Transcript
- 0:08Speaker 1: Schedule for sure, Spice, it's time and hello, welcome to
- 0:16Speaker 1: the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm your host, m Shooter.
- 0:19Speaker 1: It's Monday morning. Our dear friend Garrett is off today.
- 0:21Speaker 1: But don't worry, Nordies, We've got so much gas. Actor
- 0:25Speaker 1: get to What time is it, my friends? It is
- 0:28Speaker 1: tea time. Okay. A big story at the top of
- 0:30Speaker 1: the show. So Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry have spoken
- 0:35Speaker 1: since she was spotted out with the Canadian Prime Minister
- 0:39Speaker 1: just In Tradua, and they're totally cool with all of this.
- 0:43Speaker 1: So wild. The rumors have been going around four days
- 0:48Speaker 1: after Katy Perry was spotted having a two hour lunch
- 0:52Speaker 1: with the former Canadian Prime Minister, just In Treadua, then
- 0:56Speaker 1: he was spotted at her concert. Sources tell me that
- 0:59Speaker 1: Orlando and Katie have had a private conversation about her
- 1:03Speaker 1: much hyped dinner and he's totally unphased. So sauces tell
- 1:09Speaker 1: me quote they talked. There are no secrets between them.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Orlando knows exactly what is going on and he believes
- 1:18Speaker 1: that Katie and Justin are just friends at least at
- 1:21Speaker 1: the moment. Once again, earlier last week, Katie and Justin
- 1:26Speaker 1: were spotted grabbing dinner in a very fancy Montreal restaurant.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Then they were having a casual stroll with her dog, Nugginda.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Justin even showed up at her concert the following night,
- 1:40Speaker 1: but he did bring his daughter, so he wasn't there
- 1:43Speaker 1: in a romantic way. He was there in a daddy way.
- 1:45Speaker 1: He was there with his kid and they had a
- 1:48Speaker 1: brilliant time. Blanda just isn't buying it, saying they've been
- 1:53Speaker 1: through a lot, sources tell me, and they're in a
- 1:55Speaker 1: really good place right now. They're friendly, they're supportive, they
- 1:59Speaker 1: are honest. I saw them just a few weeks ago
- 2:01Speaker 1: together with their daughter Daisy on a billionaire's yard, having
- 2:07Speaker 1: a vacation together. So they still speak all the time.
- 2:10Speaker 1: I really dug deep here, and my sources tell me
- 2:14Speaker 1: there is not much drama. They went in different directions,
- 2:18Speaker 1: to be honest. They've not really been together for about
- 2:22Speaker 1: six months. So the two of them now are very
- 2:25Speaker 1: much in a friend fayres. They see each other as mates,
- 2:30Speaker 1: they are co parents. They really want to do a
- 2:32Speaker 1: good job with Daisy and if she wants to go
- 2:35Speaker 1: and date other people, knock yourself out and if he does,
- 2:39Speaker 1: knock yourself out. But at the moment, Justin and Katie,
- 2:43Speaker 1: it's not really a thing. We went mad because we
- 2:46Speaker 1: saw them have dinner together. I'm told from my insiders
- 2:50Speaker 1: it was dinner. Was there some flirting, yes, Does Katie
- 2:54Speaker 1: have a bit of a crush on him, Yes, he
- 2:56Speaker 1: enjoys her. His daughter's are huge fan. So he's talking
- 3:00Speaker 1: talk his daughter to her concert. But these who are
- 3:02Speaker 1: not texting, they're not getting together. She's not becoming the
- 3:06Speaker 1: first Lady of Canada, at least not yet. Things could change.
- 3:10Speaker 1: But it was dinner. It was fun, it was a
- 3:12Speaker 1: few labs, it was a concert. Orlando is not the
- 3:15Speaker 1: jealous type. In fact, he's got such a good sense
- 3:18Speaker 1: of humor about it. The Onion, which is a satirical
- 3:21Speaker 1: newsletter newspaper, it's very, very funny, but it's all made up.
- 3:25Speaker 1: It's a joke. It's not fake news. It's deliberately funny.
- 3:29Speaker 1: So it's sort of like the ESNL of news or organizations.
- 3:33Speaker 1: They paired him Orlando with Angular Merkle as a joke,
- 3:39Speaker 1: saying we spotted all lug about with the former Prime
- 3:43Speaker 1: Minister of Germany. He liked it. He actually saw the
- 3:47Speaker 1: post and he liked it. He thought it was so
- 3:50Speaker 1: so funny. So they do have a really, really really
- 3:53Speaker 1: good sense of humor about themselves as a couple. They're
- 3:57Speaker 1: no longer together as romantic partners, but they are a
- 4:00Speaker 1: couple parenting little Daisy together. So the bottom line, Nauties,
- 4:04Speaker 1: let's cut to the chase. The bottom line here is
- 4:07Speaker 1: Orlando is not jealous, but he's also too not buying
- 4:13Speaker 1: the hype. I hate to throw cool water cold water
- 4:18Speaker 1: or to romance because I'm such a romantic love it.
- 4:20Speaker 1: I'm not a hopeless romantic. I'm a hope fooler. I
- 4:23Speaker 1: always hope for some romance in all my friend's life,
- 4:26Speaker 1: in my life, in everybody's lives. Katie here a little
- 4:29Speaker 1: bit of flirting. But that's how this happens. If you
- 4:31Speaker 1: think about it, the first time you go on a
- 4:34Speaker 1: date with somebody you're not dating, it's a first date.
- 4:37Speaker 1: It's the second or the third, or maybe the fifth
- 4:39Speaker 1: or the tenth date that you decide when we're together.
- 4:41Speaker 1: We're a couple. So Katie is nowhere near that. With Justin.
- 4:44Speaker 1: They went out for dinner. It was a really fun dinner.
- 4:47Speaker 1: A few nights later he went to her concert, but
- 4:50Speaker 1: he did bring his daughter. He wasn't there as her boyfriend. No, no, no,
- 4:53Speaker 1: he was there as dad and they had a great
- 4:55Speaker 1: night there. So Orlando knows exactly what's going on. And
- 4:59Speaker 1: this is what's so cool about Orlando. Whatever the outcome
- 5:03Speaker 1: is here, he's cool with it. If Katie and Justin
- 5:05Speaker 1: are just friends, great. If Katie and Justin are romantic, great.
- 5:10Speaker 1: He wants Katie to be happy. He's not the jealous type.
- 5:15Speaker 1: He actually really likes Justin. Justin and Katie look great,
- 5:19Speaker 1: don't they together. They have similar sense of humors. They're
- 5:22Speaker 1: both a little bit cheeky, both a little bit norughty.
- 5:25Speaker 1: So Orlando would like Katie to meet somebody. He's not
- 5:27Speaker 1: dating Angla Miracola, so that's been very very clear. But
- 5:31Speaker 1: he did find that very very funny. But at the moment,
- 5:34Speaker 1: these two are in a really, really good place. No jealousy,
- 5:38Speaker 1: raising their daughter. All relationships want it be wonderful. It's
- 5:41Speaker 1: almost impossible, I guess, But wouldn't it be wonderful if
- 5:44Speaker 1: all relationships that broke up, God forbid that if they
- 5:47Speaker 1: have to break up, if they broke up in this
- 5:49Speaker 1: way where you can still be friends. You have so
- 5:52Speaker 1: much history together. It always amazes me how you can
- 5:54Speaker 1: be friends with somebody or a lover with somebody for
- 5:57Speaker 1: years and years and years, and then you don't speak
- 5:59Speaker 1: to them more. Now, if they absolutely betrayed you and
- 6:03Speaker 1: it's too painful, I get it. But if you just
- 6:05Speaker 1: sort of grow apart, which is what happened here with
- 6:07Speaker 1: Katie and Orlando, there was no cheating, there's no other person.
- 6:11Speaker 1: There was no big breakup moment, no massive falling out,
- 6:14Speaker 1: no betrayal. That's what I'm trying to get to. It's
- 6:17Speaker 1: hard to get over betrayal. If somebody betrays you, good grief,
- 6:20Speaker 1: it's really really hard to move on from that, to
- 6:23Speaker 1: forgive that. But that did not happen here. They grew apart,
- 6:26Speaker 1: They drifted apart, and now these two might drift back together,
- 6:29Speaker 1: not romantically, but at least as friends, and so we
- 6:33Speaker 1: are aw for that, which brings us to a poo
- 6:35Speaker 1: question of the day. Orlando and Katie have spoken, and
- 6:40Speaker 1: he's cool with all the rumors about her dating. Gestion
- 6:44Speaker 1: to do. Our question is quite simple, would you be
- 6:47Speaker 1: cool if folks thought your ex was dating so quickly?
- 6:52Speaker 1: So forget the fact that he's famous, that he's the
- 6:54Speaker 1: former prime minister, that he's powerful, he is a guy,
- 6:58Speaker 1: and there's rumors that she's dating Kim. How would you
- 7:01Speaker 1: be if your friends thought that your ex was moving
- 7:06Speaker 1: on so quickly? It's quick, isn't it? What do you think? Hey?
- 7:08Speaker 1: Go vote on at Twitter page at Naughty n Ice
- 7:11Speaker 1: rob at Facebook page which is Nornie Gilson. I'm be
- 7:14Speaker 1: sure to check back Tomma Row to hear your results.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Moving along, it seems as if Ki Kim Catrell got
- 7:22Speaker 1: the last laugh on Sex and the City and just
- 7:25Speaker 1: like that, so so as he say that, Kim turned
- 7:28Speaker 1: down an offer to save the show before HBO pulled
- 7:32Speaker 1: the plug on and just like that, Sarah Jessica Parker
- 7:36Speaker 1: and the producers quickly quietly discussed extending an olive branch
- 7:43Speaker 1: to their former coastar, hoping that if they brought back
- 7:46Speaker 1: Samantha Jones, they could save the struggling show, But Kim
- 7:50Speaker 1: Kim's people refused. Inside of say they didn't want just
- 7:55Speaker 1: a cameo this time. They wanted Kim Catrell back, full time,
- 8:00Speaker 1: full paychecks, the works. But Kim wasn't interested and she
- 8:05Speaker 1: shut it down, Insider saying, Sarah Jessica Parker, she knew
- 8:08Speaker 1: the show was on life support. She's been in this
- 8:10Speaker 1: business a really long time. The numbers were terrible, nobody
- 8:14Speaker 1: was watching it anymore, and it's a very expensive show.
- 8:17Speaker 1: It doesn't matter if it's good or bad. They don't
- 8:19Speaker 1: care in television. As long as people watch it. If
- 8:22Speaker 1: it makes money, it will run forever. A lot of
- 8:25Speaker 1: people had a lot of criticism about this show. I
- 8:28Speaker 1: have a piece upon substack about my thoughts about it,
- 8:31Speaker 1: so if you want to follow me on substack, it's
- 8:33Speaker 1: a ramshooter. There's an essay up about the show there.
- 8:37Speaker 1: But Sarah understood the only way to re re energize
- 8:42Speaker 1: the show was to reunite the original four and bringing
- 8:46Speaker 1: back Samantha wasn't a gimmick. It was a shot, the
- 8:49Speaker 1: only shot of survival. So ratings had dropped, fans enthusiasm
- 8:55Speaker 1: had really cooled, and behind the glossy marketing of the show,
- 8:59Speaker 1: there was a real, really tense vibe. Hours after the
- 9:03Speaker 1: cancelation was announced, Kim did take to social media and
- 9:07Speaker 1: posted a very cryptic sunset photograph. Was the caption, It's
- 9:12Speaker 1: the end of a very long week. Now, was that
- 9:15Speaker 1: a long week of negotiations? Was that a long week
- 9:19Speaker 1: of them throwing money at her? These ladies have made
- 9:22Speaker 1: so much money. Sarah lives in a forty four zero
- 9:26Speaker 1: million dollar time hats hat, sex and the city money. Now,
- 9:28Speaker 1: the other ladies they didn't make as much of Sarah,
- 9:30Speaker 1: but they made a lot of money. You know what,
- 9:32Speaker 1: if they made half as much as Sarah, they could
- 9:34Speaker 1: afford twenty million dollars. They're fine. Kim has enough money.
- 9:37Speaker 1: She doesn't need to do this show. She didn't like
- 9:39Speaker 1: the idea. She really doesn't like Sarah. She didn't like
- 9:42Speaker 1: the fact that Sarah earned more money than the other ladies.
- 9:45Speaker 1: So Kim had a million reasons to walk away. But
- 9:48Speaker 1: I think losing Kim was part of the problem here.
- 9:51Speaker 1: She really made the show so silly and funny. It
- 9:53Speaker 1: didn't get heavy when she was around, and all her
- 9:55Speaker 1: scenes were just so much outrageous joy. And when you
- 9:59Speaker 1: break up, when you start to break up the band,
- 10:02Speaker 1: it's never the same, is it. Think about it. Think
- 10:04Speaker 1: of a favorite band of yours and one person leaves,
- 10:07Speaker 1: and then they try to go on without them. It
- 10:09Speaker 1: never qualic works. And that's what happened here with sex
- 10:12Speaker 1: and the City. Okay, moving along, This story is absolutely
- 10:16Speaker 1: shocking and it is rocking Britain. Not so much press here,
- 10:20Speaker 1: but in Britain it is everywhere. There is a rumor
- 10:22Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein has sold Prince Andrew's sex tapes to
- 10:27Speaker 1: Russian spy as wow, So let me break this down.
- 10:31Speaker 1: So Buckingham Palace is in meltdown and Prince Andrew may
- 10:36Speaker 1: be holding the match. Ooh, he always is trouble, trouble, trouble.
- 10:41Speaker 1: So we have learned that senior royals are bracing for
- 10:45Speaker 1: a total disaster after the most explosive new claims where
- 10:50Speaker 1: insiders say that the Palace tried to get this book.
- 10:53Speaker 1: There's a new book out called entitled That's what Prince
- 10:57Speaker 1: Andrew is. He's entitled there's a new book out. The
- 10:59Speaker 1: palace to get it banned. But that's not their biggest fear.
- 11:02Speaker 1: The biggest fear is that Jeffrey Epstein actually sold compromising
- 11:07Speaker 1: videos and documents of Prince Andrew to Vladimir Putin another
- 11:12Speaker 1: foreign intelligence communities. Can you but leave that? So what
- 11:18Speaker 1: we're talking about here is sex tapes, photos, bank accounts,
- 11:22Speaker 1: the type of material that nobody wants sat there. If
- 11:26Speaker 1: a fraction of this comes out, they said, the royal
- 11:29Speaker 1: family is toast. Now, Epstein was very close with Andrew,
- 11:33Speaker 1: and he referred to him as quote his super bold trophy,
- 11:36Speaker 1: having a prince, having a crowned prince, his Royal Highness,
- 11:39Speaker 1: a crown Prince of England, as one of your best friends.
- 11:42Speaker 1: He thought that was a trophy. Now we do know
- 11:47Speaker 1: that Epstein secretly recorded pretty much everything that went on
- 11:50Speaker 1: in the mansion, including sex orgies with underage girls. Andrew
- 11:56Speaker 1: was friends with him. He spent a lot of time
- 11:59Speaker 1: in that mansion, and he came to New York. The
- 12:02Speaker 1: Prince lived with Jeffrey Epstein. He didn't check into a hotel.
- 12:07Speaker 1: He checked into Jeffrey's apartment. He stayed with Jeffrey. There
- 12:11Speaker 1: were hidden cameras everywhere. If stuff went on there that
- 12:15Speaker 1: I think we all believe did now, if stuff went
- 12:18Speaker 1: on that involved the prince, there was probably a camera
- 12:22Speaker 1: in that room. And now that video, all those documents,
- 12:26Speaker 1: all those electronic files could be in the hands of
- 12:31Speaker 1: the Russians, who trust me, they won't hesitate to use
- 12:35Speaker 1: them to blackmail the king. The royal family Britain to
- 12:39Speaker 1: get what they want. This is outrageous, probably the biggest
- 12:44Speaker 1: story not of the day, but of the year. But
- 12:47Speaker 1: it has not yet exploded here. But watch out for this, naughties.
- 12:52Speaker 1: This is not going away. The palace is in absolute meltdown.
- 12:58Speaker 1: There's one thing to have a Kim Kardashian sex tape
- 13:01Speaker 1: out there, not good or a Paris Hilton. But can
- 13:04Speaker 1: you imagine a royal having a tape like this? One
- 13:08Speaker 1: of Queen Elizabeth's children. This is not an outer cirtle royal.
- 13:13Speaker 1: This is not a cousin, an aunt, a nephew. This
- 13:16Speaker 1: is the inner family. A son of Queen Elizabeth on tape,
- 13:21Speaker 1: potentially with an underrage girl. Out rageous. Okay, it's hard
- 13:27Speaker 1: to move on from that one, isn't it. But we've
- 13:29Speaker 1: got a few more stories before we go to break.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Broadway is in backlash. So new musical, a delightful new
- 13:35Speaker 1: musical called Maybe Happy Ending, has sparked outrage after the
- 13:38Speaker 1: Asian lead has been replaced by a white actor. Let
- 13:41Speaker 1: me explain. Maybe Happy Ending just won six Tony Awards.
- 13:45Speaker 1: It's facing major backlash after casting a white actor. Andrew
- 13:50Speaker 1: Barth Feldman. Now I did not know him, but apparently
- 13:53Speaker 1: he does have a following, and he is going to
- 13:55Speaker 1: replace a Filipino American Tony Award winner, Darren Chris. The
- 14:00Speaker 1: role takes place in a robot retirement hole. Honestly, the
- 14:05Speaker 1: musical it sounds whacky, doesn't it, but it really works.
- 14:07Speaker 1: So these robots are in a retirement home in soul
- 14:11Speaker 1: and critics are saying that an Asian American actor should
- 14:15Speaker 1: be playing the lead part. People are livid about this.
- 14:18Speaker 1: This was supposed to be a turning point for representation.
- 14:21Speaker 1: It feels like a betrayal actor. Vetro actor BD one
- 14:25Speaker 1: slam the move, calling it agonizing and accusing the production
- 14:29Speaker 1: of retracting a very visibility, the very visibility that they've
- 14:34Speaker 1: been celebrating just weeks ago. So this is where the
- 14:36Speaker 1: musical gets in trouble. You can pick whoever you want
- 14:38Speaker 1: to play the parts you or the producer you're playing
- 14:40Speaker 1: the bills. However, if you base this whole show, if
- 14:43Speaker 1: all your press, if a lot of your campaign is
- 14:46Speaker 1: about having Asian American actors in the role, having Darren
- 14:51Speaker 1: Chris really leaning in to his Filippino heritage. And then
- 14:55Speaker 1: suddenly when all the awards and poof. We don't care
- 14:57Speaker 1: about that anymore. It does seem disingenu. Conrad Racamaori, I
- 15:02Speaker 1: think I'm pronouncing that right. He's a great actor. He's
- 15:04Speaker 1: in own Mary. He has started a scholarship fund for
- 15:08Speaker 1: Asian American men to pursue acting. There's not a lot
- 15:11Speaker 1: of roles out there for Asian actors, and so when
- 15:15Speaker 1: a musical is set in Soul, you would think the
- 15:17Speaker 1: actors would be Asian world they were when they started
- 15:21Speaker 1: the show. But now the show is a huge hit.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Now it's one of the Tony Awards. Now it is
- 15:27Speaker 1: a white actor. What do you think? Is this a
- 15:30Speaker 1: lot of nonsense or is this real? Is this something
- 15:32Speaker 1: that we should really really focus on once again, you
- 15:35Speaker 1: can hire whoever you want, but we don't have to
- 15:37Speaker 1: buy tickets to see it. This could be the end
- 15:39Speaker 1: of this music. Or what was so charming about it
- 15:41Speaker 1: when I saw it is that it was so authentic.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Now I don't know. Now. On the other hand, people
- 15:47Speaker 1: are saying they're robots. They can be white, black, Asian,
- 15:50Speaker 1: any color you want. They're not humans. What do you think. Okay,
- 15:54Speaker 1: we're gonna take a quick bay, then we will be
- 15:56Speaker 1: right back welcome back to be nice, homestub usual. Let's
- 16:02Speaker 1: do the polls that the dum lasher he talked about,
- 16:06Speaker 1: did he demanding demanding a new trial, claiming he was
- 16:10Speaker 1: just a wision. A wision mean he likes to watch
- 16:15Speaker 1: things and not a pimp. Will he succeed? Let's have
- 16:20Speaker 1: a look. Wow, seventy percent said yes, you don't want
- 16:22Speaker 1: him to succeed. Let me make that very clear. But
- 16:25Speaker 1: he does seem to get away with stuff, doesn't he.
- 16:28Speaker 1: It seems as if different rules apply to Diddy to celebrities.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Maybe he'll get the whole thing thrown out. Maybe he
- 16:34Speaker 1: will get a new trial. Hey, don't forget to vote
- 16:37Speaker 1: on today's pole. Will go to our Twitter page add
- 16:40Speaker 1: naughty nice rob Our facebook page is naughty your simp.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Be sure to check back on my road to hear
- 16:46Speaker 1: your results are Now it's time for the nicest of
- 16:50Speaker 1: the day. Oh My nicest of the day is Taylor
- 16:52Speaker 1: Swift and the Country Music Hall of Fame. So next year,
- 16:56Speaker 1: Taylor is eligible to enter the Country Music Hall of Fame.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Twenty years after her debut album. She's finally eligible and
- 17:05Speaker 1: fans are saying it's about time. So the fourteen time
- 17:08Speaker 1: Grammy winner fourteen Grammys will officially become eligible for induction
- 17:12Speaker 1: into the Country Music Hall of Fame in twenty twenty six,
- 17:15Speaker 1: exactly twenty years after the release of her debut studio
- 17:19Speaker 1: album in two thousand and six. So, according to the rules,
- 17:23Speaker 1: artists can be considered for the quote Modern Era Artist
- 17:28Speaker 1: category two decades, two decades after first achieving national prominence. Well,
- 17:34Speaker 1: I think we can agree she's done that. And while
- 17:37Speaker 1: Taylor Swift sounds have evaulved far beyond Nashville, insiders say
- 17:42Speaker 1: her early impact on country music is undeniable. She made history.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Now the question is will the whole catch up to
- 17:51Speaker 1: her legacy? I think absolutely so. What do you think
- 17:53Speaker 1: here a twenty year delay? I don't know. That's a
- 17:56Speaker 1: little bit extreme, isn't it. Taylor Swift and nicest of
- 17:59Speaker 1: the day, and now I'm naughtys of the day, naughty, naughty, naughty, naughty,
- 18:04Speaker 1: naughty Harry and Meghan. Harry and Meghan are very, very
- 18:08Speaker 1: hurt that a picture of them on the beach got leaked,
- 18:12Speaker 1: saying they can't trust anybody anymore. So what should have
- 18:14Speaker 1: been the perfect family day in the sun left Harry
- 18:17Speaker 1: and Meghan feeling blindsided and betrayed. We have learned that
- 18:21Speaker 1: the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex are livid after
- 18:23Speaker 1: the paparazzi were tipped off to them showing up at
- 18:26Speaker 1: a Santa Monica beach there were snapping photographs of the
- 18:29Speaker 1: six year old son Archie during a private surf. Lesson
- 18:33Speaker 1: and Insider say the couple are convinced that someone in
- 18:36Speaker 1: their inner location leaked that that detail. Oh it's so sad,
- 18:41Speaker 1: isn't it. We don't have to worry about this, but
- 18:43Speaker 1: when you're a big star, you have to worry about
- 18:44Speaker 1: your inner circle. Who's leaking, Who's going to the press?
- 18:48Speaker 1: A day at the beach? Caught on camera? Professional picture,
