GenBioPro, a Las Vegas-based drugmaker that sells generic mifepristone, has been allowed to intervene in Louisiana’s federal lawsuit challenging the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s 2023 decision to lift an in-person dispensing requirement for the drug and allow it to be prescribed via telehealth and sent by mail — and is asking the court to throw the case out.
