- 0:08Speaker 1: Scandal and vice, or sugar and spice It's Naughty.
- 0:13Speaker 2: But Nice with Rob Hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello,
- 0:15Speaker 2: hello Welcome to the Naughty But Nice show I'm your
- 0:18Speaker 2: host Rob Shooter And it's Monday, which means our dear
- 0:21Speaker 2: friend Garrett Vogel joins us.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Hey, Garrett, are you there?
- 0:24Speaker 1: Hello, Rob Shooter. How was your weekend?
- 0:27Speaker 3: Really, really lovely. I got my flu shot. So I'm
- 0:29Speaker 3: a little teeny tiny bit under the weather today, but
- 0:32Speaker 3: nothing dramatic. But that is part of the shot. People
- 0:36Speaker 3: who take the shot, who get the shot, and then
- 0:39Speaker 3: they say, oh, no, I've got the flu. Not exactly true.
- 0:43Speaker 3: I don't have the flu. I have a little bit
- 0:44Speaker 3: of a sniffle today.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Do you hate shots? Are you a fan of shots?
- 0:49Speaker 1: Do you squinch?
- 0:52Speaker 3: No, you can throw a dart at me and I
- 0:54Speaker 3: don't flinch. You could get an arrow out of your
- 0:59Speaker 3: bag and shoot. No, I'm perfectly good with it. But
- 1:02Speaker 3: I've got a little sniffle today, so if I'm a
- 1:03Speaker 3: bit rusty.
- 1:04Speaker 1: You live with a stuffy nose. Let's be honest.
- 1:06Speaker 4: You've had a stuffy nose ever since I've known you.
- 1:08Speaker 4: Ever since you've been a wee lad. Since the day
- 1:11Speaker 4: I was born. Well, I'll try not to sniffle today.
- 1:12Speaker 4: Let's jump into Asher. What time is it, my friends?
- 1:14Speaker 3: It is... Tea time. Big story at the top of
- 1:17Speaker 3: the show. So Meghan Markle, lots of questions now about
- 1:20Speaker 3: when did she get this letter about her father? What
- 1:23Speaker 3: did she know? When did she know it? And now
- 1:26Speaker 3: accusations that she actually spent more time getting Piers Morgan
- 1:30Speaker 3: fired than she did seeking justice for her dad. So
- 1:35Speaker 3: Meghan wants answers from the Metropolitan Police over the handling
- 1:40Speaker 3: of the allegations involving her father, Thomas Markle. But a
- 1:44Speaker 3: question is now being raised inside palace circles, which is
- 1:48Speaker 3: what did Meghan actually do to alert the American authorities?
- 1:52Speaker 3: One source said the following, quote, Meghan knows how to
- 1:56Speaker 3: get powerful people's attention. when she feels that she has
- 2:00Speaker 3: been wronged. She committed to getting Piers Morgan fired. She
- 2:04Speaker 3: called his boss immediately. He was fired. Now people wish
- 2:08Speaker 3: she had that same, same passion towards bringing her dad
- 2:13Speaker 3: to justice. It does seem as if she sat on
- 2:16Speaker 3: this information for several years and didn't actually say anything
- 2:20Speaker 3: about until the press exposed this. What do you think, Garrett?
- 2:24Speaker 1: She can't win. Come on.
- 2:25Speaker 4: First, she's not supposed to like her dad. Now she's
- 2:27Speaker 4: supposed to help her dad. Come on, Rob. I get it.
- 2:34Speaker 4: Why would you help someone? Correct me if I'm wrong.
- 2:38Speaker 4: They want her to help her dad, right?
- 2:40Speaker 3: No, they want her to say something. Oh, say something.
- 2:43Speaker 3: The question, I guess, is if you knew somebody in
- 2:46Speaker 3: your family was a Accused of one of the most
- 2:49Speaker 3: disgusting crimes, disgusting acts I can imagine involving children. Do
- 2:54Speaker 3: you say nothing? She didn't say anything for six or
- 2:57Speaker 3: seven years. When she was upset with Piers Morgan, she screamed.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Remember when she was in New York and she claims
- 3:03Speaker 3: that her and Harry were chased around the city? She
- 3:07Speaker 3: called Gavin Newsom's office in California. These are very powerful people.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Harry and Meghan have access to FBI. They have the
- 3:15Speaker 3: access to really secret service organizations that we just don't
- 3:20Speaker 3: even know about. So why didn't she do anything? That's
- 3:23Speaker 3: the question.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, I get that. I understand that.
- 3:28Speaker 4: And I think it's easier for us to say, if
- 3:31Speaker 4: he did something, yes, let's do it. But in her defense,
- 3:34Speaker 4: maybe she's like, you know what, let's let everything play out.
- 3:37Speaker 4: Let me try to find out what's up before I
- 3:39Speaker 4: start calling out my dad for... For something that may
- 3:42Speaker 4: not even be true, you know, like me and it's
- 3:45Speaker 4: easy to say for you and I and everyone listening
- 3:47Speaker 4: because it's not your family member, you know, so you
- 3:50Speaker 4: kind of have to put yourself in those shoes. Would
- 3:52Speaker 4: you immediately do it without any information or would you
- 3:56Speaker 4: give it a pause forever?
- 3:57Speaker 1: How long?
- 3:58Speaker 4: And try to find out the truth and then kind
- 4:01Speaker 4: of make a determination from there.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Good point. I do think, though, if I thought this
- 4:04Speaker 3: was serious enough, that I would tell my dad, you're
- 4:07Speaker 3: never seeing your grandkids again. If I'm going to look
- 4:10Speaker 3: after my kids, don't I have to look after other
- 4:13Speaker 3: kids too? Of course. Those are the questions out there.
- 4:15Speaker 3: And it's complicated now. Megan's the one that told us
- 4:18Speaker 3: she knew about this in 2018. Nobody else told us that.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Now the police... have clarified that and said it was
- 4:24Speaker 3: actually 2019. And she sat on this. The next time
- 4:28Speaker 3: she contacted her dad was 2025. What's that? Six years later.
- 4:33Speaker 3: And that's when she told him she believed the allegations
- 4:36Speaker 3: and he would never see his grandkids again. People are
- 4:40Speaker 3: now asking, and I do think it's a fair question...
- 4:43Speaker 3: What else did you do? Did you check up on
- 4:45Speaker 3: the authorities? So she claims, and I did buy this,
- 4:48Speaker 3: she believed the London police was handling this. They weren't.
- 4:51Speaker 3: They never filed any complaints. It's a different country, a
- 4:54Speaker 3: different jurisdiction. So they didn't really do much. But if
- 4:58Speaker 3: I believe my father was a pedophile, I would call
- 5:01Speaker 3: the police and say, what's going on? Is there any evidence?
- 5:07Speaker 3: She didn't.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Well, yeah.
- 5:09Speaker 4: And I think that's that that that in doubt definitely
- 5:12Speaker 4: raises a lot of questions.
- 5:13Speaker 1: And you hope she kind of did.
- 5:15Speaker 4: And we're just, you know, kind of laying victim to
- 5:18Speaker 4: the letting Megan get thrown under the bus for not
- 5:21Speaker 4: doing anything just in general.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I mean, literally, she can't go outside without. putting the
- 5:25Speaker 1: right foot forward. You know what I mean?
- 5:26Speaker 4: So you want to hope that she did the right
- 5:28Speaker 4: thing and even Harry maybe even spoke up to a degree,
- 5:32Speaker 4: but stuff that you and I probably won't hear because
- 5:34Speaker 4: that will give them a positive headline in the press,
- 5:37Speaker 4: you know?
- 5:37Speaker 1: That's just my take.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Yeah, if Meghan did know about this, and she's the
- 5:42Speaker 3: one that told us she did. then her people should
- 5:44Speaker 3: start putting out information about what she did, if she
- 5:47Speaker 3: did anything. That should be out there. Meghan should sit
- 5:51Speaker 3: down and do an interview and talk about that, because
- 5:53Speaker 3: at the minute, this really doesn't look very, very good.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Correct, yeah, I agree.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Plus, the part of this that really, really is bugging people,
- 6:03Speaker 3: and I get this, is that she has spoken out
- 6:06Speaker 3: a lot about children's welfare, about looking after kids, and
- 6:10Speaker 3: once again... When P.S. Morgan on television said something she
- 6:15Speaker 3: didn't like, she got him fired. Like, this is somebody
- 6:18Speaker 3: who knows how to hit a phone. If you send
- 6:20Speaker 3: me the wrong Fresh Direct each week, I will be
- 6:24Speaker 3: on the phone. I'm a very proactive person. Oh, don't
- 6:27Speaker 3: get me.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Started with Fresh Direct. I'm done with them. I got
- 6:31Speaker 4: on the phone and I said, I'm done with you.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I can't be proactive on stuff that doesn't really matter
- 6:37Speaker 3: and ignore the big stuff, which brings us to our
- 6:40Speaker 3: poll question. Of the day, Meghan's been accused of actually
- 6:43Speaker 3: spending more of her time getting Piers Morgan fired than
- 6:47Speaker 3: seeking justice for her father. It appears to be some
- 6:50Speaker 3: truth to that. What do you think? Are the critics right? Hey,
- 6:53Speaker 3: go vote on our X page at Naughty Nice Rob,
- 6:56Speaker 3: our Facebook page, Naughty Gossip, and be sure to check
- 6:59Speaker 3: back tomorrow to hear your results. We've got some dating news.
- 7:02Speaker 3: What's going on? What's going on?
- 7:03Speaker 4: Well, I mean, I think it's kind of obvious. Tom
- 7:05Speaker 4: Brady has a type. You know, he has a type
- 7:08Speaker 4: and he sticks to that type. He's a man that
- 7:10Speaker 4: likes a certain type of person to date. So he
- 7:15Speaker 4: has been going to great lengths to hide a secret
- 7:18Speaker 4: romance with supermodel Candace.
- 7:21Speaker 1: I like to pronounce her Swanipool.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Close enough. Yeah, Swanipool.
- 7:25Speaker 4: So they've been dating for months now, apparently, and they've
- 7:28Speaker 4: been trying their dangest hardest to keep that romance private.
- 7:33Speaker 4: They're both in Miami. Tom's there pretty much all day.
- 7:37Speaker 4: monday to thursday before he flies away to whatever football
- 7:40Speaker 4: game he's doing and candace is there i'm sure uh
- 7:43Speaker 4: you know most same same schedule because she flies all
- 7:46Speaker 4: over the world to to walk the runway but they've
- 7:48Speaker 4: been very very secret and selective about who they're uh
- 7:52Speaker 4: about uh about who they date and she's even like
- 7:56Speaker 4: she's very specific too she too has a type you
- 7:58Speaker 4: know like yeah she uh at And they also have
- 8:01Speaker 4: something to bond over. They both have children from previous marriages.
- 8:04Speaker 4: So they kind of maybe that was what they used
- 8:06Speaker 4: to build off their relationship, maybe. But I just find
- 8:09Speaker 4: it so interesting. Like, I mean, you've been around big
- 8:12Speaker 4: celebrities who have dated before and kind of gone down
- 8:14Speaker 4: that same route of, you know, do they plot and plan?
- 8:17Speaker 1: Do they sit there? Do they text? They go, hey,
- 8:19Speaker 1: how do we do? Do we want to show up?
- 8:22Speaker 1: Who do we want to tell? Like, how does that
- 8:24Speaker 1: conversation go for famous people?
- 8:26Speaker 3: Two things. First one is I think they did bond,
- 8:28Speaker 3: but I don't think it was necessarily over their children.
- 8:31Speaker 3: The one thing that they share in common is they
- 8:33Speaker 3: both are gorgeous.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Oh, of course.
- 8:36Speaker 3: Avatars.
- 8:37Speaker 1: You're gorgeous. I'm gorgeous. I think we should date.
- 8:40Speaker 3: That's what happened.
- 8:41Speaker 1: That's how we got this podcast, Rob. I said, you're gorgeous.
- 8:43Speaker 1: I'm gorgeous. I think we should do a podcast.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Exactly. Celebrities do, unfortunately, sit around and talk about when
- 8:52Speaker 3: should we announce this? This becomes part of the game.
- 8:55Speaker 3: It becomes part of the romance. Part of the courtship
- 8:59Speaker 3: is that celebrities get caught up in this and it
- 9:01Speaker 3: becomes something that actually holds them together. It gives them
- 9:04Speaker 3: something really to do in common.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Do they bring their teams in or is it just
- 9:08Speaker 1: the two of them talking?
- 9:09Speaker 3: The two of them talk and they talk about it constantly. Like,
- 9:12Speaker 3: should we get a no-boo tonight? You go through the back,
- 9:14Speaker 3: I'll go through the front. It's sort of like a game.
- 9:17Speaker 3: And I'm like, you know what, guys? We'll go to...
- 9:20Speaker 3: Chuck E. Cheese and we'll walk through the front. I
- 9:21Speaker 3: don't care. I just don't. But for them, it is so...
- 9:25Speaker 3: Being a celebrity is a full-time job. Oh, yeah. And
- 9:29Speaker 3: it doesn't have to be. If you and me were
- 9:32Speaker 3: more famous, we're not. But if we were, it wouldn't
- 9:34Speaker 3: become my full-time job. Being J-Lo is a full-time job.
- 9:39Speaker 3: Being Jennifer Lopez. And I think being Tom Brady is
- 9:42Speaker 3: a full-time job, too. Good luck to them. Two gorgeous people.
- 9:46Speaker 3: That's why when you hear rumours, we have... that Tom's
- 9:50Speaker 3: dating Kim Kardashian. Nonsense. A, she's not his type. She's gorgeous,
- 9:54Speaker 3: but she's not a Victoria's Secret model. And B, she's
- 9:57Speaker 3: way too public. He will only date people. that are
- 10:00Speaker 3: off the radar. So best of luck. Okay, this story
- 10:02Speaker 3: is blowing up. Bethany Frankel is calling Andy Cohen bitter.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I thought she was calling you bitter.
- 10:08Speaker 3: I'm sorry. She's done that too. She has done that too. Claiming...
- 10:12Speaker 3: that he has lost all his original housewives. So Andy
- 10:15Speaker 3: was at some sort of convention and a fan, it
- 10:17Speaker 3: wasn't an interview, it was a fan, asked him, will
- 10:20Speaker 3: Bethany ever come back to the real housewives? And he responded,
- 10:24Speaker 3: it was a little bit flippant, but it's quite funny.
- 10:26Speaker 3: He was like, oh, I don't spend that much time
- 10:27Speaker 3: on TikTok. What he's referring to is that Bethany now
- 10:31Speaker 3: spends hours on TikTok. I've had to unfollow her like
- 10:34Speaker 3: 24 hours. 30 tiktok videos it feels like an hour
- 10:38Speaker 3: but maybe a day so bethany is doing that well
- 10:40Speaker 3: bethany she couldn't let that go by guess what she
- 10:43Speaker 3: did she made a tiktok and she responded to him
- 10:47Speaker 3: saying if you're gonna take a shot at b that's
- 10:50Speaker 3: what she calls herself b you better not miss oh
- 10:53Speaker 3: my bethany was it the mafia he did take a
- 10:56Speaker 3: shot at you and he hit because you're fired you
- 10:58Speaker 3: haven't got a job She also went on and on
- 11:01Speaker 3: and on about Bravo's ratings and how Bravo misses her.
- 11:04Speaker 3: They don't. They've moved on. They're doing perfectly fine. I
- 11:07Speaker 3: spoke to some people from Bravo last night who just laughed.
- 11:10Speaker 3: And they're like, her whole existence is her connection to Bravo.
- 11:15Speaker 3: If you watch her TikToks, it's still about the real housewives.
- 11:18Speaker 3: If anything, Andy's moved on. Andy's living in a $ 20
- 11:21Speaker 3: million apartment. He has a house at the beach in
- 11:25Speaker 3: the Hamptons.
- 11:25Speaker 1: And the franchise as well.
- 11:26Speaker 3: He has the franchise. He has two beautiful children. He
- 11:28Speaker 3: has a boyfriend. And Bethany is sitting in, I think
- 11:31Speaker 3: she's in Florida now, just still talking about Housewives.
- 11:35Speaker 1: But you know what?
- 11:37Speaker 4: Given it's the one thing she's missing in her life
- 11:40Speaker 4: is being still on.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Camera at Housewives.
- 11:44Speaker 4: But she's, let's be honest, she's sitting pretty well too
- 11:47Speaker 4: with her Skinny Girl line.
- 11:48Speaker 1: They're both doing well.
- 11:51Speaker 3: I don't understand. I think even with the money that
- 11:54Speaker 3: Bethany has made from Skinny Girl, it's not quite as
- 11:56Speaker 3: much money as she pretends it was, but with all
- 11:58Speaker 3: the money she has made, from Skinny Girl, she hasn't
- 12:01Speaker 3: found happiness. I just don't think she ever will. I've
- 12:03Speaker 3: known her a very long time. We've had history, our
- 12:06Speaker 3: ups and downs. Andy can be a pain in the bottom,
- 12:08Speaker 3: but he's a pretty happy chap, and he's really grateful
- 12:11Speaker 3: for this lovely life. Bethany is so miserable. She's so angry.
- 12:16Speaker 3: It's just a bad looking to call somebody else bitter. Bethany,
- 12:20Speaker 3: I'm looking at you.
- 12:21Speaker 4: That was so British of you, by the way. The
- 12:23Speaker 4: most British sentence you ever said. Bitter, bottom, chapped.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I mean, you've got them all in there on that one.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Throw in Will's closet cupboard and a sweater, a jumper,
- 12:35Speaker 3: and we're done for the day. Okay, quickly before we
- 12:36Speaker 3: get a break, we have a story on Dancing with
- 12:38Speaker 3: the Stars. Now, I know that you are quite connected
- 12:40Speaker 3: to Mark and people on this show. So what is
- 12:42Speaker 3: going on?
- 12:43Speaker 4: So this goes back a few years ago. We're talking
- 12:45Speaker 4: like 2015, around season 21. So Whitney Carson, Mark Ballast.
- 12:50Speaker 4: You know, two professional dancers who are– Whitney was on
- 12:55Speaker 4: the season. Mark's still competing on the season. They had
- 12:57Speaker 4: such a bad relationship. They refused to be in the
- 13:00Speaker 4: same room, which, I mean, that.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Is– pretty big.
- 13:06Speaker 4: According to their partners, Alexa and Carlos, Alexa, who is
- 13:10Speaker 4: now 38, was saying that the tension's complicated. Their couple
- 13:15Speaker 4: has experienced her and Carlos' experience back in 2015. The
- 13:19Speaker 4: second we go in, boom, Mark and Whitney refused to
- 13:22Speaker 4: be in the room together, she said, explaining that the
- 13:25Speaker 4: situation forced everyone to work around their feud. So Carlos,
- 13:29Speaker 4: of course, praised Whitney. Alexa said she enjoyed working with
- 13:32Speaker 4: Mark despite the challenges. So it's kind of like coming
- 13:35Speaker 4: from the perspective of, just like you were saying, how
- 13:40Speaker 4: Bethany kind of is still holding on to that franchise.
- 13:43Speaker 4: I feel like Alexa and Carlos are still trying to
- 13:46Speaker 4: hold on to that Dancing with the Stars connection since
- 13:49Speaker 4: the show has probably hit its peak bigger than it's
- 13:52Speaker 4: ever been in all its career. So I don't know, man.
- 13:58Speaker 4: Whitney seems like a very nice person. I know Mark
- 14:01Speaker 4: literally could not even get angry at a leaf.
- 14:06Speaker 1: He will pick up a leaf. He won't step on
- 14:08Speaker 1: a leaf. That's how nice he is.
- 14:10Speaker 3: He's a nice guy. I've met him a few times,
- 14:12Speaker 3: probably through you. And he also did. Bruce and Barry's
- 14:14Speaker 3: Copacabana the Musical. He was in their tour. He's a
- 14:17Speaker 3: really good guy.
- 14:17Speaker 1: He was in Chicago?
- 14:19Speaker 3: But, you know, workplace drama. It happens. It does happen.
- 14:23Speaker 3: It doesn't make you a bad person, but there's somebody
- 14:25Speaker 3: probably in your office right now, everybody listening, who you
- 14:28Speaker 3: don't want to spend that much time with.
- 14:29Speaker 1: And it's a competition, too. Let's not forget that.
- 14:32Speaker 3: I'm actually shocked that there hasn't been more drama backstage
- 14:37Speaker 3: because it is a competition. Everyone is competing for time
- 14:41Speaker 3: on air. And there's different personalities.
- 14:43Speaker 4: I think it's the one thing the show is missing
- 14:45Speaker 4: out on, Rob, is that drama, that housewives drama. We
- 14:49Speaker 4: kind of got a hint of it, you know, last
- 14:52Speaker 4: week with Val's suspension. But I think give us a
- 14:55Speaker 4: little bit more and I think you're going to get
- 14:57Speaker 4: a whole new audience that you've been dying for. You know,
- 15:00Speaker 4: you and I producing this show.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Call us Disney. We're ready to go.
- 15:03Speaker 3: That's right. You know, don't hire Bethany Frankel. No, we
- 15:06Speaker 3: need her.
- 15:07Speaker 1: You and her. Come on.
- 15:08Speaker 3: We're going to take a quick break. We're going to
- 15:09Speaker 3: think about this, but we're going to take a quick break.
- 15:11Speaker 3: and we will be right back. Welcome back to the
- 15:14Speaker 3: Naughty But Nice Show. I'm your host, Rob Shooter, with
- 15:16Speaker 3: our dear friend, Garrett Vogel. Hey, Garrett. Yes. We normally
- 15:19Speaker 3: say here, let's get to the polls, but we didn't
- 15:22Speaker 3: have a poll last show. We did Meghan Markle and
- 15:25Speaker 3: her dad, and what her dad has been accused of
- 15:27Speaker 3: is so disgusting. How do you do polls?
- 15:28Speaker 1: We talked about it at the beginning, yeah.
- 15:29Speaker 3: How do you do polls? There's no poll today. It's
- 15:32Speaker 3: a weird one. It is a weird one. I do
- 15:34Speaker 3: think that's the right decision. We do have a poll, though,
- 15:39Speaker 3: about Meghan today. So it's not about the crimes. It's
- 15:42Speaker 3: about Meghan's response. Are the critics right, saying that she
- 15:46Speaker 3: spends more time trying to get P.S. Morgan fired than
- 15:49Speaker 3: getting justice for her dad? So go vote on that poll.
- 15:52Speaker 3: You can go to our X page at Naughty Nice Rob.
- 15:54Speaker 3: Our Facebook page is Naughty Gossip. And be sure to
- 15:58Speaker 3: check back tomorrow to hear your results. And now, oh,
- 16:00Speaker 3: I love this part of the show. It's time for
- 16:03Speaker 3: our nicest of the day.
- 16:06Speaker 4: Yes.
- 16:06Speaker 1: All right.
- 16:07Speaker 4: Let's talk about Kristen Bell, obviously from Frozen. And now,
- 16:10Speaker 4: you know, her new show on Netflix, Nobody Wants This,
- 16:15Speaker 4: just hit. And it's probably one of the best shows
- 16:17Speaker 4: on Netflix. as well right now, if you haven't seen it.
- 16:20Speaker 4: But she is opening up about how she cries weekly
- 16:24Speaker 4: about brutal marriage and parenting challenges, too. So I think
- 16:28Speaker 4: this is kind of honest, too, where you think just
- 16:31Speaker 4: you see celebrities online and you think they have the
- 16:34Speaker 4: perfect life, but you don't see what's behind. So this
- 16:36Speaker 4: I give credit for Kristen opening up about this. And
- 16:39Speaker 4: she was talking about the emotional toll of balancing marriage, motherhood, fame,
- 16:43Speaker 4: and admitted that she cries every week as she's trying
- 16:46Speaker 4: to just go about life and family life. She says
- 16:49Speaker 4: it's hard, you know, and she was warning fans not
- 16:51Speaker 4: to assume life is easy just because she appears on television,
- 16:54Speaker 4: which I think it's very easy for all of us
- 16:57Speaker 4: just to assume that is what we see. And we
- 16:59Speaker 4: don't see, you know, what's behind the camera pretty much. She,
- 17:03Speaker 4: you know, Kristen has a daughter, Lincoln and Delta with
- 17:08Speaker 4: her husband, Dax, obviously, who also is a comedian podcast
- 17:12Speaker 4: host as well. And she pretty much just said, you know,
- 17:16Speaker 4: it's a lot on top of protecting her children's privacy. It's,
- 17:20Speaker 4: you know, it pretty much becomes your main job and
- 17:23Speaker 4: kind of lose yourself in doing so. So it's not
- 17:27Speaker 4: as easy as it might look. And credit to her
- 17:30Speaker 4: for sharing because I think a lot of people go
- 17:32Speaker 4: through that same feeling but don't have the courage to
- 17:34Speaker 4: speak up because they don't want to seem like they're weak.
- 17:37Speaker 3: Love that you said that. Thank you for sharing. It really,
- 17:39Speaker 3: really is inspiring and very, very brave. Our nicest of
- 17:42Speaker 3: the day and our naughtiest of the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty.
- 17:45Speaker 3: SNL UK is mocking Meghan Markle's father, comparing him to
- 17:49Speaker 3: Prince Andrew. So they have a new SNL in Britain
- 17:51Speaker 3: that's really doing very, very well. And they did their
- 17:55Speaker 3: news section of the show. It's the same format as
- 17:57Speaker 3: the American Weekend Update. And they said, in royal news,
- 18:00Speaker 3: it's been a big 24 hours for Meghan Markle, whose
- 18:02Speaker 3: dad has been accused of being a paedophile, in another
- 18:05Speaker 3: pathetic attempt to win over the British public. People did laugh.
- 18:10Speaker 3: And then they also went on to say that if
- 18:13Speaker 3: the allegations about Meghan Markle's father are true, then she
- 18:17Speaker 3: can now consider herself a royal. That's a hint to
- 18:21Speaker 3: Prince Andrew. It's just a little too soon for me
- 18:24Speaker 3: to be joking about it. And I think it's really concerning.
- 18:26Speaker 3: for the palace that once you become a joke, it's
- 18:29Speaker 3: really serious. You don't want to be on those shows
- 18:33Speaker 3: as a joke. Okay, let's end with a moment of...
- 18:35Speaker 3: Here we go. Accountability is not a one-way street. It's
- 18:41Speaker 3: easy to point fingers, demand apologies, and expect everyone else
- 18:45Speaker 3: to take responsibility. But real growth begins when you look
- 18:49Speaker 3: in the mirror and you ask yourself the hard questions
- 18:51Speaker 3: you ask of others. You cannot demand honesty... while you're
- 18:55Speaker 3: making excuses for your own behaviour. You cannot expect people
- 18:59Speaker 3: to own their mistakes if you refuse to acknowledge yours. Accountability,
- 19:04Speaker 3: it's not about shame. It's about growth and maturity and
- 19:07Speaker 3: having the courage to admit when you are wrong. Before
- 19:10Speaker 3: you demand better of somebody else, make sure you are
- 19:15Speaker 3: willing to do better yourself. Hey, that is it for today.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Thank you so much for listening to The Naughty But
