- 2:00Other people down the line will maybe wake up. We'll see. We know we firmly got it in our grasp here. We're gonna go over it again today here at Roger Sales Radio Ranch.
- 2:107 seven, Paul. 7726.
- 2:15Here we go. End of July.
- 2:18Already first week's already gone.
- 2:21I or maybe maybe we'll be getting back
- 2:24to a little normalcy after here after the big fourth of weekend. Of course, the big
- 2:30two hundred and fiftieth thing, and, of course, it's July, and that means people like judge Napolitano
- 2:37are taking off for their summer vacations.
- 2:42So there'll be some vacancies, some holes in, people's schedules here for the next,
- 2:47short while.
- 2:49We'll get over get over the end. Of course, we're gonna get
- 2:52Paul shooed off south here, Southwest in
- 2:56few short days.
- 2:58So, anyway, morning, Paul.
- 3:01Now
- 3:04Unknown: I need oh, there we go.
- 3:09Unknown: I wish my eyes worked this morning. There we go. Yeah. Okay. I get to say this. I say that I say that every morning.
- 3:17Me and Dave. Dave and I say it.
- 3:20Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead.
- 3:23Good
- 3:24morning. We're on
- 3:27our website is thematrixdocs.com,
- 3:32and
- 3:33free conference call is the platform that we use so people can join us live on the show.
- 3:38You, man. Just let everybody know that we do have a change in
- 3:43the
- 3:44top of the hour break.
- 3:45It's all music instead of just the Whistler, but we're gonna muddle through it. We're gonna
- 3:52we're gonna, you know,
- 3:57give her give her health.
- 3:59Unknown: We'll muddle. We'll we'll we'll we'll muddle. I may make a mistake, but it won't be the first time. Well, we're gonna give her health, and and
- 4:07Unknown: we're gonna muddle through. We're gonna plow through Bloody hell. Best we can. Bloody
- 4:12Unknown: bloody hell.
- 4:13Not just hell. Yes.
- 4:15Okay.
- 4:16Well, here we go on the Tuesday edition. Don't know. I mean, it's just that time of year. Things are
- 4:22we're all we're all anxiously waiting, I guess, and maybe not all of us.
- 4:28Some people are anxiously awaiting, mister Netanyahu's,
- 4:31will this be the eighth or ninth trip this year,
- 4:35this week? He informed Trump he's coming over.
- 4:39Who knows what they're going to talk about and some very important things on the
- 4:46horizon.
- 4:49The one thing is this
- 4:52NDAA
- 4:53bill. Now congress is out right now for the fourth of July weekend.
- 5:00I hope they're getting an earful in their districts
- 5:04on this,
- 5:06merging merging of
- 5:09intelligence and military with Israel.
- 5:13That's just what you it ain't like they're stealing enough, and they're stealing enough money, and they got the
- 5:19you know, the all this money we give them, supposedly loan them, 3,000,000,000 a year?
- 5:26I'll bet I guarantee you they never pay that back. They just take it.
- 5:31Well, it's gotten more intense. 3,000,000,000 a year evidently is not enough for mister Netanyahu,
- 5:37and this is so
- 5:38this is so typical of these people as you see it unfold. You know what I'm talking about, don't you, Paul?
- 5:46Has anybody watched yet
- 5:48the latest Tucker drop,
- 5:51an interview with Dennis Kasinich?
- 5:56Unknown: Oh. I don't know. Yeah. Lisa watched it.
- 5:59Unknown: I did. Well, me and Lisa and I both watched it. Dennis
- 6:03Kasinich, of course, is an Ohio boy.
- 6:07And,
- 6:08it was a damn good interview. And let me tell you folks, there's big problems on the horizon.
- 6:14And we've mentioned it, of course, on here before,
- 6:17which is this merging, this all out
- 6:21attack they've got on us from multiple sides
- 6:24on merging Israel with The US. We're gonna be partners now.
- 6:29And it's just like said,
- 6:31I don't wanna be partner. I'm not gonna grab their bloody hand.
- 6:35Okay? Their genocide,
- 6:37their murder, their, their assassinations,
- 6:40which they're very proud about.
- 6:42Hundreds of assassinations
- 6:43of people.
- 6:44That's
- 6:45not my partner. I don't wanna be their slave, and I damn sure ain't gonna be their partner.
- 6:50But, unfortunately, that's what we got going through right now. Now you help me, Lisa, here if I get anything wrong. Would you please?
- 6:58Congress is coming back the
- 7:01thirteenth. That's next Monday, I think.
- 7:04And
- 7:07they're gonna try and ram this thing through. It's already greased. They took it out of out of committee. They wouldn't let, our guy from Kentucky and his buddy Rohan
- 7:17Hana or whatever his name is,
- 7:19yanked that part out of the NDAA.
- 7:23So it may can get brought up again, but it's very tedious. And folks, listen. This is not chopped chicken liver. You think giving them a couple of billion dollars a year is bad enough?
- 7:34We do this. They've got access to a trillion and a half dollar annual budget,
- 7:39military budget,
- 7:41because they're gonna merge these positions. There's gonna be no duplicate
- 7:46repeating
- 7:47of jobs.
- 7:49So it we're just we're they're they're merging with us, folks. That's what it is. It's just like Wall Street and a reverse takeover.
- 7:57Okay? That's exactly what's going on. And I wouldn't I virtually would never
- 8:02urge y'all to call your stupid ass congressman.
- 8:06But at this point right here,
- 8:09you if you you may just call and say, listen. We're totally against this NDAA thing. At least let them know.
- 8:15Because I have a feeling that there's going to be a groundswell off of this Tucker
- 8:20interview.
- 8:21And if you hadn't watched it, you're not aware of these facts,
- 8:24watch it.
- 8:26K? Watch it. We're talking about
- 8:29it ain't Israel and The US two separate countries. It's us with them as their our junior, quote, unquote,
- 8:36junior partners.
- 8:38You want these lying, thieving, murder, and slaving bastards as your partner?
- 8:44Well, first thing you can do is file an affidavit and remove yourself from that crap. K? That's certainly first line of defense.
- 8:55But then they've got all the the I think what was Alex? When this first popped up a couple of weeks ago,
- 9:04Alex said he was thinking about it and how they do things, and this is the beautiful thing about dissecting these things. You see their MO and how they work. This is so them right here.
- 9:17And Alex ran an AI look and he's something like there were, like, I forget, in the teens.
- 9:23Teens of these bills in different pieces of legislation
- 9:27that allow the two to merge.
- 9:31Now we're only hearing about two.
- 9:33This one in the NDAA and Dennis Kasinich,
- 9:37we first heard about it as
- 9:41section two two four, I think,
- 9:44couple weeks ago.
- 9:47Well, they've changed it. Okay. According to Kasinich, that's who I'm basically relying on here.
- 9:55It's now section two nineteen.
- 9:59So two nineteen is the the the section that's gonna allow all this other stuff to happen. So should you
- 10:05communicate with your critter,
- 10:10It's two nineteens.
- 10:12Section two nineteen. And folks, listen. They shoved this through in July. You might as well you might as well just kiss our ass country goodbye.
- 10:19It's gonna be big Israel.
- 10:21Do you think they controlled before? Wait till they
- 10:24wait till we merge with them.
- 10:27They have a top position that doesn't report to anybody.
- 10:31Congress once a year.
- 10:35All these duplicate positions are now gonna be one position. Guess what
- 10:41country they're gonna be loyal to when they get that position?
- 10:45No.
- 10:46It probably didn't take too much
- 10:48educated or damn uneducated
- 10:52thought these days to understand how these guys work.
- 10:56And just like them, you know, oh, yeah.
- 10:59We're gonna stop taking all the money you give us. Alright. We know. We know. We're gonna stop. How about hey. How about if we just merge with you? And then we get access to all of it.
- 11:11That's what's going on.
- 11:13You folks, you see, you know, I've told you years ago, I said if we don't do something,
- 11:18The US is gonna look like Gaza,
- 11:21folks. And now I could add South Lebanon.
- 11:24Folks, if we don't do something,
- 11:26that's what our country's gonna be with Israeli drones
- 11:31developed by taxpayer money going around and shooting people, us.
- 11:37Unknown: You know, Roger, Tucker kept asking
- 11:39to Senich.
- 11:41Why?
- 11:42Why would congress vote for this? Why Oh, yeah. They allow it? On, Tucker. Did.
- 11:49Unknown: Never did Everybody.
- 11:50Well,
- 11:52everybody knows the damn answer. If they don't, they can't frost a mirror.
- 11:58We're doing it. Here. Let me give Tucker and everybody. We're doing it because they put us in bankruptcy
- 12:06in their control in 1933
- 12:09on March 9. They turned all of us into Jim Crow,
- 12:13and then they asked us our whole lives. Are you Jim Crow? And you said, oh, Massa, I'm Jim Crow.
- 12:21I'm old Jim for you.
- 12:23Here, where do I put my ex?
- 12:27Unknown: You'd all did it. We all did it.
- 12:33Unknown: Budget.
- 12:34People
- 12:35are slick,
- 12:36folks.
- 12:37Yeah. You cannot look at the surface of this
- 12:41and understand what the hell is going on. You can't do it.
- 12:45Yes, Paul.
- 12:47Unknown: I think what Tucker does is Tucker asks questions, and he knows full well what the answer
- 12:53Unknown: Of course he does.
- 12:55Unknown: Is,
- 12:56but he asks it in such a way so somebody else, one of his listeners,
- 13:02one of his viewers
- 13:04may be asking the same question won't feel stupid because Tucker knows the answer and they don't. He asks it in a way that he doesn't know and genuinely wants to know.
- 13:15Unknown: It's his style. He's very good at it. Shtick.
- 13:19And you never if you get in somebody's position like that, you generally never ask a question that you don't already know the answer to.
- 13:26If you're in the sales game and you're asking a prospect, do this? Do you need this? How do you do it? Does it have to do this? All that, you don't ever ask those questions that you don't know the answer to already. And what you're doing with that prospect and they do the same thing as they're just selling us a bunch of bullshit.
- 13:44Is you continue to ask questions that all lead to a short, what's called a closed end question.
- 13:50You know the difference between closed end and open end question, Paul?
- 13:55Unknown: The closed end question is they can only answer it one way.
- 14:00Yeah. Yes or no. And it's in the affirmative.
- 14:03Unknown: Usually Yeah. And so what you're doing is you're getting somebody. You're trying to sell them something. You they need it. I'm not saying trying to pull wool over their eyes.
- 14:12And you and you know it, and you're trying to convince them of it, but you do it in this way where you ask them a bunch of lead in questions.
- 14:20Is the color of the wall white over there? Did you pull the door when you came in? Whatever it is, you're asking them a bunch of questions. And then at the last, you ask them, do you do you think you'd like to own this and use it? Well, they're they've been saying yes all along. They'll say yes again. That's the theory anyway.
- 14:35Unknown: Yeah.
- 14:36Well, it's it's Pavlovian conditioning.
- 14:40In a sense. Yes. Because every time they say yes in agreement, they feel good about that.
- 14:46Unknown: Probably.
- 14:48But let's get back to our little example at hand here. I I don't know what we can do, folks, but I'm gonna tell you what. If they slick these things through,
- 14:58I just the intelligence and the military.
- 15:01It'd be enough. There's evidently a whole bunch of other ones.
- 15:05If they slick this through,
- 15:07US is done, baby. We're gonna be the biggest
- 15:12predator on the face of the earth that has no qualms about killing children,
- 15:17children killing women, killing pregnant women, you know, the T shirt, one shot, two kills,
- 15:24about just basically, it's just like the president of Columbia said. The old one, we got a new one in there. There's a there's a bunch of things happening down here in South America that's interesting.
- 15:33But regardless, the last president of Colombia, I've mentioned it before,
- 15:37this was just about six to eight months ago, had a meeting up there, 20 countries.
- 15:42Egypt and Spain being the largest.
- 15:45And they came out after a week of of meetings and said, if if we don't stop these bastards, they're gonna do what they're doing in Gaza, the whole world. Folks, that was the president of a country that said that backed up by 20 others.
- 15:58Unknown: Mhmm.
- 15:59Unknown: Okay. So how are they well, the first thing is we got it right in the palm of our hands. Their power comes from our acquisition.
- 16:07We gave it to them.
- 16:10You didn't know what you're doing, obviously. You wouldn't have done it, most of you.
- 16:14But they ask you throughout your life. Do you agree with this? Are you in a condition of voluntary servitude? Are you under the fourteenth amendment's laws and civil rights? You go, yeah. Yeah, man. That's me. But but good god, don't take away my god given rights. I didn't have to take them away. You gave them away.
- 16:32Unknown: Yeah.
- 16:35Unknown: You agreed with it.
- 16:39Okay. Take it away.
- 16:42It was a mistake. It's all based on fraud. All I gotta do is move forward and take it away. Now, folks, what do you think? Okay. With this situation, all this stuff going on, what if we could, by some
- 16:54some grace of god,
- 16:55what if we could get a connection, get on one of these big shows, and put our information in front of 30 plus million people in a short period of time?
- 17:05Well, of course, first negative we've got is you don't pick up on this overnight.
- 17:11They've done it in such a clever way, turns your life upside down, and and you gotta go in and and do and turn that thing right side up. And as a bunch of you on here know what I'm talking about, it ain't exactly a walk through the park. It's difficult for some people. Some people can't do it.
- 17:30So that's the first thing we gotta do, and that is why
- 17:33we get to things on the program here. It
- 17:37would when it gets into all these complexities,
- 17:40and I almost recoil.
- 17:41If you could see me here at the microphone, I'd almost recoil
- 17:45because I have, knowing this,
- 17:48that it takes people a long time to pick this up.
- 17:51You know, generally speaking,
- 17:55how can I increase
- 17:57shorten that time and increase the uptake?
- 18:00And there's only one answer, and that's to make it simple.
- 18:04So the more complex we make it going and improving some point or or something other else,
- 18:11the more complex we make it, the harder we make it for people that do wanna see what we've got and realize there's some real substance here.
- 18:20We got real substance here, folks. This ain't no pie in the sky shit.
- 18:24This is real. I
- 18:26don't care where Cody or others believe it or not. This is real. If other those people can't see it, I'm sorry.
- 18:33Okay. You know my you know my standard thing, Paul. Alright. Well, I'll step back. Tell me your plan.
- 18:40Let's hear your plan.
- 18:43I don't see anybody bellying up to the microphone with a plan, Paul.
- 18:49Duh. How about if we elect all the governors? I'm sure. Well, how about if we elect all the congressmen and APAC comes in there and and corrupts every damn one of them except one or two? Because that's what's gonna happen, folks.
- 19:06Yes, Paul.
- 19:08Unknown: I will I no. I I didn't have anything to say.
- 19:13Unknown: Oh, see see the frustrating part of it you got the answer. I can't get people's attention. If they do get their attention, most of them take a long time to uptake this and go, oh, ding ding ding. And you may have been around here for hell who knows how long?
- 19:28And you haven't yet realized
- 19:31that this is the whole kit and caboodle right here.
- 19:35This is the tap the point
- 19:37of the taproot
- 19:39of the Rockefeller Rothschild power axis.
- 19:42That's what we got. It ain't filing a piece of paper. It's going back and confronting them and saying, you're frauds, and I ain't your slave, and your whole system's fraudulent.
- 19:51We get that out to enough people and enough people potentially pulling themselves out of the IRS
- 19:58as as precarious as their financial position is right now. It it may could. I'm not saying it will. That'd be my pipe dream.
- 20:07Okay? We could bring these bastards down maybe.
- 20:11Maybe. But we're gonna have to have a big shot, a big audience. Otherwise, it's just us girls,
- 20:16and we're just gonna come out of her like the bible instructs us to do and try and prepare as best we can and try and offer,
- 20:24oppose
- 20:25the onslaught that's coming. Because if these son of a bitches get partnership with us in the military and the intelligence agency,
- 20:32our country is D O N E. Stick a fork in it.
- 20:38It's done. Hell, it's almost done now.
- 20:42We still got things
- 20:44that they don't have, but, boy, if this passes, they got it all, folks.
- 20:48So I'm just telling you. I'm again, I'm sending the warning.
- 20:54I'm just one person. What can I do?
- 20:58Unknown: Well, the CIA and Mossad
- 21:00have had
- 21:02Of course. Relationship
- 21:04Unknown: for Of course. Decade. Probably
- 21:07since before Israel was founded. Know the truth. CIA
- 21:12Unknown: and Mossad, they Oh, wow. They exchange agents
- 21:16that both countries,
- 21:18you know, have laws against them operating on
- 21:22their own soil.
- 21:24But you know, the CIA does dirty work for Mossad and Mossad does dirty work for the CIA,
- 21:30and it's,
- 21:31you know, it's just they get around it.
- 21:34Unknown: Five eyes. You forgot m I six in Germany and the others in there. Is it Five eyes.
- 21:40Know, yesterday, I mentioned going back and listening to Jay Dyer.
- 21:44Well, that's one really important thing. I got out of listening to that last Friday.
- 21:48Who created the intelligence agencies? The bankers.
- 21:52Unknown: Yes.
- 21:54Unknown: So they can tell what's gonna happen so they can put their money in the foremost position where they can get vigorous,
- 22:01vigorous.
- 22:03Unknown: Back on. And they figured out, and then they figured out,
- 22:07instead of instead of using those security agencies
- 22:11to tell them what's going to happen,
- 22:14they used they started using those security agents to make shit happen
- 22:19that they knew was gonna happen in the first Well, that's one of the oldest when they really started making the vigorous.
- 22:25Unknown: Oldest trick in the book, folks. They pull them all. We fall for them almost every time.
- 22:31The good news is there's a lot of people waking up on this Israel,
- 22:35and they're not who they say they are, and they're doing bad stuff, and maybe it's enough with maybe a Tucker interview of Dennis Kasinich and some of the other publicity that's gonna go on for the next
- 22:46six days.
- 22:48But that maybe we could affect some sort of a change. But I'm telling you folks, if it if we don't stop this,
- 22:56I I just don't see much future,
- 22:59but not much of a good future. I'll put it that way. There's a future. It ain't real pretty. Just go ask the Gazans.
- 23:05Go ask the Lebanese in South Lebanon how their future looks.
- 23:09Mhmm. That's what we're talking about, folks. I'm not bullshitting you here. One e
- 23:13iota.
- 23:14You go listen to that Tucker Carlson interview with Dennis Kasinich, and you come back and tell us we're all full of crap.
- 23:21I doubt if we'll hear from you.
- 23:24Unknown: Roger, did you So anyway listen to the video that I had sent you with,
- 23:29yep, and just boom, out of my head.
- 23:32Unknown: Yeah.
- 23:34I I I don't know. I've listened to quite a few videos from emails,
- 23:39so I don't know, Lisa.
- 23:42I I do know that it's just it's it's just aggravating.
- 23:46Here, I've been, you know, I I wail on these guys pretty good. You know? I'm I'm insulated from them, and I know it, and they know it. And I take pretty much full advantage of it,
- 23:58but,
- 23:59the world's gotta wake up. We gotta stop this.
- 24:02Revelation 18.
- 24:04Yeah. Oh, yes. I started watching it last night. I forgot to watch it this morning.
- 24:10Here, I'm sitting around. What do I watch? What do I watch? John Titus. I did watch first of it last night.
- 24:16I got through his,
- 24:19his part of it. Now for those of you who do not know,
- 24:23does name new to any of you, John Titus?
- 24:26He he he's been around in
- 24:30circles that
- 24:32have something to do with Cassel Thornton Austin Fitz.
- 24:37Years ago,
- 24:38he put out a video. It was they yanked it off the web as quick as they could, and it's back on there now.
- 24:44It's called all the plenary
- 24:47men.
- 24:49Paul, have you ever watched that, all the plenary men by John Titus?
- 24:57Paul has
- 24:58Paul stepped away from the microphone.
- 25:01If you've not watched it, he did this
- 25:04video. It was on the banking crisis,
- 25:07if I remember correctly, of 2008.
- 25:12And he goes through all of these details. He made a incredibly
- 25:16professional video,
- 25:18and it just nails it. The bankers say, we're not gonna we're not gonna expose this in their top echelon correspondence.
- 25:24It's
- 25:26anyway, he's quite the sleuth
- 25:29Quite the sleuth when it comes to banking stuff.
- 25:33I didn't know that he had had a regular program,
- 25:36every month with Catherine Austin Fitch for the last five years.
- 25:40He talks about it in the lead up there.
- 25:44What's the name of it, Lisa? Do you have it? I can scrounge it up. I know I've got it. Because I stopped it not last The
- 25:51Unknown: United States Of Addiction.
- 25:54Unknown: The in The United States Of Addiction. Oh, boy. That's good. Well, I got to just when he was gonna start the video, and it was already late, and I said, well, I'll finish this tomorrow.
- 26:05Wish I'd remembered it this morning.
- 26:08Regardless, John Titus,
- 26:11The United States Of Addiction, you say is the title, Lisa?
- 26:17Unknown: Yeah.
- 26:19Yes, sir.
- 26:20Unknown: How long is the video? It's one part of a number of part series is what I got
- 26:26from what he was saying.
- 26:29Unknown: Fifty minutes.
- 26:30Well, he's been doing, and it's on best evidence,
- 26:34and I'm not sure what that series is.
- 26:38Unknown: But it's all I mean, he's all banking. He's all about banking. Oh, yeah. It's all his stuff is monetary stuff, and he's very bright, and he knows his stuff, and,
- 26:47he's just very professional,
- 26:48and and and I'd highly recommend you watch this, The United States Of Addiction. I will
- 26:54try and watch it the rest of the day here
- 26:58as we get into it. Boy, I hope I have a better afternoon than I did yesterday.
- 27:02Just one of those days. You know? We all have them, and everything just goes wrong. You know? You drop things. You're breaking things. You everything you do turns out wrong. You go, god, I'm gonna go back to bed, please.
- 27:14That's the afternoon I had yesterday.
- 27:17So today's better, it appears.
- 27:20We're in the summer doldrums, of course, people on vacation,
- 27:23this, that, and the other, and it's gonna be that way for another
- 27:26seven weeks.
- 27:30We'll get back into the action as school starts, I guess.
- 27:34I don't know. According to all these things that are happening right now, we might be back in the action this summer.
- 27:41Can't wait to see the what goes on with the Netanyahu
- 27:45Trump meeting this week.
- 27:47Phoebe's coming. Phoebe's coming.
- 27:50Phoebe.
- 27:52Wonder what he wants now. Wonder what he's gonna shove up our ass now. Don't you think it'd be fitting if they throw his ass in Israeli jail and rape him with a broomstick like they do all those Palestinians,
- 28:03Lisa? Doesn't that sound like it'd be fitting for him? Does to me.
- 28:08Maybe like that poor Palestinian guy, they raped that guy so bad with a broomstick
- 28:14that his intestines
- 28:15came out. They had to go back in and try and and they actually evidently saved the guy.
- 28:22Raping somebody with a broomstick, folks.
- 28:25That's who we're gonna partner with.
- 28:27Sound like a partner you'd like to have, does it?
- 28:31Unknown: And and Does it? They've also, how many times, been caught, you know, stealing secrets and selling them to Russia, China? Who
- 28:40Unknown: was the guy? Who was Pollard.
- 28:43Who was the guy that was under Clinton that was the national security adviser? Sandy Berger.
- 28:50That name ring ring a bell, y'all? Sandy Berger?
- 28:54Little chunky little Jew boy?
- 28:57He got caught stealing
- 29:00papers out of the National Archives.
- 29:03He literally got the National Security Advisor
- 29:07got caught stealing documents.
- 29:09I don't know if they're classified or what,
- 29:11but stealing documents had them in his pants
- 29:14out of the nationals.
- 29:16One of one of the myriad of mushrooms they've got up there. He
- 29:21got caught red handed. It was in the news. He's a national security adviser. He got caught stealing papers.
- 29:27So you wonder where things are like Benjamin Franklin's paper that he wrote. If you let the Jews in the country within two hundred years, your children and grandchildren will be in the field, and they'll be in the counting houses.
- 29:41That was actually in some Philadelphia museum. Well,
- 29:45The guy had mysteriously
- 29:47disappeared.
- 29:50They're the biggest liars, murderers, thieves, and slavers that have ever walked the face of the earth. These people, we're the only ones, folks, I can ever find that's beating them.
- 30:01Do you find anybody else in history? Some of you are studying. Please find some other examples.
- 30:06I know of no other example in history where anybody has got these bastards dead to rights in a corner
- 30:15ever in history, and we still can hardly get people's attention on this.
- 30:23Pardon my frustration.
- 30:25I'm gonna have to accept something I don't want to accept,
- 30:29which is that god just wants to touch a few of us
- 30:34and help us.
- 30:36A wise man sees danger and seeks refuge.
- 30:40Seek refuge.
- 30:43I think this is a bigger message. I know it's
- 30:48it's a huge message, and you're new and you're listening to this and you don't hadn't uptaking the stuff and been with it and slept with it for thirty four years like I have in another
- 30:59nine days,
- 31:03then you start to see the importance of it. Folks, it's the whole ball game.
- 31:07It's their whole ballgame.
- 31:10Why do you think they've never attacked me
- 31:14in fifteen
- 31:15years? You think in fifteen years, they don't know I'm out here? You really honestly
- 31:21think in fifteen years, they don't know who I am and what this message is? Because I'm gonna tell you, you're absolutely incorrect.
- 31:29100%
- 31:30incorrect.
- 31:31They've been on this since the start.
- 31:35And I hearken back. I've said it before.
- 31:38I think of it often.
- 31:41If John and Glenn would've just set their sights higher on notice,
- 31:48John should have known. It's the feudal system. He's the lord of the manner in this instance. Well, it ain't the IRS.
- 31:56We've learned. But if they would have known what we know
- 32:00all those years ago,
- 32:03folks, we we probably
- 32:04very well could live in a whole different world.
- 32:08That's how important that one piece of information is.
- 32:12Oh, information, it just can't be that important. Really?
- 32:16You really think that way? You don't belong here if you think like that.
- 32:22One piece of paper,
- 32:23one sentence,
- 32:25one guy
- 32:28puts them in their place and gets you out of it. How powerful is that?
- 32:33I mean, are I just in a pipe dream here? How powerful is that?
- 32:42Big mojo.
- 32:46Big mojo, folks.
- 32:47So, anyway, that's where we are on, seven seven.
- 32:51We're on the cusp of having
- 32:54genocidal,
- 32:56psychopathic,
- 32:57maniacal
- 32:58bastards as our partner.
- 33:01Grab their bloody hand.
- 33:03They'll be our partners.
- 33:05I ain't partnering with these bastards.
- 33:11Maybe this will be a line that'll draw
- 33:14draw some people out, folks. I mean, it's pretty serious.
- 33:18We're talking about some piece of legislation,
- 33:21and we're talking about a merger
- 33:25just like Wall Street, just like they do with the big corporations.
- 33:29Well, it's a big corporation. Everybody's bitching. US is a corporation.
- 33:33Well, yeah, and they're getting merged.
- 33:35If we don't get up, stand up, and start shouting real
- 33:38loud.
- 33:42So, ordinarily, I'd never tell you to do that.
- 33:47And this doesn't
- 33:49it has such a dramatic effect on it because it ain't just like passing a regulation. This is a total merger, folks.
- 33:58It's bad news.
- 34:00So I I guess we'll bitch about it. I'm sure we're gonna hear other people talk about it. Yesterday, they were talking about it a bit.
- 34:08Hopefully, we'll hear some more of that.
- 34:11Hopefully, it'll have some effect.
- 34:13I do know as one thing encouraging,
- 34:15Lisa,
- 34:16several of the people that have won in this
- 34:20sloth of, of,
- 34:22of elections we've had lately,
- 34:24several of them won because they were anti Israel.
- 34:29That's what I heard somebody say. That's
- 34:32a very good thing. K.
- 34:34So let's just hope that continues. Spread the word. You know? Hey. Do you wanna be free? Do you understand? You know, you're talking people
- 34:40that are political politically
- 34:43oriented. Do you know what's happening? They've kept it just as quiet as they can, but let me see if you know this.
- 34:49Do you know we're about to merge with that little bunch of
- 34:54shit asses over there?
- 34:56I'm sure you don't remember it, Paul.
- 34:59It was about fifteen, twenty years ago,
- 35:02and there was a big confab,
- 35:05all these
- 35:06buy in government people around the world. There was a table there,
- 35:10and, the, one of the, important
- 35:14diplomatic people from France
- 35:17was sitting at the table, and so it turns out was Conrad Black's wife who was the big Canadian guy that owned a bunch of media up there. And the conversation was something that Israel came up, and the French diplomat said that shitty little country.
- 35:34That shitty
- 35:36little country.
- 35:37Unknown: I love the French. And
- 35:39Unknown: he was out of a job. Well, he was out of a job the next day.
- 35:43Unknown: Yeah. Well,
- 35:45it's the whole thing about Liz Truss.
- 35:48You know, she tried to go up against the
- 35:51head of the
- 35:53the
- 35:56the Bank of England.
- 35:58Unknown: Yep. And she was the one that got sacked, not him. I I don't know if you'll ever heard it. And he's simple. No. The bankers don't run the world really, Ashleigh's Trust. She'll tell you. We make a decision. We say we're gonna do something. I get a call from, Mark Carney up there, and he goes, no. We're gonna do it another way.
- 36:15I can't fire him, but he can fire me. That's what Liz Truss said. How how how much more complex do you need it?
- 36:23Really? Really?
- 36:28Unknown: Actually have that sound bite.
- 36:30Unknown: Come out of her, my people. Come out of her. That's what god tells us to do. He also you could interpret it. He he tells us to fight her a little bit. We're supposed to we're supposed to do do do something.
- 36:42We're supposed to do something to these people. Somebody is. I don't know if it's us. It's I know it ain't god because he says, do this. He doesn't say, I'm going to do this. He says, do this.
- 36:54Well, he's talking to somebody, Paul.
- 36:56K?
- 36:59So sorry,
- 37:03folks. You understand my frustration. I hope don't know how many of you are out there listening.
- 37:08I get real frustrated. I've been trying to looking for the answer for this for all these years and damned.
- 37:15Just damned if I don't find it.
- 37:18Unknown: Mhmm.
- 37:19Unknown: And I I I I do everything in my power to get this out there just knowing.
- 37:25But the minute this information hit, there'd be lines lined up, people flying at the post office,
- 37:31filing all kinds of shit,
- 37:33and it ain't never happened, Paul.
- 37:36No.
- 37:38It's never happened. No. At the one time, we don't know about the follow through, but one time,
- 37:44I
- 37:44shake my head, Paul, Sarah Westall.
- 37:50Yeah. I shake my head
- 37:54at the reply and the response I got from Sherry West Sarah Westall,
- 38:00and the damnedest thing is I cannot duplicate it.
- 38:05Unknown: She has an extremely special audience.
- 38:11Unknown: I cannot duplicate
- 38:12what happened. And and and then she didn't get it. Hell, none of none of the people I interview with hardly get it. She didn't get it. Calendar didn't get it.
- 38:22You you all these people, they just don't get it.
- 38:27What does that mean? We sit here and discuss this,
- 38:30and you go, holy smokes, and you're shaking your head. Go, why
- 38:35in the Sam Hale
- 38:37did not Todd Callender get this?
- 38:40I don't know. I don't have an answer. Todd's a great guy.
- 38:45A good lawyer.
- 38:46But, man, I laid two hours, Paul. Laid it right out in front of me, man. He just didn't grab it.
- 38:52So I'm bummed. Right? And then I sent him some follow-up stuff the next day.
- 38:57I just don't get it.
- 38:59I I I just shake my head and
- 39:03get frustrated
- 39:05and look for answers.
- 39:09Maybe the answer is I'm not supposed to have an answer, Paul.
- 39:12Maybe the answer is I'm just supposed to continue to do this till the day they screw me in the ground.
- 39:20Unknown: I wonder if the legislation that they're that they're trying to trying
- 39:25to sneak through,
- 39:27if that's just administrative
- 39:29policy
- 39:30or that would constitute a treaty.
- 39:35Unknown: It wouldn't be a treaty.
- 39:38It's just legislation.
- 39:40That's the problem.
- 39:41Unknown: Okay.
- 39:42Well, Trump
- 39:44Unknown: signs that his congress did it.
- 39:46Unknown: That's yeah. But that's the good news.
- 39:48That's the good news because if it was a treaty, it would supersede the constitution, and it would affect us
- 39:55as well. Well,
- 39:57Unknown: oh, well, they're not stupid enough to run it through the treaty. We're just gonna get all that publicity.
- 40:03They'll just have it passed by the senators legislation. It's just another
- 40:07another section in this big thick NDAA
- 40:10bill that has to be passed every year. By the way, it doesn't apply to any of us. It only applies from the start for US citizens and residents back in 2011
- 40:21when Obam Bam,
- 40:23the commie Bam Bam signed the son of a bitch on New Year's Eve, and it was later on in that year, Paul. It was about in April or May.
- 40:32I get up, turn on the computer. I could still see headlines and stuff pretty good back then. And there it is. Well,
- 40:38Liebergew,
- 40:40and,
- 40:41Schumer
- 40:42had sponsored a bill in the senate
- 40:45to also make the NDAA
- 40:48apply to nationals.
- 40:52Mhmm.
- 40:53They never got any more cosigners and never went anywhere,
- 40:56but they tried that. What does that tell you?
- 41:00They don't know about us and what we're doing? Who are you trying to fool? You
- 41:05can't have a mouse
- 41:07deep in the forest that farts the word Jew and
- 41:12they don't know about it.
- 41:15Right.
- 41:19Unknown: They are welcome. Jeep.
- 41:22Unknown: Don't light it.
- 41:29Unknown: What you were talking about
- 41:33what was that? The United States Of Addiction?
- 41:37Unknown: Where was that? John John Titus. I believe it's on YouTube. His channel is you mentioned his channel a minute ago, Lisa. Do you remember what it was?
- 41:50Unknown: Best evidence is his channel. I have the links all in the chat. Evidence.
- 41:54Unknown: Best evidence.
- 41:55Unknown: That's right. Oh, okay. Cool. Evidence and in Boyd. Best evidence in general. I have a link to just all the or The United States Of addiction.
- 42:04Then there's also, like Roger said, it's a four part series that he's been doing over the last year. I have a link to that in there. And then I also put a link in for all the plenaries men. But all that stuff is on the link that Sketch put in, which is about Yeah. That's right. All the plenaries men. I think we actually have that video up in the video. All the plenary
- 42:24Unknown: men.
- 42:25Plenary
- 42:26men. Not
- 42:28Unknown: plenaries. It's
- 42:30a plural because I just copied him basically.
- 42:33Unknown: Form. Yep. Yep.
- 42:34Anyway, it's a excellent piece. It's all it's it's dated a bit now, but information's
- 42:41not, and the production is Yeah. That's nine years ago. Nine years that is, Roger. The production on it is Hollywood quality.
- 42:50The conclusions are
- 42:52irrefutable.
- 42:54John Titus, somebody if you don't know about him, you might wanna
- 42:58familiarize
- 42:58yourself with him. He's one of the good ones.
- 43:03So what else can we talk about? Anybody in the audience got something on your mind this morning? We're waiting anxiously
- 43:09to see how we maneuver the new top of the hour drop in, just so you know.
- 43:17So you know.
- 43:20Anybody got something to bring forward? I can't believe it. It's just everybody's in the summer doldrums or what?
- 43:26Unknown: Hey, Rock. William.
- 43:29Unknown: Hey, William. How are doing?
- 43:31Is this a bunch of
- 43:33That's okay. Is this a bunch of ship high in transit or what?
- 43:37Unknown: It is.
- 43:41I don't know if you saw the, Patriot Front when they were
- 43:44Unknown: marching on the other day. I did.
- 43:48Unknown: That's a good topic to bring up.
- 43:51Unknown: Right.
- 43:52And so there was a there was a dynamic photo,
- 43:56I don't know,
- 43:57of a black lady sitting in a in a subway car
- 44:02just surrounded by the patriot flags. Yes.
- 44:06Unknown: Right.
- 44:08Unknown: And,
- 44:09it turns out, it came out yesterday, you can't make this stuff up, that she,
- 44:13has been arrested for defecating on the subways,
- 44:16this black lady.
- 44:18Yeah.
- 44:19Now they're calling her Rosa Sharks.
- 44:26Unknown: The Patriot Front seems to be a legitimate bunch.
- 44:32Unknown: Yeah. It seems to be. It's a lot more people than than the other group, that was
- 44:37funded by the SPLC, we know.
- 44:40Unknown: Oh, those creeps.
- 44:42Evidently, they live in Texas, and and I've heard Alex's. I don't remember if he had the head guy on or not. The guy was speaking,
- 44:49and there was a ton of them up there at the fourth of July thing. I'm 2,500
- 44:53or so. Where the hell they get that kind of number?
- 44:57Unknown: I don't know. It used to be about
- 45:00Unknown: it used to be about 10 or 12 of them. You know?
- 45:03Unknown: I don't know if they're involved in that. You know, there's that community. I think it's in Texas where it's an all white community that they're building there. Oh, Arkansas.
- 45:12Is it in Arkansas? I wonder if there is I thought I thought it was.
- 45:16Unknown: Don't know. But, boy, I'll tell you what, they could use some kind of force like the patriot group in Texas. Hell, they're getting invaded by the Indians. They're getting invaded by the damn Muslims. There's over 300 mosques in the state of Texas now.
- 45:30They they're invading Austin
- 45:32like like like a horde of the plagues on Silicon Valley,
- 45:37and they bring these Indians here. They put them in a supervisory position,
- 45:41two shakes of a lamb's tail. Everybody in the damn division's Indian.
- 45:47Yep. Folks, that's happening right now. Don't kid yourself.
- 45:52Unknown: Yep. All the CEOs of these major corporations, they're all Indian.
- 45:56Unknown: Or women.
- 45:57Unknown: Or women. Yep.
- 45:59Mhmm.
- 46:01Unknown: So, you
- 46:03know, what's I don't know if this is biblical or not. Let's see if you ever heard this, William? Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
- 46:11Unknown: Right.
- 46:14Unknown: Joke.
- 46:15Is that biblical, or where does that come from?
- 46:17Unknown: Yep.
- 46:18Yep. I'm I'm involved in a lot of the, or I follow a lot of the confederate groups on Facebook and social media.
- 46:26And, you know, you get those people, they comment, and they're like, state rights state rights state rights to do what?
- 46:33And I'm like, declare their own sovereign body.
- 46:37That's what that's
- 46:39what it is?
- 46:40Unknown: I heard somebody call in to Alex yesterday
- 46:44on these topics, pretty educated guy
- 46:48to wanna Anavan writes his state
- 46:51assembly people.
- 46:54And Alex got off on a tyranny. Oh, it's just admiralty law and maritime law. He's
- 47:02Alex. Alex. Alex. God, please let me go. Let me get to him at some point, please.
- 47:08I wanna straighten him out. The guy means well. He sacrificed everything in his life. He's had he's had judgments. They tried to float against him that are more you may not know this. They tried to float a judgment on him in Connecticut, William. I think you do. That's more than the national
- 47:26the
- 47:27national
- 47:28productivity of India?
- 47:31DDP.
- 47:32They've I
- 47:35mean, come on, folks.
- 47:37I mean, you may not like it pissed off at Alex all the time, his damn interruptions,
- 47:41and and and all that. He won't he gets all these world class guests on over there, and then he won't let them finish a freaking sentence.
- 47:51Unknown: I was reading through the Trump v Barbara
- 47:53decision
- 47:54Unknown: and Yeah.
- 47:57Unknown: It's so crazy. You just read it, and
- 48:01they're like, the fourteenth amendment brings over the feudal system,
- 48:05basically, is what they're saying,
- 48:07where people are just solely. They're tied to the land.
- 48:11Yeah. They say this all in the decision.
- 48:14That that's and they're they're equating that with the common law. Is that common law that
- 48:19that people are attached to where they're born? I guess it was English common law.
- 48:25Unknown: Well, you know, here's the thing. You wanna come into that
- 48:29because it's an interesting difference. When they're born in England, they're not a slave. They're subject to the king or queen. Right.
- 48:37Unknown: They're naturally born subjects.
- 48:39Unknown: Right. So in in But even if they wanna go if they wanna go into servitude,
- 48:45they've got additionally
- 48:46to go into servitude voluntarily.
- 48:48So they're not automatically born in servitude under the same king,
- 48:53but they are subject to.
- 48:56Unknown: Right.
- 48:57Because they get his protection, and that's what they say in there. They they get
- 49:01allegiance and protection.
- 49:02Yeah. There you go. If you're if you were born there,
- 49:06if if an Irish mother came there, had a baby, and then left with her baby, her baby is still a subject of the king.
- 49:13And so they're they were saying, you know, by the fourteenth amendment,
- 49:18the same
- 49:19feudalism basically applies that, you know, if you're
- 49:23if you're born on the land, you're subject
- 49:25regardless of what happens afterwards.
- 49:30Unknown: Well, that but but then there's the qualifier and subject.
- 49:34So Clarence Thomas said,
- 49:37evidently,
- 49:38that because the parents took share of the children that that made them subject to. Our our our good our good friend, Clarence, doesn't have it yet.
- 49:48That's not what makes you subject to. They, you you they they were waiting a hundred years or so so they could pull this scam off. They knew what they were gonna do. No doubt about it. They pulled this scam off. It was all set up. And
- 50:02then since night 03/09/1933,
- 50:06you've been in that condition. They've asked you. You answered yes, affirmative,
- 50:11and signed something.
- 50:14And then you went up further and you started obeying all their regulations and stuff public policy for you.
- 50:22Unknown: As Clarence Thomas was saying that domicile creates allegiance,
- 50:27under state citizenship,
- 50:29I think was kinda his argument. And and they were saying, no. That domicile doesn't create allegiance under the fourteenth amendment
- 50:37that being on the land does.
- 50:41Unknown: Well, as you can see, folks, it is it is all so confusing,
- 50:45and nobody
- 50:46ever mentions the real definition and the original definition
- 50:51of resonant.
- 50:53We we can, and they they turn their head, but I don't hear any of them bringing that up. I hear them tying it to these other physical manifestations
- 51:02that to go back to the simple statement, anytime the word is used resident
- 51:08in a legal context,
- 51:10its definition is always legal.
- 51:13And that's the ambassadorial
- 51:15law,
- 51:16not the legality
- 51:17of man made laws. Go, you've got a driver's license. You live over there. You pay property taxes. Your kids go to school.
- 51:26And you hit it perfectly in your brief, William,
- 51:30when you throw it right in their face. Thank you, Jeff Ganaposky.
- 51:34Why is the term resident
- 51:36a rebuttable presumption?
- 51:39Unknown: Yep.
- 51:40Yeah. If I turn the heat up, I mean, I don't know how they're gonna respond
- 51:45or how they're I'm sure they can I'm sure they can paint themselves out of the corner because they've got a ton of paintbrushes. But Yeah.
- 51:52Unknown: Any any way you can any way you can run into that attorney at the supermarket
- 51:58or something.
- 51:59Hey. Did you get my brief there, big boy?
- 52:04Unknown: He's an ass.
- 52:05I mean, he was in that that last hearing I had with the board, and
- 52:10I sat down. He introduced himself, and we all sat down with the board. And he said, first things first, we're not refunding any taxes here today.
- 52:19And I'm like, okay. Well, I appreciate your Okay. Well, thanks for hearing the facts. Table and hearing me.
- 52:26Thanks for the good faith effort to come to the table and negotiate.
- 52:29Unknown: Yeah. Are you a, sir, are you a trier of facts, or are you a party to the action?
- 52:35Unknown: Yeah. He's a party to the action.
- 52:37Unknown: No kidding.
- 52:39He's gonna run me he's run run my ass over it. I mean Well, I have Yeah. Yeah. They they they may have spent the July 4 talking about your brief, buddy.
- 52:50Unknown: I hope so.
- 52:52I hope so. I didn't read I don't think I read the last part on there,
- 52:56because I did make some changes to that too.
- 52:59Let me see if I can pull it up real quick because it was pretty scary. You got about five minutes,
- 53:05Unknown: six minutes before we hit the new top of the hour break.
- 53:09Unknown: Okay. Let me see if I can find it here real quick. Let's
- 53:14see. At the end, I said
- 53:18let's see. The Columbia County tax commissioner is an elected public office. The commissioner has a duty and obligation to know or should have known. His delegated jurisdiction extends exclusively to persons who are residents
- 53:29by virtue of being citizens of The United States or resident aliens. The appellee was presented with the evidence on file with the highest authority
- 53:37that the appellant is not a US citizen or resident and therefore not within his delegated jurisdiction for taxation
- 53:43and is due a refund of taxes paid is a gross miscarriage of justice for the appellant not only to be responsible for an improperly assessed tax, but also attorney's fees and litigation costs defending incompetence.
- 53:55The idea that state and local governments can blindly disregard federal law, case law, legal jurisprudence,
- 54:01and the elements
- 54:02or the principles of elementary law just because it works an inconvenience on the same governments
- 54:07is not only unlawful but unacceptable,
- 54:10further penalizing the applicant for an for exercising the privileges and immunities due and owing to his citizenship is also improper.
- 54:18For the reasons enumerated herein, the trial court erred in granting summary judgment to the appellee and the appellant's motion and denying the appellant's motion.
- 54:27Unknown: Oh, William.
- 54:30Excellent job. Excellent. I can't wait to see how they react.
- 54:33I don't think they know how to deal with you. They just like Mark said a while back, they don't know how to deal with us.
- 54:41Unknown: Yep.
- 54:42Unknown: And I mean, incredibly, isn't it? Me where it says somebody other than a US citizen or resident owes the tax, and I'll pay it.
- 54:49Unknown: Show
- 54:50me what definition of sovereign citizen. By the way, Alex got into that yesterday.
- 54:56Sovereign citizen is sovereign,
- 54:58and he's going, well, what else do you call yourself? Well, you don't call yourself that, Alex. No. Hell no. Yeah. Whatever you wanna call yourself, go check it out, but do not call yourself a sovereign citizen or identify when they're when they're accusing you of being that. Do not do that.
- 55:16You're you're stepping
- 55:17Alex Jones, you stepped right
- 55:20in their trap.
- 55:22Unknown: Yeah. I wish I would have in that hearing. I mean, all the coulda coulda, shoulda, woulda's, you know, ran away from a dead. But,
- 55:28when he said, judge, he says he's not a sovereign citizen, but come on. You know? And it's like,
- 55:34no. I'm in title eight,
- 55:36you know, in the INA, here's where I am. Here's what I am. You know? I'm I'm not that. You know? I wish I would have been more assertive with that. Yeah. Even better. Here's the Nationality Age Act of 1940.
- 55:49Unknown: This is the very first definition. You tell me it's not important?
- 55:53Unknown: Right.
- 55:55This blows my mind.
- 55:57Unknown: I know. Well, that's the know, I was like,
- 56:00hell, folks. We're in soft tyranny. Oh, what the hell?
- 56:05People hate
- 56:06notifications.
- 56:07We're in soft tyranny.
- 56:09Yep.
- 56:10And
- 56:12they can't stand that we know.
- 56:15See who's trying to get me here.
- 56:18So, good job, William. Let's see here. We got a
- 56:21we got a top of the hour thing. Oh, that's right. I'm not there anymore.
- 56:26Unknown: My I'll listen for the no whistle. Roger, just don't worry about it. Just don't worry about it. Just keep plowing. When you hear the music, just wrap up and just let it go. Don't don't obsess.
- 56:38Unknown: You're obsessing, Roger. Don't obsess. Okay.
- 56:42Unknown: And Trump v and and the Trump v Barbara decision, they're talking about allegiance. And they're like, the government offers a smorgasbord
- 56:49for
- 56:50formulations of allegiance, primary allegiance, sufficient allegiance, full allegiance, requisite allegiance.
- 56:56It doesn't matter what the government says it is. It's what it's in in my opinion, this is me talking here. It's what's in the code. The code says permanent allegiance.
- 57:05Unknown: Yes.
- 57:09So That's very interesting, isn't it? So does that mean that if you out if you exit out, you can't exit back in as permanent?
- 57:18Unknown: No. They redefine permanent.
- 57:23Unknown: Why am I not surprised?
- 57:26Unknown: Permanent means it's permanent until
- 57:29unless
- 57:29you do something to change it. Permanent means they can't revoke it, but you can.
- 57:37Unknown: Ah, okay. Alright. Well, that's good. That's a nice little clarification.
- 57:41Unknown: Thank you. That's permanent in the reg. Yep.
- 57:44Unknown: Of course, that sets up
- 57:46well, that sets up
- 57:49that sets up a a fabulous,
- 57:52situation.
- 57:53Did you hear me talking about Voltaire yesterday, William?
- 57:57Unknown: No. I didn't.
- 57:58Unknown: Do you know much about him?
- 58:00Unknown: I don't.
- 58:02Unknown: Go YouTube and go to one of these documentaries
- 58:05of Voltaire. One of them is about two hours long.
- 58:08You you be shocked to who this guy was.
- 58:12Shocked.
- 58:13Yeah. Our first amendment, second amendment, all kind of amendments came from his thoughts.
- 58:18And what a hell of a guy.
- 58:21I mean, he was like Mark Twain at his time even only more famous.
- 58:26What a hell of a life this guy led. It's it's pretty interesting. I didn't know about him either. And his comment of before we discuss,
- 58:35let us define our terms did not
- 58:39refer to Jews.
- 58:40It referred to royalty.
- 58:43Unknown: Okay.
- 58:44Unknown: And, boy, he had an excellent life. What just if you ever get a chance, go watch that. Anybody in the audience.
- 58:51I can't get it off my mind. I keep thinking about it and some of the things in there. This guy lived into his eighties back in those days.
- 58:59He just decision
- 59:01Unknown: I'm sorry to interrupt.
- 59:03Unknown: Uh-oh. Here's our Hold on. Oh, okay.
- 59:06We got ten seconds. So right now, we're gonna stop, have a short interlude,
- 59:10and William and I will be back with you shortly.
- 59:20Unknown: Trumpets and stuff. Thank you for joining us for the Radio Ranch with Roger Sails on
- 59:26eurofolkradio.com,
- 59:28radio.globalvoiceradio.net.
- 59:31We're also on Rumble on rumble.globalvoiceradio.net.

- 59:48also

- 59:53There's exhibits there,
- 59:55a veritable plethora of information,
- 59:58pack a lunch, stay the day. We'll be back to the program in just a minute. Thank you.
- 1:01:09Unknown: And we're back.
- 1:01:12There we are. Okay. Nice job, Paul.
- 1:01:16So, anyway, we're talking about Voltaire.
- 1:01:18Interesting life this guy had.
- 1:01:21And he
- 1:01:22there's one thing that he never could breach, William,
- 1:01:26and that was the fact that even though he was this absolute total celebrity,
- 1:01:31invited to all of the the the royalties,
- 1:01:35dinners, and stuff because they wanted him there because he was intelligent and witty and all that stuff.
- 1:01:41Very celebrated.
- 1:01:43Yeah. And the whole time, he could never reach
- 1:01:47their level.
- 1:01:49They used him as Paul would use his kitty cat. K? And the thing was the first time he was at a party or something or a festive thing in one of the very powerful families,
- 1:02:02He was talking to the son, the heir of the family, and he made some kind he was very good evidently at wit,
- 1:02:08slicing
- 1:02:09sarcastic
- 1:02:10wit.
- 1:02:11And he said something very witty to this guy, and the guy took great umbrage to it.
- 1:02:17And so he's a couple of nights later, he's at another
- 1:02:20royal family
- 1:02:22dinner.
- 1:02:23He was invited to dinners every night as the the life of the party, the intellect, the wit, and all that.
- 1:02:29And somebody came to the door and said, we're we're looking for Voltaire. I have a visitor.
- 1:02:35And he left the table. He went out front,
- 1:02:37and there was a a gang of goons,
- 1:02:40and they just befell on him and beat the crap out of him right there in front of that royal's house with the guy that caused all of it in a chariot or in a a carriage shouting instructions to the gang.
- 1:02:56So Voltaire goes back in bloodied and bruised and bleeding.
- 1:03:02And the the people, they started treating his wounds and everything,
- 1:03:06but they never chastised
- 1:03:08the guy that had it done. And that was the first time
- 1:03:12that he saw the separation between royalty and him, that he could go and be right in their presence and their star guest, but he could never
- 1:03:21transverse and get to their level. And that happened again with him later with another German guy.
- 1:03:27Fascinating story of somebody
- 1:03:30I didn't know enough about. I have a a great deal of admiration for him now.
- 1:03:34So, anyway, just mention that.
- 1:03:40I'm gonna get back on the Trump v Barbara. Yeah. I'll look into the whole thing. Yeah. Sorry. I got us off on that. Go ahead. Oh, fuck it.
- 1:03:46Unknown: So they go in deeply on the and subject too,
- 1:03:50on the decision
- 1:03:52and what exempts
- 1:03:53somebody,
- 1:03:56for the word and subject to, basically.
- 1:03:59And we know you know, what we know is that it's not subject to any foreign power,
- 1:04:04which the states are foreign to the federal government. So being subject,
- 1:04:09having Oh god. State citizenship,
- 1:04:11you know, allegiance and protection,
- 1:04:14from our state is is a foreign power.
- 1:04:18I mean, we know that, but they don't
- 1:04:21they don't glo they gloss over that. They don't even mention that, of course,
- 1:04:25in here. But, they said that if the only exceptions
- 1:04:29were they were carefully defined
- 1:04:32and that if somebody was here on vacation or pleasure or business, that they weren't exempt.
- 1:04:38And, that private individuals of a foreign nation who had spread themselves throughout our territory
- 1:04:45as business or capris made direct,
- 1:04:49it would obviously be
- 1:04:51inconvenient and dangerous to society and would subject the laws of the continental infract and and would subject the laws to con cont
- 1:04:59infraction
- 1:05:00if such individuals or merchants
- 1:05:03were not amenable to the jurisdiction of the country.
- 1:05:07So, basically, they're saying that unless you're one of these spelled out things that they had Indians and
- 1:05:13ambassadors.
- 1:05:15If you're not one of those where where being subject to would be a detriment to your primary citizenship,
- 1:05:21then you're subject to. Sorry.
- 1:05:25Unknown: I'm not. And the secretary of state accepts it, and he's been accepting it for fifteen years. So what are you gonna do about it, court?
- 1:05:32Right.
- 1:05:37Unknown: I was just reading through this thing, and it just Here's
- 1:05:40Unknown: a decision by a by a black woman that can't even tell congress what a freaking woman is.
- 1:05:47But, boy, she can tell you what you are.
- 1:05:50Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:05:51If you steal a Japanese wallet, you're Japanese.
- 1:05:54Unknown: God almighty.
- 1:05:56Ridiculous crap.
- 1:05:58I'm sorry. Every day, I'm glad I left the country,
- 1:06:01and it just gets reinforced
- 1:06:03more every day. And if this continues,
- 1:06:06I'll be shocked if some of you don't
- 1:06:08come to the same conclusion and get your asses out of there because we get this merger with Israel folks, it ain't gonna be pretty. That may take a while. It's not gonna happen overnight.
- 1:06:19Unknown: Oh, Babylon B. You know, Babylon B is like a Yes. Satire. Sarcasm.
- 1:06:24Yes. Yeah.
- 1:06:26They said the supreme court rules if you're born in an olive garden, you're Italian.
- 1:06:35Unknown: Oh, boy. Folks, it's getting real crazy. Now take this Israeli situation.
- 1:06:40How does that meet constitutional
- 1:06:43muster?
- 1:06:46The lawsuits
- 1:06:47the lawsuits are already lining up. The the there are these attorneys out there already talking about it. I promise you. Because it will be challenged, but, man,
- 1:06:59you know,
- 1:07:00just, what's what's the Bob Dylan line? You don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows?
- 1:07:10Unknown: He also said that, the foreign sovereign,
- 1:07:14can the foreign nor can the foreign sovereign have any motive for wishing exemption
- 1:07:19such an exemption.
- 1:07:21He continued with respect to
- 1:07:23its sojourning subjects. These this is chief justice John Marshall,
- 1:07:29who were not employed by the sovereign or engaged in national national pursuits.
- 1:07:35Just like just Solea, a sovereign's jurisdiction made no exception for those only temporarily present within the sovereign's territory.
- 1:07:44Instead, nearly everyone
- 1:07:45within the territorial boundaries of The United States was amenable to the nation's jurisdiction.
- 1:07:54Unknown: What a tangled web they've woven, William.
- 1:08:00Unknown: Crazy.
- 1:08:03Unknown: And you May I comment?
- 1:08:05Unknown: Mhmm. I I suppose you can.
- 1:08:09Unknown: This is Terrence. Good to hear you guys.
- 1:08:11Unknown: Terrence,
- 1:08:12it's been a long time, man. How are doing?
- 1:08:16Unknown: Well,
- 1:08:17surviving cataract surgery,
- 1:08:19managing type two.
- 1:08:21Everything is all all good.
- 1:08:24Unknown: Okay. Good, Terrence. We're glad to hear that. Naples hadn't fallen off into the Gulf because there's so many Yankees down there yet, has it?
- 1:08:34Unknown: Not yet.
- 1:08:37They can afford to stay, I suppose, down there in Naples. Yeah.
- 1:08:41But
- 1:08:43there
- 1:08:44I wanna
- 1:08:47offer a website,
- 1:08:49but I wanna comment on the
- 1:08:52fourteenth amendment.
- 1:08:54The guy named Mitch Mitch
- 1:08:57Vexler
- 1:08:58has taken the entire Texas Supreme Court
- 1:09:02to the US Supreme Court and attempted to impeach them.
- 1:09:07And all the details can be found at
- 1:09:10mockingbirdproperties.com/ddcad.
- 1:09:20Dog cat
- 1:09:21Allen
- 1:09:23dog.
- 1:09:24Mockingbirdmockingbirdproperties/dcad.
- 1:09:29It's an amazing journey.
- 1:09:32Now concerning
- 1:09:34the fourteenth,
- 1:09:36it says,
- 1:09:37a person
- 1:09:39born
- 1:09:40a person is a character
- 1:09:43born
- 1:09:44in The United States.
- 1:09:46If The United States is the constitution,
- 1:09:50a character, senator,
- 1:09:52representative,
- 1:09:53president,
- 1:09:55is born
- 1:09:56in the constitution.
- 1:09:59So a person born in The United States
- 1:10:03and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,
- 1:10:05subject to the constitution
- 1:10:09is a citizen of The United States.
- 1:10:12Unknown: That's not why. In they decide.
- 1:10:15He's not subject to the constitution.
- 1:10:18No. It isn't. He's not subject to the constitution.
- 1:10:21He's subject to the fourteenth amendment or the constitution with the fourteenth amendment in it. If he's not subject to that, he's got the rest of the constitution in front of his feet.
- 1:10:32So I don't know who this guy is, but I don't agree with him too much, Terrence.
- 1:10:37Unknown: Oh, no. No. No. No. This has nothing to do with Mitch Bexler.
- 1:10:40This is my interpretation of the fourteenth.
- 1:10:44Okay. A person is a character.
- 1:10:46A person is a character
- 1:10:49born
- 1:10:50in the constitution.
- 1:10:52A senator is born in the constitution, created by the constitution. A man is not born in the constitution,
- 1:11:00but a person is. A person is a character
- 1:11:04born in The United States, born in the constitution,
- 1:11:08created by the constitution,
- 1:11:10and is subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
- 1:11:13Unknown: Yeah. Why do you why do people wanna overthink this so much?
- 1:11:19Well, I I'm I'm just thinking of the of the You no. You well, you mentioned the word person.
- 1:11:25Person is is not just a senator or a representative.
- 1:11:29It says in the declaration of independence
- 1:11:32who it's written for.
- 1:11:36Unknown: Well well,
- 1:11:38that's if you accept the term of citizen, which would be a government employee.
- 1:11:43Unknown: No. They may Not a capital not a capital c one, Terrence. Sorry. Don't agree with you.
- 1:11:49Unknown: Comment. But that that
- 1:11:51yes.
- 1:11:54Unknown: The the constitution has nothing to do with you. The constitution is a charter of negative liberties.
- 1:12:00Its intended purpose is to tell the government to leave you alone. Protection. It's
- 1:12:05protection for
- 1:12:06you. It is it doesn't create you, and it doesn't grant you any rights.
- 1:12:11It tells the government to leave you alone,
- 1:12:14but they don't. Correct.
- 1:12:16They're not paying attention to it. They're ignoring it. Correct. That's the problem. But what
- 1:12:21Unknown: what I'm saying is a person does not mean does not mean the people. It means a character,
- 1:12:28a actor,
- 1:12:30not a man or woman. A person is a character. Terrence, I think you're really overthinking this, buddy.
- 1:12:39No. I mean, I I may be.
- 1:12:42Unknown: I get what you're saying. The character is the artificial construct created by them because he who creates owns and controls,
- 1:12:49but they didn't create the man or woman.
- 1:12:52Unknown: The situate the senate didn't create the person. They created a position
- 1:12:59for the person.
- 1:13:03Unknown: Well, blacks weren't blacks weren't persons. They were property.
- 1:13:08Couldn't have they couldn't have rights. They couldn't have god given rights
- 1:13:12because they weren't they weren't people.
- 1:13:15Unknown: That is why
- 1:13:17the
- 1:13:18they were not the states were had the duty of
- 1:13:21immigration and naturalization.
- 1:13:24And instead of forcing the states to naturalize the freed blacks,
- 1:13:29they denied them
- 1:13:31their human capacity, their mankind capacity,
- 1:13:35and kept them as
- 1:13:36persons or slaves,
- 1:13:38but not men and women. Well I've got proof.
- 1:13:43Unknown: Terrence, I've got proof that Massachusetts
- 1:13:46naturalized a freed slave,
- 1:13:49and they named him a United States Of America citizen.
- 1:13:53Massachusetts did. I got proof of it.
- 1:13:56Unknown: Yeah. For many missions for,
- 1:13:59what is it, for for
- 1:14:01the navy?
- 1:14:02One fourth conscription, not manumission. No.
- 1:14:05Unknown: I wasn't. I'll
- 1:14:06tell you this story. I've got the paperwork somewhere. I snipped it off screen.
- 1:14:10I got into watching antiques roadshow a couple years ago. I was I loved it in The States and hadn't seen it years, and it's all a bunch of it on YouTube, and I binged on it for a while.
- 1:14:20And in the middle of that was a gal that came up and showed the naturalization
- 1:14:26papers of this guy,
- 1:14:28and she had bought it from WGBH.
- 1:14:31WGBH
- 1:14:33is one of the flagship
- 1:14:34stations of the public broadcasting,
- 1:14:37And they had a situation where they had an auction for stuff they'd piled up to support the station,
- 1:14:43and this black gal saw this paper come up and bought it and bringing it back to the roadshow to tell the story. It was a black slave who was naturalized in Massachusetts
- 1:14:54before the fourteenth amendment when states naturalized.
- 1:14:58With fourteenth amendment, the federal government took all the naturalization
- 1:15:01on. So they're gonna naturalize you into this new fourteenth amendment. Before that, they were naturalized in the states. I don't know how many states did that, Terrence, but I know Massachusetts
- 1:15:11did, and I know they did it with this guy. So I'm sure it was an exception,
- 1:15:16Unknown: but it happened. The federal government did it because he was on he was on the seas. He was working on the seas. They had a problem with the British Navy
- 1:15:25conscripting Conscripting. Sailors. Yeah. Like Yeah. Basically, they would have put you in an impressment. They would say Well Oh, we've we we caught your boat. You're, you're now a British sailor.
- 1:15:35Unknown: Well, I none of that came out.
- 1:15:38William, none of that came out in her story. None of that navy sea stuff came out in in the story she told that day. And they saw the paper, and I've got a a snapshot of it somewhere.
- 1:15:50Unknown: Yeah. I watched it, and I looked I looked into it. And Oh, did you? Okay. Yeah.
- 1:15:54There was an act of congress at the time because
- 1:15:57if you had paperwork showing that you were American citizen, they couldn't impress you in the service for the British Navy. So they would give all the sailors this document under this
- 1:16:10congressional act when they were on the sea
- 1:16:13to show that they were, you know, from The United States. They were United States citizens and had rights and privileges
- 1:16:19from there, and the and the British Navy would leave you alone. They wouldn't they wouldn't conscript you or impress you into service if you had paperwork.
- 1:16:27Unknown: Was that after 1812?
- 1:16:30Unknown: I don't remember the dates on it, but it it caused a lot of problems with the Southern states because
- 1:16:37they're like, we don't we don't want them having any kind of paperwork saying anything like that. That they're a citizen. Yeah. Yeah. Even if it's used
- 1:16:45just on the ocean, you know, and the and the federal government was saying, well, we have, you know, we have control over that and admiralty law and, you know,
- 1:16:55you know, ships over over the seas and international waters. You know, that's kind of our territory.
- 1:17:00And all the Southern states were pushing back saying,
- 1:17:03well, you still don't need to give that paperwork to the blacks. You know? It
- 1:17:08was it was quite a stink back then about everything associated with that paperwork, but they did
- 1:17:14they did issue some of those to to blacks. So
- 1:17:18Unknown: That's what that was. But okay. Well, she didn't tell all that she didn't tell all that part of the story.
- 1:17:24Unknown: Yeah. It was to prevent conscription and then pressmen into
- 1:17:28in the foreign in a naval service.
- 1:17:31Unknown: Okay. Well, let's go back to Terrence here because I wanna discuss this.
- 1:17:35Well, I just think you're overthinking it, Terrence.
- 1:17:40The the person is a a very
- 1:17:44technical
- 1:17:45legal word, as you know, I think.
- 1:17:50Unknown: So I just
- 1:17:52Unknown: I didn't I I I just feel like you're overthinking it, Terrence. I don't know where all the noise is coming from. Do you not live in Naples anymore?
- 1:18:01Unknown: Oh, I'm,
- 1:18:02Fort Myers.
- 1:18:05Unknown: Oh, okay. Newed up. I see. Newed up the coast a bit. Alright.
- 1:18:11Fort Myers is on the Gulf Side. Right? It's not on the Atlantic Side.
- 1:18:16Unknown: Correct. Correct. I'm,
- 1:18:1835 miles north of Naples.
- 1:18:21Unknown: I see. So you like that Gulf Side better. Don't blame you.
- 1:18:24So, anyway, as you're thinking thinking this through,
- 1:18:28I mean, look. There was a a document wrote the what we celebrated Saturday was declaration of independence.
- 1:18:34We didn't celebrate the constitution. We separated the celebrated the declaration of independence.
- 1:18:40And so that set the whole thing up. They wrote the constitution.
- 1:18:44There was a whole bunch of people it applied to,
- 1:18:48but but it there there was no federal citizenship
- 1:18:51involved.
- 1:18:54Well They go ahead.
- 1:18:57Unknown: I I may be overtaking it, but I like to define the terms as the terms as
- 1:19:04written.
- 1:19:05And it doesn't say a man or woman born in The United States.
- 1:19:09It says a person, and a person is not a man or woman.
- 1:19:13Unknown: Person you know, Terrence? Can I go back to where that word came from?
- 1:19:18This is understood in the people of the day. Just because we look at it, it's got this different definition.
- 1:19:24That was the very first subject
- 1:19:26in Gaius' institutes
- 1:19:28was the word person, and this complex little way of looking at a legal person versus a regular person.
- 1:19:36That goes all the way back to Rome, man. This ain't nothing new. It was understood.
- 1:19:41Any lawyer looks at a person, he don't see well, no, I can't say that. These days, these lawyers aren't educated. Probably some of them don't even know that difference.
- 1:19:50But there's a legal person. There's a real person, and they're different.
- 1:19:55Unknown: Right. I understand that.
- 1:19:57But I'm saying because they didn't say a man or woman, they said person, and a sinister
- 1:20:02is a person.
- 1:20:04Unknown: Right there. No. A sinister is an individual
- 1:20:08who has authority and rights and duties.
- 1:20:11Okay? And and it has nothing to do with he's got flesh.
- 1:20:15That's an individual.
- 1:20:17Unknown: Correct. Correct. That that's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. You're not saying that.
- 1:20:23A senator is the office.
- 1:20:25Unknown: Yes. It's it's
- 1:20:28Unknown: so it's not a it's not a man. It's a person, an office.
- 1:20:32Office and person should be, synonymous. Yeah. Duties, rights,
- 1:20:36Unknown: and duties.
- 1:20:37He's got certain things he can do in that capacity that other persons can't do,
- 1:20:42and he's held to a higher standard in some respects than the other person would be.
- 1:20:48Unknown: He should be. Yes.
- 1:20:50Unknown: Contra?
- 1:20:54Yes, Marco? Go ahead. Good morning. I got your messages.
- 1:20:58I have family in town, so that's why I haven't responded. But I see.
- 1:21:03So for Terrence,
- 1:21:05he he's talking about legal persons, The US persons.
- 1:21:09That's what he's describing. Good. What? And You can I I go ahead?
- 1:21:14Unknown: I can't believe we're having this much. The constitution is a legal document. Would you agree with that, Terrence?
- 1:21:23Unknown: Yes.
- 1:21:24Unknown: Okay. Anytime the word person is used in a legal document, his definition is always legal. Same thing.
- 1:21:31If they were gonna use it as a man or a woman, they use individual
- 1:21:37because that specifies
- 1:21:39man or woman,
- 1:21:41not person.
- 1:21:42Unknown: Right. Correct. And
- 1:21:44and it does not say an individual born in The United States because it is not possible
- 1:21:49for a man or woman individual to be born
- 1:21:53in the constitution.
- 1:21:55Unknown: Yeah. You know,
- 1:21:57Paris, did you hear me talking earlier about trying to simplify this
- 1:22:02Unknown: for people? That's what I'm that's what I'm trying to do, but I you're
- 1:22:08you're trying to simplify it?
- 1:22:11Yes.
- 1:22:13I'm trying to distinguish
- 1:22:14the difference between fool me.
- 1:22:17And a man or a woman.
- 1:22:19And I what I'm saying is a person
- 1:22:21is a character,
- 1:22:23a or a title. A senator is a person, not a man or woman. A senator in the office.
- 1:22:31Unknown: Goddamn. It's a legal person. It's a person who receives rights and discharges duties, Terrence. It ain't nothing more.
- 1:22:38It's a legal document.
- 1:22:40That's the meaning and the definition that's imputed in that term when it's used in a legal context.
- 1:22:47Why why is that so hard to understand?
- 1:22:51Unknown: Because a person a senator receives his rights and duties from the constitution.
- 1:22:56The people do not. The people get their rights and duties
- 1:23:00naturally
- 1:23:01from the gift of God.
- 1:23:03Unknown: That's right. Can I drag can I drag us back to end subject two? God, I wish you would. Terrence, I'm sorry, buddy. You're overthinking it. You're even confusing me.
- 1:23:12Okay?
- 1:23:13Unknown: I apologize.
- 1:23:14Unknown: That's okay. Terrence, I'm blind, and I can see it clearly.
- 1:23:18Don't oh, folks, don't overthink this.
- 1:23:23Unknown: He's he's explaining the same thing, Roger.
- 1:23:27Unknown: I'm gonna touch on it. And and
- 1:23:30Trump v Barbara,
- 1:23:31they said that if you're born here, you're a natural born subject under the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:23:38If you're a citizen subject,
- 1:23:40you're not we the people
- 1:23:42who are who are white
- 1:23:45in the in the constitution of the preamble.
- 1:23:49So
- 1:23:50those people
- 1:23:51that that's our great experiment here, right, is that
- 1:23:55is that we
- 1:23:57ordain the government. The government is subject to us, to the people.
- 1:24:03And in the fourteenth amendment, the people are subject
- 1:24:06to the government.
- 1:24:08That's And that's what that's what justice Elliott was saying
- 1:24:12was that
- 1:24:13that that that arrangement right there
- 1:24:16changed everything.
- 1:24:18Unknown: Okay. Draw two lines vertical in the back of your forehead or on a piece of paper.
- 1:24:24Two vertical lines. On
- 1:24:26the one on the left, we're gonna put god, capital g god,
- 1:24:30first.
- 1:24:31Second, we're gonna put state citizen.
- 1:24:35And third, we're gonna put citizen of The United States Of America.
- 1:24:39You see that? God,
- 1:24:41state citizen,
- 1:24:42citizen of The United States Of America.
- 1:24:45On the right side, we're gonna put federal government.
- 1:24:48We're gonna put citizen of The United States.
- 1:24:51And third, we're gonna put state citizen if and only if we reside.
- 1:24:56Do you see what they did? It's right in front of you.
- 1:25:03They substituted
- 1:25:04the federal government for God, and they switched the other two.
- 1:25:12Do you see that?
- 1:25:14Am I mad?
- 1:25:18Unknown: Clear.
- 1:25:20Unknown: Roger
- 1:25:22Unknown: I don't know how I don't know how much simpler to put it.
- 1:25:28Unknown: I think he's on the same page.
- 1:25:31I just wanted to ask Terrence what that link was,
- 1:25:34the mockingbird property, the impeachment thing.
- 1:25:37Unknown: I wanted to look it up. Yeah. Who was that guy? Who mocked Terrence?
- 1:25:42Unknown: Mitch Bechsler.
- 1:25:43He's taken the entire
- 1:25:46Texas Supreme Court
- 1:25:48Oh. To the US Supreme Court to impeach
- 1:25:52the Texas Supreme Court for deprivation of rights
- 1:25:56of everybody in Texas.
- 1:25:58Unknown: Okay. So he's applied for certiorari.
- 1:26:01He the case hadn't been accepted yet.
- 1:26:03Just a second, please. For it.
- 1:26:06Unknown: Right. The the link is
- 1:26:09Unknown: mockingbirdproperties.com/dogcatappledog,dcad.
- 1:26:24Unknown: Roger?
- 1:26:26Unknown: Yes, Julie. I hear you.
- 1:26:29Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:26:30What he's talking about is Mitch Vexler, who is,
- 1:26:34the developer down in Texas who's
- 1:26:37gone deep digging into the,
- 1:26:40property tax roles in the Ponzi scheme that he was he was one of the head speakers at the,
- 1:26:46Fraud Fighters Summit in Las Vegas with everybody that I spoke about about maybe three weeks ago in June.
- 1:26:54He's a property tax guy who the Ponzi scheme. Yeah.
- 1:26:59Unknown: Is he an attorney too?
- 1:27:01Unknown: No.
- 1:27:02He's a real he's a huge real estate developer, and he he went to all of the assessor's offices in all the counties in Texas needs urging all of us to do that here in our own districts.
- 1:27:14So he's the one who exposed the fact that these types of bonds, you only pay interest throughout.
- 1:27:21And then after thirty years, you pay the face value of the bond and how they keep issuing more bonds after more bonds because they can't pay the principal on the bond preceding it.
- 1:27:33Unknown: Whole thing
- 1:27:34Unknown: from top to friggin bottom
- 1:27:38pardon me, Julie. The whole thing from top to the intricacies
- 1:27:42that you're talking about on the bond referendums that you voted on in your elections,
- 1:27:47the whole effing thing is a scam.
- 1:27:50Unknown: Yep. Total. And the bond Total. And the property taxes and the property taxes of your house, the reason why they keep going up every year is because they've got to cover the bond interest payments, which and they can't even cover the principal. That's why they keep issuing new bond after new bond after new bond when you go and and vote on this crap.
- 1:28:09Unknown: That's right. And that's where we are, folks. And ours your this status that William's fighting Georgia about and everything else, everything
- 1:28:17depends on that.
- 1:28:19Now just see if you're new. Do you see the importance of what we got here? This is a taproot,
- 1:28:25the end of the power taproot
- 1:28:27of the Rothschild Rockefeller
- 1:28:29platform,
- 1:28:31period.
- 1:28:34Unknown: Roger, it's it's just so bad right now. The only answer to this is civil war.
- 1:28:39The NDAA is gonna pass. The NDAA is gonna pass. Once the Clarity Act passes, that's the nail in your coffin for your digital financial
- 1:28:47concentration camp system.
- 1:28:50It's it's just it's it's inconceivable here.
- 1:28:53Like
- 1:28:55you said, I'm very much considering leaving here.
- 1:28:59Unknown: I know Just don't have a very bright you know, you you get this in. You're gonna get Israel working in. Now it appears it would appear that the Democrats, no matter what scoundrels they are or or or political
- 1:29:12orientation,
- 1:29:13that they're probably gonna win the next election.
- 1:29:16And you got all of that coming up to a house and full of democrat. Folks, the future ain't pretty.
- 1:29:26Correct. We're wrong. Maybe there's this indication here, a telltale,
- 1:29:31a telltale in the last elections that the Israeli first candidates are losing.
- 1:29:36Okay? There's two or three of them that lost,
- 1:29:39and maybe there is going to be you know, do you know what's going on down here in South America, Julie?
- 1:29:46Dennis Kasinich in that interview was talking about it, I believe. Well, they've turned they've turned almost all these communist
- 1:29:53countries down here. Right.
- 1:29:56If you wanna say that. The one that's still hanging out is is Brazil,
- 1:30:01and they put Bolsalero,
- 1:30:03the Brazilian Trump,
- 1:30:05in prison for twenty seven years for questioning
- 1:30:09the last election,
- 1:30:10and now his son
- 1:30:12is running in October.
- 1:30:14And it's neck and neck right now, and they've switched Colombia.
- 1:30:19They've it looks like they're gonna switch Peru.
- 1:30:21They there was a absolute
- 1:30:23overthrow
- 1:30:24of the leftist in Chile, which is pretty in interesting. They've got Juboy Malone down there in Argentina.
- 1:30:32Uruguay, I'm not sure about, but
- 1:30:35a couple years ago, it was almost all communist.
- 1:30:37We're the only country down here that wasn't openly communist.
- 1:30:41So some big changes afoot.
- 1:30:43Maybe that'll transfer
- 1:30:45over to the fall election. We'll have to wait and see. But, folks,
- 1:30:51the future
- 1:30:53god. Well, this legislation
- 1:30:55right here,
- 1:30:56SNDAA
- 1:30:57is gonna be a real telltale.
- 1:30:59You you will be able to see a a a line of demarcation
- 1:31:05on how big the upsurge is
- 1:31:08from all the other information and from especially that Tucker interview,
- 1:31:1350 to a 100,000,000 people are gonna see it. I promise you, maybe more.
- 1:31:17Okay? It's a real line of demarcation.
- 1:31:20It's something, Julie, that if you were looking at to make a decision, a major life decision as if you might were going to leave,
- 1:31:29that
- 1:31:31issue here
- 1:31:32might be a strong determiner.
- 1:31:35Just saying.
- 1:31:39I don't wanna hold I ain't holding hands with no satanic
- 1:31:42bloodthirsty
- 1:31:43slave and murdering lion Jew. I ain't gonna do it.
- 1:31:47You're you want to? Your choice.
- 1:31:54Yikes. What a show today, folks.
- 1:31:57Unknown: Okay. Roger, it appears it appears that Bolshevism
- 1:32:02Unknown: has taken over. And Well, yeah. It has.
- 1:32:09It had a long time ago,
- 1:32:12I believe,
- 1:32:13Terrence, but it's securing its position now.
- 1:32:18They get merged with The US. That position is secured, folks.
- 1:32:26Unknown: And Bolshevikin,
- 1:32:27simply put, is the state is God, and I am the state.
- 1:32:33Unknown: Yep.
- 1:32:34Yep.
- 1:32:35Again, if you're not familiar with what we're talking about, I trust you are. I'm I you don't know everybody in the audience.
- 1:32:43But there's a, there's a 10 part series they called Europa, e u r o p a, Europa.
- 1:32:49It's on Bit Shoot and on on on Rumble.
- 1:32:54And,
- 1:32:56go watch that,
- 1:32:58just the first series on Bolshevik Russia with these Bolsheviks.
- 1:33:04That's who we're dealing with right there.
- 1:33:07That's them, and that's what they do when and if
- 1:33:11they ever get an advantage.
- 1:33:15Over to you, the little pig.
- 1:33:17They wanna slaughter
- 1:33:19because so they can they can worship their god, Lucifer, because that's what he determines his blood.
- 1:33:27That's how they they sanctify him is with blood.
- 1:33:32You wanna be part of that? Your choice.
- 1:33:38As for me,
- 1:33:39give me South America.
- 1:33:41Any day of the week, it's lovely down here. These cultures are not wild. They're ancient.
- 1:33:49The people are nice. The
- 1:33:51I mean, I can't tell you a bad thing about Ecuador. Now you may not like Ecuador. You might like the beach, El Salvador.
- 1:33:59I don't know about Costa Rica these days. Where's Joan been? We hadn't heard Joan's little voice in a long time. Have we, Joan? Are you out there?
- 1:34:08Something happened in Costa Rica too.
- 1:34:11Think they went right in Costa Rica also.
- 1:34:20Anyway, that's what's going on, and,
- 1:34:24people might have some big choices. I I was just very fortunate. I didn't have any roots,
- 1:34:31really.
- 1:34:32And, I've raised in the Air Force, used to move in every four years, new people, new neighbors, new city, new this, new school, new that.
- 1:34:42And that kind of thing doesn't frighten me at all. And
- 1:34:46I was told to leave.
- 1:34:49I've
- 1:34:49been thinking about it. I'd toyed with it. Think of hearing people living down here and this, that, and the other thing. Wow. I wonder what it'd be like to live down there. And finally, the boys came, came twice,
- 1:35:01pointed me to Argentina, and I said, man, I'm gone.
- 1:35:07So the get out, you need to get out. You need to get out.
- 1:35:11So this is something I've only come to understand the last few years, really.
- 1:35:16Did they tell me to get out, or did the did the whatever the force is telling me to get out
- 1:35:22because they knew I'd have to go get a passport
- 1:35:25and that that's the only government document
- 1:35:28that clearly
- 1:35:30well, not very clear, but they have to put the choice in there and they do.
- 1:35:36See, when they've got to do stuff, they do it.
- 1:35:45I don't know. Just, be grateful wherever you are, whoever you are.
- 1:35:50You've, as
- 1:35:51Winston Churchill said, though, once in every man's life,
- 1:35:55a man generally stumbles across the truth.
- 1:35:59Most men pick themselves up and dust themselves off and go about their way. Don't be that man.
- 1:36:07Don't stumble on the truth, dust yourself off, and go along your merry damn way.
- 1:36:16I trust you won't.
- 1:36:18But, unfortunately, the reality is that's the way most people deal with this. For whatever the reason, we're scared.
- 1:36:25I've been too conditioned.
- 1:36:27I'm this. I'm that.
- 1:36:30Yeah. It reminds me of one of the guys in the record business.
- 1:36:33He's one of my favorite guys,
- 1:36:35died early.
- 1:36:36He was an adopted kid.
- 1:36:39Six foot, two or three, big curly red hair,
- 1:36:43Jean Rumpel.
- 1:36:45Funniest,
- 1:36:46the single funniest individual I've ever been around in my life. This guy was
- 1:36:52just gifted.
- 1:36:53Yeah.
- 1:36:55And what Gino would do, he was the capital rep for twenty years or more in Atlanta.
- 1:37:00And so every week, you gotta call the radio station or this, that, and the other. And so what Rumpel did was he started he developed a chart,
- 1:37:09and he numbered it. And 1234.
- 1:37:11And number one is the record's too fast. Number two is the record's too slow. Number three is the record's too medium. Number four is too this. No. And he just developed this list. He passed it out to all his radio stations. He said, just give me a number. I don't need the excuse. Just give me a number.
- 1:37:30And he was famous for his little smiley faces. That's when
- 1:37:34smiley faces first came on the scene, and he put smiley faces, everything.
- 1:37:40Great guy. Missing.
- 1:37:41Boy, some funny funny stuff for that guy.
- 1:37:48Back to telling record business stories.
- 1:37:52Pontificating
- 1:37:53on Israel, telling you who these creeps really are, showing you exactly what they're doing,
- 1:37:59And now telling you how to get out of it at
- 1:38:02without their objection.
- 1:38:04Have we ever heard an objection from them on this in fifteen years?
- 1:38:12Not to my knowledge.
- 1:38:14We've seen a purity for a couple of of of piss poor bluffs.
- 1:38:19Well, they weren't really piss poor. If you're an Annabon Wright student, you'd have bid on the son of a bitch. Oh, well, I guess they can't send me my passport.
- 1:38:29But if you're one of my students, you're gonna go down to the end of that paragraph and say, except by the operation of law.
- 1:38:39Except by the operation of law.
- 1:38:42How about the fact that what I am and the laws I live under, my choice, buddy, not yours?
- 1:38:49How about that operation there?
- 1:38:54Unknown: That's
- 1:38:56my business.
- 1:39:00Unknown: Well,
- 1:39:02folks, I don't know.
- 1:39:04Damn. We'll do the best we can. I I'm I just want I wanna free people. I wanna free people, and I wanna expose these dirty, rotten, slaving bastards,
- 1:39:13and this does both at the same time. But, hell, I feel like Harriet Tubman.
- 1:39:19Freed a thousand slaves. I
- 1:39:22I could've freed thousands more.
- 1:39:26If they only knew they were slaves.
- 1:39:29Unknown: Yes.
- 1:39:32Actually Roger, you of the part of the underground railroad
- 1:39:36is like,
- 1:39:39oh, I don't know, 14 miles south of me.
- 1:39:42And I mean, famous parts of the Underground Railroad are right along the Black River.
- 1:39:49Unknown: And and then you did
- 1:39:51you come back to Thomas Jefferson
- 1:39:54who said, I could never understand
- 1:39:57why a man would want to own another man.
- 1:40:03Now
- 1:40:06who said Roger there a minute ago, wanted to inject something?
- 1:40:11Unknown: That was me, Terrence. I just wanted to say Hi, Terrence. How many year how many years ago did you declare the
- 1:40:18treachery and deception of words?
- 1:40:23Unknown: Well, I mean, I can heard that phrase in John's lectures
- 1:40:30back then, and it retained with me because I thought it was so clever and learned that it was so accurate.
- 1:40:36I tagged it as the title to my book, and there was a conflict.
- 1:40:41And we had to put sovereign to surf in there at the first, so there wasn't a conflict with somebody somewhere.
- 1:40:47And, Eli, that was around in 2011.
- 1:40:50That book was published, best I remember, Terrence.
- 1:40:55Unknown: Well, you made it quite clear.
- 1:40:58You made it quite clear with that phrase.
- 1:41:01Unknown: The the guy I stole it from did borrowed it, but I'm giving him attribution, so I'm not stealing. I'm just borrowing.
- 1:41:10Very accurate.
- 1:41:12Very, very
- 1:41:14accurate.
- 1:41:16Unknown: Well So what would can
- 1:41:18be said has already been said for ten thousand years.
- 1:41:22It's it's already been said before.
- 1:41:25Unknown: Well, that that could be true.
- 1:41:31Could be true. So does anybody else have anything they want to bring forward? I'm sure there's no new folks in there today. We've had these
- 1:41:38types of shows last few days. I don't think new people are hanging around. They're probably off on vacation at the beach or in the mountains or somewhere.
- 1:41:47It is summertime summertime. Some some summertime after all.
- 1:41:55Nobody?
- 1:41:56Unknown: I think that
- 1:41:58most of the legislation that they've come through
- 1:42:01or that they've come up with,
- 1:42:03going back to the act of 1871
- 1:42:06and the
- 1:42:08Patriot Act
- 1:42:09and the NDAA,
- 1:42:11I think they're all fraud because I think that the
- 1:42:15catalyst
- 1:42:17for creating them
- 1:42:19were false flags or
- 1:42:22violent events that were orchestrated by the people that actually wanted those laws passed.
- 1:42:28I think they're all fraud right from the moment the pen
- 1:42:33Unknown: touched the paper. There there's another fraud is that they're all public policy. They're only for citizens of The United States and residents,
- 1:42:41and that whole thing is fraud and based on fraud. It's just layer upon layer upon layer upon layer of fraud.
- 1:42:49I've never you know, I've gotten I I just thinking about counting the layers of fraud almost gives you cold chills.
- 1:42:59Unknown: Do you run out of fingers?
- 1:43:01Certainly.
- 1:43:02Unknown: Yeah. At least.
- 1:43:04Yikes.
- 1:43:06Well, folks, we're so fortunate. Listen. Most of the other people in the country don't know this. They don't have any understanding of this. They don't understand what illusion is. They don't understand what reality is,
- 1:43:17and, and we do. God, just to a great degree, I gotta think. So just be lucky.
- 1:43:25Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:43:28Unknown: Consider yourself lucky.
- 1:43:31Try and form others. That's your duty. Here's the right. You're a person. You found the truth. Now you've got not only the rights, but you got the duties. You got the duties to tell others. You got the duties to try to surround yourself and strengthen your position, Bory. You got all these other things. It's not just a one way street here, Bory.
- 1:43:50Yeah, buddy. What you got?
- 1:43:53Unknown: Hey. How you doing, Ray?
- 1:43:55I got just one question. You know?
- 1:43:59When people tell you, how can you tell me that you are out of the system, is you still using the system?
- 1:44:07Unknown: Because You know what I mean? Like, we use the money. We use Just Uh-huh. Well, this state citizens still have access to the system
- 1:44:16as do federal citizens.
- 1:44:18They don't have all the additional obligations,
- 1:44:24like income tax, this, that, and the other. I participate in Social Security.
- 1:44:29They feed me every month.
- 1:44:32Not much, but it's enough.
- 1:44:35So that's why. Because there's two, and they've isolated you into one that's the slave side.
- 1:44:45You get out of that, and you're on the free side,
- 1:44:48but you're still involved in the system. I can use Social Security.
- 1:44:52I'm an American.
- 1:44:53I'm an American national,
- 1:44:56just not a citizen of The United States.
- 1:45:00Right? If people look, I understand they have hard time understanding it, Bory,
- 1:45:05and your job is to understand it well enough and be able to articulate it to them correctly.
- 1:45:13That's your challenge.
- 1:45:19Thank you, Roger. Thank you. Yep. Thank you. Yeah, boring. Yeah. I mean, listen. I never said it wasn't confusing.
- 1:45:26And just like I told you, I never promised you a rose garden.
- 1:45:31I said this is this is gonna take sacrifice.
- 1:45:34If you want what's here, you're gonna have to sacrifice. You're gonna have to get your brain involved again. You're gonna have to learn new shit. You never were taught before intentionally.
- 1:45:43You're gonna have to do things when you wanna do other things. You're gonna have to sacrifice to do it because freedom's not free.
- 1:45:51I know it's in the word. We've been seeing it a whole bunch the last couple of days. They've been telling us how damn free we are here last few days. Just because it's in that word,
- 1:46:01doesn't mean it's just gratis on a plate.
- 1:46:05Every anything we in life worth having is worth fighting for and worth sacrificing for. It's my experience.
- 1:46:13The other shit that's not worth doing that for ain't worth nothing. This is.
- 1:46:19So
- 1:46:20that's just all I know is it ain't free.
- 1:46:23It's a misnomer.
- 1:46:25You think, well, I thought I was free.
- 1:46:29Yeah. Didn't you?
- 1:46:31Okay.
- 1:46:32Okay. Here's here's the standard oh, here's the standard response, Paul.
- 1:46:38Alright. If you're free, tell me the things you can do without a license or permit or permission.
- 1:46:44Unknown: Right.
- 1:46:46You know, they think they're free because they've always been told they're free without any evidence Conditioning. Or it.
- 1:46:52Unknown: Conditions. Well, no. Here's the beauty of what they've done.
- 1:46:57You're not really, until you get a point, a slave,
- 1:47:02but they can still use you and the property right in you
- 1:47:08to originate and formulate the whole credit system
- 1:47:13and admit and and build an administrative state of these unelected bureaucrats
- 1:47:18that reinterpret
- 1:47:19legislation
- 1:47:20and apply them to you the slave. That's what they accomplished right there.
- 1:47:25Mhmm.
- 1:47:26That is what people don't understand
- 1:47:29this is.
- 1:47:30It's the root of all of it.
- 1:47:35All
- 1:47:38of it.
- 1:47:41So that's why we're here, folks. That's why we're here. I know,
- 1:47:45to me, I've known for years how I've so I've come down into the understanding,
- 1:47:51but I've known for a long time that, how important this was.
- 1:47:55Now I'm at a point where I really understand
- 1:47:59pretty much all the degrees of it and how an incredibly
- 1:48:03important it is. Now I know why. They wouldn't dare mention my name,
- 1:48:09this program,
- 1:48:10national,
- 1:48:12or anything else, folks. You ever heard them mention it mention No. It?
- 1:48:17Yeah. I They they won't even approach going over there because they don't want you to take that extra step and find this.
- 1:48:25They absolutely lose everything.
- 1:48:28Unknown: I put a post on Facebook this morning,
- 1:48:32and
- 1:48:34I am so shadowbanned
- 1:48:36on Facebook.
- 1:48:39I'm expecting that nobody has seen it yet
- 1:48:44or will.
- 1:48:46It's just ridiculous.
- 1:48:48I know. You can't get this word out because
- 1:48:53they've
- 1:48:54they've loaded social media with all of the the key phrases and buzzwords
- 1:48:59Unknown: and Yep. All that happy stuff. Yeah. That's why it's gotta be us, folks.
- 1:49:05It's gotta be us. I you you you never see me go to social media. Only time I ever go if somebody sends me a link to something on theirs.
- 1:49:14I'll click through to it. I've never voluntarily gone to any of those things. And the reason is intrinsically
- 1:49:20in my heart, I know they're not gonna let this message get out even on x where they've got control over that kind of stuff over there even.
- 1:49:29That's why it's word-of-mouth.
- 1:49:31It's gotta be word-of-mouth. It's gotta be us. We don't have to breach those barriers
- 1:49:36talking from one person to the other. But it's just
- 1:49:40folks, it's just the way it looks like it's gotta be.
- 1:49:47And why it hasn't
- 1:49:50exploded at this point? I I personally, I'm aghast at it. I can accept it. I'll accept it. Okay, Lord. There's I I'm on your timetable. I just know that it's my duty, my responsibility
- 1:50:03to let people out there know this is available,
- 1:50:06and you could separate yourself from these creeps.
- 1:50:09You don't have to be in there. You've been tricked. You've been frauded,
- 1:50:13and Satan is really slick. Is he not? As you get in and start understanding this stuff, is not Satan just just slick his bus station chili?
- 1:50:23Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:50:29Unknown: It's something. So, anyway, I feel very proud of what I'm doing in trying to alert the world.
- 1:50:36If they would've shut this down, folks,
- 1:50:40that
- 1:50:41tenuous little connection between
- 1:50:44John and Glenn in prison and myself
- 1:50:47and my insatiable,
- 1:50:49insatiable
- 1:50:51hunger
- 1:50:52for the knowledge here.
- 1:50:55I just wanted to understand.
- 1:50:57I just wanted the truth. It's like Suzanne and Dean. We're having dinner down here, and Suzanne puts her fist in the air and says, truth. Truth. That's what we're here for.
- 1:51:06Good for you, Suzanne.
- 1:51:08Truth. For they have not a love of the truth.
- 1:51:13I will send them strong delusion. They'll believe a lie. Boy, do they believe the lie.
- 1:51:19Have they bit the whole f and y
- 1:51:24hook, line, and sinker as we used to say?
- 1:51:28Know, sometimes you hook a fish. Some just second, Larry. Sometime Larry, do you fish over there off Jacksonville
- 1:51:34ever?
- 1:51:36Unknown: No. I don't. Okay. I used to do some things.
- 1:51:40Unknown: I see. We know some sometimes you'll catch a fish, and and they have these things down there now called circle hooks.
- 1:51:47And they mandate that you fish for grouper and snapper and all that. These circle hooks, they're a weird looking little hook, and they've got a unique
- 1:51:56characteristic
- 1:51:57is they always hook the fish in the side of the lips of the mouth.
- 1:52:02K? But back in the old days, for that,
- 1:52:06sometimes they would take that fish and swallow it, and you'd hook them in the gully.
- 1:52:13Okay?
- 1:52:14Well, that's the way they got us. We
- 1:52:16took the whole damn shit and kebang, hook, line, and sinker, Larry.
- 1:52:22It's tough to get out of it. Takes a certain person to wanna chase this down and to make those additional sacrifices.
- 1:52:29What you got for us today there, delivery boy?
- 1:52:34Unknown: Yeah. A little while ago,
- 1:52:37brought up US person, and I just wanted to drop a footnote.
- 1:52:41Oh, boy. So US person
- 1:52:44is not mentioned in title eight
- 1:52:47because you we've been talking about,
- 1:52:49you know, the fourteenth amendment,
- 1:52:51which has to do with birthright citizenship
- 1:52:54and naturalization.
- 1:52:56And,
- 1:52:57you know, a lot a lot of people think that the person that's talked about
- 1:53:02in title eight in definition, it's twenty one and twenty two
- 1:53:06is a US person, but that's not correct.
- 1:53:10US person
- 1:53:12is only talked about
- 1:53:14in
- 1:53:15title 26 and also other titles like Yeah. Title 50, which has to do with foreign intelligence, title 22, which has to do with foreign relations.
- 1:53:25So in title eight, it does not use US person. It uses
- 1:53:30another term called a protected individual.
- 1:53:34Have you ever heard of that concept?
- 1:53:36Unknown: I vaguely
- 1:53:38maybe. Good god. They got more damn labels than Carter's got liver pills. Go on. Yeah.
- 1:53:46Unknown: So a protected person,
- 1:53:49what that is is, for example, say say you have
- 1:53:54you have a a, like, a green card holder who's who has a job in The United States.
- 1:53:59And so
- 1:54:01this protects him from job based
- 1:54:05discrimination.
- 1:54:07He's a protected person
- 1:54:08under the laws of The United States.
- 1:54:11Unknown: Under the regulations.
- 1:54:13Laws and regulations.
- 1:54:15Because it would be the regulations that control him.
- 1:54:20Unknown: Another thing is
- 1:54:23you're you're right.
- 1:54:24Unknown: Just hold on. I got a phone ringing.
- 1:54:28Jesus.
- 1:54:29Go ahead, Larry.
- 1:54:31Unknown: Yeah. So
- 1:54:33under title 26,
- 1:54:36you know, US person can include a corporation.
- 1:54:40And
- 1:54:42so because domestic
- 1:54:44entities are considered US persons.
- 1:54:47However in
- 1:54:48title eight
- 1:54:49that strictly applies to natural individuals.
- 1:54:57And
- 1:54:59here's another thing.
- 1:55:01When
- 1:55:03it comes to title 26,
- 1:55:05a United States person is a tax compliance
- 1:55:09definition used to determine who must report global income to the IRS
- 1:55:15and it can mean
- 1:55:17a citizen or resident of The United States, a domestic partnership,
- 1:55:20a domestic corporation,
- 1:55:22any estate other than a foreign estate,
- 1:55:25any trust if a US court can exercise primary supervision.
- 1:55:32And so
- 1:55:33under title a,
- 1:55:35a protected individual
- 1:55:37specifically
- 1:55:40it's a category which specifically protects
- 1:55:43certain legal workers from discrimination
- 1:55:45based on their citizenship status.
- 1:55:50It's just something to keep in mind. I've, you know, I remember
- 1:55:54Unknown: seeing that as I was thinking about this a lot of this stuff couple of decades ago.
- 1:55:59You know where they particularly
- 1:56:02use that phrase, Larry?
- 1:56:05Where's that? For you mean protected individual?
- 1:56:08No. US person.
- 1:56:10Unknown: Oh, US go ahead.
- 1:56:12Unknown: Lotteries.
- 1:56:14You gotta be a US person to participate and win. Yep.
- 1:56:20So Here's one thing. I've always just considered it to be a citizen or resident, a federal person of some sort, person person. You received the law, fourteenth amendment civil rights, you have duties.
- 1:56:33That's what it is to me.
- 1:56:35Pro not anything
- 1:56:38listen. Anything that's not a national.
- 1:56:40What did I hear that guy yesterday call in to Allison? Well, so and so, you're a so and so state citizen,
- 1:56:47a state national, or no state citizen. I don't remember what he said. Anyway, there ain't no such thing as a state national,
- 1:56:54period.
- 1:56:55Can't find it in any court case. Can't find it in regulation.
- 1:56:58Can't find it in the statute. You can't even find anybody that can show you a definition for it. That's not an entity.
- 1:57:06If you're one of these David Strait or Anna Von Wright students, listen in. You finally found us. Is that what you wanna claim to be is a political entity to where you can find no reference to?
- 1:57:21Is that what you really wanna claim to be?
- 1:57:24Or do you wanna go to the Nationality Act of 1940
- 1:57:27and say, look. Definition a, on this important piece of legislation
- 1:57:32and a national as permanent allegiance to a small s state. That's what I am, and that's what I want you to know that I am, and I will bend over backwards
- 1:57:43to show you all of the confirming documentation
- 1:57:47underneath
- 1:57:48that proves
- 1:57:49that I am who I say I am. Mister bureaucrat, please, sir. Mister
- 1:57:56judge, please, sir. If
- 1:57:59you're telling me what I am, you are a tyrant. Over
- 1:58:06my objection.
- 1:58:08And
- 1:58:09evidence
- 1:58:10and facts.
- 1:58:14Well, folks, that's who we are. We're a motley little crew that speaks truth
- 1:58:20to power. And
- 1:58:23in the first volley, power always agrees.
- 1:58:26Every
- 1:58:27time,
- 1:58:29might try and buffalo you, might try and fool you, might try and trick you. Imagine that.
- 1:58:36Stand your ground. Learn your facts. Know who you are.
- 1:58:39You ought to know who you are. Shouldn't you?
- 1:58:59Okay.
- 1:59:03I guess there's another one in the can, Paul.
- 1:59:06Yep. There's another one in the can. Another one in the can. Oh, another one in the can. Oh. Yeah. Go ahead. Hey. Hey.
- 1:59:17Unknown: Yes, sir. Okay. So Okay. Now did how did the new,
- 1:59:21how did the new backup,
- 1:59:23track work?
- 1:59:25Unknown: Oh, sounded alright to me.
- 1:59:27My problem now is with magicJack.
- 1:59:31That's what really screwed my day up yesterday is trying to screw with these people and pay a bill.
- 1:59:36And I go through their little, oh, we're gonna give us a code. Give us your number. We'll send you a thing.
- 1:59:41Send a thing.
- 1:59:43Got the thing open.
- 1:59:45Started putting all the info in. Got down to the pay part.
- 1:59:49It tells me my credit card is
- 1:59:51is not right, ineligible,
- 1:59:54whatever the hell it is.
- 1:59:55But it's funny. I just paid 200 damn,
- 1:59:58payment on it yesterday.
- 2:00:00You can't call them. You can't get ahold of them. They got this automated AI crap. You can't get to a real person,
- 2:00:07and it did really screwed my day up yesterday because I spent over an hour, hour and a half on it. It's just these ridiculous crap. Every time I gotta deal with magicJack, it seems to be like this.
- 2:00:18So, anyway, that's I'm gonna fight that battle again. Was yesterday the official holiday,
- 2:00:24or was it last Friday?
- 2:00:27Unknown: I don't know. I've I've heard it both ways, but I would think that it's Friday
- 2:00:33because I got paid earlier than usual.
- 2:00:35Unknown: I see.
- 2:00:37I see.
- 2:00:38Well, that's if okay. Whatever.
- 2:00:42Okay. Anybody got anything else for me? I've been ranting for two hours, begging you to say something. Now here, I do you have anything for me? Well, there you go. Yes, sir.
- 2:00:53Unknown: Yeah. I wanted to, also add that,
- 2:00:57so if you make the election under title 26, if you're a nonresident alien foreign person, you make the election
- 2:01:04to,
- 2:01:05to take advantage of the benefits deductions and all that,
- 2:01:09you know, all those things that that are that occur in tax law.
- 2:01:15You you make the election, you file a ten forty, and a foreign person can do this if they're married to a non resident alien or if they're married to a US citizen or resident
- 2:01:26alien,
- 2:01:27they can make the election and they can marry they could file married filing jointly,
- 2:01:33and they could both take advantage of all the all the, you know, the tax law and
- 2:01:39deductions and credits, so on and so forth.
- 2:01:41And that can't be taken away from them unless unless
- 2:01:45certain extreme conditions
- 2:01:47or circumstances
- 2:01:48occurred.
- 2:01:50So as long as long as those as long as those
- 2:01:54original conditions are met,
- 2:01:57they can go on filing like that for years to come. And to give you an example of of how the election is terminated, say say the nonresident alien foreign person,
- 2:02:07say say his or her spouse dies,
- 2:02:11then that election has to be terminated because that's what allowed them that
- 2:02:17the the spouse was a was a was a citizen or a resident that allowed them to file jointly
- 2:02:24and make that election.
- 2:02:26You know? So anyway,
- 2:02:28this is totally different
- 2:02:30as far as
- 2:02:31title eight is concerned.
- 2:02:33So under
- 2:02:35the immigration
- 2:02:37laws,
- 2:02:38they strip this protected individual status away from a green card holder if they do not apply for naturalization
- 2:02:46within six months of becoming eligible
- 2:02:49or if they apply but fail to get naturalized within two years.
- 2:02:55So there are differences
- 2:02:56Unknown: is what I'm trying to point out. After after two hours of talking, my brain has just not opened all that right now. I'm sorry to tell you.
- 2:03:04Unknown: That was just a second foot belt. That's all I have.
- 2:03:07Unknown: Alright. Thank you.
- 2:03:10I I just always,
- 2:03:12without exception, try and simplify all this as much as possible,
- 2:03:17and
- 2:03:18difficult. It's very complex information. That's why we're mostly in a situation we're in, I guess.
- 2:03:24Okay. Anybody else got anything for me?
- 2:03:28Alright. Well, I'm gonna go away to house cleaner and go have pizza today.
- 2:03:32So my one day Thank
- 2:03:36you. Thank you. Thank you.
- 2:03:39That's
- 2:03:41what everybody says down here. It doesn't matter, you know, if you're in a restaurant no matter where you are in your meal or if you haven't even ordered yet. Somebody walks by, they're gonna tell you, bon provecho.
- 2:03:52K? Every time.
- 2:03:54Yes. A nice pizza from a good pizza place that I like, Paul. I don't I don't plurge plurge very often,
- 2:04:01but on these apartment cleaning days, I do because I don't wanna smell all that shit.
- 2:04:07I don't wanna have to put her put it up with her here, and I'll go dart out for a couple hours. Anyway, that looks like what's on the agenda today.
- 2:04:16I hope you all have a good day. And, Paul, we'll see you in Manana. You know that so I've been trying
- 2:04:25to catch
- 2:04:26up with Mirka,
- 2:04:28and it's just damn almost impossible.
- 2:04:31K?
- 2:04:32Mhmm. So that's what that comment was. She's got family in town.
- 2:04:36So, anyway, I've been trying. Okay?
- 2:04:39Alright.
- 2:04:40I'll see y'all tomorrow.
- 2:04:42Unknown: Thank you, Love
- 2:04:43Unknown: you. Bye.
- 2:04:46Unknown: Anybody have anything to talk about? Go ahead, Julie. I see
- 2:04:52Unknown: since the national defined hey, Larry. Are you listening to this? Census National defined in Immigration National Act Section 101
- 2:05:00A21
- 2:05:02is a person owing permanent allegiance to a state is an individual human being. They fall squarely within the statutory definition of a person. The law distinguishes individuals based on their relationship to The U. S. As follows:
- 2:05:16person, any individual, human being or organization,
- 2:05:20national, a person who owes permanent allegiance to The United States, includes citizens
- 2:05:26and non citizen
- 2:05:28nationals,
- 2:05:30an alien, a person who's not a citizen or national.
- 2:05:33Care to comment anybody?
- 2:05:50Unknown: 13.
- 2:05:51Hi,
- 2:05:59Unknown: Jerry.
- 2:06:00Hi.
- 2:06:02Unknown: How's going? That
- 2:06:04Unknown: was funny.
- 2:06:05Unknown: Me, me, me, comment. Comment. Comment.
- 2:06:09But, anyway, the comment
- 2:06:12is on the certificate of noncitizen nationality
- 2:06:16about
- 2:06:1812 or 13 paragraph down.
- 2:06:21Unknown: That's an American Samoa. That's an American Samoa.
- 2:06:24Unknown: Yeah. But but
- 2:06:26section 10 a 21
- 2:06:28of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the term
- 2:06:32in quotation marks,
- 2:06:34small n national
- 2:06:36means a person owing permanently to
- 2:06:40a
- 2:06:41small estate.
- 2:06:43And then further down,
- 2:06:44about
- 2:06:46three more paragraphs, section one zero one a
- 2:06:50parenthesis 36 parenthesis
- 2:06:53of the Immigration and Nationality Act,
- 2:06:55the term in quotation mark, capitalist
- 2:06:59state
- 2:07:00includes the District of Columbia.
- 2:07:04Anyway,
- 2:07:05up there in 01/2001
- 2:07:07a 21,
- 2:07:08the term in parenthesis,
- 2:07:12small and national
- 2:07:14means a person owing permanent allegiance to a
- 2:07:18small estate.
- 2:07:26That was the only comment I had. I well, just a comment.
- 2:07:30Unknown: I got a question.
- 2:07:34So if Roger says we get to choose the laws that we we wanna live under,
- 2:07:40why do we gotta choose one of theirs?
- 2:07:42Why they they get to make up all this crap,
- 2:07:46okay?
- 2:07:47Is it is it
- 2:07:49real or is it Memorex? It's a bunch of crap.
- 2:07:53Oh, you're a national and you owe this and you owe that. Oh, really?
- 2:07:58Son of food.
- 2:07:59Says you? For a fake hell are they?
- 2:08:03Unknown: It's for a fictitious
- 2:08:05entity.
- 2:08:06Capital p,
- 2:08:09capital e,
- 2:08:10capital r,
- 2:08:12vicious,
- 2:08:13dead, legal entity.
- 2:08:16Dead and legal.
- 2:08:18Unknown: Meaning the
- 2:08:20Unknown: common denominator, dead and legal.
- 2:08:25Right. A person.
- 2:08:30We
- 2:08:33under Genesis one twenty six,
- 2:08:35god gave us
- 2:08:37the wall.
- 2:08:40And then in in Psalms eight four,
- 2:08:44he he twisted it around and gave us the law.
- 2:08:50That we
- 2:08:52choose our nationality.
- 2:08:55Like Roger says, are you a slave or are you a slave?
- 2:08:59Who wants you to be a slave? Satan.
- 2:09:01Who wants you to be free? Well, God free God freed the slaves.
- 2:09:08So whose laws are you gonna run under? You're gonna run under God's laws or you're run under man's laws?
- 2:09:15Most of us around here, even me, run under
- 2:09:19man's laws,
- 2:09:21which man
- 2:09:22rules
- 2:09:25the earth
- 2:09:27because Christ told us, hey, be of good cheer because you are not of this earth. You follow my laws and you'll be alright.
- 2:09:35You abide by man's laws
- 2:09:38and you're gonna downfall.
- 2:09:54Unknown: Julie, are you there? This is Larry.
- 2:09:57Larry. Hey. So what were you reading? I was trying to take care of something.
- 2:10:02Unknown: I sent you the text. You read about person.
- 2:10:05Unknown: Read about person,
- 2:10:07but that's not the same as US person.
- 2:10:10Unknown: US person is is a term. You can't disconnect The US from it. But go ahead. What what was the point you're trying to make? I sent you the I sent you the text of it. Check your Okay. I'll take a look for it. Yep. So the US person is the same thing as the US citizen like you and I have discussed off air.
- 2:10:32Unknown: Well, under title 26.
- 2:10:34Unknown: Right.
- 2:10:35Unknown: Right. Right. But not under title eight because it doesn't use US person. It uses person,
- 2:10:41but not US person. They're not the same. And just as I've explained in the past,
- 2:10:47when each title
- 2:10:49of The United States code defines its own terms, Congress,
- 2:10:53when they when they are
- 2:10:56creating a statute,
- 2:10:59which is a law,
- 2:11:01and
- 2:11:02you gotta remember, it's presumed constitutional once the president signs it or if it's if it goes through a process of what's known as veto override.
- 2:11:11So once it's passed, after that session of congress,
- 2:11:15they take somebody takes all of those all of those
- 2:11:19statutes,
- 2:11:20and they organize
- 2:11:22them within the US code.
- 2:11:24Yep. And they do that. According to subject matter, and they're all presumed to be constitutional
- 2:11:30unless the supreme unless something
- 2:11:33comes up and someone challenge it challenges it, they file a lawsuit, whatever it may be. And then the supreme court says, oh, that that was unconstitutional.
- 2:11:43So, anyway,
- 2:11:45all of the titles, as I've mentioned in the past, they use their own definitions.
- 2:11:50So you can't you can't read US person in title 26 and say, oh, this applies in all the titles. Oh, I know. That that's not how law works. Yeah. Right. So Thank
- 2:12:00Unknown: you.
- 2:12:01Unknown: Hey, Larry.
- 2:12:05Yes, Paul. Are you using a Boom headset?
- 2:12:09Unknown: I'm using a different headset today. It's they're earbuds. I'm not on my Sony's. Why is it too loud?
- 2:12:16Unknown: They're earbuds?
- 2:12:18And it's Yeah. I use earbuds.
- 2:12:21Unknown: Cheap ones. Okay.
- 2:12:22Unknown: Earbuds and
- 2:12:24the what? The microphone is on the cord or something?
- 2:12:27Unknown: Right. I'm not using my Sony's. Do you hear an echo? That's probably why. No. You're just, like, super loud. You sound good, but you're super loud.
- 2:12:36Unknown: So I was just wondering what you were using.
- 2:12:40Unknown: Yeah. I'm not I'm not on my Sony's, and so that might be why.
- 2:12:45Unknown: Paul? Yeah.
- 2:12:47Every time you say Sherry's super loud or Larry's super loud, I don't think they're super loud at all. You must have amazing
- 2:12:55hearing and I must be losing mine.
- 2:12:58Unknown: No,
- 2:12:59no. What I have is I have VU meters.
- 2:13:01I have level meters,
- 2:13:03and when I say somebody's too loud, it's because whenever they talk, those meters go all the way to the red and
- 2:13:12pin there at the peg
- 2:13:15when everybody else bounces
- 2:13:17bounces around between the blue and the yellow,
- 2:13:20like I'm bouncing around between the blue and the yellow, but when Larry talks
- 2:13:25or Sherry talks,
- 2:13:26that meter goes all the way up full scale and it sits there until they stop talking.
- 2:13:32That's why I say they're too loud.
- 2:13:34Unknown: I agree with Julie on this one right now. Been pretty normal. Okay. Yeah. Well, you're a contrarian anyways,
- 2:13:41Unknown: so doesn't matter.
- 2:13:45Unknown: You sound fine, Larry, because you don't delve into the microphone.
- 2:13:49Unknown: Right. I'm an idiot. No.
- 2:13:52Unknown: No. I didn't say you're an idiot.
- 2:13:55I would or at least I would never say that to your face.
- 2:13:59Unknown: Thanks, Rick. I I try not to be like Paul. If
- 2:14:03Unknown: you go back to the, like, December,
- 2:14:06an idiot
- 2:14:08was somebody that wasn't a citizen
- 2:14:10or not a not a fictional citizen,
- 2:14:15corporate fiction.
- 2:14:16Unknown: Okay.
- 2:14:17So where is that definition?
- 2:14:21Unknown: You'd have to look it up in the legal dictionary or
- 2:14:25the
- 2:14:26give me a second. I'll think of it.
- 2:14:28Unknown: Legal,
- 2:14:29legal dictionary circa 1800?
- 2:14:32Unknown: Probably.
- 2:14:35Unknown: Like, Blackstone's commentaries? Would
- 2:14:37it be in there?
- 2:14:38Unknown: Could be.
- 2:14:40It's an old it's an old word. It's been around for a long time, and I know
- 2:14:45it's mentioned
- 2:14:47or I'm pretty sure it's mentioned in
- 2:14:50the root of words,
- 2:14:52the root of the meaning of words, what would that be? That's
- 2:14:58I know Brandon Joe Williams brought it up, I don't know, in his stuff.
- 2:15:07So I don't I don't take offense.
- 2:15:10That's all I'm saying. Okay.
- 2:15:13Unknown: Well, I mean I mean, I wouldn't call you an idiot anyway
- 2:15:16because because the the customary
- 2:15:19the customary
- 2:15:21definition of idiot is
- 2:15:25well,
- 2:15:26it's kind of ignorant.
- 2:15:28You know? And ignorance is just an just a
- 2:15:32lack of knowledge of the facts. Doesn't
- 2:15:34mean you're stupid.
- 2:15:36I mean, idiot and stupid are are polar opposites as far as I'm concerned.
- 2:15:46Unknown: But I'm gonna call you What about d
- 2:15:50Unknown: dumb f? Where does that fall in between idiot and stupidity?
- 2:15:54Unknown: About a dumbass?
- 2:15:56You talking about a dumbass? Talking
- 2:15:59Unknown: about a d f.
- 2:16:02A dumb fork.
- 2:16:09Unknown: Julie got too much time on my hands.
- 2:16:12Unknown: Yeah. I think so, Julie.
- 2:16:14I think so.
- 2:16:16Because
- 2:16:19because I'm I'm just thinking that
- 2:16:23that's a contradiction.
- 2:16:29Hey, Larry. But I really can't explain why.
- 2:16:32So I I at least not on the air.
- 2:16:37Unknown: Yeah, Rick. Did
- 2:16:39Unknown: you say that all the titles are assumed
- 2:16:42constitutional?
- 2:16:46Unknown: No. He said all of the statutes,
- 2:16:49once they have been passed
- 2:16:51in the house and the senate and signed off on by the
- 2:16:55by the president as long as they are not vetoed that those are all considered
- 2:17:00constitutional?
- 2:17:03Unknown: Well, including the the vetoed ones. If if they go through a process of veto override and it still gets passed,
- 2:17:10it's still presumed constitutional.
- 2:17:12So that's how your statutes are created.
- 2:17:15So what the president gets is a slip law.
- 2:17:19He signs a slip a slip bill or a slip law. I can't remember which one it is.
- 2:17:23And so it's like a little brochure
- 2:17:26that that,
- 2:17:27you know, outlines the law.
- 2:17:29And,
- 2:17:30I mean, it it it does have some specificity
- 2:17:33to it, but it's basically a little brochure. Could be a couple of pages long
- 2:17:38or a number of pages long.
- 2:17:41And at the end of a session of congress,
- 2:17:44that so all of these all of these statutes,
- 2:17:47it that they go into the statutes at large.
- 2:17:50The first number is
- 2:17:53it's it's it's
- 2:17:56indicative
- 2:17:59what's the word? It
- 2:18:02represents
- 2:18:04the that's particular session of congress.
- 2:18:07Indicative.
- 2:18:08That's the word I'm looking for.
- 2:18:10It represents that session of congress,
- 2:18:14and so it goes into the statutes at large.
- 2:18:17And then
- 2:18:19later on, it's codified into The United States code.
- 2:18:22So it's the statutes that are presumed constitutional.
- 2:18:28Unknown: I don't think all the US codes are constitutional because that's
- 2:18:32you're talking about
- 2:18:34what I'm thinking about is, like, title 26
- 2:18:37IRS?
- 2:18:39Unknown: Right. The United States code is made up of positive and non positive law. I'm not referring to that.
- 2:18:44Okay. I'm talking about what goes into the organic statutes at large. Not the I'm sorry. The the statutes at large, not the organic.
- 2:18:55Unknown: Yes. Jefferson wrote a letter to Washington
- 2:19:01and
- 2:19:02stated that
- 2:19:03to
- 2:19:04to create the first national bank of the United States 1792,
- 2:19:09They had actually
- 2:19:11created congress with the same people,
- 2:19:14but it was actually a separate congress that was outside the constitution in order to do that,
- 2:19:20which is probably still around.
- 2:19:26Unknown: Did they have to create a
- 2:19:28second congress
- 2:19:30or did they have to create one because the other one ceased to exist?
- 2:19:35Unknown: No.
- 2:19:37There's two.
- 2:19:39They have the same people in them. One operates
- 2:19:42under the constitution. The other one operates
- 2:19:45outside the constitution.
- 2:19:47How could they create
- 2:19:49top 26 under the constitution? That's a direct tax, not a portion. Well, that's unconstitutional.
- 2:19:55So how'd they do that?
- 2:19:59Unknown: One is de jure, one is de facto.
- 2:20:04Unknown: They did it by Kabbalah.
- 2:20:07Unknown: In my my personal opinion,
- 2:20:10they have a word for a law. It's called a law. It's not called a statute. It's not called a code. You know?
- 2:20:18Code, statutes, regulations, none of those are laws.
- 2:20:22They're exactly what to say they are. Codes, statutes, and regulations.
- 2:20:26The law is a law.
- 2:20:29Unknown: The problem, Dave, with that conclusion
- 2:20:33is that
- 2:20:34the regulations
- 2:20:35Larry taught me this. The regulations are made at the executive branch
- 2:20:40with the
- 2:20:41executive agencies
- 2:20:43and they follow them. And I know we had the Chevron doctrine
- 2:20:48or whatever passed. But all these agencies and everything are operating lawlessness.
- 2:20:55I mean the whole entire corporate
- 2:20:57fiasco is just lawless to begin with anyway. So they're just setting their own. They apply because if you don't follow them, you're gonna get arrested.
- 2:21:07Unknown: They do whatever they want, but still,
- 2:21:10they're outside
- 2:21:12of their
- 2:21:14delegated
- 2:21:15duties
- 2:21:16and these agencies
- 2:21:18are they're not government. They're
- 2:21:22you know? And I I hate that word, government.
- 2:21:25Who would choose to be mind controlled? Why would we call, you know, this? All they're supposed to do, the federal government's only job was to protect
- 2:21:36our rights,
- 2:21:38our property,
- 2:21:39and our rights, and they do none of that.
- 2:21:42We're supposed to control their mind. And that look. I was on a call last night, and it's like, you know, I always say laws can only be passed by the consent
- 2:21:51of the governed. What does that mean?
- 2:21:54You know, it slapped me right in the face. Who's the governed? We're supposed to be governing
- 2:21:59our
- 2:22:00maids and butlers,
- 2:22:01our public servants. Right? Now, obviously, they've turned themselves into our our leaders, and we've accepted it. You know, for the most part, we we let them get away with it. We let them do it. But who's
- 2:22:15consenting,
- 2:22:17you know, to these laws? We don't consent to them. They don't ask us to vote or or you know, we're not passing any of this stuff. They are. They're the governed, and they're consenting
- 2:22:29to the laws that they want us to abide by,
- 2:22:33Unknown: but not them. It's just it's like, wow. Well, is it isn't that the that's one of the flaxen cords they talk about in the scriptures?
- 2:22:43Unknown: I I didn't get that. Say it again.
- 2:22:46Unknown: The the the reference
- 2:22:48to the flaxen cord.
- 2:22:51You know? It's just they'll tighten the news slowly but surely. Oh, right. Because government wants to be sovereign. They don't want us to be sovereign.
- 2:23:00Unknown: Right.
- 2:23:01We're allegedly the ones who created them.
- 2:23:04We're supposed to be the creator,
- 2:23:06and and they're sovereign over us. Isn't that funny?
- 2:23:10Well, look at
- 2:23:12doctor Frankenstein,
- 2:23:15you know,
- 2:23:16Frankenstein
- 2:23:17the monster,
- 2:23:19and the monster
- 2:23:21ate the creator.
- 2:23:23And guess what? They were both Jews.
- 2:23:30Unknown: Yeah. And
- 2:23:32Jefferson said that
- 2:23:34in 1792,
- 2:23:35they used the proper and necessary clause but they only considered the first part of it.
- 2:23:40They forgot the second part which says to carry out the foregoing
- 2:23:44powers,
- 2:23:45and it was restricted on to only to the foregoing powers, but they left that out.
- 2:23:51Unknown: Yeah. That's what the
- 2:23:53informer got into a lot is, like, what the terms are versus what the the words are. Terms can just be invented and
- 2:24:02defined, you always gotta look at your definitions and everything. So
- 2:24:06that's how they do it.
- 2:24:07We're
- 2:24:08Unknown: the word was made flesh. Right? Yeah. Because the title 26 is clearly unconstitutional.
- 2:24:14So it's title 27, that's ATF,
- 2:24:17and we got second amendment amendment.
- 2:24:22Unknown: Okay.
