• 1:18
Speaker 1: Answer uh huh. Question is this an example of that
• 1:21

• 1:31
Speaker 1: making my way of communicating in sort of a silly,
• 1:35
Speaker 1: not funny jokes that obviously not ones I expected to
• 1:38
Speaker 1: be read publicly before Congress twenty five years later or
• 1:41
Speaker 1: twenty two years later. Question nothing further on this exhibit.
• 1:46

• 2:23
Speaker 1: destination is noted as see why you will, which I'll

Speaker 1: then further down under the column four remarks the letters
• 2:35
Speaker 1: JE of Pure followed by your name Comma. Then GM.

Speaker 1: you recall being in Montreal with them? Answer? I don't
• 2:48

Speaker 1: to believe that this entry is inaccurate as to the passengers?
• 2:55
Speaker 1: Answer I don't have any reason to believe that it's
• 2:58
Speaker 1: accurate or inaccurate. I didn't write it. Oh, I don't know.
• 3:01
Speaker 1: Question and if I could refer you one line down, Also,

Speaker 1: starting with the number fourteen, it records a flight from
• 3:07
Speaker 1: Montreal to PBI, which is the airport code for Palm Beach. Again,

Speaker 1: and miss Maxwell dated October thirteenth, two thousand and four,
• 3:40
Speaker 1: bearing the bates number EFTA zero zero five seven nine

Speaker 1: I was working for the president at the time, but
• 4:40
Speaker 1: I vaguely recall having conversations with her about various things
• 4:43
Speaker 1: that she was working on, but not anything specific that
• 4:47
Speaker 1: I can recall. Question, what were those projects? Answer? I

• 5:04
Speaker 1: City without President Clinton band though, I do not question
• 5:08
Speaker 1: any other scratch that mister Green jumps in other than
• 5:11
Speaker 1: the dinner that he's already talked about. Ban the dinner, yeah,

• 5:26
Speaker 1: at all. Question approximately, answer, it was the dinner that
• 5:30
Speaker 1: you referred to in the past. Document, so that probably
• 5:32
Speaker 1: is a better reflection of the date. Two thousand and
• 5:34
Speaker 1: three April two thousand and three question understood. That was
• 5:38
Speaker 1: Exhibit CE. Mister Shapiro, Exhibit C, yes, redacted. Great, thank you,
• 5:43
Speaker 1: And just to be clear, you have no recollection of
• 5:45
Speaker 1: attending Jeffrey Epstein's properties beyond the one mentioned in Exhibit
• 5:49
Speaker 1: CE without President Clinton. Band, I did not, as far
• 5:52
Speaker 1: as I know, or have any recollection of attending any

Speaker 1: of his properties ever, other than as I said, the
• 5:58
Speaker 1: two times I recall going to his house in New York. Question,
• 6:02
Speaker 1: mister Band, did Jeffrey Epstein or Glene Maxwell ever give

Speaker 1: reporter to mark as Exhibit G an article from drop
• 6:18
Speaker 1: site News dated December nineteenth, twenty twenty five. Question, take
• 6:23
Speaker 1: all the time you need to review the article in
• 6:25
Speaker 1: its entirety. I'm going to be focused on the eighth page.
• 6:28
Speaker 1: Unfortunately it's not numbered. Redacted. Page thirteen. I believe Band
• 6:33
Speaker 1: thirteen on the bottom right, mister Green, thirteen of twenty two.
• 6:36
Speaker 1: Shapiro thirteen to twenty two redacted. That's right. Page twelve
• 6:40
Speaker 1: has an email exchange. We'll be reviewing that, and it
• 6:43
Speaker 1: reads at the top. Have them tell her, do you
• 6:45
Speaker 1: see that, mister Band? Yes, redacted, that's what we'll be
• 6:49
Speaker 1: referencing band. Okay. Question, I'm sorry, mister Band, I think

• 7:20

• 7:28
Speaker 1: Question and then your apply up above. More concerned about lunch?

• 7:52
Speaker 1: is you know, it sounds out of the ordinary. President
