- 0:15Speaker 1: Welcome to the normody but nice show. I'm Robb shooting
- 0:18Speaker 1: with our friend Mark Lupo. Lupie, Are you there? He
- 0:21Speaker 1: rub Hello? My friend's Thursday. It's my favorite day of
- 0:24Speaker 1: the week. What's your favorite day of the week? Mark,
- 0:26Speaker 1: of course Thursday. I didn't say it because just in general,
- 0:30Speaker 1: even if I didn't get to see you on Thursday,
- 0:32Speaker 1: I've always liked Thursday. I think it's because it's almost
- 0:35Speaker 1: the weekend. I could go out tonight and get drunk
- 0:38Speaker 1: and get through a Friday hungover. I can't get through
- 0:41Speaker 1: a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday hungover. But now I feel
- 0:44Speaker 1: like I could sort of coast through tomorrow. Thursday is
- 0:47Speaker 1: the night. This is a little secret in New York.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Thursday is the last night of the week. People that
- 0:52Speaker 1: live in New York go out so Friday and Saturday.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Lots of outer towners. And I say that with love
- 0:57Speaker 1: coming in come to the city when it reopens. We
- 1:00Speaker 1: love out of towners. But if you want to come
- 1:01Speaker 1: out and meet people that live in New York, Thursdays
- 1:05Speaker 1: the night. It's the nights my favorite night too. Rop
- 1:08Speaker 1: I'm not kidding. I love Thursday night. The party to
- 1:10Speaker 1: have fun to be alive. And then Friday you sleep
- 1:14Speaker 1: in a little bit later, you coast through work, and
- 1:17Speaker 1: then you sleep all weekend. You recovery for the weekend.
- 1:20Speaker 1: I know, if we do a book party for my book,
- 1:22Speaker 1: don't mention I've got a book. If we do a
- 1:23Speaker 1: book post book, you'll all be invited. I'm gonna do
- 1:25Speaker 1: it on the Thursday night. If anyone said to me,
- 1:27Speaker 1: what night do you want to do a party, I
- 1:29Speaker 1: always say Thursday or Tuesday. Too much to do. I've
- 1:33Speaker 1: got too much work. I can't get too drunk, I
- 1:35Speaker 1: can't relax. Thursday is the night, and it's also the
- 1:39Speaker 1: day here on the show, because we've got tons and
- 1:41Speaker 1: tons of gossip. Hey, what time is it? My friends?
- 1:43Speaker 1: It is? And here you're all singing along as on
- 1:48Speaker 1: the West Side Highway yesterday, Mark on a walk and
- 1:51Speaker 1: I walked past these two distinguished gentlemen, and as I
- 1:55Speaker 1: walked past, they said, what time is it? It's two time.
- 1:57Speaker 1: I'm not going I didn't the type. What is the type?
- 2:01Speaker 1: I don't know, but I wouldn't have assumes they were
- 2:04Speaker 1: naught ease. There were two sorts of gentlemen, maybe in
- 2:06Speaker 1: the late sixties very distinguished. If you're listening, gentlemen, you
- 2:11Speaker 1: made my day yesterday. Thank you very much. Let's get
- 2:14Speaker 1: Britney Spears will not ask a judge to end her conservatorship.
- 2:19Speaker 1: This is a little bit complicated, but we will break
- 2:21Speaker 1: it down so you know all the details. So Brittany
- 2:24Speaker 1: is set to speak to the judge presiding over her
- 2:27Speaker 1: conservatorship next month. Many many people, including that documentary, speculated
- 2:33Speaker 1: that Brittany wants to break free. She doesn't want this
- 2:36Speaker 1: conservatorship anymore, she wants it to end. However, that is
- 2:39Speaker 1: not true and TMZ are now reporting that Brittany is
- 2:43Speaker 1: actually fine with the conservatorship. She doesn't feel trapped. She
- 2:47Speaker 1: can pretty much do whatever she wants. What Brittany wants
- 2:50Speaker 1: out of this is her dad to be removed. So
- 2:54Speaker 1: when this conservator ship started thirteen years ago, she knows
- 2:58Speaker 1: she was in a really bad place. Her life was
- 3:01Speaker 1: spinning out of control. Since then, she's learned to take
- 3:05Speaker 1: care of herself. Her finances are taken care of. But
- 3:09Speaker 1: that's what she wants to end with her father. So
- 3:11Speaker 1: what Brittain is going to argue in court next month
- 3:14Speaker 1: is get rid of her dad and put somebody else
- 3:16Speaker 1: in as the official guardian, so he has partially been
- 3:20Speaker 1: removed from her personal conservator. However, he's still involved with
- 3:26Speaker 1: the money, her financial and her business affairs. She wants
- 3:30Speaker 1: him gone. They're not speaking, they don't have a good relationship.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Get rid of him. Bringing a professional to manage her money,
- 3:37Speaker 1: which is basically what every other star has, every star
- 3:40Speaker 1: I know, as a manager or financial advisor. Bringing somebody
- 3:44Speaker 1: like that keep the conservatorship and then maybe even Brittany
- 3:47Speaker 1: can return to performing. What do you think more well,
- 3:50Speaker 1: brab the first thing is I need to go see
- 3:52Speaker 1: Britney spears and cancer and I've never been, and so
- 3:55Speaker 1: we need Britney spears Stead to leave because that won't
- 3:58Speaker 1: happen until he does. Right. What I what I do
- 4:00Speaker 1: love about the story is that Brittany recognizes that, yes,
- 4:03Speaker 1: she needs a little bit of a boost, She needs
- 4:05Speaker 1: a little bit of a help in her life to
- 4:07Speaker 1: manage the things that a pop star might not care about,
- 4:10Speaker 1: the finances, the other you know that, all the other
- 4:12Speaker 1: details of the day to day. But you know, she
- 4:15Speaker 1: seems pretty happy. She has that boyfriend who's very cute,
- 4:18Speaker 1: She has her lovely house. She goes to Hawaii often
- 4:20Speaker 1: on vacation. I think it makes sense, you know, find
- 4:24Speaker 1: someone who can help manage her life that she feels
- 4:27Speaker 1: more comfortable with. Let Brittany be Brittany and let's see
- 4:32Speaker 1: what happens. Maybe you know the next chapter for a
- 4:34Speaker 1: life will be the best one it could be. It's
- 4:36Speaker 1: interesting what you were saying. I'm listening to it because
- 4:39Speaker 1: I'm working on a new story today, and what I'm
- 4:41Speaker 1: being told is that Brittany mrs most performing. It's in
- 4:45Speaker 1: a DNA from from a very young age, she sang,
- 4:48Speaker 1: she danced. This is where she's most comfortable. So people
- 4:51Speaker 1: like you and me might be a little bit uncomfortable
- 4:54Speaker 1: on stage. I don't want to get on stage. I
- 4:55Speaker 1: love doing that podcast, but I don't want to be
- 4:57Speaker 1: on stage, single and dancing. Brittany loves it that it's
- 5:00Speaker 1: her comfort zone, but she won't do it as long
- 5:03Speaker 1: as her dad is involved because the relationship is really
- 5:05Speaker 1: ugly there, and because he's in charge of her finances,
- 5:09Speaker 1: her business affairs. She can't sign a contract in Vegas
- 5:12Speaker 1: like you don't just get up and sing to play
- 5:15Speaker 1: the garden in New York. There's a lot of stuff
- 5:17Speaker 1: behind the scene contracts, you have to build the stage,
- 5:20Speaker 1: you have to hire people. Her dad is the boss
- 5:22Speaker 1: of that. She wants him gone, so a little bit here.
- 5:25Speaker 1: She might be spiting herself here because she wants to perform,
- 5:29Speaker 1: but she won't perform if he is involved. But I
- 5:32Speaker 1: think if the dad's gone, we will get to see
- 5:34Speaker 1: Brittany perform again, and most importantly, Brittany will return to
- 5:37Speaker 1: her happy, happy space. Mark, let me ask you, if
- 5:41Speaker 1: you were performing in Vegas, would you have Doris as
- 5:44Speaker 1: your manager? Your mom or Rob. I think we've learned
- 5:48Speaker 1: from all the other celebrities like Beyonce and Britney Spears,
- 5:52Speaker 1: that it tends to not work out at some point
- 5:54Speaker 1: when your parent is the manager, because they're not someone
- 5:57Speaker 1: who's gone to school or had the experience of man
- 6:00Speaker 1: ing talent. Right, and we me and you have both
- 6:02Speaker 1: worked with a lot of talent and the managers and
- 6:05Speaker 1: the people, And I think the most professional people are
- 6:07Speaker 1: the people that are not related to the celebrity. And
- 6:10Speaker 1: it's not just the skill set you can learn to
- 6:12Speaker 1: be a manager, it's the emotional connection. Because if you're
- 6:16Speaker 1: the boyfriend, the girlfriend, the dad, or the mom, it's
- 6:19Speaker 1: never a good place to be because you're not negotiating
- 6:23Speaker 1: with the manager, you're negotiating with the dad. My best
- 6:26Speaker 1: example of this is when I worked for Jessica Simpson.
- 6:28Speaker 1: She loved her dad, Joe Simpson. He was not a
- 6:30Speaker 1: particularly skilled manager. He didn't have the skill set for that.
- 6:34Speaker 1: But even worse than that, you can learn to be
- 6:35Speaker 1: a manager. Because it was her dad. Everything was so emotional,
- 6:40Speaker 1: everything was so so difficult. She needed somebody professional. I agree,
- 6:45Speaker 1: the best managers that I've ever worked with, and we've
- 6:48Speaker 1: worked with the lot Mark, are the ones that are
- 6:50Speaker 1: true professionals and not related to the star. With the
- 6:53Speaker 1: exception of your mom, Doris should be a great manager.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Your brother Jonathan would be terrible. He wanted to know,
- 7:01Speaker 1: you know, just sleeping to get a sandwich, Jonathan, I
- 7:05Speaker 1: want to give Mark ten million dollars for the Colosseum
- 7:07Speaker 1: in Vegas. I gotta get a sandwich, Jonathan. Doris would
- 7:11Speaker 1: be honest, and Doris would make sure that you in
- 7:14Speaker 1: your contract get a good teeth cleaning once a week
- 7:17Speaker 1: in the thank you absolutely true, which brings us to
- 7:20Speaker 1: a par Christian of the day. The show is so ridiculous.
- 7:23Speaker 1: It won't ask a judge to end her conservator ship,
- 7:27Speaker 1: but rather what she wants is her dad removed. Is
- 7:30Speaker 1: it time for the daddy to go? Go? Twitter page
- 7:33Speaker 1: at naughty nice Rob Facebook page is naughty gossip and
- 7:36Speaker 1: be sure to but tomorrow to hear your results. Lupo,
- 7:41Speaker 1: what are you working on? So Rob? You know I
- 7:43Speaker 1: love the Karadashians and you know I love a messy story.
- 7:46Speaker 1: So I have something, really, have something really fun for
- 7:48Speaker 1: you Today, Tristan's Thompson is responding to some cheating allegations.
- 7:54Speaker 1: All right, so Tristan Thompson is vehemently denying the cheating
- 7:58Speaker 1: claims against him, and now the NBA stars hired famed
- 8:02Speaker 1: Hollywood attorney Marty Singer to fire off a cease and
- 8:06Speaker 1: assist letter to Sydney Chase, the woman who recently claimed
- 8:10Speaker 1: she had sex with Tristan since he got back with
- 8:13Speaker 1: girlfriend Chloe Kardashian. Alright, so Rob, the letter reads, quote,
- 8:19Speaker 1: it's obvious that you are a liar. Your claim that
- 8:23Speaker 1: you had a relationship with Mr Thompson is pure fiction.
- 8:27Speaker 1: The purported texts you claim exists are equally fictitious, and
- 8:31Speaker 1: they put words my client's mouth that he never said.
- 8:35Speaker 1: That our contrary to his thoughts and feelings. This is
- 8:38Speaker 1: defamin w oh al right, it gets better. So Sydney
- 8:43Speaker 1: responded to Tristan's legal threat, telling t MZ quote, let
- 8:48Speaker 1: this be a lesson to not let anyone, no matter
- 8:51Speaker 1: the money or fame, they have to shut you down
- 8:54Speaker 1: or tarnish your name. Rock. I have a backstory on this.
- 8:58Speaker 1: This is gonna make you laugh. Okay. So if you
- 9:01Speaker 1: remember last summer during the during the height of the pandemic,
- 9:05Speaker 1: there were more stories about Tristan floating around that he
- 9:09Speaker 1: was a cheater, that he had fathered someone else's baby. Right.
- 9:12Speaker 1: So I was handling the story for US Weekly and
- 9:14Speaker 1: I reached out to Tristan's team for a comment, and
- 9:17Speaker 1: in return, I too received the CS in the cist
- 9:21Speaker 1: letter from Marty Singer, which as a journalist, I mean,
- 9:24Speaker 1: I can't think of anything more exciting. I was like,
- 9:26Speaker 1: oh my god, but wait, it gets better. I guess
- 9:29Speaker 1: who was CC on the letter. Chloe Kardashian, I know
- 9:34Speaker 1: I was. Seriously, I saved it as a souvenir. I'm like,
- 9:37Speaker 1: this is like the moment I got a c S
- 9:40Speaker 1: and desist letter once from Michael Kelley and who was
- 9:42Speaker 1: Donald Trump's lawyer, remember that controversial lawyer before he was
- 9:45Speaker 1: the president. I interviewed Tiffany Trump and she said some
- 9:48Speaker 1: funny stuff about her dad, which naturally I printed. It
- 9:51Speaker 1: was great, I gotta says. As journalist, that makes mine.
- 9:55Speaker 1: When you get a c S desist letter, it's often
- 9:58Speaker 1: an indication, not always, but often an indication that you're
- 10:01Speaker 1: onto something. It's almost the red flag to keep pushing
- 10:04Speaker 1: because they're scared. As a publicist, when I used to
- 10:06Speaker 1: get common calls and I knew they were right, then
- 10:09Speaker 1: I called the lawyers to fire off letters because sometimes
- 10:12Speaker 1: lawyers can scare you. Now they're messing with the wrong person.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Because the Sydney has released everything. She's got texts or
- 10:18Speaker 1: d M she alleges from Chloe. If she's going to
- 10:20Speaker 1: release a season decist letter to the media, she's going
- 10:24Speaker 1: to release everything and a season desist letter. And the
- 10:29Speaker 1: law only works. It only works if you were in
- 10:33Speaker 1: the right and I'm not sure he's in the right here.
- 10:37Speaker 1: So if he's done all this, you can report the truth.
- 10:40Speaker 1: The truth is the truth. If he's been cheating, we
- 10:43Speaker 1: don't know. We've got her side and his side. But
- 10:46Speaker 1: if you've done the deed, it's fair game. You can't
- 10:50Speaker 1: make stuff up, so you cannot do that, and you
- 10:52Speaker 1: should not do that. But messing with Sydney, I would
- 10:56Speaker 1: tread very carefully because she's wild. She's gonna she doesn't care.
- 11:00Speaker 1: She's going to tell us everything. You know, what's greats.
- 11:02Speaker 1: She's also my understanding, and she's like pitching now herself
- 11:05Speaker 1: to be a reality star, like I think Tristan allegedly.
- 11:09Speaker 1: I think he picked the wrong one. I mean, she's
- 11:12Speaker 1: talking about what his penis looks like Mark. I mean
- 11:14Speaker 1: she's going into really specific details. I mean, I'm waiting
- 11:18Speaker 1: for the picture. When will that drop? Well, this one
- 11:22Speaker 1: is juicy. Moving a log, Ben affleck Is responded to
- 11:26Speaker 1: being rejected on a dating app. This is such a
- 11:29Speaker 1: delicious story, so interesting. Ben's love life has gone through
- 11:33Speaker 1: the roof since he's been spotted hanging out with his
- 11:36Speaker 1: ex Jennifer Lopez, now a TikTok user, and the Ja
- 11:39Speaker 1: has posted a really funny video explaining that she met
- 11:42Speaker 1: Ben on a dating app, but she thought he was
- 11:46Speaker 1: a catfish. She didn't believe it, so she said the
- 11:49Speaker 1: following quote, thinking of the time I'm matched with Ben
- 11:52Speaker 1: Affleck on RAYA. That's that really exclusive dating, very very fancy,
- 11:58Speaker 1: and thought it was fake, so I unmatched him. She
- 12:02Speaker 1: unmatched hen, and then he sent her a video on Instagram.
- 12:06Speaker 1: The video or he looks scruffy in the video. He's
- 12:08Speaker 1: wearing a red T shirt, messy hair, and he said
- 12:10Speaker 1: in the video, why did you one match me? It's me? Well,
- 12:14Speaker 1: now she kept the video, She's released it. People are
- 12:18Speaker 1: going wild. She also said to me she had no
- 12:20Speaker 1: ill will against Ben, but if a celebrity sent me
- 12:25Speaker 1: a video mark I would show people. No. I mean,
- 12:28Speaker 1: of course you would, But I think listen, I think
- 12:31Speaker 1: we also know that Ben Affleck loves the headline, he
- 12:34Speaker 1: loves being in the spotlight, and I don't you know
- 12:36Speaker 1: he's he's pretty calculated. So I mean, while this is hilarious,
- 12:40Speaker 1: I also part of me thinks that he knew this
- 12:42Speaker 1: might happen, and here we are talking about him. So
- 12:45Speaker 1: I think it's a win all around. And it's not
- 12:47Speaker 1: a naked picture. It's nothing to be embarrassed about. Although
- 12:49Speaker 1: we saw their naked and that gone girl, there's nothing
- 12:52Speaker 1: to him be embarrassed about there. Then we've seen everything
- 12:55Speaker 1: and so I think you're right, Mark. I think ben
- 12:58Speaker 1: knew what he was doing. Here has a celebrit she
- 13:00Speaker 1: ever sent you a video Mark or slipped into your
- 13:02Speaker 1: d m's. Actually a few have in person and on DM.
- 13:07Speaker 1: But you know it's it's I think you have to
- 13:09Speaker 1: remember that. It's it's a celebrity. It's a celebrity. It's
- 13:12Speaker 1: to say like anyone else. So if you're not interested,
- 13:14Speaker 1: you're not interested. Were you not interested? No? No, no, no,
- 13:19Speaker 1: no no. The most exciting person to ever tweet me
- 13:24Speaker 1: and it wasn't sexual, Let's make that very clear, was
- 13:27Speaker 1: just in bieber Biber. I got really two more followers,
- 13:31Speaker 1: I thought, literally so selfishly, I was like, well, now
- 13:35Speaker 1: I'm going to be an influencer. Here comes the what
- 13:39Speaker 1: did you say to you? I was at the morning
- 13:41Speaker 1: show and he was doing a summer concert for the show,
- 13:44Speaker 1: and then after the show, he came downstairs in the
- 13:47Speaker 1: dressing room and there were some children with special means
- 13:51Speaker 1: and he put on a little performance for them. He
- 13:53Speaker 1: pulled out and he sang two songs, and I said,
- 13:56Speaker 1: that was the best part of the show, just seeing you.
- 13:58Speaker 1: You didn't have to do it. This was a pre arranged,
- 14:01Speaker 1: but there were some kids there for a different segment.
- 14:03Speaker 1: They couldn't stand in the crowd. It was too dangerous,
- 14:05Speaker 1: it was too overwhelming for them. And these two young
- 14:08Speaker 1: kids who were clearly fans of his and he called
- 14:11Speaker 1: out his guitar and he sang a song and I
- 14:13Speaker 1: did a video or anything. That's that's too much. But
- 14:15Speaker 1: I did say, this was so touching. It was my
- 14:19Speaker 1: favorite part of the performance. Just tweeted me back say
- 14:23Speaker 1: it was my favorite part Two. What is going on
- 14:30Speaker 1: with Billy Eilish. Yes, Billy Eilish is breaking records left
- 14:34Speaker 1: end right. So on Tuesday, Billy took to Instagram to
- 14:37Speaker 1: post some additional pin up style photos from her photo
- 14:41Speaker 1: shoot that has thus broken the Internet again. I know.
- 14:45Speaker 1: So the post rob wrapped up more than one million
- 14:49Speaker 1: likes under five minutes, breaking the previously held record by
- 14:54Speaker 1: of course Billy. Wow, I know, it's crazy. I can't
- 14:57Speaker 1: even imagine. So Billy replaced her self in just a
- 15:00Speaker 1: few days for having the record of reaching one million likes,
- 15:04Speaker 1: which is the fast on the social media platform. Previously,
- 15:08Speaker 1: she held the record after posting the magazine cover the
- 15:11Speaker 1: Vogue cover over the weekend, and she took to Instagram
- 15:14Speaker 1: Stories to post a short video of herself laughing, saying
- 15:18Speaker 1: I did it again. And of course, Rob, if that's
- 15:21Speaker 1: not enough, Billy's platinum blonde hair reveal has become the
- 15:25Speaker 1: third most like photo ever on Instagram. Now, Rob, I
- 15:30Speaker 1: was looking, you know, I was reading the Vogue story
- 15:32Speaker 1: last night, and what I think it's so great about
- 15:34Speaker 1: Billy is that she's only nineteen years old, right, and
- 15:37Speaker 1: she's kind of coming of age in real time in
- 15:40Speaker 1: front of the world, and she's not afraid to show
- 15:43Speaker 1: the fact that she's a multidimensional person, like she Yeah,
- 15:46Speaker 1: did she have green hair six months ago and wear
- 15:49Speaker 1: baggy clothes? And is she now a Hollywood pin up
- 15:52Speaker 1: girl today? Yeah? And I think that's so fun. It's like,
- 15:55Speaker 1: you can be everything. You don't have to be just one.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Oh yeah, don't put yourself in a she You know
- 16:00Speaker 1: what The number one most liked photograph of all time
- 16:03Speaker 1: on Instagram is Billy's number three. Number one is an egg.
- 16:06Speaker 1: I looked, I got to be a Kardashian. It's an egg.
- 16:09Speaker 1: And on that tasty note, we're going to take a
- 16:12Speaker 1: quick break and we will be welcome back to the
- 16:18Speaker 1: Naughty but nice. I'm rubsher there with their friend Mark Loopo,
- 16:21Speaker 1: Hey LOOPO, let's get to the pole. L Mark, you're
- 16:26Speaker 1: fun it okay. So yesterday we talked about Megan marcol
- 16:32Speaker 1: He is writing a new children's book. Will you read it? Said, no,
- 16:37Speaker 1: they're not into it. I will read this now. I
- 16:40Speaker 1: don't have children, and not a child myself, but sometimes
- 16:42Speaker 1: I like the simplicity of children's books. Will you pick
- 16:46Speaker 1: up a copy? Mark? Rob barrs that's a very nice
- 16:50Speaker 1: way of sake. Absolutely not. Don't forget to vote on
- 16:54Speaker 1: today's pole going to our trader page at Naughty Nice.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Rob Our facebook page is naughty gossip and me sure
- 16:59Speaker 1: to check that tomorrow to hear your results. And now
- 17:02Speaker 1: it's time for the nicest of the day. Oh it's
- 17:08Speaker 1: Shanning Tatum, rob Our nicest of the day. And he
- 17:11Speaker 1: says he knows his body is not realistic for the
- 17:15Speaker 1: everyday person. Now, Rob, we know his body is ridiculous.
- 17:18Speaker 1: It's totally ripped. He was in magic, Mike whatever. And
- 17:21Speaker 1: to have that kind of body you have to have
- 17:23Speaker 1: a chef, nutritionist, lots of money and free time to
- 17:27Speaker 1: maintain it. Well, he does acknowledge it, and he says, quote,
- 17:30Speaker 1: I literally get to work out as a job, and
- 17:32Speaker 1: it's still hard. I can't imagine people who have a
- 17:35Speaker 1: nine to five job, who have kids at home, where
- 17:39Speaker 1: do they get the energy and the time to actually
- 17:41Speaker 1: focus on themselves. No, Rob, I kind of love this
- 17:45Speaker 1: admission because it's true. You know, I'm someone who tries
- 17:48Speaker 1: to eat well, I try to get my body moving,
- 17:51Speaker 1: but at the same time, I have a demanding job
- 17:53Speaker 1: and I'm tired a lot, and you know, we do
- 17:55Speaker 1: this podcast. But at the same you know, and I
- 17:57Speaker 1: think that me and you for our job, we all
- 18:00Speaker 1: a lot of things about celebrities that the average person
- 18:02Speaker 1: might not know. That's our job where I'm not you know,
- 18:05Speaker 1: I'm not going to be investing on my time in
- 18:06Speaker 1: the gym. What do you think? I think, first of all,
- 18:08Speaker 1: you blame in the naughties for you not having a
- 18:10Speaker 1: six pack? Is that what I'm blaming? And I think
- 18:15Speaker 1: a six pack? I love this story because it's really true.
- 18:18Speaker 1: We know celebrities and they pretend sometimes that they just
- 18:21Speaker 1: naturally look like this. And if I see another picture
- 18:23Speaker 1: of I don't know, Bethany Frankel in McDonald's eating fries,
- 18:26Speaker 1: like I just love French fries, you know, please, or
- 18:29Speaker 1: a supermodel eating a pizza, you know those pictures they
- 18:31Speaker 1: always post before Victoria's Secrets. I'm like, girls, the dirty,
- 18:35Speaker 1: dirty secret here is to look like that. You have
- 18:38Speaker 1: to work at it for hours and hours every single day.
- 18:41Speaker 1: It is a full time job. I've lost a ton
- 18:43Speaker 1: of weight during the pandemic because i had free time
- 18:45Speaker 1: on my hands, and I'm sure after the pandemic is over,
- 18:48Speaker 1: I'll put a little back on, hopefully not as much,
- 18:51Speaker 1: but I'm realistic about it. To keep that sort of
- 18:55Speaker 1: body is hours and hours and hours of work, and
- 18:59Speaker 1: most people don't the time, the money, the nutritionist. It's
- 19:03Speaker 1: really interesting, isn't it. You look at people and we
- 19:05Speaker 1: judge them all the time, but you don't know what's
- 19:07Speaker 1: going on in somebody's life. It's not possible to lose
- 19:10Speaker 1: a lot of weight unless you literally call that hours
- 19:14Speaker 1: in your schedule to focus on it, and a lot
- 19:17Speaker 1: of people don't have that luxury. It's true. And you know,
- 19:20Speaker 1: also like pezz tastes good, you know, sometimes pizza you
- 19:23Speaker 1: want like pizza, sometimes you want friers, and like it's
- 19:26Speaker 1: all about the balance, So whatever works for you, you know,
- 19:28Speaker 1: works for me. Good for Channon for telling the truth.
- 19:31Speaker 1: It's a great body market. It's okay, it's daught he
- 19:37Speaker 1: is the day Nordy, nor any nobody. This makes me sad.
- 19:39Speaker 1: Kelly Osborne is revealing that she doesn't speak to her sister. So,
- 19:43Speaker 1: almost two decades after the Osborne's rose to fame stardom
- 19:48Speaker 1: on their reality show, The Oldest, Osborne remains out of
- 19:51Speaker 1: the picture, at least when it comes to her younger sister, Kelly.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Kelly is saying that her and Amy do not talk.
- 19:59Speaker 1: She told d Shepherd's Armchair Expert podcast and love that
- 20:03Speaker 1: show quote. We're just really different. She doesn't understand me,
- 20:08Speaker 1: and I don't understand her. I have brothers and sisters
- 20:11Speaker 1: that I'm very different too. But we do talk. Maybe
- 20:14Speaker 1: not a lot, maybe not the closest relationship, but we
- 20:17Speaker 1: do talk. We text. I'd hate to just officially not
- 20:21Speaker 1: be speaking to a brother or sister. Where are you?
- 20:24Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, me too. But you know what, Rob,
- 20:26Speaker 1: now that Sharon Osborne has a lot of time on
- 20:28Speaker 1: her hands, perhaps you can bridge this gap. Bridge How
- 20:32Speaker 1: often do you speak to Jonathan? We talk and he
- 20:35Speaker 1: just texted me as we're talking, So we talked pretty often. Lad,
- 20:39Speaker 1: what's he wants to know? Was it not? What's he say?
- 20:43Speaker 1: We're planning Mother's Day flowers my mom. We've ruined it.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Now I'm so ruined it. Oh no, me, my big nose.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Now it's fine. Who will pay for the flowers? You
- 20:53Speaker 1: or Jonathan? Word? You split it? We spoil it, but
- 20:55Speaker 1: I usually coordinate the detail. So you're going to put
- 20:57Speaker 1: your credit card down and then he owes you the
- 20:59Speaker 1: cash and then how long before you get it right away?
- 21:02Speaker 1: He's very he's very good about will you send you
- 21:04Speaker 1: a check? Or will he give you cash? When he
- 21:06Speaker 1: sees you, he membos me, oh, look at that immediately immediately.
- 21:11Speaker 1: He's really good about that for sure. Lesson. But you're
- 21:13Speaker 1: the bossy boots that organize it. You're such a producer.
- 21:16Speaker 1: You can yourself. And now it's tible. A moment of
- 21:21Speaker 1: rob you get a roub, you get a rob, you
- 21:22Speaker 1: get a rob by. The forward answer who are you?
- 21:25Speaker 1: In four words? That's my book. It's on Amazon dot com. Bark,
- 21:28Speaker 1: have you brought a couple yet? But at least three? Goodness, Darius,
- 21:33Speaker 1: and you're listening, have you brought a car Peo. What
- 21:34Speaker 1: about your rich father, Peter. The whole family is getting on.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Everyone's getting on each Okay, a moment of Rob. Before
- 21:42Speaker 1: you can love your body, you've got to get to
- 21:44Speaker 1: know it. The good news is your body is constantly
- 21:48Speaker 1: communicating with you. All you've got to do is shut
- 21:51Speaker 1: up and listen. Forget Tesla or Apple products. We already
- 21:54Speaker 1: own the most amazing machine ever. It's called your body.
- 22:02Speaker 1: I started to listen to my body. I didn't ever,
- 22:05Speaker 1: and I have over the pandemic. I've started to listen
- 22:07Speaker 1: to it. I know now when I'm dehydrated, I know
- 22:10Speaker 1: now when I need to eat more fruit. I've started
- 22:13Speaker 1: to listen to my body. And if you shut up
- 22:16Speaker 1: and listen, it tells you everything. All the answers are there.
- 22:20Speaker 1: It's pretty amazing. Rob. You know, I've done you a
- 22:22Speaker 1: long time, and in this past year you really have
- 22:24Speaker 1: transformed into a different person and just physically, emotionally and otherwise.
- 22:29Speaker 1: But yeah, you're listening to yourself and I think it's
- 22:31Speaker 1: really paid off big time for you. Thank you, Mark,
- 22:34Speaker 1: And I'd like you to listen to your body too,
- 22:37Speaker 1: because inside that Mark Looper, I'm looking at It's a
- 22:40Speaker 1: Swan's Hey, everybody, thank you so much for listening to
- 22:48Speaker 1: the Not Even Nice with Rob and Mark show, a

- 22:55Speaker 1: Should I put my name on the flowers to Mark
- 22:57Speaker 1: will pay, but I'll put my name on too. Don't
- 23:01Speaker 1: forget to subscribe for the I Heart Radio app Apple podcast.
