- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. The story of Jeffrey Epstein in his abuse
- 0:08Speaker 1: didn't start on the Island, it didn't start in New
- 0:11Speaker 1: York City. It started in Palm Beach. And from the
- 0:14Speaker 1: word go, the fix has been in. And that's not
- 0:17Speaker 1: just me telling you that. We have documented proof, documented
- 0:21Speaker 1: evidence of people who were involved in the case, talking
- 0:25Speaker 1: about how Jeffrey Epstein was tipped off before the raid,
- 0:29Speaker 1: talking about how the whole entire investigation was one of
- 0:33Speaker 1: the most corrupt in the history of the United States
- 0:35Speaker 1: of America in modern times. And the person that's telling
- 0:39Speaker 1: us this isn't some crazed lunatic, isn't some conspiracy theorist
- 0:44Speaker 1: who's hanging out with Alex Jones who we're talking about
- 0:48Speaker 1: is the former Palm Beach Police Chief, Michael Ryder. And
- 0:53Speaker 1: Michael Rider said from the very beginning that the fix
- 0:56Speaker 1: was in and that Jeffrey Epstein was being protected. And
- 1:00Speaker 1: over the next few days, I'm going to back that
- 1:02Speaker 1: statement up by showing you the receipts. And the first
- 1:05Speaker 1: receipt we're going to look at is the one provided
- 1:08Speaker 1: by Chief Michael Rider. According to Chief Michael Ryder. The
- 1:13Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein case wasn't just a scandal. It was the
- 1:16Speaker 1: worst failure of the criminal justice system in modern American history.
- 1:20Speaker 1: And Chief Writer would know because he lived it. He
- 1:23Speaker 1: didn't read about Epstein in a newspaper. He wasn't reacting
- 1:27Speaker 1: to headlines. He was there on the front lines in
- 1:30Speaker 1: Palm Beach when the calls first came in, when the
- 1:33Speaker 1: first victims came forward, when the pattern became undeniable. He
- 1:37Speaker 1: watched it unfold up close, in real time, and what
- 1:41Speaker 1: he saw broke something fundamental in him. Not because he'd
- 1:45Speaker 1: never seen evil before. He was a season chief, after all,
- 1:48Speaker 1: but because this time evil was met with obedience, not
- 1:52Speaker 1: from his officers, from the very institutions that were supposed
- 1:55Speaker 1: to act, the prosecutors, the US Attorney, the federal government.
- 2:01Speaker 1: This wasn't a case of miscommunication. This wasn't a misdetail
- 2:05Speaker 1: or a procedural slip. Writers Department did everything by the
- 2:08Speaker 1: book and then some. They built the case the way
- 2:12Speaker 1: you're taught to do in every academy across the country.
- 2:15Speaker 1: They interviewed victims, cross reference stories, built timelines, verified evidence,
- 2:21Speaker 1: and when it was already they brought it forward, expecting
- 2:24Speaker 1: justice to take over. But justice didn't take over. It
- 2:28Speaker 1: backed away, and it lowered its eyes. What followed Chief
- 2:32Speaker 1: Writer has described as soul crushing. A state prosecutor who
- 2:35Speaker 1: seemed more concerned about Epstein's reputation than the lives of
- 2:39Speaker 1: the girls. He preyed upon a secret plea deal crafted
- 2:42Speaker 1: behind closed doors, a sentence so light it was practically
- 2:46Speaker 1: a vacation, and worst of all, an ironclad immunity deal
- 2:50Speaker 1: that protected not just Epstein but anyone who helped them.
- 2:54Speaker 1: It was a betrayal so vast that Writer, a man
- 2:56Speaker 1: known for discipline and restraint, put everything on the line.
- 3:00Speaker 1: He took the extraordinary step of writing the FBI. He
- 3:03Speaker 1: demanded a federal investigation. He risked professional alienation, knowing full
- 3:08Speaker 1: well that speaking out against the machine could mean the
- 3:11Speaker 1: end of his career. But he did it anyway because
- 3:15Speaker 1: what he witnessed wasn't just failure, it was rot And
- 3:18Speaker 1: in his words, the Epstein case represented the worst failure
- 3:21Speaker 1: of the justice system in modern times. And in this episode,
- 3:25Speaker 1: we're going to hear his story. Not the sensational headlines,
- 3:28Speaker 1: not the salacious lists or conspiracies, just the raw, unvarnished
- 3:33Speaker 1: truth from the one man who stood inside the breach
- 3:35Speaker 1: and refused to look away. This isn't a story about
- 3:38Speaker 1: one man's crimes. It's a story about what happens when
- 3:41Speaker 1: a system decides some men are too powerful to punish,
- 3:45Speaker 1: when truth is inconvenient, and when justice gets priced out.
- 3:49Speaker 1: And Chief writer, he didn't just sound the alarm. And
- 3:52Speaker 1: in this episode, we're going to hear what Michael Ryder
- 3:54Speaker 1: had to say. And to do that, we have an
- 3:57Speaker 1: article from NBC News and the headline ex Florida police
- 4:01Speaker 1: chief Epstein case the worst failure of the criminal justice
- 4:04Speaker 1: system in modern times. The author of this article is
- 4:09Speaker 1: Sarah Fitzpatrick and Rich Shapiro. Former Palm Beach police Chief
- 4:14Speaker 1: Michael ryders spent years trying to convince state and federal
- 4:18Speaker 1: prosecutors in Florida to bring serious charges against Jeffrey Epstein. Now,
- 4:22Speaker 1: the retired lawman wants to tackle a new mission to
- 4:26Speaker 1: persuade lawmakers to take action to prevent the next Jeffrey
- 4:29Speaker 1: Epstein from perverting the criminal justice system. I thought there
- 4:33Speaker 1: was nothing to see here. I thought that Epstein was
- 4:35Speaker 1: just a lone wolf, and he wasn't protected by anybody. Well,
- 4:40Speaker 1: the people who actually investigated Jeffrey Epstein tell us a
- 4:43Speaker 1: completely different story. Epstein found every loophole, Writer told NBC
- 4:49Speaker 1: News as part of a month's long Dateline investigation. I
- 4:53Speaker 1: want some system in the future that this can happen again.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Writer said he believes the state and federal prosecutors handling
- 5:00Speaker 1: of the Epstein case amounts to the worst failure of
- 5:03Speaker 1: the criminal justice system in modern times. I guess he's
- 5:07Speaker 1: just a conspiracy theorist too. I guess Chief Rider, who
- 5:10Speaker 1: was actually in the middle of all of it, has
- 5:12Speaker 1: no idea what he's talking about. And we should listen
- 5:14Speaker 1: to Cat Turd and Charlie Kirk instead. Listen, folks, your
- 5:18Speaker 1: knowledge only goes so far as your sources. And if
- 5:21Speaker 1: your sources are bullshit, if your sources are corrupt, if
- 5:24Speaker 1: your sources don't really care, then you're going to be
- 5:27Speaker 1: led astray. And that's why I always tell you go
- 5:29Speaker 1: directly to the heart of it. The people that were
- 5:32Speaker 1: on the ground, the survivors, people like Chief Rider, people
- 5:35Speaker 1: who have spoken out against Epstein for years. Those are
- 5:38Speaker 1: the people to follow, not these people that have just
- 5:41Speaker 1: shown up all of a sudden taking marching orders from
- 5:44Speaker 1: who the fuck knows, and trying to muddy the waters
- 5:48Speaker 1: because anybody out here telling you that Jeffrey Epstein wasn't
- 5:52Speaker 1: highly highly connected, wasn't protected, and that what we see
- 5:56Speaker 1: and go down in the aftermath of Epstein's death is
- 5:59Speaker 1: normal to you, because there's nothing normal about any of this.
- 6:04Speaker 1: The story begins in March of two thousand and five,
- 6:07Speaker 1: when the Palm Beach Police Department received a call from
- 6:09Speaker 1: the distraught mother of a fourteen year old girl. The
- 6:13Speaker 1: woman writer recalled said her underage daughter was having sex
- 6:16Speaker 1: with an adult who lives in a mansion in Palm Beach.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Palm Beach Police detectives immediately launched an investigation. They said,
- 6:26Speaker 1: this is credible, this is believable, said Ryder, speaking in
- 6:30Speaker 1: his first in depth TV interview. Our since from sitting
- 6:34Speaker 1: in the room with the first victim, was that this
- 6:37Speaker 1: is something we've absolutely got to get on. Fourteen years old,
- 6:41Speaker 1: and time and time again, a lot of reports out
- 6:45Speaker 1: there that Epstein had three girls a day. You do
- 6:49Speaker 1: the math, how many girls do you think were abused
- 6:52Speaker 1: in Palm Beach alone? Then let's talk about all of
- 6:56Speaker 1: the girls from Eastern Europe that nobody ever even brings up.
- 7:00Speaker 1: I guess is a lot of those girls are never
- 7:03Speaker 1: gonna speak up about what happens. We're never gonna hear
- 7:05Speaker 1: from them. But that doesn't mean they weren't abused. That
- 7:09Speaker 1: doesn't mean that Jeffrey Epstein wasn't doing this bullshit on
- 7:12Speaker 1: multiple continents, because he most certainly was. The interview with
- 7:16Speaker 1: the initial young girl led to another and another. I
- 7:20Speaker 1: have no problem telling you everything that I know, one
- 7:22Speaker 1: of the girls told police in a videotaped interview obtained
- 7:25Speaker 1: by NBC News. Another told police that Epstein pulled out
- 7:30Speaker 1: this vibrator thing and he pulled down my panties. The
- 7:33Speaker 1: investigators were immediately struck by the consistency of the accounts.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Writer said the stories were all the same. He said,
- 7:41Speaker 1: they could all describe the house in detail, they could
- 7:44Speaker 1: describe what happened. Well, that's because this is the truth,
- 7:48Speaker 1: and we all know for sure that Jeffrey Epstein was
- 7:51Speaker 1: doing this. Imagine trying to move on from that when
- 7:56Speaker 1: there's been no justice. Now, look, if this was something
- 7:59Speaker 1: that has already been settled and we saw Epstein catch
- 8:02Speaker 1: a real bid, then it would be a legitimate point
- 8:05Speaker 1: to say, look, all right, he's been punished, we've investigated
- 8:08Speaker 1: this fully. It's time to move on. But that's not
- 8:11Speaker 1: the case, is it. So until then, respectfully, fuck off
- 8:15Speaker 1: with your move on nonsense. If you want to move on,
- 8:17Speaker 1: go ahead, go right ahead. Because the truth is most
- 8:22Speaker 1: of you people that are talking about this topic now
- 8:25Speaker 1: haven't been in the trenches. You haven't been here fighting
- 8:28Speaker 1: this war against these crazed lunatics for years and years
- 8:31Speaker 1: and years. But some of us have, and those of
- 8:35Speaker 1: us that have been in this war, the veterans, we
- 8:37Speaker 1: know exactly what we're up against. And for those who
- 8:40Speaker 1: are coming into this with open eyes, you're soon going
- 8:42Speaker 1: to realize what we all realized a very long time ago,
- 8:46Speaker 1: that the machine marches on, and that Epstein might be gone,
- 8:50Speaker 1: but his operation has just been transferred to somebody else.
- 8:56Speaker 1: In many cases, the victims very specific physical descriptions of
- 9:00Speaker 1: Epstein's body matched, but the detectives also observed that the
- 9:04Speaker 1: accounts weren't perfectly aligned. That would have been a red
- 9:07Speaker 1: flag that the stories were coordinated, writer said. The investigators
- 9:12Speaker 1: also noted something else's significance. Many of the victims didn't
- 9:16Speaker 1: know each other, so there was little chance that they
- 9:18Speaker 1: had come together to concoct false allegations. And of course
- 9:22Speaker 1: you always have to think about that, right, something that
- 9:24Speaker 1: has to be looked at. As an investigator, you have
- 9:27Speaker 1: to look at all angles, make sure you're not getting hustled,
- 9:29Speaker 1: make sure you're being told the truth, and where's the
- 9:32Speaker 1: evidence point And that's what it comes down to. Where
- 9:35Speaker 1: does the evidence point you and wherever the evidence goes,
- 9:38Speaker 1: that's where you should follow. And within the first few
- 9:42Speaker 1: weeks the investigation was already bearing fruit. We realized that
- 9:47Speaker 1: this was basically a way of life for Epstein, writer said,
- 9:50Speaker 1: And it didn't take too long to realize that a
- 9:52Speaker 1: lot of people were involved in this. This was a
- 9:55Speaker 1: very prolific sexual predator. A lot of people were involved
- 9:58Speaker 1: in this. Huh okay. I thought that Epstein was a
- 10:01Speaker 1: lone wolf, though, is that what the DOJ is telling us? Now?
- 10:05Speaker 1: So are you gonna believe the DOJ or are you
- 10:08Speaker 1: gonna believe the guy that actually worked the case, who
- 10:10Speaker 1: actually has skin in the game. I'm gonna go with
- 10:13Speaker 1: Michael Ryder. Detectives picked through Epstein's trash and discovered incriminating
- 10:19Speaker 1: messages on scraps of paper documenting phone calls. She is
- 10:22Speaker 1: wondering if two thirty is okay, she needs to stay
- 10:25Speaker 1: in school. Read one the note. It was clear to
- 10:28Speaker 1: police were about massages and sex, writer said. And it
- 10:32Speaker 1: isn't just the phone messages. Writer said. Epstein had flowers
- 10:36Speaker 1: delivered to one of the victims who was in a
- 10:38Speaker 1: performance at her high school, congratulating her at the end
- 10:41Speaker 1: of her performance. Imagine that bullshit. You're at high school
- 10:46Speaker 1: with your daughter for a play and she gets flowers
- 10:49Speaker 1: or some shit from Epstein. Nothing to see here, folks,
- 10:52Speaker 1: just a guy that you know has some proclivities. He
- 10:55Speaker 1: wasn't the most prolific sexual offender in modern history or anything.
- 11:00Speaker 1: A thousand victims, but let's move on. NBC News has
- 11:03Speaker 1: spoken with nearly two dozen women who allege that Epstein
- 11:07Speaker 1: didn't operate alone. Writer said the investigation identified adult women
- 11:11Speaker 1: who had sexual contact with underage girls and in some
- 11:14Speaker 1: cases perform sexual battery on children. I thought he did
- 11:19Speaker 1: it all alone. There's nothing else to see here, folks.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Klenne Maxwell's the only one that should be in jail.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And you wonder why nobody believes the DOJ and their
- 11:27Speaker 1: dumbass memo. And you know, the sad truth is a
- 11:29Speaker 1: lot of these morons out here talking about the case
- 11:32Speaker 1: have no idea about the true genesis of what went on.
- 11:36Speaker 1: They don't know Michael Ryder from fucking Michael Rappaport. And
- 11:40Speaker 1: they're going to be out here telling you that they
- 11:42Speaker 1: know everything about the story. They know what happened, they
- 11:45Speaker 1: have the inside information, they have the details. No they don't.
- 11:49Speaker 1: They don't even know the basics. But they want to
- 11:51Speaker 1: tell us about how the whole entire operation was running. Okay, sure,
- 11:56Speaker 1: this was the financially successful, smart capable, well work and
- 12:00Speaker 1: well financed individual who built an organization around them that
- 12:04Speaker 1: supported his criminal enterprise. Writer said, how come there was
- 12:08Speaker 1: no RICO? Well, I'll tell you why. Because you don't
- 12:11Speaker 1: hit your own agents, your own assets with RICO. That
- 12:16Speaker 1: would be pretty ridiculous, right. You got somebody who's the
- 12:19Speaker 1: CI and they're up to no good, you're gonna hit
- 12:22Speaker 1: them with RICO if it leads back to you. Zero chance.
- 12:24Speaker 1: So that's always one of the big tells when somebody
- 12:27Speaker 1: of note gets arrested. If they get hit with RICO,
- 12:30Speaker 1: chances are they don't have any ties to anybody important
- 12:34Speaker 1: and on the flip side, when you see people get
- 12:36Speaker 1: hit with RICO, that usually eliminates any possibility that they're
- 12:40Speaker 1: working for the government. But when you have the police
- 12:42Speaker 1: chief down here on Palm Beach saying that Jeffrey Epstein
- 12:45Speaker 1: was the head of a criminal enterprise and there was
- 12:48Speaker 1: never any kind of RICO investigation, what does that tell you?
- 12:53Speaker 1: When he was stonewalled by the Feds time and time
- 12:55Speaker 1: again trying to open that kind of investigation, what does
- 12:58Speaker 1: it tell you? It tells me see that Jeffrey Epstein
- 13:01Speaker 1: was protected. And you can deny it all you want,
- 13:04Speaker 1: but I'm gonna need some proof because I'm showing up
- 13:07Speaker 1: with the receipts pointing the other direction. So if you
- 13:09Speaker 1: have some evidence that points away from it besides what
- 13:12Speaker 1: some politicians telling you, I'd like to see it. But
- 13:17Speaker 1: as the months wore on with the police building their case,
- 13:20Speaker 1: odd things began to happen. When detectives armed with the
- 13:23Speaker 1: search warrant entered his home with a video camera. What
- 13:26Speaker 1: they found made them suspect that he had been tipped off.
- 13:30Speaker 1: The place had been cleaned up. Writers said it wasn't
- 13:33Speaker 1: completely devoid of evidence, but a computer that was contained.
- 13:36Speaker 1: All of the home surveillance camera footage was gone, and
- 13:39Speaker 1: all the wires were left hanging there. Writers said, so
- 13:42Speaker 1: where did that go? I'm sure we don't have that
- 13:45Speaker 1: evidence anymore either, right, God forbid, God forbid we have
- 13:48Speaker 1: any evidence that's needed. And of course that's all part
- 13:51Speaker 1: of the plan. No evidence, no crime. They can fix
- 13:56Speaker 1: the narrative, they can have their influencers show up their
- 13:59Speaker 1: white binders and act the fool. But if there's actual
- 14:03Speaker 1: evidence and actual paper trail, then that poses a problem, right,
- 14:07Speaker 1: And that's why I've told you from the very beginning
- 14:09Speaker 1: that I think that all of the evidence, anything that's
- 14:12Speaker 1: going to be damning, has long been destroyed or stashed
- 14:15Speaker 1: in some CIA black vault somewhere. But look again, I'm
- 14:19Speaker 1: not the one telling you that Jeffrey Epstein was tipped off.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Chief Michael Ryder is telling you that. After six months
- 14:26Speaker 1: of investigation, Writers said, the local police department noticed a
- 14:30Speaker 1: shift in attitude from the state prosecutors. Writers said the
- 14:34Speaker 1: prosecutors told them the witnesses were not credible. The prosecutors,
- 14:38Speaker 1: Writers said, suddenly seemed dismissive of the case and were
- 14:41Speaker 1: uncooperative in approving critical investigative techniques that hinder the Palm
- 14:46Speaker 1: Beach Police Department's investigation. Now this is all normal, right,
- 14:51Speaker 1: the police chief being hindered by federal agents and being
- 14:55Speaker 1: roadblocked by them just to protect some guy who was
- 14:59Speaker 1: accused of a using kids. I mean, really, who does
- 15:02Speaker 1: that and why? What would motivate you to do something
- 15:05Speaker 1: like that, especially when we're talking about somebody like Epstein. Look,
- 15:10Speaker 1: we're not talking about somebody who got in trouble for
- 15:13Speaker 1: fraud or a duy or something you know that we
- 15:16Speaker 1: can forgive. We're talking about a prolific predator who, if
- 15:20Speaker 1: you don't believe anything else about them, was abusing girls
- 15:24Speaker 1: at least three a day in Palm Beach and he
- 15:27Speaker 1: only gets thirteen months of real soft time. So please
- 15:31Speaker 1: don't tell me that this is normal. Don't tell me
- 15:33Speaker 1: that this is just how things go. Because if you're
- 15:36Speaker 1: a normal person, a regular old citizen like the rest
- 15:39Speaker 1: of us, you're not getting treated like this. You're not
- 15:43Speaker 1: getting tipped off that the police are raiding your house.
- 15:46Speaker 1: You're not gonna know that something's coming down the pipe.
- 15:50Speaker 1: They're gonna kick in your door, and they're gonna drag
- 15:52Speaker 1: your bitch ass out and they're gonna bring you to
- 15:54Speaker 1: jail unless you're Jeffrey Epstein. That is all right. We're
- 15:57Speaker 1: gonna wrap up this episode right here, and in the
- 16:00Speaker 1: next episode, we're gonna finish this bad boy off. All
- 16:03Speaker 1: of the information that goes with this episode can be
- 16:05Speaker 1: found in the description box.
