Latest / The Good Girl Rebellion / 004 The Rebellion: No One Is Coming to Save You: Take Radical Responsibility for Where You Are Now
Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: I'm going to hold your hand while I say this, but the moment you realize that no one, no one is coming to save you but yourself, is the moment you can allow this to be the blessing that you need to change your life rather than the curse that's gonna let you spiral into thinking you're not capable of doing what you want to achieve.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: No one is coming to save you.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: And the woman who understands that no one is coming to save her but herself is the woman who is truly unstoppable.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: Because she is the woman who relies on no one and no situation outside of herself to help herself.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: She is the woman who has complete control of her life and complete control of where it is going.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: Because taking radical responsibility for where you are now and where you want to go and how you're going to get there is one of the most empowering things you can do as a woman because you stop outsourcing your power and you actually understand that it comes from within you.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: You have that creative life force energy within you, and it teaches you how to harness it to change your life.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: I'm your host, Izzy, and I'm so grateful to have you here on another episode.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: The Good Guy Rebellion is all about reclaiming your rhythm in mind, body, and spirit.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: Each week we are unraveling years of conditioning to reclaim our wild, rebellious, and intuitive truth.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: So if you're ready to reclaim your power, reconnect with your wildest self and rise as the woman you were never taught to be, you are in the right place.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the rebellion.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: Your life isn't a punishment for your past choices.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: Your life isn't proof that you failed, but at some point you have to look at your life and you have to understand that you are the reason you are where you are now.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: And if you don't like where you are, you have to understand no one is coming to save you.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: You have to dig yourself out of this hole because you can't rely on a man, a relationship, a career, a parent, a friend, sibling.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: You can't rely on anybody outside of yourself to get yourself out of this hole because no one has the ability to change your life other than you.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: And when you understand that, you understand that everything is within you and everything is within your power, and everything you want to create and you want to change is doable as long as you understand and you believe that it's doable.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: Because that's not a terrifying thing, it's not a sad thing, it's not lonely and it's not a toxic thing.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: It's actually incredibly liberating that you can take your power back and you can use it to get you where you want to go.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Because we spend so long waiting for permission, we spend so long waiting for people to come into our life to give us permission to be the woman we want to be, to be a certain version of ourselves.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: For example, you wait until you're in a relationship or until you're with a partner to become that sensual, desired version of yourself.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: You wait until you are in a friendship to become that caring, nurturing version of yourself.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: You maybe wait until you're in a good career to become that proactive and supportive version of yourself.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: You wait until you're in a negative space to become the positive, uplifting and devoted version of yourself for yourself.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: And why do we wait for situations outside of us to help us change what we know we can change within us for any reason?
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: Because the love that you feel in a relationship already exists within you.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: The nurturing connection you feel in a friendship already exists within you.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: The proactiveness you are you feel when you're going after something already exists within you.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: And the devotion you feel when you're in a practice already exists within you.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: So everything is already within you.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: So why do we wait for some external person or thing or situation to come into our life to give us permission to tap into that when no one's coming to save you?
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: And when nobody else is coming into your life, you can tap into this energy just because it's part of you, just because it's part of your psyche, just because it's part of your soul, just because it's a part of who you are embodied as in this lifetime.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: Because, like I spoke about last week, we wait for so long for things outside of us to come into our life to give us permission to be the person we want to be.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: We wait for the nice hot date to wear the nice underwear, we wait for the special occasion to wear our favourite outfit.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: We wait for when we're going out to wear our favourite perfume, we wait for all of these things to give us permission to do the things we want to do that bring us pleasure and joy.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: When why do we need them?
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: Why do we need an outside situation to come into our life to tell us that we can be X, Y, and Z?
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: Why do we need to wait for someone to come into our life to save us when actually we can save ourselves?
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: As long as we have the belief and the understanding and the devotion to ourselves to know that we can actually change our life.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: Because the life you want cannot begin with someone else giving you permission to live it.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: The life you want has to begin with you giving yourself permission to become the version of you that you know you can be, who is going to embody and live that life.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: And yes, that might be a little harsh.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: That the reason you are where you are today is all because of the choices you've made.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: And on one hand, it's true, but on the other hand, I don't want this to be everything that's happened to you is your fault because it's not.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Everything that happened to you is not your fault.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: You didn't choose every single situation you went through, you didn't choose the family you were born into unless you believe you did, which I kind of believe you did.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: You didn't choose every experience you've had, you didn't choose the way society's conditioned you, you didn't choose every wound you have picked up on the way, you didn't choose to go through every situation you have been through in this life.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: However, you do have a choice about what happens next.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: You do have a choice about how those situations mold you into the person you are now.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: Are you going to be the love and light version of yourself where there's this real divide in the spiritual community where people live in the love and light and they're like, oh, I am this way because X, Y, and Z happened to me.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: I do that because that happened to me in my childhood.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: I do this because that happened to me in a past relationship.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: I do X, Y, and Z because of X, Y, and Z.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: Or are you going to take radical responsibility for your life, face your shadows, face your demons, and understand that yes, that thing happened to me, but the version of me that I decide to be now going forward is on me.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: That's on no one else.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: If I want to allow that situation to rewrite the rest of my story, I can't blame anybody other than myself.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: You can't.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: You have to take radical responsibility for every single thing you want to achieve, every single place you want to go, every single thing you want to achieve in your life, every single version of you you want to be starts with you.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: And if you are going to keep yourself small and you're going to keep yourself pretending that the reason you can't achieve those things is because of what happened to you in your past, you're the only person responsible for that.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: The person who harmed you in the past is not responsible.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: It's on you to decide how you want to move forward with that in your life.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: And I don't want you to shame and I don't want you to blame and I don't want you to feel guilty for who you were and the choices you've made in the past.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: Because every single one of us has made choices that we look back and we regret.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: That's part of life.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: We fuck around, we find out, we learn, we do it different next time.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: But you cannot blame yourself for the situations you got yourself in because you didn't know any better, but you do now, and you've learned from that mistake, and it's on you to not make that same mistake again.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: But you cannot look back at your life and shame and blame and regret what happened to you because you just can't.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: Everything that happened to you happened for a reason, and it made you the person you are today, it made you the version of you you are right now, and that version of you is the perfect version who is going to get you where you want to go.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: Because as confronting as it might be, but as also liberating as it is, your life to a degree is a direct reflection of the choices you have made.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: Your life is a direct reflection of the choices you have made.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: Not just the obvious choices, not just the big ones, the small ones, the ones you tolerate, the ones you avoid, the ones you say yes to even though you want to say no to, where you keep spending your energy, who you surround yourself with, what you believe you're capable of, what you believe you deserve, and what you repeatedly do even though you know it isn't good for you.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: What do you do that keeps you small?
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: What do you do that keeps you in these loops?
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: For example, earlier this year when I was in a really negative place and I knew I was comfort eating, I knew I was digging myself deeper in this hole, but I just couldn't stop because I didn't want to admit that there was something wrong.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: I knew I was making these choices, I knew I was overeating, I knew I was pushing myself to my limits, but I didn't want to face it and I didn't want to change, so I just continued to do it.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: I knew that I was making the wrong decision.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: And then where I was three months later was a direct reflection of the person that I was there because I then was uncomfortable in my body, and now I'm having to go through the process of losing the weight that I put on.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: Everything you do is a direct reflection of the choices you have made.
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: I saw this thing on Instagram yesterday and it said, your partner is a direct reflection of how much you love yourself.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: It was on somebody else's podcast, and I can't remember who it was, but then it's how you interpret that question is either a negative or a positive and how much you love yourself.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: Because the choice you make to pick your partner is a reflection of how much you respect yourself and how much you believe you're worthy of, and how much love you believe you deserve.
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: The life you are living is a direct reflection of what you believe you are worthy of.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: For example, if you're in a job that you don't like, but you don't think you can achieve what you want to achieve, that is a reflection of your belief and your choices around what you think you were worthy of and what you think you deserve.
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: Because you have to look at the facts.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: You have to look at what does your calendar say?
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: What does your daily routine say?
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: What does your bank account say?
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: What does your body say?
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: What is where you spend your morning say?
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: What does the way you talk to yourself say?
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: How do the people you surround yourself with have a reflection on how you feel about yourself?
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: Every single thing in your life is a direct reflection.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: And every single choice you make, in every single small moment, is going to change your life and have a ripple effect further on.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: Because the thing is, is we can believe that we want this life, we can believe that we want to achieve X, Y, and Z, but if you don't actually believe you are worthy of having it, you are never going to call it in.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: For example, you can say you want a healthy relationship, but then you entertain people who treat you like shit.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: You can say you want freedom while consistently choosing security over what you actually want.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: You can say you want to be confident while consistently abandoning yourself just to be liked.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: You can say you want to live a creative life while spending all of your time doing things that make you feel safe.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: You have to push yourself out of your box because your desires and your decisions have to eventually meet who you are and who you actually want to be.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: It's very easy when we start looking at life like this and when we start understanding that no one is coming to save us, we have to take radical responsibility for where we are.
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: And we have two choices.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: We can either be the victim or we can allow it to empower us.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: We can either allow it to suffocate us or we can allow it to set us free.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: And you cannot change your life and you cannot move forward while playing the victim.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: Like with the love and light and the shadow and the darkness, you cannot evolve whilst blaming what has happened to you in your past and allowing yourself to give everybody else the power because you are the victim.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: Because, yes, things have happened to you in your life.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: Yes, you have been through experiences that have hurt you and shaped you and molded you into the version of yourself you are now, but you're not a victim unless you allow yourself to play the victim.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: You have the power to change everything.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: And if you are a victim to your life, if you want to change your job but you don't believe you can because you have a mortgage and you have things you have to pay for, and you have a family and you might have kids and you might have a partner and you want to change all these things in your life, but you feel like you can't because you're stuck.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: You're playing the victim because you're not stuck, you're never stuck.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: The only thing that makes you stuck is your self-belief that you are stuck because you can actually turn around and say, Do you know what?
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: I don't want to do this anymore, and just walk away from whatever it is in your life that you don't want to do.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: And I know that sounds savage and I know that sounds harsh, but in reality, you can change your whole life with one decision.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: You can change everything, but we are so afraid because we're waiting for somebody to come and give us permission to make that choice.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: No one is coming to save you.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: No one is going to come and tell you that it's okay to make that decision and it's okay to be brave and be bold other than me.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you now to be big and brave and bold and make that decision because no one is coming to save you and no one is going to get you and pull you out of this victim mindset other than yourself.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: Because your victim mindset hands the keys to your future to everybody else but yourself.
- 12:41SPEAKER_00: It allows you to give everybody else in your life control over how you live rather than yourself.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: Because you don't have to pretend that what happened to you didn't hurt you.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: You don't have to pretend that it didn't happen.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: You just have to stop letting it decide what you do next.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: Because what you do next is completely under your control.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: And the thing about the rebellion is I'm helping you understand what is out of alignment.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: And you cannot change what is out of alignment until you accept where you are now.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: So understanding where you are now is a direct reflection of the choices you've made, taking radical responsibility for that, understanding no one is coming to save you, and understanding that you have to accept yourself, you have to accept where you are now, you have to look at it completely neutral with no shame and no blame.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: You just have to understand that where you are now is the start point.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: You didn't know any better, but you do now, and here you are, and you don't judge, you don't blame, you don't shame, you don't create a fantasy of where you should be, you just accept this is where I am now.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: This is my reality, this is my life, these were my choices, these were my circumstances, this is now no longer what I want to accept, and this is how I'm gonna move forward, this is how I'm gonna change my life, this is how I'm going to actually make the steps to change my current reality because my current reality isn't what I want to live forever.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: It's understanding that these were the consequences of some of my actions, and this is what I tolerated, this is what I avoided, this is what I created, and I don't have to hate myself for any of it.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: I just have to understand that this is my now starting point and this is how I'm going to change my life.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: Because you cannot change a life.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: You are refusing to accept your living.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: You cannot change your life if you think and you are pretending and you act like you're happy, even though deep down you're not.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: You cannot change that which you cannot accept.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: So accepting where you are now is the very first step into moving forward.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: Taking radical responsibility with no shame and no blame for where you are now will change your life.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: So the next thing is to ask yourself, what can you do?
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: Instead of blaming and saying, why is my life like this?
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: Ask yourself, what can I actually change?
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: What is within my control?
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: Because you don't control other people's behavior.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: You don't control the economy, you don't control the past, you don't control whether somebody chooses you or whether somebody leaves you.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: You don't control every circumstance, but you do control your next decision, your boundaries, where you put your energy, what you decide to tolerate, what you want to pursue, what you walk away from, what you want to learn, what you want to practice, who you want to spend your time with, what you believe, and what you do next.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: Because the best way to understand what is in your control is to look at your life and split it into three categories.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: Because all of those things are in your control.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: And when you understand that how you react and how you respond to people is the only way you can choose to evolve and grow and move forward rather than continuing the same loop and patterns that you always have.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: So I want you to look at your life.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: I want you to divide it into three categories: what you cannot control, what you can influence, and what is completely within my control.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: So what is out of your control, what you have influence on, and what is in complete control.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: And when you break your life down into these three categories, it really helps you to understand that actually you are in control.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: For example, if you are in a relationship but you are worried that your partner's gonna leave you, your partner leaving you is completely out of your control.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: You have no control over that.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: If your partner wants to leave, your partner is going to leave.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: And yes, you can maybe influence how your partner stays, but is influencing if your partner stays or goes allowing you to abandon who you truly are, then is it worth it?
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: And what's completely in your control is your self-love, your self-worth, your self-belief in yourself, understanding that you're actually worthy of calling in the divine love that you want, that is in your control.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: So you understand that if you are worthy and if you believe that you are worthy of the love that you want, if your partner leaves, it doesn't matter.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: And you're not going to try and influence them to stay because you stay true to yourself and you stay true to what you know you deserve.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: When you understand that you can break your life down into these three categories, and all you can change is how you respond and how you react and the belief you have in yourself and where you want to go and how you want to show up, that is what is going to help you evolve.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: That is what is going to help you take control step by step of the things that you can actually change in your life.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: Because this is the point of the whole rebellion.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: It isn't just about taking responsibility, it's about taking agency.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: It's not I hate my life and everything's just horrible and everything sucks.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: It's I am no longer outsourcing my power.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: I am no longer waiting for somebody to choose me.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: I am choosing myself.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: I am no longer waiting for permission to be the woman I know I want to be.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: This is my permission, slip.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: I'm no longer waiting till I feel confident, no longer blaming my past for my future.
- 17:24SPEAKER_00: I am no longer abandoning myself and then wondering why I don't recognize my life.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: I am choosing.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: I am taking the steps and I am making the moves and I am going to take control and take radical responsibility for my life and understand that no one is coming to save me other than myself.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: If I want to change my life, it is completely within my control and I'm going to do it.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: Even if I'm scared, even if I'm uncertain, even if I'm absolutely fucking terrified and have no idea what's going to come next, even if I don't know where I'm going to go, I'm going to take the steps that I know I need to take, and I'm going to follow my intuition, I'm going to take the next step and understand that as long as I act with pure intention and follow my intuition, it will always take me where I need to be.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: And if it's the wrong decision, I learnt a lesson and I can make the right decision next time.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: You have the power within you to completely change your life, and no one is coming to save you other than yourself.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: So taking radical responsibility for that and actually making the moves to step out of your comfort zone and live the life that you know you want to live is one of the most incredible things you can do, and is what I'm here to try and help you remember and try to encourage you to do.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: Because the moment you realize that no one is coming to save you is the moment you realize you don't actually need saving.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: It's the moment you realize that you are the embodiment of every single thing you need, every single desire you have, every single dream you have, every single thing you want and fantasize about in this life is in your reality.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: It is in your reality.
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: It is already in your vision, it is already in your life, it is already in your path, otherwise you wouldn't have it.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, you wouldn't have that belief.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, you wouldn't have that vision.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, you wouldn't have that desire and those dreams and intuitive knowing that it is yours, you wouldn't be able to see it and feel it and touch it so clearly if it wasn't already in your future.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: Because everything you have is within you.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: You don't need permission from anybody else.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: No one is coming to save you, and you don't need anyone else to save you.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: You are the permission.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: You have everything you need within you already.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: You are the person you've been waiting for, the person who changes the job, the person who leaves the relationship, the person who leaves the country, who starts the business, who moves cities, who goes to therapy, who sets the boundary, who says no, and fuck no, because they want to say no, who finally says yes to the things that they have been putting off for their whole life because they didn't think they are worthy.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: You are the person who finally decides that this is not how my story ends.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: This is not going to be my reality, and this is not the life I'm going to live because it makes everybody else happy.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: No one is coming to save me, and I take radical responsibility for my life and what I want and how I'm going to make it happen.
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: Because the moment you realize you are radically responsible for your life is the moment everything will change.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: So your rebellious act for the rebellion series for this episode is change it or accept it.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: It's very confronting.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: I know, it can be painful.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: If you don't like it, stop fucking moaning about it.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: If you don't like it, change it.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: If you're not gonna change it and you're not gonna change how that thing shows up in your life and that situation and that thing you don't like, accept it.
- 20:34SPEAKER_00: And if you can't accept it, make the move to change it.
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: Because understanding that you have two choices in every single situation.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: You don't like your job, stop moaning about your job, change it.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: You don't like your partner and you know you deserve better, change it.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: You don't actually want to leave your job, then accept it.
- 20:52SPEAKER_00: You don't like where you live, but you actually really don't really deep down want to leave, accept it.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: Stop moaning.
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: You have two choices.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: You can either allow things to consume you and to become your story and to become negative chatter in your everyday, or you can accept it for what it is, for the situation, for how it shows up in your life, or you can change it.
- 21:12SPEAKER_00: It's completely in your control.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: Either change it or accept it.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: Because sitting in the middle and allowing yourself to be consumed by negative chatter over and over and over again is what is making your life worse.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: So change it or accept it.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: Stop blaming, stop shaming, stop acting like the victim and take radical responsibility for your life.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: Change your fucking life because no one is coming to save you other than yourself.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: And the minute you understand that is the minute you take your power back.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: It is the minute you step closer to the version of yourself you know you can be.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: Closer to the version this rebellion series is going to help you become.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for listening to today's episode.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: I hope this was the fucking rocket up your ass that you needed to change your life and take control.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: And understand that no one is coming to say you other than yourself.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: If you want something, it is your turn to go after it and get it.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: If you haven't already, make sure to come and follow me on Instagram at Iam Isabel Martucci and follow or subscribe wherever you are listening or watching to the podcast.

- 22:21SPEAKER_00: Thank you again so much for listening.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: All my love, as always.
