Portland police arrest 24-year-old Tyree M. Burks in connection with a late-night shooting on June 17th that left one man critically injured and another seriously assaulted—though the second victim wasn’t shot. Burks, who fled the scene, was apprehended nearly a week later on June 26th after detectives tracked him down. Officers found a 45-caliber Glock during the arrest.
