- 0:00Speaker 1: Mister New York. Here's more marks alone on seven tenor Well,
- 0:08Speaker 1: all right, it's not bad today, but a heat wave
- 0:11Speaker 1: is coming, big heat wave. It's going to be near
- 0:14Speaker 1: one hundred degrees Thursday. Well, Wednesday's gonna be pretty bad.
- 0:17Speaker 1: But I see here, look at the latest Wednesday ninety five,
- 0:23Speaker 1: Thursday ninety nine, Friday ninety eight, Saturday ninety three. It
- 0:27Speaker 1: had been at one hundred. But hopefully the heat wave
- 0:31Speaker 1: subsiding a little. It's gonna be rough this weekend. Not
- 0:34Speaker 1: the greatest weather, but it'll give you a chance to
- 0:37Speaker 1: see what life is like in Florida for the whole
- 0:39Speaker 1: summer these three days. If you don't like it, you're
- 0:42Speaker 1: not gonna like Florida. Hey, you know the Gilgo Beach murderer,
- 0:46Speaker 1: that big Frankenstein Rex Schuermann, has been sent to prison.
- 0:53Speaker 1: It's a prison they call Little Siberia because it's the
- 0:57Speaker 1: most unpleasant prison in the state, up near the Canadian border.
- 1:02Speaker 1: The weather is unbelievably cold all winter. That's why they
- 1:07Speaker 1: call it Little Siberia. It's the Clinton Correctional Facility, Dana Mora,
- 1:12Speaker 1: New York. Now you might remember this name. Remember the
- 1:14Speaker 1: two guys that escaped Matt and was Sweat. Matt and Sweat.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Remember the two guys escaped from this. The one of
- 1:24Speaker 1: them was sleeping with the guard, that woman, and she
- 1:30Speaker 1: helped them escape and they got out. Remember that they
- 1:32Speaker 1: were escaped. They have gone for a week or so,
- 1:35Speaker 1: and you remember Andrew Cuomo looking ridiculous, putting on that
- 1:39Speaker 1: hunting jacket and that police looking thing and being out
- 1:44Speaker 1: there helping to hunt them down. That's that same facility,
- 1:49Speaker 1: but there's a couple of mass murderers there. Joel Rifkin
- 1:53Speaker 1: is there, the serial killer, the Zodiac killer is there.
- 1:59Speaker 1: So this is where the sending him. He will be
- 2:04Speaker 1: there for the rest of his life. He'll die in
- 2:06Speaker 1: this prison, so it's the most unpleasant place they could
- 2:10Speaker 1: send him. Perfect he'll just ride away there. Hey, Taylor
- 2:17Speaker 1: Swift wedding is coming up later this week. You should
- 2:19Speaker 1: be aware of this, even if you don't care about
- 2:21Speaker 1: Taylor Swift, because it's going to tie up traffic and
- 2:24Speaker 1: cause a lot of gridlock all around Madison Square Garden.
- 2:28Speaker 1: You remember when the Knicks came the Knicks we're playing here.
- 2:31Speaker 1: They closed off streets, you know, like on a two
- 2:33Speaker 1: block radius around the Garden and it caused a traffic nightmare.
- 2:37Speaker 1: We're gonna have the same thing again because they're going
- 2:40Speaker 1: to close off streets for this Taylor Swift stuff. Now
- 2:42Speaker 1: apparently it's three nights. It will start with a rehearsal dinner.
- 2:49Speaker 1: This will be one hundred close family and friends. I
- 2:52Speaker 1: think that's Wednesday, and then Thursday the actual wedding will
- 2:56Speaker 1: take place. But it's a multi day event to have
- 3:00Speaker 1: about two thousand people at Madison Square Garden. It's Taylor
- 3:06Speaker 1: Swift and Travis Kelcey. They're both thirty six years old.
- 3:11Speaker 1: So it's Thursday and apparently Friday. For some reason. It's
- 3:14Speaker 1: a two day wedding and there'll be a lot of
- 3:18Speaker 1: famous artists there and many of them are expected to perform.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Stevie Nicks is one of them. She's a big Stevie
- 3:23Speaker 1: Nicks fan. So that'll take place, but it's gonna just
- 3:27Speaker 1: snarl up stuff, especially on Thursday and Friday. She's going
- 3:31Speaker 1: to be a mess. Now. I hope this is not something.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I hope she's not going to be having all of
- 3:36Speaker 1: her weddings here because this marriage. How long do you
- 3:39Speaker 1: give this marriage? Five years? Five years tops? I think
- 3:43Speaker 1: that's it, but hopefully the next wedding be someplace else.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg, the crazy da who lets all the criminals go,
- 3:52Speaker 1: who's soft on crime, being accused of a little crime
- 3:56Speaker 1: here himself. He's been attending a lot of major charity
- 4:01Speaker 1: gallas for free. He's invited now many of these gallays,
- 4:05Speaker 1: like here's one the Robin Hood Foundation. You know, it's
- 4:07Speaker 1: like ten thousand bucks, fifteen thousand bucks. People buy tables
- 4:11Speaker 1: for one hundred thousand dollars two hundred and fifty thousand,
- 4:14Speaker 1: and he's coming for free to dozens of these. Well,
- 4:19Speaker 1: in his defense, it's pretty common for the big charity
- 4:24Speaker 1: gallas to invite prominent politicians because it helps sell tickets.
- 4:29Speaker 1: If they come to the galla and they meet the governor,
- 4:31Speaker 1: and they meet the Senator, and they meet the you know, congressman,
- 4:36Speaker 1: and a few movie stars, a few celebrities, you try
- 4:39Speaker 1: to sprinkle them through the crowd, especially in the cocktail party.
- 4:42Speaker 1: So it's not uncommon for politicians to come for free.
- 4:45Speaker 1: You don't sell them a ticket, they come, and so
- 4:50Speaker 1: he's really not doing anything. The only problem with Alvin Bragg,
- 4:52Speaker 1: I've been to a few charity gallows where he's there.
- 4:56Speaker 1: And when you have a senator or a governor or
- 4:58Speaker 1: a mayor and your charity, oh, everybody walks, especially to
- 5:01Speaker 1: take pictures. They want to take pictures with him, and
- 5:03Speaker 1: it helps your helps your gallup. But with Alvin Bragg,
- 5:06Speaker 1: the couple where he's been there, nobody wants to go
- 5:09Speaker 1: near him. In fact, there was one at the Pierre
- 5:12Speaker 1: Hotel where the photographer comes over, would you like a
- 5:14Speaker 1: picture with Alvin Bragg? I said, no, that's okay, And
- 5:19Speaker 1: ten minutes later she comes back, would you like a
- 5:21Speaker 1: picture with Alvin Bragg? No? Twenty minutes later, can I
- 5:25Speaker 1: get you with the Alvin Bragg for a picture? I said,
- 5:27Speaker 1: I don't. Why do you keep asking me? And she said,
- 5:29Speaker 1: I can't get anybody to take a picture with him,
- 5:31Speaker 1: So he is kind of useless for that. Now, New
- 5:36Speaker 1: Yorkers who live in market rate apartments, you know, so
- 5:41Speaker 1: some people got excited about mom Donnie's no rent increase
- 5:45Speaker 1: and this stuff and that stuff, and it sounded great.
- 5:49Speaker 1: It's going to be a nightmare. And also for millions
- 5:53Speaker 1: of other people who are paying the regular market rate.
- 5:57Speaker 1: You're going to get stuck with the bill for this
- 6:00Speaker 1: now Whenever these socialists try this no rent increase, no
- 6:04Speaker 1: going to regulate there with the landlords. In the end,
- 6:09Speaker 1: it always ends up causing disaster, absolute disaster for the
- 6:15Speaker 1: people in these apartments. They get more run down, conditions
- 6:18Speaker 1: get even worse because most landlords abandon them, and then
- 6:22Speaker 1: if the city has to take them over, they become
- 6:25Speaker 1: real hell holes. I mean, they're just awful the way
- 6:28Speaker 1: they run things. So this is the problem with these socialists,
- 6:31Speaker 1: you know, they always propose these incredibles that sound great,
- 6:35Speaker 1: and then when they do them, it's disaster. Mom Donnie
- 6:40Speaker 1: and the other socialists using that term again, they say
- 6:43Speaker 1: they want to decommodify housing. Decommodify housing, it's a Marxist term.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Marx use that term all the time. It means take
- 6:52Speaker 1: the value out of it, take the value out of housing,
- 6:55Speaker 1: make it not worth so much. Well, when all that happens,
- 6:58Speaker 1: the conditions get a lot worse. So you're going to
- 7:00Speaker 1: see total disaster in the housing market with Mom Donnie.
- 7:04Speaker 1: But that's what happens. They do this stuff, you know,
- 7:08Speaker 1: and it just becomes a total shambles.
- 7:11Speaker 2: That first year, Boy, you're the most Popular's happening right
- 7:14Speaker 2: now in New York and California. But you'll start living
- 7:19Speaker 2: in Squalor. You'll live in Squalor. There will be no food,
- 7:23Speaker 2: there will be no housing, there will be no military,
- 7:25Speaker 2: there'll be no law in order, there will be no nothing.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Yes, sounds good, doesn't it. So again these communists, socialists,
- 7:33Speaker 1: Why are they're voting for them? Again, it looks like
- 7:35Speaker 1: it's two reasons, not affordability. The underlying reasons are deep
- 7:40Speaker 1: anti Semitism. They're voting for these anti Semitic candidates. And
- 7:45Speaker 1: the other is Trump hatred. They hate this guy so
- 7:48Speaker 1: much and they feel the old guard, the previous wave
- 7:52Speaker 1: of politicians were totally ineffective trying to stop Trump. They
- 7:55Speaker 1: think these new radicals, well the else stopped. Well, of
- 7:58Speaker 1: course they won't talking before about he got George Soros
- 8:03Speaker 1: and Alex Soros funding all this crap. But you got
- 8:05Speaker 1: this other guy, Neville Roy Singham. He's the Soros, the
- 8:09Speaker 1: other one. He's trying to be the bigger Soros. He
- 8:12Speaker 1: operates out of China, protected by the Chinese government, financed
- 8:16Speaker 1: by the communist Chinese. They love financing this stuff because
- 8:21Speaker 1: it helps hurt America. It just makes America just decay
- 8:25Speaker 1: and crumble with all this socialist crap. So that's why
- 8:28Speaker 1: they finance it. Now Trump's Justice Department is going after
- 8:33Speaker 1: Neville Roy Singman. They're going to try to indict him,
- 8:36Speaker 1: prosecute him again. He's in China, so he's really untouchable.
- 8:41Speaker 1: But he's sending hundreds of millions back into America for
- 8:46Speaker 1: all of his crap, and maybe they can stop the
- 8:50Speaker 1: flow of the money. I guess that's the real purpose here.
- 8:53Speaker 1: He's a Goldman Sachs client, so they went they asked
- 8:57Speaker 1: Goldman Sachs to cooperate. Goldman Sachs. As they will cooperate,
- 9:01Speaker 1: they will answer the subpoenas and turnover records. So it's
- 9:05Speaker 1: possible as he funnels all this money back that they
- 9:09Speaker 1: may be able to block it, stop it. Something like that. Hey,
- 9:13Speaker 1: the price of oil, it came up a little, just
- 9:15Speaker 1: ticked up slightly. It was down to sixty eight dollars,
- 9:18Speaker 1: sixty nine dollars over the weekend with all the new
- 9:23Speaker 1: resumed fighting in Iran. Well it's only gone up to
- 9:26Speaker 1: seventy dollars, which is pretty low. That's a low oil price,
- 9:30Speaker 1: seventy a barrel. It's close to what it was pre war.
- 9:34Speaker 1: So these are good indicators that nobody's panicking. Market not
- 9:39Speaker 1: panicking over this. Seventy dollars a barrel is pretty good.
- 9:43Speaker 1: That'll mean gas averaging now about three point eighty. Now,
- 9:47Speaker 1: first the price of oil drops and then the price
- 9:51Speaker 1: at the pumps, well, that takes a couple of weeks.
- 9:53Speaker 1: That's that's always lagging. So expect that to come down
- 9:57Speaker 1: to three point fifty pretty soon and then start heading lower.
- 10:00Speaker 1: So that's good news AOC all over the place. Now,
- 10:06Speaker 1: you got to remember Mom Donnie on the Sunday shows,
- 10:10Speaker 1: Mom Donnie, they talk about him is the face of
- 10:12Speaker 1: the party. You're now the face of the crazy Democrats.
- 10:17Speaker 1: And if AOC is watching, I assume she might watch
- 10:20Speaker 1: those Sunday shows. And if she hears Jonathan Carl.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Say, Republicans are going to make you the poster child
- 10:26Speaker 2: for the Democratic Party.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Ooh. Now, AOC is not going to like that. She
- 10:31Speaker 1: wants to run, of course, there's a big talk of
- 10:34Speaker 1: her for twenty twenty eight. Now, remember Mom Donnie was
- 10:37Speaker 1: not born here, so he can ever run for president.
- 10:40Speaker 1: So that helps her. But she can't be too happy
- 10:42Speaker 1: about you know, she was the poster child of all this. Now,
- 10:46Speaker 1: this guy's taken over, so you may see a little
- 10:49Speaker 1: conflict there between the two of them. AOC trying to
- 10:52Speaker 1: sound off. She yelled and screamed this weekend about major
- 10:57Speaker 1: tech companies. She's putting them on notice about their looming
- 11:02Speaker 1: price increases. They're far too big, AOC said, she's putting
- 11:07Speaker 1: Apple on notice. I'm sure they're trembling there in Silicon Valley.
- 11:17Speaker 1: She says, companies like Apple, why they think they are
- 11:20Speaker 1: governments and we have to totally stop them. They're like
- 11:26Speaker 1: governments with totally unchecked power. She's talking about the price increase.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Now she's got an IQ about maybe eighty doesn't know
- 11:34Speaker 1: anything about business, finance or anything. Because of AI. The chips,
- 11:42Speaker 1: the memory chips, the things that are vital to make
- 11:44Speaker 1: computers and phones. Because of AI, it uses so many
- 11:50Speaker 1: chips that the major AI companies are buying up all
- 11:53Speaker 1: the chips, so it makes them harder and harder to get.
- 11:57Speaker 1: These AI companies have become bigger than Apple, bigger than anything.
- 12:01Speaker 1: AI is such a big business. It's just gobbling up
- 12:03Speaker 1: the chip supply. So now it used to be Apple
- 12:07Speaker 1: was so big, so powerful, they could always be first
- 12:09Speaker 1: in line, they could get the chips first, they could
- 12:12Speaker 1: get them at a good price. Well that's not the
- 12:14Speaker 1: case anymore. They're tiny now compared to these AI companies.
- 12:18Speaker 1: So Apple's having trouble with the supply chain getting these chips.
- 12:21Speaker 1: They're having to pay more to get them, and as
- 12:24Speaker 1: a result, they've announced all Apple products will have a
- 12:27Speaker 1: price increase. For a laptop or a tablet, it's going
- 12:31Speaker 1: to be an extra hundred two hundred They think they
- 12:35Speaker 1: they think when the phones come out they'll be able
- 12:36Speaker 1: to maintain the same price on the phones, but the computers, desktops, laptops, tablets,
- 12:42Speaker 1: there will be a price increase. So this is what
- 12:44Speaker 1: she's yelling and screaming about. But she thinks they just
- 12:46Speaker 1: raised the price just for the hell of it. She said,
- 12:50Speaker 1: we need to break up these companies. You imagine breaking
- 12:53Speaker 1: up Apple. You know what would happen if you broke
- 12:57Speaker 1: up Apple? You wouldn't get the same quot phone computer. Wait,
- 13:02Speaker 1: are your voters find they're gonna have trouble getting the phone?
- 13:04Speaker 1: You'll see how much they love you. Hey. Joe Biden
- 13:09Speaker 1: was speaking this weekend at the Live Casino and Hotel Hanover, Maryland.
- 13:16Speaker 1: What was the event here. Oh it's the well. It
- 13:21Speaker 1: was the first time he's been seen since the Obama
- 13:23Speaker 1: Library opened. So he made a speech that was basically incoherent.
- 13:29Speaker 1: When it was done, he didn't know where to go.
- 13:32Speaker 1: He turned to this side, then he turned to that side,
- 13:36Speaker 1: then he looked in the back, then he pointed in
- 13:38Speaker 1: two different directions, and then somebody must have yelled at
- 13:43Speaker 1: him or waved to him. He finally figured out how
- 13:47Speaker 1: to get off the stage, how to walk off, but
- 13:49Speaker 1: people in the audience were stunned. They never saw anybody
- 13:52Speaker 1: look so confused, bewildered, And when he was totally lost
- 13:55Speaker 1: up there on the stage, he actually yelled on stage,
- 14:00Speaker 1: where's my granddaughter? So apparently she was supposed to come
- 14:04Speaker 1: lead him off the stage. She's like the seeing eye
- 14:06Speaker 1: dog for him. It was just horrifying to the crowd,
- 14:12Speaker 1: and they watched it, you know, other times the first Lady,
- 14:14Speaker 1: Jill by former First Lady thank God, had to guide
- 14:18Speaker 1: him and lead him. So he's an absolute mess. The
- 14:23Speaker 1: reflecting Pool boy. They love writing articles about this reflecting Pool,
- 14:27Speaker 1: about the algae, about this. Now Trump spent about twelve million.
- 14:31Speaker 1: They're attacking him like crazy because after twelve million. There's
- 14:35Speaker 1: algae in there. If you check my Twitter, I put
- 14:38Speaker 1: up this article from years ago when Obama was present.
- 14:42Speaker 1: He spent thirty five million. He spent three times as much,
- 14:46Speaker 1: And it's an article from NBC News about how the
- 14:49Speaker 1: whole thing is No, it doesn't reflect anymore and it's
- 14:51Speaker 1: covered with algae, which is much worse than the situation now.
- 14:56Speaker 1: But that's the hypocrisy and the double standard Democrats are
- 15:01Speaker 1: famous for. We'll take some calls next. Eight hundred three
- 15:04Speaker 1: two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred
- 15:08Speaker 1: three two one zero seven ten.
