Kansas is rolling out major hunting and park rule changes starting November 1st — expect higher fees for vehicle permits, overnight camping, and hookups, plus the end of annual camping passes. Out-of-state hunters face a new deadline in fall 2026: wrap up your hunt by noon and leave department land by 1 PM in select areas. Also coming in 2027: a return of the fall turkey season with a strict one-bearded-tom limit — no hens allowed.
