- Prashanthi Nuthi: Dexter was our eldest German shepherd. He got very sick last year. And every ounce of our attention went to him for vet visits, adison's disease, three-consecutive surgeries, constant care, because he was visibly suffering and needed help. Misty was the younger one. She seemed fine, strong, sturdy. physically independent Dexter fighting, I noticed something. Misty was getting slower. She was sleeping longer. But I told myself, ⁓ she's because I had a bigger problem at hand Eventually, Dexter lost his fight and passed away. That evening, we took Misty for a walk and she came back limping. The next day when we took her for an X-ray, it was revealed that she has a torn ACL and needed surgery. Not because of an accident, but due to gradual degradation. There's always a dexter that loud crisis demanding everybody's time while in the background there is a misty, that strong system, the resilient team member, or that quiet process nobody is looking at anymore. We assume strong will manage themselves, but strength is not invincible. Strength means they can endure pain much longer. Here's the Microboost for you today. Hello friends, let me tell you a story about Dexter in Misty. Take five minutes and think about that strong thing that you have not checked on in a while. could be a process, system, person. Because the problems that hurt the most are not the ones that you are watching, but they are the ones you assume to be fine Remember small actions, big impact. Until we meet again next time, let's keep making impact together. Thank you.
