- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, guys, it's time for Stacks and Hacks. Yay.
- 0:02Speaker 2: I have stacks of information and Rich has life hacks.
- 0:05Speaker 2: And the information I give you is just to take
- 0:07Speaker 2: on throughout the day and maybe you'll go, wow, I
- 0:08Speaker 2: didn't know that.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Like, I didn't know this until I found out this morning.
- 0:12Speaker 3: Olive oil? Yeah.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Which I take every day, by the way. You just
- 0:16Speaker 1: eat it? Drink it. I drink it every night before
- 0:18Speaker 1: I go to bed.
- 0:18Speaker 4: Wow.
- 0:19Speaker 3: Okay.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Like, I do like a shot glass, maybe more. I
- 0:20Speaker 2: chug it out of the bottle. It's supposed to be really,
- 0:22Speaker 2: really good for you.
- 0:23Speaker 5: Yeah, you should try the olive oil ice cream at
- 0:26Speaker 5: Salt and Straw.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Good idea. Olive oil is actually juice. Technically fruit juice
- 0:30Speaker 1: since olives are a fruit. Ah. I didn't know that.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Weird. Just like Kyle's thing about ketchup.
- 0:36Speaker 6: But what is drinking olive oil supposed to do for you?
- 0:39Speaker 2: It has what's called polyphenols, Kyle. And it's really, really
- 0:42Speaker 2: good for you. The guy, Brian Johnson, who's supposed to
- 0:45Speaker 2: live to be 400 years old, he does it. So
- 0:46Speaker 2: I bought his olive oil and then I found a
- 0:48Speaker 2: better olive oil. So now I just do it and
- 0:50Speaker 2: I drink it every night.
- 0:51Speaker 4: When you say polyphenols, I'm supposed to know what that
- 0:53Speaker 4: does for me.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Polyphenols. I don't know what they are. Okay. But that's
- 0:56Speaker 1: just something that they talk about all the time. It's
- 0:58Speaker 1: got a high amount of polyphenols.
- 0:59Speaker 3: I got a cousin named Polyphenol. It's really nice.
- 1:01Speaker 7: All right.
- 1:02Speaker 2: Many people use their cell phones in a destructive way
- 1:04Speaker 2: or disruptive way. And now there's a movement to ban
- 1:07Speaker 2: phones from fancy restaurants and bars and have a no
- 1:10Speaker 2: phone section like the old non-smoking sections.
- 1:13Speaker 1: I would totally do that.
- 1:14Speaker 3: It's kind of cool.
- 1:14Speaker 2: It'd be cool to go with your family and say,
- 1:16Speaker 2: we're in the non-phone section and you got to check
- 1:18Speaker 2: in your phone.
- 1:18Speaker 1: I like that. Tombstone Pizza. Sorry, Rich, to steal food
- 1:22Speaker 1: news from you.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Oh, no, that's quite all right. There's a big enough story.
- 1:24Speaker 3: It needs to be here.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Tombstone Pizza is offering limited edition kits where they're calling
- 1:28Speaker 2: the pizza nobody asked for. It's a frozen pizza with
- 1:31Speaker 2: packets of candy corn to sprinkle on top.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Oh. Ew.
- 1:34Speaker 7: I thought they would be pineapples on the top of
- 1:36Speaker 7: the pizza because nobody.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Asked for that. I love pineapple on my pizza.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Yuck, I'm judging you.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Candy corn on pizza, though. Candy corn is gross. Okay.
- 1:43Speaker 2: 70% of Americans prefer a shoes-off household.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Anybody in here do that? Yeah.
- 1:50Speaker 5: Are you serious?
- 1:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Well, I mean, it's not, it's not like you've got
- 1:53Speaker 3: to take your shoes off. Like we've been to a
- 1:54Speaker 3: place like that, but nobody has their shoes on in
- 1:57Speaker 3: the house.
- 1:58Speaker 7: Like in general, we have, we wear shoes around the house,
- 2:01Speaker 7: but I will say like, if I go to someone's
- 2:04Speaker 7: house specifically, like if I go over, if I'm with
- 2:06Speaker 7: Kadeem and his family, I can't like, he's like, don't.
- 2:08Speaker 5: Wear flip flops.
- 2:09Speaker 7: Like make sure that you have shoes and socks on
- 2:11Speaker 7: in case we have to take our, our shoes off.
- 2:13Speaker 5: And I know he's never, it just never dawned on me.
- 2:15Speaker 4: My brother's a no shoe house. And so, and literally
- 2:18Speaker 4: all of their shoes are in their garage. Like they
- 2:20Speaker 4: have shoe racks in their garage.
- 2:21Speaker 1: But they never barefoot in their house or socks in
- 2:23Speaker 1: their house.
- 2:23Speaker 6: They don't wear shoes.
- 2:24Speaker 5: Well, they say that it brings like in all that bacteria.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Who here in the studios got COVID? Ever caught COVID?
- 2:29Speaker 1: You did? Rich, did you get COVID?
- 2:30Speaker 3: No, I don't think so.
- 2:31Speaker 6: We had it.
- 2:32Speaker 1: You had it?
- 2:32Speaker 5: Yeah, in our house.
- 2:33Speaker 1: I think the two are related.
- 2:35Speaker 5: What, if you wear shoes in your house and you
- 2:36Speaker 5: can get COVID?
- 2:37Speaker 1: You don't get COVID because you're so used to germs
- 2:39Speaker 1: in your body.
- 2:40Speaker 6: We wear shoes in our house.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I don't remember you guys getting COVID.
- 2:42Speaker 6: Yeah, we did.
- 2:44Speaker 2: Stove top stuffing mix for pork does not have pork
- 2:47Speaker 2: or any other meat, dairy, or egg ingredient in its
- 2:49Speaker 2: current list.
- 2:51Speaker 5: Okay.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Stove top stuffing mix for pork. No pork.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Well, it says mix for pork.
- 2:59Speaker 5: Or is it like the pork bouillon flavor seasoning?
- 3:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Health specialists claim they can tell how well you are
- 3:06Speaker 2: aging by looking at one specific body part.
- 3:10Speaker 6: Your tongue.
- 3:11Speaker 5: Hands or your neck. Hold on.
- 3:11Speaker 1: What are the time? Rich says what?
- 3:13Speaker 3: Tongue.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Peyton, you say what?
- 3:14Speaker 3: Neck.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Neck. Kyle, you say what?
- 3:16Speaker 5: Your hands.
- 3:17Speaker 1: No.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Let me read the whole article to you. Or not
- 3:21Speaker 2: the whole. Just the one word. Health specialists claim they
- 3:24Speaker 2: can tell how well you're aging by looking at one
- 3:26Speaker 2: specific body part.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Your glutes. Your booty.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Your booty.
- 3:30Speaker 7: Well, I want to know what, like, do they look
- 3:34Speaker 7: at the firmness?
- 3:34Speaker 5: Do they look at the jiggliness? Do they look at
- 3:36Speaker 5: the width?
- 3:37Speaker 6: The size?
- 3:38Speaker 5: The size?
- 3:38Speaker 1: You know what?
- 3:39Speaker 7: Gotta shake it.
- 3:40Speaker 5: The amount of grabbingness it has? I need to know.
- 3:42Speaker 3: The talent? How much motion?
- 3:44Speaker 5: What can that butt do?
- 3:45Speaker 3: How it looks in jeans?
- 3:46Speaker 5: Can it throw it back in a circle?
- 3:48Speaker 6: Make it clap?
- 3:50Speaker 1: Make it clap.
- 3:51Speaker 3: I'm a booty inspector.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Well, what do you guys take a guess?
- 3:54Speaker 5: I'll look.
- 3:55Speaker 1: I'll find it. I didn't click on the article, but
- 3:57Speaker 1: I just like the headline, but I'll go back.
- 3:59Speaker 5: Yeah, we want answers.
- 4:00Speaker 6: Yeah, because like genetically.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Let me assess.
- 4:04Speaker 6: Some people are not as inclined.
- 4:06Speaker 7: I know I've lost all this weight and literally it's
- 4:10Speaker 7: going from my butt first and it.
- 4:12Speaker 5: Has me really sad.
- 4:12Speaker 1: You're like, no.
- 4:13Speaker 7: And I only remember because Kadeem calls me pancake once.
- 4:18Speaker 5: I'm like, it's just like deflated. It's still there.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Deflated.
- 4:23Speaker 6: It's just sad right now.
- 4:24Speaker 7: It's like not giving the Kim Kardashian champagne photo like
- 4:28Speaker 7: it used to.
- 4:29Speaker 6: Oh, how sad.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:30Speaker 5: Now it's giving like.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Health specialists claim they can tell how you're aging by
- 4:33Speaker 2: looking at one specific body part of your glutes.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Click here for the full story. Here we go. Oh,
- 4:38Speaker 1: pop-up ads, pop-up ads.
- 4:40Speaker 4: Do you think they just wrote that because someone just
- 4:41Speaker 4: wanted to look at butts all day and they're like,
- 4:43Speaker 4: it's an official study.
- 4:47Speaker 2: It's about your, the experts say you can try these
- 4:49Speaker 2: exercises at home. Stand up from a chair, get down
- 4:52Speaker 2: to the floor, back up, stand on one foot.
- 4:53Speaker 6: So it's probably like muscle mass in your back.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Turn a full circle. So it must be the mobility
- 4:58Speaker 2: of your glutes and your hips. But it's too long
- 5:01Speaker 2: of an article to read. Yeah, I hear that.
- 5:02Speaker 1: I was hoping it would be like, because you got
- 5:03Speaker 1: a big banging, popping booty.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Yeah, let's just say that's what it is.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Do you guys see that GoFundMe of that old man?
- 5:09Speaker 2: It was a GoFundMe that raised over $ 700, 000 for an
- 5:11Speaker 2: elderly man who was retired, unretired, to take a job
- 5:14Speaker 2: delivering lost luggage back to people. There's a video of
- 5:17Speaker 2: him walking upstairs carrying luggage.
- 5:19Speaker 1: You guys didn't see that?
- 5:20Speaker 7: Oh, no.
- 5:20Speaker 1: That sounds so sweet.
- 5:21Speaker 2: They got a GoFundMe, raised $ 700, 000, and now they canceled it.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Because they found out the daughter pretended to be a
- 5:26Speaker 2: stranger who posted.
- 5:27Speaker 1: The video online.
- 5:29Speaker 4: Oh, man.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I know.
- 5:30Speaker 5: But he's still doing it. Right.
- 5:32Speaker 1: He's still doing the nice thing.
- 5:33Speaker 5: But, like, they feel like they are probably being conned
- 5:36Speaker 5: or whatever.
- 5:36Speaker 7: It probably would have been different if it was like, hey, everyone,
- 5:39Speaker 7: my dad is struggling right now.
- 5:41Speaker 5: Like, help us out.
- 5:42Speaker 2: I saw it, like, a week ago. And I was like, oh, wow.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I saw the video everywhere. A newly identified frog-like creature.
- 5:48Speaker 2: that lived before the dinosaurs were discovered by a couple
- 5:51Speaker 2: of student scientists, and they got to name the frog.
- 5:54Speaker 2: And they named the frog after their moms. Both their
- 5:56Speaker 2: moms have to be called Gene. So the amphibian is
- 5:59Speaker 2: now going to be called Genoproton masinosis.
- 6:03Speaker 5: Oh, cute.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Isn't that nice?
- 6:04Speaker 6: Their moms would probably say frog.
- 6:05Speaker 1: What do you got for life hacks, Rich?
- 6:07Speaker 3: Frog, who dis? Allergies are pretty bad right now. Peyton,
- 6:10Speaker 3: weren't you just saying that you're feeling like the.
- 6:12Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm not feeling the... The best I've ever felt.
- 6:15Speaker 3: How old are the pillows in your house?
- 6:18Speaker 5: Probably really old.
- 6:19Speaker 3: So check this out. The reason you're sneezing so hard,
- 6:21Speaker 3: you might be like trying to chase down. Oh, is
- 6:24Speaker 3: it pollen in the air? Well, it's all the stuff
- 6:26Speaker 3: and it's not your sheets. It's your actual pillow under
- 6:29Speaker 3: the sheet that collects your skin cells, your body oils.
- 6:33Speaker 3: in moisture, basically creating a nice little home for dust
- 6:36Speaker 3: mites and fungi, which can aggravate your allergy symptoms. So
- 6:40Speaker 3: before you hit up the Claritin or the Zyrtec or
- 6:42Speaker 3: whatever you're doing, go to Target and get you a
- 6:46Speaker 3: new pillow. Sleep on it tonight. They say if you
- 6:48Speaker 3: feel better tonight, then you know it was your pillow.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Switch out the pillow. That life hack can be found
