- 4:09really look, what are you gonna do? Yes, I'll hoot for that
- 4:17baby. M hmmm. So before we get into Beverly Hills today, let's
- 4:23get into some dish serving dish. Did you guys see the new Jersey trailer
- 4:30drop? So this new season is coming out May fifth, Emily, she
- 4:34was just really raving about it before we popped on. I'm very excited and
- 4:40it's just basically Jersey Shure adult. Now that's what you know. It's we
- 4:45had, yeah, Jersey Shore babies. That was Suki and now we're Jersey
- 4:48Shore adults like Muppet babies. You're you said Souki? Uh yeah, like
- 4:55the cat or Snooky. I'm thinking of True Blood yes, and I meant
- 5:02Snookie. Yeah, Sky Vampire Bill I was a vampire Bill stand anyway.
- 5:14Yeah, show seasons that I cut and run. But that's neither here nor
- 5:16there. Yeah, I just think we've just crossed over now into just it
- 5:23just feels so MTV Jersey Shore. Not because of Danielle, let's be real
- 5:29Danielle, but all the d drinking like it's like senior week, you know,
- 5:35like and it's just it's I don't because it really entertaining. Yeah,
- 5:44wow, Yeah, Paulie is still married and like out of nowhere, it's
- 5:48a there's pushback about like marrying Dolores. I was really surprised. Yeah,
- 5:55that one took me. And it's time, you know, they've I love
- 5:59them, but look it's time we start taking the magnifying glass out and looking
- 6:02at them. You know, well, clearly it's important to her and not
- 6:11important to him, or one marriage is very important to him. Not too
- 6:15right, right, right, So that's happening. Also, the Jackie and
- 6:21Teresa are friends, which is a whole new switch. We haven't seen this
- 6:26air at all ever. And then of course we got the little nugget of
- 6:31Joe saying that Louie pissed away all of Teresa's money and them having a little
- 6:40bit of an argument. Teresa remind her to Darlings and the nation, Teresa
- 6:46did not sign a prenup with Louie Andy, Yeah, because I remember Andy
- 6:49asking her and then basically needing smelling salts when she was like, now,
- 6:56now I didn't I don't believe in it. Yeah. Wow, Yeah,
- 7:01it's true love. It says it on my bail. Not a lot of
- 7:08in this trailer Melissa Teresa's stuff. Did you notice that? I didn't notice
- 7:14it, Yeah, exactly. So we're not getting any teasers about their contentious
- 7:20relationship, which is a real breath of fresh air. Yeah. I mean
- 7:26obviously it will be there no matter what. So sure, an underlying foundation,
- 7:30but at least we can move in and like I wasn't seeing a lot
- 7:33of people being like, oh great, another season where we're doing this.
- 7:38So I'm very happy about that. May fifth, it's happening. Another piece
- 7:43of news is that TMZ is reporting that Andy Cohen is firing back at Liam
- 7:48McSweeney for the claims that she said about him in her lawsuit. And it
- 7:57basically says that his lawyer fired off a letter to Leah and they make it
- 8:03very clear that they believe her allegation of cocaine use against Andy is false and
- 8:07defamatory. His lawyers said, in no uncertain terms that we demand that you
- 8:13immediately retract and withdraw all allegations relating to mister Cohen's purported cocaine use. If
- 8:20she doesn't, they say they're taking her to court, the people's court.
- 8:33And they also say, to be clear, these allegations are categorically false,
- 8:35mister Cohen, never use cocaine in the bathroom with Doorate or any cast member
- 8:43on the Real Housewives Show, or with any other Bravo employee. The absence
- 8:48of any reasonable basis to make such allegations is confirmed by your pleading itself.
- 8:52So uh, yeah, it's about time that then. Yeah. I mean,
- 9:00I'm not saying that all these lawsuits are without merit at all, but
- 9:05this one, I was like, Leah, what, And even if it
- 9:13was real, the way it was worded was such that I was like,
- 9:18wait, couldn't they this could You're basically setting up the argument for the other
- 9:22side. I just didn't understand. So, but some of the other I
- 9:26guess. There's a new episode of Bravo Jacket and they talk about the Raquel
- 9:30one. I haven't listened to that yet. Yes, they do, the
- 9:35Leah one. I always feel like Leah is trying too hard, and this
- 9:41is another example of her trying too hard. But listen, it's March,
- 9:46it's lawsuit season, so we get out your lawsuits. Where are your lawsuits?
- 9:52Yea, where your last and Panton jacket suits. Law suits up?
- 10:00Where your lawsuits at? Hey, we haven't heard anything about Kim and Croy
- 10:03lately. What are they up to? Probably it's literally been not even a
- 10:07week and I know what you're saying, whatever happened to It's been a long
- 10:18Morgan and Kyle they were seen at Chateau Marmont and they were tending the Vanity
- 10:24Fair party together. So that's what I've got, Not gossip leaking from the
- 10:31chateau. Wow, that's supposed to be very quiet. You can get away
- 10:37with it at the chateau exclusive. Well, they're in the car and we
- 10:43see them walking in or out. They have flowers, so they must be
- 10:46walking out. Now have you been to the Chateau marmal Emily? I have
- 10:52years in it. Yeah it is and there's a great book about it too,
- 10:58about its history if you just look it up. Just look up just
- 11:03how who all died in those rooms? Like whoa right? You know,
- 11:05it's just a book of o ding in the rooms and just people that lived
- 11:09there forever. That always fascinates me, Like when it's like, well we
- 11:13just lived in the bungalow for ten years. Yeah, we're going to take
- 11:18up. But the bungalows just for a little while until it all, you
- 11:22know, until the lawsuits just you know, blow over. And there's also
- 11:28like the pool is very tiny, you know, I think people, it's
- 11:33not when you think of it, you think of some luxury like be like
- 11:37the Hilton or something, the Beverly Hills Hilton, or just like a basic
- 11:41current hotel, but it is not in this very old school. Yes,
- 11:45it really feels quaint. It's small, it's intimate, it's cool. Yeah,
- 11:50I like you vibe. Before we get into our episode of Beverly Hills

- 13:07Emily, why don't we get into Beverly Hills baby duh? Yes?
- 13:15Reunion two, Reunion two Wowbloo Reunion two boogloo. This is like I really
- 13:26felt like Kyle slayed for better, for better or for worse, she slayd.
- 13:31I felt like she really put Sutton in her place. I'm sorry.
- 13:35I you might disagree with me, Emily, but no, I've been saying
- 13:39that the whole season. I think I've been saying that for a couple of
- 13:41years. I've been saying, like I don't know shit about Sutton, and
- 13:46like I was so glad that Kyle said that, and she really laid it
- 13:50out perfectly, like I have given you. I've been on this show for
- 13:54thirteen years, You've seen everything. Yes, what are you talking about your
- 14:01horse? Like? I mean, so that was amazing. And then she's
- 14:05like, oh, we're going to talk about my horse. Now you're gonna
- 14:07pick up a horse. Oh we can't talk about the horse now, so
- 14:11perfect. I can't do that either. Yeah, we can't do that either.
- 14:13At the end of there, Yeah, Kashmir and horses, it just
- 14:18may not be enough of a storyline. So you came onto this season coming
- 14:24to get me. She's so right. I mean, I hate to say
- 14:26it, but actually I love to say it because we have to call it
- 14:30like it is. You know, every season, people find the weak spot
- 14:35and they drill in, and the last several seasons, you know, it's
- 14:39been Erica, Denise, uh, Dori Eat a little bit this season,
- 14:46but that's neither here nor there. I mean, I think that's fine to
- 14:50drill into Dori Eat for for all the reasons that you know she was on
- 14:52that hot seat. But yeah, I really would have felt like at some
- 14:58point and maybe happen in the third reunion, But Sutton needs to step back
- 15:03and be like you're right, you know, do you think that she needs
- 15:07to cop to the fact that, like she is coming for Kyle when on
- 15:13an angle in which it's not right, it's not equal. I mean,
- 15:18that's just it. When you take a larger picture of Sutton and you think
- 15:20about, like what she has always been the one that drills down on others
- 15:26and it is a deflection because she won't talk about anything in her life and
- 15:33I think she thinks she is really disclosing something when she talks about like Christian
- 15:37wants to move to London. Yeah, but like we had to hear about
- 15:41all of that at the reunion, basically, like the whole thing, and
- 15:46even like her kids, Like I like whatever stress is around that, Like
- 15:50I don't need to know that necessarily. But when you, Sutton, are
- 15:56going after everybody's marriages like Erica and Tom Doret and Piquet, Kyle and Maurice
- 16:07Ky, It's like, well, eventually, sudden, the needle never seems
- 16:14to swing by you. You just keep spinning it around. So I'm like,
- 16:18I still know nothing about you, and I don't know how you don't
- 16:22get that or I think you are actually really smart, Sutton, and I
- 16:26think you think, like, I know, that's my contribution, but I'm
- 16:30not going to announce that. Well, her you know, rebuttal to Kyle
- 16:37is that, I mean, her biggest issue, this whole thing about Sutton
- 16:42kind of coming for Kyle was that she was insinuating that she has a drinking
- 16:48problem, that she has an eating disorder, and then she mentioned the pills.
- 16:51And what's interesting is that Sutton's like, well, no, you didn't
- 16:55actually say that I was an alcoholic, because you're you're smart, you know,
- 16:59not to say that. I was like, yeah, you got her
- 17:00there, because yeah, I mean, Kyle knows better not to not totally
- 17:07cross the line and that she can insinuate by making these throwaway comments. And
- 17:11Dury was doing the same thing. I mean, they're they're planning little seedlings
- 17:15throughout the season totally insinuating that Sutton has an alcohol problem. I mean,
- 17:21they we all saw it happen. So it is kind of interesting that Kyle
- 17:26can't really say that she was doing that because well, I should say she
- 17:30doesn't want to say, but that one hundred percent is what Kyle was doing.
- 17:34And what would Dury was doing, but I also didn't have a problem
- 17:37with it either. Also, what Garcel was doing. I mean, everybody
- 17:41in that room insinuates to see what bites you know what I mean, Like
- 17:47they put something out there and then they wait for someone to react to it,
- 17:52and it's either they're going to admit it when when they hear someone say
- 17:57it, or they're going to be like, what the hell did you just
- 18:00say? And then they have a little bit of backup and wiggle room to
- 18:03be like, no, no, no, I didn't say that right.
- 18:06It is kind of funny that when they're recounting these episodes or like the moment
- 18:11when this happens, and it just sounds hilarious to me because something's like,
- 18:15well, you did say that, you know, I'm not like to you
- 18:22don't know how much I'm drinking. And then you also were like I push
- 18:26my food around and then you brought up pills. I'm like, you know,
- 18:32if I were watching this as a person who's never seen it, I'm
- 18:34like, sounds like you might have a problem, you know what I mean,
- 18:37Like, yeah, yeah, like a list of things that you're being
- 18:41accused of. But Kyle standing by the like I would totally say, you
- 18:45push your foot around, because that'd want you know, you know, yeah,
- 18:48yeah, yeah, it's like I stand by that. I stand by
- 18:51that you push your food around a way. Also, when they were talking
- 18:55about like that dinner, when that'll happen, and they kind of came after
- 18:59Kyle and she was like, I'm in my house, Storm is upstairs,
- 19:03Bamby, all the dogs are around, my kids are around. I'm like,
- 19:07why are they home during this? And then also you're yelling at Sutton
- 19:14that like Kyle was yelling just as much and if not more than anybody at
- 19:18her own home. So if she had any concern about her kids hearing,
- 19:22I think she would have like made sure that her kids either weren't there or
- 19:26were very far away. Because Kyle was yelling at that dinner, She's like,
- 19:30I kind of ort tobate depressed, you know, like she was making
- 19:33it a thing in the sense that because no one was really like saying it,
- 19:38wait, what's going out with you in Morgan? What's going on with
- 19:41you in your marriage? But she was like, how dare you coming to
- 19:45my house? And like me having these accudations about my marriage. It's like,
- 19:49well, I think we all knew it was coming. You know,
- 19:52there's a little bit of a stretch for me for Kyle to have that as
- 19:56an excuse or like hold that against them, you know what I mean,
- 19:59Because that needed to come up. It was already out in the news.
- 20:03Someone needed to say something, and it happened to be at your house.
- 20:04So you're gonna need to put some noise canceling headphones on the kids that night.
- 20:11Well, that house is gigantic too, so I don't know where the
- 20:14kids were, what mile of the house they were in, but I did,
- 20:18I think to Kyle's points, she was like thinking like respect my house,
- 20:25like respect my space kind of thing, which no one does on Housewives.
- 20:30But I think like that's where she what she was getting at. And
- 20:33I just think, like, I mean, you know all the parties that
- 20:37Sutton has in her home? Oh wait, none, right, she's got
- 20:42this whole brand new home. The last time I feel like we've been over
- 20:47there was when she made everybody go outside in the fucking mud, right in
- 20:52their nice shoes, and it was a disaster, you know, Like what,
- 20:56Yeah, why is an avi setting up inside the house every you know,
- 21:03for something like give them something to do? Why are we over at
- 21:07Kyles. Yeah, we only ever go do any more anyway, it's just
- 21:11one on ones that Sutton's there's never oh right, that's right. And Kyle
- 21:17has hosted many of a tense party, many many many. I don't think
- 21:22Sutton ever has all the gals over in a volatile moment ever. Yeah,
- 21:30it's I mean, I did think it was a weak argument on Kyle's behalf
- 21:33about like my kids are here. It's like, babe, you're you've been
- 21:36doing this for years. I think you know better that she's going to hit
- 21:38the fan no matter what's going on, whether it's about you or someone else,
- 21:42Like it is the time that it is the place. Do you think
- 21:45she knew then that she would hit the fan in that way about her marriage.
- 21:51Yeah, because it was already out there and it was uncomfortable. And
- 21:53I remember that dinner being like, you know, it was kind of like
- 21:57reminiscent to Kathy Hilton's one, when Kathy Hilton's dinner, when people were pussy
- 22:03footing around Erica Jane and wanting to mention the article and the victims, and
- 22:08no one wanted to do it, and finally Sutton kind of was dipping in
- 22:12there and then uh, dereet was and then Sutton started to and then Garcel.
- 22:18So that was a little bit the same at Kyle's where no one really
- 22:22wanted to say it, but then finally Sutton said something and then Garcel wrapped
- 22:25it up with a bow, being like her marriage. Well yeah, but
- 22:29this was like three months before the face Reality sixteen, Like yeahrop so right,
- 22:37but I know it was kylemb Yeah, it was enough crumbs. There
- 22:41were enough breadcrumbs leading to this is definitely something that we need to put under
- 22:47the microscope for this season and we need to rip the band aid off.
- 22:51So Kyle, you have drama going on in your life? Why not talk
- 22:55about it? And do you think that it's fair of Sutton to come at
- 23:00Kyle throughout the whole? Right? I totally agree. I mean I don't
- 23:11even need to ask the question because you already answered it. But what if
- 23:15you look at it from a housewife perspective that there's no other storyline going on,
- 23:19from the perspective of like, well, what else are we going to
- 23:22talk about this season? If Erica's stuff is kind of like taking a back
- 23:26seat, there's nothing else going on, what do we do? What do
- 23:29we grab onto and so that's the only thing I'll give Sutton, uh,
- 23:36you know, on some life and all the cast really is that it is
- 23:40your job. It is your job to bring up what is out there.
- 23:44So they have to bring up Kyle and her marriage period dot Now I get
- 23:51that, and and yes, it was the it was the one thing that
- 23:56was bobbing above the surface as like, you know, we all could get
- 24:02around this. So I get that, I think because Durat had already after
- 24:08in the car right and I also feel like it was either going to be
- 24:14Derete or Kyle, and so they kind of went for both of them.
- 24:17And I'm actually surprised that that didn't unify Kyle and Durry more against the rest
- 24:25of the gals. But if nobody can align with Deret at this point,
- 24:29I know. This whole reunion too was like I went back through my notes,
- 24:33like, holy shit, we've been talking about Derete and Kyle this entire
- 24:37time, with like we kind of jumped into Garcela and Deurite for a second
- 24:44about oh, I was waiting for this the robbery thing, but then we
- 24:48went back there when I'm talking about with garcel like insinuating and then not owning
- 24:52what she actually was insinuating was like the theme of the reunion. Okay,
- 25:00what do you mean? So Garcel suggests the robbery was fake, and Durite
- 25:03finally is going to call her out because she saw it and now she saw
- 25:07her say it in the confessional, and so what are you saying? I
- 25:11mean, Garcel did the classic. I didn't say that. I didn't say
- 25:15those words. I didn't say those exact words. It was just odd,
- 25:22you know, and it's like, oh my god, like that's just everybody
- 25:26around that room is just like, no, no, no, I didn't
- 25:29say you had any eating disorder. I said that the everything was interesting about
- 25:36the disorder of your eating. Yeah, right, right, Well, Garcel
- 25:41was like, I believe you were robbed. I just thought there were a
- 25:45few things that were a little off. Now, I think that she did
- 25:48explain that the way that I would explain it, in the sense that I
- 25:55do believe that Durite was one hundred percent robbed and she didn't not know that
- 26:00was going to happen, and she was totally blindsided. I think what Garcela
- 26:03is saying is that Pque set up the robbery. That's it, you know,
- 26:08I think that's what she's ultimately saying. And by saying like, well,
- 26:12Derry's like, well, what few things that stood out to you?
- 26:15And she's like, well, the ring and the phone was left. So
- 26:23I mean, yes, those are very peculiar things. Durit explained that she
- 26:29had traveled to London, and then we got this whole explanation, which was
- 26:33that her rings that she was wearing were not normally where they would be,
- 26:37so they were That's why they were protected. So the ring. Okay,
- 26:44so let me just kind of walk through this with you. If her rings
- 26:48weren't normally where they would be, if she traveled with ya, no,
- 26:53I know, I know, I know, third time, Third time's the
- 26:56charm. This is where we're not going to get answers, and this is
- 27:02probably a waste of my breath. But like, if she traveled with the
- 27:04rings, then she would have been wearing the ring her wedding ring when she
- 27:11got home. If she traveled with the rings, would she have packed her
- 27:15wedding ring? That makes no sense. Why would you pack your wedding ring
- 27:18when you traveled? So where was the wedding ring when she came home?
- 27:22If she traveled with it she's saying, I traveled with it, so it
- 27:26was a different spot. So you're saying, Monica has story. It's ring.
- 27:33Yes, I knew it she lost in the bathroom. Do you know
- 27:40what I'm saying that Actually her explanation was more confusing to me than if she
- 27:45were to have just been wearing her ring that night and they just decided not
- 27:49to take it. It's made it more odd because that also doesn't make sense
- 27:53to me. Okay, the jewelry that she traveled with was in a different
- 27:57spot than when her where her jewelry would normally be, which is where I'm
- 28:02assuming all the robber The robbers went and took all that jewelry from where her
- 28:06normal jewelry would have been, and that's why they took all of that jewelry,
- 28:08But they didn't take the traveling jewelry because that was in a different spot.
- 28:14So are you telling me you packed your fucking wedding ring in a bag?
- 28:22Maybe she doesn't want to tell us because she doesn't want to say it
- 28:25on TV that like she wears a fake wedding ring, uh huh when she
- 28:30travels. Okay, something like that, and then like she puts another she
- 28:33puts. She has a space that she puts her jewelry, and she doesn't
- 28:37want to announce it on TV like okay, yes about things that okay,
- 28:42and just let's beat a dead horse. Sure, So you're saying that she
- 28:47would have left her wedding ring at home, her engagement ring at home because
- 28:52she would be wearing a fake ring. Correct, So why wouldn't that be
- 28:56with all the other jewelry in a safe if that was her plan? Right,
- 29:04I don't know, So then it would be with the other jewelry because
- 29:07she would have see what I'm saying, No, there are there are,
- 29:14uh, there's reasonable doubt. I will say it would be hard if these
- 29:19The one thing I did get clarity on was the phone, and that did
- 29:25make sense to me because of the tracker A million a million percent. Yeah,
- 29:32so that I was like, oh oh, because they would have just
- 29:36thrown it somewhere, right, and the fact that they put it all the
- 29:41way very far away from her it gave them enough time to get away that
- 29:47then she could go get it. Yeah, it did sound really funny where
- 29:51Garcel's like, I mean, a robber is not gonna like leave your phone,
- 29:55and she's like, well, actually I asked the robber, I said,
- 29:57please don't take my phone because I'll have no way to get in touch
- 30:02with my husband, which is like, are you what you're dealing with a
- 30:04robber? Like they just said they were going to kill you. What makes
- 30:08you think that they're gonna listen to your request? So that point of ourselves
- 30:14is like solid, like why would any robber be ready to negotiate with you?
- 30:19But the point about the tracker, and yeah, they can ping that
- 30:22cell phone anywhere and get the robber sooner than if they would to have not
- 30:27taken it. So yeah, that totally checks out. Can you just like
- 30:34you know how that they show the phone blinking there? Yes, and that
- 30:40always happens on below deck? Like what is that? Because I don't I
- 30:42don't know. Yeah, that does. It's got to just be that kind
- 30:45of like night vision. It probably like I don't know, it's probably some
- 30:51technical thing that I don't understand, but yeah, it always flashes in that.
- 30:55It's got to be just like whatever is your phone screen that light that
- 31:00comes through there and it catches in the dark. I don't know, okay,
- 31:03because that's always I know that you can turn on this is where the
- 31:07darlings are like, we're pulling a Jurta on that, and I'm so sorry.
- 31:14Mummy's a hard girl. I know. I'm so sorry, Frazer,
- 31:18But like I know, you can turn your ringer to a setting to where
- 31:22it blinks the light blinks. Oh sure, sure, sure, But I
- 31:26don't think that unless her phone was ringing at that point, you know what
- 31:30I mean, Like that doesn't make sense. And also on below deck,
- 31:33they can't be ringing all that time. So anyways, that being said,
- 31:36we'll move on for the sake of the darlings. I was so glad to
- 31:40have this conversation because when Garcel said that in her confessional, it rocked my
- 31:45world because what Garcel says holds a lot of weight with me, and I
- 31:52was very team to read on like this robbery happened. She's why would she
- 31:59fake this? She's not going to fake this. This is bullshit. I
- 32:01didn't like all that going against her, But what did make sense to me
- 32:05later was like, Okay, I will give if PK some shady businessman that
- 32:08he set this up, but like to torture your wife like that is insane,
- 32:13but it got out of control. He didn't realize it would be that
- 32:15bad. And so for Garcel to say that, I was like, wow,
- 32:22if she thinks that, and she's willing to say that on camera for
- 32:25me, that holds weight that this really was fishy if she's saying that.
- 32:30So Dret's thing towards her I totally understood, which is like, to say
- 32:37something like that is a very strong thing to say against somebody like but at
- 32:42the end of the night, garcelahng and hates Darreit, and uh, it
- 32:46was very clear in this reunion how much because Durt's like, Garcela's like,
- 32:52well, that's my opinion and it doesn't change your world at all, and
- 32:57Durrete's argument being but it does because it does kind of put it out there
- 33:01that this wasn't real. So I did understand why Durit was really hurt by
- 33:06that, and Garcel's like, well, I'm sorry that that I hurt you
- 33:09with that. She could give two ships. I know, give two ships
- 33:15for those two, but I'll probably always be on Garcel's side. I mean,
- 33:22it's very rare in terms of against Durit because Durit is just like so
- 33:29oblivious. I don't mind her on the show, really, but I just
- 33:35you know, if somebody's got to go, I'm fine with it being Dee.
- 33:38I think Anna Marie will probably not come back, but I wouldn't mind
- 33:45if she did, just because she keeps things interesting because she is completely out
- 33:52to lunch. I mean, what do you mean, like what happened in
- 33:55this episode? She had one line she had world where you don't talk about
- 34:00that. Oh, this was so funny. This really got This really got
- 34:07Sutton's goat because Andy said something to Sutton about like, well we found out
- 34:12that your alimony is three hundred thousand a month, and and Anne Marie's like,
- 34:15yeah, well, and then Andy asked her, like what she thought
- 34:20about that. Annie Marie is like, well, I'm like have a lot
- 34:22of wealthy friends and like a lot of wealthy Like we know a lot of
- 34:25wealthy people, were surrounded by wealthy people, and like we are wealthy people,
- 34:30and like the wealthy people that we know are also wealthy people who know
- 34:32wealthy people. So where I'm from, we don't talk about money. I'm
- 34:37like really sure about that because you just kind of just said it, and
- 34:43Sutton's points like, well I didn't really say it, and Sutton Sutton doesn't
- 34:45actually talk about No, it's public information that you know, Bravo then put
- 34:52up somebody did an article about it, and then Bravo put it as a
- 34:57screenshot. You know. Yeah, so but that was one thing. It
- 35:02was very funny, I know, I know. And that's perfect Anna Marie
- 35:06where it's like, what you just contradicted yourself and your one sentence this episode,
- 35:13Like, yeah, I'll take that over another season of Jury. I
- 35:16know that's controversial. I just think that Anna Marie will be more interesting in
- 35:23a next season. Well, she can talk about her husband, you mean,
- 35:29uh, I would like I would like to see how she deals with
- 35:32that publicly, Like I think that's gonna be inside. It's just like there's
- 35:39no I don't think that. I wonder if she would even come back on
- 35:44knowing she would have to talk about that. Yeah, I don't know.
- 35:47If I were her, I would not be doing that. I had been
- 35:52rooting for her until we really got to know her. In terms of like
- 35:57her getting away from her husband. I don't think that that's going to happen.
- 36:00I think she's going to stick with him through this whole thing and just
- 36:04deny, deny, deny, And I'm willing to watch that for a season.
- 36:08I think that'd be interesting. Well, I really I have to stand
- 36:13by my statement, which has always been that you should give a housewife two
- 36:16seasons before you let him go. And so I have to say, you're,
- 36:23you know, let's bring her back. Let's see, let's see what
- 36:27else she's got, you know, because the first season you just really can't
- 36:30get your sea legs. And so that being said, I would be totally
- 36:37open to that. Now Sutton saying, Kyle, you've been relentlessly mean to
- 36:42me. You I think you did say that she's been really mean, but
- 36:46I just don't see it. Am I Like, wait, I didn't say
- 36:50that, Oh you didn't. Okay, Well, I don't see her have
- 36:53been being relentlessly mean? Sudden? What is she mean? No? I
- 36:59think Sutton is always mean. I think Sutton always hits below the belt.
- 37:02She does one swift kick to the nuts to all these gals and then steps
- 37:07back and is like, why are you yelling at me? Yeah? Oh
- 37:10my god, those faces, like the mortified faces of Kyle, like talking
- 37:15about her history on the show, and then her insulting her horse and her
- 37:19cashmere. I mean, she would have thought that you, you know,
- 37:22killed a family member. I mean, my god, those faces are priceless,
- 37:25though I do love them. Yeah, and so like, I don't
- 37:30understand, like whatever Kyle has said to Sutton was in the middle of being
- 37:37attacked and by Sutton, and I don't think Kyle needs to apologize for anything
- 37:44that's me Yeah, unless Sutton is like, hey, I was out of
- 37:47line, and then I think that opens the door to Kyle to be like,
- 37:52yeah, I said some things I shouldn't have, but right now,
- 37:57it's like sudden, if you keep poking the bear, they're going to get
- 38:00pissed. It's just like Erica said about Denise, like I don't regret saying
- 38:04it because she came for me and she came back and said it again.
- 38:07It was really funny. Well, yeah, the Kyle and Durrete thing they
- 38:10did at the end. Wait, no, Kyle and Duraite, not Kyle
- 38:14and Sutton. Sorry, I just got to confuse Sutton never apologized to Kyle
- 38:20for anything that she said. Yeah, so it is kind of interesting to
- 38:24see where they landed and that it's still not in a very good place and
- 38:29they have a tumultuous relationship, I mean, is very much I see where
- 38:34the sisterly thing comes in, because the one thing I will agree to is
- 38:39that Kyle does treat Sutton sometimes like she's wonderful, like she's Kim. Yeah,
- 38:45so she does talk to her that way, and like remember when she
- 38:49like grabbed her arm when Sutton was drunk at that party last season when Erica
- 38:54like yelled at Garcel's sun and she was grabbing her arm and she was like
- 39:00listen to me, Like she she feels very comfortable with Sutton, like she
- 39:04can definitely kind of control her in that way. So I do see that
- 39:07sort of sisterly thing where can kind of cross a line. But I just
- 39:15didn't see her being relentlessly mean to her, which is no how about Okay?
- 39:24So uh, I think someting has a problem with anybody that like isn't
- 39:30like Garcel and Crystal to her, like they Garcel, Crystal and Sutton have
- 39:37a really nice thing going and the Kiki and it's really cute and fun and
- 39:40like Kyle just doesn't have time for that. So then I think Sutton Caesar
- 39:45is mean. That's so crazy. Yeah, it is funny because Kyle is
- 39:52really fun and like sometimes it's gonna hang with Sutton, like and sit there
- 39:58and drink and anymore the Dodger's game or whatever, not that those are bad
- 40:02things. I'm just saying, like Kyle's got other shit going on, and
- 40:07like I think that they started like having a great time together, like Kyle's
- 40:12in a transition and she honestly, I doesn't probably trust Sutton. I was
- 40:17also going to say that too, because I think that during that time they
- 40:21lost a lot of time to bond because Sutton was kind of buddying up to
- 40:25Kathy during that time in which they were on the app, so that probably
- 40:30that didn't come up. But that's definitely a Bee and Kyle's bondet, I'm
- 40:32sure. Yeah, Kyle talks about her sobriety, and you know this is
- 40:37interesting. She does clarify that she stopped drinking when she had only met Morgan
- 40:43once at that point, which actually was a very solid defense of people pointing
- 40:49the finger at her for like you're changing everything. So I liked that that
- 40:52was interesting. Yeah, I also loved that when Sutton's like you were reckless
- 40:59by saying I had a drinking problem and eating disorder? Did you or did
- 41:01you not say that? Did you or did you not, and I was
- 41:04like, oh my god, here's she and I'm starting to get triggered again.
- 41:07And Kyle's like, don't do the name on thing. I know,
- 41:09I know, you know. There's an organization called name us and it's for
- 41:15missing people and connecting them with DNA like loved ones of missing people, And
- 41:20I like, Sutton needs to do a PSA for name us, name us,
- 41:27Like it would be so great and like it would bring a lot of
- 41:30people to know what that organization is. Anyway, Oh that's a great idea.
- 41:35I love name Us. Yeah. I think Kyle calling out Sutton for
- 41:43the whole thing about like instead of pulling me aside and being like do you
- 41:47need a friend? Instead, Sutton acted like Kyle did something wrong to her
- 41:53by not talking about her marriage. And again, Kyle nailed it in this
- 41:58in this reunion. I mean, I think Sutton's approach to wanting to get
- 42:02the truth out of somebody is like way too harsh and she needs to figure
- 42:07out a way to get around that if she wants to continue on this show
- 42:12because it doesn't work. Yeah, and also being like I don't owe you,
- 42:17I don't owe you anything like Kyle's saying that I just don't Yeah,
- 42:22you know, Sutton's interesting because she's not like Derry, Like Derry is really
- 42:27like you think you've made a breakthrough and you realize there's nothing going on.
- 42:30Where's Sutton. I think she back to your earlier point. I think she
- 42:37realizes that this is the most interesting thing for the season, and I think
- 42:43she's sorry but not sorry. Yes, yeah, and her defense about like
- 42:49how she's like, I have a boutique I've kept open for four years.
- 42:54I'm like, yeah, that was very gracious Kyle's and not oh ask follow
- 43:02up question. Yeah, And then she said that she's got a new business
- 43:07coming out that's really big, which we don't know about now for next season.
- 43:14That'll be for next season, so hopefully she'll have something going on.
- 43:16Durreet said to Sutton, I don't think you have a drinking problem. I
- 43:25thought she was going to be like, I know you have a drinking problem.
- 43:29I mean, Dury could have won us all back if she would have
- 43:30just been so pointed, but she was really beating her on the bush.
- 43:34She's like, I don't know, and then something's like, I don't know
- 43:37if you do carcass out. It was good. It was a great rebuttal
- 43:45It's just so funny that, like, at the end of the day,
- 43:46Beverly Hills is all like, who has a drinking problem? Which one of
- 43:50you have a drinking problem? And that's very New York too. Everyone is
- 43:52accusing the other person of having a drinking problem, you know, back and
- 43:57forth. Mostly only Hills and New York for sure, or at least the
- 44:01old New York and dread talks about. Now, let's talk about that ten
- 44:09thousand dollars of cash that was stolen from her. We found out that it
- 44:13was Marshals and she was going to get gift boxes for the for the cash
- 44:19for the employees. Yeah. I think we already got the clarification on the
- 44:24gifts, the art the gift boxes. Yeah, the employee the gift boxes,
- 44:30but the gift boxes did not understand that. This was totally clarifying to
- 44:36me. This is just I totally get it. You went to go get
- 44:39gift boxes, and that's why you had all that money on you. Okay,
- 44:44I retract. See to me, she went to a grocery store for
- 44:49no good goddamn reason after getting all this money out and then put her you
- 44:53know, well, this still this point still stands that she put her purse
- 44:58in a cart and left it and TJ Max Marshals allegedly like, at least
- 45:05up here in Santa Clarita, they are constantly being robbed by like these types
- 45:10of the incidents are happening all the time with women and their purses, that
- 45:15their walts are taken, that their purses are taken. This is happening all
- 45:21the time at stores like this like this, Okay, she said, she
- 45:27am I right that she said she was followed from the bank to that when
- 45:32when she walked Oh I know, I think it was the cameras that that
- 45:36three men were following her when she walked into the store, walked around the
- 45:39store. God, if they follow her from the bank, Yeah, they
- 45:45followed her, and they followed her in. Yeah, so you know,
- 45:52interesting, I put on my garcel hat again. It seems like, you
- 46:00know, just an interesting choice to just follow one random person from the bank
- 46:05too. I mean, yes, she had to go up like to a
- 46:09desk and ask, you know, like for the money or whatever to take
- 46:13it out, maybe a large sum, but I can't imagine she's screaming ten
- 46:17thousand dollars cash please, And then two nefarious gentlemen over hear that, and
- 46:25they put down their newspapers and look at each other like, huh, okay,
- 46:29let's go, you know. Like, So, I don't know,
- 46:32I don't think that. I don't think that's what happened. I think that
- 46:37they just were in Marshals and the cameras in Marshalls clocked these three men,
- 46:44you know, following or they saw her pull in and her range rover whatever
- 46:49and go and they were like, let's follow her right from the parking lot
- 46:52or something. So I think, like banks, if you're going to be
- 46:55stalking at a bank, you're going to get busted, you know, and
- 46:59him saying like that would be a really stupid way to go a thief,
- 47:02But what isn't stupid. I'm certain that Durit said I'd like ten thousand dollars
- 47:07in cash please. I know she did that, but I just like,
- 47:12you know, this day and age, you you can't leave your person a
- 47:15cart, and that's just really upsetting. So that being said, that was
- 47:22an interesting thing. And again it made sense to me that she would go
- 47:25to Marshall's with cash to get the boxes. So I give her that.
- 47:30Yeah, Durit and Pque. They were struggling and they were working through things,
- 47:38and and he's like, oh, so you were like living separate lives.
- 47:42No, he was living at a hotel with boy George, So you
- 47:45were living separate lives. No, he just took things with him from the
- 47:49home in which he lives and then separately was living apart from me at that
- 47:53time with his things without me. So separately No, you know, Like,
- 48:04yeah, I mean, I guess anymore. Juri is funny, But
- 48:08to me, it's just like, I don't know, She's such a supporting
- 48:13character that I just I don't need her I trade for I trade her out.
- 48:17Mm hmm. Well, I think that we're getting like tired, we're
- 48:22getting exhausted of this character. You know. No, I'm not saying that
- 48:29she shouldn't be on the show, right, but if I have to trade
- 48:32somebody, I'm gonna trade du eat. You're not gonna trade Crystal. Crystal
- 48:39has been firing an all cylinders since the season ended. Okay, yeah,
- 48:44actually we need to circle in on that. But hold on before we get
- 48:46into Crystal. To read, Andy said, well, Annie was asking about
- 48:51her relationship, and she was like, he was drinking a lot. And
- 48:53then Andy's like, well, how are you now? And she's like better
- 48:59than ever and the eye rolls heard the eye rolls heard from one side of
- 49:06them the other was comical, and she's like, he gave up drinking for
- 49:08forty nine days. So and then Kylin Durie do feel like things are better
- 49:15right now. But by the way, they talk things out and that's great
- 49:16and they're going to talk again, so that I'm happy about that. The
- 49:22this is what bothers me about all housewives, and that is with the Erica
- 49:25thing and the bed at all I'm blonde and the joke, the quote unquote
- 49:30joke that Sutton made when she was asked about it because someone's like, oh,
- 49:32the one dollar concert. Her concert tickets are one dollar and she was
- 49:37like, ah heard, they're seven, and she's like, I was sticking
- 49:42up for you, and then I thought I was doing it was service.
- 49:47And then somebody said, oh, but if it was a joke, that'd
- 49:51be one thing. She's like, oh, yeah, it was a joke.
- 49:53Yeah, Andy said, I mean, if you were joking, why
- 49:55wouldn't you just say that? Because what you said wasn't you know? And
- 50:00then she's like yeah, yeah, yeah, oh yeah, that that right,
- 50:05that'll work. I'll go with that. And Erica like doubling down about
- 50:08the denise, like she was asking for it and she got it. Was
- 50:13kind of funny to me. Yeah, Also interesting that Erica was questioned about
- 50:22that rumor a long time ago that she had a new sugar daddy and that's
- 50:25her private lawyer. Why would she say my private Why woul't she just say
- 50:30my lawyer, he's one of my lawyers, a private thing. Was like,
- 50:36for what, Yeah, I just represents in sex, right, That's
- 50:42how I took it. Yeah, I took it as one of her bullshit
- 50:46answers. Hearkening back, I'm like, I can't read your bullshit answers and
- 50:51like private lawyer, so lawyer sexy. It is an ass a nine way
- 51:05to like walk around the truth and say he's a friend that happens to be
- 51:08a lawyer and we're fucking ye and he counsels me for free in exchange for
- 51:15sex. I'm kidding, I'm shidding now that's a joke, but like,
- 51:20yeah, it's it's just a stupid answer. And these are the types of
- 51:23things that turn me off when she says things like that, and it's like
- 51:29if he did give her a bunch of money, like, I'm sure she
- 51:32can't say that either, so right, right, she can't say anything.
- 51:36I get why she might be a little weird about the money part of it,
- 51:39but but then she just she still makes it. She can not not
- 51:44make it weird. Like I'm always like, oh, she's going to get
- 51:47out of this. Yeah, she just she makes annoying Yeah, because they
- 51:52tell us what a private lawyer is. She always makes it weird. I
- 51:59mean when Andy's like, I saw that you met with a group of victims,
- 52:04Can you better explain to me why you sat down with him? I
- 52:07get like ant, yeah, And then but then she says, I learned
- 52:14that one of my paychecks was in a client trust fund. I'm like,
- 52:19I thought you might not say anything. I know in my notes. I
- 52:22was like, Eric cannot speak on it. So she's going to say everything
- 52:24that might give such a weird turn. It always is with her, especially
- 52:32like you go back to the Colorado and she just starts shitting on the victims
- 52:38for no reason, Like that's the thing that she doesn't get. I don't
- 52:43understand why she doesn't get like everybody would have been fine if you just kept
- 52:49being like I can't talk about it. But then for you to then like
- 52:52turn on the victims, That's where we were all like, oh, we
- 52:57did not see this level unlocking level I'm lacking under the advisive council is why
- 53:04I went. I thought it was them bottomed that they saw me and not
- 53:08through the lens of a reality TV show. Are we all set up?
- 53:13Do you have it focused? I mean it was film, you know that,
- 53:15right, I know that? So I'm like, wham, are you
- 53:19joking us right now? Are you joking us? Are you joking our faces?
- 53:25You know? Are you joking our faces? Because my face is not
- 53:30joked right now? Like I don't feel I don't deserve this joke on my
- 53:32face. Also, when she said it was advised by my counsel, I'm
- 53:38like, OK, under the advice of a council private, your private council
- 53:44or your public council. There was no crisis of conscience here. There was
- 53:49no like, oh my gosh, I really want to just hear their side.
- 53:52This was how how can I benefit most for me? My counsel says
- 53:59I need to do this, and I'll go ahead and have somebody pay to
- 54:02film it, like, pay me to film? This going to be a
- 54:07docu series. Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, maybe her counsel
- 54:15advised her to film it as well because of just to make sure that everybody
- 54:22was agreeing to be filmed and in case she said some ship or they said
- 54:28some ship, it was all filmed like a protection. Well you can.
- 54:36You can put it on a voice memo though, you know what I mean,
- 54:38like, yeah, yeah, it doesn't have to be you have to
- 54:44choreograph her entrance, right, Okay, Amy, there's that. Yes,
- 54:51fair point. Look, we gotta you know, we gotta help each other
- 54:55out here. Andy says, Tom has been diagnosed with dementia, but it's
- 55:01been real competent to stand trial. And this is where Crystal really shined.
- 55:07And this is where again I love when we see this side of her.
- 55:12I just love facts from people, you know. And she was like,
- 55:15and it's also a personal story. Her father had Alzheimer's and she was like,
- 55:20I don't understand that. That's just not adding up to me because and
- 55:23then she says, the standard length of survival from diagnosis is nine years,
- 55:30which I had no idea. Oh I did, oh, it's brutal.
- 55:36I did know that I've had a couple close friends families that had Alzheimer's actually
- 55:43well, and it often gets confused with dementia, but that Alzheimer's, man,
- 55:46it lasts a long time. It is so hard on families. And
- 55:51Bruce Springsteen's mom just passed away from it, but I feel like she had
- 55:54it for like eleven years or something. Crazy. Well, but they're not
- 56:00saying that Tom has Alzheimer's. They're saying he is dementia. So when Crystal
- 56:05does give the facts about Alzheimer's, it's not it can't totally align with Tom
- 56:09because they're not saying he never said that he had Alzheimer's. They said he
- 56:13had dementia. So though I appreciated what Kristal was saying, she was saying
- 56:17it's surprising to me considering we talked about this four years ago, because at
- 56:22this rate it would be very progressed. And what was odd is that Erica
- 56:27didn't say he hasn't been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Crystal, it's dementia. You
- 56:32know, dementia can be a little bit more of a gray area. I
- 56:37will say on the Bravo docket, they talked about this, and I can't
- 56:43recall the exact diagnosis, but it was their opinion that the judge they were
- 56:50surprised that the judge said he was competent to stand trial. In their opinion,
- 56:59reading through and going through everything, they were surprised. Okay, it
- 57:04says while dementia is a general term, Alzheimer's disease is a specific brain disease.
- 57:09It has, you know, obviously the symptoms of dementia, because that's
- 57:12what it is, but it is a disease, and they never qualified him
- 57:16to have Alzheimer's, which is the whole point that Crystal's making. I mean,
- 57:21I think what she's trying to make is it's completely shady because dementia is
- 57:25a generalized term that you can probably throw on a lot of older people without
- 57:30a ton of you know, backup, and so it wasn't enough for him
- 57:37to not stand trial. I think it's pretty wild because when you hear about
- 57:44all the cognitive tests that he went through, it's apparent. And by the
- 57:47way, I'm sure the darlings all know this, but I'm just saying it
- 57:52anyway, Dementia, dementia are PSP Alzheimer's like it's not a linear thing that
- 58:00it's like one day is progressively worse than the next. It's like one day
- 58:04you might be great. So you know, it's especially in the early days
- 58:09of it. That's why it's so hard to like identify. So in Tom
- 58:15Girardi's case, he might make a lot of sense one day and then the
- 58:19next day he makes no sense, and so it does kind of seem fake,
- 58:25is my point. But the level of cognitive testing and that his legal
- 58:34team put him through to show that he wasn't competent was very aggressive and pretty
- 58:39well detailed, and the judge still rejected it, which was interesting because if
- 58:46it was fake and they wanted to try this angle of him not testifying because
- 58:51of the dementia, and the dementia would be really the backbone of his defense
- 58:57for all the things that happened. Wouldn't you think that he would batch those
- 59:00tests on purpose. I think their point is it's really hard to fake it
- 59:07in these tests. So that's I mean, from the from the outside eye
- 59:14of people like that aren't in that world, it's it's hard to It seems
- 59:22like it'd be really easy to detect it, but it's actually kind of hard.
- 59:24To it's hard to fake h So then Garcel says, somebody's lying.
- 59:34And then what's interesting is they had to edit what Crystal said because I think
- 59:37what she said was, well, Tom's Tom's people are lying and this person
- 59:44is lying, then it would be her essentially lying. So that makes Erica
- 59:51guilty of going along with this scheme that he has dementia if in fact that's
- 59:58not the case. Now, is there a possibility that he has some level
- 1:00:02of dementia? Yeah, And based on what Erica says, there are times
- 1:00:08when I believed her when she said he's like not there, like he's not
- 1:00:14the person that I know that I used to know, and that some days
- 1:00:16it's like this, some days it's like that. So there are things that
- 1:00:20she says that make me think that he does have some level of dementia on
- 1:00:23a personal level. But I think it's also being used as a more of
- 1:00:30a They want to exaggerate it so that it's actually used as a defense so
- 1:00:32that he doesn't have to do as much time, or he can go somewhere
- 1:00:37that's nicer, you know. Yeah. Yeah, So but let's talk about
- 1:00:44lastly, let's talk about Kathy. She's in makeup, and she is gotter
- 1:00:47slippers, she's got her baby pillow, she got her robe, and she's
- 1:00:51got her curlers in and she is like little Kylesman thinking about this for three
- 1:00:55or four years. Oops, shouldn't have said that, but I oops he
- 1:01:00you know, so, yeah, it's another Glam team confession that I'm like,
- 1:01:07oh man, all right, Well, I guess she feels comfortable enough
- 1:01:10to say it. Maybe she wouldn't have said it any other way, so
- 1:01:14I'll take it. But I mean, it just feels like a waste.
- 1:01:16But whatever, She's just kind of coming in and just doing her Kathy thing,
- 1:01:22and she knows what she knows what to bring to the table, and
- 1:01:27she's bringing it. And I think whatever she's gonna bring is gonna be a
- 1:01:30okay with Kyle. And even though she said oops, it's totally fine.
- 1:01:35I'm sure that they already had this conversation. And that's the type of thing
- 1:01:37where Kathy, in my opinion, plays into her personality where it looks like
- 1:01:45she's caught, but she's doing it on purpose, you know what I mean?
- 1:01:49Yes, yes, totally. I feel like too. I mean,
- 1:01:54Kathy, as you you've kind of like clued me into this, like she's
- 1:01:59not up in the clouds like we think she is, Like she like you're
- 1:02:02saying, there's some there's some definite calculated moves going on, and so realizing
- 1:02:12that she she absolutely wanted to lay that out there, and it actually helps
- 1:02:17Kyle a little bit in my mind too. Yes, yeah, mm hmm.
- 1:02:22It's not that she wouldn't say it again. And you know what,
- 1:02:25if she did say it again at the reunion, they would probably edit it
- 1:02:30out because it seems so much more like sly and slick and undercover when she
- 1:02:37says it to the Glam team and a dark trailer, you know, so
- 1:02:40exactly what's up. She knows what's up. I'm excited to see her next
- 1:02:45week. You know. I miss Kathy, so that'll be fun. Well,
