- 0:02Speaker 1: On sky Lives Ostrodia.
- 0:05Speaker 2: This is the Wader Panalty Show. Good evening and welcome
- 0:10Speaker 2: to the Reader Panety Show.
- 0:11Speaker 3: Coming up tonight the ABC Under five for the extraordinary
- 0:15Speaker 3: performance of host Sarah Ferguson during a debate between Clara
- 0:18Speaker 3: O'Neill and Michael.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Sooker from McSween. We'll be here to discuss that and
- 0:23Speaker 2: much more. We'll look at some of.
- 0:25Speaker 3: The underhanded tactics of Green groups during the election campaign
- 0:29Speaker 3: with Provisit Timer me Horowitz will have the latest from
- 0:33Speaker 3: the US and later in the hour, kids isc filled
- 0:36Speaker 3: with the news of another Hollywood actor being canceled for
- 0:40Speaker 3: posing up to Trump and left these Losing It features
- 0:44Speaker 3: meltdowns from the US to the UK.
- 0:47Speaker 4: Do you want to discuss Dangley bets or not? Because
- 0:51Speaker 4: I am now feeling in a position where I'm in
- 0:53Speaker 4: a room with you and I feel unsafe. Yeah, I
- 0:56Speaker 4: feel unsafe. I feel my heart racing, my hands are
- 0:58Speaker 4: starting to sweat.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Do you want to But first to the latest newspole
- 1:02Speaker 3: revealing Peter Dutton is falling further.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Behind the Prime Minister Anthony Albanesi, with.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Labour's primary vote reaching its highest point in more than
- 1:10Speaker 3: a year as voters remain unconvinced that the Coalition has
- 1:14Speaker 3: the better policy platform. Labor is now comfortably ahead of
- 1:18Speaker 3: the Coalition on a two party preferred basis, sitting at
- 1:22Speaker 3: fifty two to forty eight percent. While both leaders suffered
- 1:26Speaker 3: blows to their approval ratings, Anthony Albanesi is still well
- 1:30Speaker 3: ahead of Peter Dutton as preferred Prime Minister, fifty two
- 1:34Speaker 3: percent favoring the PM, while only thirty six percent are
- 1:38Speaker 3: opting for the opposition leader. Now, this latest poll has
- 1:41Speaker 3: shown that the sudden uptick and support for Labor comes
- 1:45Speaker 3: as voters see the government as more capable than the
- 1:49Speaker 3: liberals of confronting key issues facing the country, while more
- 1:53Speaker 3: voters believe that the Coalition is better place to grow
- 1:56Speaker 3: the economy and has the better defense policy. When it
- 2:00Speaker 3: comes to the important cost of living issues, well, Labor
- 2:04Speaker 3: is ahead. Labor is seen as better place to deliver
- 2:08Speaker 3: cost of living measures to provide better quality healthcare, and
- 2:12Speaker 3: more people trust Labor than the Coalition to deliver lower taxes.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Joining me now for more on this this Skyese contributor
- 2:21Speaker 3: primisweenprou that last one in particular is incredible. You've got
- 2:26Speaker 3: more voters who believe Labor will deliver lower taxes than
- 2:31Speaker 3: the coalition. That is I think a crisis point for
- 2:35Speaker 3: the coalition.
- 2:37Speaker 5: It really is Rita.
- 2:38Speaker 6: But it's not surprising when you look at how morally
- 2:41Speaker 6: corrupt this whole campaign has been, and how inept the
- 2:46Speaker 6: Coalition has been in espousing and revealing its policies, one
- 2:52Speaker 6: can understand why it's going this way.
- 2:54Speaker 5: You have lies and spinned from and it's blatant.
- 2:59Speaker 6: It's blatant eying from a Prime Minister and his cohort
- 3:03Speaker 6: about the state of affairs.
- 3:06Speaker 5: And you have.
- 3:06Speaker 6: People who are crying out about the cost of living.
- 3:10Speaker 5: But this has become But who will still vote for this.
- 3:15Speaker 6: Government who has inflicted I think self flagellation on these
- 3:19Speaker 6: people because that's what they're going to be doing if
- 3:22Speaker 6: they actually vote Labor. And then you have a sleep
- 3:26Speaker 6: at the Wheel coalition where you have the leader, Peter Dutton,
- 3:31Speaker 6: who used to be a strong leader, strong the strength
- 3:35Speaker 6: we all are crying out for, has become the flip
- 3:38Speaker 6: flop man, the apologist. And you know people in the
- 3:41Speaker 6: back room have obviously leaned on him and told him, oh,
- 3:45Speaker 6: you can't do this, you can't say that, you know,
- 3:48Speaker 6: just go down the line, wimpet out. What we're crying
- 3:51Speaker 6: out is for leadership, and instead we have these ridiculous
- 3:54Speaker 6: situations where we don't know all their policies.
- 3:57Speaker 5: They're rolling them out now.
- 3:58Speaker 6: Half of Australia's on holidays and totally dis engaged. It
- 4:03Speaker 6: is the worst campaign I've ever ever witnessed.
- 4:08Speaker 3: It has been so lackluster, so disappointing, given what a
- 4:13Speaker 3: crucially important.
- 4:15Speaker 2: Election it is.
- 4:16Speaker 3: We're not just in that cost of living crisis. We're
- 4:19Speaker 3: facing all sorts of other pressures and we've got the
- 4:23Speaker 3: real prospect of labor in a minority government with the
- 4:27Speaker 3: Radical Greens. That's what's facing the nation. And despite all that,
- 4:32Speaker 3: we've got this lackluster approach from the coalition.
- 4:35Speaker 2: It really is quite incredible.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Talking about incredible, there was a debate of sorts on
- 4:42Speaker 3: the ABC. Housing Minister Clara O'Neill and her coalition counterpart
- 4:47Speaker 3: Michael Suoker faced off in a heated debate pro and
- 4:51Speaker 3: the incredible part was really the antics of the ABC
- 4:55Speaker 3: host Sarah ferguson, I'm.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Going to play you well.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Clara O'Neill herself listed on her social media platforms even
- 5:03Speaker 3: her cut of this makes the ABZ look utterly and
- 5:08Speaker 3: hopelessly biased.
- 5:09Speaker 5: What would your mother say? Hearing you interrupt?
- 5:12Speaker 4: Just to ask you one more time, and everyone is
- 5:14Speaker 4: listening to me, ask this question, how many social and
- 5:16Speaker 4: affordable houses will you build?
- 5:18Speaker 2: Well, we will fund social and for right. That's it.
- 5:21Speaker 7: You're I'm not getting an answer. You'll get an answer
- 5:23Speaker 7: out of me. Now our government has come into office.
- 5:26Speaker 7: We are building fifty five thousand social and affordable homes
- 5:29Speaker 7: over five years, twenty eight thousand, well, twenty eight thousand
- 5:33Speaker 7: of those home res Michaels.
- 5:34Speaker 5: What would your mother say?
- 5:37Speaker 3: Prou Let's have a look at how the ABC is
- 5:39Speaker 3: promoting the debate as they called it, it's this is
- 5:44Speaker 3: the headline they've gone with. Sucker shut down during wild
- 5:47Speaker 3: election housing divisier. He was shut down by the host
- 5:50Speaker 3: mainly can you believe the toad of that interview to
- 5:54Speaker 3: have the interviewer ask a grown man, how would your
- 6:00Speaker 3: mother feel about this?
- 6:01Speaker 2: As if he's.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Picking on a child in a playground. We're talking about
- 6:06Speaker 3: the housing minister, a senior minister in the alban Easy government,
- 6:09Speaker 3: debating her counterpart and the intervention of the host.
- 6:13Speaker 2: There I thought was astonishing.
- 6:16Speaker 6: It was how patronizing, how condescending of Sarah Ferguson. What
- 6:22Speaker 6: would her mother say about how she treated a minister
- 6:26Speaker 6: of the crown and how she accepted the lies that
- 6:29Speaker 6: spinned from Claire O'Neill if she bothered to do her
- 6:33Speaker 6: fax And in fact, AAP FactCheck has said that you know,
- 6:37Speaker 6: they've only delivered something like one hundred and nineteen homes
- 6:41Speaker 6: out of the four thousand social housing homes they promised
- 6:44Speaker 6: since two hundred and twenty three, so for God's sake,
- 6:48Speaker 6: so maybe he.
- 6:49Speaker 5: Got it wrong, although.
- 6:49Speaker 6: He's still disputing that he got that figure wrong.
- 6:52Speaker 5: That there were no houses built.
- 6:54Speaker 6: But the point is that it was an ambush, a
- 6:56Speaker 6: set up by the ABC. We all knew that this
- 6:59Speaker 6: is the line that they probably take, but how patronizing,
- 7:04Speaker 6: how disgraceful it was, and again another example of the
- 7:07Speaker 6: bias of the ABC, who we are funding and promoting
- 7:12Speaker 6: for God's sake.
- 7:14Speaker 3: And if the Coalition had any guts they would actually
- 7:17Speaker 3: do something about it when they're in power and perhaps
- 7:20Speaker 3: even in the election campaign to say we are going
- 7:24Speaker 3: to cut spending on this absolute activist outfit that is
- 7:30Speaker 3: superfluous and the capital cities. Yes, it's needed in some
- 7:34Speaker 3: regional areas, but the rest of it, we're just having
- 7:38Speaker 3: taxpayers funding leftist activism. Now, let's check in on the
- 7:43Speaker 3: social media campaigns of the major parties.
- 7:46Speaker 2: We'll start off with Labor Clara O'Neil. We just heard
- 7:49Speaker 2: from her.
- 7:50Speaker 3: She loves giving these lectures whilst she's doing the laundry.
- 7:53Speaker 3: I don't know where the cameraman is, where she's put
- 7:56Speaker 3: her phone, but it's very curious.
- 7:58Speaker 7: Let's talk about something that Dutton really doesn't want you
- 8:01Speaker 7: thinking about right now.
- 8:03Speaker 8: They want you to think that their plan to let
- 8:05Speaker 8: you and your entire generation.
- 8:07Speaker 2: Raid your super is going to help you.
- 8:09Speaker 3: But here's the real truth.
- 8:11Speaker 8: For women, this is a terrible thing.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Now, the Labor candidate for the seat of Wentworth, Savannah Peak,
- 8:18Speaker 3: she seems to be channeling Mary Poppins Hi Wentworth.
- 8:30Speaker 6: Don't forget vote one this election for Savannah Peak and
- 8:33Speaker 6: Labor in Wentworth. It's going to be super color fragilistic, xboidocious.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Why don't ask me why. Let's check in with the
- 8:43Speaker 2: libs now here. They look at Elbow's habit of supporting
- 8:47Speaker 2: every second AFL team.
- 8:49Speaker 9: Well, I stayed Lord of the Hawks because you can't
- 8:52Speaker 9: change teams.
- 8:54Speaker 8: So no bandwagon.
- 8:55Speaker 9: Absolutely, you know I've been a Hawks fan for many decades.
- 9:00Speaker 10: Give it up, elbow, No one's buying it.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Liberal camera now their counterparts and the Nationals seem to
- 9:06Speaker 3: be doing a better job.
- 9:08Speaker 5: I might vote independent this time. Oh here you go. No,
- 9:13Speaker 5: that's alban easy. Yeah, that's right. But I want an independent.
- 9:16Speaker 11: You get an elbow.
- 9:17Speaker 5: Two.
- 9:17Speaker 2: I don't want an elbow.
- 9:18Speaker 12: Are you worried about costs?
- 9:19Speaker 5: He has been very expensive?
- 9:21Speaker 13: Sorry, this election, every independent comes with an elbow, whether
- 9:25Speaker 13: you like it or not.
- 9:26Speaker 2: If you care about cost of living, don't forget.
- 9:29Speaker 7: A vote for an independent means a vote for Alberansi,
- 9:32Speaker 7: and none of us can afford that.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Authorized by all follow at the Nationals camera prude, I
- 9:37Speaker 2: don't know.
- 9:37Speaker 3: I mean they're all pretty boring in my mind, or
- 9:40Speaker 3: just some of them are a little bit bizarre. You're
- 9:43Speaker 3: the expert in this area. What do you think of
- 9:45Speaker 3: those ads? Do any of them speak to you?
- 9:48Speaker 6: Well, I'm now aware that Clara O'Neal likes to air
- 9:52Speaker 6: her dirty linen and laundry in public, and you know,
- 9:55Speaker 6: smear people. I noticed quite a few smalls in there,
- 9:58Speaker 6: which is a huge and then we have this Mary
- 10:02Speaker 6: Poppins weirdo in Wentworth which will not go down well.
- 10:05Speaker 5: I thought the only good one really.
- 10:07Speaker 6: Was, as you said, the Nationals, because at least it
- 10:09Speaker 6: showed it really drove the point home.
- 10:11Speaker 5: But everything else was really quite pathetic.
- 10:14Speaker 6: But sadly it's targeting Gen Z and millennials who spent
- 10:19Speaker 6: their whole life online. And this is why these campaigns
- 10:23Speaker 6: are so effective, because they've tuned out to the rest
- 10:26Speaker 6: of the media and they don't care about what the
- 10:29Speaker 6: policies are. They'll just either identify a face or a
- 10:33Speaker 6: name and that'll do. You know, this is why compulsory
- 10:36Speaker 6: voting is so bad in this country.
- 10:40Speaker 3: Now we know our housing policy is enormously important, we
- 10:43Speaker 3: know immigration and immigration numbers. Really, I think it's been
- 10:48Speaker 3: an under reported story in this election campaign. It's an
- 10:53Speaker 3: issue people care passionately about it. And you might remember
- 10:56Speaker 3: this exchange on the ABC's Q and A program line
- 11:00Speaker 3: last month where a father on the verge of homelessness
- 11:03Speaker 3: pled with labor to address Australia's housing crisis.
- 11:07Speaker 14: I'm already working two jobs, one more rent increase and
- 11:13Speaker 14: my family my one year old baby, we're facing homelessness.
- 11:16Speaker 14: Is the government going to cut immigration to match housing
- 11:20Speaker 14: availability or are we just going to keep going until
- 11:23Speaker 14: every regular working Australian is homeless.
- 11:26Speaker 3: Well, that man's name is Morgan Cox and he's now
- 11:29Speaker 3: taking his calls directly to the Prime Minister out in
- 11:32Speaker 3: the front of his four and a half million dollar
- 11:35Speaker 3: beach mansion in Copakabana.
- 11:38Speaker 5: Have a look.
- 11:38Speaker 15: I'm here at Elbow's four and a half million dollar mansion,
- 11:41Speaker 15: which is during down his one hundred million dollar road.
- 11:43Speaker 15: We're here on behalf of three and a half million
- 11:46Speaker 15: other Australians who are struggling, who are.
- 11:49Speaker 14: In poverty, facing homelessness.
- 11:51Speaker 15: All we want is to be heard.
- 11:52Speaker 14: All we want is sort of politicians to listen to us.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Prue makes an excellent point.
- 11:57Speaker 3: You shouldn't have Australians working too jobs, working hard and
- 12:02Speaker 3: facing homelessness because rents of skyrocketed thanks to daft housing
- 12:08Speaker 3: policies both at state level and federal level.
- 12:12Speaker 6: Absolutely, But the problem is Rita that while it's a
- 12:15Speaker 6: good stunt, he's a great marketer. Those of us who
- 12:18Speaker 6: have incredible sympathy and understanding for his plight will resonate
- 12:23Speaker 6: with But the problem is that we all know that
- 12:26Speaker 6: there is a crisis in housing, mainly because of the
- 12:29Speaker 6: Big Australia policy of this government, but they're allowed to
- 12:33Speaker 6: get away with it. When you look at the traveling
- 12:35Speaker 6: media pack with Albanezy in particular, when he makes a
- 12:40Speaker 6: statement that is blatantly flawfulse the hardly any of them,
- 12:43Speaker 6: if any, ever take him to task. And you know,
- 12:47Speaker 6: we know that there is a housing crisis, but is
- 12:51Speaker 6: anyone asking him about why he is letting more people
- 12:55Speaker 6: in it? In why has he only delivered one hundred
- 12:58Speaker 6: and nineteen home out of the four thousand he promised
- 13:03Speaker 6: twenty twenty three.
- 13:04Speaker 5: I mean, he's not being held to account and this
- 13:07Speaker 5: is the problem.
- 13:09Speaker 6: Until we have a situation where politicians are made accountable,
- 13:14Speaker 6: then we're just and it should be at the ballot box.
- 13:17Speaker 2: But clearly well people have the coalition.
- 13:22Speaker 3: But the coalition needs to make this an election issue
- 13:24Speaker 3: and thus far they have absolutely failed to do so.
- 13:27Speaker 2: They need to be.
- 13:28Speaker 3: Coming out with a policy that differentiates them dramatically from
- 13:33Speaker 3: labor eighty percent cut for three.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Years for the next term.
- 13:38Speaker 3: It's got to be something that dramatic to really have
- 13:42Speaker 3: an impact.
- 13:42Speaker 2: And to give people a clear choice.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Prom xsween, thank you so much for your time tonight
- 13:46Speaker 3: pleasure Joining me now is steam geologist and author Professor
- 13:52Speaker 3: Ian Plymer, Professor.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Last week we spoke about how the ALP.
- 13:56Speaker 3: Linked green lobby group Smart Energy Council is working with
- 14:00Speaker 3: firms and receiving funding from firms accused of.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Using slave labor in China.
- 14:06Speaker 3: Today the Australian reports so this group's top three executives
- 14:10Speaker 3: each earn on average more than four hundred thousand dollars
- 14:14Speaker 3: a year. Not bad for a group that is a
- 14:18Speaker 3: registered charity.
- 14:20Speaker 9: In Well, this is typical ALP behavior. They've always been
- 14:25Speaker 9: creating jobs for the boys. They are the political wing
- 14:29Speaker 9: of the unions who are in the jobs for the boys'
- 14:31Speaker 9: business in a very very deep way. Now for the
- 14:35Speaker 9: ALP to appoint someone on more than four times the
- 14:39Speaker 9: average wage is just perverse. How dare they claim that
- 14:44Speaker 9: they represent the working men. They don't. They are in
- 14:48Speaker 9: the business of cleaning out the coffers for their mates,
- 14:51Speaker 9: looking after their mates, skinning everyone alive and living the
- 14:55Speaker 9: high life. You've only got to look at the assets
- 14:58Speaker 9: which these people have who have been in the Labor
- 15:01Speaker 9: Party and been in the unions all their life. Something
- 15:05Speaker 9: is happening, and that is they're skinning us alive. And
- 15:09Speaker 9: this is on a non problem, human induced climate change.
- 15:12Speaker 9: They create an organization to deal with this massive non problem,
- 15:18Speaker 9: and they get overpaid.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Well labor and the media.
- 15:22Speaker 3: I've got to say is well, use the data that
- 15:25Speaker 3: Smart and Energy Council provide as if it's gospel, rather
- 15:30Speaker 3: than the output of what is an activist group.
- 15:34Speaker 9: Well, both the pill and the gospel are hard to swallow.
- 15:37Speaker 9: And all they're doing is setting up an allegedly independent
- 15:42Speaker 9: group to give them the answers they want. Now, in
- 15:45Speaker 9: any field of science, especially climate science, I can give
- 15:49Speaker 9: you the answers you want. You just asked me the question,
- 15:52Speaker 9: and I'll search around and find the evidence to give
- 15:54Speaker 9: you the answer. This is not the way independent groups
- 15:58Speaker 9: should be operating. They should be giving fearless, independent advice
- 16:03Speaker 9: and it doesn't matter whether the politicians like it or not.
- 16:06Speaker 9: We also have a public service that does the same.
- 16:08Speaker 9: They're not as fearless and independent as they could be,
- 16:12Speaker 9: simply because the government of the day rules the roost,
- 16:15Speaker 9: and if you dare cross government policy, you are out.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Now.
- 16:21Speaker 3: An anti nuclear lobby group called Liberals Against Nuclear has
- 16:26Speaker 3: been active during this election campaign. You may have seen
- 16:30Speaker 3: their output on social media. They claim to be representing
- 16:34Speaker 3: disaffected liberals who don't want to see nuclear energy in
- 16:37Speaker 3: this country. But it turns out that the group is
- 16:41Speaker 3: led by a man who is not and never has been,
- 16:43Speaker 3: a member of the Liberal Party. In fact, Paul Lucci
- 16:47Speaker 3: appears to be not just a big fan of albanizi
- 16:52Speaker 3: intervention in the energy sector, but he is also a
- 16:54Speaker 3: big fan of other labor policies, from childcare subsidies to
- 17:00Speaker 3: the cancelation of the Stage three tax cuts. You could
- 17:05Speaker 3: say this is an exactly honest campaigning because when you
- 17:11Speaker 3: look at the title of this group, you presume by
- 17:14Speaker 3: our conservatives who are against this one particular policy.
- 17:19Speaker 9: Well, this is very typical of the left. They are
- 17:22Speaker 9: in the business of misinformation, setting up these bogus groups
- 17:26Speaker 9: and telling lies. Now, I would challenge this man to
- 17:29Speaker 9: tell us the benefits of nuclear which we already get
- 17:32Speaker 9: in this country. If you've ever had cancer, you need
- 17:36Speaker 9: the nuclear isotapes generated the Lucas Heights as part of
- 17:41Speaker 9: your treatment. So if this man ever gets cancer, he
- 17:44Speaker 9: should face the West chance and wave pieces of branch around.
- 17:49Speaker 9: But forget drugs created by our nuclear reactor. If he
- 17:53Speaker 9: uses any electronic equipment at all, be the laptop, better computer,
- 17:57Speaker 9: be at a phone. Then he uses silicon which has
- 18:02Speaker 9: been in the nuclear reactor at Lucas Heights, and there's
- 18:05Speaker 9: a process called neutron transmission doping. And what this means
- 18:10Speaker 9: is that that silicon can operate much more efficiently than
- 18:13Speaker 9: if you just had silicon. Now, that reactor in Australia
- 18:17Speaker 9: provides most of the world's silicon for all of the
- 18:20Speaker 9: electronic instruments for years. So if this man wasn't a hypocrite,
- 18:24Speaker 9: then he would not use any electronic equipment now.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Finally, a research paper by University of Tasmania academic professor
- 18:32Speaker 3: Ainsley Keller has found that claims linking salmon farms to
- 18:37Speaker 3: the potential extinction of skate species are questionable and thin,
- 18:44Speaker 3: suggesting the species has been weaponized by activists who would
- 18:49Speaker 3: have thought the Australian reports skating over thin evidence the
- 18:53Speaker 3: weaponization of endangered species laws in the Tasmanian salmon wars
- 18:58Speaker 3: points to recent server suggesting the skate has recovered to
- 19:03Speaker 3: levels not seen in a decade and that same species
- 19:06Speaker 3: here and has become extinct in another Tasmanian waterway, Bathurst Harbor,
- 19:11Speaker 3: where there's virtually no human impact, much less fish farms. Again,
- 19:17Speaker 3: we are seeing this activist research, this junk research that
- 19:23Speaker 3: gets weaponized by the likes of the Greens, and so
- 19:27Speaker 3: much of the media falls for it.
- 19:29Speaker 9: Well, they fall for it because they don't do their homework.
- 19:32Speaker 9: They think that only mcquarie Harbor is where the skate
- 19:36Speaker 9: has occurred, and as you quite correctly mentioned, it was
- 19:39Speaker 9: endemic to mcquarie and Bathist Harbors, and hence the loss
- 19:44Speaker 9: of skate in Bathist Harbor has nothing to do with
- 19:46Speaker 9: the salmon industry. But we see this all the time.
- 19:49Speaker 9: We've seen scarce stories about the Great Barrier Reef. Now
- 19:52Speaker 9: the Great Barrier Reef has had major problems, and that's
- 19:55Speaker 9: every time sea level falls. We have a lot of corals.
- 20:00Speaker 9: Or at the Blaney gold mine site, we've had exploration
- 20:04Speaker 9: going on there since nineteen eighty. It took more than
- 20:07Speaker 9: forty years before everyone agreed that this mine should go ahead,
- 20:11Speaker 9: and the eleventh hour, Minister Plipasek came up with this
- 20:15Speaker 9: mythical bee that is meant to inhabit the area. We
- 20:18Speaker 9: saw the same in Western Australia a place called Salt
- 20:21Speaker 9: of Springs. Drilling showed a stogo former and these fauna
- 20:26Speaker 9: that exist underground and they were detected by geologists drilling
- 20:31Speaker 9: holes and found these weird critters, and then all of
- 20:35Speaker 9: a sudden there was a great move to stop people
- 20:37Speaker 9: drilling holes because the weird critters might die. People didn't
- 20:41Speaker 9: know about these things until fairly recently, and we never
- 20:44Speaker 9: hear the same green movement complaining about the damage that
- 20:48Speaker 9: wind turbines do to birch, to batch, to clear felling
- 20:52Speaker 9: massive areas of forest. So these people are hypocrites. They
- 20:57Speaker 9: don't do their homework and all they do is use
- 21:01Speaker 9: emotion to try to weaponize the environment, which all of
- 21:04Speaker 9: us care about.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Professor the in Plymer, thank you so much for your
- 21:09Speaker 2: time tonight.
- 21:10Speaker 12: Thank you.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Reta still to come.
- 21:13Speaker 3: Lefties losing ad plus Italian Prime Minister Georgia Maloney is
- 21:17Speaker 3: in DC.
- 21:18Speaker 2: For meetings with President Trump. Army Horowitz has the details.
- 21:27Speaker 2: Welcome back.
- 21:28Speaker 3: It's time for lefties losing it and let's start with
- 21:31Speaker 3: the landmark ruling in the UK's highest court. This is
- 21:35Speaker 3: where reality triumphed over delusion. Yes, Britain Supreme Court has
- 21:40Speaker 3: helped restore a little bit of sanity in an increasingly
- 21:43Speaker 3: mad world with a landmark ruling steeped in common sense
- 21:47Speaker 3: and scientific certainty. In a definitive ruling, the Court found
- 21:52Speaker 3: that a woman is a biological female, always was, always
- 21:57Speaker 3: will be, and.
- 21:58Speaker 2: That means women's space is a women's.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Sports should be protected from male bodies. Of course, that
- 22:06Speaker 3: saw outrage from the usual suspects.
- 22:10Speaker 7: My business is.
- 22:14Speaker 11: Not your business, business.
- 22:20Speaker 5: Business, or I think my business is on the offays.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Our biological sex does not deside what toilets we use
- 22:27Speaker 1: our brain loss.
- 22:28Speaker 3: This next transactivist not only wants to use the female
- 22:32Speaker 3: toilest despite being a male, but he wants to poop
- 22:38Speaker 3: on JK Rowling charming.
- 22:47Speaker 11: You'll never stop you, on you your.
- 22:59Speaker 1: There is no prosability when it comes to your human rights.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Yeah, we're supposed to believe these guys are the oppressed ones.
- 23:08Speaker 3: Now Here is UK broadcaster Julia Harley Brewer trying to
- 23:13Speaker 3: debate this very issue with a transactivist. It went abad
- 23:18Speaker 3: as well as you'd expect.
- 23:19Speaker 5: You are not, in fact a woman.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Do not accept that or do you accept that ruling.
- 23:24Speaker 4: I mean, like, that's that whatever, Like it's.
- 23:27Speaker 5: Not an answer to a question.
- 23:28Speaker 4: Let me let me feel, let me finish my sentence,
- 23:31Speaker 4: that is to me, whatever, Because for me and my community,
- 23:35Speaker 4: trans women are women. They have always existed, they will
- 23:38Speaker 4: always continue to exist.
- 23:39Speaker 5: What does that mean they've existed?
- 23:41Speaker 3: Well, they're one saying no, one's saying their figments of imagination.
- 23:44Speaker 4: But we are saying that they're women.
- 23:46Speaker 2: No, you're saying nook saying they exist.
- 23:48Speaker 5: It's not the same same they're women.
- 23:49Speaker 4: Well, I'm saying that they're women, and that's not the.
- 23:51Speaker 5: Same as saying it's the law doesn't want to know.
- 23:53Speaker 3: We need to use word, and then had a complete
- 23:59Speaker 3: hissy feet and walked off.
- 24:01Speaker 4: You don't have dangly bits, do you? So do you
- 24:03Speaker 4: want to discuss danglely bits or not?
- 24:05Speaker 2: Because frankly, I am now.
- 24:07Speaker 4: Feeling in a position where I'm in a room with
- 24:09Speaker 4: you and I feel unsafe. Yeah, you feel I feel unsafe.
- 24:13Speaker 4: I feel my heart racing, my hands are starting to sweat.
- 24:15Speaker 4: Do you want to touch my hand?
- 24:17Speaker 16: Me now?
- 24:17Speaker 4: And I actually think I'm about to have a panic
- 24:19Speaker 4: attack from sitting in a room with you.
- 24:20Speaker 5: So i'd like to do now.
- 24:22Speaker 12: Yeah, so you're feeling yeah, you come, You've you were
- 24:25Speaker 12: asked to come on the show to have a conversation.
- 24:27Speaker 4: I've had a conversation. We had a very nice We've
- 24:29Speaker 4: had a conversation.
- 24:30Speaker 5: Well, you read out a statement and i'd like to.
- 24:33Speaker 4: Your statement you at the beginning statement.
- 24:36Speaker 2: No, No, that's me introducing the topic for people just
- 24:38Speaker 2: tuning in.
- 24:39Speaker 5: Are you added your out libs?
- 24:40Speaker 4: You've got to say what you thought about it. I've
- 24:42Speaker 4: said my piece and now i'd actually I really love I.
- 24:45Speaker 5: Thought we were actually you actually plugged into a like that.
- 24:47Speaker 2: You could have taken the mic off first.
- 24:49Speaker 3: Styles of course, this is you is bigger than the UK,
- 24:53Speaker 3: and bigger than just bathrooms. Here's a transactivist arguing that
- 24:58Speaker 3: trans women, so that's males who identify as women who
- 25:02Speaker 3: are post off, well, they shouldn't be obliged to inform
- 25:06Speaker 3: their dates that they were born male.
- 25:09Speaker 10: I know a trans woman who has had her downstairs done,
- 25:12Speaker 10: and she's told me about dates that she's gone on
- 25:14Speaker 10: with men. With these men, she has done everything that
- 25:18Speaker 10: there is to do, and the men didn't know first
- 25:20Speaker 10: and foremost. That is a testament to modern medicine that
- 25:23Speaker 10: it's even possible for that to happen. But it's also
- 25:25Speaker 10: an interesting quandary because at that point, what are you
- 25:29Speaker 10: even really disclosing? What is there to disclose? There's no
- 25:32Speaker 10: deception when you're dating someone, you don't have to disclose
- 25:36Speaker 10: every single thing about yourself up front.
- 25:39Speaker 3: Interesting debate, but no doubt with this next dude, he
- 25:42Speaker 3: doesn't have to notify anyone of anything.
- 25:49Speaker 11: It's you got this, do you?
- 26:16Speaker 16: Now?
- 26:16Speaker 3: The Left have diluted themselves into believing that Trump supporters
- 26:20Speaker 3: are feeling enormous regrets. That's somehow they don't like what
- 26:24Speaker 3: the administration is doing, even though everything they're doing they
- 26:28Speaker 3: vowed to do in the election campaign.
- 26:30Speaker 2: It's what they voted for.
- 26:32Speaker 3: Here is CNN with a harsh reality check for the left.
- 26:37Speaker 17: I hear all these stories, all these articles, all the
- 26:40Speaker 17: Trump voters they regret what they did back in twenty
- 26:43Speaker 17: twenty four. I'm here to tell you, uh, very few
- 26:46Speaker 17: of them regret what they did back in twenty twenty four.
- 26:49Speaker 5: What are we.
- 26:50Speaker 17: Talking about Trump voters looking back at twenty twenty four?
- 26:52Speaker 17: We got a new poll out. The poll was conducted
- 26:54Speaker 17: this month. What percentage would change their vote to a
- 26:57Speaker 17: different candidate. We're talking just two percent, just two percent.
- 27:01Speaker 17: That's not even a wide spa on the road.
- 27:03Speaker 3: And when it comes to the Trump administration's deportation program,
- 27:07Speaker 3: the leftists meltdowns from the Democrats and their propaganda in
- 27:12Speaker 3: the mainstream media, well, it's having little impact. The majority
- 27:16Speaker 3: of folks in the US want to see illegal immigrants deported,
- 27:21Speaker 3: all of.
- 27:22Speaker 17: Them, to port all undocumented immigrants, voters favoring the government
- 27:26Speaker 17: trying to deport all eleven million of them. Back in
- 27:30Speaker 17: twenty sixteen, just thirty eight percent of voters wanted the
- 27:33Speaker 17: government to try to deport all eleven million undocumented immigrants.
- 27:37Speaker 17: Compared to where we are in twenty twenty five, fifty
- 27:41Speaker 17: six percent. The majority the American people have come a
- 27:44Speaker 17: long way on this issue, much closer to Donald Trump.
- 27:47Speaker 17: And I think that's a big part of the reason
- 27:48Speaker 17: why Americans are increasingly saying the country is on the
- 27:51Speaker 17: right track when it comes to immigration policy, and why
- 27:53Speaker 17: Donald Trump's net approval rating on that issue is in
- 27:56Speaker 17: the positive view.
- 27:57Speaker 3: Joining me now is journalist maker Army Horowitz. Army, the
- 28:02Speaker 3: polling is clear on the deportation issue, a clear majority
- 28:06Speaker 3: of Americans supported despite the media meltdown, and talking about
- 28:11Speaker 3: media meltdowns, the characterization of this violent, gang banging illegal
- 28:16Speaker 3: immigrant as some sort of innocent Maryland dad who was
- 28:20Speaker 3: wrongly deported to El Salvador. That is just not translating
- 28:25Speaker 3: with the American people.
- 28:26Speaker 2: They are not buying it.
- 28:28Speaker 3: And yet the Democrats continue to support this dude. You've
- 28:32Speaker 3: got a number of them planning to travel to El
- 28:35Speaker 3: Salvador to advocate on his behalf. Senator Chris van Holland
- 28:39Speaker 3: has already been there and it was a fruitless media stunt. Army,
- 28:44Speaker 3: one taxpayer is funded.
- 28:46Speaker 2: Who did pay for this trip?
- 28:48Speaker 16: This was an officially clear congressional trips.
- 28:54Speaker 9: Yes, like every other trip.
- 28:56Speaker 3: I don't know what they're thinking, Army, because when it
- 28:59Speaker 3: comes to this issue, Donald Trump is on.
- 29:02Speaker 2: A solid ground.
- 29:03Speaker 3: The majority of Americans want to see this deportation program continue.
- 29:08Speaker 3: They want to see every single illegal immigrant deported.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a majority, for sure on illegal immigrants, but
- 29:18Speaker 1: it's a super majority on illegal immigrants who have a
- 29:21Speaker 1: criminal pass right at seventy thirty, maybe twenty, depending on
- 29:26Speaker 1: the polls you're looking at. Yeah, you're right, you know,
- 29:29Speaker 1: the media is such a fascinating part of this because
- 29:31Speaker 1: they keep using.
- 29:32Speaker 5: The same language.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Right, Maryland family man, right first of all, saying that
- 29:37Speaker 1: he is from Maryland, as if he is a citizen
- 29:39Speaker 1: of Maryland, right, born and raised there. They're pushing that narrative.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Look the media and more importantly, the politicians. Democrats have
- 29:49Speaker 1: fallen into a trap that Trump has set up for them.
- 29:53Speaker 5: Okay, they are lining behind.
- 29:56Speaker 1: A guy like Mahmud Khalil, right, a man who supports terror,
- 30:00Speaker 1: who wants to want supports the killing of Jews, the
- 30:03Speaker 1: destructured state of Israel, and the Democrats lined up behind
- 30:06Speaker 1: this guy. And now they're lining up behind a bread Garcia,
- 30:10Speaker 1: who is not a sympathetic character. Right, and you have
- 30:13Speaker 1: You've got val Halling got you just showed there with
- 30:16Speaker 1: a photo op sitting and talking with a man who
- 30:20Speaker 1: is allegedly and by court evidence, an MS thirteen gang
- 30:24Speaker 1: member and also by court evidence in his own wife's
- 30:27Speaker 1: complaint beat his own wife. Is a massive trap they're
- 30:33Speaker 1: walking into. The pulling numbers are very clear, like we
- 30:37Speaker 1: said on this thing, but the only thing that could
- 30:39Speaker 1: derail this is that if Trump makes a mistake and
- 30:42Speaker 1: ends up deporting somebody who is a sympathetic character. It's
- 30:45Speaker 1: possible and that could turn it around. So who's got
- 30:47Speaker 1: to be careful. But so far, the path that he's
- 30:49Speaker 1: following is an interesting one, and the Democrats are walking
- 30:52Speaker 1: right into it.
- 30:55Speaker 3: And I think if that did happen, and when you've
- 30:57Speaker 3: got a mass program that mistakes can had happened then erectified,
- 31:03Speaker 3: I can't imagine the administration having someone that deported wrongly
- 31:09Speaker 3: wouldn't do something to address that. But in this particular case,
- 31:13Speaker 3: it is just so clear cut. So for the Democrats
- 31:17Speaker 3: and the media to become so preoccupied with this single case,
- 31:22Speaker 3: really it's bizarre. Now, the Italian Prime Minister Georgia Maloney
- 31:28Speaker 3: was in DC for meetings with the President, and.
- 31:30Speaker 2: It's clear that there is a great deal of warmth
- 31:33Speaker 2: between these two leaders.
- 31:35Speaker 8: The call for me is to make the West great again,
- 31:38Speaker 8: and I think we can do it together.
- 31:40Speaker 3: We can and given that relationship, Maloney is ideally placed
- 31:45Speaker 3: to kickstart tariff negotiations, not just for Italy but perhaps
- 31:50Speaker 3: for the EU.
- 31:52Speaker 8: My bill would be invite the President Trump to be
- 31:56Speaker 8: an official visit to Italy and understand if there's a
- 31:59Speaker 8: posibility when it comes to organize also.
- 32:02Speaker 2: Such a meeting with URO.
- 32:04Speaker 8: Together we are stronger, and I have to find a way.
- 32:08Speaker 8: I'm here to find the best way to make us both.
- 32:12Speaker 5: Stronger on the two shores of the Atlante.
- 32:15Speaker 9: So we're going to have very little problem making a
- 32:19Speaker 9: deal with your or anybody else because we have something
- 32:23Speaker 9: that everybody wants.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Ami, what is the status of the tariff negotiations? We're
- 32:29Speaker 3: hearing more than seventy countries aligning up to renegotiate their
- 32:33Speaker 3: arrangements with the US.
- 32:36Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 32:36Speaker 1: Look, likely there's going to be a number of interim
- 32:39Speaker 1: agreements set up by the Church administration. And no question
- 32:42Speaker 1: he could spend this as a win, and in a
- 32:44Speaker 1: lot of ways it will be a win.
- 32:45Speaker 16: Right.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Look, I said this from the beginning. I said it
- 32:47Speaker 1: over and over again on your show and other places.
- 32:51Speaker 1: If this idea of a terear for is a tactic
- 32:54Speaker 1: in order to bring people to the table, I am
- 32:57Speaker 1: here for it. And there seems to be a lot
- 32:59Speaker 1: of movements of country in fact are having these negotiations.
- 33:02Speaker 1: I think that's great. The problem is is that these
- 33:05Speaker 1: things take time.
- 33:06Speaker 8: Right.
- 33:06Speaker 1: The Peterson Institute said that the average terriff, the average
- 33:09Speaker 1: free trade agreement takes eighteen months. Look, the USMC eight
- 33:14Speaker 1: not to two, which negotiated by Trump himself, took over
- 33:17Speaker 1: twelve months. And that's a long time when people when
- 33:21Speaker 1: when the economy is in flux, when the stock market
- 33:25Speaker 1: is having there's a lot of uncertainty and overhang, nobody
- 33:28Speaker 1: knows which direction to stock marks can go in, and
- 33:30Speaker 1: when the majority of people think prices will go up. Look,
- 33:33Speaker 1: the pulling that come out is coming out of this
- 33:35Speaker 1: is not good for President Trump that the majority of
- 33:37Speaker 1: Americans think this tariff war will affect them personally in
- 33:41Speaker 1: a negative way. And most importantly, look, Trump won on
- 33:44Speaker 1: the economy, right, that's the one thing you've got to
- 33:47Speaker 1: really take care of prices and the economy. And right now,
- 33:50Speaker 1: the numbers came out recently in a poll and he
- 33:52Speaker 1: is underwatered. He's down by fifty five percent on how
- 33:55Speaker 1: people handling the economy. So look, it all comes down
- 33:58Speaker 1: to timing. If he can get the thing striking one
- 34:01Speaker 1: after another quickly, I think this can turn into a
- 34:04Speaker 1: significant win instead of what it looked like, which was
- 34:06Speaker 1: an on goal. But the problem is is just does
- 34:09Speaker 1: he have enough time before we have the next election cycle?
- 34:15Speaker 1: For the House and the Senate, because if he doesn't
- 34:17Speaker 1: get it done by that time, he's going to put
- 34:19Speaker 1: the House a Senate at risk.
- 34:24Speaker 3: Yes, you've made some excellent points there, but this is
- 34:27Speaker 3: what he took to the election campaign, and no one
- 34:30Speaker 3: would have thought it would come without pain, short term
- 34:33Speaker 3: even perhaps medium term pain. And when you're looking at
- 34:36Speaker 3: major economic reforms, this is.
- 34:40Speaker 2: Part of the deal. I don't know.
- 34:42Speaker 3: I know overall this is popular, the tariffs because people
- 34:46Speaker 3: can feel prices increasing and their fear inflation is going
- 34:50Speaker 3: to get worse. But amongst Trump's voters it actually is
- 34:55Speaker 3: thus far still popular. So we'll see how that progresses now. Meanwhile,
- 35:01Speaker 3: the Democrats have a leadership crisis. Bernie Sanders and AOC
- 35:06Speaker 3: are emerging as the leaders of the party. These two
- 35:09Speaker 3: far left socialists are holding events across the country. Army
- 35:13Speaker 3: and Alexandria Kaze Cortez has raised nine point six million
- 35:18Speaker 3: dollars during the first quarter of the year. That is
- 35:21Speaker 3: a significant amount and Army. She's been spoken about as
- 35:26Speaker 3: the leader of the Democrats, not just by leftists like
- 35:29Speaker 3: Don Lemon, but also Republicans. Let's hear from Senator John
- 35:34Speaker 3: Kennedy from the great State of Louisiana.
- 35:37Speaker 5: What do you think of the.
- 35:37Speaker 17: New leadership Jasmine AOC and Bernie I.
- 35:41Speaker 16: Can shad her Congresswoman o Cashio Cortez to be the
- 35:45Speaker 16: leader of the Democratic Party. She's entitled to her opinion.
- 35:49Speaker 16: I'm entitled to man. As I've said about him before,
- 35:52Speaker 16: I think she's the region. There are our direction from Shampoop.
- 35:59Speaker 2: That's a bit harsh. That's a bit harsh.
- 36:00Speaker 3: But she certainly is raising and almost sums of money
- 36:05Speaker 3: on me and seeming like the lad You've got these
- 36:09Speaker 3: two radicals who are setting the agenda for the Democrats.
- 36:16Speaker 1: Yeah, she's raised a ton of money and alarmingly for
- 36:19Speaker 1: the Democrats, sixty four percent of that money is from
- 36:23Speaker 1: first time donors. So she's getting the base excited about her.
- 36:27Speaker 1: She's not is raising money. She is essentially the leader.
- 36:30Speaker 1: They've done, they're doing pulling on this. We've talked about it.
- 36:32Speaker 1: She's the leader in the polls. I mean technically right now,
- 36:35Speaker 1: Kamala Harris is still the leader in the poll but
- 36:37Speaker 1: that's really more of an aftershock of the election because
- 36:39Speaker 1: she led the party. But right after her is AOC
- 36:43Speaker 1: and by the way, number two behind her peae or
- 36:46Speaker 1: number three Pete Budajet is way behind her. Gavin Newsom
- 36:50Speaker 1: is in single digits. This should worry the Democrats if
- 36:54Speaker 1: they want to win the next election. Right, we just
- 36:58Speaker 1: had an election every like the country shifted right word,
- 37:02Speaker 1: and they are pully against the tie. Look, we know
- 37:05Speaker 1: that the Democrats have had this moment where they've got
- 37:08Speaker 1: to figure out who are we? Right, this is a
- 37:10Speaker 1: The election was such a shock of their system they
- 37:13Speaker 1: had to internally figure out who they are. Well, look,
- 37:16Speaker 1: you can't say Democrats are held hostage by the left.
- 37:20Speaker 1: The Democrats are the left these polling and if she
- 37:24Speaker 1: leave their party, it proves it. Okay, that's the problem
- 37:28Speaker 1: is that they like her policies, they like what she
- 37:31Speaker 1: stands for, and she's starting to do some interesting things.
- 37:33Speaker 1: She's moving away from some social issues and into economic populism.
- 37:39Speaker 1: And let's not forget in twenty twenty Bernie Sanders. Do
- 37:43Speaker 1: we forget this? Bernie Sanders was leading this race by
- 37:47Speaker 1: a lot. He won Iowa, he won New Hampshire, he
- 37:51Speaker 1: won Nevada. The only reason why the tie turned toward
- 37:55Speaker 1: Joe Biden is because Congressman Jim Clyburn at the last
- 37:59Speaker 1: minute said in South Carolina said you know what, I'm
- 38:02Speaker 1: going to support him. It wasn't did before, but at
- 38:04Speaker 1: the end it was like pretty little too far. He
- 38:07Speaker 1: shifted his support to Biden, which moved the black vote
- 38:10Speaker 1: in South Carolina, which is the one of the largest
- 38:12Speaker 1: not the largest, demographic and electric with the Democratic Party,
- 38:16Speaker 1: and he won that and then that cash get it
- 38:18Speaker 1: into a win. But prior South Carolina, it looked inevitable
- 38:22Speaker 1: that Bernie said, comrade Bernie, who vacationed with his wife,
- 38:26Speaker 1: I think his honeymoon in the Soviet Union was going
- 38:29Speaker 1: to become the Democratic nominee. Let's not forget that.
- 38:34Speaker 3: No, let's not forget also that this proud socialist has
- 38:38Speaker 3: three properties, as all good socialists do. Now Army, after
- 38:43Speaker 3: weeks of feuding between the Trump administration and Mainz Democratic
- 38:47Speaker 3: Governor Janet Mills.
- 38:49Speaker 2: Well, the Trump administration has had enough.
- 38:52Speaker 3: They are suing Main's education department for not complying with
- 38:56Speaker 3: the ban on male bodies in girls sports.
- 39:00Speaker 2: I mean, I'm going to play here.
- 39:00Speaker 3: A video from XXXY Athletics.
- 39:04Speaker 2: Which shows just in the sport of.
- 39:07Speaker 3: High jump, just in that one sport an Olympic sport.
- 39:11Speaker 3: The top ranked athletes in California, in Oregon, and in
- 39:16Speaker 3: Connecticut in the girls division are all boys, all athletes
- 39:21Speaker 3: that were born male. Now, you personally took to the
- 39:25Speaker 3: streets to discover how the radical left thinks about this policy,
- 39:30Speaker 3: and it seems like pretty much every second person in
- 39:33Speaker 3: Manhattan is from the radical left.
- 39:36Speaker 2: This is frightening.
- 39:37Speaker 17: You're a chaired woman.
- 39:38Speaker 15: You should be able to cope because in your.
- 39:40Speaker 8: Heart you are a woman and that's who you true
- 39:42Speaker 8: we are, rather than who we want to be, and
- 39:46Speaker 8: that's your idea with you just those are words, They're
- 39:49Speaker 8: not right.
- 39:50Speaker 11: I think there.
- 39:51Speaker 5: Womenally should be allowed to come up against.
- 39:53Speaker 13: Women, and I think there's like any reason that that
- 39:55Speaker 13: should like it's not like you have like some advantage
- 39:58Speaker 13: or disadvantage.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Is it maybe transphobic to say biological man or biological women?
- 40:04Speaker 8: Yes?
- 40:04Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
- 40:06Speaker 2: Those people are.
- 40:09Speaker 3: That have been foiled by the modern education system. Manman,
- 40:12Speaker 3: how can they think that men don't have a physical
- 40:15Speaker 3: advantage when it comes to sports.
- 40:19Speaker 1: No, they at the end of that video, they literally
- 40:20Speaker 1: asked them, is there a physical difference between men and women?
- 40:23Speaker 1: And they said, no, it's all socialized. It's all social
- 40:26Speaker 1: cultural that have made men more successful. Look, this is
- 40:29Speaker 1: another eighty twenty issue that they simply cannot get the
- 40:33Speaker 1: right side for. Look, they spent four years, more than
- 40:37Speaker 1: four years putting and supporting men in women's sports. They
- 40:42Speaker 1: can't just change that. And the truth is rita, they
- 40:45Speaker 1: don't want to change. They really this is something they truly,
- 40:48Speaker 1: truly believe it, and they're going to lay down on
- 40:51Speaker 1: the tracks as the train runs over them because they
- 40:53Speaker 1: have such a deep ideological belief that there's no difference
- 40:57Speaker 1: to men and women.
- 40:59Speaker 3: Sorry, oh, Army, what a bizarre I was to die on,
- 41:05Speaker 3: Army Horowitz, Thanks for your time.
- 41:07Speaker 2: Tonight still to come. Kinsey Schofield joins me as yet.
- 41:13Speaker 3: Another Hollywood star faces cancelation for cozing up to Trump.
- 41:24Speaker 3: You're watching the Reader Panney Show and joining me now
- 41:27Speaker 3: is celebrity and royal commentator Kinsey Schofield.
- 41:31Speaker 2: Kinsey, let's start.
- 41:32Speaker 3: With Vince Vaughn, who is now facing cancelation attempts from
- 41:36Speaker 3: lefty fans after he visited President Donald Trump at the
- 41:40Speaker 3: Oval Office on Good Friday.
- 41:42Speaker 2: He is a big Hollywood star. Surely this isn't going
- 41:46Speaker 2: to railroad.
- 41:47Speaker 12: His career absolutely not, and he's actually said in the past,
- 41:52Speaker 12: I think it was to the Los Angeles Times that
- 41:54Speaker 12: he doesn't think that most people take this as seriously
- 41:58Speaker 12: as the small percentage that make huge, huge noise about it.
- 42:02Speaker 13: He said, I was raised with the idea that you
- 42:04Speaker 13: could have different likes and beliefs, and you should respect
- 42:06Speaker 13: and defend that and other people not shout it down.
- 42:10Speaker 13: So this is not his first time he's been torn
- 42:13Speaker 13: to shreds over being seen with President Donald Trump. It
- 42:16Speaker 13: won't be the last time, but certainly he's going to
- 42:19Speaker 13: keep us laughing in movies and TV shows going forward.
- 42:25Speaker 2: Now.
- 42:26Speaker 3: Chris Columbus, the director of Home Alone, Too, has said
- 42:30Speaker 3: that he wishes he could remove that Donald Trump cameo
- 42:34Speaker 3: from the nineteen ninety two film. He says it's an
- 42:37Speaker 3: albatross that he wishes to raise, but get this kidsye.
- 42:42Speaker 3: He told the San Francisco Chronicle that he is too
- 42:45Speaker 3: scared to do anything about it because he thinks Trump.
- 42:48Speaker 2: Will deport him. I mean, is this guy for real hysteria?
- 42:53Speaker 12: I mean, I think maybe he's just trying to be cute.
- 42:56Speaker 13: This man was born in Spangler, Pennsylvania. But maybe he
- 43:00Speaker 13: is terrified of being sent back to Spangler. When I
- 43:03Speaker 13: google things to do there, the Amish experience was the
- 43:06Speaker 13: first suggestion that popped up. So maybe he just doesn't
- 43:09Speaker 13: want to go back to Pennsylvania.
- 43:13Speaker 3: It is just such pathetic hyperbole. It is he suffering
- 43:19Speaker 3: from I don't know, attention, I don't know. I don't
- 43:23Speaker 3: know if it's an attention seeking exercise, Kinsey, or whether
- 43:26Speaker 3: he's genuinely that deluded that he thinks that the Trump
- 43:31Speaker 3: administration is going to come for him and throw him
- 43:34Speaker 3: out of the country, maybe even put him in a
- 43:36Speaker 3: mega prison in El Salvador for removing a scene from
- 43:39Speaker 3: a nineteen ninety two film.
- 43:41Speaker 2: What is wrong with these people?
- 43:42Speaker 12: Now?
- 43:42Speaker 2: Let's talk about the Royals.
- 43:45Speaker 3: Tom baw royal expert has worn that Prince Harry and
- 43:48Speaker 3: Meghan Markel are in a crisis of conflicting interest because
- 43:53Speaker 3: Meghan hasn't got the status that she so desperately craves,
- 43:57Speaker 3: while Harry's hopes of reconciling his family completely unrealistic. Kinsey,
- 44:04Speaker 3: with our unreleased sequels, I think he expects them to apologize.
- 44:09Speaker 13: Oh, I know, to get over that real quick. But
- 44:12Speaker 13: I think Bower's description of what is happening behind the
- 44:15Speaker 13: scenes gives us an explanation for Megan Markle's lack of
- 44:19Speaker 13: strategic cohesion over the last few months. What we're witnessing
- 44:23Speaker 13: is brand whiplash. This erratic flurry of launches with no
- 44:28Speaker 13: clear through line or brand identity whatsoever, from underperforming podcasts
- 44:33Speaker 13: to her lifestyle series.
- 44:35Speaker 12: It's been panned by you and I.
- 44:38Speaker 13: I mean, I feel like the approach feels more like
- 44:41Speaker 13: a panic fueled blitz and a focused brand strategy.
- 44:47Speaker 3: It has been such a mess, but enormously entertaining for
- 44:52Speaker 3: all of us, just because she makes it so easy
- 44:56Speaker 3: to mock her. I mean, if she would just make
- 44:58Speaker 3: it a little bit harder, may resist.
- 45:01Speaker 11: Now.
- 45:01Speaker 3: Talking about the royals, disgraced Prince Andrew, he's been greeting
- 45:07Speaker 3: in public at an Aster Sunday service with other members
- 45:10Speaker 3: of the royal family, including King Charles and Queen Camilla.
- 45:15Speaker 3: Can see we're going to say more, if more of him,
- 45:17Speaker 3: because I have kind of managed to hide him away.
- 45:21Speaker 13: I don't think that we're going to see more of him,
- 45:24Speaker 13: you know. The palace kind of sources close to the
- 45:27Speaker 13: Royal family kind of shrugged and said this was a
- 45:30Speaker 13: family affair. That's all this was. But at the end
- 45:32Speaker 13: of the day, I'm seeing all this chatter online and
- 45:35Speaker 13: I do agree guilt by association. But should not Should
- 45:39Speaker 13: we not encourage this man to get before God? Should
- 45:41Speaker 13: we not encourage this man to spend some time in church, Like,
- 45:44Speaker 13: let's just let him be when it comes to him
- 45:47Speaker 13: being in such a holy place, holy space. Maybe he's
- 45:50Speaker 13: asking for forgiveness. We can only hope.
- 45:55Speaker 3: Maybe that's what he needs and needs, he needs more
- 45:57Speaker 3: Jesus in his life. Elizabeth Hurley now, she was once
- 46:02Speaker 3: engaged to a much loved Australian cricketer, Shane Warn late cricketer,
- 46:07Speaker 3: but she's got a new romance, Kinsey Billy Ray Cyrus.
- 46:12Speaker 3: They've unveiled their romance in a steamy social media post
- 46:18Speaker 3: over the weekend.
- 46:20Speaker 2: This has taken a lot of people by surprise.
- 46:23Speaker 13: My achy, breaky heart can't take this April fools, jolkless Hurley,
- 46:28Speaker 13: love yourself, get off this crazy train now, That's all
- 46:32Speaker 13: I I mean. Please, girlfriend, you are beautiful, You deserve better,
- 46:37Speaker 13: That's all I will say.
- 46:41Speaker 3: Well, so we've now got Liz Hurley potentially becoming Miley
- 46:44Speaker 3: Cyrus's step mummy. I mean that is exciting development.
- 46:48Speaker 2: Kinsey, I thought you'd be all for this.
- 46:52Speaker 13: I still think she's better than this. You know, she
- 46:55Speaker 13: played a queen. She played a queen on television. You
- 46:58Speaker 13: know she stated some of the hunkiest men in the
- 47:00Speaker 13: world Billy Ray Syris just got a divorce from his influencer,
- 47:04Speaker 13: you know, wife, and that was wild. I mean, girlfriend,
- 47:08Speaker 13: I feel like you can do so much better.
- 47:12Speaker 3: Now we've got to talk about Diddy. We haven't discussed
- 47:16Speaker 3: his legal dramas for some time. His legal team want
- 47:21Speaker 3: to delay the trial for two months, but a judge
- 47:24Speaker 3: has denied that motion, so the hearing is going to
- 47:28Speaker 3: begin on May five. Kinsey, He's facing a lengthy, lengthy
- 47:33Speaker 3: term behind bars.
- 47:35Speaker 13: He's facing a lengthy term behind bars. We're hearing the
- 47:38Speaker 13: j LO could be forced to testify. We're hearing the
- 47:41Speaker 13: jury or going to see videos of some of these
- 47:43Speaker 13: freak offs. We don't know who's involved in these alleged tapes.
- 47:47Speaker 13: This is going to be such a compelling court drama,
- 47:51Speaker 13: and I think it's there are a lot of people
- 47:54Speaker 13: that are fearful right now of what could potentially come out.
- 47:57Speaker 2: All eyes will be on this trial.
- 47:59Speaker 13: All eyes will be on you know the people that
- 48:02Speaker 13: could potentially be involved in this, and I think that
- 48:05Speaker 13: Diddy should be worried about the next few months.
- 48:09Speaker 3: He should be, and I think there will be a
- 48:10Speaker 3: few a listers who are also going to be worried
- 48:13Speaker 3: about what's going to be revealed during this trial. Knsiscofield,
- 48:17Speaker 3: thank you so much for your time tonight, and that's
- 48:20Speaker 3: it from me. Up next is Newsnight. I'll see you
- 48:23Speaker 3: at eleven tomorrow Night.
