- 1:38[SPEAKER_03]: Welcome to the Emerald Flow show, 100th episode spectacular.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yay!
- 1:43[SPEAKER_03]: And to celebrate that.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, Paul Valls returning.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_03]: Paul.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yay, good man.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_03]: Yay!
- 1:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was great.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_02]: The pan was awesome.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_02]: Like always already thinking about when I'm gonna go back next.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_02]: So, like at the very latest, I'm going to be like back there, like basically mostly doing this again in like two years essentially.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_03]: So, yeah.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, any interesting wrestling related adventures that necessarily happened on the show?
- 2:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, so like what we haven't covered, like what hasn't been covered yet.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_02]: So I think one of like if I just kind of like, like out of the shows, like most of the shows that I went to were like larger shows, right?
- 2:30[SPEAKER_02]: Like it was a
- 2:35[SPEAKER_02]: I did great.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_02]: Great actually was one of the best shows of the entire trip, the show in Shinjuku phase that I had, that was one of the best shows of the entire thing, otherwise in terms of stuff that definitely wasn't covered.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_02]: So I think that probably like the first two shows that I haven't talked about yet.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_02]: So I went to sportiva in the goya.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_02]: I couldn't really figure out how you get the curry, or whatever, so I didn't have the curry unfortunately.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_02]: But I mean, the match is for, we're interesting.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_02]: The problem was I was really, really, really hung over still, but I wasn't a goyer, but evening because me and John had been like,
- 3:22[SPEAKER_02]: going hard and shit so I've got a previous day which John has talked about that I don't know my castle ready but yeah we went to this like a small like snack bar and they just kept like basically there you pay by the time that you spend there not by the amount that you drink
- 3:38[SPEAKER_02]: So they literally just kept refilling our drinks as they were like half empty essentially.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_02]: So we were very, very hungover the next day.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_02]: Then otherwise, I went to see a Q-supro show.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_02]: Actually, I had free entry.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_02]: It was like in a suburb of Fukuoka.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_02]: It was actually kind of a, that was one of the shows that was like probably like the hardest to get to.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_02]: because you had to like take a train out to the suburbs and then it had to walk for like a half hour essentially to get to where the arena was but entrance was free so it's like you know what like when else am I going to watch like Q2 Pro and on that one we had like a great tag title map tag title defense it was a jet way and a Kodi nozaki versus Minoru Tanaka and
- 4:32[SPEAKER_02]: But that was a match like I wouldn't like after that was done.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, that's a four star match.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, definitely very happy.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_02]: I like made my way out to the outskirts of Fuku or contrast for that.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_02]: Also perfectly, like also the show was very short.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_02]: Like the show was like an hour or basically.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_02]: So it actually perfectly bridge the time until I could, until check and open at the hotel, so that actually worked out nicely too.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_02]: Then otherwise in terms of wrestling that I saw while I was over there.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_02]: Well, so obviously I watched the hardest men's promotion in Japan life because I went to watch the zero one one day tournament in Shinkiba and I have to say like that that's one of those shows that like it like rekindles like your love for wrestling
- 5:29[SPEAKER_02]: because it's just it's simple right like it's nothing like amazing like it's very often it's a kind of like meat and potatoes wrestling but it's like it just works like it's just no nonsense just guys go in there and they hate each other hard
- 5:44[SPEAKER_02]: Right, and at the end of the day one guy is just the pedagogy and he wins and yeah, no that so that was that was really nice like actually like in trips of like the mattress and they're like like a lot of it has gone up on YouTube on Yeah, on behind the paywall on YouTube for zero one aside from the finals as throughout actually informed me
- 6:08[SPEAKER_03]: Which obviously it's like the Tanaka versus Hayabusa and then the semi finals with Matsunaka versus Tanaka.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_02]: Which again like that's the match you probably didn't need to upload because it's too up to minutes Like it's it's it's over so quickly like I like the story right like the story made sense where it's like Tanaka just like completely spent any energy he still had left like beat higher boots
- 6:36[SPEAKER_02]: And then he just didn't have anything left in Matsunaga just completely overwhelmed and some beats him in under two minutes.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I think that makes sense.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_02]: As a story, it's just like, I don't know that's not a match you really need to upload for people to watch, but it's not much there.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_02]: Honestly, like, obviously, like Hayaboo serviced Masatata Naka was great, like, that was awesome.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_02]: I also really, like, Chris vice was Dyska Sekimoto.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_02]: That was just, like, second motor, just, like, running at Chris vice.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_02]: And Chris vice again, like, he's here, right?
- 7:09[SPEAKER_02]: But it's not that it's overbearing.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_02]: with the cheating that he does is like, it's relatively small stuff.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: And it's also just him being an asshole.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_02]: So I think that works really well.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, so like him versus like guys the second motor was just like basically two manager standing then like chopping each other really, really hard and it just like Chris vice is chess for like the rest of the evening just looked like hamburger meat.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_02]: Just because of the chops that he took from second motor.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_02]: And then I actually, I like to go take a Sato versus Takuya Sugovara as well.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_02]: Again, nothing special, but it was very logical, like right, like there was a lot of like good arm work being done in it.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_02]: It didn't overstage, welcome, and everything.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, and then the final I liked as well.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_02]: Well, again, Chris vice did like a bit of cheating.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_02]: uh but then ultimately like junior was just like the baby face at like overcime like Chris vice and like like Chris vice also bladed in that match as well as he was just bleeding all over the place uh including him like taking uh he actually took like a pile driver on the floor from from Matsunaga so like they had to like clean the blood of of the mad as well which actually happened basically right in front of me
- 8:26[SPEAKER_02]: because I showed up on the day like I didn't buy ticket in advance for that one and they still had like a front wall ticket available.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, you know what?
- 8:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just gonna you know what?
- 8:35[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna spend 8000 yen on 0-1.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_02]: Fuck it.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_02]: Why not?
- 8:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so you know that one's definitely like if you have like either if you're like a member of base nail or if you want to spend like the free 99 that that like the 0-1 membership is on YouTube like it's well worth to watch what is available from the show and I mean hopefully it'll upload the finals it would be very weird for them to not upload the finals out of all things
- 9:10[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't bothered to try to figure out how to get on that other things so I'm still YouTube's paid subscriber.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yes.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_02]: Well, especially now that they've kind of like are uploading this stuff pretty quickly as well.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_02]: right it would it would be one thing if like it would take like the you only get matches after like two months or whatever right like that would be like subscribing to like wrestle universe for like marvelous it's like probably not a good idea because that takes two months until those shows up um yeah
- 9:43[SPEAKER_02]: No, so that show well worth your time.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_02]: It's also like it goes, it went by pretty quickly as well.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_02]: So that was one of the shows for like, I went home afterwards.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, yeah, I'm so fucking happy.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_02]: I did this one, this was fucking, then otherwise, stuff that I watched, let's talk about it.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_02]: Let's talk about picture pan.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_02]: So I went so basically I left Japan for about two weeks to go to the Philippines where the company that worked for has an office there.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_02]: So I worked from the Philippines office for two weeks and then I came back to Japan for the weekend.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_02]: uh... of january in caracan hall in front of five four hundred and sixty eight fans which not great is that the most attended caracan you've ever been to apropoli
- 10:40[SPEAKER_02]: So the thing is, on my first trip in 2019, I went to a Michinoca Pro show, and that might have been, that's the only show I can think of, that would have been around that level of like audience.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_02]: Because most of the other core controls I went to were like super packed, basically.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_02]: Like, start and was super full, dragon gate was dragon gate somehow had like a roof like they've been struggling and hurricane for a while, but like the dragon gate, hurricane I went to was just like packed.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and yeah, otherwise.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that's really the only correct.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_02]: See, that's the weird thing.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_02]: So like this picture pan show was like the first car can not not depict a pan.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_02]: So the dragon gate show that I went to like around like basically the day after the zero one show was the first car can show I went to on the entire trip.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_02]: which, again, I would like to remind to listeners, I arrived in Japan on a 28th of December, and the first Korean show I went to was on the 18th of December, so it just like the main reason that took that long as well, because the quite frankly, the European Korean shows were shit.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_02]: like those were bad cards.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_02]: Like even I didn't want to go to those.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, that's why that talked that long.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, otherwise this was probably like the definitely like either first or a second lowest like Hurricane attendance that I've ever been to.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_02]: But I do have to say the crowd was still good.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_02]: Like the crowd still made noise and still was like really engaged.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_02]: Like that's the thing.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_02]: The people that do still go to picture pan really, still care about picture pan.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_02]: And you know what was weird though about the audience what I didn't expect?
- 12:27[SPEAKER_02]: Is the amount of kids in the crowd?
- 12:30[SPEAKER_02]: Which is like a big Japan, like again, these aren't my children, so it's not really my business, but
- 12:37[SPEAKER_02]: Wake Japan doesn't really feel like the promotion you should take like your kid to And I'm not talking about like I don't know you take like your 50-year-old kid there who's like fuck yeah Like somebody's bleeding all over the place.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_02]: Let's go.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_02]: That's that's great Like I'm talking about people bringing like five-year-olds and younger to the shows
- 13:01[SPEAKER_02]: like little kids that are like barely old enough to like be able to sit on their own chair.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, like, I don't know, like that was just really, really fucking real to like see like little kids at the show and then you have like Dale Patrex and like rejuge each or just bleeding all over the place.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_02]: or again, the fucking 200 like light truth match, which was awesome, but they basically gave the people in the front row, like additional pieces of plastic to cover themselves with from the glass shards.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_02]: But again, that includes there were kids in the front row.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_02]: So, I don't know, like that was felt really, really weird.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_02]: I did like to show, though.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_02]: You had, like, basically, you had, like, you a Yoki's, like, last singles match before leaving Big Japan, where he lost to Konkuro Hoshino.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_02]: That was, like, a really solid match.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_02]: The Big Japan, like, world strong heavyweight title, like, soda and laundry was Kazuma's Yoshida.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_02]: That was awesome.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, like did the crowd reaction still come across on VOD, yes, especially as the much built
- 14:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no, because I, I was also one of those that like really got into it as a went along with, like you just, like the entire crowd was just chanting for like your shader.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_02]: And we know it's like basically like before the match as well, like your shader got like all of the streamers and Dimonji got exactly one and he was like snarling at the crowd as he took up his mask.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no, I thought that was awesome.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_02]: I honestly, I have to say,
- 14:43[SPEAKER_02]: I kind of think they showed a like switch to title here like just based on like how over you see that was and the fact that like diamondy has like run through a lot of people right there's not a lot of people left yeah and it's especially like I don't know if you saw who the next challenger is oh I did yes which like and if that's your fucking next challenger you might
- 15:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, which that's not going to be like that's the other thing is actually concur Hoshino like jumped up to like challenge and then Ryuji Eto also came and then like just shoot like Hoshino away, which was also kind of weird, but like I don't know like Ryuji Eto has been washed for like what 15 years and more probably no 15 years I think feels fair.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_02]: Like he's been watched for like 15 years at this point.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_02]: I, I don't know, like, just at least never been like a guy that was all that great at like non-death match match match match match.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_02]: So like this, yeah, I will have to be like a big.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm on G, like, carry job to like make this watchable.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_02]: And I really hope he doesn't win.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_02]: I really hope he doesn't win.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, the, the, like, I didn't try to match what's awesome, too.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_02]: So that was like, that was the light tube's match.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_02]: That's, I have to say, like, I'm a sucker for light tube.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_02]: Death matches and the, like, the, like, pop noise that they make when when they burst is way, is even more satisfying in person.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_02]: Enjoy them while they last.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's the other thing.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_02]: That's like,
- 16:22[SPEAKER_02]: It's I think it's from 2027 so I could might actually be a bite the next time I go back to Japan they might no longer have them although I think I've heard that like all of the death match promotions are just like hoarding them right now they like buy them wherever they can.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_02]: so that they can stretch it out as much as possible after they get out loud.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, but it's also like the thing that you don't really notice on videos to how the shards go everywhere, including into the crowd.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_02]: There was actually one relatively large shard at land, at like two rows in front of me.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_02]: So I have to say,
- 17:02[SPEAKER_02]: the dust does actually make it hard to breathe.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I still think, like, I still maybe don't think you should cut on, like, you know, like, a fall on, like, PPE and everything, when you go watch a light tube death match.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I don't think that maybe is a little bit overkill, but like, it, it is noticeable when you, like, breathe in the light tube dust.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_02]: It's not healthy for you.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_02]: Let's say that.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_03]: And yes.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_03]: So I also, I will just add, since we're on sort of like,
- 17:32[SPEAKER_03]: So watch the finals of the Farring, Kazan Tag Tournament, which was Junior Matsunaga and Tsugataka Sato defeating Hayabusa and Jensation Zaki in 2024, with the Beasting for Matsunaga and Hayabusa.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_03]: With the big surprise shock win, that was a very solid good match.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_03]: And I would say that right now, it's 0-1 is in the leading of promotion of the year.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, oh yeah, I know it had definitely out for me.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and let's see.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, and also I watched from the seventh.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_03]: They did upload this to YouTube.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_03]: Shuji Shikawa defeated a high abuse in 1421 with a splash mountain and I quite enjoyed it.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I wouldn't quite go four stars, but, uh, it was great because high abuse, it would just bump and go wild for everything.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, it's Shikawa did, right?
- 18:20[SPEAKER_03]: And that kept it, uh, that kept it very solid.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_02]: No, but I also really like what zero one is doing.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they built things slowly, right?
- 18:29[SPEAKER_02]: They have guys underneath and they keep like signing guys as well.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_02]: They have a bunch of trainees now to the starting of women's division, which we'll see how that goes.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_02]: But you know what, at least they like, at least they seem actually committed as opposed to like no throwing like women's match on like a big show.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_02]: Otherwise keeping it completely confined to like
- 18:53[SPEAKER_02]: uh to like monday magic uh so this definitely seems like to actually like or like same of great right like we're great has like basically the mythical Miyagi match and that's it in terms of like well that's what you mean at the time you're whole company yeah
- 19:10[SPEAKER_03]: Paul, I would be room, oh, just a couple of notes.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_03]: First, great.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_03]: And now that Naurian Amora would be coming in for a little debt, UWF rules match against right.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_03]: Usually hit Jakarta of all people, and that's in March, I believe.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_03]: That's such a random thing.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you can especially with some of the future, like, I think actually hit Jakarta is the more random part of the number doing like, lit that stuff.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's just, uh, it is what it is.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_03]: And also, of course, we would be remist also not mentioned.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_03]: a couple of our favorite wrestlers first cats he could not consume it's coming in to zero one and he he he he he he he he he could actually not to knock in high boost in the zero one dojo and basically said without you to not to knock
- 19:54[SPEAKER_03]: And on 20, the 28th of February in a Boschian, it'll be Nakajima versus Matsunaga, which is probably going to set up then Hayabusa versus Nakajima at Nakajima's Produce Show in May, I believe.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think so.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_03]: Honestly, Nakajima should just go to zero one.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, no, no.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_02]: I don't remember like, who kind of where that was or if that was just a discussion that I had with people in Japan was basically like where does Nakajima go in case he like leaves like great and my thing was like, well, you should just go to zero one.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_03]: that is that was not in the way that's on Nakajima and also I'll be recording a podcast with Alan for Alan Friday and we're going to be talking all about Nakajima's career.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_03]: So look out for that.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_03]: That is a rest paradise show.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_02]: It's a wild ride like that's the other thing you're probably going to have to like I don't know in like 10 years record a part two of that because it's going to be so much more re-edited that he's done since then.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, including probably me.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know his TNA run his MLW run
- 21:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_03]: Corbauer would actually book that.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'm surprised.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_02]: Like, this might just be a thing where, like, Nakajima doesn't want to go to the U.S., but then again, he was teasing that when he was before Japan.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_02]: So, I don't know.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_03]: He went to the states, like, a couple year or two ago.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_03]: Think, 2023, 2023.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, 2023.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_03]: So, I think he went to the couple states in the states.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_02]: So, yeah.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, that seems like, like, he seems like the quintessential
- 21:38[SPEAKER_03]: And Paul, we did not mention this man on our 100th episode.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, we have to know that.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_02]: I was, I was debating whether or not I should write you that we should put him like number one on the, on the, on the, on the run sheet.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, on, in celebration of a hundredth episode, uh, we have to say that jacally has become fully joker-fied.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_02]: The chest of my accent looks like I feel very vindicated.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_02]: I feel so fucking vindicated when people were like, ah, look, he's entertaining in New Japan.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, you know, you really go and fucking shit's the bad in the big main event.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_02]: Like, god damn it.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_03]: So, but at least it is, well, New Japan finally break the curse of him falling upwards.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, I mean, he just had a titan match, right?
- 22:25[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I mean, we're, we're like, oh, you mean, he's like going somewhere else?
- 22:29[SPEAKER_03]: No, he's going to keep getting pushed out of the top of the card.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you mean, he's, oh, yeah, I mean, like, I don't think he's going to win a new Japan cup because he just had a titan shot, right?
- 22:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I actually have him going out against column Newman to like establish Calum as like the leader of the United Empire, but hey, did he once right there?
- 22:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you never know.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, the thing is like,
- 22:51[SPEAKER_03]: He only really got the title and no, because kind of had been so accredited.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_02]: And it kind of had nobody else to put the title on.
- 22:59[SPEAKER_03]: It'd be an injury or two away.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they could have put it on cano, but for some reason, they just refused to put the title on cano long term.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, but you know, I still think he's probably it may be an injury or two away or another round of
- 23:20[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I could definitely see it.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I'm gonna get great at it and you like immediate danger.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_02]: I could definitely also see him when like global title or something like that for us as well.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_03]: Oh yeah, I could see him.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I could see him be the guy that beats who ever beats Suji for a global title.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_03]: And then I guess one other little thing that I'll mention, although I don't know how likely this is,
- 23:49[SPEAKER_03]: Joe Lanzer reporting, talking about, and this is just what he heard in so much speculation, but that if all our sales that David Finley sees Noah as a possible backup, I mean, I'm not even like his WWE offer, and so he's trying to see what if New Japan can come anywhere close.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_03]: and then he also said that or he it also sounds like people are saying that if if a new Japan doesn't want him although it sounds like they do he would also go to Noah.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_03]: What do you think of that?
- 24:20[SPEAKER_03]: Because I actually think he'd actually be a he'd actually fit in.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_03]: I think he'd actually fit in.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_03]: I think he'd actually fit in.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_03]: Like they're going to stick him in in 10,000.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_03]: So aren't they?
- 24:29[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yes, unfortunately.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_02]: I have to say like I was not a big fan of David Finley until like a couple of years ago.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_02]: like I thought he was just in credit, like he was just the jaguiest of drags on the New Japan roster for a long time.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_02]: And then he just kind of became like that is until they like trained to stay in ring style and he just became a guy that just kills people, like it's just like, it's just like, now how about I just do one more power bomb and another power bomb and another power bomb.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_02]: And then I actually started liking him.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_02]: So I definitely think this world's people you can bring in the day, but finally, like that's the other thing.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_02]: That's why I was kind of like, I guess it's a money thing, right?
- 25:14[SPEAKER_02]: Like that's the reason why he like let us new Japan contract laps because to me, it was like, I don't think either of the big like US like companies would use him well.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_02]: So I think him just like staying in Japan is just
- 25:30[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, like in terms of like maybe not money-wise, but like in terms of like being able to do interesting stuff and not like sitting catering.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_02]: I think the staying in Japan is like the best thing he can do.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, maybe if New Japan can't with payment and he goes back to that, this fine.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_02]: But honestly, I think he would do well in Noah.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_02]: I think he also kind of like need a guy like I just don't trust how they broke him.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, the problem is that they're probably going to put him in team 2,000 acts, right?
- 26:00[SPEAKER_02]: Like that's the problem, yeah, but then I think like I'm not going to be around forever, right?
- 26:07[SPEAKER_02]: No, but it's not, it's going to be around for a while.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_02]: I think probably, yeah, but like that's but again, also given a whole quickly, they like, like basically rotate people through that faction, like you probably would put him in immediately and then he's probably going to be out there
- 26:24[SPEAKER_03]: No, I was gonna say that no, he comes in and he kicks us all out or something.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, I could definitely see that and I think that's actually because that's the profing I think right now where it's like, okay, it's very clearly seems to be getting towards them like kicking out Osawa, but then it's like, well, who the fuck's the leader of the like faction if they kick out Osawa?
- 26:47[SPEAKER_02]: And I'd rather they bring in David Finley and make him
- 26:53[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know what the chance of that are, but it's just that it's just a little note that I thought I'd bring up it.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_03]: I'm actually not against it.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, no, no, same.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so we go all the way back to February 2nd and, well, I think everybody still agree that these are progressing Noah's shows.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, I guess so I have to say the reason so I'm so for Fortland France is like I wrote a rod and asked him if he's if we should still consider these like shows, progressing Noah shows and to be quite frank to main reason I asked that was because I'm really really fucking bored with Monday magic.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I don't think the quiet is exciting as it used to be, but I still kind of like them because they do sort of have established their own sort of like characters that I want to see do stuff like I like I just haven't zanned or quite a bit actually and for whatever reason no was not going to use him in Noah.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, as I don't think because it really seems to like pop into the Marvel's Dojo and then pop back out.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's a big about that.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_03]: Like he's not quite ready to commit full time in Japan.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_03]: So and you look at get that.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_03]: So it is what it is.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_02]: I'm wondering if he is like angling to get like a contract with like one of the like like I think it would be stupid for him to go to either a w w e, but you know right now.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, if he could, well, here's the thing, why not, if he were to sign with Noah and be a full timer, like that's how he could build his profile to actually like, you know, come hand a nice offer.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, from AEW or WWE.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's why I don't get by like because otherwise he seems like, you know, like a smart kid, you know, or guy, well, how old is he actually is dad is a wrestler too, right?
- 28:50[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, think yeah, he's a second generation guy.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I really like because otherwise he seems like he seems like as they could go ahead on a shoulder that knows exactly like how he should build his career.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_02]: And to me, like, like he's done everything he can on the US in these sorts of time to just
- 29:05[SPEAKER_02]: commit to like the next step would be to just commit and go to like one of the bigger promotions in Japan have like a good like Free four year on there and then sign a big money contract with one of the big US promotion.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, because I look they're not No, I'm clearly like someone knows all the clue.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah
- 29:24[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know what it is.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_03]: Like maybe he has other commitments back in the States, whatever, but that's the option for him.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_03]: So we started off with the three-way match.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_03]: I'm Oscar.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_03]: If you're driving being in a sushi katoge in 716 with the of court in the Kai Koku, of course, from Amoska on katoge.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_03]: Chase every defeated soda pop in 845 with that inside cradle everybody's talking about soda pop, but it is what it was it was what it was not much to say not actually watch with great
- 30:02[SPEAKER_03]: uh, when this, uh, great security used to get zoom in, sweet, sweet Baku on Ellie and Paul.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_03]: Look, I'm not, I was very interested in seeing Marie Malenko because Dean Malenko was one of my all-time favorites.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry, but it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, right?
- 30:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think doing the business.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_02]: Ah, okay, because I was like, if you had like a daughter, it should just, you know, do like Marie Malenko versus like, whatever the fuck Chris Jerry, if Chris Jerry goes a daughter, whatever the fuck her name is.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_03]: I meant to watch the Marie Malenko versus Sarah Yamaoka match, Mary goals.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't got a married goal yet.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_02]: I actually, I actually, I have to say that's one of the promotions I actually got into a lot more watching them live, what's Mary goals.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, really?
- 30:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, I think just quick story.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not surprised you're at the state they are giving the amount of talent they actually managed to bring over from startup, which was not much.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_03]: And in some adjustment time with their rookies, because a lot of them are obviously not very good.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_03]: I think so, but surely they are building up their own identity with their own rockers.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_02]: And obviously having like, you know, seri there as like, like a genuine, like super rookie.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, fuck, she won the like observer vote for best rookie.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_02]: Which, you know, a as a woman, b in a promotion as small as marical.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_02]: It's like a damn near marical to win that award.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not gonna lie, I voted for thank you, Shiva.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I probably would have to, if I had a vote, but I can't fall, like, tell your mouth, it's awesome.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I can't fall that either.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_03]: So I keep your eyes on Marie Molyneco, because I think there's something there.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_03]: I thought she moved around and had a, like, I don't want to overstate it, but she,
- 31:55[SPEAKER_03]: This did not necessarily look like her debut match.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_03]: Not that she looked like she wasn't green in some ways, but she looked very comfortable in the room.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's definitely pretty clear she's done some training with her dad.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_02]: Like there was a lot of like ways she like moved around doing.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_03]: And it's the smart thing, sending her to a marvelous, like, you've framed by one of the greatest women in the subject.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_03]: And then we had the eight-man magic rumble, and then with Titus Alexander to feed Archie Cole with a big ugly to win, and then you had in this match, Jacob Crane.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_03]: Nathan to win, which part of IIA, Galeno, Icar Navarra, Hayada, and Archie Cole with Hayada being the weird,
- 32:34[SPEAKER_03]: It's like one of these things, isn't it?
- 32:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's true.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_03]: I will say this.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_03]: The Nathan to win guy has caught my eye.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_03]: Still very green, but I think it's something there.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because I think he caught a little bit of flag because he, like, because he was associated a lot with, like, the, the, the, the Spanish guys, the Barcelona blacklist guys, like he's not a part of that.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_02]: I sure.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he's such exactly, but he was like hanging like basically right like on his first like Monday magic season, he was like basically with them all the time, even though he's not a member of it.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_02]: So, right.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, no, I, I, to me, he also was like a guy that I think there's something there.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and then we had Naomi Chi Marifuji Keno and Masakatsu for Naki versus Dachi, Hashimoto Masaki, Mochizuki and her car set are going to a 20 minute time on it.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_03]: Probably didn't have to go to a 20 minute time for it.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_03]: No, there were some nice stuff in there, but it just, you know, could you see if we're not moving around?
- 33:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_02]: No, that was scary.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that could have gone really, really badly with him, but luckily it seems fine.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_02]: But probably maybe it's time to think about retirement.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_03]: For sure.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_03]: I like the match.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_03]: It just went too long.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_03]: It was solid though to see some of those guys who are mixed up and do their thing.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_03]: And then in May of that kind of key to me, I defeated we have CM Punk at home 13 13 13 13 with the Shining Lancer and You know, isn't James that said I'm about presence about him and he's like in his late 30s and he's been doing this for a while, but he looks sloppy as how at points and like that move where he sort of like runs into the ropes like I don't know how to describe it like you know how like
- 34:15[SPEAKER_03]: John Moxley does that close line when he like sort of goes to the roast for momentum.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_03]: He does it where he like rolls into the ropes to get momentum to do a spin kick.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_03]: But he does this so slowly it like barely looks like he's going to get it done.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know he's not very good.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like it's one of those guys, but it's like it's probably like a guy that like either like Nuzawa somehow knows or it's like a guy that like somebody that knows Nuzawa knows and that's why he was brought up.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_02]: He looks like a guy that knows how it would book.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he really does put like that's the other thing like the other foreignist he's generally books are at least like you know like even if they're like not the best looked like younger guys that have potential was like this guy isn't that at all.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, he's the NWA Texas champion, but he's yeah, he's been doing this for a while.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, hey, at least there's some reason to evidence of like NWA guys doing well in Japan.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_03]: So, yes, so from there, we had the legacy rise, which did 1,522 fans for a super novignancy full house.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_03]: And oh, that's beyond us.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_03]: How did they get
- 35:21[SPEAKER_03]: 1,500 or 1,500 fans in there when the top two matches were...
- 35:26[SPEAKER_03]: They're fucking hard, yeah.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's impressive, right?
- 35:30[SPEAKER_02]: Like, for all our griping about the booking and everything, it definitely doesn't seem they've cooled off yet in terms of attendance.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_03]: Well, no, but I mean, it's because of Ditto and they're beautiful, where you see.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_03]: where you say I mean it's because of Naito I don't think people will take it for you say no but it helps that he's under Naito's wing as opposed yeah I mean I don't much to say about this on this show because like white raven squad versus LTJ was what you'd expect although you know I thought Naito looked better here than he did in the previous match and then we'd then go on to shoot the better than next match he had
- 36:06[SPEAKER_03]: So a rare respite, and then Kentopint, where you see on his match, look, I thought though that Dragon Bay and Alohandro versus Mark True and Kieran Lacy was a lot of fun.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_03]: I'd like to go through Lacy, it's good to see them back and get that chance, also Alpha Wolf and Kai-Fuji Marvers and Daga and Dekino Shima was pretty good.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_03]: And then it's fun to watch sort of
- 36:32[SPEAKER_03]: So how should we say, Bachman Surrey is making up for his previously really bad comedy by just working hard now again.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, no.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that's the thing.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_02]: That's like, but if he is actually serious, he is a great wrestler.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_02]: That's just a very often he just is like, now I'm just going to do comedy into that.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, that was very impressive of nobody do that for that card.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_02]: I was sure that like this was going to like break their like like they're like sell out streak essentially.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I mean, I was born or I'm surprised that I'll Japan got over a thousand for the last one.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_02]: I guess people want to watch the wrestling in Japan.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_02]: The junior game.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_02]: The fucking new Japan sold out like the large
- 37:23[SPEAKER_03]: That's right.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_03]: A guy that failed for being a draw in Osaka.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's funny.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_03]: So then we're off to Monday Magic Rising Sun final episode for this season of Monday Magic.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_03]: So it's probably not going to be back to like, feeling bad April they come back or something.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_02]: Fing April, yeah.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_02]: I wonder if I think that was something in April.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_03]: I think I have another Schumohal magic or
- 37:48[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, it got downgraded all the way to Shantuku phase.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_02]: Like that one is actually coming up before the next season, which is weird because they built nothing for that on this season of Monday magic, but like that one is coming up like I think next month, with double check, like I think it's coming up pretty soon.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, universe magic, March 9th at Shantuku phase, which
- 38:13[SPEAKER_02]: So like realistic, okay, maybe not next time we record, but like basically in two shows we're going to like be talking about that show and so far there's nothing announced and there's no money magic shows.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know like it's just going to be like a full like mystery vortex show then.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_03]: Well, it doesn't just have to do with the universe copper, whatever it is.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, it might be that it's that one, yeah.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I have saw some matches and then I forgot to write it down or record it.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, wait, no.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_03]: We'll check the trustee dramatic DDT.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_03]: So it's on March 9th.
- 38:54[SPEAKER_03]: And we've got, yeah, this is just round one.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_03]: And then, oh, wait, I'm stupid.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_02]: No, I'm stupid.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_02]: I'm stupid.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't scroll down far enough to see the cart.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's sincere to Kagi was great mummy, Murafuji versus Jero, Isami Kodaka was great Sasuke.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I don't, I feel like that would have been a great match like five years ago.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_02]: Now, with the state Kodaka's in, I don't know.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I boosted versus you, Mahito in Monari, and then we've got that's the first one and then on the 6th of April at the University of Magic, it's the finals.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_03]: I've got to assume that, do you think there's a high boost of win this?
- 39:37[SPEAKER_02]: I'm because I was about to make that point because I'm looking at that and I'm like, I don't know, high up boost has like the old league, I that make sense.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_02]: Could you say what would you do?
- 39:46[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it could be Mariffogey, but I would be such a boring, I could put the finest half to be Mariffogey was Hayabouza, right?
- 39:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_02]: That to me seems like the only real option there in terms of a possible final.
- 40:01[SPEAKER_02]: And then I could see that go either way.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_02]: I would...
- 40:04[SPEAKER_02]: probably like the higher boost of winning is the more interesting option, but then if they actually just want to go for like, I don't know, one of just two Morifujian stat, like, fine.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_02]: And it also seems to be selling pretty well, like front roads, front roads seats, and the counter seats are sold out, and then the remaining category reserve seats is on limited availability.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_02]: So,
- 40:26[SPEAKER_02]: that probably going to sell out, I mean, it should sell out, it should go phased, but it's not like it's a star starter show.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_03]: So for this non-money magic finale, we had the GHC Hardcore title, Matzato Tanaka defeated Titus Alexander in 1529 with the sliding D to win the title.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I like the chemistry that these two have, although, you know, I mean, you mileage may vary on what it's essentially a WWE Hardstyle
- 40:54[SPEAKER_02]: I don't like these, I'll never like these.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't really like, I thought it was fine, you know.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_02]: Again, I just don't, don't give me hardcore matches without blood, like, no, that is just an automatic, just massive, big, fat, negative, and the negative call them for me.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_02]: If you, if you call it a hardcore match and there's no blood,
- 41:18[SPEAKER_03]: And then next up, Mewki to Casay, Marima, Lanko, and Sophia Savin defeated Zones, Dream Gore, Ellie, and Olivia Rose in 655 with the Texas Clover Leaf from Malenco on Rose.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, this was short.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_03]: Couldn't really tell anything.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_03]: You can tell that Marie applied that Texas Clover Leaf perfectly.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that seems like something, like her and her dad have practiced like two to death in the basement or something.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_02]: Or whatever, like, oh, whatever, home to like, my like, go ahead.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_03]: Four way match.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_03]: Hi, I had a defeated dragonbane, Ada, an archie call in 649 with the modified pinfot on call.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like, Bachelors like this, that it's like, I'm just, yes, it's fair to say that like money back just getting boring.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_03]: What does this mean?
- 42:11[SPEAKER_02]: like free, like free of the four guys and they're just like regular, no or rostum members.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_02]: Like the only thing that makes this like a Monday magic match is the fact that Archie Cole is in there.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_03]: Didn't Archie Cole work actual Noah shows?
- 42:25[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think so.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_02]: I think he only worked Monday magic.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's strictly, like I think he's actually signed to Monday magic.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_02]: Well, he's over.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he is.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_02]: That again, I would put him on a regular Noah show, but I think he is
- 42:42[SPEAKER_03]: I forgot to see I was going to say that like Archie has gotten like in that got a royal like they were they wanted Archie to win when it just came down to him and tight us.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_03]: Yep, crowds really into him.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and then we had Galenio Chase Emory, Eichernovara and Danny Dugin defeating Izzy James Nathan to win Ritz Portaella and soda pop in 1958 when Navarro Pintaella.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_03]: Again, not much of this match, although I thought this is the match where I was like, yeah, I thought to win it was, um, or Divined.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_03]: Um, where I was like, yeah, this guy's making some strides.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_03]: I think there's something there.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_03]: I use this sort of non-script and a lot of the other matches, but he's slowly building something.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_03]: So I would keep my eye on him and give him another chance.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_03]: And uh, I don't know, it's not much to this.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's what this was just, again, that's why me like I'm kind of just bored with these spectators, bad house shows for the most part.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_03]: And then, made of it for the GHC Williams title, my U.E.
- 43:51[SPEAKER_03]: Wattani defeated Great Sequoia in 1415 with the moonsault press to make her second defense of the title.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_03]: Um, we've got another point, even where Ewatani does not go all out in every match that she has, uh, I thought this was perfectly solid.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_03]: Although I will say that I, um, I tolerate Greets Akuya a lot more of these days than I used to when she first debuted.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, sure.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_03]: She's really turned down as well.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_03]: But this was like a three and a quarter special.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no, no, definitely like definitely wasn't like a botanicaling a lot like you could definitely see her be like I don't need to like go balls to the wall for this I literally saw have a better at to be fair was that a better but basically I saw her like on the Marigold show defend the the super flight title against um I'm playing on a name now
- 44:41[SPEAKER_02]: on Demarigal Show and I thought that was a better match than this and this wasn't a bad match.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_03]: I just thought that one had a better story than this was just kind of pain by the numbers and then we go on to know a legacy rise 26 on February 11th at Cork and Hall in front of 1598 fans super no vacancy for house.
- 45:02[SPEAKER_03]: Now I'm not surprised that this shows all the air.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_02]: Like, they loaded this one up, this one better than it all, yeah.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_03]: So we had Kaito Kiemia, Glano, Harutoki, and Madori Takahachi defeating Manibu soya, Hajimeo Harat, and Yuto Koyanagi, and Haroya Seruia, in 6 or 6 of the Glano special, from Glano, and Koyanagi, perfectly fine, opener, although honestly, I would prefer to think just
- 45:33[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think I'm showing you know, I mean, to be fair that doing that, I think they're putting them in like singles mattress as well over like the next couple of tours as well.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_03]: And then in the junior tagly Mark true and Kieran Lacey defeated Amasca and Black men's array in 617 with the true star press from true on mental ray.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_03]: Was this the last for true like hit a little sketchy looking shooting our press.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, to the outside, where I nearly hit a set?
- 46:02[SPEAKER_03]: No, after the finish.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, for the finish, maybe.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, no, maybe it was on the other shows.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, again, six minutes fine, but there's not much to do.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_03]: Either was there much to this one.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_03]: Tadasuke Jr. Masinooka defeated.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_03]: At Sushi Catalki and Haroki in 4-13, with the ambitions from Masinoca and Haroki, again, like this Tadasuke Masinoka team is just doing nothing.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, get to worse.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_03]: No, a junior tagley, more.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_03]: So, dog and deco to sheenman defeated.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_03]: Aida and Katzumi in a haunted 835 with the Diablo wings from dog on in about it.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_03]: And I get in about it is sort of playing the role of like the not completely risky, but he sort of like went down and wrote sort of a young boy status when he joined Noah from JTO, but he's established enough to be in this tournament.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_03]: This is about to give more time.
- 46:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I thought Dakey in a hard work really well together.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_02]: No, I definitely want to see this as like a title match down the line.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_02]: Like probably not anytime soon because obviously like Ada and I had a lot of stuff.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_02]: But like I think they definitely like I you know what I mean the things with in a harder if he's going to be a junior long term or if he's moving up to heavyweight after a while I think he's kind of on the cast right in terms of size.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_02]: So but otherwise I definitely want to see these two in like a junior title
- 47:34[SPEAKER_02]: in a hot hour will likely be that because yeah, no, he's going to be a heavyweight.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, never mind.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_02]: He's like once he puts on some muscle, he's going up the heavyweight for sure.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_03]: And then the last junior tagging match on the show, Alpha Wolf and Kai Fuji more defeated Dragon Band in Alejandro in 1122 with the Death Hanger from Wolf on Alejandro.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_03]: Sort of an interesting finish just to have Wolf pin Alejandro instead of one of the brothers
- 48:00[SPEAKER_03]: This was sort of the long-awaited match, I thought it was solid, but it wasn't sort of what I was expecting.
- 48:05[SPEAKER_03]: This team's given on the sheet and rather turning on brother thing.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, wood was there in terms of like clean wrestling was pretty good, but then obviously it had to be like, yeah, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood, wood
- 48:19[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, because now we go, as you say, we're now in the bullshit end of the card.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_03]: G.C.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_03]: Tagting Teltetsu and Nido and Bouchi defeated Kenton, Hayada in 1412 with the, the maps from Bouchi on Hayada to make their first defense on Wuf.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_03]: Man, Nido, who looks somewhat possible in that six-man tag.
- 48:38[SPEAKER_03]: He really shot the bed here again.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_03]: Paul, did you see the spot where he went to sort of give Ken to the elbow and then he fell flat on his ass?
- 48:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't think to seem the first time this has happened to him.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_02]: I'm pretty sure I've seen this happen to him like in Japan, like if not in Japan and in New Japan before.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's like,
- 49:01[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, like, allegedly he got, like, you know, like stuff done on his knees and everything, but did he go?
- 49:07[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's the thing.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_02]: It doesn't really seem like like if he did, it didn't do anything or at least didn't do anything good.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_02]: It was not, he was not room stereo.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_02]: No, it definitely is not like that.
- 49:20[SPEAKER_02]: It's okay.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_02]: Now, to be fair, that is like to gold stand at in terms of, like, get something done on your knees and it literally like re-vines the clock by like 15 years.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_02]: because Ray Mysterio was barely mobile and then he got whatever the fuck he did with his knees and it was basically he was like mid to fouls.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_02]: Not maybe not 90's Ray Mysterio but at a very least it was like mid to 1000's Ray Mysterio again.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_02]: That nighto's not that nighto is like
- 49:49[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_02]: He just needs to revamp his style because this just isn't working at all.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_02]: He can't do the destino at all.
- 50:00[SPEAKER_02]: That's why Bush gets all of the pins.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, this is beyond changing up his style when you're doing simple spots in falling.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I guess, but yeah.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_02]: I don't like here's the thing.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna I'm gonna watch him next month and 16 characters and I'm kind of dreading it.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how that's gonna go.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's gonna be weird.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_03]: Well, what they're they're not gonna stop with the numbers.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_03]: The question is how much longer are the fans going to keep coming to see night out like are we at the point finishing returns very soon I mean they're going to keep the going to keep going until they get that like.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_02]: Osaba versus Naito main event has a singles match, right?
- 50:45[SPEAKER_02]: Like that's very clearly where we're going with this.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_03]: The only person I would feel comfortable in this company having a singles match with Naito would be Kaido.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like he's doing it.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_02]: I like Osaba, but Osaba is not the kind of guy that is going to be able to do that.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_03]: Harry, I'm more limited upon.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_03]: And then we go on to the GHC Heavyweight Championship.
- 51:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yoshi, you know, Mara defeated Takashi Tsugara in 1939 with the discharge to make his fourth defense of the title.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_03]: And what else is it to say, Paul?
- 51:18[SPEAKER_03]: They teased
- 51:19[SPEAKER_03]: Sagerah setting the rest of team 2,000 X to the back because we've back to mentioned, Shinjuron Tani opened the show and Noah has to basically take it over the management of him.
- 51:29[SPEAKER_03]: So he's like a roster member of Noah, like a, like a, the roster member of Noah.
- 51:34[SPEAKER_03]: And so we all thought, oh, this is a tribute to Oh, Tani, they're going to go wrestle a match.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_03]: And yes, there were some great moments when these guys had the slugging slug each other like I thought, but this
- 51:47[SPEAKER_03]: And then the mass just predictably goes the way you think it does kind of sticks Osawa in the shark cage and then, you know, you know, we're opposed it out this I don't know, I'm sorry when people goes far as to die to I mean
- 52:03[SPEAKER_03]: I kept y, but there was some cool innumerable and rigorous and rigorous stuff, but again, just completely overshadowed by the rules.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_03]: But on the bright side, Kenos actually getting his title batch.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_03]: And perhaps we have passed the innumerable has to go through Team 2,000 X.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_02]: But you know, I would like to only, like, okay, in terms of the match, I actually,
- 52:24[SPEAKER_02]: You know what?
- 52:25[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, maybe because like all of the other matches were filled with so much more bullshit.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't mind it as much in this match because it was very limited.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 52:35[SPEAKER_02]: Like it was basically like they wrestled the clean early on and then they brought out the shark tank.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_02]: But that was...
- 52:42[SPEAKER_02]: relatively short and then team 2000 X was gone and there was a little bit more cheating from secure after that.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_02]: But I don't think it was like ass overwhelming as it has been in like other matches as like for example in the Budokan match or the the massacre damage match.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_02]: I felt I felt those two were worse for cheating.
- 53:04[SPEAKER_02]: So I actually liked this one a bit more than that.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_02]: Um, in terms of, I mean, I hope that in Amura's Dawn of Team 2,000 eggs now.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he's beaten everybody, right?
- 53:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like he beat all of the heavyweights that they have, uh, the only way he's not is if no are like tolerance cano in the title match and has him join Team 2,000 eggs.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_02]: Which I think would be stupid.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, of course it's stupid.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, but, but, but, but, but what I could see is that I think cano might win.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_02]: I think so too, because you know what's going to happen afterwards, what is going to lose the title to NATO on this first defense and then you go to NATO and Ozawa.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, hopefully quickly, hopefully really quickly.
- 53:53[SPEAKER_03]: Well, what I was going to say was that I like Canada was the rule block for both in and
- 54:03[SPEAKER_02]: All right, I'm just trying to figure out whether or not they would actually put the title on night off feel like he's like, I mean, you don't have that I feel like they will, but I feel like you don't have to if like you can do a server versus night off of out a title, like it doesn't need the title, but I feel like they're going to do it anyway.
- 54:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, what else could they do in terms of really big money matches.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, you can get everyone like kind of versus night was a big match and then ultimately those all versus night was a big match.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but then does this get strong out of the way to the new year, or are they just going to keep that not a ring brief, I mean, they should keep it brief, right, like, yeah, he's just like we were just talking about how bad he is now, so you can really like keep the title on him long term.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_02]: that's just not going to work.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_02]: But you know, like who knows, like we might be sitting here in like September, going into like month free of the night, Tetsu and I to Tidal Ray in and there's three more months to go until the New Year's show.
- 55:11[SPEAKER_02]: you know what but at the very least that would finally like break the curse of me being there for like Noah and New Year's show for terrible main events because they're the whole thing in two years it's going to be good.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_03]: I should have asked Paul, are you cursing these?
- 55:28[SPEAKER_02]: No, I mean, obviously, I am because it's just like back to back now.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_02]: I mean at the very least, I was able to go to Bouducan this time around, so there's that at the very least.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_02]: But like, yeah, I definitely, I feel a little bit cursed at the moment where it's just like,
- 55:45[SPEAKER_02]: Ah, yeah, I finally get to see a shirt to put a gun and yeah, I was like, oh man, there's no way in the mirror versus I was gonna be bad and yeah, unfortunately it was bad, it was really bad.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_02]: It's no way just society that they wanted to like sell Osawa down the river to like get in a morrow over.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_02]: when the crowd really, really didn't want that.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_02]: The crowd was there to see Osawa win and no one was just like, no.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_02]: Not only are you gonna see him lose, you're also going to like, see him not do anything at all in the match, so you basically wasted your time.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_02]: So then we have also, sorry, just a quick, fight chicken and the Buddha kind of bad.
- 56:27[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, okay, so no fight chicken and the Buddha kind of people.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_02]: No, I mean, you can buy it, but it's not very good.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, well, that's important.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so then we had the double-hatter in Shinagawa on Valentine's Day.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_03]: The first show, I only watched the tag title matches and like Dragon Bane at Alejandro versus Atsocia Catalvina Horocchi beating them in 1112 when the Twister Bane from Bane on Horocchi.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, that was solid, but it wasn't much.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_03]: And then, of course, Tatuscan June Massoca defeating Alpha Wolf and Kai Fujimura in 808 with a two-pot from Tatusca on Fujimura.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_03]: It was like,
- 57:12[SPEAKER_02]: I think I have a controversial, I feel like I'm probably the only one that kind of like this match.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_02]: But here's the thing because both sides were cheating.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_02]: I think that made it less bad to me.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_02]: I think that just kind of cancels it out and then just everybody cheating just became the story of the match.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_02]: And that actually made it a more engaging story.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but the, I don't know, there's been, but these heal factions versus heal faction matches a tournament.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_03]: I got over the long time ago when there was like the bullet clubs would face off you to get to each other and do you want it?
- 57:50[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, at the very least, they didn't do the fucking bullshit.
- 57:54[SPEAKER_02]: uh... one guy pretends to lie down and then tries to roll the other up at the beginning of the matches with the fucking bullet club was doing all the god damn time every single fucking bullet club with bullet club match started with somebody lying down pretending that they're just gonna get pinned and then trying to roll up the other guy and then so
- 58:16[SPEAKER_03]: on the evening show.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_03]: I thought that Amoska Black and Surrey versus Ada and Kets Sumi in a hot at time on the draw.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_03]: That was a fun match and I thought men's a great work really hard here to show that he is no comedy guy.
- 58:31[SPEAKER_03]: And then the main event, Dekki, Dagan Dekki or Ashima, Dekki, Mark True and Kieran Lacey in 1144 with the Diablo Wings from Daga on Lacey.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_03]: I quite enjoyed this match actually.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_03]: But it was too short given this is the main event of the show like come on could give them I know it's a 15 minute time on it But you could have given them two more minutes
- 58:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but I guess maybe because the previous show when, like, 15, but yeah.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_03]: So the no attack, Junior Tagalog standings are Tatsuke and Junior Master Oka with six awful from coming through to more of four.
- 59:03[SPEAKER_03]: Dragon being in a Alejandro four, dog and Dekio to Schema four.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_03]: At Sushika talking in a rookie two, Mark true and curing Lacey two, Alaska and Bob, that's a very one in Ada and Katsumi in a
- 59:16[SPEAKER_03]: And are we still going towards a brothers versus brothers file?
- 59:22[SPEAKER_02]: I could definitely see that.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, Daikah Daikah Daikah or Shima, I don't think... What's the team name?
- 59:29[SPEAKER_02]: I can never remember the team name.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I lost something.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_02]: It's not lost in Gobernales, but it's something really close to that.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_02]: That's why I'm always confused with what the name is.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it does.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_03]: Um, lost in Tocambles.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know about that.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_03]: I don't speak Spanish.
- 59:47[SPEAKER_03]: I don't.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what it means.
- 59:49[SPEAKER_03]: Untouchable.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_03]: Which is a comment because Nassau had a faction on Japan in the late 90s called the untouchables.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, maybe that maybe that's the inspiration.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it might actually be given that who these two are.
- 1:00:07[SPEAKER_02]: Like again, like right like Odishima being well Odishima revealing that he was fucking illegally.
- 1:00:16[SPEAKER_02]: That one loading Noah's or like making illegal copies of Noah's.
- 1:00:19[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, yeah, here are all of my, here are all of my recordings of no shows that I did.
- 1:00:24[SPEAKER_02]: That's like, I just sure you want to show that off.
- 1:00:27[SPEAKER_02]: That's technically illegal.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_02]: But, yeah, I mean, those two are definitely not winning.
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think Taras can do Masoka winning.
- 1:00:36[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like everybody else is kind of already out of it a bit, right?
- 1:00:40[SPEAKER_02]: Like, maybe they redo true and lazy winning because of them because of the way that tighter match went last time.
- 1:00:50[SPEAKER_02]: But, otherwise, yeah, I, the only thing I can see here is like, brother versus brother versus brother versus brother.
- 1:00:57[SPEAKER_03]: So that is not, no, not beating my prediction that they could become the worst company of the year, the worst promotion of the year already in February.
- 1:01:06[SPEAKER_02]: Ah, I don't think so.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_02]: I think they still, like, I think they still enough they have put them to turn around, but they've definitely been off to a rough start.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_03]: So we move on to all Japan pro wrestling.
- 1:01:19[SPEAKER_03]: Paul, first I got to ask, what was Anzard versus Miyahara like live?
- 1:01:23[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that was awesome.
- 1:01:24[SPEAKER_02]: That was basically that shot right up to like near the top of my match of the year list for last year.
- 1:01:33[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was amazing.
- 1:01:35[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, nobody does it like can't do me a horror at the end of the day, right?
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's a funly enough.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_02]: I actually missed the first half of that show.
- 1:01:46[SPEAKER_02]: Basically what happened is I saw on the 30th.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_02]: I went to bed at around midnight, so which is like a normal time for me, and I was staying at a capsule hotel and I had kind of had a bit of trouble like sleeping because of jet lag and like staying in a capsule maybe not necessarily being the most comfortable thing and everything, right, and also on the 30th of the day I went to Comic Head as well, so
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_02]: I had done a lot of stuff, I went to a did great as well, and all of that, and so what yeah, I went to bed around midnight, and then all the pancial was starting at 2pm, right?
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_02]: I woke up at like 1.30 p.m.
- 1:02:31[SPEAKER_02]: I slept for over 12 hours, like my body was just like, no, no, no, no, no, we're catching up on sleep right now, this is not negotiable.
- 1:02:42[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 1:02:43[SPEAKER_02]: So I missed the first half of the show, but yeah, no, the main event, the main event was absolutely awesome.
- 1:02:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's just like it just
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_02]: The story of it, like, I definitely, by the end, I was like, I was surprised.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_02]: Meahara won, like, to meet a story with kind of building up to, like, Anzai winning, but I think meahara winning, I think is still, like, a good idea anyway.
- 1:03:09[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_03]: And what's the match with the numbers?
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_03]: That's fine.
- 1:03:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like the way they really constructed it as well and like like can do in the post match as well, just like looming over me a heart like I actually have like a really awesome photo Or like because I was like pretty close to ringside.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_02]: I have like an awesome photo of like can to like bowing down over and then cutting a pro momentum.
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_02]: I also bought the shoe pro for that week as well and it has like this amazing photo of like Anzai underground with meahara's like boot on its neck
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no, this was fucking amazing.
- 1:03:49[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm really looking forward to like, whenever like, and I like, beads, canto for the title, which I don't think, and so it's going to be the one that ends this specific title reign.
- 1:04:01[SPEAKER_02]: But I think he is eventually going to beat at Mia Hara to win this title, right?
- 1:04:07[SPEAKER_02]: And at the very least he's gonna have like a big title defense against him, for sure.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_03]: so uh oh also in in go versus June side out did go really get his bell rung or was he working us?
- 1:04:18[SPEAKER_02]: So I am often opinion that he did actually get a spell wrong.
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_02]: I think I don't know a lot of people are saying he didn't but I don't know like I know
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_02]: go sometimes like to be a bit experimental but like this one thing being experimental and then there's like having the riff actually like push you off so you can do a move because you're not quite there and also like how long they did the teas as well I don't know.
- 1:04:45[SPEAKER_03]: To be fair, I thought go recovered so well with that reverse into a layer yet.
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_03]: That was awesome.
- 1:04:52[SPEAKER_02]: But I mean, we've seen that before though, it's like guys of like really big concussions still like being able to pull off a good match, right?
- 1:04:59[SPEAKER_02]: Like because they kind of just run out of instinct.
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_02]: So, no, I think I think it was legit.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_02]: I am of dependent on the legit.
- 1:05:06[SPEAKER_03]: So, then we go on to their annual Okinawa show at the Okinawa Budakon on February 1st, kind of 2036 fans, which is great never for them, but also it's in their like annual Okinawa
- 1:05:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, and I don't know if they tell like cheap a tickets for that or something, but yeah, I don't know.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:05:26[SPEAKER_03]: So actually like this show, though, was really just a glorified house show.
- 1:05:30[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:05:31[SPEAKER_03]: So we had Seki Yoshio, okay, defeating Shurika Fuji in 1046, then it's an intro.
- 1:05:36[SPEAKER_03]: And that was a good song.
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_03]: It opened her.
- 1:05:38[SPEAKER_03]: I think Fuji's really stepped.
- 1:05:40[SPEAKER_03]: I know it has been long with since saying that
- 1:05:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:05:45[SPEAKER_02]: Now, he seems incredibly motivated.
- 1:05:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:05:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:05:48[SPEAKER_03]: And then in the three way match, Cyrus defeated Boussashin is our 117-03 with a reverse splash on both men, which was what it was.
- 1:05:58[SPEAKER_03]: Goshe was lacking in Shutara, Oshino, defeated Reyki Hondent, rising Hado in 1229, with the strong, with the go-on-lariat from Shhewazaki, on Hado.
- 1:06:08[SPEAKER_03]: which was good and other good little solid match during the mid-car, then at ski AOE, I could give you the ski, she should mask in 1959 with a lot of magistral, and should we be shoot track Paul?
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, and on mask, please, I'm mask, yeah, let's go.
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_03]: Well, it's a former PWF Junior, I'd be way championed.
- 1:06:29[SPEAKER_03]: Sorry, it's, it's, it's at sushi murriam.
- 1:06:33[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but it's interesting that I mean, to be fair, it's probably a thing of like him being like, I can get myself a free trip to Okinawa, you know, like I'd probably also take that book because
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_02]: I assume the climate in Okinawa is probably relatively similar to the Philippines because they're not that far apart.
- 1:06:57[SPEAKER_02]: And let me tell you, like, Philippines was a nice crisp 28 degrees Celsius with no rain.
- 1:07:04[SPEAKER_02]: That was very nice.
- 1:07:07[SPEAKER_02]: Can you in back to Germany and it's just a fucking snowstorm?
- 1:07:11[SPEAKER_03]: Were you in Minoa?
- 1:07:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was a manala, which different from Tokyo because it's very American car brain, but once you kind of get used to the city, it's actually quite nice.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_02]: I actually enjoyed my time there too.
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_03]: And then in a triple crown skirmish, Kenomiyahara, Hadekis Suzuki, and Gan at Tamrod, if you'd June, Sato, Yumi, Anzain Rio, in a way in 1523, with the shut down German Superx from Miyahara on.
- 1:07:34[SPEAKER_03]: In a way, again, a good solid algebra and six man, and in the main event for the World Tag Team titles.
- 1:07:41[SPEAKER_03]: When I have it, Taoist, if you'd a Hokutou Amori, Kumorashi in 1753, with the death through lead from Ayabe and Amora and Paul,
- 1:07:49[SPEAKER_03]: This match seems to be my expectations because Kumano Mori, they worked hard here and they didn't do any bullshit.
- 1:07:57[SPEAKER_02]: And I mean, that's the thing.
- 1:07:58[SPEAKER_02]: Like, the Focato is like, he is a really good tag worker.
- 1:08:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:08:03[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I think it's like every time, like, it's all people being like really down on this match and everything.
- 1:08:07[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like,
- 1:08:08[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, like, I don't never rule out Hokato when it comes to attack match, and especially if it's like a title, like if it's like a tag team like title match, because he always works out, I don't know.
- 1:08:19[SPEAKER_02]: Like, those are always the ones where he doesn't do bullshit, like that's always when he's given the chance to do something serious, he does always take it serious, it's just that you can't expect him to do that in a fucking six-man tag title match, like because who give the shit.
- 1:08:34[SPEAKER_02]: We don't give a shit about those titles, why should he?
- 1:08:36[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, for sure.
- 1:08:40[SPEAKER_03]: And then we had on the seventh, I should keep a first ring in front of 337 fans.
- 1:08:47[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry, I just feel quick before we get into the show.
- 1:08:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, um, I was basically, I wanted to get tickets to the Shinki-Bushro on the 18th of January.
- 1:08:58[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't buy them online and advance because I was like, well, because all the band just sells like tickets to like future shows, like at their shows.
- 1:09:07[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like, I'm just gonna like buy tickets to the Shinki-Bushro at the New Year's show.
- 1:09:13[SPEAKER_02]: The New Year's Eve show, right?
- 1:09:15[SPEAKER_02]: Because I'm like, ah, that's far enough away, like that's like basically like almost like three weeks out from the show already sold out when I was when I wanted to buy them there.
- 1:09:27[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, if you go to Japan and all the pan runs such an keyboard show, probably try and buy the tickets online because they sell out really, really fast.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_03]: So the February and key was show.
- 1:09:41[SPEAKER_03]: uh... they did go showzaki and shitarashino defeated sickle touch about and you can be a moto in six twenty with the go on there uh... from go on me a moto a fine opener and then addant hammer and her car side defeated with soshio chota kofuji in ten forty four with the crowd hold from sato and kofuji uh... i didn't think there was much to that and then they did ask you aliyaki and rising hide over the second year she opened and
- 1:10:10[SPEAKER_03]: I suppose how this bad as I thought it was going to be.
- 1:10:12[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I mean, most of the people in this are good except for you.
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, it's just went too long.
- 1:10:18[SPEAKER_03]: And then Kuma Rashid defeated Takashi in 1135, which is interesting little heating up of the book of him for his TV title challenge.
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_03]: And then Red Eye Abbey, Towson, Human Hands Eye, defeated Hadekis, Suzuki, Dysuke, second one on Kego, Machimo, and 13 on two with the death
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_03]: started some interesting booking going into this tag title natural, uh, Hadekki and Suwama are challenging, and then the main event, uh, June set on Mr. Sito and
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_03]: uh, New Yorkie Doine and saying you're a side of defeat.
- 1:10:53[SPEAKER_03]: It kept on me a higher.
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_03]: I right beyond and you know, in a way in 1313 with this, when June pinned uh, in a way with the cycle break, and that was fine, uh, and then on the 11th at Kitty Sato Arena Fuji or Fuji city general gymnasium, who Mirashi wants again?
- 1:11:12[SPEAKER_03]: getting some being built up.
- 1:11:14[SPEAKER_03]: He defeated showed a confusion 827.
- 1:11:17[SPEAKER_03]: Go She was lucky and she tore a Sheenow defeated Yuma Anzai and Gantama in 1011 with the Gow on Lariat from Sheenow in Tamara.
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_03]: I thought this match was great.
- 1:11:27[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, even though it was like second on the card could have gotten easily another five minutes, but it was, he liked the best match of the show.
- 1:11:36[SPEAKER_02]: yeah for some reason they just decided like hey how about we just go hard and like on a random ass house show second from the bottom kind of into Anzion Dan as a team actually yeah but
- 1:11:49[SPEAKER_02]: That's not going to be for long because the end is back in evolution.
- 1:11:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, oil earth road to the tag junior tag festival.
- 1:11:58[SPEAKER_03]: That's Gary Huggie rising.
- 1:11:59[SPEAKER_03]: Hi, Adam, who saw she in her car.
- 1:12:01[SPEAKER_03]: I don't defeat it.
- 1:12:01[SPEAKER_03]: Seki or Shioca, you use to move.
- 1:12:03[SPEAKER_03]: Susumu in a way and code a second fooder, second fooder.
- 1:12:07[SPEAKER_03]: You know, love with 15 with, uh, hydro pined in a way with the serious part.
- 1:12:13[SPEAKER_03]: I don't say this.
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_03]: You use to see what has been completely inoffensive to me so far.
- 1:12:19[SPEAKER_03]: anything that I feel like gonna expose on my suppose.
- 1:12:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but I still hope he's really only sticking around for this like tournament and then going again.
- 1:12:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and then of course you're Tokyo Japan, Tokyo tomorrow, in 1913, it's gonna start with which, you know, if you're a local tour on this way out, um,
- 1:12:43[SPEAKER_02]: He's not in the champion carnival.
- 1:12:45[SPEAKER_02]: Why would you leave in like March?
- 1:12:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that is weird, but like, you know, he's getting a vote and he got in trouble with you.
- 1:12:54[SPEAKER_02]: See, that's the thing where I'm looking at like, who is not like, and we're going to talk about this later, but like there's two big oceans from the carnival where I'm like, are these guys sticking around or are they like leaving?
- 1:13:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:13:09[SPEAKER_03]: No, that's what Jimmy questioned.
- 1:13:11[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and then Rene Abbey and Talos defeated Hadecki Suzuki and Seiko Taguchi Bana in 12-3.
- 1:13:17[SPEAKER_03]: And once again, I Abbey pinned Suzuki with the Death Relight, which was interesting booking, and I actually thought the match was kind of fun, especially with Taguchi Bana in there.
- 1:13:26[SPEAKER_03]: And then, I mean, event was counter me a hara and rakey harder defeating June Sado and senior son 1646 with the fun event from Honda on senior Sado.
- 1:13:37[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if you want to have a tag match with senior son on one side that goes over 17 minutes.
- 1:13:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:13:46[SPEAKER_02]: But I do think it's noticeable that it seems like Honda is now Ken Toes like regular tag partner.
- 1:13:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:13:53[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 1:13:53[SPEAKER_02]: Like
- 1:13:55[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I was going to say this.
- 1:13:58[SPEAKER_03]: Do you think someone else's booking or has recently taken over booking or has had a major saying the booking because there's certain beats that are different?
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_03]: There's a certain, I don't know, other things going on in the midcard that wouldn't necessarily just get neglected like this whole Kuma Rashi being built up for the
- 1:14:19[SPEAKER_03]: Gay or a TV telematch and everything like that.
- 1:14:21[SPEAKER_03]: They would usually don't bother with that.
- 1:14:23[SPEAKER_03]: Especially with the gay or a TV title to build up a challenge like they have with Kuma.
- 1:14:28[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it's obvious who it is.
- 1:14:30[SPEAKER_03]: Let's go.
- 1:14:31[SPEAKER_02]: Well, yeah, that's got to be who it is, right?
- 1:14:33[SPEAKER_02]: But then yeah, like it's big.
- 1:14:35[SPEAKER_02]: It's you it's you you my you my aoyagi is out and goes in and both goes in and that's the difference.
- 1:14:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so go didn't have a say on who is in the champion carnival.
- 1:14:46[SPEAKER_02]: If this is indeed true, I mean, if he did, then there's certain people that might not have funded in there.
- 1:14:54[SPEAKER_03]: Well, we'll talk about that more in a minute, because we go to the corkid hall on the 15th per site series in front of 1,135 fans and Paul, I'll call that a success with this card.
- 1:15:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:15:06[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, for sure.
- 1:15:07[SPEAKER_02]: I saw that curtain.
- 1:15:08[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, okay.
- 1:15:10[SPEAKER_02]: going to drop under a thousand for this, but like, you know, they clad, scratched and clawed away above a thousand and got out, I got a hundred, forty-five people on top of that, which, you know what, that's a success.
- 1:15:23[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:15:24[SPEAKER_03]: First last kangaroo machismo defeated short of confusing five to eight with the arm walk.
- 1:15:28[SPEAKER_03]: This is a nice little veteran versus like young boy match.
- 1:15:31[SPEAKER_03]: Then Havig versus Hokotogun go Shiozaki Shotaro Shino and then returning Zion and Odyssey, defeated Hokotogori, to Kashi, Izawa number one in Jack Kennedy in 64 with a diving headbat from Zion on the Mori, actually quite ineffective.
- 1:15:46[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like what was like these were in your wonder if Omori is octre, yeah, like he's the one taking all of the pins and these matches.
- 1:15:53[SPEAKER_03]: Let me take off in January then.
- 1:15:55[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 1:15:56[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe his contract just kind of runs like I don't know, but like maybe his contract was ran just slightly different than everybody else's or Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:16:05[SPEAKER_02]: Was he out there on the was he out there in the track suit on in January?
- 1:16:10[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know how to double check.
- 1:16:13[SPEAKER_03]: So we have a
- 1:16:14[SPEAKER_03]: tag, junior tag festival, eight-man match, Musashi, and you're going to go Miyamoto, Kota Sekafuta, and Toshiyuki Sakuta, defeated Dan Tamara, Karsato, Sekiyoshi Okai, and you as a suit in 7.39, the Swanton bomb from Sakuta on Sato, too short to get really anything out of it, but it was fine for what it was.
- 1:16:33[SPEAKER_03]: And then the World Tag Team title and gay or TV title skirmish, Hidekis Suzuki, Suwala and Dysuke Sekamoto defeated Renai Abe, Kalosukuma, Rashi in 743.
- 1:16:43[SPEAKER_03]: When we had a referee stop because Suzuki just got Ayabe in a superhold and wrenched it right in there.
- 1:16:49[SPEAKER_03]: And I thought that was an interesting little way of, see like, it's stuff like this in the way they bucked like, Ayabe taking those two foals and then like getting his vengeance on Ayabe, right?
- 1:17:01[SPEAKER_03]: What are the chances of evolution when in these tag titles on Monday or whatever day?
- 1:17:05[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's possible.
- 1:17:06[SPEAKER_02]: I think it depends whether or not tell us the sticking around, right?
- 1:17:09[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's the limitation on.
- 1:17:10[SPEAKER_03]: Why is it make carnival?
- 1:17:12[SPEAKER_03]: But like, I'm in the show.
- 1:17:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:17:14[SPEAKER_02]: He's sticking around.
- 1:17:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:17:16[SPEAKER_03]: To me, the big money is the titans versus the cytos.
- 1:17:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:17:19[SPEAKER_02]: No, I, yeah, right.
- 1:17:20[SPEAKER_02]: Which I do think they probably make sense to have evolution notes here.
- 1:17:25[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so I think a deck he is going to force Obama.
- 1:17:28[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, Suama.
- 1:17:29[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I have a should be pitting Suama.
- 1:17:32[SPEAKER_03]: I think that would be a good.
- 1:17:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, rub.
- 1:17:34[SPEAKER_03]: Um, to think Suama is sticking around more, or this was just the, I don't know.
- 1:17:39[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, then bringing back evolution again, my god, the fucking faction will never die.
- 1:17:46[SPEAKER_02]: How often has evolution died at come back?
- 1:17:52[SPEAKER_02]: Like, we're on, like, I mean, like, I can't just stand camera all the time.
- 1:17:57[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I don't know what that damn camera left in return to evolution.
- 1:18:00[SPEAKER_02]: Every single member of that faction has at some point, you know what?
- 1:18:04[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, no, no, the only member of evolution that has never left evolution is he deki Suzuki because he just joined when they reformed it.
- 1:18:12[SPEAKER_02]: The only guy in there that has never left evolution.
- 1:18:16[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, I don't know.
- 1:18:17[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you know what?
- 1:18:18[SPEAKER_02]: Actually, okay, and this is an entirely personal thing.
- 1:18:20[SPEAKER_02]: What pisses me off about this is that the reform revolution like a couple like not even yet like a couple of weeks after I have no longer in Japan So I can't even buy an evolution shirt.
- 1:18:33[SPEAKER_02]: I want an evolution for the looks it looks cool.
- 1:18:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah At the going to be dispended again, but at the time I go back Maybe they'll just better reform by the time you get back And you know what they're going to do they're going to defend it on like to show before I come back
- 1:18:49[SPEAKER_03]: And then in a triple crown skirmish, June, Sato, Yuma, Anzide, defeated Ketsubingaharan, Raiki, Honda in 929.
- 1:18:56[SPEAKER_03]: When June, Pin Sato, with the psycho-brake, June, sorry, Sato, June, Sato, Pin Honda, with the psycho-brake.
- 1:19:04[SPEAKER_03]: Actually, this is good, but too short.
- 1:19:08[SPEAKER_03]: But I guess fair have to have to give some time to the Junior Tag Matches, which I also appreciate.
- 1:19:13[SPEAKER_02]: So then we can actually just just click on that match, though.
- 1:19:18[SPEAKER_02]: I think, especially years, well, it was very noticeable that Ken Toe is kind of like, I'm not saying he turned here, but he's definitely healing it up, like a lot stronger than he has in the past.
- 1:19:29[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like this is now like almost like the Tanahashi he turned, everybody's like,
- 1:19:36[SPEAKER_03]: to make it happen.
- 1:19:37[SPEAKER_02]: It's not going to happen, but I mean, I run it that you would mention it because I'm literally wearing my limited edition Tana Hashie, New Japan tracksuit right now.
- 1:19:46[SPEAKER_03]: So for the first junior tag festival match, in a way, in Mochizuki, junior to field in Mr. Sato, New Ruki, Doi, and
- 1:20:03[SPEAKER_03]: This was great when Nureki Doye was in there.
- 1:20:05[SPEAKER_03]: I thought, in a way, in much azuki, both look great.
- 1:20:10[SPEAKER_03]: So, you know, I'll give this a thumbs up, but not like an enthusiastic one.
- 1:20:14[SPEAKER_02]: No, I mean, but at least a right team one.
- 1:20:17[SPEAKER_02]: Broke team one and I think they should yeah, yeah, I mean the dragon gate and all the pan like relationship seems pretty like solid right now Like it seems just dialed in so yeah, you know what might have felt like I mean these much All right, yeah, yeah, exactly that would be awesome and then in the main event
- 1:20:39[SPEAKER_03]: for the tag festival around won't asky aoyaki rising high out of defeated for the north of and say good touch about in twenty three fifty two with a fireburg splash from aoyaki on touchy bana
- 1:20:51[SPEAKER_03]: I quite enjoyed the match.
- 1:20:53[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe I went a little too long, but it's very good being a vet.
- 1:20:56[SPEAKER_03]: Not like what normally you would expect for a main event.
- 1:21:01[SPEAKER_03]: I'll go like three and three quarter stuff.
- 1:21:03[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 1:21:03[SPEAKER_02]: I was a little disappointed by it, but that's because it was a victim of high expectations.
- 1:21:09[SPEAKER_02]: They just look at like who's in this match and I like Ed minimum expect like a forest
- 1:21:19[SPEAKER_03]: I think you can't discount the fact that like touch your bottom and obi aren't like regular tag team partners, even if they're both great wrestlers.
- 1:21:25[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that's true, but still, I don't know.
- 1:21:29[SPEAKER_02]: You know, like that, it was just like I said, it's high expectations.
- 1:21:32[SPEAKER_02]: Like I'm not saying it was a bad match.
- 1:21:34[SPEAKER_02]: I was just disappointed because I expect that more.
- 1:21:37[SPEAKER_03]: No, I understand that.
- 1:21:38[SPEAKER_03]: So also on the show, we got an announcement of the champion carnival teams and it is 16 wrestlers.
- 1:21:48[SPEAKER_03]: They didn't really say they're doing block blocks.
- 1:21:50[SPEAKER_03]: I'm assuming it's going to be two blocks.
- 1:21:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I would have seen like, I mean, like, like round robin tournament with like 16 people at no blogs would be like insanity insane.
- 1:22:01[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I've curious what the largest one block tournament in Japan, round robin one block has ever been, probably like a fire festival of something like maybe.
- 1:22:12[SPEAKER_03]: So there's 10.
- 1:22:14[SPEAKER_03]: block shares before the finals.
- 1:22:16[SPEAKER_03]: So keep that in mind.
- 1:22:17[SPEAKER_03]: So we have Ray Sato, can't tell me a hara, go Shiozaki, Hadecki Suzuki, June Sato, Rey Kihonda, Renai Abe, Yuma Anzai, Kengo Machimo, Daisuke Sekamoto, Kumorashi, Medoka Kukuta, Zion,
- 1:22:34[SPEAKER_03]: Odyssey, Cyrus, and Talos, and Paul before we get to talk about who isn't, well, this person isn't in the champion carnival, but I think we can celebrate it because there's no Davie Boyz but Junior, actually, you know, and I didn't even feel real like that, but that's amazing, we're finally done with him, I think I think he's finally gone.
- 1:22:53[SPEAKER_02]: I think they want to go with Zion and Odyssey and Talos more than Davie Boyz.
- 1:22:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:22:58[SPEAKER_02]: Which, I mean, at the very least of Zion and Talos, I get it, or they say it's like, why?
- 1:23:04[SPEAKER_02]: But the other two, I get it.
- 1:23:06[SPEAKER_02]: Like, neither is like an amazing worker, but they're really fucking over and they're obviously, as opposed to like, Davey Boy, they're incredibly fucking motivated.
- 1:23:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:23:15[SPEAKER_03]: So.
- 1:23:16[SPEAKER_03]: Let's talk about who is in the Let's start with human air yagi.
- 1:23:21[SPEAKER_03]: Is this punishment?
- 1:23:22[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, yeah I mean, what else could it be right like because it's yeah his suspension is over like I think around now Right like it was mid-fab mid-february was what they said.
- 1:23:34[SPEAKER_02]: I think you pop up at the outward maybe and like I mean possibly
- 1:23:40[SPEAKER_02]: But then again like well if he's back by the end and why isn't he in this tournament right like because it's like for example Like Ray is technically still injured like they've announced his return it, but they put him in the tournament anyway Yeah, that's true, too Which again makes me think is he leaving like that's why I'm thinking like I like I think maybe it's him and Hokato I like leaving and I don't know doing something with no more or something
- 1:24:04[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, well, you was the one that did screw up.
- 1:24:07[SPEAKER_03]: So like, I don't know if he can really be that pissy about his punishment.
- 1:24:11[SPEAKER_02]: No, but I mean, if it like coincides with him, also losing power backstage as well, to go, which truth seems pretty clearly what happened.
- 1:24:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:24:19[SPEAKER_02]: We think, which again, that's the reason why go left.
- 1:24:22[SPEAKER_02]: No, because he lost power backstage.
- 1:24:24[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe, no, they gave him a limit.
- 1:24:26[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's just more of a overall clashing with vision, because those hours vision is very different than goes.
- 1:24:32[SPEAKER_03]: I think go would get lost.
- 1:24:33[SPEAKER_03]: someone else that had a different vision.
- 1:24:36[SPEAKER_02]: You know what?
- 1:24:36[SPEAKER_02]: Actually, Nuzawa's vision probably meshes much better with Fuma Ayoyagi's vision.
- 1:24:41[SPEAKER_02]: Oh god.
- 1:24:42[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:24:42[SPEAKER_02]: Well, and everybody wins with a trade.
- 1:24:45[SPEAKER_02]: You might end up driving on a human answer in Noah.
- 1:24:50[SPEAKER_02]: You might Ayoyagi in Noah, not you might end up you might Ayoyagi in Noah.
- 1:24:53[SPEAKER_03]: He's going to tower everyone.
- 1:24:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, that's going to be fucking awesome.
- 1:24:57[SPEAKER_02]: You can work like a giant.
- 1:24:59[SPEAKER_03]: Well, there's that.
- 1:25:00[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 1:25:01[SPEAKER_03]: I wouldn't read too much in the way because he's coming off of Suspension.
- 1:25:04[SPEAKER_03]: But then let's okay.
- 1:25:05[SPEAKER_03]: Let's talk about Hocotel because we've already talked about Hocotel.
- 1:25:08[SPEAKER_03]: No, Hocotel.
- 1:25:10[SPEAKER_03]: It seems somewhat surprising, although they've left them off in the past, but it's been like, but they sort of made him slightly more prominent in terms of he's got his own fact.
- 1:25:19[SPEAKER_03]: It just challenged for the triple crown, but he's always been taking a lot of falls even as leader of Hokotogun.
- 1:25:25[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, how to say.
- 1:25:27[SPEAKER_02]: But here again, I think just him being left out of the tournament is unusual like he's all like how many years in the row has he been in the champion carnival?
- 1:25:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's been a few now and like it's like you know like it's like they could have like left out like I don't know like I love him but like kicking out one of your own roster guys for like kango machimus kind of That's Well, I probably kept sick about it, but like Kuma even
- 1:25:54[SPEAKER_02]: I know you're right.
- 1:25:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, Kuma, it's all, yeah.
- 1:25:57[SPEAKER_02]: Well, literally it was like, I don't know, like second in command of like Halk Tugun.
- 1:26:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:26:03[SPEAKER_03]: It's just weird that Maschimo and Maschimo and Kuma are actually getting the nod and, and uh,
- 1:26:10[SPEAKER_03]: Hokuto and Ashino don't as she don't had a tweet oh yeah, she knows the other one.
- 1:26:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I completely Yeah, I don't know what that we're getting to that as she don't have a tweet like he's like Oh, whatever.
- 1:26:20[SPEAKER_03]: I'd good to be like, you know, it's hard being a small guy, but I'm gonna fight my hardest and then like Zion quote tweeted it and like hey buddy, you know, like you deserve to be in Which I don't know if they're running an ankle Paul the question is are they gonna run an ankle where like Ashino and then either air you're getting Hokuto get placed in
- 1:26:39[SPEAKER_03]: Because technically, they have enough shows where they could do it.
- 1:26:41[SPEAKER_03]: It's 10, there's 10 block shows, and if they go to 9 in each block, you know, that's eight matches over 10 shows.
- 1:26:50[SPEAKER_02]: But then you can really only have like two of them in there, right?
- 1:26:53[SPEAKER_02]: Like one of them would still be out of the tournament.
- 1:26:55[SPEAKER_03]: Well, there's three guys who are in the tournament.
- 1:26:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:26:59[SPEAKER_03]: So Hokato stays out, which I could see are you, my area obviously.
- 1:27:04[SPEAKER_03]: But what do you just think of like,
- 1:27:06[SPEAKER_03]: the chances of them doing angle where a she don't want one other get ended in.
- 1:27:10[SPEAKER_03]: That did usually doesn't happen.
- 1:27:11[SPEAKER_02]: No, I mean, I would be and like we have would be unusual because then like you might as well just announce them like right off the get go, right?
- 1:27:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't know why I leave him, why I leave him.
- 1:27:24[SPEAKER_03]: And so the thing I want to say with the Shino is what the hell's happening?
- 1:27:29[SPEAKER_03]: Like does this go in his tank?
- 1:27:30[SPEAKER_03]: Do you partner?
- 1:27:31[SPEAKER_03]: If go on.
- 1:27:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's the one I don't get.
- 1:27:34[SPEAKER_02]: Like with the other two, it's like, I don't know.
- 1:27:36[SPEAKER_02]: Like maybe I can see some reason for that.
- 1:27:38[SPEAKER_02]: But like, yeah, why is Ashino not in this?
- 1:27:40[SPEAKER_02]: It's very weird.
- 1:27:41[SPEAKER_02]: But like the entire rest of havoc is except for him.
- 1:27:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like it doesn't make any sense.
- 1:27:47[SPEAKER_02]: He literally had the title.
- 1:27:49[SPEAKER_03]: He held the title.
- 1:27:51[SPEAKER_03]: Not that long ago.
- 1:27:52[SPEAKER_03]: The fact that they were riffing, that I saw, you know, riffing on this in Twitter and then Zion joining in was why I was like, who is this going to be an angle where Ashina gets brought in?
- 1:28:03[SPEAKER_02]: And sort of a match with him and Odyssey and who wins isn't in that kind of a, and then she no beats Odyssey.
- 1:28:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:28:09[SPEAKER_02]: And not going to do that, but that's what they should do.
- 1:28:11[SPEAKER_02]: It would make this tournament so much better because right now it is kind of looking rough.
- 1:28:17[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 1:28:18[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think it's that bad.
- 1:28:19[SPEAKER_02]: I mean it kind of depends what the blocks look, but in theory you can make it one.
- 1:28:23[SPEAKER_02]: You can make a really bad block with this.
- 1:28:26[SPEAKER_03]: You have to distribute the foreigners wisely.
- 1:28:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:28:30[SPEAKER_03]: Like you have to put, how would you distribute the foreigners?
- 1:28:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I would probably put Zion on tell us and then in one block and then Odyssey and Cyrus and the other block.
- 1:28:45[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, right because of Odyssey and Cyrus at the very least there's like to like you have like two big guys slapping into each other.
- 1:28:52[SPEAKER_02]: Right, that means sense.
- 1:28:53[SPEAKER_02]: An enzyme can like beat tell us to get us wind back from the, uh, uh, from both the, like, finals and the like tactile match.
- 1:29:03[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 1:29:04[SPEAKER_03]: That does make sense.
- 1:29:05[SPEAKER_03]: They would point Zion over him too.
- 1:29:07[SPEAKER_03]: I think.
- 1:29:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:29:08[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:29:09[SPEAKER_03]: I found the Zion tweet.
- 1:29:10[SPEAKER_03]: You're strong as anyone I know, brother.
- 1:29:12[SPEAKER_03]: I'm so upset.
- 1:29:13[SPEAKER_03]: You are not part of the champion's carnival.
- 1:29:15[SPEAKER_03]: And I know this was certainly even bigger fire in your heart.
- 1:29:18[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:29:18[SPEAKER_03]: Hashtag, we are havoc.
- 1:29:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean.
- 1:29:21[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 1:29:22[SPEAKER_03]: Seems like it's like, he's, I don't know.
- 1:29:24[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, there's a certain drama to it.
- 1:29:26[SPEAKER_03]: That's like, is this a storyline?
- 1:29:28[SPEAKER_03]: It's just that like, when have they ever done something like this?
- 1:29:30[SPEAKER_02]: That's the thing.
- 1:29:31[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's the thing, the right.
- 1:29:32[SPEAKER_03]: That's why I can't think of any time that they've been asked to line up and then just chew on people and with an axe.
- 1:29:38[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:29:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that gives you pause.
- 1:29:41[SPEAKER_03]: So that's the thing.
- 1:29:41[SPEAKER_03]: Which is really disappointing, right?
- 1:29:43[SPEAKER_03]: Put it honestly, I,
- 1:29:45[SPEAKER_03]: I've been drawing like Kumo's working hard lately.
- 1:29:48[SPEAKER_03]: I take out, I take out Odyssey too, but.
- 1:29:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but yeah, I don't know what you're talking about with the havoc thing yeah, but then again, we're already leaving out a havoc memory could have left or two havoc members or left or the different havoc member But yeah, it's it's a it's very very weird like I don't really like with Ayoyagi Ayoyagi to me is the most obvious one why years and then really things don't I think I'm not kind of surprised that they would just sort of they he might work to undercarge with their partnership
- 1:30:20[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's a punishing that much that he's not even in it is quite strong, yeah.
- 1:30:24[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I actually expected him to be in there, but I basically expected him to get, like, I don't know, like, one win or two wins the entire tournament, and that, that was the punishment I thought they were going to give him, not leave him out completely.
- 1:30:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, well, we'll see.
- 1:30:38[SPEAKER_03]: I'm praying like, I mean, you could bring again, this is like something out of your memory, but you could bring Ayoyagi in on like show up on the mic at Oto Ward, angry demand that he get put in the champion of carnival.
- 1:30:51[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 1:30:51[SPEAKER_02]: And then you can't have a Shayna come out and like be like, hey, I'm all the same.
- 1:30:55[SPEAKER_02]: You put carnival.
- 1:30:56[SPEAKER_02]: Let's do that.
- 1:30:57[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I know people are very down on it and on your Ayoyagi, but this term does get significantly better if you put
- 1:31:06[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think it's as bad as some people think, guys.
- 1:31:08[SPEAKER_03]: But it just depends how the block should go.
- 1:31:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:31:11[SPEAKER_02]: Who do you think is going to win?
- 1:31:13[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, go.
- 1:31:14[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:31:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:31:14[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, go to me as the favorite as well.
- 1:31:17[SPEAKER_02]: I have one other guy.
- 1:31:19[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:31:20[SPEAKER_02]: Madoka Kikuta.
- 1:31:21[SPEAKER_03]: No, I get it.
- 1:31:22[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 1:31:23[SPEAKER_02]: Like, he's going to, like, he has the thing.
- 1:31:25[SPEAKER_02]: He's going to lose the dream gate pretty soon to Yuki Yoshiyoka, the inheritor of the high-fly flow.
- 1:31:33[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I know nobody can see me point to the high, and whatever.
- 1:31:37[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway,
- 1:31:39[SPEAKER_02]: Like he's gonna like lose the title pretty soon, which then frees him up to like do more stuff in all Japan and really clear that all Japan likes him.
- 1:31:49[SPEAKER_02]: Again they put him into two carnivals and back to back and here's the thing he might not win, but you know what actually is another option.
- 1:32:00[SPEAKER_02]: uh... the other option is that he actually goes into this tournament as champion mm that he beats kento for the title before the carnival and then defense against go after the carnival because he isn't outside that you don't really have to have him hold the title for that long
- 1:32:18[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 1:32:20[SPEAKER_03]: Now, here's my question.
- 1:32:21[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:32:21[SPEAKER_03]: So, is Medoka versus Kentel?
- 1:32:25[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, of that word, they have just cork in a hall or could you go a little bigger into an old award?
- 1:32:29[SPEAKER_03]: I think you can go into an old award with that one.
- 1:32:32[SPEAKER_03]: Well, because there's no order word to get until August, there's just a cork in and June.
- 1:32:38[SPEAKER_03]: And no other bigger venues announced.
- 1:32:40[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:32:40[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you cannot do it in Corrican.
- 1:32:43[SPEAKER_02]: Like you can just like you've that's an easy sell out.
- 1:32:45[SPEAKER_02]: Like you don't need to put that.
- 1:32:46[SPEAKER_02]: Like write that on the other hand.
- 1:32:47[SPEAKER_02]: That's an easy sell out and you don't need to put anything else on that Corrican because that by itself, it's all it out.
- 1:32:52[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 1:32:53[SPEAKER_03]: That's true, too.
- 1:32:54[SPEAKER_03]: I do think, yeah, I think my doke is the number two.
- 1:33:00[SPEAKER_03]: I still think go was leading it.
- 1:33:01[SPEAKER_03]: Give go.
- 1:33:02[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:33:02[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, it's not everyone.
- 1:33:04[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly, like that's the main reason why I'm like, I'm if I have multilinean go because he's never wanted and if you want him to win it Given the state of his body, you should just do it now.
- 1:33:16[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, exactly right you got to get the most you kind of go Before he brings down more Who's the other finalist?
- 1:33:25[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, good up
- 1:33:26[SPEAKER_02]: So if Kikura goes into this as champion then I don't think it's him if he doesn't come into this as champion I think the finals might be go versus Kikura or Otherwise June June I could say
- 1:33:42[SPEAKER_03]: I was going to say, June is my choice, get the wind back from December from, yeah, that makes sense as well.
- 1:33:49[SPEAKER_02]: I guess Honda maybe would make sense as well.
- 1:33:52[SPEAKER_02]: I know he's going to, because he's going to win the Royal Rotelator Endier, so you're going to have a nice view of my hope.
- 1:33:58[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it has to be at such an obvious story.
- 1:34:01[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:34:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, Honda, I think
- 1:34:09[SPEAKER_02]: was thinking about that as well, but it feels like a match you want to save.
- 1:34:15[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:34:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like if you have go in the title, I would almost say like you'd say like anti versus go.
- 1:34:24[SPEAKER_02]: Well, basically, when anti, like go gets like a little bit of a rain, like a good decent little run, and then he loses it to anti.
- 1:34:31[SPEAKER_03]: So the interesting thing is in March,
- 1:34:36[SPEAKER_03]: We're going back to, um, that is for arena in Western Tokyo, which also sort of brings up the question of who's going to be the Marce Challenger.
- 1:34:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:34:45[SPEAKER_03]: I do not know.
- 1:34:47[SPEAKER_03]: But let's before we actually jump ahead that far.
- 1:34:49[SPEAKER_03]: Let's, uh, preview the, uh, wait, what would that be?
- 1:34:52[SPEAKER_03]: Would that be where you have Kikuda challenge done?
- 1:35:01[SPEAKER_03]: That could be done too.
- 1:35:02[SPEAKER_02]: Because I'm pretty sure...
- 1:35:05[SPEAKER_02]: I don't remember when the... Dragon Gate Show.
- 1:35:08[SPEAKER_02]: Now the Dragon Gate Show in Fukuoka is...
- 1:35:13[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's this month still, or it's early March.
- 1:35:17[SPEAKER_02]: So after that, Kikuta is basically like free to like work more than in all Japan.
- 1:35:24[SPEAKER_03]: So the match card for the show in the 23rd or the World Gym,
- 1:35:28[SPEAKER_03]: We got Ryuki Honda vs. Hoko-Tol Mori.
- 1:35:32[SPEAKER_03]: We've got Hatsuki-O-Yagi-Rising-Hado and Yuma-Anzai vs. Rio in a way, Kengel-Mashimou and Fumunari Abe.
- 1:35:39[SPEAKER_03]: And then that's three is for the gay or TV championship Daisuke Sekamoto defense against Kumorashi.
- 1:35:45[SPEAKER_03]: I think that'll be a good match.
- 1:35:48[SPEAKER_03]: And then we have race titles return mattresses versus
- 1:35:52[SPEAKER_03]: have it, so we got Ray Sato, Mr. Sato, New Yorkie Dori, senior Sato, and Maccor, Maccoro, Oishi.
- 1:35:59[SPEAKER_03]: for some reason versus Goshio Zaki Shotara Shino Zion and Odyssey.
- 1:36:04[SPEAKER_03]: And then another first round tag match in the Junior Tag Festival, Dan Tamov and Hakara Sadovers, Dakota, and Koshiyuki Sakuta.
- 1:36:13[SPEAKER_03]: That could be good.
- 1:36:14[SPEAKER_03]: And then we got the next Junior Tag Festival match.
- 1:36:19[SPEAKER_03]: Busashi and Shota Kofuji versus Seki Ishiyoka and Yuyasu Sumu, so adjust your expectations accordingly.
- 1:36:28[SPEAKER_03]: World tag team titles run I obey and tell us defend against Suwam and Halecki Suzuki and I think we already said what I think's going to happen I have a shoot pin Suwam ideally although I do think the Titans will retain and they should and then in the made event can't do me a hard defense against June Cido and
- 1:36:48[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I think it's pretty safe to say that Cantor is going to win that.
- 1:36:51[SPEAKER_03]: I do not expect an upset.
- 1:36:53[SPEAKER_03]: How what do you think?
- 1:36:54[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, for some reason, my brother that I refreshed itself.
- 1:36:58[SPEAKER_02]: So I got kicked back.
- 1:36:59[SPEAKER_03]: Did you hear what I said though?
- 1:37:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no, I heard.
- 1:37:01[SPEAKER_02]: I was back in.
- 1:37:02[SPEAKER_02]: I was actually backstage.
- 1:37:04[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry.
- 1:37:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, what do you said?
- 1:37:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:37:07[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, yeah.
- 1:37:09[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, sorry, sorry.
- 1:37:10[SPEAKER_02]: I lost my train of thought.
- 1:37:11[SPEAKER_02]: I did hear what he said, but I actually forgot what.
- 1:37:14[SPEAKER_03]: No, there's no change in the triple crown.
- 1:37:17[SPEAKER_02]: Um, again, like the only one that makes sense is like if we could have answered, right?
- 1:37:21[SPEAKER_02]: Like I don't think anybody else winning this before the carnival makes any sense.
- 1:37:26[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 1:37:27[SPEAKER_02]: And then, I thought I could very well, like whoever goes into the carnival, as champion Lou is a two like the winner of the carnival.
- 1:37:33[SPEAKER_02]: I can definitely see that happen.
- 1:37:35[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I listen also, it's been a while as well.
- 1:37:39[SPEAKER_02]: Since the champion carnival winner actually won the title.
- 1:37:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:37:43[SPEAKER_03]: Here's the thing, if Go wins the carnival, I think he's winning the triple crown.
- 1:37:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, oh yeah, I know if it's go like I think it's winning for us should also explain the the like rush to do the go versus Can't go match the way it's because then because that means he can't go has already gotten this win And now it's just about like go getting it's win back.
- 1:38:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah And so where the chance of Honda challenging for March as just like kind of like yeah, I mean I could see that as well
- 1:38:12[SPEAKER_03]: You know, it's funny now that you said, I never thought of the Omori leaving thing, but now you got Omori in a singles match all by himself and like no other hook with no gun stuff on this go, huh?
- 1:38:23[SPEAKER_03]: Like it's weird, right?
- 1:38:24[SPEAKER_03]: Like it doesn't make sense.
- 1:38:26[SPEAKER_03]: It's huge.
- 1:38:27[SPEAKER_03]: But like if he is leaving to continue to be Professor Rester, what's the point and where would he go?
- 1:38:32[SPEAKER_03]: That's the other thing.
- 1:38:33[SPEAKER_03]: I have no fucking idea what we have like a wrap a not a negative wrap.
- 1:38:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, given what is having to have in the past, right?
- 1:38:42[SPEAKER_03]: Like I don't know.
- 1:38:43[SPEAKER_03]: No, but like what is he going to do?
- 1:38:45[SPEAKER_03]: And Noah.
- 1:38:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, DDT.
- 1:38:48[SPEAKER_03]: Here's the thing.
- 1:38:49[SPEAKER_03]: Noah hasn't really picked up anyone we thought.
- 1:38:51[SPEAKER_03]: Why?
- 1:38:52[SPEAKER_03]: Well, they'll pick up NIDO.
- 1:38:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but this will have to pay him NIDO money.
- 1:38:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but they don't have a planning of young guys now.
- 1:39:01[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:39:01[SPEAKER_02]: It's really no reason to bring in a Hokato Mori, right?
- 1:39:05[SPEAKER_03]: And they don't need a guy like Hokato who's like either on the cusp, I think he's like on the cusp of 30 or just turn 30 last year.
- 1:39:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:39:13[SPEAKER_03]: And it's just like, well, what's the point of someone like that?
- 1:39:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's no real upside there.
- 1:39:19[SPEAKER_03]: There's no super upside there unless you had some like I
- 1:39:26[SPEAKER_03]: you must have him as a professional and your company.
- 1:39:30[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he turned 30 last year.
- 1:39:32[SPEAKER_03]: So, yeah, I don't know.
- 1:39:34[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think he's got that job in New Japan.
- 1:39:36[SPEAKER_03]: Again, I know I look, New Japan does not need him.
- 1:39:40[SPEAKER_03]: I know people say these things, but they got there.
- 1:39:43[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, as a jobber for that, it's just a joke that I suppose.
- 1:39:47[SPEAKER_02]: That's basically what I'm thinking.
- 1:39:49[SPEAKER_02]: It's like a lost post for United Empire.
- 1:39:51[SPEAKER_02]: That's it.
- 1:39:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:39:53[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 1:39:54[SPEAKER_02]: That's about the only thing I can see, but yeah.
- 1:39:57[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 1:39:57[SPEAKER_02]: It's just it's just like it's not even the sale that I see like there's amazing place from to go.
- 1:40:02[SPEAKER_02]: It's just like I don't know that I keep doing a lot of things that somebody that is like honest by out of a promotion is doing.
- 1:40:09[SPEAKER_02]: But it's like I don't have anything more solid than that really.
- 1:40:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:40:13[SPEAKER_03]: Well, yeah, it remains to be seen, but maybe we'll after this show we'll have some questions.
- 1:40:18[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:40:18[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't have some weird things that we can all Japan although I think I feel like they're generally going in the
- 1:40:26[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, there was, there is a lot less bullshit than the, like it's a lot less like fucking like fucking around than they used to be.
- 1:40:34[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and I think, um, I think you're my area.
- 1:40:38[SPEAKER_03]: It's a big reason for that, but also, um, what was I going to say?
- 1:40:42[SPEAKER_03]: But also like, jailing back to Hokuto Gun stuff, like then I have seems to have done too, right?
- 1:40:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:40:48[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:40:48[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 1:40:49[SPEAKER_03]: So thank you for 100 episodes.
- 1:40:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yep, and we'll do a hundred more, I don't know, actually sorry, I just remember that some stuff I wanted to talk about for like the different stuff as well because I think that also feels appropriate for like the hundreds episode.
- 1:41:06[SPEAKER_05]: Sure.
- 1:41:07[SPEAKER_02]: It's so I actually met some listeners.
- 1:41:12[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry, I forgot your name.
- 1:41:14[SPEAKER_02]: But, uh, no, quite literally the first one.
- 1:41:17[SPEAKER_02]: I quickly, uh, I had to hold like, oh, wait a minute.
- 1:41:21[SPEAKER_02]: I recognized your voice moment, which was a bit surreal.
- 1:41:25[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so basically, uh, we were like, uh,
- 1:41:30[SPEAKER_02]: doing karaoke in Sudobashi.
- 1:41:34[SPEAKER_02]: I was doing that with John and some people from the voice of wrestling discord as well.
- 1:41:42[SPEAKER_02]: And it was we were just like at the start of the bar before and there was this British wrestling fan who then came with us to karaoke.
- 1:41:53[SPEAKER_02]: And I was just talking about like yeah on my podcast but I was like wait a minute.
- 1:42:00[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I'm very, very sorry I forgot your name, but like look, I'm sure if you remember we had a lot of shots that night.
- 1:42:11[SPEAKER_02]: It was a great night.
- 1:42:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's kind of humbling in a way.
- 1:42:17[SPEAKER_02]: Also actually the amazing part of it as well was because I don't know how it is for you to know how it is for you to know how I often have the feeling that whoever listens to us.
- 1:42:26[SPEAKER_02]: like basically just found us like through like the voices of wrestling like network or like found us through like the flagship or like the old flagship listeners or whatever right?
- 1:42:36[SPEAKER_02]: Sure.
- 1:42:37[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, but he actually found it like you know how he found it like he doesn't listen to the flagship like the wolf found us yeah, the way he found us was he was he's a stupid super Jake has less now
- 1:42:50[SPEAKER_02]: And when we were doing like when I was like casting on the SuperJacast when like Noah and New Japan were doing like to fake wrestle kingdoms.
- 1:42:59[SPEAKER_02]: You remember that.
- 1:43:00[SPEAKER_02]: And like I was casting for that and he listened to that.
- 1:43:03[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, yeah, I'm a flow chef.
- 1:43:04[SPEAKER_02]: If you want to like, like,
- 1:43:06[SPEAKER_02]: get more into like no and all the pan.
- 1:43:08[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, that's when he started listening to us.
- 1:43:10[SPEAKER_03]: What's that?
- 1:43:11[SPEAKER_03]: I think that's so fucking cool.
- 1:43:12[SPEAKER_03]: That is cool.
- 1:43:14[SPEAKER_03]: Pogs, butterfogs.
- 1:43:16[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, they really, really, really do.
- 1:43:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:43:18[SPEAKER_02]: I also thought the thing he said was, we shouldn't be that mean to great.
- 1:43:24[SPEAKER_02]: Which you know what?
- 1:43:25[SPEAKER_02]: I think I think after like, you know what recently, I've actually been feeling a lot better about great because they made me really happy with the show they had in December.
- 1:43:33[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, also we should be more regular which given that we've kind of moved this show around a couple of times.
- 1:43:41[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's something we should kind of take a heart of it.
- 1:43:47[SPEAKER_03]: It's hard to be regular because it's something we can do in episode every week.
- 1:43:52[SPEAKER_03]: And then sometimes it's like you've got to wait three weeks.
- 1:43:55[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's also the problem, obviously, that for like six, seven, six hours apart as well, so that kind of makes it difficult at times too.
- 1:44:02[SPEAKER_02]: But look, we'll try to be as regulars for can.
- 1:44:07[SPEAKER_02]: Well, also also we should turn up your mic, because I was told that by multiple people that you're to call it.
- 1:44:13[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, well, I didn't try to turn up my mic, so I don't know what's going on there, but we'll see.
- 1:44:18[SPEAKER_02]: I think I fixed that, but yeah, like it that was, even the only one I met like other
- 1:44:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's kind of weird to actually like, you know, because sometimes you just feel like you're kind of just talking into a void.
- 1:44:33[SPEAKER_02]: And then to actually see like, no, no, no, no, there's actually like flesh and blood like human beings that are willing to like listen to you like fucking yapp about some niche as per wrestling, it's kind of great.
- 1:44:45[SPEAKER_02]: It definitely is.
- 1:44:45[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, thank you for the 100 episodes and we're going to keep on trucking even though I've never had like any like I got to stop watching wrestling feeling at all at least in the last year.
- 1:44:56[SPEAKER_03]: No, even though obviously I think people are sort of down on Japan right now, which I get.
- 1:45:00[SPEAKER_03]: You know, but, you know, these things go in ups and downs.
- 1:45:04[SPEAKER_03]: Are you a really wrestling fan if you had it, like, slog through some downsides?
- 1:45:10[SPEAKER_03]: All right, which is a sense of technical difficulties there.
- 1:45:13[SPEAKER_03]: Paul's computer died as we're going to say, and I was just saying that, are you really a wrestling fan if you haven't been through some downsides?
- 1:45:22[SPEAKER_03]: And also, as Paul just sent me a message,
- 1:45:25[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, we've been through far worse times in all Japan and in Noah and everything, yeah, you know, watching and before the time of the show, but just watching.
- 1:45:34[SPEAKER_03]: So, you know, we're going to continue on it and I've been watching Pearl for 27 years will be 27 years.
- 1:45:41[SPEAKER_03]: I think this fall.
- 1:45:42[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm going to keep doing it.
- 1:45:44[SPEAKER_03]: So we will talk to you very soon and until next time, enjoy all the wrestling out there.
- 1:45:49[SPEAKER_03]: Bye.
