- 0:15Speaker 1: Dunaidial.
- 0:16Speaker 4: There's an accent on the E.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Do you mean.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Yes, I got it on Dundale Cars.
- 0:21Speaker 3: Lift?
- 0:22Speaker 1: Please. Are you going past Kimmage?
- 0:24Speaker 2: Oh, Kimmage.
- 0:25Speaker 3: No.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Dundale Cars.

- 0:55Speaker 3: Woo, woo.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Heather MacDonald.
- 0:58Speaker 3: Juicy Scoop.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. I have a return guest,
- 1:04Speaker 1: the glowing, adorable, fresh from Florida for the week, weekend.
- 1:11Speaker 1: He does have a last name. I know him as
- 1:13Speaker 1: Up and Atom, but you actually have a last name.
- 1:16Speaker 4: That's crazy. I do have a last name. It's Newell.
- 1:18Speaker 4: It's Newell, but everybody else, it's Up and Atom.
- 1:21Speaker 1: It's Up and Atom. You have a great YouTube channel
- 1:23Speaker 1: and you are up on all the pop culture and
- 1:26Speaker 1: the shows. We have a lot of the same mutual
- 1:28Speaker 1: friends through interviewing them and being fans. We've become real friends.
- 1:32Speaker 1: And last night we were at the Sheena Shea live
- 1:37Speaker 1: Sheena Shea podcasting concert.
- 1:40Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Just like Shea Diaz has a comedy concert. Sheena had
- 1:45Speaker 1: a podcast concert because she actually performed with a real band.
- 1:50Speaker 4: Oh my gosh.
- 1:51Speaker 1: It was so good.
- 1:52Speaker 4: There's so much to talk about with this, by the way. Yes.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Let's, Wait, what's my first photo? Here I am. Okay,
- 1:58Speaker 1: she looked really cute. What's great about Sheena and I
- 2:02Speaker 1: is that we both have a good side. And she
- 2:05Speaker 1: doesn't hide it. She talks about it openly. So do I.
- 2:09Speaker 1: And it's not the same side. So we are able
- 2:12Speaker 1: to be friends. We are able to sit on stage
- 2:15Speaker 1: together and feel confident because my good side then matches
- 2:19Speaker 1: her good side. And it's a really important thing for
- 2:23Speaker 1: people in 2023. To be friends with, if you suffer
- 2:27Speaker 1: from only having one good side, that you only make
- 2:31Speaker 1: friends with people that match you, you know?
- 2:34Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, that is important.
- 2:35Speaker 1: It's very important.
- 2:36Speaker 4: I learned Sheena's good side when she got me the
- 2:38Speaker 4: job at Sur 10 years ago.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Yes.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Because I was, I went from being the first male
- 2:44Speaker 4: host to her dedicated photographer for all of her photos.
- 2:48Speaker 4: And she would make me retake, retake. No, babe. Retake
- 2:51Speaker 4: this side. And she would make the fans, not like
- 2:54Speaker 4: she would make them, but she would just turn on
- 2:56Speaker 4: her other side.
- 2:57Speaker 1: When I do meet and greets, sometimes based on where
- 3:01Speaker 1: the stage is, because we usually take the photos on
- 3:04Speaker 1: the stage. And on occasion, the place will have them
- 3:09Speaker 1: come to my right side. So then they're going to
- 3:12Speaker 1: come be near my right. That's not my good side. Okay.
- 3:15Speaker 1: And now I'm just putting it out there that you guys,
- 3:17Speaker 1: I'm going to move you to the other side because
- 3:19Speaker 1: I'm not going to enjoy those photos and I'm less
- 3:21Speaker 1: likely to reshare them. It's just a fact. We're not
- 3:24Speaker 1: all perfect, but we're honest, Sheena and I.
- 3:29Speaker 4: I feel like I've never noticed a side. Well, right
- 3:31Speaker 4: now I have.
- 3:32Speaker 1: You're perfectly shut up.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Listen, I have one eye that looks like Quasimodo and
- 3:36Speaker 4: I'm missing a tooth back here because I'm getting my
- 3:38Speaker 4: teeth rearranged, right? So we had to take a tooth out.
- 3:41Speaker 4: So I look like I'm from Alabama on this side
- 3:44Speaker 4: with a Quasimodo eye. So, and now this is my,
- 3:47Speaker 4: I'm embracing the bad side. Fuck it. I'm normalizing the
- 3:49Speaker 4: bad side. Well, good.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Well, anyway, getting to it. So she comes out, she
- 3:53Speaker 1: sings good as gold, which I just want to say
- 3:56Speaker 1: for something that when she first did it and not
- 4:00Speaker 1: every house, I've had a song and you know, she
- 4:04Speaker 1: got up on the stage of sir, wherever she was
- 4:06Speaker 1: singing it. And it was kind of like a comical
- 4:09Speaker 1: thing for the fans to see has turned into a
- 4:12Speaker 1: such a great thing, embracing it, and then actually getting
- 4:16Speaker 1: a great band to do another song with her, which
- 4:19Speaker 1: she performed at the end of the show, which is
- 4:21Speaker 1: the Apple song. And it was like, it was rocking.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Like both songs were rocking with this live band While
- 4:28Speaker 1: she sang the Good as Gold and the Apple song.
- 4:31Speaker 1: It was really good. It was really fun.
- 4:32Speaker 4: What I love about it too with Sheena is she
- 4:34Speaker 4: fully embraces. She's like, I'm not a vocalist. I don't
- 4:37Speaker 4: have like this crazy skill where I'm going up there
- 4:39Speaker 4: and I'm Mariah Carey. She's like, I just want to
- 4:41Speaker 4: put on a show and have fun and go up
- 4:44Speaker 4: there and just like rock out. If I could do that,
- 4:45Speaker 4: then great.
- 4:46Speaker 1: But I will say she sang it live. Just like
- 4:48Speaker 1: Luann does live.
- 4:50Speaker 4: It's not.
- 4:51Speaker 1: With singing over a thing. So it's like you're getting
- 4:54Speaker 1: the fun of it. I mean, at least, exactly. Anyway,
- 4:56Speaker 1: I thought she sounded great. I thought it was super fun.
- 4:59Speaker 1: And then you were the host. And then I came
- 5:03Speaker 1: out and I was her guest. And that was pretty fun.
- 5:06Speaker 4: And you killed it, by the way. I loved every
- 5:09Speaker 4: bit of you being on stage. It was so funny.
- 5:11Speaker 4: I was in the back with the sound technician and
- 5:13Speaker 4: they were like, we get so many shows. And this
- 5:16Speaker 4: one particular guy was not aware of who anybody was
- 5:18Speaker 4: on stage. And he was laughing. And you're like, fuck
- 5:21Speaker 4: this bitch. And like going on. And he's like, oh,
- 5:24Speaker 4: my God, is she really saying that? And I'm like.
- 5:26Speaker 4: Heather McDonald has entered the room because when I found
- 5:29Speaker 4: out that the babies, Ocean and Summer were going to
- 5:31Speaker 4: be there, I was like, at first I was like, Sheena,
- 5:33Speaker 4: I had, I was going to go up there and
- 5:35Speaker 4: be like, I know what you guys are probably thinking.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Who the fuck is this guy?
- 5:37Speaker 1: Right.
- 5:38Speaker 4: And why is he here? And I was like, oh
- 5:39Speaker 4: my God, there's little babies. I can't say that. And
- 5:41Speaker 4: I was like, oh, Heather's coming. Fuck.
- 5:43Speaker 1: First of all, the kids, like most of our kids
- 5:46Speaker 1: will hear, you know, the words, whatever. And I would
- 5:51Speaker 1: talk about, I was with Lala and it was right
- 5:52Speaker 1: after the reunion and we were in Palm Springs at
- 5:55Speaker 1: her house and And we were walking to lunch with
- 5:57Speaker 1: Logan and Leo, who are her guzmans, her best friends.
- 6:00Speaker 1: And Ocean was there. And Lala was talking about what
- 6:04Speaker 1: happened at the reunion. It was like the day after.
- 6:06Speaker 1: And she said, like, you know, fuck it or whatever.
- 6:09Speaker 1: And then little Ocean goes, fuck it. She does a hand.
- 6:14Speaker 1: And then we're like, truck. That's right. There's lots of
- 6:16Speaker 1: trucks here, Ocean. And she's like, yeah, truck. Trucks. Trucks.
- 6:20Speaker 1: We're like, anyway, the girls were. playing some ABC thing.
- 6:27Speaker 1: They were dancing to the song. It was very cute.
- 6:31Speaker 1: It was really fun. What I also didn't realize is
- 6:34Speaker 1: that the questions that Sheena was asking me, because I
- 6:37Speaker 1: didn't talk to Sheena really before, and you would tell
- 6:41Speaker 1: me a little bit what we're going to cover, but
- 6:43Speaker 1: I didn't know that she really couldn't participate in the
- 6:45Speaker 1: conversation about Bethany and Raquel and because of being under contract.
- 6:52Speaker 1: So she had very good ways to get me to
- 6:55Speaker 1: give my opinion. And then I was just like doing
- 6:58Speaker 1: like a rant. And so I didn't really even know
- 7:00Speaker 1: what it was, but I'm glad it was well-received and
- 7:02Speaker 1: the audience was great and they were really fun. So
- 7:04Speaker 1: it was fun.
- 7:05Speaker 4: You know, I was so excited because when Sheena invited
- 7:07Speaker 4: me to her show, just like when I went to
- 7:10Speaker 4: the premiere party, right? I asked Sheena, I said, Hey,
- 7:13Speaker 4: what is the, and I wanted to make sure with
- 7:15Speaker 4: her that I could even talk about this, but I
- 7:17Speaker 4: asked her, I was like, what is the show? Like,
- 7:18Speaker 4: what's the format? And I did my show at the
- 7:21Speaker 4: Bourbon Room last year. And so I was like, okay,
- 7:24Speaker 4: what is, what are we doing? And she's like, two
- 7:25Speaker 4: live performances. I said, oh, who's performing? She said me.
- 7:28Speaker 4: And I said, okay, so what's the rest of the show?
- 7:32Speaker 4: And she's like, oh, I don't, we'll figure it out.
- 7:33Speaker 4: You know, like I'm, she's filming. She's a mom. She's
- 7:36Speaker 4: a wife. She has so much other shit going on.
- 7:38Speaker 4: And she's like, I, I will figure it out.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Okay.
- 7:41Speaker 4: So it was like, Shayna, we're going to figure this out.
- 7:43Speaker 4: We're going to figure this out. We're going to throw
- 7:45Speaker 4: some games in there. We're going to play it.
- 7:47Speaker 1: It was great. Brock came up there. I thought it
- 7:49Speaker 1: was just a really well-rounded, fun night. It's not a
- 7:52Speaker 1: huge room. So I think the fans had a really
- 7:54Speaker 1: good time. And what a treat for the fans because
- 7:58Speaker 1: so many, almost the whole cast was there. Lala was there.
- 8:02Speaker 1: James was there. Here I am with James with his cleft.
- 8:06Speaker 1: And we had a Valley Brat shirt on, which I loved.
- 8:09Speaker 1: And then Ariana was there.
- 8:10Speaker 4: I took this photo, by the way.
- 8:12Speaker 1: And yes, we looked pretty cute there. And that's no filter.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Now I'm looking up closer. Could have used one. Anyway,
- 8:19Speaker 1: so Ariana was there and I gave her some tips,
- 8:23Speaker 1: which I will not give to everybody. I may have
- 8:27Speaker 1: said this on the show before, but I don't want
- 8:28Speaker 1: to remind people because I don't want other people that
- 8:30Speaker 1: are going to be competing against her in Dancing with
- 8:33Speaker 1: the Stars to steal my tips that I told her.
- 8:36Speaker 1: So hopefully she will take them. But I just told
- 8:38Speaker 1: you them off camera.
- 8:39Speaker 4: I thought they were genius.
- 8:40Speaker 1: And they're genius tips. to get her to win. So
- 8:45Speaker 1: she's just as nice as ever, just as down to earth. Listen,
- 8:50Speaker 1: even though she had all this good fortune come, she
- 8:53Speaker 1: really made the lemonade and it really turned out just
- 8:57Speaker 1: as nice as that, like just as down to earth
- 8:59Speaker 1: and unassuming. And so I'm just saying, even though she's
- 9:03Speaker 1: like such a bigger star than she ever was before
- 9:05Speaker 1: this horrible tragedy, I don't think she's changed. And I
- 9:09Speaker 1: think that's really nice.
- 9:10Speaker 4: You know, it was interesting for me last night because
- 9:12Speaker 4: I really wanted to make it a point to talk
- 9:14Speaker 4: to her and Katie.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:16Speaker 4: Because I was supposed to go film with Katie at
- 9:18Speaker 4: something about her. And this was back in July. And then,
- 9:21Speaker 4: of course, the permit issues and everything. And then Bravo.
- 9:23Speaker 1: With the restaurant.
- 9:24Speaker 4: With the restaurant. And Bravo literally said, no Bravo talent.
- 9:28Speaker 4: You're not speaking to anyone right now, especially Vanderpump Rules. Like,
- 9:32Speaker 4: especially because they, a lot of the cast members, even Rachel,
- 9:35Speaker 4: who had the TMZ interview that wasn't staged outside of
- 9:39Speaker 4: the salon, right? And she gave away what was going
- 9:41Speaker 4: on and what she was going to say at the reunion.
- 9:43Speaker 4: They're like, what the fuck? We're putting so much money
- 9:45Speaker 4: into this. You don't get to ruin things. So I just,
- 9:49Speaker 4: with everything that happened with Scandival and talking about it
- 9:51Speaker 4: so much, I wanted to make sure that I went
- 9:53Speaker 4: up to Ariana and Katie and I wanted to say, listen,
- 9:57Speaker 4: I was talking to Ariana and Katie and I just
- 9:58Speaker 4: wanted to make sure that they knew like I open
- 10:01Speaker 4: up the conversation but it's always in their favor and
- 10:04Speaker 4: it's because I genuinely like them but it's this weird
- 10:07Speaker 4: blurred line that I'm sure that you you deal with
- 10:09Speaker 4: all the time because if I talk about a friend
- 10:12Speaker 4: then holy fuck I'm getting a phone call and it's
- 10:13Speaker 4: gonna be like so and so and it's gonna be
- 10:15Speaker 4: like what the fuck Heather and.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Well, I have to say, I should pat myself on
- 10:20Speaker 1: the back because that has never happened to me.
- 10:23Speaker 4: Really?
- 10:23Speaker 1: And I do keep the secrets. And then when they
- 10:27Speaker 1: are revealed the way they're supposed to be revealed, whether
- 10:29Speaker 1: the person tells it themselves or it's on a reality
- 10:31Speaker 1: show or whatever, then I can kind of add to
- 10:35Speaker 1: the juice that I heard at the time. And that's
- 10:37Speaker 1: enough for me. Like, I don't need to... And I
- 10:39Speaker 1: also don't want to ruin, you know, stuff.
- 10:42Speaker 4: Right.
- 10:42Speaker 1: However, I did get some juice last night.
- 10:44Speaker 4: Oh, shit.
- 10:45Speaker 1: And I will... Someone share it.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Okay.
- 10:49Speaker 1: But first of all, this was fun. This was fun. Okay.
- 10:52Speaker 1: So we're at, okay. So after the show, we go to,
- 10:56Speaker 1: I had, I jump in Brock and Sheena's car and
- 11:01Speaker 1: Brock is talking to me about stand up and you know,
- 11:04Speaker 1: how I got started, whatever. And I'm in the front
- 11:06Speaker 1: seat and Sheena's in the back and Sheena's talking about,
- 11:09Speaker 1: they filmed the night before and there were some real
- 11:12Speaker 1: arguments that happened. And I'm like, shut up, Brock.
- 11:15Speaker 4: I want to listen to Sheena.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Like, I want to listen to Sheena. Like, what happened
- 11:19Speaker 1: last night when they were filming? And so I do
- 11:21Speaker 1: want to say, in being friends with them and stuff, when, like, Bethany...
- 11:27Speaker 1: I'll go back to this for a minute. When Bethany
- 11:29Speaker 1: was saying on her show, like, I think this was
- 11:31Speaker 1: manufactured and this stuff isn't true and all this other stuff,
- 11:35Speaker 1: I can really say, in being friends with them, like, no.
- 11:38Speaker 4: They.
- 11:38Speaker 1: If they had an argument with someone the night before
- 11:41Speaker 1: and it was on camera, it was... a real fight.
- 11:44Speaker 1: It was organic. It was, you know, for reasons that
- 11:47Speaker 1: were in their life, whether that is show driven or not,
- 11:50Speaker 1: it's a real argument and they'll share it with their friends,
- 11:54Speaker 1: whether it's me or whatever, the same way you would
- 11:57Speaker 1: if you got, if you weren't a famous person. So it's,
- 11:59Speaker 1: it's a very, it is an authentic group of people
- 12:02Speaker 1: that really have these relationships and yeah, now their life
- 12:06Speaker 1: is a, is bigger than being a waiter, obviously.
- 12:09Speaker 4: Right.
- 12:09Speaker 1: And I'm glad that the show is reflecting that with
- 12:11Speaker 1: their different businesses and, even maybe some jealousy about some
- 12:14Speaker 1: of these brand deals and some of these opportunities that
- 12:17Speaker 1: came from Scandaval, which is what we're going to see
- 12:20Speaker 1: in this season is like the fallout and the prospering
- 12:24Speaker 1: of them all becoming famous and people choosing sides and
- 12:28Speaker 1: all that kind of stuff. So I think that's going
- 12:30Speaker 1: to be really interesting to watch.
- 12:32Speaker 4: You know, I wasn't joking when I did my little
- 12:35Speaker 4: bit up at the beginning of Sheena's show. And I
- 12:38Speaker 4: was asked to interview for Vanderpump Rules. And I was
- 12:41Speaker 4: asked about my husband. And when I sat down with
- 12:45Speaker 4: them to do the interview, they're like, so what don't you.
- 12:48Speaker 1: When they were thinking about hiring for you to be
- 12:50Speaker 1: on the show.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Right.
- 12:51Speaker 1: So... 10 years ago.
- 12:52Speaker 4: Well, I did it for season two. And then they
- 12:55Speaker 4: asked me to come back and do interviews for season
- 12:57Speaker 4: nine because Logan Cochran, who's Ariana's best friend, him and
- 13:00Speaker 4: I got into a full knockout drag out at the
- 13:04Speaker 4: front of TomTom one day. And the producer, Jeremiah, was there.
- 13:06Speaker 4: And he's like, who is this person? And I get
- 13:09Speaker 4: a text message.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Why did you get in a fight with this guy?
- 13:11Speaker 4: Because Logan wanted to be in the back of the room.
- 13:13Speaker 4: Richardson was working there and nobody knew that I was
- 13:16Speaker 4: doing the floor plans, but I did the floor plans
- 13:17Speaker 4: because I wanted to make all the money. So I
- 13:19Speaker 4: just wanted to make sure.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Oh, this is just actual waiter fights.
- 13:22Speaker 4: Waiter fights, right? So he's just watching this shit. And
- 13:25Speaker 4: then I get a text message that said, hi, this
- 13:26Speaker 4: is a producer from Vanderpump Rules. So he called me.
- 13:29Speaker 4: I end up, I talked to Jason about it. I
- 13:32Speaker 4: go to Sir and I film for this interview, right?
- 13:35Speaker 4: The whole time it's, so what do you, what do
- 13:37Speaker 4: you not like about Sheena? And I was like, I
- 13:40Speaker 4: love Sheena. No, but like, really, she must piss you off.
- 13:42Speaker 4: She probably annoys you. She's and I'm like, no, no,
- 13:47Speaker 4: not at all. And then I looked at Jason and
- 13:49Speaker 4: Jason's like, what the fuck? Like, we don't like, yeah,
- 13:51Speaker 4: my husband. And he's like, we don't dislike Sheena. And
- 13:54Speaker 4: I'm like, oh, this is what this is. And then
- 13:57Speaker 4: after I took off the mic and And I took
- 14:00Speaker 4: my husband and my Mormon mother-in-law and we went and
- 14:03Speaker 4: had tequila shots. And that's what we did. And I said,
- 14:05Speaker 4: fuck reality TV. We're not doing this. Let's take it
- 14:08Speaker 4: to the tube. And that's where Up and Atom was born.
- 14:11Speaker 4: I took control of the narrative.
- 14:12Speaker 3: I like it.
- 14:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 14:14Speaker 1: So anyway, so we're at, so now we go to
- 14:17Speaker 1: this bar called Melrose Place.
- 14:19Speaker 3: Yes.
- 14:20Speaker 1: And it was kind of, at first when we got there,
- 14:22Speaker 1: I was like, this is a shit show. Why am
- 14:24Speaker 1: I not going home? But it was pretty early. It
- 14:26Speaker 1: was only eight o'clock because the show started so early.
- 14:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:29Speaker 1: So, I was like, I'm like, you know, we'll go
- 14:32Speaker 1: up for a minute. Let me observe what it's like
- 14:35Speaker 1: to be young in LA going to these places that
- 14:39Speaker 1: I used to go to. So I want to just observe.
- 14:42Speaker 1: So we finally get up to gather everybody. We get
- 14:44Speaker 1: up and it's kind of nice because it's a hot
- 14:46Speaker 1: summer night and it's a rooftop bar and there's a
- 14:48Speaker 1: really good DJ who, by the way, is playing like
- 14:51Speaker 1: all the songs that I know and love, but then
- 14:53Speaker 1: with like a DJ mix. So it's like the Eurythmics
- 14:57Speaker 1: and like, you know, these like songs from like the
- 14:59Speaker 1: nineties and the, anyway, I'm thoroughly enjoying myself. And I
- 15:03Speaker 1: kind of go, I'm just going to like observe what
- 15:05Speaker 1: this crowd is like. And what I think is kind
- 15:08Speaker 1: of cool about LA hipster life today, 2023 is like,
- 15:13Speaker 1: you can literally rock any outfit from any era. You
- 15:18Speaker 1: can be, and I'm going to say, I don't care.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Cause you can be kind of white, white trash country
- 15:25Speaker 1: with a, not a ducktail. What do they call it? A,
- 15:27Speaker 1: A mullet? A mullet. A mullet. A mullet. You can
- 15:30Speaker 1: be 1990s Crips and Blood gangster. You can be a
- 15:38Speaker 1: girl with just a bikini top on, but then big
- 15:40Speaker 1: sweatpants and a pair of high heels. It's a very,
- 15:43Speaker 1: like you could wear, you could wear an Agora sweater
- 15:45Speaker 1: and an acid wash jeans skirt.
- 15:46Speaker 4: Did you just go through Lala's whole closet? That's what
- 15:48Speaker 4: I felt.
- 15:48Speaker 1: That's the thing. No, but it's also, but it's also
- 15:50Speaker 1: like a different, and then you can also wear like
- 15:52Speaker 1: a really sleek, classy black dress. You can also be,
- 15:56Speaker 1: you know, with your fancy designer purse and a tiny,
- 16:00Speaker 1: like when I, when we would go out, I was
- 16:01Speaker 1: telling my sister this, I'm like, there'd be just like,
- 16:04Speaker 1: everyone would be dressing the same. Like you went to
- 16:07Speaker 1: BB or BCBG, you got your little velvet dress, you know,
- 16:11Speaker 1: this kind of clunky heel is in or chunky heel.
- 16:14Speaker 1: This is, and if you weren't wearing that, it was like, oh,
- 16:17Speaker 1: you're kind of out of style. You're not. What I
- 16:19Speaker 1: kind of love going out last night is that There
- 16:24Speaker 1: were straights, there were gays, there was so many different
- 16:26Speaker 1: people and everyone was having fun. And there was kind
- 16:30Speaker 1: of a variety of ages. It wasn't all young.
- 16:32Speaker 4: No.
- 16:33Speaker 1: And anyway, go to Melrose Place on a Sunday night.
- 16:36Speaker 1: I thought it was pretty fun.
- 16:37Speaker 4: Our friend who runs it, Chrissy, she's the one who
- 16:40Speaker 4: put all of this together because I asked Sheena, I said,
- 16:42Speaker 4: where's your after show? And Sheena's like, what? And I said, like,
- 16:45Speaker 4: after party, where's the party going? And so I reached
- 16:48Speaker 4: out to Chrissy. Chrissy used to work at Pump. She
- 16:51Speaker 4: killed it. But it was so funny because when I
- 16:52Speaker 4: walked in, you're like, I don't know. I'm about to
- 16:54Speaker 4: go home. I don't fucking know. And then I went
- 16:56Speaker 4: and talked to you over at the table. And then
- 16:58Speaker 4: they were like, you guys got to get away from
- 16:59Speaker 4: the table. And then all of a sudden I came
- 17:01Speaker 4: back and I sat down to talk to Ariana and
- 17:04Speaker 4: you're sitting right next to her. And I'm like, wait.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Well, the best part is they only had one. They
- 17:08Speaker 1: only had one real table reserved.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Right.
- 17:11Speaker 1: And Sheena did have like the bottle service. And that
- 17:13Speaker 1: was kind of fun with the people. OK, but there
- 17:17Speaker 1: were two pregnant people there.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Okay.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Pregnant women there. And very cute girls. You know, Janet,
- 17:22Speaker 1: who's on the valley. And then this other girl, I
- 17:25Speaker 1: don't know her name, but she's gorgeous. And she had
- 17:27Speaker 1: her stomach exposed and she looked amazing. So the pregnant
- 17:31Speaker 1: women were there and they had the table for a minute.
- 17:34Speaker 1: But then it was time for the pregnant girls to
- 17:36Speaker 1: go home. So then I was able to sit down
- 17:39Speaker 1: and I had a really great, as my dad would say,
- 17:42Speaker 1: people watching spot. Like I could just watch it all.
- 17:45Speaker 1: So Logan and Leo, who are... the best friends of
- 17:50Speaker 1: Lala and they're really fun and they're friends with everybody
- 17:52Speaker 1: and they're like funny they're like like a comedic duo
- 17:55Speaker 1: whatever and so they're like laughing and stuff and they
- 18:00Speaker 1: were like swinging from the trees there's like there were
- 18:02Speaker 1: bushes and they're like coming around and they're being silly
- 18:05Speaker 1: and Logan and Leo is like I have a present
- 18:08Speaker 1: for you it's Christmas and I'm like what are you
- 18:10Speaker 1: talking about and I look over and there is Tara
- 18:14Speaker 1: Reid talking to Katie at our table and And listen,
- 18:19Speaker 1: we've all seen Tara Reid lately. Right. And I remember
- 18:28Speaker 1: I was following her on TikTok. I feel like she
- 18:30Speaker 1: hasn't done them in a while. But she was doing
- 18:32Speaker 1: some around Halloween and she was doing different Halloween costumes.
- 18:35Speaker 1: And she was like, I'm a little fairy duster.
- 18:39Speaker 4: I'm a whatever.
- 18:41Speaker 1: I'm a butterfly. Like she would just be like doing these. Hey, guys,
- 18:45Speaker 1: who wants to see? Josie and the Pussycats too. Like
- 18:49Speaker 1: she's always been kind of a mess for a while.
- 18:52Speaker 1: And like I interviewed her for this show called Hollywood.
- 18:56Speaker 1: I can't remember the name.
- 18:57Speaker 4: I did it with Ross.
- 18:57Speaker 1: I can't literally remember the name of the show.
- 18:59Speaker 4: But anyway, I had to.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Interview her and she had like a whole team of
- 19:02Speaker 1: people like doing her hair and makeup. And she sits
- 19:04Speaker 1: down and it's like a live type of a thing.
- 19:07Speaker 1: And she has all this red lipstick on her teeth.
- 19:10Speaker 1: And I'm talking to her and I'm trying to like
- 19:12Speaker 1: focus on whatever. She's on Shark. NATO 12 and I'm
- 19:17Speaker 1: trying to having to ask about that you know and
- 19:19Speaker 1: I'm like these people hate her like how can you
- 19:23Speaker 1: your job is to put the lipstick on her and
- 19:26Speaker 1: you're watching her and I'm like how could you not
- 19:28Speaker 1: have made sure that she didn't have lipstick on her
- 19:30Speaker 1: teeth so she comes over she's very thin and and
- 19:34Speaker 1: she's talking about how she is on um with Sandoval
- 19:38Speaker 1: she is on the special forces world's toughest test this
- 19:44Speaker 1: is Like to be a Navy SEAL or whatever the
- 19:47Speaker 1: the nail Navy seal green beret version of like English soldiers.
- 19:52Speaker 1: I don't know. It's just like you, it's hard. Okay. Right. Not,
- 19:55Speaker 1: not a show I want to be on.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Dr.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Drew was on it and he was like, no, it
- 19:59Speaker 1: was amazing. I'm so mad. I got sick. I got
- 20:02Speaker 1: kicked out. I'm like, listen, I would be like, I'm
- 20:07Speaker 1: ready to go home in four minutes.
- 20:09Speaker 4: Yeah, just get your first paycheck and go.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Not, but you're supposed to want to stay, but also because,
- 20:13Speaker 1: I don't know, because it is so hard, a lot
- 20:18Speaker 1: of people really just can't handle it. Anyway, Tara Reid's
- 20:21Speaker 1: on it.
- 20:22Speaker 4: Right.
- 20:22Speaker 1: And not that I know, but I would predict someone
- 20:28Speaker 1: who is her age and like 85 pounds, I'm guessing
- 20:32Speaker 1: she is not the one that's going to end up
- 20:35Speaker 1: wanting to join the Navy SEALs.
- 20:36Speaker 4: Winning.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Like, I'm guessing, and I'm guessing someone like Tom, who, Sandoval,
- 20:41Speaker 1: who's very physically fit, is going to probably last and
- 20:45Speaker 1: do pretty well. In my opinion, I think it just
- 20:47Speaker 1: comes to people being athletic or not. Even though some
- 20:49Speaker 1: things are mind tricks or whatever, the majority of it
- 20:52Speaker 1: is like, can you fucking climb up this mountain with
- 20:55Speaker 1: a backpack or whatever.
- 20:56Speaker 4: Physical attributes.
- 21:04Speaker 2: A cuppa. A breather. A moment for you. For a change.
- 21:08Speaker 2: When you spend your days looking after others, it's easy
- 21:11Speaker 2: to put everyone else first. So take a little time
- 21:14Speaker 2: to think about protecting what matters most to you. Cornmarket
- 21:17Speaker 2: offers a range of protection options for your income, home
- 21:20Speaker 2: and family. Helping you plan ahead with greater peace of mind.
- 21:24Speaker 4: Cornmarket.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Protection you never see, but always feel. Call Cornmarket to
- 21:29Speaker 2: find out more. Cornmarket Group Financial Services Limited is regulated
- 21:33Speaker 2: by the Central Bank of Ireland.
- 21:35Speaker 3: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 21:39Speaker 3: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 21:42Speaker 3: have faced tremendous setbacks and yet somehow have found a
- 21:46Speaker 3: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 21:49Speaker 4: Life is one long lesson of chaos. I'm heading to
- 21:53Speaker 4: the Emmys and I have police complaints filed against me.
- 21:55Speaker 4: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 21:58Speaker 4: what would you do if it was given back?
- 22:00Speaker 3: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 22:03Speaker 3: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 22:05Speaker 1: He said, I have a work dad.
- 22:07Speaker 3: I need a home dad.
- 22:08Speaker 4: What happens next? When I came in, he started crying.
- 22:10Speaker 3: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 22:15Speaker 3: those hard moments that they go through.
- 22:17Speaker 1: It's about what happens next.
- 22:19Speaker 4: I decided to risk it all. I realized how valuable
- 22:21Speaker 4: every day was.
- 22:22Speaker 1: You're worth the work.
- 22:23Speaker 4: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches. You can
- 22:25Speaker 4: use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 22:27Speaker 3: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 22:31Speaker 3: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 22:41Speaker 1: Yeah. And here's Tom and looking real douchey in this photo.
- 22:47Speaker 1: I mean, this is, I didn't like love, I didn't
- 22:49Speaker 1: finish watching this show. I think it's genius that they
- 22:52Speaker 1: got him. I think people are going to be into watching.
- 22:55Speaker 4: Because of him?
- 22:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I do.
- 22:57Speaker 4: I went to Publix the other day in my neighborhood.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:59Speaker 4: And I had a Scandival shirt on, a merch shirt
- 23:02Speaker 4: that said underneath Team Ariana. And the girl who was
- 23:05Speaker 4: pushing the cart said, oh my God, every time I
- 23:07Speaker 4: see you wear that shirt, I'm like, fuck, am I
- 23:08Speaker 4: wearing it all the time? Every time I see you
- 23:10Speaker 4: wear that shirt, It reminds me of my last name.
- 23:12Speaker 4: My last name is Sandoval. This older man is walking
- 23:16Speaker 4: past and he's like, oh, like that guy who's on
- 23:18Speaker 4: the Special Forces, that celebrity on Special Forces. And I'm like,
- 23:21Speaker 4: that is so funny that that's where you know him
- 23:23Speaker 4: from because we all know him as like the douchebag narcissist,
- 23:26Speaker 4: like asshole who fucked over Ariana, right? Yes. Not like
- 23:30Speaker 4: Special Forces.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Right.
- 23:31Speaker 4: Okay. All right. That's where we're at.
- 23:33Speaker 1: I just want to make sure.
- 23:36Speaker 3: Okay.
- 23:36Speaker 1: I just want to make sure what I had here. Okay.
- 23:39Speaker 4: So.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Let me see what else happened here. Oh, here they are.
- 23:43Speaker 1: I think Blac Chyna's on it too. I think they
- 23:46Speaker 1: got some good people for this. I don't know. It'll
- 23:48Speaker 1: be interesting.
- 23:48Speaker 4: Oh, and Jojo Siwa? Yeah, they really do. Yeah. Do
- 23:53Speaker 4: you know what she said though, by the way, last night?
- 23:55Speaker 1: Jojo?
- 23:55Speaker 4: No, Tara.
- 23:56Speaker 1: No, what?
- 23:56Speaker 4: You didn't hear what she said?
- 23:57Speaker 1: No, do tell.
- 23:58Speaker 4: So she walks up and she's like, and everybody looked
- 24:02Speaker 4: and Ariana and Katie, everybody was like, the fuck is
- 24:05Speaker 4: she saying? And she's like, I just want to let
- 24:07Speaker 4: you guys know that I think Tom Sandoval is a
- 24:10Speaker 4: really great person. And I think everybody really needs to
- 24:13Speaker 4: back off of him. So that was the whole purpose
- 24:16Speaker 4: of her walking over to the table, like, read the room, girl.
- 24:18Speaker 4: This is not the fucking table to go to, to say,
- 24:21Speaker 4: I think that you're advocating for the wrong asshole. What
- 24:24Speaker 4: are you doing?
- 24:25Speaker 1: Well, I just love that Logan and Leo found her
- 24:28Speaker 1: in another section of this rooftop bar.
- 24:32Speaker 4: As they're bee-bopping around you? And so then.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Then there's this other thing that starts to happen with
- 24:38Speaker 1: this other girl that walks up to the group. And
- 24:41Speaker 1: when she first walked up to the group, it was
- 24:42Speaker 1: shortly after two people that Ariana knew that Ariana was
- 24:45Speaker 1: super excited to see. And was like, ah! Like, I
- 24:48Speaker 1: don't know who they were, but they were clearly good
- 24:49Speaker 1: friends of hers. So this other girl walks up and
- 24:52Speaker 1: she's a pretty blonde girl. She's wearing like a black
- 24:57Speaker 1: bodysuit and jean shorts and, you know, minimal makeup. Like,
- 25:02Speaker 1: very hot, pretty, 20-something, whatever, blonde. And she's talking to
- 25:07Speaker 1: Sheena and being very animated. And so I'm like catching
- 25:10Speaker 1: the conversation. And no, she did not know them personally
- 25:16Speaker 1: until that night.
- 25:19Speaker 4: She had the juicy scoop.
- 25:20Speaker 1: The juicy scoop is that she allegedly is saying, because
- 25:26Speaker 1: I was there, that she has been seeing Mr. Sandoval
- 25:32Speaker 1: for like a month. And, um, but she could have
- 25:36Speaker 1: lied about it. She could have whatever. And Hey, he's
- 25:38Speaker 1: a single guy. It's not that big of a deal.
- 25:40Speaker 4: Right.
- 25:40Speaker 1: But being that I don't think the cast was aware
- 25:44Speaker 1: that he was seeing anyone, you know, so this could
- 25:46Speaker 1: be interesting. Maybe they're still filming. Maybe there could be, um,
- 25:51Speaker 1: her showing up. I think she certainly wanted them to
- 25:54Speaker 1: know who she was. I mean, I don't think it's
- 25:56Speaker 1: a secret. I think she would listen. Anyone that's screwing
- 26:00Speaker 1: sound of all at this moment has aspirations to be
- 26:03Speaker 1: on the show. Right. So, but I wonder, gosh, not
- 26:07Speaker 1: to feel sorry for Santa while they don't, but like,
- 26:10Speaker 1: you know, do people on the show, unfortunately, or any reality.
- 26:14Speaker 4: Show, these girls, like- How do you trust them?
- 26:17Speaker 1: How do you trust that they really actually like you?
- 26:20Speaker 1: Or are they just like, hey, you're a hot body.
- 26:23Speaker 1: I don't really care. I like to have recreational sex.
- 26:26Speaker 1: And if it can result in me- Being famous. Being
- 26:28Speaker 1: on a show with like cool, fun people and not, like,
- 26:32Speaker 1: I don't know how- Now, could she have just happened
- 26:34Speaker 1: to have been that night? Could she have been lying?
- 26:37Speaker 1: I don't know. But it really made the night juicy
- 26:39Speaker 1: because I'm like, oh my God, we're just, I'm like,
- 26:42Speaker 1: I felt like. We are really in it right now.
- 26:45Speaker 4: We are really in it right now.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 26:47Speaker 4: It was like we had everything but the cameras.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 26:49Speaker 4: But even the funny thing about this, too, is based
- 26:51Speaker 4: off of what I've heard about Dan, Ariana's new man,
- 26:55Speaker 4: it's like he really wants to let her shine. He
- 26:57Speaker 4: kind of just supports her. He takes a step back
- 26:59Speaker 4: and he doesn't want the fame of it, right?
- 27:01Speaker 1: Right.
- 27:01Speaker 4: That's what I've heard. And I haven't met him, so
- 27:03Speaker 4: I don't want to speak on it as if I have.
- 27:04Speaker 4: But so I think not only is she winning in
- 27:07Speaker 4: all other aspects, but then you found somebody who from
- 27:10Speaker 4: what it seems, is not using you for a come up.
- 27:12Speaker 1: Right. Yeah.
- 27:13Speaker 4: And then you have him. But the thing about somebody
- 27:15Speaker 4: like Tom Sandoval, and this isn't a bad thing. You know,
- 27:17Speaker 4: Tom did my show at the Bourbon Room last year.
- 27:19Speaker 4: It was so nice for him to come. All of that.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Of course, you didn't know what he was.
- 27:24Speaker 4: Right.
- 27:25Speaker 1: During your show, would he have been seeing her? Was
- 27:27Speaker 1: it in that time frame?
- 27:28Speaker 4: It was April. I think the time their time frame
- 27:31Speaker 4: is so far. Who knows? Yeah, it was way before.
- 27:33Speaker 4: We still don't know. But I think for him, I've
- 27:36Speaker 4: known Tom for 10 years. And when I first started
- 27:39Speaker 4: at Sir, he was working the bar and he was
- 27:41Speaker 4: working like the restaurant bar side. And he would ask me, hey,
- 27:44Speaker 4: did anybody call and ask if I really work here today?
- 27:47Speaker 4: Did anybody? And he would ask the questions like, are people?
- 27:50Speaker 4: So he's always been about himself. So if you want
- 27:53Speaker 4: to sit there and pray on somebody who has the
- 27:55Speaker 4: fame and has the notoriety, all of it.
- 27:57Speaker 1: He's probably not going to mind.
- 27:59Speaker 4: Yeah, you just have to feed it. You're like, oh
- 28:01Speaker 4: my God, you're amazing. You sing so great. I walked
- 28:04Speaker 4: up to him. He came to my husband's birthday at
- 28:06Speaker 4: some rooftop, whatever pool. It was all of the surf people, pump, whatever.
- 28:10Speaker 4: And I said to him, I said, man, you bought
- 28:12Speaker 4: like a $ 2 million house. This is incredible. Look at you.
- 28:15Speaker 4: Remember where you started and when I met you back then?
- 28:18Speaker 4: And look where you're at now. And he's like, actually, bro,
- 28:20Speaker 4: it was 2.3 million. And I was like, oh, fuck off. Like,
- 28:24Speaker 4: Fuck off. Fuck off.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Right?
- 28:27Speaker 4: Like, fuck off.
- 28:29Speaker 1: But thank you for always being true to your character. Like,
- 28:32Speaker 1: you don't change. You are who you are. That's what
- 28:35Speaker 1: I'm saying. They 100% are the people that you see
- 28:38Speaker 1: on the show. They are off camera. The good, the bad,
- 28:41Speaker 1: the insensitive, the funny. All of it. All of it.
- 28:44Speaker 1: It's like it really is, which is kind of great
- 28:46Speaker 1: and which is sometimes a shame when you are a
- 28:49Speaker 1: fan of reality show, and we're going to get into
- 28:51Speaker 1: some other reality shows, where... the cast just doesn't have
- 28:55Speaker 1: that or the people are coming in with an agenda
- 28:57Speaker 1: and we, we see it because we're sophisticated reality show watchers,
- 29:01Speaker 1: you know?
- 29:01Speaker 3: Right.
- 29:01Speaker 1: So when it, it can be really, um, okay, I'm
- 29:04Speaker 1: going to skip through that because that was a little,
- 29:07Speaker 1: that was one of the photos of, of what I
- 29:09Speaker 1: was just talking about and I put it in there
- 29:11Speaker 1: and I don't want to show the photo of whoever
- 29:13Speaker 1: this person is because in case somebody is going to
- 29:16Speaker 1: go back or whatever, or let you guys enjoy it.
- 29:19Speaker 1: If this person makes an appearance at, The next event.
- 29:23Speaker 3: Right.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Which I predict that she will.
- 29:24Speaker 4: You actually put $ 4, 000 on it.
- 29:26Speaker 1: I put $ 4, 000 that she'd be at this thing that
- 29:29Speaker 1: I'm going to be at Tuesday. Randomly.
- 29:30Speaker 4: So I'm going to be texting you on Tuesday.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 29:33Speaker 4: No.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Which is today. You're listening to this today.
- 29:37Speaker 4: So, okay.
- 29:38Speaker 1: Let's, oh, I do want to talk about a little
- 29:41Speaker 1: bit more about the whole, just because we talked about it,
- 29:45Speaker 1: but with the reality reckoning. Okay. I just do want to,
- 29:49Speaker 1: and I'm not going to talk a lot about Bethany
- 29:50Speaker 1: because you guys are like, maybe sick of it. Maybe
- 29:52Speaker 1: you're not. But, I believe the reality reckoning has, I
- 29:56Speaker 1: have never seen a movement that has had less momentum
- 30:01Speaker 1: than the reality reckoning. The only person that has talked
- 30:05Speaker 1: about it is Bethany herself. And we have to this day,
- 30:09Speaker 1: there is not one person that has joined her publicly
- 30:13Speaker 1: in wanting to like sue former networks or whatever.
- 30:17Speaker 4: Is there?
- 30:18Speaker 2: Well, no.
- 30:19Speaker 4: I think a lot of the people are building their
- 30:21Speaker 4: cases behind the scenes and going to her. But a
- 30:23Speaker 4: lot of the talent who from what I've heard, a
- 30:26Speaker 4: lot of the talent who's going to her, their talent
- 30:28Speaker 4: that they're no longer signed on their shows. And I
- 30:32Speaker 4: think what a lot of people are looking at this
- 30:34Speaker 4: as is they hear you should be getting residuals. They
- 30:38Speaker 4: hear that if you're not getting paid for those old episodes,
- 30:40Speaker 4: then they shouldn't be airing them. And I think that
- 30:43Speaker 4: people think residuals, like kind of old school back in
- 30:45Speaker 4: the day, residuals were a lot. But now it's like
- 30:48Speaker 4: you're getting pennies. And you didn't sign a contract that
- 30:51Speaker 4: gave you residuals. You didn't, you know, for example.
- 30:54Speaker 1: I just think it's a different model.
- 30:56Speaker 3: Right.
- 30:57Speaker 1: And I think that's why they're trying to figure out
- 30:59Speaker 1: what the new model is for SAG and Writers Guild
- 31:03Speaker 1: that makes sense for the future when it comes to
- 31:04Speaker 1: streaming and stuff.
- 31:05Speaker 4: Right.
- 31:06Speaker 1: And yeah, they didn't sign it for that. But also
- 31:08Speaker 1: the benefit is... is different in that, um, when it
- 31:12Speaker 1: does air, because it is your real life and you're not,
- 31:16Speaker 1: you know, it's not like you were on a Disney
- 31:19Speaker 1: show and now you're 30 and you're still getting some
- 31:22Speaker 1: money because it's an NBC rerun of when you were
- 31:25Speaker 1: a little girl or whatever. Right. And you're playing, you know,
- 31:27Speaker 1: Ruby Huxtable or whatever, which by the way, they're mad
- 31:30Speaker 1: because those shows can't air anymore because the dad was,
- 31:33Speaker 1: you know, a disgusting rapist. But anyway, um, but, um, uh,
- 31:37Speaker 1: Bill Cosby, but, um, uh, What is kind of good
- 31:41Speaker 1: is if you are pushing a product or a persona
- 31:44Speaker 1: or whatever, even if you're not on it anymore and
- 31:49Speaker 1: it's airing five years and someone's watching it, whatever, if
- 31:52Speaker 1: you share that stuff, it is going to be profitable
- 31:55Speaker 1: for you, whether it's the restaurant that you still own
- 31:59Speaker 1: or not a lot of these products that people bring out,
- 32:02Speaker 1: Blackwater or whatever, Diamond Water, that one girl from Shaw's,
- 32:07Speaker 1: they're not still around. It wasn't a hit, whatever. Right, right.
- 32:11Speaker 1: But it's a hard thing. I just think one thing
- 32:14Speaker 1: that they said was, you know, we want NBC, Universal
- 32:18Speaker 1: to release the talent from the NDAs that they stated.
- 32:22Speaker 1: And I'm so glad that Bravo spoke up and they
- 32:24Speaker 1: said they could speak. We've never told them that they
- 32:28Speaker 1: can't speak. The only kind of thing that they agree
- 32:31Speaker 1: to not talk about, like Sheena not being able to
- 32:33Speaker 1: talk about it herself on, you know, in other platforms
- 32:37Speaker 1: and other shows, is what's going on on the show
- 32:41Speaker 1: right now, don't spoil the storylines. And when I've interviewed people,
- 32:45Speaker 1: it's always like, we're not going to spoil anything, but
- 32:48Speaker 1: anything from the past, whether they're currently on a show
- 32:52Speaker 1: and we're going to talk about, hey, three seasons ago,
- 32:55Speaker 1: they've always been able to talk about it. The early
- 32:58Speaker 1: days of Juicy Skip were all bringing people on that
- 33:01Speaker 1: were former reality stars who told every behind the scenes secret.
- 33:05Speaker 1: They weren't sued by the network after that. There was
- 33:08Speaker 1: no gag order. of how Rock of Love was ran.
- 33:12Speaker 4: You know, it kind of, what confuses me a little
- 33:15Speaker 4: bit about this is I feel like the message, especially,
- 33:18Speaker 4: and this is just opinion, right? Opinions are like assholes.
- 33:20Speaker 4: We get that. But I feel like the message here
- 33:23Speaker 4: with bringing on Rachel has kind of got a little
- 33:25Speaker 4: bit lost because I know for a fact, a few
- 33:28Speaker 4: of her statements, like the, I hadn't been, I only
- 33:31Speaker 4: spoke to Tom Sandoval twice in email and they weren't
- 33:34Speaker 4: in a real relationship and Lala stole Brock's goddamn house
- 33:37Speaker 4: and all of these things. It's like, I think now
- 33:39Speaker 4: we're losing the message because then when you have like
- 33:42Speaker 4: the shit that's going on with below deck and you
- 33:44Speaker 4: have product like members of production coming forward saying this
- 33:47Speaker 4: man intoxicated was trying to press up on me. That's
- 33:51Speaker 4: where there should potentially be like somebody in place to
- 33:54Speaker 4: prevent that or say get the fuck off the show.
- 33:57Speaker 3: Right.
- 33:57Speaker 1: Right.
- 33:57Speaker 4: But that's not that's now we're not even talking about that.
- 34:00Speaker 4: We're talking about somebody who is you know being yelled
- 34:04Speaker 4: at on a show by these girls and saying go
- 34:06Speaker 4: fuck yourself with a cheese grater. But you also lied
- 34:09Speaker 4: to her. You know what I mean? And like you said,
- 34:12Speaker 4: they've all said really shitty things. So I feel like
- 34:14Speaker 4: with that interview specifically, we took away from the real
- 34:18Speaker 4: message of needing to put certain things in place to
- 34:21Speaker 4: make sure that these are safer environments, right? But also
- 34:25Speaker 4: it's kind of like reality TV. You make a deal
- 34:27Speaker 4: with the devil.
- 34:28Speaker 1: It kind of happened with The Bachelor in Paradise. There
- 34:31Speaker 1: was that incident where this girl was really wasted drinking
- 34:35Speaker 1: all day in Mexico and they had to like, shut
- 34:37Speaker 1: down production because there was some guy kind of getting
- 34:42Speaker 1: with her and they thought that she was too out
- 34:44Speaker 1: of it. I can't even remember the people, but that
- 34:46Speaker 1: was like a controversial moment. And they, they did shut
- 34:49Speaker 1: it down. They did do a full investigation. It is
- 34:53Speaker 1: a hard thing. And I'm not saying I'm for it
- 34:54Speaker 1: or not. I mean, like, you know, I, I wouldn't want,
- 34:58Speaker 1: I would never want to be on below deck if
- 34:59Speaker 1: I was, you know, suddenly 25 and into yachting, I
- 35:02Speaker 1: would not want to be on below deck. I would
- 35:03Speaker 1: not want cameras in my cubby, bed while i'm like
- 35:07Speaker 1: screwing some guy and my parents can watch it it's
- 35:10Speaker 1: not anything i would ever want right to do for
- 35:13Speaker 1: myself or i'd never want my kids to do that
- 35:16Speaker 1: so um but it's just but i i mean reality
- 35:19Speaker 1: reckoning i want to say i think it's this is
- 35:21Speaker 1: the the real era is the era of bethany blundering
- 35:25Speaker 1: like she is just like putting all these crazy videos
- 35:30Speaker 1: out deleting them She is trying to figure out what
- 35:33Speaker 1: her next thing is. Now she's giving advice to 20-year-olds
- 35:37Speaker 1: trying to be an auntie. She's like, life is not
- 35:39Speaker 1: a filter. When I was in my 20s, I wasn't
- 35:42Speaker 1: on yachts and guys falling all over me and getting jewels.
- 35:46Speaker 1: I had zits. I had frizzy hair. And I'm like, no,
- 35:49Speaker 1: you didn't. You were engaged multiple times. You had many
- 35:53Speaker 1: beautiful items that you received from wealthy men. You were
- 35:57Speaker 1: not poor.
- 35:58Speaker 4: Affiliated with the Hiltons.
- 35:59Speaker 1: Yeah, you were not poor. Like you went to fancy schools.
- 36:03Speaker 4: Her dad was rich, right?
- 36:04Speaker 1: Yes. Both dads were rich. The dad and the stepdad.
- 36:07Speaker 1: So I'm just like, she's always just trying to, what's
- 36:11Speaker 1: the next thing? You know, what's the next thing? Oh,
- 36:13Speaker 1: this is going to make me like seem authentic. And
- 36:15Speaker 1: it's just kind of satisfying to see that the younger
- 36:20Speaker 1: people that are into this and content creators themselves are
- 36:25Speaker 1: calling her out on her bullshit. and kind of laughing
- 36:28Speaker 1: at her in not a good way, laughing at her,
- 36:31Speaker 1: not with her. And for someone that kind of always
- 36:33Speaker 1: saw her for what she is, very hypocritical, it's just
- 36:38Speaker 1: satisfying for me. That's it.
- 36:40Speaker 4: I just had to say, I'm satisfied. I saw your
- 36:43Speaker 4: video on Instagram and you're like, let me just say
- 36:45Speaker 4: really quick, Rachel, you did yourself no favors. And at
- 36:48Speaker 4: the end, you're like, here's a piece of advice and
- 36:50Speaker 4: get on a show about how you've like, fuck your
- 36:52Speaker 4: best friend. And I was like, oh my God. And
- 36:54Speaker 4: I showed Jason and Jason's dying laughing. And he literally
- 36:57Speaker 4: laughed so hard. We're at a bar. And this woman
- 36:59Speaker 4: looks over next to us. And I'm like, nothing's happening
- 37:01Speaker 4: over here. Nothing to see. Nothing to see. I'm like, Jason,
- 37:03Speaker 4: fucking tone it down.
- 37:05Speaker 1: Well, let's move on. A little bit about Real Housewives
- 37:08Speaker 1: of New York. And you don't have to be watching
- 37:12Speaker 1: this show, people that are listening to this, to enjoy
- 37:16Speaker 1: the conversation. Because I'm not going to get into the nuances.
- 37:19Speaker 1: I don't over-recap the stuff. But I just kind of
- 37:21Speaker 1: want to get your general opinion of what you think
- 37:24Speaker 1: of the show in general and the young girls and
- 37:26Speaker 1: what they're doing. I mean, they're younger. Jenna Lyons is 54.
- 37:31Speaker 1: I almost feel like they could have taken like her
- 37:35Speaker 1: and maybe one other person that like Erin, who I
- 37:38Speaker 1: think kind of has kind of like an older soul.
- 37:41Speaker 1: I would have meshed the two of them with a
- 37:44Speaker 1: handful of the OGs and I would have kept, that's
- 37:47Speaker 1: how I would have done it. I don't know that
- 37:49Speaker 1: doing a whole new cast with nobody that's keeping us
- 37:52Speaker 1: grounded To the housewives. But I kind of go back
- 37:56Speaker 1: and forth. It's just a very different show.
- 37:58Speaker 4: Right.
- 37:59Speaker 1: But I did take some notes of a lot of
- 38:00Speaker 1: things that are similar but not as fun.
- 38:04Speaker 4: Okay.
- 38:04Speaker 1: So what are your initial thoughts before I get into
- 38:07Speaker 1: like each character?
- 38:08Speaker 4: So, you know, I think that they really tried to
- 38:11Speaker 4: find people that resemble some of the other cast members.
- 38:15Speaker 4: Like Brynn gives you total Sonya Morgan vibes, right? And
- 38:18Speaker 4: then you have... It's just... What's interesting here is I
- 38:22Speaker 4: try to always give like, because these people put their
- 38:24Speaker 4: lives out there, right? Like you said, it is real. So,
- 38:27Speaker 4: but to produce, but then there are elements. I think
- 38:31Speaker 4: you give them like grace and like we get to
- 38:33Speaker 4: meet them the first season. It's like our Dubai ladies
- 38:35Speaker 4: and we're meeting them. But then I don't know. It
- 38:38Speaker 4: makes me a little nervous. Like, are the housewives, are
- 38:42Speaker 4: they going to continue to thrive? Are we a dying brand?
- 38:45Speaker 4: And not we, me, I'm not a housewife, but them,
- 38:48Speaker 4: you know, I think about this.
- 38:49Speaker 1: I'm like, I actually think scraping it and starting with
- 38:53Speaker 1: all new people now is not the best idea.
- 38:55Speaker 4: No.
- 38:56Speaker 1: I think you've got to like take them, you know,
- 38:58Speaker 1: get move one on or like parlay someone new.
- 39:03Speaker 4: Like I, I kind of think, but I'll tell you
- 39:06Speaker 4: how Bravo fucked up. I'll tell you right here.
- 39:08Speaker 1: Yes.
- 39:09Speaker 4: They've, they've tried to pivot. What they did originally was
- 39:12Speaker 4: every year with these bonuses, with the NeNe Leakes, the
- 39:15Speaker 4: Vicky Gumbelson, the Teresa Giudice, they're paying these women. More, more, more, more.
- 39:19Speaker 4: They want more bonuses, whatever. But then the ratings started
- 39:23Speaker 4: to go down from 3 million views, 2 million views.
- 39:25Speaker 4: Now we're at 450,000 to 900,000 views, right? But I will.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Say in that, I don't really think that's a fair
- 39:32Speaker 1: estimation because that's just for when you watch it on Bravo,
- 39:37Speaker 1: on regular TV at that time.
- 39:39Speaker 3: Right.
- 39:39Speaker 1: You can watch it on YouTube TV, you can watch
- 39:42Speaker 1: it on Sling, you can watch it on Peacock. I
- 39:45Speaker 1: don't know that that is included in when Bethany, you know,
- 39:49Speaker 1: brags about, I was, you know, the most successful housewife
- 39:52Speaker 1: that ever lived and our ratings were this. Well, yeah,
- 39:54Speaker 1: your ratings 10 years ago, the only game in town
- 39:58Speaker 1: was watching it on cable. So like, I don't know.
- 40:01Speaker 4: No, no, that's actually fair. But yeah, I think what
- 40:03Speaker 4: they did was they started paying them so much. So
- 40:05Speaker 4: then they tried to pivot and then they're like, Vicki Gumbelson,
- 40:09Speaker 4: we pay her a shit ton of money. We can
- 40:11Speaker 4: take her off, bring in some new girl who would
- 40:13Speaker 4: be thirsty for the camera time, give her $ 60, 000 and
- 40:16Speaker 4: we're not paying $ 900, 000 or a million. And then let's
- 40:19Speaker 4: see if we still have a good show, you know?
- 40:21Speaker 4: But then we tried to do that. We brought in
- 40:23Speaker 4: the Noella Bergener on Real Housewives of Orange County. She
- 40:26Speaker 4: was a total fan that came on and came off
- 40:30Speaker 4: like a fan. And so we tried to pivot. And
- 40:32Speaker 4: then now we're doing.
- 40:33Speaker 1: I'm going to go back to OC just because you're
- 40:34Speaker 1: talking about OC. Then I'll go back to New York.
- 40:35Speaker 1: Go on.
- 40:36Speaker 4: Yeah. Then we tried to pivot. And like with Roni,
- 40:39Speaker 4: we do a whole recast.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:41Speaker 4: And it's like I feel like right now we're taking pasta,
- 40:44Speaker 4: we're throwing the shit at the wall, and we're seeing
- 40:45Speaker 4: what sticks.
- 40:46Speaker 3: Right.
- 40:47Speaker 4: When really we're so invested in the OGs, you might
- 40:50Speaker 4: as well just give them their paycheck and keep them around.
- 40:53Speaker 4: Because otherwise people aren't really interested in seeing new people.
- 40:57Speaker 4: It's like when Vanderpump Rules tried to pivot season eight
- 40:59Speaker 4: and they brought on Maxx. Brett Caprioni, Danica, Dana, Charlie.
- 41:05Speaker 4: Like Charlie, fuck that.
- 41:07Speaker 1: And the other girl, the transgender woman.
- 41:10Speaker 4: Billy Lee.
- 41:11Speaker 1: Billy Lee, yeah.
- 41:11Speaker 4: Yeah, Billy Lee. But it's like they were trying to
- 41:14Speaker 4: bring on new people because that's when they were going
- 41:16Speaker 4: to do the spinoff.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 41:17Speaker 4: But the cast, like the fans wanted to know more
- 41:20Speaker 4: about Sheena, Stassi, Jax, Kristen, Tom, Tom, Katie, Ariana. And
- 41:26Speaker 4: that's the thing. It's like you have, a working machine.
- 41:30Speaker 4: Just stick with it. If they like, don't let them
- 41:32Speaker 4: abuse you in the contracts and be like, we want
- 41:34Speaker 4: more money. And like Rachel being like, I need to
- 41:36Speaker 4: be paid the same as Tom and Ariana.
- 41:38Speaker 1: Well, I will say one thing that came, it was
- 41:40Speaker 1: controversy about how much, um, Rachel made.
- 41:43Speaker 4: Right.
- 41:44Speaker 1: First, Bethany said, you make, um, less than what my
- 41:47Speaker 1: interns make.
- 41:48Speaker 4: Right.
- 41:49Speaker 1: And then they said, no, she made 361 for the year.
- 41:54Speaker 1: And then someone said, no, it must be, that's what
- 41:56Speaker 1: she's made in the entirety of being on Housewives. And
- 42:00Speaker 1: then Sheena clarified on her podcast because she got the
- 42:04Speaker 1: attorney and because they were so close, she is aware
- 42:06Speaker 1: of her pay. And it was that. It was $ 19, 000
- 42:09Speaker 1: an episode for 19 episodes, which equals 361. Right. And
- 42:13Speaker 1: so that is 100% the truth. But what she wanted
- 42:16Speaker 1: was to be paid as much as Tom and Ariana.
- 42:19Speaker 1: And just like Housewives, you get paid based on how
- 42:21Speaker 1: many years you've been on. Same thing happened with Jill.
- 42:24Speaker 1: Zarin said, I want to be paid to go back
- 42:26Speaker 1: for OG Legacy as much as everybody. Well, Luann, being
- 42:30Speaker 1: that she's been on for 10 years and Jill had
- 42:32Speaker 1: only been on four, she was going to make a
- 42:35Speaker 1: lot more than Jill. Now, of course, all these things
- 42:37Speaker 1: can be broken. It's not in stone. You can go,
- 42:41Speaker 1: all right, whatever. It's valuable enough to just say, hey,
- 42:44Speaker 1: we're going to make it favored nations. But in this case,
- 42:48Speaker 1: that was one of the things I just wanted to clarify.
- 42:50Speaker 1: So let's just go back to New York real quick. Okay,
- 42:54Speaker 1: so this Erin girl, a lot of people say she
- 42:56Speaker 1: looks like Jen Aniston. In this particular photo, she really does.
- 43:01Speaker 4: She does.
- 43:01Speaker 1: From her confessional. But she really looks like her hair.
- 43:07Speaker 1: Really looks like her hair.
- 43:08Speaker 4: She's so pretty.
- 43:09Speaker 1: She's really pretty. But she doesn't always look like that.
- 43:11Speaker 1: I just thought that was kind of interesting.
- 43:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:13Speaker 1: And then I also want to say this girl, Psy. Oh, okay.
- 43:16Speaker 1: This is not a great photo. But I was trying
- 43:18Speaker 1: to grab the fact that she's wearing this top. And
- 43:20Speaker 1: I know people that are women will agree to this.
- 43:24Speaker 1: I just want to push it down because it's like
- 43:27Speaker 1: there's like stitching that is the cups around the boobs,
- 43:30Speaker 1: but it's like hitting her above the boobs. And it
- 43:33Speaker 1: bothers me so much that this isn't like underneath her cup.
- 43:37Speaker 4: Is it making you feel like... See.
- 43:38Speaker 1: How her boobs are inside the cup?
- 43:40Speaker 4: Is it kind of making you feel like her nipples
- 43:42Speaker 4: are up here? Yeah, it is.
- 43:43Speaker 1: It's just like, it just doesn't look good and she's
- 43:45Speaker 1: supposed to be a stylist.
- 43:46Speaker 4: Why did they make this like... They made her look
- 43:48Speaker 4: like a Bratz doll here.
- 43:49Speaker 1: I don't know. It just... Okay.
- 43:52Speaker 3: So.
- 43:54Speaker 1: Let me just say another thing about the Bethany Clause.
- 43:57Speaker 4: Oh, shit.
- 43:57Speaker 3: Okay.
- 43:58Speaker 1: About the Bethany Clause. Now, everybody... She also said, you know,
- 44:01Speaker 1: people have to pay... 15%. 15%. And I'm like, I
- 44:07Speaker 1: think this is an urban myth. I think it's another
- 44:09Speaker 1: thing that she started. I don't really think someone's getting
- 44:13Speaker 1: a contract from Vanderpump Rule and it literally says the
- 44:15Speaker 1: Bethany Clause or maybe it doesn't say the Bethany Clause,
- 44:17Speaker 1: but it's about that. Even if it's in there, I
- 44:20Speaker 1: don't think that they act on it.
- 44:22Speaker 4: Right. Because.
- 44:24Speaker 1: So they're really going to Schwartz and Sandoval. They're really...
- 44:27Speaker 1: And where does that go? Does that mean if Lala
- 44:30Speaker 1: is wearing her Senator Daryl shirt this season?
- 44:32Speaker 4: I mean, have you asked that? Have you asked Lala?
- 44:35Speaker 1: Everyone has said they've never come after them. Every person
- 44:38Speaker 1: I've asked said no. Like whether I had a book,
- 44:40Speaker 1: they never were like, where's the 15%? I mean, they
- 44:43Speaker 1: would have to get forensic accountants to figure this out.
- 44:46Speaker 1: So I just don't believe... I think what they... If
- 44:48Speaker 1: there is anything in there, I think they say, if
- 44:51Speaker 1: you are launching... a product, really launching it, it did
- 44:56Speaker 1: not exist before, then we're going to have a stake
- 45:01Speaker 1: in it. But I still don't even know that they
- 45:03Speaker 1: would really follow up on it. It would have to
- 45:04Speaker 1: be so successful that it would be worth it for
- 45:07Speaker 1: them to try to collect.
- 45:08Speaker 4: It's kind of like we're going to make sure that
- 45:10Speaker 4: if another person sells part of their business to Jim
- 45:14Speaker 4: Bean for $ 100 million, we're getting our 15% in that case.
- 45:17Speaker 1: I think also what people do is when they have
- 45:21Speaker 1: an event, they... try to say, okay, you know, at
- 45:25Speaker 1: the event, I'm going to, or while I'm cooking, I'm
- 45:28Speaker 1: going to have my seasoning or my alcohol out there.
- 45:33Speaker 1: Or I remember one time Ramona, you know, had something
- 45:35Speaker 1: to do talking to somebody as they came in the
- 45:38Speaker 1: room on like a girls weekend. And she's just holding,
- 45:41Speaker 1: she's just like holding her like ageless, which doesn't exist anymore,
- 45:44Speaker 1: skin cream because she was like, let me try to
- 45:46Speaker 1: get this. And Bethany Franco, when she's faking being upset
- 45:50Speaker 1: about it's about Tom is drinking her skinny girl. There's that.
- 45:53Speaker 1: But then there's like actually like where they're actually in
- 45:56Speaker 1: this case, Jenna Lyons has an eyelash line.
- 45:59Speaker 4: Right.
- 45:59Speaker 1: And we see this entire day of where she's doing
- 46:03Speaker 1: a photo shoot for the eyelash line. Also, she talks
- 46:06Speaker 1: to this other girl who she's helping decorate her house
- 46:08Speaker 1: and they're on Zoom. Right. And that girl is like, oh,
- 46:11Speaker 1: I'm wearing your eyelashes and I love this case. And
- 46:15Speaker 1: it's all in there. Anybody watching this that's a housewife
- 46:19Speaker 1: might be like, why the fuck are they featuring these
- 46:24Speaker 1: eyelashes so much when I've been on the show for
- 46:26Speaker 1: five years and I've tried to get or like, let's
- 46:28Speaker 1: see your camera. I've mentioned my CBD a few lines.
- 46:32Speaker 1: And I've had parties for the CBD and then they
- 46:34Speaker 1: don't use it. So it's my understanding, I would bet
- 46:39Speaker 1: money on this, that Jenna Lyons is either paying to
- 46:43Speaker 1: have her product in there, a portion, or take out
- 46:47Speaker 1: five grand out of my salary that week, something. There's
- 46:51Speaker 1: got to be a deal.
- 46:52Speaker 4: Negotiating it into it.
- 46:53Speaker 1: Negotiating almost like I'm paying to have an ad on
- 46:55Speaker 1: this show.
- 46:56Speaker 4: Well, then what the hell did, okay, and I know
- 46:57Speaker 4: you're friends with them and this is not a diss.
- 46:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 46:59Speaker 4: But well, I think you're friends with the one, but
- 47:01Speaker 4: Leah Black and Jill Zarin, they are walking ads for
- 47:04Speaker 4: everything that they do. And every time they have a scene,
- 47:07Speaker 4: it's like, oh my gosh, this is so crazy. You
- 47:10Speaker 4: like this captain? This is a Jill Zarin captain.
- 47:12Speaker 1: They weren't paying for it. So they had, they have
- 47:16Speaker 1: to do it like that.
- 47:17Speaker 4: So they just shove it up your ass?
- 47:18Speaker 1: They want to shove it up your ass so that
- 47:20Speaker 1: you do see it. But then of course people are,
- 47:23Speaker 1: but then the cast is mocking it because they're getting
- 47:25Speaker 1: jealous because they're like, I'm on this stupid show. making
- 47:28Speaker 1: a wreath, making $ 60, 000. And Jenna Lyons just walked in
- 47:33Speaker 1: giving gifts to everybody that every single gift is a
- 47:37Speaker 1: brand collab that she's doing. Because she's fucking there for
- 47:40Speaker 1: a reason. Because you start to watch it, you're like,
- 47:42Speaker 1: why is this woman who made all this money at J.Crew,
- 47:46Speaker 1: is a lesbian, is not your typical housewife, why is
- 47:50Speaker 1: she doing this? She's doing this because she wants this
- 47:53Speaker 1: lash line to be huge. And this is her opportunity.
- 47:57Speaker 1: So whatever she negotiated with them, and I don't think
- 48:01Speaker 1: it's just, oh, I just happen to be talking to
- 48:03Speaker 1: this person about eyelashes. Her using that Zoom with that woman,
- 48:08Speaker 1: there was nothing interesting about that scene.
- 48:10Speaker 4: Right.
- 48:11Speaker 1: This isn't an actress that we recognize. She wasn't talking
- 48:14Speaker 1: to Julia Roberts.
- 48:15Speaker 4: Right.
- 48:17Speaker 1: So that's why I think she financially paid to have
- 48:21Speaker 1: her product mentioned this many times you know because that
- 48:25Speaker 1: could be confidential but i'm telling you i know this.
- 48:27Speaker 4: I feel like this is like on par with what
- 48:30Speaker 4: we're speaking about but i really respect like let's well
- 48:33Speaker 4: i'll take it back to lala for a second because
- 48:35Speaker 4: she's like when it came out with the whole rachel
- 48:37Speaker 4: shit she's like you could monetize off of this go
- 48:39Speaker 4: out there put it on a shirt put you know
- 48:42Speaker 4: at least you don't have a man to fucking steal
- 48:43Speaker 4: you know like make the money do it while you
- 48:46Speaker 4: can why else are you guys putting yourselves on tv
- 48:49Speaker 4: to have moments where you look like an asshole or
- 48:52Speaker 4: your most vulnerable moments or you're partying, you get drunk
- 48:55Speaker 4: or you get a divorce, whatever. Why else are you
- 48:58Speaker 4: putting yourself out there unless it's to have some sort
- 49:01Speaker 4: of come up with a business or something? You have
- 49:04Speaker 4: to think in this moment when you enter the game,
- 49:06Speaker 4: I'm going straight special forces here. Come on, Tara Reid,
- 49:08Speaker 4: stick with me. You have to think that we are
- 49:11Speaker 4: getting in this shit. And what is the long game?
- 49:13Speaker 4: What are we starting? What are our businesses? Another thing
- 49:16Speaker 4: that Stassi did really well. It's like fucking if you're
- 49:18Speaker 4: going to be on here and you're going to make
- 49:19Speaker 4: your look like an asshole, start a business.
- 49:22Speaker 1: Well, I mean, and in respect to Bethany, there's a
- 49:25Speaker 1: scene where she meets Luann in the Hamptons and she
- 49:28Speaker 1: drives her little skinny girl car that's wrapped in the
- 49:31Speaker 1: skinny girl.
- 49:31Speaker 4: I remember that.
- 49:32Speaker 1: And Luann is like, why would you do that, darling?
- 49:35Speaker 1: This is so, she thinks it's funny because Luann is, Honestly,
- 49:38Speaker 1: it was, you know, this was a long time ago.
- 49:42Speaker 1: And Luann was really just being the countess. Right. And
- 49:45Speaker 1: she was really just like, oh, you want to follow
- 49:47Speaker 1: my life? Great. She wasn't thinking the long game at
- 49:50Speaker 1: the time. Bethany was smart to do that.
- 49:54Speaker 4: Right.
- 49:54Speaker 1: And a lot of people, how can you not follow
- 49:58Speaker 1: it when you see Loverboy and everything? You'd be crazy
- 50:00Speaker 1: not to.
- 50:01Speaker 3: I mean.
- 50:01Speaker 1: So if somebody just really comes on the show and
- 50:04Speaker 1: they're like, okay, I'm going to share my life. Like
- 50:07Speaker 1: this Jessel girl who has the twins.
- 50:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:12Speaker 1: Like I really don't I still don't know what she
- 50:14Speaker 1: does for a living. I don't know and she's like
- 50:16Speaker 1: oh I have to buy two of everything because I
- 50:18Speaker 1: have twins.
- 50:19Speaker 4: Do you really believe that she moved there just for
- 50:21Speaker 4: the show?
- 50:21Speaker 1: Yes.
- 50:22Speaker 4: You do? I do.
- 50:23Speaker 1: I heard that she moved there for the show.
- 50:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:25Speaker 1: But I don't know what the goal is except just
- 50:27Speaker 1: to be famous because I don't even know what her
- 50:29Speaker 1: job or product is or what.
- 50:31Speaker 4: I know she keeps saying that she has to get
- 50:32Speaker 4: back into it. She feels like she's missing out.
- 50:34Speaker 1: What does she do? I don't even know and then
- 50:36Speaker 1: And she's like, oh, I have twins. So I have
- 50:38Speaker 1: to buy two of everything. And I'm like, wait a minute.
- 50:41Speaker 1: Can I just talk to twin people? Like, aren't you
- 50:44Speaker 1: like parents of twins? Like, OK, once in a while,
- 50:47Speaker 1: dress them alike. But isn't it kind of been taught
- 50:49Speaker 1: like you probably shouldn't dress your kids alike all the
- 50:52Speaker 1: time if you have twins? So why would you have
- 50:54Speaker 1: to buy two of everything? Why can't they just wear
- 50:57Speaker 1: their brother's outfit?
- 50:58Speaker 4: Or it's like you're making, yes, exactly. And you're making
- 51:01Speaker 4: them equal. It's like they need to be equal. Guess what?
- 51:04Speaker 4: You know, I had to deal with this with, I
- 51:06Speaker 4: have a lot of brothers and sisters. And growing up,
- 51:08Speaker 4: it was like, you guys all need to be equal.
- 51:10Speaker 4: I feel like my parents fucked me in that sense
- 51:11Speaker 4: because growing up and now that I'm an adult, I'm like,
- 51:14Speaker 4: that's not how the fucking world works. And I'm not
- 51:16Speaker 4: equal to like, there are people who are 10 times
- 51:18Speaker 4: better than me. And then there are real assholes that
- 51:20Speaker 4: don't compare me to them. We're not equal. And that's okay.
- 51:23Speaker 1: I also think as, as a parent to going forward,
- 51:26Speaker 1: there's a lot of, um, you know, people that are like, okay,
- 51:30Speaker 1: whether you're really rich or not, everybody gets this amount
- 51:33Speaker 1: for Christmas or whatever. And I've always like told my kids,
- 51:38Speaker 1: you know, Whether I pay for a private school for
- 51:40Speaker 1: one of you and you choose not to go to
- 51:42Speaker 1: a private school, that's none of your business. All my
- 51:45Speaker 1: kids are my kids and I will pay for what
- 51:48Speaker 1: I feel that child needs or wants. If you're not
- 51:51Speaker 1: asking for it, it's not like you're going to get
- 51:53Speaker 1: the money that I spent on the private high school.
- 51:57Speaker 1: You're not now, my other son, going to get that
- 52:01Speaker 1: as an extra when I die or something. Like parents,
- 52:05Speaker 1: I just hate it when kids... I don't know who's–
- 52:07Speaker 1: I don't know if it's the chicken or the egg.
- 52:08Speaker 1: I don't know if it's the parents that set that.
- 52:10Speaker 1: But I think that starts for like comparing and jealousy
- 52:13Speaker 1: when actually it should be like, hey, if one child
- 52:17Speaker 1: is a teacher and they need me to, you know,
- 52:21Speaker 1: help with the down payment of a house and I
- 52:24Speaker 1: can do that and my other child is running a
- 52:27Speaker 1: Fortune 500 and has– I'm not going to also give
- 52:30Speaker 1: that child– the 50,000 that I gave to this, you
- 52:33Speaker 1: know what I mean?
- 52:34Speaker 4: And I think you.
- 52:35Speaker 1: Need to set that with your kids early on so
- 52:38Speaker 1: that they don't have issues when they're adults. And so far,
- 52:41Speaker 1: I feel like my kids, hopefully, they've never expressed it,
- 52:45Speaker 1: they don't have comparable financial jealousy towards each other at all.
- 52:49Speaker 4: It's so funny that you say this because I met
- 52:52Speaker 4: this woman while I was doing cardio, met this woman
- 52:56Speaker 4: and her husband works for NASA, right? And they super
- 53:00Speaker 4: rich down in Palm Beach and their kids go to
- 53:02Speaker 4: school with Barron Trump and the private schools and stuff. Well,
- 53:06Speaker 4: we went over there for dinner because he created this
- 53:08Speaker 4: product that is going to mess up big pharma and
- 53:11Speaker 4: it's going to help with things. And now you don't
- 53:13Speaker 4: need medication and pills. So whatever. That was the backstory.
- 53:16Speaker 4: The nine year old comes in and he says he's like, Dad.
- 53:21Speaker 4: why don't you, since they want to go to private school,
- 53:23Speaker 4: save the tuition, just pay me and I'll go to
- 53:26Speaker 4: public school. And I looked and I was like, this
- 53:29Speaker 4: little guy was just negotiating. He's like, pay me the
- 53:31Speaker 4: tuition and I'll put it away and then I'll buy
- 53:34Speaker 4: a house when I turn 18. And his dad was like, no,
- 53:38Speaker 4: you're going to private school. And I'm like, this, like,
- 53:40Speaker 4: I mean.
- 53:41Speaker 1: I've had that with my son too about college because
- 53:44Speaker 1: he's aware how much it is. And he was like,
- 53:47Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know, mom. Really? Really?
- 53:49Speaker 3: Really?
- 53:50Speaker 1: We're writing this check for next semester or whatever. And
- 53:54Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, we are. And it's not a negotiable.
- 53:57Speaker 1: And I even remember like with my getting married to
- 54:00Speaker 1: my husband, his dad was very financially practical and all
- 54:04Speaker 1: that stuff. And actually wasn't excited that my parents were
- 54:07Speaker 1: throwing this big fancy wedding. And I remember my husband
- 54:11Speaker 1: on the phone with him. And I think he was
- 54:13Speaker 1: saying like, this is crazy. Why don't you just ask
- 54:16Speaker 1: them for the money so you can put it on
- 54:18Speaker 1: a down payment for a house? And I remember he
- 54:21Speaker 1: was like, it doesn't work that way, Dad. It's not
- 54:24Speaker 1: the choice.
- 54:24Speaker 4: It's not.
- 54:25Speaker 1: This is what they're doing. This is what she wants.
- 54:27Speaker 1: This is what her family wants. Like, you know, and
- 54:30Speaker 1: then he stopped. But I was like, yeah, it's sometimes
- 54:33Speaker 1: it's not like getting back to this, getting back to
- 54:35Speaker 1: this housewife. OK, so that about let me see what else. Uba,
- 54:39Speaker 1: they were I felt they were mad that she's been
- 54:41Speaker 1: sick and didn't have to work. which is always the
- 54:44Speaker 1: thing I'm so aware of now. They get really mad
- 54:46Speaker 1: when people, these reality stars, they treat this shit like
- 54:50Speaker 1: a factory and you didn't come to the factory that
- 54:52Speaker 1: day and it's not fair that they have to make
- 54:55Speaker 1: Reese and you're quote unquote coughing.
- 54:57Speaker 4: But then if you FaceTime, if you FaceTime in, then
- 55:00Speaker 4: you were featured in that episode and you get your $ 19, 000.
- 55:02Speaker 4: Or whatever it is.
- 55:03Speaker 1: Or whatever it is. Good point. Let me see what else.
- 55:07Speaker 1: The Aaron girl, I don't know what she does for
- 55:11Speaker 1: a living. And, you know, but she's got this, you know,
- 55:14Speaker 1: the rich ex-fiance and she's, you know, being a flirt
- 55:18Speaker 1: and whatever.
- 55:19Speaker 4: I mean, it's like, I don't know.
- 55:21Speaker 1: I just don't really feel like any of this is
- 55:23Speaker 1: that interesting or real right now.
- 55:25Speaker 4: I'm waiting to see. I really hope that they bring
- 55:27Speaker 4: it at the reunion. And I hope but I just
- 55:29Speaker 4: don't know what there is to argue about.
- 55:30Speaker 1: There isn't because there isn't strong. There's not deep rooted
- 55:34Speaker 1: connections or even even when the Housewives of New York started.
- 55:38Speaker 1: even if they weren't really close, they really knew each
- 55:41Speaker 1: other in social circles for many years prior. Right. So
- 55:45Speaker 1: there really was, and it really was just about being
- 55:49Speaker 1: a housewife. It wasn't Jill Zarin sharing Zarin fabrics. And
- 55:54Speaker 1: I mean, it evolved into that because that was their life,
- 55:57Speaker 1: but the majority was the cameras following Jill dealing with
- 56:02Speaker 1: the fact that you know, Allie was still awkward around Bobby,
- 56:05Speaker 1: her stepfather and was 14. And we saw that and,
- 56:08Speaker 1: you know, you're going to go to the fat camp
- 56:09Speaker 1: and all this other stuff, which one of the funniest
- 56:12Speaker 1: moments I ever had hanging out with Jill and Allie was,
- 56:14Speaker 1: and I've told this story before, but it just is
- 56:17Speaker 1: so funny. And I love Allie, her daughter, and we're
- 56:20Speaker 1: at their house. I'm like doing shows in Palm beach
- 56:22Speaker 1: or something. So I'm staying at the house in where
- 56:25Speaker 1: they live in Boca Raton. And Gloria's there. It was
- 56:28Speaker 1: just classic. older Jewish woman who's, you know, got beautiful
- 56:33Speaker 1: skin and has had some work done and is great.
- 56:36Speaker 1: And there was some conversation about weight and like, you know,
- 56:40Speaker 1: who's gained weight and her like saying that Jill had
- 56:42Speaker 1: or something. And then Jill gets in the car and
- 56:45Speaker 1: we're driving back and she goes, see Allie, see what
- 56:48Speaker 1: I was, what my mother put me through talking about
- 56:51Speaker 1: my weight. You know, at least I'm like that. And
- 56:53Speaker 1: then Allie just totally dead panics is goes, um, no mom,
- 56:56Speaker 1: it's not like you put me on a reality show
- 56:58Speaker 1: when I was 14 and sent me to a fat camp.
- 57:00Speaker 4: Oh my God.
- 57:02Speaker 1: And I was like, where's the camera? And I'm laughing.
- 57:06Speaker 1: And I'm like, yeah, that did happen. And thank God,
- 57:09Speaker 1: Allie is so great and adjusted and they work together.
- 57:12Speaker 4: It just lives with her for the rest of her life.
- 57:13Speaker 1: They have a great life.
- 57:14Speaker 4: But I mean... I mean, but also.
- 57:16Speaker 1: But also then Jill not seeing it. And I just
- 57:18Speaker 1: thought it was like so.
- 57:21Speaker 1: Just so real that you was like, my mom was
- 57:24Speaker 1: meaner than I am. You should be happy. And then
- 57:26Speaker 1: your daughter being like, yeah, but you did this. Like
- 57:29Speaker 1: it was just... Perfect.
- 57:30Speaker 4: And now Jill's just smuggling Diet Cokes into whatever country.
- 57:34Speaker 4: The best. I don't know what. Jill, honestly, to me,
- 57:37Speaker 4: she is comedic relief. I do like watching her.
- 57:40Speaker 1: No, it never stops. And it's like, again, completely, there's
- 57:44Speaker 1: no difference. No difference.
- 57:46Speaker 4: So would you rather have this, like if the network
- 57:50Speaker 4: came to you right now and they said, okay, we're
- 57:51Speaker 4: going to give the decision 100% to you. I'm the
- 57:53Speaker 4: deciding factor. You're the deciding factor. We're canning them and
- 57:57Speaker 4: bringing back the old cast, and you get to put
- 58:00Speaker 4: together the cast with the OGs, are you doing that?
- 58:03Speaker 1: I don't ever want to scan anyone.
- 58:05Speaker 4: Okay.
- 58:06Speaker 1: Okay, so I think that this could have more time.
- 58:10Speaker 1: I would say if it doesn't work, if it's like
- 58:12Speaker 1: you guys, and I think what will happen, prediction.
- 58:16Speaker 4: Okay. Okay.
- 58:19Speaker 1: I think they will bring back some of the old cast.
- 58:22Speaker 4: They're going to integrate them?
- 58:23Speaker 1: And then they're going to keep a couple of them,
- 58:25Speaker 1: of the new, and I'm going to predict Aaron and Jenna.
- 58:29Speaker 1: And then maybe like one new person that's like in between.
- 58:33Speaker 1: And that'll be the new cast of New York. It'll
- 58:35Speaker 1: be like Luann, Sonia, and Dorinda. It will not be Ramona.
- 58:40Speaker 1: I really do feel like Ramona has moved on. She's
- 58:43Speaker 1: got a boyfriend. It's like, I just don't think we
- 58:46Speaker 1: have Ramona. But Dorinda and Luann are real friends. And
- 58:51Speaker 1: so is Sonia. So I think the three of them,
- 58:53Speaker 1: they don't hate each other. They can work together. So
- 58:55Speaker 1: I think the three of them are coming back with
- 58:57Speaker 1: Jenna Lyons. Maybe this Erin, even though she's young, she's
- 59:00Speaker 1: kind of an old soul. And then like one new
- 59:02Speaker 1: person will be cast.
- 59:03Speaker 4: Are you canning Brynn? Because she has Sonya energy. Would
- 59:07Speaker 4: they be fun together or would that just be really annoying?
- 59:08Speaker 1: I don't think so. I don't I don't know I
- 59:11Speaker 1: don't know yeah yeah but that's I agree Brynn has
- 59:13Speaker 1: a personality you know she wanted to be on Vanderpump
- 59:16Speaker 1: so I definitely think she's coming with her fake fur
- 59:18Speaker 1: coat and she's she's almost practicing stuff before she walks
- 59:22Speaker 1: in very Aviva like Aviva used to like write out
- 59:25Speaker 1: her stuff so I've heard allegedly like before, you know,
- 59:29Speaker 1: so she planned the leg throwing, like, I think she's
- 59:32Speaker 1: kind of planning her moments, which I don't blame her. Yeah.
- 59:34Speaker 1: Like if I'm an actress and a writer, if I
- 59:36Speaker 1: was suddenly on a show and I also studied reality
- 59:40Speaker 1: show for the last 20 years and I'm coming to
- 59:42Speaker 1: a dinner party of yours, I would kind of be like, okay,
- 59:46Speaker 1: what are we going to cover today? I want to
- 59:47Speaker 1: cover that. My specials coming out, you know, in, in
- 59:52Speaker 1: January in which the show will be airing starting December.
- 59:54Speaker 1: So I definitely want to mention that special.
- 59:56Speaker 4: Right.
- 59:57Speaker 1: And then I want to also, you know, Adam was
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: pissed at me about this one thing. So let me
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: bring it up. So we have a little tip, but
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: we can make up. I mean, how can you not?
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: And if I don't think of it, the producer is
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: going to remind me of that, you know, so like
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: it is going to come up.
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: You know, what's scary about you is you have like
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: this and I feel like I'm starting to notice I
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: have this shit, too. It's like you have these real
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: manifesting abilities and you come out with these predictions and
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: you're like, then all of a sudden it's like maybe
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: a month later, maybe it's a week later. You don't
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: put a timeline on it. Maybe it's a year later.
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: And you're like, I fucking told you. I told you.
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: I said it. I predicted it. Cue the video right here.
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: I'm the one who told you this was going to happen.
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: So now I just believe this is what's happening. We
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: have to say goodbye to Uba, Jessel.
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: No, Uba's pretty fun though. But I feel like she,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: I still don't really like know the depths of her
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: and she doesn't have A real like she doesn't have
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: a kid. She doesn't. Right. She's not married.
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: I don't know. But I do think she is funny
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: and likable.
- 1:00:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: But I don't know. I just I don't think we'll
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: keep them all as my point. Oh, see, we saw
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: Heather Dubrow's penthouse.
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: And I talked about this on my Patreon, but like.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: You don't– this storyline of I'm back moving to LA
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: that you have to buy a $ 14 million penthouse so
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: that you can be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed to read for
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: a five-line.
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: A Robert Cavalli designer penthouse.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: Part on a Warner Brothers sitcom. Like it's just so stupid.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: So this prediction comes from a juicy scooper and I
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: don't remember who told me. So I can't take full advantage.
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: Remember she talked about Heather saying, oh my God, you know,
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: my son, what's the boy's name? Heather's son's name.
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: Nick is getting his real estate license, you know, and
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: then he's the only one that comes over to look
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: at the place.
- 1:01:53Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Look at the house. And he's like, this is a
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: nice place. I love it. And they're oohing and aahing
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: over it, which by the way, just, I don't think
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: it photographed that well. It seemed small and, and kind
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: of weird.
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: For 5,000 square feet. It did.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: It just, it doesn't photograph. I'm sure it's prettier in person, whatever.
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: It's got to be the textures, you know, like the feeling.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: So I think she's planting the seeds for him to
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: get into real estate when he graduates from college and
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: have his own real estate show.
- 1:02:16Speaker 4: I mean, I feel like she's always trying to push that.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: And then Max, her daughter, just did a song. Yeah.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: And actually not bad.
- 1:02:25Speaker 4: Not bad. I actually didn't listen to it, but it's not.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: It wasn't bad. Like my sister and I both listened
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: to it. I'm like, this isn't bad, but it is,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: you know, the auto-tune and all that. So it's not
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: like she wrote it in her dorm room and was
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: playing a guitar like, Taylor Swift.
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: So what? I don't know. Maybe she's... Maybe that's part
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: of it.
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: She's doing her Sheena energy.
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: Yeah, she's doing, like, all this kind of stuff.
- 1:02:46Speaker 4: But.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: But, yeah, my favorite is just thank God for Shannon
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: Bedore and, you know, and her spreading rumors about herself
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: and talking with her hands because that's the show. If
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: Shannon Bedore was not on this show, nobody would be
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: watching this show this season, in my opinion.
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: You know... It's funny because I have sort of a
- 1:03:09Speaker 4: weird connection with this cast.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: Yes. Can't be as weird as mine, but go ahead.
- 1:03:13Speaker 4: Oh, no, no, no. Don't try to top it. No, no, no.
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: It's definitely not. Yeah. So Tamara and I, I think
- 1:03:21Speaker 4: I was supposed to go to happy hour with her today.
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: We were going back and forth. But she, of course,
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: does two Ts in a pod. And I find Teddy
- 1:03:28Speaker 4: Mellencamp to just not be great reality TV. And that's
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: okay because I don't think I'd be great reality TV otherwise.
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: And I think that she was good with the podcast.
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: Yeah. Right.
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: I agree. So I would go on and I would
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: do videos and I would talk about things that.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: By the way, I do want to say, Teddy, I
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: just saw her on Nick Biles show. And I did
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: not know who she was. She looked completely different, but
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: in a beautiful way.
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: Yeah. She's beautiful before.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: And this new face is beautiful, but I don't know
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: what it is. I don't know what it is. Like,
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: she really doesn't look like herself. All the comments were like,
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: I didn't know who this was.
- 1:03:58Speaker 4: Do you remember Legally Blonde? I don't know what she.
- 1:04:00Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: I know that sometimes with a lower facelift, it almost
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: takes a year to get done. So you can really,
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: you end up looking better and better and better. And
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: I know she did that. She was honest about it.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: There's something different about the eyes. Now, what she might
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: have done, honestly.
- 1:04:17Speaker 4: Oh, the eyelid.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: No, the eyelid or probably the eyelid, but also it's
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: those drops. There's these drops that change the shape of
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: your eye.
- 1:04:26Speaker 4: What the fuck is that?
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: And my friend gave it to me and I put
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: them in and I looked so different. And I like
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: my eyes. I have no problem with the shape of
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: my eyes.
- 1:04:39Speaker 4: I'm trying to figure out which one I like better
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: right now because this one has an allergic reaction.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: You might just put one drop.
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: But it literally, it makes them bigger, but it's sort of,
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: so you have small eyes, I guess, but I already
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: have big eyes. And I just was like, I don't
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: want to fuck with this. I just like the one
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: with the purple cap that you get at Target.
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: I like Lumify.
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: Yeah, Lumify.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: It just makes them, takes any kind of red away
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: really well.
- 1:05:03Speaker 4: I mean, I just brought Visine in here with me.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: Yeah, but that stuff is good. But anyway, I don't
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: know if that's it because it was like her eyes
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: look different now. She's always had a really nice, I
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: don't know what, but she looked very different. Good for her.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: She's very pretty in my opinion. So it's like, and
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: she looks prettier now. She looked prettier before.
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: But do you remember, do you remember Legally Blonde? Yeah.
- 1:05:22Speaker 4: And do you remember when the girl had the alibi?
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: And she's like, she's like, Yes. I was getting, and
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: she's like, it's like, okay, we're, we also have, we're
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: an accountability coach and we're holding people accountable. But then
- 1:05:35Speaker 4: you were talking about like getting certain words.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: It all, did she get lipos?
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: No, no, I don't think she did lipos.
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: She did.
- 1:05:40Speaker 4: I don't know what she did, but at the end
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: of the day, my thing is.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: I really wonder with, with the, you know, and I
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: feel like people are very much more accepting, um, of
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: anybody doing kind of any Ozempic or Majaro.
- 1:05:51Speaker 4: Or, or yeah, just get your work done.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: So, um, now I think people have chilled out about,
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: I think the people were, were keeping it a secret
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: because the minute you were a celebrity and you said,
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: you know, I did lose these 30 pounds because I've
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: been taking this for a year. You're taking it from,
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: you know, like as if like skinny housewives are some
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: poor diabetic is getting out of the car at the
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: handicapped and going to get his prescription and a housewife
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: swoops in and take the, takes the last amount. And,
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: you know, that's not what was happening. And, it seems
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: to be that everybody seems to be able to get
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: their medicine. I don't know. I'm not a hundred percent sure,
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: but I feel like now people are being a little
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: more honest about if they're taking it or not. And,
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: and they're not getting as much of a backlash from
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: like the audience. And I'm curious, does she even have
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: to like, why would you have to spend $ 600 a
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: week to have Teddy tell you, you can only have
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: two carrots, not three when you can just take this
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: shot and just be less hungry.
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: I mean, I saw less money. I saw Ozempic for
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: the first time the other day. I went in my
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: dad's fridge and it was in there. And I was like, dad,
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: are you on Ozempic? And he's like, son, I don't
- 1:07:01Speaker 4: know what the fuck you're talking about. That's my diabetes medication.
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: He's like, I'm pre-diabetic. And I was like, my dad's
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: like a bona fide housewife. Look at him go. But
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: good for them. Yeah.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: I mean, my God. God made plastic surgeons and scientists too.
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: So if something is better and easy for us, no
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: one's taking a shortcut. But I'm just curious if she
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: is even pursuing that business, being that she's busy with
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: her podcast business. And also just, I don't know why
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: someone would go do a business that's just someone texting you,
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: being mean to you on a text, to tell you
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: to take 500 calories.
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: When you could just- Let me be the villain in
- 1:07:36Speaker 4: this story. I'll do it for free.
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: I'll mean rage text you.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: But does she even promote that business anymore? Do we know?
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: I don't think so. But you know what? They do
- 1:07:43Speaker 4: do great.
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: I mean, even Tamara saw the writing on the wall
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: that got rid of the gym.
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: Fuck that.
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: Just take a shot and take my CBD, gummy. And
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: be happy. Don't be hungry and pass out.
- 1:07:54Speaker 4: She messaged me on Instagram and she's like, why do
- 1:07:57Speaker 4: I always feel like you make me sound like an asshole?
- 1:08:01Speaker 4: I was like, no, I think that you sometimes make
- 1:08:03Speaker 4: yourself sound like an asshole. And then I talk about
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: you being an asshole, but I really like you. And
- 1:08:07Speaker 4: I think that you're great for the show. But if
- 1:08:09Speaker 4: you're an asshole, that's okay. You know, and I had
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: the most awkward interaction with Shannon Bedore. And this was
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: at BravoCon. And I had to go on an apology
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: tour with Gina. And this was also at BravoCon because
- 1:08:21Speaker 4: I did a sit down with a former housewife of
- 1:08:24Speaker 4: OC and Kelly Dodd.
- 1:08:26Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: And we ended up talking and she knew that I
- 1:08:31Speaker 4: was renovating my house at the time. And she said, oh,
- 1:08:35Speaker 4: what's your style? So she was friends with Shannon and
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: she's like, oh my God, that's what Shannon's kitchen looks like.
- 1:08:42Speaker 4: Let's call her after this interview and let's go right
- 1:08:44Speaker 4: over there. She lives like right down the road. Okay.
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: So- I thought that they were fully friends. Then I
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: get to BravoCon and I introduced myself and I was like, hi,
- 1:08:53Speaker 4: I was actually on the phone.
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: So you never did go to the house?
- 1:08:56Speaker 4: We never went to the house. So I introduced myself
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: and I said, you know, I talked to you. or
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: Kelly talked to you on the phone and I was
- 1:09:01Speaker 4: there and I was the guy who was coming to
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: see your kitchen. And she goes, what?
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: What?
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: You know, like kind of what? I don't know who
- 1:09:08Speaker 4: you are. I don't know who the fuck you are.
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: Up and Adam, down and I don't know.
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: She's like down and out.
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: All I know is that I was a very good
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: friend to Kelly. I was an excellent friend. I was there.
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: I don't know why people are saying things. I don't
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: know what, I don't know what's happening.
- 1:09:23Speaker 4: This is my goddamn plate. It was, I didn't realize,
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: but you know how like everything moves so fast in
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: this world, right? They're friends today, tomorrow they're not.
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: And also in a BravoCon situation, there's so many people
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: coming at it. I mean, it is like, it's overstimulation between,
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: for the stars, for people like you and me, and
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: for the fans. It is just a lot. Someone just
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: wrote something that someone sent to me that, I was
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: so rude at BravoCon, and then I was walking through
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: the New York one, and I had a phone, and
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: I was ignoring fans. Well, okay. You know, I'm lucky
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: enough that I'm not a Bravo, but people recognize me.
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: And so when I was trying to actually go to
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: an event, people were asking for photos, and I was
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: taking them, but I really had to be somewhere. So
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: at a certain point, how am I going to get
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: there if I took a– photo with every single person
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: and I'm not blowing someone off. There literally isn't enough time.
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: And I, and I hadn't eaten all day. And I
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: literally was saying to people, you guys, you saw me
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: faint on stage at Tempe. If I don't eat something,
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: I am not. And I get it. I know I'm, they,
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: they just want a picture. Yeah. They don't care about me.
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: I mean, some of them do, but some of them don't.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: Some of it is just like, how many pictures can
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: I collect of the celebrities? And I totally get that.
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: But I also, at a certain point, I'm like, And
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: it's not me thinking I'm fucking, you know, whatever, Julia Roberts.
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: It's not. And so, but it's like, you can't please people.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: So it's like, I also think if she was rude
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: or she was, it's like sometimes so many people were
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: probably coming at her.
- 1:10:55Speaker 4: I didn't find it to be like so rude. I
- 1:10:57Speaker 4: just found it to be like. oh, fuck, I didn't
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: know that there was a disconnect and, like, you guys
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: are no longer friends because you looked at me like, oh, shit.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: They can be friends one day and not, like, you don't.
- 1:11:04Speaker 4: Know, like, throughout the years. It, like, switches.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:11:06Speaker 4: But also I want to say really quick about the
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: whole people, you know, like, having that opinion and being like,
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: she's rude. I just watched this on Saturday when I
- 1:11:13Speaker 4: went to serve for the brunch. Yeah. And I see
- 1:11:16Speaker 4: people walking up to Lisa. I see people walking up
- 1:11:18Speaker 4: to Sheena. And one of the things that I just
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: want to tell anybody, if you are going up to
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: people and you're asking, can I take a photo? just
- 1:11:25Speaker 4: have the fucking camera ready. Have the photo app open.
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: Now can I take a photo, then pull out our
- 1:11:31Speaker 4: phone and then fucking like, oh shit, sorry, it's on video.
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: I made this mistake when I was 18. Hoda Kotb
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: was jogging down in New York City. I was visiting
- 1:11:39Speaker 4: for the first time, bright eyed, bushy tail, and I
- 1:11:41Speaker 4: chased after her. And I'm starting to jog after Hoda Kotb.
- 1:11:44Speaker 4: I didn't even know who, my uncle said, that's Hoda Kotb.
- 1:11:47Speaker 4: So I start running and then I said, can I
- 1:11:49Speaker 4: take a photo with you? And I had it on
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: video and I'm like, oh shit, sorry, sorry, hold on,
- 1:11:52Speaker 4: let me, can I just, fuck. And then I finally
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: got the photo. And now looking back, I'm like, I
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: am that asshole. Like, just have your camera app open.
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: And honestly, you may have never thought of that. So, yeah,
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: I would just say that, you know, like most of
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: us are really going to be happy. We're out in public.
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: We want to be recognized. We're going to be nice
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: about it. Um, but like, yeah. And the other thing,
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: and I, and I listen, I, and I've told my
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: story of when I walked and squatted down with Jerry
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: Seinfeld and totally overstayed my welcome. And I still haunts
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: me to this day. So like, I've been the person too,
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: that hasn't thought about the fact that, Hey, these two
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: people are at a restaurant. They, they met, they want to,
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: they're chatting. They're in the middle of a conversation. They
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: want to finish it. They're happy to acknowledge that you
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: like their show and they're happy to take a photo,
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: but like, That doesn't make them an asshole that they
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: want to finish the conversation with their friend. You don't
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: know what they're talking about. You don't know if someone's
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: bleak to telling like, oh, my God, Adam, I'm so
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: glad you're here. You know, last week, the funeral for
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: my mom was this. And then someone walks in and
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: is like, hi, sorry, I'm a really big, you know,
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: I'm just saying, just think people have to also just
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: know that that these people still have a right to
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: have a meal in public. and like have a nice time.
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: And they may be going through something harder. I think
- 1:13:11Speaker 4: there was a little bit of that last night to
- 1:13:12Speaker 4: be fair, right? There was just a different instance where,
- 1:13:15Speaker 4: you know, there was something that we were, we were
- 1:13:17Speaker 4: talking about the show. We were going over something and then,
- 1:13:20Speaker 4: you know, like it's kind of a similar situation, but yeah,
- 1:13:22Speaker 4: it is sometimes.
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: And, you know, I know the intention is so good.
- 1:13:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:13:27Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: The intention is totally good. I would just say also
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: just be a little bit aware of that as well.
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: But I always tell people like you could absolutely come
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: up to me, ask for a picture, whatever. Um, you know,
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: and if I go out, I know that's the case
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: and I would never say no, but I also want
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: to be, you know, have you be sensitive to other
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: people that maybe are really having a real deep conversation
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: or not in the mood or whatever, you know, and
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: that doesn't make them an asshole that, you know, or
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: rude or don't write up to do a TikTok about
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: them or do it in law. Like let them just
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: have dinner with their friend. Like it's just, you know,
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: it's okay.
- 1:14:04Speaker 4: I was out at Javier's and Heather's an asshole.
- 1:14:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: I appreciate the people that kind of see you And
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: they kind of do wait for the opportunity of you
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: walking to the bathroom or seeing you wait for your car.
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: Those are times you absolutely can approach someone. I think,
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: you know what I mean? There's time. There's a five
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: minutes you're waiting for your car. That's a great time
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: to go and ask, Oh my God. Hi, can I
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: get a photo? Cause you're not interrupting a conversation. There's time.
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: They are dressed. They're cute. They went out in public.
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: I'm just, you know, it's so funny. It's I completely,
- 1:14:35Speaker 4: when I come to LA and like, yes, well, like,
- 1:14:38Speaker 4: in that situation yesterday and talking about, you know, scandal
- 1:14:41Speaker 4: and stuff on YouTube. When I come to LA, it's
- 1:14:43Speaker 4: very different than living in Florida.
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:14:45Speaker 4: And Florida, it's like, I don't fucking know anything about
- 1:14:47Speaker 4: you and you do YouTube. Like what's your real job
- 1:14:49Speaker 4: and all of these things.
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:14:51Speaker 4: And then when you come into LA, it's like, Hey,
- 1:14:53Speaker 4: I've been at them. And it's, it's not like, it's
- 1:14:55Speaker 4: not all the time, you know, but, but especially if
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: I put myself around them, you know, then I know
- 1:15:00Speaker 4: that there, there are going to be those little fun
- 1:15:02Speaker 4: moments like last night. And it's really fun. I just,
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: I get so excited when anybody is like, but also
- 1:15:08Speaker 4: it's because then I go back to my little shell
- 1:15:11Speaker 4: of a shithole back in Florida. And then I sit
- 1:15:13Speaker 4: there and it's like, I don't know who the fuck
- 1:15:15Speaker 4: you are. And I'm like, that's good with me. It's
- 1:15:17Speaker 4: like my retreat.
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: I just thought this was kind of a funny story.
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: This woman's been missing for eight years. She's fine. She
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: didn't realize she was on the missing. Her family said
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: she was missing. She didn't have children or a husband.
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: She just really didn't want to fuck with her family.
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: She didn't know.
- 1:15:34Speaker 4: What? What?
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: They found this woman and they're like, you've been on
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: the missing list for eight years. And she's like, I have.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: Her family put her on missing because she just was
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: done with them, in my opinion, and like wasn't keeping
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: in touch. But she wasn't kidnapped. She wasn't harmed. Like
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: she just didn't want to fuck with them.
- 1:15:56Speaker 4: I thought I was going to be on the missing
- 1:15:58Speaker 4: list last night, to be honest with you. So this
- 1:16:00Speaker 4: is something that shit. Maybe. Oh, I have, that's a
- 1:16:03Speaker 4: totally different story. I gotta tell you about this. I
- 1:16:04Speaker 4: gotta tell you.
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: Tell the story.
- 1:16:05Speaker 4: Okay. So last night after we end up leaving, you know,
- 1:16:10Speaker 4: and everybody goes home, right? There was the bottle service,
- 1:16:13Speaker 4: all of that. It was a great night. Everybody's having fun. Well,
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: we got back to the hotel and I went to
- 1:16:18Speaker 4: call my mom. I talked to, my mom's at my
- 1:16:20Speaker 4: house watching my dogs and I just went to call
- 1:16:22Speaker 4: her and give her a recap of the night. And
- 1:16:24Speaker 4: I take my AirPods and I told Jason, I said,
- 1:16:26Speaker 4: I'm going back outside and I'm going to walk because
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: I know you're going to sleep. Well, when we got there,
- 1:16:31Speaker 4: we left our hotel key at the bourbon room with
- 1:16:34Speaker 4: my Ray-Bans. And we had to go up to the
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: front desk when we first got back to the hotel,
- 1:16:40Speaker 4: the Kempton, Beverly Hills. I'm giving you a shout out
- 1:16:42Speaker 4: because I want a free night.
- 1:16:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:16:43Speaker 4: And they had to change our room key. So then
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: I walk out after changing the room key, grab the
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: old room key off the dresser and 30 minutes come back.
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: Now it doesn't work.
- 1:16:54Speaker 4: Now it doesn't work. And your husband's asleep. My husband's
- 1:16:57Speaker 4: passed out. Right. He enjoyed the night, right?
- 1:16:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:17:00Speaker 4: I go downstairs. There's this really bitchy man who I
- 1:17:05Speaker 4: was like, hi, hi. I was just down here with
- 1:17:07Speaker 4: my husband. You saw me. Literally, you saw me. And
- 1:17:10Speaker 4: he changed our room keys. I said, I just need
- 1:17:13Speaker 4: another key. He fell asleep. And he's like, long night.
- 1:17:17Speaker 4: And I was like, yeah, you can say that. And
- 1:17:20Speaker 4: I was like, he said, I need your ID. I
- 1:17:22Speaker 4: handed him my ID. And he's like, doesn't say Jason
- 1:17:25Speaker 4: on it. And I was like, right. And he's like,
- 1:17:28Speaker 4: your name's not on the room. And I was like, okay,
- 1:17:30Speaker 4: but that card with my LLC on it, that my
- 1:17:33Speaker 4: business card that's attached to this account, it's my business card.
- 1:17:37Speaker 4: I'm married. Do you need photo? What do you need?
- 1:17:39Speaker 4: I said, I also have my husband's email on my phone.
- 1:17:41Speaker 4: I can show you the reservation, everything. He's like, sir,
- 1:17:44Speaker 4: I need you to relax right now. There are people
- 1:17:46Speaker 4: who come here and cheat on their spouses all the time.
- 1:17:49Speaker 4: And we can't just let you go barge in the room.
- 1:17:51Speaker 4: And I was like, what kind of fucking what kind
- 1:17:54Speaker 4: of story is that? Right. And he's like, I need
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: you to relax right now. And I was like, he said,
- 1:18:00Speaker 4: do you want me to call the room? I said, oh,
- 1:18:02Speaker 4: it's funny that you say that, Kenton Beverly Hills, because
- 1:18:06Speaker 4: earlier that afternoon, I forgot shaving cream. So I called
- 1:18:10Speaker 4: down to the hotel or to the lobby. I tried
- 1:18:12Speaker 4: to call down. And my phone isn't working.
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: The phone in the room.
- 1:18:16Speaker 4: The phone in the room.
- 1:18:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:18:17Speaker 4: So then I went down there and I was like, hey,
- 1:18:18Speaker 4: I was just trying to call you guys, but I
- 1:18:19Speaker 4: guess my phone in the room is not working. They said,
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: do you want us to send somebody up to switch
- 1:18:23Speaker 4: out the phone? I said, no, I'm headed out and
- 1:18:25Speaker 4: I have all my shit everywhere. I don't want you
- 1:18:26Speaker 4: guys going in my room. That's why there's the do
- 1:18:28Speaker 4: not clean right now. So no, they didn't go switch
- 1:18:31Speaker 4: to the phone. So now, of course, the phone doesn't
- 1:18:34Speaker 4: work for him to call up to wake Jason up.
- 1:18:37Speaker 4: And I'm telling him this. And I said, what are you,
- 1:18:39Speaker 4: can you do a wellness check? Can you open the door?
- 1:18:41Speaker 4: He's like, would you like me to call the police
- 1:18:42Speaker 4: to do a wellness check? And then I said, no,
- 1:18:46Speaker 4: can you just go open the door? This is my room.
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: And I said, you just. saw me. He's like, I
- 1:18:51Speaker 4: don't remember seeing you. I was like, really? Really? And
- 1:18:54Speaker 4: so then he said, sir, you need to back away
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: from the desk or I'm calling the police and I'm
- 1:18:59Speaker 4: telling them you're harassing me. And I was like, so
- 1:19:03Speaker 4: I look at my phone. My phone is on 6%.
- 1:19:06Speaker 4: I have my mom on the phone like, this is ridiculous.
- 1:19:08Speaker 4: My mom's like, Adam, what is going on? I have
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: my wallet, everything. I'm walking at like two o'clock in
- 1:19:13Speaker 4: the morning through Beverly Hills. I find myself, I don't
- 1:19:16Speaker 4: even know what the hotel was called. It was a
- 1:19:17Speaker 4: motel next to like a Crackle Barrel or something, an
- 1:19:21Speaker 4: IHOP or something, some shitty hotel. I took a photo
- 1:19:24Speaker 4: of it. I have to show you. There's a little
- 1:19:26Speaker 4: AC unit in the window, these plaid, awful like curtains
- 1:19:29Speaker 4: and this bed, totally probably a bed bug something. And
- 1:19:31Speaker 4: I probably, maybe that's why I'm itchy. But then all
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: of a sudden at 530 in the morning, I wake
- 1:19:36Speaker 4: up to a text because I asked the guy downstairs,
- 1:19:39Speaker 4: do you have a charger? And he's like, I don't
- 1:19:41Speaker 4: think anybody here has iPhones. And let me see if
- 1:19:44Speaker 4: there's one in the lost and found.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: At the bad hotel.
- 1:19:46Speaker 4: At the bad hotel. And so he found one. He's like, oh, look,
- 1:19:49Speaker 4: I have one right here. I was like, oh, thank you.
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: So you're at the crappy hotel. You have a phone charger.
- 1:19:55Speaker 4: 530 in the morning. I look up my phone. My mom,
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: are you alive? Yes, mom. And then Jason.
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: Don't ever go, yes, mom. That is all we care
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: about is that.
- 1:20:04Speaker 4: Our kid is alive. No, no, I mean like.
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: Okay, go ahead.
- 1:20:07Speaker 4: Not in a bad way.
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: I know, but as a mother.
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: No, I love, my mom is my best friend.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:20:11Speaker 4: But then Jason, hey, where are you? Where am I?
- 1:20:17Speaker 4: I've been through a total fucking shit show after literally
- 1:20:19Speaker 4: doing Sheena's show, having a great night, Tara fucking Reed
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: and her bullshit and everything else.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: Fighting Tom Sandoval's new girlfriend.
- 1:20:26Speaker 4: And now you saw me today. I'm walking all bow-legged
- 1:20:29Speaker 4: and shit from these heels. I brought new shoes here.
- 1:20:32Speaker 4: Not heels, but shoes. Shoes that look like my heels.
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: This is, oh my God, it's crazy. I have two
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: quick stories. One is a Josh Wolfe story, the comedian
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: Josh Wolfe. He had something happen where his wife, you know,
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: was traveling with him and she went to the room
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: and same thing, didn't have a key or whatever. And
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: his name was not on the room and she passed
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: out and was asleep. And then, so he had to
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: get another room and she's waking up in the middle
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: of the night. And she's like that motherfucker, like, what
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: is he doing? Cheating on me? Like, what is, where
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: is he? All this awful stuff. So that's happened. Definitely
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: the moral of the story is make sure that whoever
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: is in the room, that both of your names are
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: on it, regardless of the card, regardless of who, if
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: you went through the hotel or Expedia, I always make
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: sure when my husband's joining, Peter is on it or
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: my son or whatever or vice versa. The other thing
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: that happened when I was like 20, I was in
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: San Francisco, I was 22 or something, and we were
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: there for like the SC Stanford game and we were
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: staying at my friend's aunt's place and we like, I
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: didn't know where they, I was hanging out with some
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: people They already went back and it was like this
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: gate and I couldn't get in the gate. And this
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: is like before cell phones. And I didn't know where
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: I was going to go. And I had no credit
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: card or any money. And so these guys come and
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: the guy's like, I'm like, I think I just got
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: to stay at this hotel. And so this guy paid
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: for my hotel and I'm like, okay, bye. And I
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: like locked the door and he's like trying to get in.
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: And I'm like, just leave me alone. It was so awful.
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: So scary. But it was a very similar, awful thing.
- 1:22:09Speaker 4: So I'm saying, It's a learning curve.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: I also always ask for like four keys.
- 1:22:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: And then make sure that everybody is on the name.
- 1:22:17Speaker 4: Well, then once he, when he switched the key, it deactivated.
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: Right, no, I understand that because the key didn't work,
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: but like, yeah.
- 1:22:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: One more question I wanted to ask because there's all
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: this stuff that's happening with the divorce between Kevin Costner
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: and Christine. She says the 129 is not sufficient for
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: her child support. She said when they met, he was
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: worth a hundred million. Now he's worth 400 million. So
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: it has to be adjusted. you know, the kids, this
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: isn't a custody thing, but you started to tell me
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: a story about you and I did, and you were
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: fine to share it. And I do think this is
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: an interesting situation about, cause you're a child of divorce. Yes.
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: So what happened?
- 1:22:53Speaker 4: Okay. So, um, this is funny. Um, 129,000, that is
- 1:22:57Speaker 4: definitely not enough for anybody to raise a kid. Holy shit. Um,
- 1:23:00Speaker 4: a month, a month. Um, my mom, actually my mom
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: and my dad, um, they were already divorced, but My
- 1:23:08Speaker 4: dad and her, they had joint custody. Well, my dad,
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: a long time ago, he, when my mom was pregnant
- 1:23:15Speaker 4: with me, he ended up leaving her and had this girlfriend.
- 1:23:19Speaker 4: She was a psychopath. And then years later, when I'm 13,
- 1:23:22Speaker 4: he ended up leaving his new wife for this woman.
- 1:23:26Speaker 4: My mom hated this woman. She like triggered her. So
- 1:23:30Speaker 4: my dad's like, you know what? You're causing problems in
- 1:23:33Speaker 4: my life. I'm moving my son from Palm Beach, Florida
- 1:23:36Speaker 4: to Chattanooga, Tennessee. And there's nothing you can do about it.
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: My mom was like, okay, I'm taking you to court.
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: Now, were you the only child of your mom's?
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: I'm the only child between my mom and my dad.
- 1:23:48Speaker 4: And then they have other children. Okay. But so my
- 1:23:51Speaker 4: dad said, I'm taking him to Tennessee. They both lawyered up. Well,
- 1:23:55Speaker 4: come to find out, my dad's attorney was the same attorney.
- 1:23:59Speaker 4: I believe her name is Christy, who... who represented whoever
- 1:24:04Speaker 4: to get Anna Nicole Smith to her body to the
- 1:24:07Speaker 4: Bahamas next to her son, Daniel. And my mom sat
- 1:24:11Speaker 4: in a mediation room across from this woman. She was
- 1:24:13Speaker 4: a shark. And she started talking about how my mom
- 1:24:16Speaker 4: was not capable of taking care of me because she
- 1:24:19Speaker 4: already has two kids and she worked two jobs. My
- 1:24:21Speaker 4: mom was a career server and she was always hustling,
- 1:24:24Speaker 4: always working. You She's talking about– So.
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: The only reason that she was saying that she was
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: not qualified is just because she really wasn't wealthy. There
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: was no drugs.
- 1:24:35Speaker 4: And my dad made a lot more money.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: But there was no drugs.
- 1:24:37Speaker 4: No drugs, no alcohol, like none of that. None of that.
- 1:24:41Speaker 4: It was just like you are a working mom and
- 1:24:43Speaker 4: his dad can give him a better life. Well, the
- 1:24:46Speaker 4: way that she was presenting it, they– I just learned
- 1:24:48Speaker 4: this from my dad. They went in there and my
- 1:24:50Speaker 4: dad said if you press on her, you press on her,
- 1:24:53Speaker 4: like you will trigger her. She'll snap. And you'll get
- 1:24:55Speaker 4: a reaction. She'll snap. That's exactly what they did. So
- 1:24:58Speaker 4: my mom, it was like a Shannon Medora. It's on
- 1:25:00Speaker 4: my fucking plate, you bitch.
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:25:02Speaker 4: And like, she's like, you fucking bitch. And called her
- 1:25:04Speaker 4: every name in the book.
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: Your mom called the attorney a bitch.
- 1:25:06Speaker 4: A bitch. And she looked at my dad and she
- 1:25:09Speaker 4: looked at my mom and she's like, okay. She's like,
- 1:25:12Speaker 4: I'm waiving all of the fees and you just made
- 1:25:15Speaker 4: this personal. You're losing your kid. And whoa, it was
- 1:25:19Speaker 4: literally like a month later, full custody. I was in
- 1:25:22Speaker 4: the back of a van and I am getting drove,
- 1:25:25Speaker 4: like driven to Tennessee and And I left and I
- 1:25:28Speaker 4: went from seeing my mom three out of the seven
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: days a week. And she would pick me up and
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: all of that to seeing her for seven days for
- 1:25:35Speaker 4: Christmas and a month and a half for summer. But
- 1:25:38Speaker 4: then my evil stepmom would make me come back the
- 1:25:41Speaker 4: second half because I would have to readjust to what
- 1:25:45Speaker 4: life was with rules and regulations. So I would only
- 1:25:48Speaker 4: get such a limited time with her until I was 18.
- 1:25:50Speaker 4: I hate this story. But going back... No, because it just... Like,
- 1:25:55Speaker 4: it wasn't fair, you know? So going back to it,
- 1:25:58Speaker 4: it's just like... I know. She's just like my best friend.
- 1:26:01Speaker 4: And like now, everything that I do, whether it's like
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: when I moved to New York or Florida, I just
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: have her with me everywhere. And I want her to
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: be a part of everything that I do.
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: Because you missed all that time.
- 1:26:12Speaker 4: Because I missed it.
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: So that is not what I intended. Sorry. Sorry. I'm
- 1:26:16Speaker 4: a cancer.
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: But I honestly... I wanted you to tell the story
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: because you mentioned it briefly before we started the show.
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: And I said, are you okay talking about it? And
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: I wanted you to talk about it because, I mean, I'm,
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: you know, whatever. I just talked to so many people
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: and I think we don't hear enough from adults that
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: lived through the divorce and lived through the custody and
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: lived through the things and their perspective. And I think
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: their perspective is really important that people hear that that
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: might be going through that today. And I'm not saying
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: there's a way to get out of it as a
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: parent that's, you know, at odds with their ex about custody,
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: but like, you know, and, and the, and the splitting
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: of time and like, you know, one thing I said
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: was when they, when you do live in the same
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: town and you split the week and a half and stuff,
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: how I brought it once up on a show and
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: people were like, I'm so glad you brought that up
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: because it was awful. And I, You're right. It would
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: be better if we could go back more to the
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: more traditional of like, the mom has a kid during
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: the week and the dad is the Disneyland dad or whatever. Yeah.
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: And I think there was something that happened where it
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: was like, no, fathers should have rights. And I agree
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: with that. But at the same time, it's like, I
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: don't know. I think the family system is really, unfortunately,
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: it's like they tried to make strides one way. And
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: in the end, it's always just the kids that miss out. Yeah.
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: It's just like, it's really... unfortunate how heartbreaking that must
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: have been you would have wanted to be with your
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: mom in retrospect and not not then it's not like
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: you had a choice.
- 1:27:53Speaker 4: Well the problem was and like and my dad and
- 1:27:55Speaker 4: i feel so bad because the woman like i it
- 1:27:59Speaker 4: was i haven't gone to therapy for this sort of
- 1:28:01Speaker 4: thing you just did right here yeah yeah yeah yeah
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: yeah but the woman who he had um she really
- 1:28:06Speaker 4: did like she tortured me like torture like physically mentally
- 1:28:09Speaker 4: emotionally and Like with food, there was a lot of things.
- 1:28:12Speaker 4: What do you mean she wouldn't let you eat? No,
- 1:28:14Speaker 4: she would pick things that I couldn't eat or that whatever,
- 1:28:19Speaker 4: and that would be dinner for the night. And if
- 1:28:20Speaker 4: I didn't eat it, then I didn't eat.
- 1:28:23Speaker 1: Like a mommy dearest with the steak?
- 1:28:25Speaker 4: Oh, like psycho. And then her kids would get chicken
- 1:28:27Speaker 4: tenders and pizza. And then there was one time where
- 1:28:30Speaker 4: she poured a bowl of like hot chili on my chest, right?
- 1:28:34Speaker 4: And I had a mark. Still right here, I still
- 1:28:36Speaker 4: have a mark. And then there was another time when
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: we moved up to Tennessee. My mom wrote in this
- 1:28:41Speaker 4: journal every day for the summer when she was in
- 1:28:43Speaker 4: between her breaks. And it was this little book. And
- 1:28:45Speaker 4: I remember finding it because it was in her compartment
- 1:28:48Speaker 4: in the middle of her car. And it was just
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: every day her writing how much she loved me. I'm like,
- 1:28:52Speaker 4: I'm thinking about you. And it was supposed to be positive.
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: And she would take photos with those little things like
- 1:28:57Speaker 4: and it spits out the photo right away.
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: Polaroid.
- 1:29:00Speaker 4: Yeah, Polaroid. And she all of these things. Well, Wendy
- 1:29:05Speaker 4: took that and she burned all the photos of her.
- 1:29:08Speaker 4: She took the book. So I didn't have that.
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: You took the book. It was your in your possession.
- 1:29:13Speaker 4: Yeah. My mom gave it to me when I left.
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: Yeah. She destroyed your mother's book.
- 1:29:17Speaker 4: She destroyed the book. She destroyed all the photos. I
- 1:29:19Speaker 4: came home and my laptop with all of my photos
- 1:29:22Speaker 4: of my mom and my brothers. It was floating underneath.
- 1:29:24Speaker 4: It was in the bathtub.
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: And what would your dad say about all this stuff?
- 1:29:28Speaker 4: Well, she would manipulate my dad. And my dad... So
- 1:29:32Speaker 4: my dad had... Like, he really... She had a handle
- 1:29:35Speaker 4: on him.
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: She was truly the evil stepmother.
- 1:29:37Speaker 4: She really was. And she would say, you know, like,
- 1:29:40Speaker 4: I didn't do that. Your son, he's just mad that
- 1:29:43Speaker 4: you're not with his mom. He thinks you guys are
- 1:29:45Speaker 4: going to get back together. He's doing... Like, Derek, you
- 1:29:47Speaker 4: can obviously see that this is a problem. But my dad...
- 1:29:50Speaker 4: The reason I didn't want to live with my dad
- 1:29:52Speaker 4: at the time was my dad's a workaholic. He worked
- 1:29:54Speaker 4: 80 hours a week.
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: He works.
- 1:29:55Speaker 4: you know, climbing telephone poles and just like all of
- 1:29:58Speaker 4: these other things that he did. And he had his
- 1:30:00Speaker 4: own business. He was never home. So if I wanted
- 1:30:02Speaker 4: to bond with my dad, I would sit in his
- 1:30:03Speaker 4: work truck while he was working. And those were my
- 1:30:06Speaker 4: moments with dad. So usually I was with her and
- 1:30:08Speaker 4: that's why I didn't understand why I had to go
- 1:30:10Speaker 4: live with her because she was raising me. And going
- 1:30:14Speaker 4: back to it, I said to her, because my mom
- 1:30:16Speaker 4: would write me a letter every single day in the
- 1:30:17Speaker 4: mail and stick it in the mail and put money
- 1:30:19Speaker 4: in for food and stuff because she knew that I
- 1:30:21Speaker 4: wasn't eating and she knew everything that was happening. It
- 1:30:25Speaker 4: was terrible.
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: I can't even imagine if my son was going through this.
- 1:30:29Speaker 4: So then I set the bitch up and I was like, oh,
- 1:30:32Speaker 4: I'm going to get her. My dad pulled me out
- 1:30:34Speaker 4: of school one day early and he said, son, will
- 1:30:38Speaker 4: you go check the mailbox? He's like, pull over because Tennessee,
- 1:30:41Speaker 4: you live on a couple acres, right? Mailbox is way
- 1:30:42Speaker 4: at the fucking end of the street. And we open
- 1:30:45Speaker 4: the mailbox and there's a card from my mom, right?
- 1:30:48Speaker 4: So I was like, dad, dad, dad, this is the moment.
- 1:30:50Speaker 4: I kept telling him she is stealing my mail from
- 1:30:53Speaker 4: my mom. No, she's not. She wouldn't do that. I'm like, dad,
- 1:30:56Speaker 4: I'm telling you. Mom's not lying to me. She's sending
- 1:30:58Speaker 4: me things. And he's like, okay, you want to do that?
- 1:31:01Speaker 4: We'll do it. So we put the mail back in
- 1:31:03Speaker 4: the mailbox. And then my dad said, you know what? Shit, son.
- 1:31:08Speaker 4: I need to go get a part really quick from Walmart.
- 1:31:10Speaker 4: I'm going to go to Walmart. And I said, I'm
- 1:31:11Speaker 4: going to sit here and stare at this mailbox. And
- 1:31:13Speaker 4: I'm waiting. Comes in.
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: So you're like hiding, staring at it?
- 1:31:17Speaker 4: I'm looking out the window.
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:31:18Speaker 4: Watching her. She pulls up in this excursion and it
- 1:31:21Speaker 4: says her name and last name Waite. Because it was
- 1:31:25Speaker 4: all about her way. And she pulls up, grabs the mail,
- 1:31:29Speaker 4: and then she comes up and I walk up and
- 1:31:30Speaker 4: let's just call her asshole. So I was like, hi, asshole.
- 1:31:35Speaker 4: Did I get any mail from my mom? Don't you
- 1:31:37Speaker 4: think if you had a letter, I would fucking tell you?
- 1:31:41Speaker 4: Get out of my face. And I was like, okay, well,
- 1:31:44Speaker 4: have a good day. And I was like, I got you.
- 1:31:46Speaker 4: I got you. My dad comes home 10 minutes later
- 1:31:50Speaker 4: and I said to him, what happened? And he's like,
- 1:31:53Speaker 4: How do I know that you didn't go back when
- 1:31:55Speaker 4: I went to Walmart and took it out to frame her?
- 1:31:57Speaker 4: And I was like, you got to be kidding. Well,
- 1:32:01Speaker 4: then eventually my dad and her got a divorce. My
- 1:32:03Speaker 4: dad ended up leaving her and she left all of
- 1:32:06Speaker 4: her stuff in our house. And it was just that
- 1:32:10Speaker 4: was my time to get even. She had a really
- 1:32:12Speaker 4: bad eBay addiction. She bought all designer things. I literally
- 1:32:15Speaker 4: took bleach to everything. It was like I couldn't get...
- 1:32:18Speaker 4: I knew she was out of my life. I took
- 1:32:20Speaker 4: her camera. I slammed the camera on the ground. I
- 1:32:24Speaker 4: did everything to her that she did to me now
- 1:32:26Speaker 4: that I knew that my dad had moved on. He
- 1:32:27Speaker 4: found a new woman and he wasn't into her anymore.
- 1:32:30Speaker 4: I was safe. This is like, oh, now it's time.
- 1:32:34Speaker 4: I literally barricaded. We had a tri-level house.
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: Did you ever find any of the letters?
- 1:32:39Speaker 4: No.
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: Oh, she probably just threw them away.
- 1:32:40Speaker 4: No, she would take the money out of them and
- 1:32:42Speaker 4: then she would throw them away. Yeah, everything.
- 1:32:44Speaker 3: But.
- 1:32:45Speaker 4: It just now come to find out she reached out
- 1:32:48Speaker 4: to me two years ago and apologized for torturing me legitimately.
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: What did she say?
- 1:32:53Speaker 4: She said, you know, I just I want to say
- 1:32:56Speaker 4: I saw you on YouTube. And I was like, oh,
- 1:33:00Speaker 4: and she's like, I want to say that I'm so
- 1:33:02Speaker 4: sorry for everything. And I was like, I don't forgive
- 1:33:05Speaker 4: you ever for that because of how long it was.
- 1:33:10Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:33:10Speaker 4: And I'm not a victim or a martyr. My husband
- 1:33:12Speaker 4: taught me that. Like when I met him, I met
- 1:33:14Speaker 4: him at 20. And he said, you can't make your
- 1:33:17Speaker 4: life about this. You're free from that. You're safe now.
- 1:33:20Speaker 4: So now you live your life. You're not a victim.
- 1:33:22Speaker 4: And it was so true. You know?
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: I just, as a mom of boys too, especially of anybody,
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: boy or girl, to think that my kid was going
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: for your mom to know that she was sending all
- 1:33:38Speaker 1: this to you. And that she financially couldn't win. Yeah.
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: And that this woman was torturing her son and you'll
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: never get those. I'm so glad that you're close now.
- 1:33:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: But it fucking infuriates me. It infuriates me whenever I
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: see anything about any child abuse. Yeah. I mean, it's
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: child abuse. It was absolutely horrific. And I don't care
- 1:33:58Speaker 1: that this woman now realizes it.
- 1:34:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: I mean, I hope that she will have some type
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: of penance and is making up for it in some
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: other good way for the torture that she put you through.
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: But- Wow. That is such an awful story.
- 1:34:13Speaker 4: Well, it breaks my heart now because now my dad
- 1:34:16Speaker 4: apologizes to me for it all the time.
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: For not listening. And how awful for your dad. Just
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: like a woman that brings in a man who tortures
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: their kids or molests their kids or whatever, and the
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: woman thought this guy was going to be a great
- 1:34:29Speaker 1: father figure. I always feel really bad for the parent
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: that didn't know or didn't believe.
- 1:34:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: That's got to be torture for them too.
- 1:34:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:34:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:34:38Speaker 4: Well, and I was always a liar, right? But now
- 1:34:41Speaker 4: that he knows, it's like, and I do feel bad
- 1:34:43Speaker 4: now because now he always feels guilty for it. And
- 1:34:46Speaker 4: my mom's like, I told you that bitch was crazy.
- 1:34:48Speaker 4: I told you. And my mom is just like, my
- 1:34:50Speaker 4: mom is like, sweet home Alabama. You don't mess with mama.
- 1:34:56Speaker 4: That is how she is. She's sharp on the tongue
- 1:34:59Speaker 4: and she's witty. And she's like, if I see that
- 1:35:02Speaker 4: bitch one day, like if I ever see her and
- 1:35:05Speaker 4: I'm like, no, it's like, it was like when Bethany said, like,
- 1:35:08Speaker 4: I would murder somebody.
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: That acting is like, I would kill someone.
- 1:35:11Speaker 4: Yeah. No, my mom really would kill somebody.
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: This really, I would.
- 1:35:15Speaker 4: In this situation, like, you know, but again, I'm not
- 1:35:18Speaker 4: a victim, not a martyr, but it is like, wow.
- 1:35:22Speaker 4: It's just looking back.
- 1:35:23Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:35:23Speaker 4: Bethany.
- 1:35:23Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:35:24Speaker 4: You know?
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:35:25Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:35:25Speaker 4: Wow.
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: Well, we've talked for a really long time. We had
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: some fun. We got some juice.
- 1:35:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: We got some heart. Might be a perfect episode.
- 1:35:34Speaker 4: Oh, shit.
- 1:35:34Speaker 3: Sorry.
- 1:35:35Speaker 4: Sorry. It was awesome.
- 1:35:37Speaker 3: Okay, good.
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: It was awesome. I adore you. Tell everybody if they're
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: not aware of how they can follow you and find
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: you and all that good stuff.
- 1:35:45Speaker 4: Yeah. You guys can find me on Up and Atom
- 1:35:48Speaker 4: Live on YouTube. And then we have Up and Atom
- 1:35:50Speaker 4: Live 2 now, which is like our messy little sister
- 1:35:53Speaker 4: channel where we have all of the spillover content because
- 1:35:56Speaker 4: we just pump out a lot and People don't know this,
- 1:35:59Speaker 4: but after a certain amount of videos on YouTube, the
- 1:36:01Speaker 4: algorithm like suppresses your content and it doesn't push it
- 1:36:05Speaker 4: out the same. So it's like, okay, so then we
- 1:36:07Speaker 4: need a second channel. So Up and Atom Live 1
- 1:36:09Speaker 4: and 2.
- 1:36:11Speaker 1: That is awesome. Thank you for being so open and sharing.
- 1:36:14Speaker 1: And I'm so glad that we're friends.
- 1:36:16Speaker 4: Yeah, me too. Jason always says to me, he's like,
- 1:36:19Speaker 4: you're too much of an open book, but this felt
- 1:36:20Speaker 4: like therapy. I feel good.
- 1:36:22Speaker 1: I think it's going to touch... a lot of people's heart,
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: whether they were a victim as a child or they
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: were a victim of a horrible court system. So you
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: might be hearing a lot, but I just think the
- 1:36:35Speaker 1: fact that you're doing so great today and the fact
- 1:36:38Speaker 1: that you have a great relationship with your mom and
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: your dad, you won, even though you had to suffer
- 1:36:43Speaker 1: through so much. Maybe that's why you are a nice,
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: successful person too.
- 1:36:47Speaker 4: Hey, I'll keep you around Heather. And thank you for
- 1:36:50Speaker 4: having me. Thank you for having me. And just like,
- 1:36:52Speaker 4: It's always just, it's great to see you. Seeing you
- 1:36:54Speaker 4: last night and then just being, I was so excited
- 1:36:56Speaker 4: because the first time I came here, I was so nervous.
- 1:36:58Speaker 4: And this time I was just like, let's do the
- 1:36:59Speaker 4: damn thing. Fuck shit up. Juicy scoop. Good. Yeah.
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: Love you. Bye.
- 1:37:07Speaker 2: From morning swims in Sandy Cove to coffee in Ranala
- 1:37:11Speaker 2: or walks along Sandy Mount Strand.
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: At a certain point, where you live shapes how you live.
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: Maybe you want more space, a shorter commute.
- 1:37:19Speaker 2: Or simply somewhere that feels more like where you are now.
- 1:37:22Speaker 2: On daft.ie, you can explore the most sought-after homes for
- 1:37:26Speaker 2: sale across South Dublin. When you're ready for the next chapter,
- 1:37:30Speaker 2: start with Ireland's number one property platform, daft.ie.
