- 0:00Hello everyone, welcome back or welcome to recovering out loud
- 0:04podcast another bite size tips and tricks episode for how to
- 0:11handle life in recovery. Today I'm going to be talking
- 0:14about the fear of the future, something that plagues a lot of
- 0:19people that I talked to in recovery, myself included, is
- 0:22fear of the unknown, right? This.
- 0:26Either I have something that I have to do tomorrow that I don't
- 0:29want. I'm really not looking forward
- 0:30to doing it. I really don't want to do it and
- 0:32it's plaguing my mind all day today.
- 0:35Or that fear of uncertainty of what's going to happen next if I
- 0:40don't do this or if I do this or I just, I want to know.
- 0:43I want to know what's going to happen next.
- 0:45I need to know. I need to be in control of the
- 0:47outcome. So if it's your first time here,
- 0:49welcome. My name is Anthony.
- 0:51I'm an addict and alcoholic in recovery.
- 0:53Been in recovery for 10 years, relapse after eight years, clean
- 0:57and sober, coming up on 11 months again.
- 1:00And I am so grateful that I'm back on this side.
- 1:03I'm grateful to be able to do this with you and giving you all
- 1:08the tips and tricks, all the recovery wisdom that has been
- 1:11passed down freely to me over the years.
- 1:13And there's a lot I've retained a lot.
- 1:15I've learned a lot about my own disease, my own addiction.
- 1:17So welcome, if you like the episodes, like what you're
- 1:20hearing, please follow subscribe, rate the podcast, The
- 1:24best payment I could get from you as I'm doing this all for
- 1:28free. I'm not making any income off of
- 1:30this. And I'm doing it really.
- 1:32I'm doing it to stay sober myself, right?
- 1:34Because when I'm of service, I'm not thinking about myself and
- 1:36I'm talking recovery. I'm not thinking about my
- 1:38problems and my poor me. So I'm going to break down today
- 1:42what fear of the future really is from a neurological level, I
- 1:46guess psychological level. Why fear hits hard in recovery,
- 1:51The lies that fear tells us, how fear shapes our behaviors, tools
- 1:55to break the fear cycle, what a healthy relationship with the
- 2:00future looks like. And then I'm going to challenge
- 2:03you to something. I'm going to ask you a few
- 2:05questions that you can take home and reflect on yourself.
- 2:07Because recovery is all about self examination, reflection,
- 2:11quiet time. Who am I?
- 2:13Why do I use drugs? How do I live life successfully
- 2:16without the need to use drugs and alcohol?
- 2:18So fear is common for everybody. Our bodies are designed to
- 2:21anticipate threats and so we want to be aware of those
- 2:26threats so that we can prepare for them.
- 2:27Back in the day, long time ago, we used to have to be on guard
- 2:32for predators, for lions, for bears, and our nervous system
- 2:37was designed to keep us alive so that we can anticipate the
- 2:41attack. Unfortunately or fortunately,
- 2:44this has evolved with us and now we are afraid of a lot of
- 2:48things. One of my favorite acronyms for
- 2:51fear, and there's a few of them false evidence appearing real.
- 2:55Another one is fuck everything and run.
- 2:58Another one for you is face everything and recover.
- 3:03But essentially, fear is normal. It's our perspective, our
- 3:06perception that's the problem. Our perspective of said problem.
- 3:10That's the issue, not the actual problem itself.
- 3:12It's our story. The story that we spin on the
- 3:17outcome, for example, I've been going through a lot of financial
- 3:20debt as a result of my addiction and and alcoholism, and I had a
- 3:24fear every single morning for a long time in my early recovery.
- 3:28I'm still in early recovery, but in the first few months it was
- 3:31every day I'd wake up with how am I going to solve this?
- 3:34I'm going to fail. I'm not making enough money.
- 3:36All these stories I would spin on to myself right when in in
- 3:39turn, in reality I was OK. I was safe, I was sober, I was
- 3:44alive, and there was no need for me to be obsessing over the fear
- 3:49of financial insecurity. I spun a story in my head that I
- 3:53wasn't safe and I needed to fix this problem right now.
- 3:57When in reality, like I said, the problem itself was my
- 4:00relationship to the financial insecurity.
- 4:04I was trying to fix everything in one moment in the here and
- 4:07now, and that was just impossible.
- 4:09It was impossible. So I had to turn that over.
- 4:12I had to accept the fact that I was where I was financially.
- 4:17And slowly when I stopped obsessing over it, the answer
- 4:20came to me in the quiet, the moment moments, right?
- 4:23And for me, that answer was to just pay off your minimum
- 4:26payments one at a time. And today, I can honestly say
- 4:29I'm back on the track. I'm back on track to financial
- 4:32freedom, which is really the goal here, right?
- 4:34I mean, at the end of the day, I just want to be financially safe
- 4:39and free and have the ability to live without panicking about it.
- 4:43But again, that's my perception of it.
- 4:45So you're not broken. Fear is your brain recalibrating
- 4:49to the lack of chaos and the quiet and the sort of normalcy
- 4:54that you've now cultivated in recovery.
- 4:56So our brain hates uncertainty. Addiction sort of created a
- 5:01predictable chaos for us, for a lot of us.
- 5:04And then recovery removes that predictability pattern where
- 5:06it's like now I don't know what's going to happen next.
- 5:08And I can't just check out of life with drugs and alcohol
- 5:12where I used to before, whenever the fears used to come up with
- 5:14tomorrow, I would just check out by doing a line or smoking a
- 5:18joint or drinking. And then so this uncertainty
- 5:21feels dangerous and it feels like my life is that threatened,
- 5:24my life is in jeopardy when really it's not.
- 5:27It's just my brain telling me a story.
- 5:30I'm like a movie projector going around the world and projecting
- 5:33my story onto the movie screen. It's not reality.
- 5:36It's my version of reality, my story, my perception.
- 5:40So there's anticipatory anxiety, which is sort of this state that
- 5:44we like to cultivate, that I like to cultivate where it's
- 5:46like, if I can predict the worst thing that's going to happen to
- 5:50me, I feel in control, I feel safe.
- 5:52Meanwhile, I'm freaking out and panicking over the fear of what
- 5:56possibly could happen. And it's usually the most
- 5:59outlandish thing, right? False evidence appearing real.
- 6:01For example, I moved careers. I'm not making a steady income
- 6:05like I used to. I'm going to fail.
- 6:07I'm going to be a bad husband. I'm not going to be able to
- 6:08support my family. All these stories start to spin
- 6:10up in my head. And then it takes me away from
- 6:12the solution of the problem, which is just shut up, keep
- 6:15going, and trust the process, right when you're on the break
- 6:19path. It will come, just not in your
- 6:21time. The money will come.
- 6:23I keep telling myself that the financial freedom will come,
- 6:26just not in my time. So this fear of the future shows
- 6:29up in a multitude of ways, but more specifically, overthinking,
- 6:33catastrophizing, avoidance, wanting guarantees or
- 6:38expectations out of life, right? Expectations are nothing but
- 6:41premeditated resentments. And then when I don't get that
- 6:44expectation of making enough money and what is enough money
- 6:47anyways? Like seriously, what is enough
- 6:48money? Once I get here I'll be OK.
- 6:50Once I make 6 figures I'll be. And then it's never enough.
- 6:52You get there and you're like wow this doesn't feel that good.
- 6:55It's because it's an external motivator.
- 6:57External factor. You'll never be happy from
- 7:00external motivator just it's so cliche, but listen to anybody
- 7:03that's made it rich. They always say it isn't what
- 7:07they thought it would be, right. Picture it as like a ladder.
- 7:10At the top of the ladder, there's a bag.
- 7:12And the guy that's been to the top of the ladder is telling
- 7:15you, dude, there's nothing in the bag.
- 7:17There's nothing in the bag. Don't bother going to the top of
- 7:19the ladder and doing all these things to get there.
- 7:22Manipulating, lie, cheating, seal, work hard, whatever.
- 7:24And then no, You know, I Yeah, I believe you.
- 7:27But I got to still see for myself.
- 7:28You climb up the ladder, you do all the things you got to do to
- 7:31get ahead in life. You get to the top, open the
- 7:34bag, it's empty every time. Why does fear hit so hard in
- 7:38recovery? Because there's an identity
- 7:40shift for a lot of us. It's if I remove the drugs and
- 7:42alcohol. Who and I without it I'm not fun
- 7:44bar drinking guy. Meanwhile I was the only one
- 7:47that thought that I'm not Life of the party Anthony who always
- 7:49has a bag on him and people love to have around.
- 7:53By the end nobody wanted me fucking around and I was alone
- 7:56in a hotel room every single time.
- 7:57So you come into recovery, you lose your coping mechanisms,
- 8:00your solution? Drugs and alcohol.
- 8:02Now what? Without numbness, the future
- 8:04feels raw and unpredictable and real.
- 8:07Then there's the fear of failure and relapse and the myth that
- 8:11you tell yourself of one mistake sort of erases everything,
- 8:14whether it's a relapse or, you know, a bad decision you made or
- 8:17something that affected your life in a detrimental way, a
- 8:21relationship you lost. Now I've lost all my recovery.
- 8:24I've ruined it all. This sort of zero to 100
- 8:26thinking, this catastrophizing. Then there's the fear of
- 8:29success, which is the pressure expectations, like I said
- 8:32already, responsibility. I have so much on my shoulders.
- 8:37I have such a big load to carry. And then there's the fear of
- 8:41stability. And this one sounds a little
- 8:43strange, but I found that a lot of people struggle with this
- 8:45one, myself included. It's this like, chaos was
- 8:48familiar for me. Now I have like a sort of
- 8:50mediocre, not high, not lowlife. Things are just sort of moving
- 8:55along and peace feels foreign. I don't like this feeling of
- 8:58quiet. It feels boring, you know, is
- 9:01this all my life is now? I always say that.
- 9:03All right. Most common lies that fear tells
- 9:05us lie number one, I won't be able to handle what's coming.
- 9:09Counter that with listen, motherfucker, you've been
- 9:13through the deepest, darkest depths of hell in addiction.
- 9:16OK? I think you can handle a little
- 9:18financial insecurity. I think you can handle getting
- 9:21another job. Maybe just not in your time.
- 9:24Maybe it's not what you want, but you'll get what you need if
- 9:27you stay sober. In my experience, most people
- 9:30have never been to the rock bottoms.
- 9:31You've been. Why can't you handle this blank
- 9:34thing coming up? Lie number 2.
- 9:37Something bad is going to happen, right?
- 9:39This it's going too well. This is too good to be true.
- 9:41Something bad is coming. Fear confuses possibility with
- 9:45probability. It's like Murphy's Law.
- 9:47You know, you're always living in this.
- 9:49Anything that can happen will happen to me today, right now,
- 9:52I'm going to flip my car on the highway.
- 9:54I don't know what it whatever it is for you.
- 9:56Line number three. If I can't see the whole path,
- 9:59something is wrong. Something is off.
- 10:01Recovery teaches us one step at a time, one day at a time, one
- 10:05minute at a time, sometimes right, one breath at a time.
- 10:07Just keep moving forward. Lie #4 I'm behind in life or
- 10:13behind in my program. Comparison is the thief of joy.
- 10:18Stop comparing yourself to other people that have are at the
- 10:22middle of their movie, their story.
- 10:24You're at the beginning, they're in the middle or at the end.
- 10:26Stop comparing it to a good comparison.
- 10:29For me was, you know, when I first got on social media, I was
- 10:32always comparing myself to these other sober creators that had
- 10:3520-30, forty, 5000 thousand followers and I was like, why do
- 10:39they have so many and I don't have any?
- 10:41Dude, you just fucking started. What you haven't been looking at
- 10:43is they've been running on the treadmill for the past five
- 10:45years. You're just getting on the
- 10:47treadmill now and you're complaining that you don't have
- 10:49what they have. You got to put in the work line
- 10:53#5 good things don't last for people like me.
- 10:56I don't deserve good things. I'm a bad person.
- 11:00That's just shame, OK? You're seeing the world through
- 11:02a shame lens right now. You do deserve good things
- 11:05because you're working hard and you're sober and you're just the
- 11:09same as everybody else. We're all equal here.
- 11:11Nobody special Addiction got you used to being in the shame lens,
- 11:16wearing the shame glasses, right?
- 11:18Because you are exhibiting behaviors that you that went
- 11:22below your moral code, IE drinking and driving.
- 11:25Drinking in front of your kids, disappearing for days at a time.
- 11:29I don't know what you know, insert whatever thing you did
- 11:32all right next, how fear shapes behavior.
- 11:35So fears are one thing. They start in your head.
- 11:37They're just thoughts. How do they move into our now
- 11:41actual behaviors, actions, right?
- 11:43If we draw that triangle that they teach you in rehab, if
- 11:45you've been to rehab, it's thoughts, emotions, behaviors,
- 11:51and then shame about. I probably fucked that up, but
- 11:53something along those lines. It starts as a thought and
- 11:55emotion, then it goes into a behavior and now you're in the
- 12:00shame of the behavior, shame, guilt of the behavior, and then
- 12:04it's goes back back in like a endless cycle of pain.
- 12:08So for example, staying in toxic relationships, avoiding growth,
- 12:13staying small to stay safe, not taking any chances, right?
- 12:16Without work or at school or doing something you love, just
- 12:20going to not take any risks so that I don't have any potential
- 12:23consequences. I'm not going to go to that
- 12:25thing because I'm I'm afraid that I'm going to relapse all
- 12:28the time or I'm afraid that I'm going to embarrass myself.
- 12:30Don't stay stuck there and then self sabotage to avoid pressure.
- 12:34So I'm a piece of shit you know? Put the 2 by 4 down.
- 12:36Stop beating yourself up. It already happened.
- 12:39Except it this all circles back to emotional sobriety right?
- 12:42Emotional sobriety is the most important thing to long term
- 12:45recovery in my opinion. My experience, I have to keep my
- 12:48emotions in check. I have to regulate my emotions
- 12:50whenever Fear, shame, guilt, anger, whenever they crop up, I
- 12:55have to check that shit. I have to turn it over to God,
- 12:57to the universe. Hey, could you work on this?
- 12:59I'll check back in with you tomorrow.
- 13:01In that silence, the answer comes to your problem.
- 13:03Whatever that emotion problem is, it's different than avoiding
- 13:07it. You're not avoiding it.
- 13:08You're acknowledging that it's there.
- 13:09You're laughing at it and saying, wow, that's crazy.
- 13:12Why am I having that emotion, that feeling?
- 13:13You're talking about it, you're journaling, you're working
- 13:16through it. You're not avoiding it.
- 13:17You're turning it over to somebody more qualified than
- 13:20you. Whether that's a power greater
- 13:21than yourself or a therapist or a group of people at your
- 13:24meeting doesn't matter. Turn it over.
- 13:27Don't keep it in your head. All right, Some tools to break
- 13:29the fear cycle. What the fuck can I do to get
- 13:32out of this? How do I get out of the fear
- 13:34cycle? I don't like.
- 13:36I don't like being here. Yeah, me neither.
- 13:39First, shrink the timeline. Your job is not to plan the next
- 13:43five years out. Your job is to stay sober today.
- 13:45That's it. That's job number one.
- 13:47No matter how far along, whether you have three months, one day,
- 13:5110 years, 30 years, your job is to stay sober.
- 13:54If you stay sober today, that is a win.
- 13:56If not, try again tomorrow. Don't beat yourself up.
- 13:59Live the next 24 hours with integrity.
- 14:02Integrity is doing the right thing when nobody's watching.
- 14:05Doing the right thing when nobody is watching.
- 14:07How hard is that? Wow, powerful stuff.
- 14:11And don't ask me what is the right thing.
- 14:13You know deep down, OK, you know, when you get that feeling
- 14:17in your stomach of that not that butterfly, that
- 14:20uncomfortability, not even the butterflies, the
- 14:22uncomfortability, that that gut wrenching feeling, you're
- 14:26probably not doing the right thing.
- 14:27Stop doing the wrong thing. And if you do do the wrong
- 14:31thing, don't beat yourself up about it.
- 14:33It all comes back to two things, right?
- 14:35If I fuck up and I make a mistake, I apologize for it.
- 14:38I make an amends immediately. If somebody wrongs me, I forgive
- 14:42them no matter what. Those are the two actions in
- 14:44life that simple. Forgive if you are wronged and
- 14:48apologize. Make amends if you wrong
- 14:51somebody or somebody else. Two, name the fear.
- 14:54Unspoken fears feel like a mysterious green monster.
- 14:59When you name the fear, it becomes a problem you can work
- 15:01on, right? So for example, I don't want to
- 15:04go to my business meeting tonight at my Home group because
- 15:07I hate business meetings. They don't serve me right?
- 15:11They're uncomfortable. Whatever.
- 15:12Name the fear. I don't want to go because I'm
- 15:17doing this in real time with you, By the way, I don't want to
- 15:20go because, like I said, it doesn't directly serve me.
- 15:24It's inconvenient. I have to drive in traffic so I
- 15:28am afraid of I am afraid of not getting what I want out of the
- 15:33situation. That's typically fear comes down
- 15:35to fear of I'm I'm scared to lose something that I have or
- 15:40I'm scared to not get something that I want. 3 Action before
- 15:44clarity. You can't think your way out of
- 15:46fear. You have to do something about
- 15:48You have to act your way out of it.
- 15:50Whether you call somebody and tell them about it, get out of
- 15:52your house and go to a meeting, go for coffee, go for a walk,
- 15:55you have to act your way out of it.
- 15:57You can't think your way into good action, but you can act
- 15:59your way into good thinking. I'm gonna say that again.
- 16:02You can't think your way into good action, but you can act
- 16:05your way into good thinking. When you go and help somebody
- 16:07else, it clears your brain, makes you feel good about
- 16:10yourself, gets that dopamine going in a natural way.
- 16:12Help someone else. 4 Anchor yourself in evidence.
- 16:16Love this one. List out what you survived.
- 16:19Be honest with yourself, what you learned, who you are today
- 16:23versus then. Fear does not survive evidence.
- 16:27It rarely survives evidence. You've been here before, you've
- 16:30done hard things before. Why not this?
- 16:33Why not me? All right #5 build a future
- 16:36safety plan. Not a prediction, a preparation.
- 16:39Plans are good. Who is in your support system?
- 16:42List them down. What do you do when you feel
- 16:44overwhelmed? What you commit to daily.
- 16:47So if that's going to the gym, going to the coffee, journaling,
- 16:50meditating, praying, whatever your thing is, find that that
- 16:52brings you relief without drugs and alcohol.
- 16:55And six, reframe uncertainty as opportunity.
- 16:59There's a little bit of cognitive behavioral therapy.
- 17:01Recovery gives you the chance to build a life you never thought
- 17:04was possible. Uncertainty equals potential.
- 17:07Well, if I don't know what's going to happen next, that means
- 17:09anything can happen next. That means anything amazing can
- 17:12happen next. I could become the president of
- 17:14the United States, right? Maybe not that extreme, but you
- 17:17get what I'm saying. Not knowing the future is a
- 17:20gift. It's a blessing.
- 17:21Because I can tell you when I came into recovery, if you asked
- 17:24me where I would be 11 months later, I would have sold myself
- 17:27short. And you'll hear a lot of people
- 17:28say that if I gave out my where I am now, the job that I have
- 17:33doing while in school, helping others, doing, you know, the
- 17:36podcast, enjoying my life again, I would have sold myself short.
- 17:40I would have listed out things that I thought I was going to
- 17:42achieve and it would have been short.
- 17:44And again, it's not material things.
- 17:46It's never like, oh, I'm going to have a house by this point in
- 17:48our car because that shit doesn't make you happy.
- 17:50It doesn't, it really doesn't. It's those tangible, internal,
- 17:55intrinsic motivators, right? Those I am, you know, my show up
- 17:59and my family wants me to be there.
- 18:01Like that's a gift of recovery. People call me and ask me for
- 18:05help and they're I'm useful again.
- 18:07I can be a good husband and my wife doesn't look at me like
- 18:11with that look of how are you going to let me down again
- 18:13today? Anthony?
- 18:14What a beautiful gift. That's what recovery offers.
- 18:18All right, next segment, what a healthy relationship with the
- 18:20future looks like. You don't need guarantees.
- 18:23You need some direction, some guidance.
- 18:25My spiritual people. This will be a lot easier for
- 18:27you, right? If you don't believe in God,
- 18:30that's OK. If you don't believe in
- 18:31spirituality or the power greater than yourself, the
- 18:33universe, you're going to pay the consequences of that or feel
- 18:37the consequences of that. If you do believe in
- 18:39spirituality and a guiding force and an inner teacher and a God
- 18:42and something greater than you, a greater plan, whatever it
- 18:46looks like, then you're going to get the consequences of that
- 18:49which are unlimited. There's no cap on the
- 18:54potentials. If I leave my plan up to a power
- 18:57greater than myself, the universe is able to deal with
- 19:00any problem 10,000 times better than I am.
- 19:04Think about that for a second. I am limited in my ability as a
- 19:08human being. How many times in your life have
- 19:11things turned out way better than you thought they were?
- 19:13And you're like, wow, that was better than anything I could
- 19:15have planned or controlled or tried to achieve?
- 19:17That's spirituality. You leave the results up to a
- 19:20power greater than yourself. Stop trying to control
- 19:23everything. Maybe your plan isn't as good as
- 19:27the universe's plan or your higher powers plan.
- 19:30Think about that. Life doesn't reward people with
- 19:33certainty. It rewards people who show up.
- 19:36Showing up is 90% of the battle. You hear that all the time.
- 19:40Vulnerability is this is from Brené Brown.
- 19:43Vulnerability is showing up without any knowledge of the
- 19:47outcome, right? Just showing up and you have no
- 19:50idea how it's going to turn out. Could be good, could be bad, but
- 19:53you're showing up either way. I always say this, my biggest
- 19:55problem today, my biggest problem today is I'm right.
- 19:59Yeah. But I know contempt prior to
- 20:02investigation when I know something is going to go a
- 20:04certainty. That's a dangerous place to be.
- 20:07I have to go into all situations today knowing that I could be
- 20:10wrong and I kind of want to be wrong because if I'm wrong, that
- 20:13means there's other answers that are other perspectives, greater
- 20:16perspectives, better outcomes than I thought.
- 20:19We want to move from control to trust, from fear to carry
- 20:24curiosity, from avoidance to participation.
- 20:29Faith is choosing to walk even when the path is not visible,
- 20:33where you can't see where it's going.
- 20:35All right, we're reaching the end here.
- 20:36So I want to challenge you with something, some self reflection,
- 20:39homework. Three things.
- 20:41OK, three things ready. What future are you afraid of #1
- 20:46What future are you afraid of #2 What is 1 action you can take
- 20:51today that your future self will thank you for?
- 20:55OK, what is 1 action you can take today that your future self
- 20:59will thank you? And then three, what stories are
- 21:02you telling yourself that no longer fit who you are becoming?
- 21:07What stories are you telling yourself that no longer fit who
- 21:12you are becoming? Reflect on that.
- 21:14Write it down, get it out, think about it.
- 21:17Message me your answers. I would love to see them.
- 21:19If you're struggling, message me.
- 21:21I'm here for it. Remember, we are all like movie
- 21:24projectors going around the world projecting our stories,
- 21:27our movies onto the screen. It is not reality.
- 21:31Same reason when you talk to any cops and they talk to witnesses
- 21:36of a crime there, there will be 10 to, you know, depending on
- 21:41the witnesses. If they asked 20 witnesses what
- 21:43happened, they'll be they'll get 20 different stories, 20
- 21:46different perspectives. Some of them might be similar.
- 21:48They'll have different spin, a different spin on them, a
- 21:52different perspective. You don't have problems today.
- 21:55You have perception problems. Your only problem is how you are
- 22:00looking at said situation, how you look at the world.
- 22:03Are you looking at the world through a fear lens, a shame
- 22:06lens, a trauma lens, an anger lens?
- 22:10Or are you looking at it objectively and with curiosity
- 22:13and turning it over to your power, Power greater than
- 22:16yourself? You know, there's a reason you
- 22:18come into recovery and meet people with 30 plus years, 20
- 22:21plus years of of sobriety and they all talk about God.
- 22:24There's a reason those people are happy all the time.
- 22:28They're not drunk. They are tapped in.
- 22:31They're tapped into a power greater than themselves that
- 22:34they don't know how to describe it.
- 22:37It's an undescribable guiding force.
- 22:40Maybe you should try it. Fuck, what do I know?
- 22:42I've only been around since 2015 and I've been happy, joyous and
- 22:47free. Maybe I'm wrong again, thanks
- 22:49for listening. I love all, every single one of
- 22:51you. I'll leave you with this.
- 22:54Recovery makes the future possible, not dangerous.
- 22:58Anything is possible. Get out of your own way today.
- 23:01Give back to somebody else, ask for help if you're struggling,
- 23:04and do the next right thing. If you can't do the next right
- 23:07thing, do the next thing right. Until next time.
- 23:11I love you all. Message me, send me some more
- 23:13podcast ideas, Have a great day. This too shall pass.
- 23:16If you're going through something right now, this too
- 23:19shall pass. It always does, just not in your
- 23:21time.
