those farmers are dependent
- 2:44:46on machinery,
- 2:44:48the Strait Of Hormuz,
- 2:44:50and they don't make any money.
- 2:44:53They're
- 2:44:54really, it seems like they're kinda just eking along, struggling, getting subsidized
- 2:45:00instead of
- 2:45:02reaping benefits for feeding people like they should.
- 2:45:06I I
- 2:45:09don't see how
- 2:45:11we can't change our farming practices,
- 2:45:14still produce.
- 2:45:16And, also, we're producing so much food,
- 2:45:20but it doesn't have
- 2:45:23the nutrients.
- 2:45:24Like, Wallach and Dave and the Thumb, they're kinda talking about
- 2:45:30how you're not as hungry when you have food and have nutrient food and the nutrients. Like,
- 2:45:37they're growing a lot of corn and
- 2:45:40weed and vegetables
- 2:45:42and stuff that just constantly make you hungry, and you want to eat more and more because they're devoid
- 2:45:49of the nutrients. If we were to put
- 2:45:52and grow the food with the nutrients, these farmers could grow less food and feed
- 2:45:58and and satiate
- 2:46:00the same amount of people.
- 2:46:02And
- 2:46:03it
- 2:46:05I I we've just gone so far commercially
- 2:46:09and made these machines, and
- 2:46:12there there's, you know, there's so many people aren't working or really doing
- 2:46:17much. A lot of my generation wants to sit on YouTube and play video games to make money.
- 2:46:25I go to the grocery store, and I see
- 2:46:29I got this kind of irritated my mom. I guess I don't wanna make anybody mad, but I see old ladies
- 2:46:36working
- 2:46:39in the grocery store
- 2:46:41scanning
- 2:46:42at the counter. I don't see anybody young,
- 2:46:47anybody
- 2:46:48my age, anybody
- 2:46:50they're gray haired old ladies that need to be enjoying the end of their life, but they are working
- 2:46:58at the grocery store
- 2:47:00primarily.
- 2:47:01That seems to be the largest workforce.
- 2:47:04I'm like, what
- 2:47:05why is this the largest workforce?
- 2:47:09Is this what I'm looking forward to?
- 2:47:12Is working
- 2:47:14until I'm 90 years old?
- 2:47:18I just I just am trying to
- 2:47:21say that
- 2:47:24people need to step up. We need to learn
- 2:47:28and be accountable and move. And where our body was built to move,
- 2:47:34to put our hands in the soil,
- 2:47:38to
- 2:47:39not break our backs and not be,
- 2:47:43whipped slaves,
- 2:47:45but to
- 2:47:46enjoy
- 2:47:47and commune
- 2:47:49and connect
- 2:47:50and grow
- 2:47:51and be stewards of the land, and we
- 2:47:56we're just turning it over to some sort of
- 2:47:59spray.
- 2:48:00All we look at is NPK
- 2:48:03to grow food. There's
- 2:48:05so much more that the food needs than nitrogen,
- 2:48:08phosphorus, and potassium.
- 2:48:10But all we look at is
- 2:48:12urea
- 2:48:14and all these chemicals.
- 2:48:17There's so much more to it, and and the food needs it
- 2:48:22and would grow better.
- 2:48:26And instead, we we import Mexicans and other
- 2:48:29people to do this labor,
- 2:48:33and then we have a machine. And
- 2:48:35I don't know. I'm just kind of rattling on and on at this point, but I
- 2:48:44I don't see I
- 2:48:45don't see why
- 2:48:49we can't grow food a different way and support the same amount of people. I think Monsanto
- 2:48:55is lying
- 2:48:57when they say
- 2:48:59they're gonna feed the world by commercial
- 2:49:01farming and stuff. It
- 2:49:05it's never been that way, and it doesn't seem like it's working.
- 2:49:09How are you?
- 2:49:11Unknown: You are I really
- 2:49:15Unknown: don't know I don't know how old are you, but if I was you,
- 2:49:18I look at another country that aligns with your values, your core values,
- 2:49:23even if you have to learn a language and get yourself ready
- 2:49:26to move to that country.
- 2:49:28Because before things changes here,
- 2:49:32we to to change everything here and become honeymilk,
- 2:49:35the promised land again, the people have to change. And there's many more of them already brainwashed,
- 2:49:43and there's no way. And when you're gonna present your nationality and you're say, I'm a national, the best way I have done it is
- 2:49:51nine out of 10 is you all have your passport,
- 2:49:54and you don't explain, I'm a national. They don't understand that. Most people don't understand that. And you go, like, what does this mean here? This password is for CitizenSlashNational.
- 2:50:04And nine out of 10 has worked very well.
- 2:50:07Will they do something after that? No. They get confused. They guys just say, by the way, I am a national.
- 2:50:14And then if the conversation leads that way, I get deeper. If not, I just don't. But when you just come randomly,
- 2:50:22people are not they don't know geography. They don't know demographic.
- 2:50:25They don't know by law. They don't know nothing. They just know what's the best boutique
- 2:50:30depending
- 2:50:31their social
- 2:50:32activities
- 2:50:33and the stats from football or baseball, whatever it is.
- 2:50:42Unknown: I've I've definitely been there. Definitely done that same thing. I really thought the passport and the national right there would really get a good
- 2:50:51oh, tell me more. No. Most
- 2:50:54of my friends I really thought would attach to this
- 2:50:58strangely just argue and push it away.
- 2:51:02But as far as leaving and learning another language,
- 2:51:07that is
- 2:51:08I feel like I would just be
- 2:51:14letting
- 2:51:16everyone down.
- 2:51:18I've traveled a lot of places.
- 2:51:22The only place maybe I would really love to go is Fiji and live because the people are amazing.
- 2:51:28The whole place is amazing. It's unbelievable
- 2:51:32how the people are there, but
- 2:51:35it's not Montana.
- 2:51:37I I go everywhere.
- 2:51:39I travel. It's beautiful.
- 2:51:41I come back home to here, and
- 2:51:44I'm blown away again. And I'm just like, why would I live anywhere else?
- 2:51:50And in order to save this place,
- 2:51:54I can't leave.
- 2:51:56I can't
- 2:51:58I I it's
- 2:52:00it's gonna be hard.
- 2:52:02I'm not gonna give up,
- 2:52:04but I
- 2:52:06I'm gonna keep augmenting
- 2:52:08and changing my
- 2:52:11my, approach,
- 2:52:14and I've really
- 2:52:15had to
- 2:52:17shut up, and that's kind of why I've been quiet for the last three years, and I'm just now kind of chiming in and trying to be a part of this.
- 2:52:25I just stated some of my reasons earlier,
- 2:52:29but another one is that,
- 2:52:32I noticed that
- 2:52:35I didn't have my space, I didn't have my property at the time,
- 2:52:41and my own ability to do things, so I was just preaching about
- 2:52:47off grid and food and stuff, but nobody could see
- 2:52:52any of that. I was just talking. And so then
- 2:52:56Gandhi I know there's some
- 2:52:59historical problems with Gandhi, but again, what he says,
- 2:53:03be the change you wish
- 2:53:05to see. And I I realized that that's pretty much
- 2:53:09what you have to do. And like Conradger says, everybody says, oh, well, let's see how you do.
- 2:53:15So here I am, you know, three years down the road as a national.
- 2:53:20I've won some battles.
- 2:53:23I've been able to show people, like,
- 2:53:25I can change my schedule. I can go
- 2:53:29I can do whatever I really want. I can afford to do
- 2:53:33a lot of what I wanna do,
- 2:53:35and you guys are stuck
- 2:53:37nine to five.
- 2:53:39You got this and that.
- 2:53:41And I and when they ask me if I wanna go to a show or go hang out and have dinner or
- 2:53:48float the river, I can just go, oh, yeah. Sweet. Yeah. I can do that, and I'll just paint this wall,
- 2:53:54tonight,
- 2:53:55you know, and move on. And then
- 2:53:57when they want
- 2:53:59food and they wanna see something, I can show them my blueberries. I can show them my garden.
- 2:54:06Show them all these things. It maybe
- 2:54:09isn't happening right now,
- 2:54:11but I think I've had I've had one comment from a friend kinda being like, you're either really
- 2:54:17the stupidest person I know or the smartest. I don't know which. And so far, that's the closest
- 2:54:25to progress
- 2:54:26I've gotten.
- 2:54:28So I have just been really trying to be a example
- 2:54:34not by mouth,
- 2:54:35but by
- 2:54:36action.
- 2:54:37And that and if I leave,
- 2:54:40if I give up, like,
- 2:54:44this place folds. I I I don't
- 2:54:49I don't know what else to do.
- 2:54:52Unknown: Sometimes not by giving up. The founders of this country that fled from Europe,
- 2:54:57they saw all the signs,
- 2:54:59and they say, you know, I want some funeral religion.
- 2:55:02I want freedom.
- 2:55:03And they migrated all the way across the this ocean in rickety dicket boats,
- 2:55:09not luxury boats
- 2:55:11or luxury cruises.
- 2:55:13And they started they came here with no no holidays,
- 2:55:15no hotels,
- 2:55:17no
- 2:55:18paved roads.
- 2:55:21Basically
- 2:55:23on winter.
- 2:55:24They didn't even know the land,
- 2:55:26and many of them died in the seeding, but they were looking for freedom
- 2:55:31and religion
- 2:55:32practiced their faith, their religion, the way they thought they should have.
- 2:55:37And this is what happened to them.
- 2:55:39When you're pushed out
- 2:55:42from an area, from your own people,
- 2:55:46from your own kindred,
- 2:55:48from your own community
- 2:55:50because they wanna force their values
- 2:55:53that goes against your values.
- 2:55:56So, yes, there's a lot of things you could do in Montana and many other countries. I mean, other states you could live. But right now, based on what I read, forty five million people, men, are alone.
- 2:56:08They're alone, and half of them, they have chosen not to remarry
- 2:56:13or just to stay alone because they don't wanna deal with people.
- 2:56:17And they don't wanna disturb their peace
- 2:56:19because every time they try to find somebody or a family or community,
- 2:56:24they get scolded out because of the values.
- 2:56:27So now you got forty five minutes. That's not normal.
- 2:56:30We are meant to be social
- 2:56:32with especially with your family,
- 2:56:34then your standard family, then your town. Right now, I'm in a town right now, beautiful houses from the nineteen hundreds.
- 2:56:41And
- 2:56:42so basically,
- 2:56:44a new type of immigrations are in this community. Those beautiful house, Victorian houses,
- 2:56:50two floors.
- 2:56:51You know? At that time, I can imagine when you see them walking, the people at that their kids there's nobody in the in the streets no more, in the towns no more. Kids don't play outside
- 2:57:04because everybody's busy. And everybody wants to do a garden, but you cannot survive with a garden. I love gardening, but you can survive.
- 2:57:11But before you have thousands of people doing gardening, somebody was growing tomato, the other one's raising chickens, and you go barter and do all these things together.
- 2:57:20The only thing they wanna do now is go to the boutique, the younger people. And the other and the other people, they wanna go Bob Bob Evans or Denny's or wherever they go.
- 2:57:28And it doesn't matter. You you get the the ingredients and look. Do you understand the the meanings of these words and and all these ingredients? They don't care. So I I only have one life to live. I'm gonna live my life now. That's the attitude that I put on us. But if you go to some of these countries that we it's really hard to accustom yourself that we're not we haven't
- 2:57:49grown or
- 2:57:50part
- 2:57:51of that
- 2:57:53how can I say? Part of that culture.
- 2:57:57But you have thousands of thousand people that are already connected to the land.
- 2:58:03And even if don't have a garden, you could get your strawberries or whatever you are, depending on where in the world, your apple in the northern or the southern part of your mangoes, and
- 2:58:11you are able to communicate. And the sad thing is sometimes they don't look like you.
- 2:58:17They don't have the same skin color and have
- 2:58:20more.
- 2:58:22They're more aligned in many ways
- 2:58:24with your value than your own people.
- 2:58:27I'll never forget all of us from Canada in COVID time, and they're all in Canada were protesting.
- 2:58:33And all the battle ghouls from all the
- 2:58:37police,
- 2:58:38I forgot it was Quebec or Toronto, whatever it is,
- 2:58:42were hitting
- 2:58:43women
- 2:58:44and young little girls and boys that were family were going there,
- 2:58:49and they didn't care because the number one thing important is their career, their money, their power, their security, their pensions.
- 2:58:56And just forget about being merciful, humane. We're not a humane society, Lord. We're the only country that will send our elderlies
- 2:59:04to a home to die there
- 2:59:08and and the little and the little and the little babies and daycares.
- 2:59:13Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:59:14Comment.
- 2:59:20Yeah. I got a comment.
- 2:59:23Michigan.
- 2:59:25Thought it was a pretty good show today.
- 2:59:27The
- 2:59:30couple of things,
- 2:59:31know, because we were talking earlier about Astana and the license,
- 2:59:36you know, they want you to say that you're a US citizen or whatever.
- 2:59:40The
- 2:59:41clearest
- 2:59:42I've been able to get that straight in my mind
- 2:59:46is from this supremelaw.org
- 2:59:50website.
- 2:59:52I don't know if any of you guys have been there but
- 2:59:55I highly recommend this and
- 2:59:58it's supremelaw.org.
- 3:00:00And then he's got a document called Fed Zone 11
- 3:00:05PDF
- 3:00:07and then there's a preface to that.
- 3:00:11And on page five under notations,
- 3:00:15he talks about the Supreme Court has officially defined the key term United States to have three separate and distinct meanings.
- 3:00:25But anyway,
- 3:00:26you know, for me that was
- 3:00:28kind of a revelation.
- 3:00:32And, you know, I'm thinking that anything we sign, I think we have to be very careful
- 3:00:39that we also include something that specifies
- 3:00:43what kind of US citizen we are because I think,
- 3:00:47you know, they've kind of conflated everything. Everything's kind of just jammed together
- 3:00:53and
- 3:00:55people are not clear after a while what they are. And then the other thing I wanted to mention was Terry Lee
- 3:01:02on one of his shows, and Paul's got these on his
- 3:01:06Google Docs
- 3:01:07thing under Terry Lee.
- 3:01:09If you'd listen to Terry Lee, he's like, you know, when you sign something with the government,
- 3:01:16a whole bunch of presumptions
- 3:01:18run away.
- 3:01:20They you know, all the presumptions,
- 3:01:22they assume all kinds of things the minute you sign that document under penalty of perjury.
- 3:01:29And,
- 3:01:30you know, Terry Lee, you know, he uses what he calls a
- 3:01:34restricted autograph and that's kind of one of the things I've been working on and I think more of us
- 3:01:40may benefit from that if we can figure out how to do it.
- 3:01:44So that was just my comment.
- 3:01:47So supremelaw.orgfedzone
- 3:01:51is pretty important and
- 3:01:53anyway, somebody else can step in here if they'd like or if they got a question, I'm happy to take a question.
- 3:02:13All right, well thanks everybody.
- 3:02:22Unknown: Alright. Well,
- 3:02:25now seems like as good a time as any to take the stream down for the radio ranch with Roger Sales.
- 3:02:30This is the Tuesday,
- 3:02:32June 2 edition.
- 3:02:34Catch us here Monday through Saturday, 11AM to 1PM Eastern Time. You can also
- 3:02:41check out our website, thematrixdocs.com

- 3:02:53through the end of the day. I'm Paul from the Radio Ranch thanking you for being here and hoping that you come back and join us again real soon.
- 3:03:02That's
- 3:03:02it for me.
- 3:03:04Thanks and have a great day.
- 3:03:07Ciao.
- 3:03:28Blasting the Voice of Freedom Worldwide, you're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
- 3:03:37Unknown: Castle.
