Bratwurst Recall Alert for Allergy Risks | Green Bay News
A public health alert is out for Rackow Family Sausage’s “Rueben Flavored Bratwurst” in Wisconsin — it contains undeclared soy and egg, posing a serious risk for allergy sufferers. Sold frozen at their Juda location through July 9, 2026, the product is misbranded and should be discarded immediately if you have a soy or egg allergy. No illnesses have been reported yet, but if symptoms arise, seek medical help right away. For questions, contact Jim Rackow at 608-325-4547.
