- 0:51It's also brought to you by the Prife International terahertz frequency wand through iteraplanet.com.
- 1:00Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 1:59Unknown: Well, as usual, we'll kick off with our now familiar Alvin Lee lyrics from like forty years ago.
- 2:06World love to change the world. Don't know what to do. We know what to do these days. So, we're little bit ahead of Alvin.
- 2:12He's unfortunately
- 2:15down in the ground and doesn't get to participate
- 2:18or understand the things that are happening in the world today. Sorry for Alvin. He certainly had a lot of foresight.
- 2:25Roger Sails with you of course on Thursday.
- 2:29Twenty eighth is the date of the show today
- 2:32and
- 2:34of course, it's the radio ranch, what we call our little get together here
- 2:38for all you cowboys,
- 2:40cowgirls,
- 2:41and ranch hands
- 2:43and a lot of things to talk about today. I was kind of kind of surprising Chris isn't already here but I'm sure he's going to join in.
- 2:51I had asked Thomas from Texas
- 2:55to call in today because we had a conversation last night. I'd like to discuss some of that.
- 3:02And I don't know whether to be prejudicial or or a little presumptuous here and say that it appears that they're throwing roadblocks
- 3:09up again at the Department of State
- 3:12on people's passport
- 3:15requests
- 3:16and admission
- 3:18when
- 3:19you're applying for a passport.
- 3:21We've got two instances now. One is Thomas and the other is Chris and
- 3:26both of them may be kind of unique in a sense. So, I
- 3:31I hesitate to say it's an across the board effort by state
- 3:35but
- 3:36it's kind of unusual and and hopefully we'll get we'll get Thomas on. I'd rather have him talk about it than sit here and tell you about it myself.
- 3:45Lots of other things happening really
- 3:48of great import.
- 3:51Well, look at here.
- 3:52Here comes Shane. Alright. Ding ding. I should've just not answered it and let that very pleasant tone irritate us for a while. Shane,
- 4:01welcome to the show, man. Are you there with us today?
- 4:04Unknown: Yes. I'm here. There you are. You sound pretty good too, man. For you, yes. Ready for me? I know, man. You missed it. Oh, yeah. Well, I'm I'm ready for the show. Alright.
- 4:13Well, me too. Not necessary for you, but not ready for the show. Okay. We have a lot of stuff to, go through today.
- 4:21And, also, I'd like to get some in input on what I my belief is
- 4:26in regards to,
- 4:27as it says in the Bible, to pay off
- 4:31all debts.
- 4:32Well,
- 4:33pay pay off all debts.
- 4:35Unknown: Well, that's a very good thing for anybody to do, and I would highly encourage anybody to do that that can. I think there's a number of reasons for that but I appreciate you bringing it up today, Shane. Did you have any particular, have you have you paid yourself out of debt all all of a sudden or something?
- 4:52Unknown: No. No. Actually, I'm still
- 4:54deep in I guess in debt but I did go to Apple. Actually, Apple and I did urinate on the On the shrub. On the shrubs. Well, good. What that means you're ahead of the game.
- 5:06Unknown: It is. You know, it's interesting. For for me, I haven't been in debt for many years
- 5:12over twenty. When I say many, that's pretty good, pretty good while.
- 5:16Let's see. Here comes mister Cave joining us here.
- 5:20As anticipated,
- 5:22mister Cave is with us. Hey, Chris.
- 5:25Unknown: Well, good morning to you, sir. Good morning, sir.
- 5:28Unknown: Shane is on. He was just asking me a question that caused me to reflect a bit here about debt
- 5:35and you know, personally, for me, one of the reasons I think I've accomplished what I've been able to accomplish is because for twenty years, I haven't been in debt and
- 5:45it's only here in the last year, a little less than a year now since this
- 5:51expecting to fly incident came across me when I leapt out of that second story window and
- 5:58and it has it really has had a disastrous effect on my life. I'm hoping that you know, they there's an old saying, Chris. You know, at Christmas and you're you're talking to your son or daughter, you know, and you got, listen, just leave your hand down in that stocking long enough and you'll pull a pony out of there, okay?
- 6:18And so, I keep hoping
- 6:20that I'm able to pull a pony out of this but for the first time in my life, I'm in debt because the damn insurance company went bankrupt on me and left me hanging and holding the whole back on that. Way of abating their responsibilities,
- 6:34isn't it? Well, man, I'll tell you and and and of course, it was a state approved insurance company for insurance that I had to have to get residency
- 6:43and then the the the insurance company goes out of business and hell, the state maybe going out of business too there. Ecuador is trying to get 10,000,000,000 out of the international
- 6:54monetary fund right now. They laid off and and and with that quote unquote loan and we all know
- 7:02about how the IMF operates.
- 7:05With that quote unquote loan,
- 7:07then that means they have to adhere to this thing called
- 7:10austerity.
- 7:12And so the first requirement
- 7:15of austerity was the guy had to come in and cut loose ten, zero state employees.
- 7:21Unknown: And Ecuador's I would be guessing they probably have a better chance of getting a pony, Roger.
- 7:26Unknown: They may they may have a better chance. It might be a spot. It might be a paint, you know? But
- 7:34but regardless,
- 7:36being in being out of debt is a wonderful thing and it's not what
- 7:40it where it really where the rubber meets the road, Shane. Let me
- 7:44preface it another way.
- 7:46Where the rubber meets the road on being out of debt is that you're not constantly worried about paying bills. How am I going to pay this? How am going to pay that? I gotta go out and hustle this. I gotta go out and hustle that or you know, whatever and it allows you to concentrate 100%
- 8:01on the things that interest you that you're trying to accomplish and as I said, I think part of that
- 8:07windfall that hit me twenty years or so ago was the fact that it gave me all that time to totally concentrate on this stuff, to do the research, to sit there and ponder things, to because it takes a lot of thought and you guys that are trying to understand this,
- 8:22you, a lot of you have one hell of a hard time understanding this. Imagine trying to initially go through and put it together, okay? So, that is as I look back, one of the things that I attribute to to my success, whatever successes I've had is because of the fact that I had
- 8:39a lot of time that wasn't spent having to go out and chase the Federal Reserve note and it's a real blessing, you know,
- 8:47to get out of debt.
- 8:50So, that that being said,
- 8:53Unknown: Well, last night Uh-oh.
- 8:57Last night, I had a huge argument,
- 8:59but
- 9:01there's a Jew who works for a bank,
- 9:03and she refuses to accept the word US national.
- 9:09A nonresident alien.
- 9:11Unknown: Well, now hold on. Hold on, Shane. Now hold on. This this is why this is why I
- 9:17get on here and tell y'all that you gotta have the information.
- 9:21The only place. Yes. That you are considered a non resident alien is in the tax code. It doesn't apply anywhere else. Yeah.
- 9:32Okay?
- 9:32And well, what
- 9:34alright, give me some background here, Shane. You got into a discussion. Were you trying to open an account? Did you run across this girl? Was she urinating on Apple?
- 9:43Or was she hedges too? And you guys got in a conversation or
- 9:47or how did this all come about? She only asked. She
- 9:51Unknown: almost caught me but the thing is is,
- 9:54she is my friend's wife, and she was there simply because she's there because that's pretty much where they live.
- 10:02Not necessarily at Apple, but they live, like, right off the the cusps of Apple buildings. Okay. And so and then, yeah, I'm out there talking to him. So you know well as Jose. And then,
- 10:15Skip shows up, and, yeah, she just starts saying that, oh,
- 10:20she's doesn't believe that, you know, US national has, any type of, I don't know, priority
- 10:27in
- 10:29in being
- 10:31that US,
- 10:33status
- 10:35Well the status of people. Well, listen. There's lot of You're a citizen. You're a citizen. You're
- 10:40Unknown: a citizen. Well, she's right. No. I'm not a citizen. No. You are a citizen. The capital c chain. You are a citizen. You're capital C citizen of The United States Of America. Okay. As let set forth in the declaration of independence written by a guy named Thomas Jefferson.
- 10:56See, this is why I tell y'all, I know it's intricate. I know it's confusing but you got to have command of this information.
- 11:04You gotta know it. You gotta make it yours.
- 11:09So, yes, she's right. She's
- 11:11she's she's right. You know, that you are a citizen, alright? But what she and if she doesn't believe it, it doesn't make any difference. A lot of people don't believe it. Hell, you ought to see the people that have talked to me over the last seven, eight, ten years,
- 11:25okay? A whole lot of people don't believe it. For one thing, it's because they can't believe it because they've been so conditioned to think this is a unit
- 11:34status and it's not a unit status and if you want to go over and
- 11:39show it to her, grab a passport application and show her the damn oath.
- 11:46Unknown: Okay.
- 11:47May I chime in? Yes, Chris, please.
- 11:52I still
- 11:53say that we have to content consider the potentiality
- 11:58that even mister Jefferson,
- 12:01even Franklin and Payne and some of those other guys, the founding scoundrels may
- 12:07have had insight
- 12:09into the etymological
- 12:11origination
- 12:13Unknown: from whence the word term. I think. Citizens. I Derived. And I Explicitly. I think you're right and I think that's the reason they capitalized it.
- 12:24Unknown: Well, perhaps. But if we look deeper
- 12:27and realize it comes from a just civilis, the city law of Rome, Justinian's
- 12:32code Right. From the combination of city and denizen Right. Then that may cast a different light, and it may be a more dangerous label than most people give it consideration.
- 12:45Unknown: Not I don't think so and I'm gonna tell you why because the attributes that you just mentioned
- 12:50are assigned to the word citizen and it has a small c as in the fourteenth amendment.
- 12:59Unknown: Well and I I don't dispute that there could have been an alternative
- 13:04perception
- 13:05of the meaning of the word at the founding of the country. Maybe they were deceived by the bar leisters
- 13:11of England or the British crown or the Zionist controlled British crown of the Korban king. No. Don't think so. Personally,
- 13:21Unknown: for me, I don't think so, and I think that's why they designated it with a capital C in the original writings. Go look at the document. What other words are capitalized in that first paragraph or two of the Declaration of Independence?
- 13:33Chris.
- 13:35What other words come right to mind to you that are capitalized in that document?
- 13:45They don't, you don't have any that come right to you. I can give you a couple right off. God, which is always capitalized.
- 13:51Rights which is never hardly capitalized that you see and duties
- 13:56is also has a capital D. Those three words and also citizen.
- 14:01There's four in the first paragraph.
- 14:03So, he puts capital c citizen on a par with capital d duties,
- 14:09capital r rights, and capital g god.
- 14:12I don't think that's a coincidence.
- 14:15Unknown: There is a potential
- 14:17extrapolation
- 14:18we could
- 14:20conclude
- 14:20from that
- 14:23description you just put forward. That is that the capital letters
- 14:27relate to the natural law aspect of the nature's
- 14:32God,
- 14:33and all the capitals have to do with the natural law of the creator
- 14:38as opposed to man's law Okay. As opposed to an expectation.
- 14:42Unknown: Let's look at the first almost hundred years of the country from 1776
- 14:46to 1869.
- 14:48That's almost one hundred years, right?
- 14:51For that one hundred years, there was only one status in the country. What was it?
- 14:59Free and bond. No. No. There there there there there was bond but they were property and they were black slaves. They didn't have any rights of citizenship
- 15:09or into the political community. They were property. So, in the first hundred years, what was the only status in the country?
- 15:22Unknown: Common law.
- 15:23Unknown: No, that's not a political status. That's what you get access to. The only status was a state citizen.
- 15:30There was no federal citizen, there were only state citizens,
- 15:34and by nature and fact that you were a state citizen,
- 15:37you were a citizen, capital C, of the nation,
- 15:42a citizen of The United States Of America. Now, let's go back and define that and look into it a little bit more so we can get a nail on this, Chris, because you bring it up often and I never have agreed with it and I think that these are the reasons that my mind works this way because I know this substantive law that John taught and I know the way the country was founded, you got your rights from the capital G God and that's why you were a capital C citizen
- 16:08and you owed your capital D duties back to that capital g god because he gave you the capital r rights.
- 16:16So you see how that all ties in together? And if that's the case, you were a citizen of the nation. A citizen of the nation correlative
- 16:24to a state citizen,
- 16:25what would you call it today? A US national.
- 16:29That's why they put that label on it.
- 16:34You're a citizen of the nation but you can only be a citizen of the nation if you're a citizen of the state because that's the way the country was founded.
- 16:44I can pull out. I got it right here if I take the time to go through it and read that slaughterhouse cases part again where it says, there was a lot of discussion in the in the public journals and in the square and in all the mediums of the day before the Civil War, if a person who was born in the British in in the district of Columbia or the territories,
- 17:05they couldn't be citizens.
- 17:08If you were born and raised in the District of Columbia or any of those territories,
- 17:13you had no access to that term
- 17:16because you weren't a state citizen. So, therefore, you weren't a national citizen.
- 17:22So, that and then, as it says in the slaughterhouse,
- 17:25to allieve these conditions,
- 17:27the fact that these people who were within the country had no act of national, no way to get national citizenship,
- 17:34the fourteenth amendment was contemplated.
- 17:40So it's right there, okay? And those capital letters,
- 17:44they capitalized them for a real important reason. Bob joining us here, I think. If I I I didn't see your calling for a minute, Bob. Go
- 17:55ahead. Point out. I'm sorry. Disability.
- 17:57Point. Chris is gonna point for us. Go ahead, man. Point.
- 18:01Unknown: I said that
- 18:03condition they're talking about is a disability. They are disabled from participating in the electoral process
- 18:09in the sovereign state nation Correct. Because they are territorial subjects. Correct.
- 18:15Unknown: And that's why they call it, if you go into the code and look at a US national,
- 18:19what do they say? A US national, this is title eight now, a US national is someone born in
- 18:25American Samoa, that other little bitty island I never can remember,
- 18:29or the out lying
- 18:31territories.
- 18:32Plain.
- 18:34The outlying
- 18:35territories like Texas, Florida where Bob is, California
- 18:40where Shane is, and Nevada, I think, is where you are today, Chris.
- 18:46Unknown: Okay. So,
- 18:48Unknown: that's why, listen, these little nitpicky
- 18:51minutiae
- 18:52things are super important.
- 18:54That's why I continue to hammer on everybody here. You got to make this information yours. You can understand the big picture first, but you gotta go down and understand some of the minutiae.
- 19:06And it's only because Shane, again, back to the first of the show that I've been out of out of debt for twenty years, and before that for ten years, I was in a position where I could work four to sixteen hours a week and pay my bills.
- 19:20So, I had plenty of time
- 19:22to to put towards the reading, studying, and even more importantly thinking about, and I could have never differentiated
- 19:30what I just went over to you in the audience if I didn't know that damn basic formula R plus D equals R and everything that follows it because now you're talking substantive law.
- 19:42Okay? Hey, Bob. How you doing in South Florida today, bro?
- 19:46Unknown: I'm
- 19:47I'm windy. Windy. Windy. Been windy the last few days. Got a wind advisory out. Seems like Kansas. Uh-oh.
- 19:54Anyway. Morning, mom. That little island you always look for and can't remember is Swain's
- 19:59Unknown: Island. Swain. Swain's Island. Yeah. Hold on. I got howling dogs out here. I'm gonna mute and cut them down. You guys talk for a second.
- 20:09Unknown: Yeah. Plains Island is the one that Roger stumbles over occasionally.
- 20:13Unknown: I I don't stumble over it because I never can remember it.
- 20:17You
- 20:18Unknown: know, I gotta Yeah. You don't stumble over it. You just I
- 20:22Unknown: I got some kind of a mental block on the word Slain, and I don't know why.
- 20:26Maybe it's maybe it's because it's so close. It might be because it's so close to Slain.
- 20:32Yeah.
- 20:34Unknown: The Slaves Island, I know you always have trouble with that one and or Tetraquise v to RC. I always wanna call in when you can't find that one in your metal in your metal picture. But, anyway, what I was actually calling in about was when you said
- 20:51the thing about the black slave. And I would just like to mention that, and you're well aware of it. I think it was probably just a slip of your tongue. It was. It wasn't necessarily sex slaves. No. It was white slaves. Period. That's true. And but we are Exactly. And of course, the irony is we were just talking yesterday about Michael Hoffman's book. They were white and they were slaves.
- 21:11Yes.
- 21:12Unknown: Yes. I just wanted to point that out. But you know, as the country got a little more seasoned,
- 21:17I don't know that there was as many white slaves served probably in the early days, no doubt but as it got a little more seasoned, those people were actually
- 21:26it bond servants,
- 21:28okay? And many of em were grabbed off the street to London because they were just ruffian kids going around causing trouble and shipped over there but a lot of em bonded their selves into that position, okay? So, I'll volunteer to be your slave. What the? Who the?
- 21:44Thomas.
- 21:46Thomas always. That's called indentured servitude. Yes, it is and and and bond servant, you could say the same thing. Thomas always calls the wrong number. Let's see if I can bring him in here. Oh, now I gotta remember how to do this.
- 22:00Hey, boy. I'll tell you, it's a challenge. Okay.
- 22:03Well, I'll get back with you in a second. We're about to get mister Maddox on, I think.
- 22:08If Skype would cooperate and as usual, it doesn't seem to want to.
- 22:13Let's see if I can add him in here. It's magic.
- 22:15Oh, it's magic. Alright.
- 22:19So,
- 22:19yeah but the I every
- 22:21when you're talking to people, the idea when you say slavery,
- 22:26most people automatically
- 22:27think of of black slavery but you're absolutely right. No doubt. I
- 22:33got too many things going on, Bob. Okay. Let's see. Yes. Mister Maddox has joined us. Thomas, you always called my my other number.
- 22:44Unknown: I
- 22:45Unknown: did what? You always call my other number. I got two numbers here.
- 22:51And so Oh, okay. Yeah. So we'll have to designate them. Somebody told me they tried to call
- 22:57somebody told me they tried to call the main number on the website the other day, and it wasn't going through. It wasn't. And that was on that was on Tuesday of this week, and it was on Wednesday of last week, and that's a Skype problem somehow internally.
- 23:12So, obviously, it's a intermittent problem and it's not a daily deal, but the number for anybody that does want to join us here as we get into the meat of the conversation today is you can call it's the original Atlanta area code was 404,
- 23:28and it's 44814204481420.
- 23:36That's pretty easy to remember.
- 23:38And most of the time it gets through alright and we can even merge calls now instead of the absolute atrocity
- 23:45of a couple of months ago where I had to field these calls and call them back. So it is getting better.
- 23:51Thomas has joined us. Thomas called me last night,
- 23:54and he's saying, hey, man. I got this email from the Department of State, and
- 23:59they're wanting five more pieces of of picture ID before they'll issue me my passport. Isn't that basically the gist of it, Thomas? Yeah,
- 24:11Unknown: I'm looking at it. I was fixing to look it up on my email
- 24:16right now
- 24:17and
- 24:20see what's going on.
- 24:23See if I got a a comment back from Virginia or you.
- 24:29Unknown: I I didn't I haven't commented back because I hadn't looked at it but you told me the gist of it last night and I wanted to talk about it. Today, you did send it to me but for those of you who try and contact me, it's it's Radio Ranchmail.
- 24:41Com and I set that up so that we could use it over the air, okay, rather than give out my personal ones because here's what happens. The minute you give out your personal email address,
- 24:52everybody under the sun starts sending you spam,
- 24:55and so it clogs up those email addresses, and I try not to do that anymore
- 25:01because I still got some residual stuff on a regular basis coming through there.
- 25:06So radioranchmail
- 25:07dot com, and the problem is I don't check it. I'm not on top of it as much as my regular Email accounts but as I said, Thomas called me, said he got this Email from state. We discussed it a bit last night just
- 25:19between ourselves.
- 25:20It immediately threw up a flag because Chris who's on the call with us here today is also experiencing some delays in acquiring
- 25:29his passport
- 25:30which he has every right to get, okay?
- 25:33And so, they've got every duty to issue, alright? So,
- 25:38Thomas and I and the first thing that hit me when he called me and gave me the parameters of this email, we're gonna get into a little bit of a discussion about it, because I know that there's several people out there that are right on the cusp of submitting affidavits with passport applications,
- 25:54and I don't want to take situations
- 25:57that are unique
- 25:58and apply em generally when it might not be the case.
- 26:02Chris,
- 26:04and I'm sure Chris will be in full agreement of me here is a unique individual
- 26:09in unique circumstances.
- 26:11You
- 26:14said a mouthful. Okay. So, I got agreement on that. Thomas,
- 26:18I think your situation now that I had a chance to think about what we went over last night in our I think yours may may in parenthesis
- 26:29also be somewhat unique.
- 26:31So, that's why I wanted you to come on today so we could discuss it. When Thomas called me last night and he said, they're wanting this. They're going to before they give me a passport. Well, the first thing that hit me was this the second time this has come up in seven, eight years, however long it's been.
- 26:47The first time was the second black guy that we ever had
- 26:52that sent in a application under Brown v. Board, okay?
- 26:57And he was a guy I don't remember his name right off the bat, it's been a number of years and he had been in Atlanta, used to live out in Ostell, which is in Northwest part of Atlanta out there. He lived in Ostell. He was married, had a family, got divorced,
- 27:13moved to Mississippi,
- 27:15went off and got a a place that he built totally off the grid and somehow he heard my message,
- 27:22and called in, wanted to do it. I helped him, he submitted the application,
- 27:28and he got the same letter back you didn't get an email in those days he got the same letter back from the Secretary of State's office in New Orleans.
- 27:36He was in Mississippi
- 27:37saying they required
- 27:39five or six more pieces of identification.
- 27:42Now I honestly don't remember
- 27:44if they required picture ID as if that they're evidently asking you.
- 27:51But they did require five or six, and I'm not sure which one it was, additional
- 27:56verifications
- 27:57of ID.
- 27:59And so he
- 28:00left Mississippi,
- 28:02drove back to Austell,
- 28:03Georgia.
- 28:04Pretty good. Nice little drive there through the South.
- 28:08Drove back over to Austell
- 28:10because he had a bunch of his personal stuff in a in a storage unit and he spent an weekend
- 28:16going through that storage unit and going through paperwork
- 28:20and damned if he didn't find what they were requiring.
- 28:23And he went back and submitted them, got his passport, he said, I'm out of here, I'm coming to Argentina
- 28:29and moved down to Buenos Aires and I met him in BA one time, okay? So, there is a precedent here but when Thomas, you and I were talking last night, you have not had a driver's license for a number of years?
- 28:45Unknown: Since 2013.
- 28:47Unknown: Okay, so it's been about five years, right?
- 28:50When you went in to apply
- 28:53with, and you got to apply with somebody, an administrative agent, and if it's not an agent at the post office when you're filling this out, they want you to go to a judge so you can sign it in front of him. So, obviously,
- 29:06they take this pretty seriously.
- 29:08Did you do it at the post office?
- 29:13Unknown: Yeah. I did it at the post office with the
- 29:15Unknown: person that does the passports there. Right. They've always got a designated person to do it. Now when they came to that park in interacting with this guy and they said, we need a picture ID,
- 29:28what did you show them?
- 29:32Unknown: Didn't show them anything.
- 29:36Unknown: Did you have someone with you who's known you for two years that did have a picture ID?
- 29:43No.
- 29:44Okay, well then he's violated his regulations.
- 29:48You've got to have a picture ID upon application and if you do not have one, you have to have someone with you
- 29:56who's known you for two years that had one, and the reason I know that is because when I did it, the guy at the post office I'll tell let me tell this story, okay? I can tell it better in a story form. I I saw that. I had a Tennessee driver's license at that point. I'd gone up to Tennessee in the backwoods of Tennessee and gotten a driver's license and so,
- 30:18living in Atlanta and I didn't want to show the driver's license at that point because I knew it referenced and and and confirmed residency,
- 30:28okay? So, so,
- 30:30I brought a girl that I knew there. I'd known her for a couple of years in Panama City and she's very attractive and I brought her. We didn't have anything going and I brought her. I said, will you go in there with me to do this? Because of this requirement. She said, yes
- 30:45and so, the post office in Panama City, Little Bay County is a real nice post office. It was built back in the Works Progress
- 30:53Association,
- 30:54Days FDR
- 30:56and it's real nice. It's stone. It's got all kind of nice stuff in there, and when you walk in, the passport booth, if you will, the little office for that same guy that's assigned to this, was over away from all the postal tellers.
- 31:11So we walked over there and the guy standing there. He's kind of about six foot three or four. He's kind of a big guy and we walk in the door and we're walking over there to his little cubbyhole,
- 31:21his little office deal and he looks at the girl. He doesn't even look at me. He, of course, he looks at the female
- 31:28and he says, this guy knows what he's doing. Before we even reached his his little desk, okay? And the reason he said that is because I had a stack of paperwork
- 31:40in my hands,
- 31:41okay? And most people come in with a birth certificate. Boom. That's about it. I come in with this stack of paperwork, see? And he looks over at her and he goes, this guy knows what he's doing. That was his remark. I'll never forget it and I said, yeah, I do actually
- 31:56and so we got up there to the desk and we start going through all the questions and he comes to that thing. He says, well, I need a picture ID
- 32:03and I said, well, I don't have one and that's the reason this lovely bond is with me here because I've known her for two years and it says right in your instructions that if I don't have a picture ID, I can bring someone with me that does have one that's known me for two years.
- 32:19Now, this this is interesting right here because here it starts getting interesting
- 32:23and he looks at me and he says, I
- 32:26don't have to accept that
- 32:28and he reaches around and pulls from the third shelf on the top behind him, this big red three ring binder
- 32:36and it's so heavy and it's so big when it hits the the counter, it goes ploop,
- 32:42you know, and he starts opening up and thumbing through it and he goes, it says right here that I don't have to accept that and I can make you get one and I'm going to make you get one. That's what he told me.
- 32:56And so at that point, and this is something I'm gonna suggest to you, Thomas. At that point,
- 33:02she turns to me and she said, why don't we go get Florida State IDs? I just got them for my kids two weeks ago.
- 33:10And I go, you're on, okay? And so, fortunately, in that small town, the driver's license division there for the state of Florida is relatively close to the post office few blocks away. So we hop into the car and we drive over to the driver's license office,
- 33:27and there they got a gatekeeper
- 33:30that makes sure you got all this stuff right because you're going in to get a driver's license generally, but they also issue state IDs.
- 33:38And by that point, because I had a couple of blocks and a little time to think about it, I had my five page affidavit with me, I had my birth certificate with me, I had all the required paperwork,
- 33:50and that
- 33:51affidavit
- 33:52had been filed in the property office of Bay County, Florida
- 33:56some thirteen years before,
- 33:59and it had all the stamps on it, all the filing stamps,
- 34:03clerk of the court stamp, all that stuff was on it, and I showed it to the gatekeeper guy and he goes, Go on through. He didn't even hesitate, okay? So the first four or five people deal with driver's licenses,
- 34:16and the next four over there deal with state IDs,
- 34:20And at that point, Thomas, I want you to listen real close,
- 34:24at that point I walked up to the counter with the lady for the IDs,
- 34:28and I didn't really, hi, how you doing? But I plopped down my affidavit
- 34:33on her counter.
- 34:35I didn't make any declarations,
- 34:37I didn't say anything.
- 34:38I plopped that affidavit on the counter.
- 34:41She grabs it, reaches over to a scanner that's beside her computer keyboard,
- 34:46and starts scanning in the five pages.
- 34:49Now after she started doing that, she starts asking me the questions.
- 34:55And she goes, well, mister Sales, are you a citizen of The United States? I said, no. She said, mister Sales, are you a resident? I said, no. Mister Sales, this, mister Sales that. Okay, that'll be $4 Get over step over there and get your picture taken.
- 35:09And
- 35:10Thomas, I'm going to tell you, at that, that was a similar moment for me because
- 35:15the thing that hit me was John's teachings
- 35:18and I sat there and I said, I'll be damned. It's all voluntary.
- 35:25They issued me a Florida state ID with a hologram.
- 35:29I got paid $4
- 35:30and I walked out, went back to the post office, showed it to him. He went through the rest. He goes, okay, I need a Social Security number. I said, no. I'm not gonna put it in there. And he said, they won't send you the passport if you don't have the number. And I said, you watch them.
- 35:48And I expedited
- 35:50it. So, had to pay extra. You have to pay overnight mail service to DC
- 35:55and about a few weeks later, it was a little longer at that point because that was the first summer, if you'll remember right, where they required
- 36:04passports to leave the country to go to Canada, The Caribbean,
- 36:08or anywhere else, and they changed that rule at the last minute, and all these people that had summer travel plans
- 36:15swamped the passport
- 36:17office. So, it took about a little bit longer. I don't remember. It was it was a probably maybe
- 36:23even Chris seven weeks, okay?
- 36:25And but I finally got it in the mail. So, what did we learn? You gotta have a picture ID
- 36:32and if the clerk is is particularly aggravated
- 36:36with you, he may make you go through that but for you,
- 36:40since you don't have a state driver's license,
- 36:43I would suggest you go down and go through that exercise
- 36:46and get yourself a Texas state ID,
- 36:49picture ID,
- 36:50as a non resident, non citizen of The United States.
- 36:55Unknown: So, there's one. No, they want a state, Roger.
- 36:58Yeah. They want five year, they want five year old stuff.
- 37:04At least five year old stuff.
- 37:07Unknown: They, do they stipulate that in the Email?
- 37:12Yes. That's an that that that is an impossible
- 37:16more than likely accomplishment.
- 37:20You reckon? Okay. Well, you know, but Les, but look, you didn't have a picture ID.
- 37:26When you applied and you told me you sent them for your hold it. For your picture when you applied,
- 37:33what did you send them?
- 37:36Unknown: I sent them
- 37:38Unknown: The passport picture. A
- 37:42yeah. Yeah. The passport photo.
- 37:45Unknown: I sent them,
- 37:48the
- 37:49affidavit out of the book,
- 37:52rekite
- 37:53and
- 37:55edited,
- 37:57for my situation.
- 37:59And,
- 38:00I sent them,
- 38:01some documents in 2015
- 38:03to let them know that,
- 38:06basically, it it says about the same thing as the affidavit,
- 38:11but that my allegiance is to Texas and not, any place else.
- 38:18But, here here's the first sentence.
- 38:21Thank you for your recent passport
- 38:23application.
- 38:24However, the identification you provided is not sufficient for passport purposes. Please submit photocopies
- 38:30of five,
- 38:32five in parentheses or more personal documents which are five years Okay. Or older. Okay, they didn't say picture ID, they said personal Okay,
- 38:45Unknown: so that is something
- 38:51Unknown: then they have a list
- 38:53of ideas.
- 38:56Unknown: I said oh, wow. Roger, can you hear me? I hear you, Brian. We got you on there.
- 39:02Unknown: Sorry. I also sent them my birth certificate with this, which that's a
- 39:07prerequisite
- 39:08Unknown: or something. Oh, you gotta have a birth certificate with it. Everybody
- 39:12that sends in an application for passport has to have birth certificate with it, or they will not issue it to you. And I've learned that personally too. Yeah.
- 39:24Okay. And when I learned that was when I was in Argentina,
- 39:27and my original passport got stolen,
- 39:30and I couldn't do jack crap in Argentina without a passport because I didn't have Argentina ID because I was illegal all the time I was there. I couldn't go to Western Union and get money. I couldn't do anything.
- 39:42So, I had to get another passport and when I called the embassy in Buenos Aires and they were going through it, they said, well, do you need a original copy of birth certificate? You know, everybody carries those with you everywhere you go, don't they?
- 39:56You got one in your back pocket, don't you, Bob? Okay?
- 39:59And so I said and this is what I told them. I said, look, I just this passport's only two years old. You've got it in your files,
- 40:07and the gal lied to me, and she said, we destroy that. You can't destroy it. It's my administrative file. But
- 40:14they made me get one, and what I had to do was get a temporary one. They would issue me a temporary one for a year,
- 40:22and I paid the full price and everything, at the end in in that period of time of a year, if I went back with the original copy of the birth certificate, they give me a ten year when I wouldn't have to pay anymore and I got eleven years of passport for payment of ten.
- 40:39And that's what happened, okay? But they would not issue it to me when they damn well had it in their files, I promise you. Yeah. And at at this point now, it's interesting because they said, do you have an original copy of your birth certificate?
- 40:53And I said, no. And they and I said, you mean Obama doesn't have to have one and I do?
- 41:00Because there's all that controversy about Obama not having a birth certificate at that point. See? And so, I I threw that little zinger in on her but I finally got it. So, this seems to be the same obstacle
- 41:15or
- 41:16requirements
- 41:17that they gave to Dez. That guy's name was Dez
- 41:20that they gave to Des in Mississippi so many years ago.
- 41:24And I think when you when we go over the story,
- 41:27you didn't have to present. The clerk at the post office didn't ask you to fulfill that requirement because you didn't have do you have a picture ID on you?
- 41:41Thomas?
- 41:43Unknown: No,
- 41:44Unknown: no. Okay, so you couldn't have fulfilled the requirement if he'd asked you.
- 41:52At the post office.
- 41:56Unknown: On the document that I sent him in twenty fifth Doesn't matter. 2015.
- 42:00Unknown: Doesn't make any difference what you sent him in 2015. It don't make crap difference.
- 42:05Unknown: This is didn't let me finish the sentence, Roger. You didn't you didn't let me finish the sentence. Okay.
- 42:11It had the document that I included with my passport in 2015,
- 42:15which I included the day of my passport, passport,
- 42:19whatever you call that,
- 42:21interrogation,
- 42:22had my picture on it. I said this, the secretary of state of The United States, and the president of The United States have both accepted this,
- 42:32Unknown: and here's my picture on it. Well, you know That that that's what it's doesn't make any difference.
- 42:39In the requirements for passport application,
- 42:42you have to have a picture ID
- 42:44or with somebody with you that's known you for two years that has one. It's right in the instructions, man.
- 42:51So
- 42:52the guy, when you applied,
- 42:54didn't fulfill those requirements.
- 42:57You attached a picture that you'd gotten for them to put on your passport
- 43:01as your picture and they're writing back and saying, we need some more, we need some more verification.
- 43:07That's
- 43:10what I see on it, on this situation.
- 43:12So, that's why I say, I'm I'm as I thought about it last night,
- 43:18I don't know that this is a standard roadblock that they're going to throw up for everybody because both of you guys' situations
- 43:26have some unique attributes to it but I wanted to give a heads up and discuss it today because I know there's several people that are considering doing this right now, okay?
- 43:40And my curiosity
- 43:42is, as I told you last night,
- 43:45are they getting hit with so many of these things up there that they're starting to throw these roadblocks
- 43:51out?
- 43:52That's my curiosity
- 43:53at this point, and I just don't know. But evidently, a number of people out there in the country are doing programs and working with people and having them file information with the Secretary of State now that this is out.
- 44:07Like Anna Von Wrights, didn't you say that Chris, didn't you say that a bunch of her people are filing something with Secretary of State now?
- 44:16I did say they probably got well over a thousand. Okay and you got that other guy that we were talking about there and he's got some sort of program where they're also applying documents of authenticity or so, you know, of your status.
- 44:31Unknown: Shelby Smith at hisadvocates.org.
- 44:33Unknown: Okay. Well, there's two other people. My my example is there's two other groups right there that are starting to have people send in affidavits.
- 44:41People from us and and what we do here are sending in affidavits and I think that they're starting to get hit with a bunch of em. Now, the reason as I told Thomas last night and I've told this story before but it's very
- 44:56insightful
- 44:57not only into this process that we're talking about but also into our patriot community.
- 45:05How we think and how we do things.
- 45:09That affidavit,
- 45:11my five page affidavit that John and Glenn wrote and the 1,200 students that paid to go through their course submitted that affidavit
- 45:20along with ten forty NRs to the IRS.
- 45:23Let me say something real clear:
- 45:26do not submit it to the IRS
- 45:29unless you first submitted it to state.
- 45:34You are one of those stubborn people If that
- 45:36insist
- 45:37on doing that, they're going to hit you with a $5,000
- 45:42frivolous filing penalty.
- 45:45So if you want some more stuff on
- 45:48the bad side of the ledger with the IRS,
- 45:51you take this and send it to them first.
- 45:54Now, if you send it to the Secretary of State first and
- 45:58then send it to the IRS, you will get no 5,000
- 46:03frivolous filing penalty.
- 46:06So we didn't know that back then. Hold on, Chris. We didn't know that back then. We all sent it to IRS.
- 46:14Back then, we got $500
- 46:17penalties. Now, they're 5,000.
- 46:20So in that process,
- 46:22and John and Glenn were teaching for six months only,
- 46:26in that process 1,200
- 46:28students went through the paid course.
- 46:31So there was 1,200 students who got that affidavit from John and Glenn and submitted it wrongly
- 46:37to the IRS in Philadelphia.
- 46:41When the feds came after John and Glenn in that couple of year ordeal before they sent them to federal prison for fifteen and a half years,
- 46:50the U. S. Attorney got up in court, in open court,
- 46:55and stated the IRS had received over 100,000
- 47:01of them.
- 47:06Unknown: Don't change.
- 47:07Unknown: That's a lot. So from 1,200 to over a 100,000.
- 47:13So in the seven or eight years that we've been doing this, now let me pose the question, do you think the Secretary of State has gotten over 100,000
- 47:21of these in seven years?
- 47:27Unknown: I would imagine.
- 47:28Unknown: Well, I would too.
- 47:30Okay?
- 47:32So,
- 47:33that's where we are and that's some of the background on this and that's why I say that I I'm pretty sure they've gotten over 100, zero of em up there at state and that's my reasons, okay?
- 47:44But it may be that they, see, they don't have any defense. It's what I've been telling you all the whole time. They've got no defense for this because it's based on fraud.
- 47:53And that's why they can't do very much except send out that damn bluff letter. Has anybody personally or has anybody heard of anybody getting that affidavit turned down upon submission?
- 48:09Has anybody heard of somebody getting one back and saying, no. Sorry, sucker. We can't accept this. Has that happened one time?
- 48:22I hear crickets.
- 48:27Unknown: Nope.
- 48:28Unknown: They accept them. They have to back your step back. They have see, that's the point. They have to accept them. What do they call it internally?
- 48:36Your citizenship
- 48:38evidence.
- 48:39I guarantee you the government doesn't use that nomenclature
- 48:42unless they know exactly what the hell they're saying.
- 48:46Because that's for them
- 48:48internally.
- 48:49It's citizenship
- 48:51evidence.
- 48:54Unknown: Because you noteworthy curiosity
- 48:57Yeah. Go ahead, Chris. That I had happened to me personally about two years ago
- 49:02when I was
- 49:03applying
- 49:04for my socialist slavery benefits at the Social Security office here in Las Vegas.
- 49:10I provided them with their application form and an affidavit and
- 49:15notice of condition preceding
- 49:17Unknown: Right.
- 49:18Unknown: Which they took
- 49:20and scanned.
- 49:22And the
- 49:23man of color who was taking my application was
- 49:26pretty curious and interested in the things I was telling and thought I was a rather intriguing individual, but he didn't see very many of them in office.
- 49:35But he shook them, and he told me the amount that I was getting, and I was rather surprised at it pleasantly.
- 49:42But I told him I was gonna withhold my excitement until I actually got the checks and had validation
- 49:49that that's what they were really gonna send me.
- 49:51But it turned out to be what they really did send me, and I was pleasantly
- 49:57astonished,
- 49:58quite frankly,
- 49:59compared to what other people I know get.
- 50:01And so
- 50:03I I know that there are several different federal offices, Social Security,
- 50:09federal courts, and other places where my affidavit is at.
- 50:14Well, fine. But unless I'm seeing some obstruction by the LA office, surprise surprise, in the most corrupt systemically
- 50:23tainted and beyond repair,
- 50:25Ninth Circuit,
- 50:27assist pool of systemic corruption.
- 50:31They seem to be accepting. Although, I did find a phone number for their administrative office for that particular one yesterday
- 50:38after serious searching for quite a while. It's not easy to find that number to get to that office to follow-up.
- 50:44Right. Although I have been talking to some pretty highfalutin government
- 50:48offices in the past couple of days. DOJ,
- 50:51secretary of state IG,
- 50:54Passport
- 50:54IG,
- 50:56Department of Homeland Security.
- 50:59Unknown: Well, I would say my personal experience, I was in Argentina when I put supply applied for my Social Security. I became eligible at 62 down there. Well, if you're in a foreign country, you have to apply for social security through the embassy in the country you're in, period. So,
- 51:16I did my application.
- 51:18I had my temporary passport.
- 51:20I sent them a copy of the affidavit,
- 51:22which I do in any correspondence
- 51:24I have with these creeps, okay? In any capacity,
- 51:27they get a copy of the affidavit,
- 51:29and I started getting my checks, and I've been getting them for eight years. Why? Because the Social Security is not a nexus to the system.
- 51:38Any citizen,
- 51:39capital c or small c, Chris, of any country in the world can contract with Social Security, send them that little pittance every month, they'll steal 9090% of it, and after you turn eligible, they're going to send you what you're, what you do.
- 51:55It's not the nexus to the system. Anybody in the world can do it, and they don't send IRS,
- 52:01OS,
- 52:02OSHA,
- 52:03EPA,
- 52:03and all those other agencies out to ding em for, you know,
- 52:08having a a wood burning stove in their house in freaking Siberia.
- 52:18So the first thing I'd say, Thomas, is I don't want to
- 52:23say that this is an across the board obstruction from them. I think your situation now, we delve into it a little bit and I thought about it, may have that unique
- 52:32quote unquote unique aspect to it,
- 52:36and
- 52:37I'd say if you really
- 52:39search, can probably fulfill their requirements.
- 52:42But in the interim,
- 52:44what do you do?
- 52:46The passport is not a big deal. The passport's an ex parte document. Says that that right there in that Supreme Court case from eighteen eighteen,
- 52:55one eight three five. It's got a lot of precedent. It's been standing a long time, almost two hundred years. And
- 53:06it is not the passport.
- 53:08It is an ex parte, e x. Next word, p a r t e.
- 53:13Another part, a separate part of the document,
- 53:17and as the Supreme Court case lays out in very clear language,
- 53:22it is the any
- 53:24type of documentation
- 53:26in the possession of the secretary,
- 53:29if admissible
- 53:30in a court of law,
- 53:32that should be considered the higher and better evidence.
- 53:35So my suggestion was to Thomas,
- 53:38and I'll put it out here on the air today, is to sit down and get another
- 53:43copy the affidavit
- 53:44and write a real nice little cover letter and say, would you please place my citizenship
- 53:56citizenship evidence, you might even put it in quotes,
- 53:59firmly
- 54:00and permanently
- 54:02in my administrative
- 54:04file,
- 54:05and send it to them with a return receipt requested.
- 54:09And if you're not leaving the country,
- 54:11now at least you got your freedom. Now go find the the stuff they're requiring
- 54:16and get it to them, or else go take them to court and fight them over it.
- 54:25Does that make sense?
- 54:31Thomas, you weren't planning Response. On
- 54:33You you weren't Response
- 54:34Unknown: means
- 54:36consent.
- 54:37Unknown: He the silence deems consent. If you're not leaving the country immediately,
- 54:42it's not an absolute requirement. I know that people want it because it attaches identification
- 54:49and you don't have a driver's license.
- 54:51It attaches the identification
- 54:53to that affidavit
- 54:55which is in the administrative file.
- 54:58But if they give you crap about getting the passport like they're doing Thomas,
- 55:03at least the affidavit's
- 55:04in your administrative file and you can always refer to it.
- 55:10Now I don't know and I'll go ahead and drop some names here. Thomas went through
- 55:16the program of mister Bork. LLB Bork, isn't that his name?
- 55:22Unknown: Yeah.
- 55:23Unknown: What's his name? And you sent in his paperwork.
- 55:26I've never seen it and I have no idea on its impact on Secretary of State.
- 55:32I have worked with this affidavit we use and that concept for almost thirty years,
- 55:38and I do know about it.
- 55:46Unknown: Okay? Well, I guess that's what I'm gonna have to do then because I don't think I can come up with five
- 55:52IDs.
- 55:52Unknown: No. They don't want. They didn't say IDs.
- 55:55They said, somehow,
- 55:57it it what they verbiage they did,
- 56:00oh an old
- 56:02bill, a something that they want something that connects it to you but it didn't say picture ID. Documents, not. It said documents.
- 56:14Unknown: Newspaper,
- 56:14magazine articles with your photo and name, newspaper name and date,
- 56:19learner, driver's license, school yearbook, photo.
- 56:23Crazy.
- 56:26Unknown: Well Hey, Roger. If I could add to that. Yeah. Brian, I'm gonna I'm gonna turn it right over to Hold
- 56:31on.
- 56:32The if if you can't produce that, you can take them to court.
- 56:38Okay, and those are the only options, or else see if there's some sort of an administrative
- 56:43remedy inside the State Department and inquire about that on how you can get this resolved because you want that passport.
- 56:54Unknown: Sullivan's credit cards. So.
- 56:57Unknown: Medicare health insurance card. Yeah. All that. Card, man. Yeah. It's very rich. Well, hell, you were a slave, man. They want they want proof you were a slave.
- 57:11I would say for, you know, we've got a guy that contacted us yesterday right at the end of the show, Freedom
- 57:17and and and Freedom called in for the first time a few weeks back and he said, hey, Roger. I've been, he said, well, I heard you seven years ago and I said, well, I'm just going to sit back and watch and see how Roger does, okay? So, now, he's he's thinking about filing the affidavit
- 57:33but you know, if you if you'd done it five years ago, three years ago, whatever, you'd had no problems and there may be some problems now. I'm not saying there's going to be but there may be and that's the reason I want to have this discussion today and see if we could extrapolate all these facts and come up with something reasonable,
- 57:51and let's see, is this a knee jerk reaction from the State Department because they're getting so damn many of those affidavits up there, which would make me smile ear to ear.
- 58:02It doesn't make Thomas smile or the people that are in that situation Not smiling. No, but it makes me smile because I know we're having an effect.
- 58:11Okay?
- 58:11Brian,
- 58:12one of my better students out of the seven years I've been doing this, he's your fellow Texan, and I believe you two have spoken, have you not?
- 58:23Unknown: Yes, we have.
- 58:25Unknown: How you doing, Brian? I'm
- 58:28Unknown: good. I'm good, Roger.
- 58:31Hola, everybody. Hey. I was gonna chime in. Hi. A couple things you mentioned on
- 58:37the state ID,
- 58:38and I can specifically
- 58:40speak for here in Texas as well as Idaho.
- 58:44They will not issue you a state ID unless you claim resident status, period. It's in their rules. Oh, is they online.
- 58:52Unknown: They've changed it.
- 58:54Unknown: Yeah. They've changed it and I'm and it's it'll be that if it's changed in one state, it will be that in every state. It will be because but don't don't quote me. Well, they are because all those laws are uniform. When they say uniform, uniform commercial code, uniform building code, all that stuff Correct. That means they can control it from the top down.
- 59:14Correct. Because they're all sub corporations of the parent corporation.
- 59:17They're I mean, they're lock stock lock stock and barrel. But real quick. So
- 59:23I'm pretty sure now because I was gonna do that. I was gonna
- 59:27I got rid of my driver's license.
- 59:29I don't carry one,
- 59:31and I lost my Roger, you you're aware of this. When I'd come back from Florida, I'd lost somebody actually, somebody stole it out of my car, I think, but it just disappeared.
- 59:40And I had to get a new passport,
- 59:42which was a pain in the ass. So I went back in and
- 59:46and I went through the same process. They gave me a little beef up front. And then I got, like, a couple weeks later, I got a, remember, I got a letter in the mail. They wanted four or five pieces of more
- 59:56additional information.
- 59:58And I had to submit
- 59:59I think I went back and found my
- 1:00:02an insurance license
- 1:00:04application that had my picture on it and basically an add mail. I used my college
- 1:00:10admissions
- 1:00:11paperwork.
- 1:00:12I used I think a prior electric bill and some other stuff. But I sent it back in and bam, I got my a new, you know, a new a new passport
- 1:00:22shortly after that. But most importantly, I you know, the affidavit, as Roger
- 1:00:26has stated, is obviously the the most important evidence. That's the ex parte document. That's the evidence in your in your permanent file, and that's really all that matters. It really is. Once that thing's
- 1:00:37yeah. That's that's all it's based on. Once it's filed, then you can do just anything, literally, any anybody you have any issue with, you submit that thing. Roger, you're aware of this. I'm trying to sell a piece of property. Yes. They're they're they're trying to attach a bunch of other stuff
- 1:00:54so the state can withhold taxes and all this other stuff. So
- 1:00:58and they want you to admit that you're a non
- 1:01:01what was it? A non a foreign person. Yeah. A foreign person.
- 1:01:06And so it's just another example of how they're
- 1:01:10they wanna try to get you to
- 1:01:12claim jurisdiction
- 1:01:14through all these little traps. But I think my point point is once you have that affidavit done and filed and squared away,
- 1:01:20I I would say there's maybe some other steps you can add to it
- 1:01:24at the property county record level as a deed to reconveyance those things. But that's not part of the conversation. I'm just saying
- 1:01:31just getting your ducks in a row and all your paperwork so that when you have any of these dam issues,
- 1:01:36you got ground to stand on because otherwise they're just gonna
- 1:01:40Unknown: chew your ass up. Okay, let's see. Thomas, let's take his right to your situation and you don't have a driver's license, you're in the state of Texas
- 1:01:48and you're driving along and you get pulled over
- 1:01:51and you get sided with speeding,
- 1:01:55Okay?
- 1:01:57Speeding and all those traffic laws are only written for citizens of The United States and residents.
- 1:02:03All right? So you go then to the prosecutor of the county,
- 1:02:09He's the one that decides cases that get sent to court. It's the prosecutor, not the judge, okay? You go to the prosecutor
- 1:02:16and you tell him, this is my affidavit.
- 1:02:19It is on file with the Secretary of State, and if you continue to bring charges on this, I am going to request that it be admitted into evidence and it bypasses your rules of evidence, you can't stop it, and it states I'm not a citizen of The United States and resident, and so therefore the speeding charges cannot apply.
- 1:02:40You see how that's used?
- 1:02:46And you didn't have to have a passport to do all that, but you did have to have that affidavit in your administrative file with the Secretary of State,
- 1:02:56because once it's there,
- 1:02:58once it's in their administrative
- 1:03:00system in your records folder
- 1:03:03associated
- 1:03:04with you,
- 1:03:05now it can be admitted into any court and it bypasses
- 1:03:09the rules of evidence, which is the most important part because that's how they keep crap out.
- 1:03:17Unknown: Yep. Hey, Roger. Yep. Hey. Something else to add to this, and this probably is the next step beyond
- 1:03:24that you're aware of it. I should have done it in Idaho, but I've had now years to think it through, and I I really do believe this is the way to get out of the
- 1:03:33is to further get out of the the presumption that you're driving. So for example, if you go and you do this affidavit,
- 1:03:41you sever that that presumption from the top. Right? You do everything correct.
- 1:03:46Let's say you get you surrender your driver's license
- 1:03:49or you you basically surrender your driver's license or you keep your existing driver's license and walk in and and apply for a nonresident driver's license and challenge the system. Do just like I did and make them rebut everything and make them put in writing that they cannot issue you a nonresident
- 1:04:05driver's license. Therefore,
- 1:04:07you then have grounds to sue them, the governor, the lieutenant governor, or just put them on notice, right via affidavit,
- 1:04:14the county sheriff that, hey, look, I'm not a US citizen, not a resident.
- 1:04:18Your boss, the attorney general, and
- 1:04:21and the state department agree,
- 1:04:23and I'm not a resident. Therefore, you cannot deprive me of my right to travel. That's And I'm certainly not gonna give up my right to travel to accept your jurisdiction and contract with you because there's the fraud right there. Yes, it is. They're trying to trick us into
- 1:04:38acquiescing
- 1:04:39No. And to consenting into surrendering our original right to travel and status.
- 1:04:44Unknown: Me correct you Let one little me just break one little point. The nexus is when you're born.
- 1:04:50These other things where they ask are you a citizen of The United States? Are you a resident? And you sign something.
- 1:04:56All they're getting at that point, the nexus has already been formed. You were born.
- 1:05:02What they're getting now is they're asking you, hey, Brian. Hey, Thomas. Are you a citizen of The United States under scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment?
- 1:05:11And you check it and you sign something,
- 1:05:14so you've given them your consent,
- 1:05:17and now they've got the consent of the governed,
- 1:05:21which makes the whole damn scheme
- 1:05:23constitutional.
- 1:05:26Unknown: Correct.
- 1:05:27Unknown: Correct. For Brian and everyone else on the call, I had the privilege of watching a very intriguing video by Eddie Craig,
- 1:05:36c r a I g, former law enforcement officer on the right to travel yesterday.
- 1:05:42And he covered about
- 1:05:4415 to 20 items that you do and don't do when you're in a traffic stop.
- 1:05:50And I was pleased that
- 1:05:52almost every one of those, maybe one or two minor ones,
- 1:05:57I didn't do, but I did on that so called pretextual traffic stop back on June 8 when they tried to kill me over that allegedly
- 1:06:05trying to evade a traffic control device,
- 1:06:09infraction
- 1:06:10insinuation.
- 1:06:12And I've rebutted all their presumption,
- 1:06:14and I at that day, that's why I didn't wanna produce the officer body cam video because I
- 1:06:20challenged his authority for the pretextual emergency stop. I wanted him to produce the evidence of a felony crime.
- 1:06:28I did not give him my driving license. I showed a passport, and I wouldn't give it to him at all. He claimed I was obstructing justice. That's what they always do,
- 1:06:38threaten you and so on and so forth. But I think it's a worthy video for anybody to look at. That's Eddie Craig
- 1:06:45Unknown: on the right to travel. Chris. Chris, send me a link on that and I'll stick it in the show notes Because for
- 1:06:54this is there's two big concerns.
- 1:06:56One is taxes and the other is driving.
- 1:07:00We can get out of the tax issue fairly easily now, but the problem is if you're driving along
- 1:07:07Who's who's rattling stuff in the background there? Somebody sounds like they're opening a piece of candy.
- 1:07:13If you're driving along in one of these sub 100 IQ goons that's been over killing women and children in Iraq
- 1:07:21pulls you over to the side. You've got a a valid concern.
- 1:07:25If you're going to try and get this litigated on the side of the road with that idiot,
- 1:07:29okay?
- 1:07:30And so, I think. The bogus are a dangerous plot. Absolutely and I think Tom's approach to this that he came up with about a year or two ago may work. I don't know of anybody that's trying it but I think it's got some viability,
- 1:07:44and that is you write out another little affidavit.
- 1:07:47I'm not. I have on this on file with the Secretary of State. I I have to have a driver's license according to your laws, so I have have had one, but I you cannot obstruct
- 1:07:59my right to travel, etcetera, etcetera, and you give that to the officer
- 1:08:04and sign the ticket,
- 1:08:07and they will take that to the prosecutor,
- 1:08:09and the prosecutor will never bring that case to court.
- 1:08:13I don't believe. Roger?
- 1:08:15Unknown: Yes. Roger, let me add to that. That's exactly the process, and as I mentioned, it it's just a step here. So let me quickly explain it, and it'll make sense. So because I got this stuff diagrammed out because I've been walking in it and doing it. So you file the affidavit. Brian, hold on. Stop for just a second. Yes. Brian is a perfect example of what I preach on here. You've got to make the information
- 1:08:42Unknown: yours.
- 1:08:45Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:08:46Yeah. You gotta be able to walk and talk this. And early on, hell, I was confused, but now it's it's getting to the point where it's being teachable very easily. So
- 1:08:56you file the affidavit.
- 1:08:57You sever it from the top. Okay? Now the a piece of evidence that I I believe that then they'll regardless
- 1:09:05when you get dragged into a court, they'll still claim jurisdiction because they'll still say you have a birth certificate. So I believe this may be an additional step.
- 1:09:14Get your you let's say you have a birth certificate.
- 1:09:17Use your birth certificate as the evidence to get your passport. Once you have the passport issued, you can always renew it. Don't ever let it lapse. But key is,
- 1:09:25I think this is the next step is the to then revoke your original birth certificate with the corporation that owns it. Surrender that original. Go get certified three certified copies
- 1:09:37and surrender it with an affidavit stating that you surrendered. It's no longer yours. It's their property,
- 1:09:43etcetera. We can that's another much deeper conversation, but we'll just let me let me finish here, then it'll make sense. But I think that's maybe another security mode because remember, when even if we do all these things and we we have our everything in a line and we get pulled over and some jackass
- 1:10:02minutiae mind cop basically arrests you or does something and writes you a bunch of tickets and tries to drag you in the court, the point is they're they're they're gonna rail railroad you because they don't care and the lower courts don't have to do shit. It doesn't matter what you present. They're they're they're lawless. There is no law whatsoever.
- 1:10:19Unknown: Well The only way to do it is to appeal it way up to a state court or etcetera. So Well, you can either go in You can either appeal it or you can try and nip it in the bud where it doesn't get to court, and that's go have a conversation with this documentation with the prosecutor.
- 1:10:35He's the one that dictates
- 1:10:37he's the one that dictates what court cases the judge hears, not the judge. The judge doesn't go through and say, well, I'm gonna hear this one. I'm not gonna hear that one. That's the prosecutor's
- 1:10:47Unknown: job. I agree. The whole
- 1:10:49the point here is to listen to the listen to the picture and then and then it'll make sense. So file the affidavit.
- 1:10:57There may be a way to basically surrender the the birth certificate. That's another conversation on the assessed KB trust. It's way too deep right now. Once you've done that, then put the affidavit. Actually, go challenge
- 1:11:10the state for a nonresident driver's license. You have to play their game. You have to make them admit it and prove it. And I I think that I've proved proven that. Are you Once you get to that stage and I'll do it. I'll I'm just about to enter that challenge here in Texas again. So once you do that and you get them to admit it, then boom. You you affidavit the head of the department transportation,
- 1:11:32the the governor, the lieutenant governor, and the sheriff. Right? And the attorney general for that state and say, look, I'm I'm a I'm a I'm I'm exhausting
- 1:11:42my judicial remedy here. I'm not a US citizen, not a resident. I do not surrender my inalienable right to travel. You cannot issue me a nonresident driver's license, though therefore, you cannot
- 1:11:54set me up. You cannot discriminate against me. You cannot hinder my right, etcetera.
- 1:11:59And I think once you get all that done, yeah, it's a pain in the ass, but then you you really do have standing. So the next time you get pulled over, you do just that. You've got the affidavit,
- 1:12:08copy of the affidavit
- 1:12:10submitted to all those named parties.
- 1:12:12You hand it to the cop. You give them your passport, and you basically hurl it out the window, and you say, I invoke my fifth amendment right. Do not talk to me. Hand it to him. Conversation's
- 1:12:22over. He can't ask you nothing. He can't harass you. He can't do nothing. He can't he can't throw the evidence away.
- 1:12:29If he writes you a ticket, so be it. Then put those steps in within seventy two hours,
- 1:12:34you know,
- 1:12:35that you did not contract with it and submit the same affidavit and declare the whole thing fraud. I agree. Guarantee if we if we if we get to this point, those bastards are
- 1:12:46it's it's done. Because then they can't say, oh, it's this. It's sad. We have jurisdiction. No. You don't. Here's all the proof. So That's right. Now now now I'm gonna commercial lean your ass, and I'm gonna sue you personally. That's the step we got to get And what we're doing here is being proactive. And I want to I do disagree with you on one point, Brian. I don't think you have to revoke the birth certificate because the whole thing is fraud.
- 1:13:09Unknown: And the way they're using it and securitizing
- 1:13:13collateralizing it is based on fraud. I agree. And once you hit them with that affidavit at stake, the fraud's exposed,
- 1:13:20and all those contracts are negated
- 1:13:23ab initio.
- 1:13:24So I think that step of just submitting the affidavit takes care of that. So the birth certificate serves two purposes:
- 1:13:33one in their evil side, but it's also when that's negated, it's a representative form of your birth
- 1:13:40because now they can't come in and attach the property aspect and the fourteenth amendment to it because you've negated it, the Secretary of State in the affidavit.
- 1:13:49But if somebody wants you to go through all that because it makes you sleep better at night, then you do it.
- 1:13:57Unknown: Yep.
- 1:13:58Well, it makes me sleep better, and I'm just saying it's not for everybody, but maybe just another idea to add to the conversation is that affidavit
- 1:14:06could very well also contain
- 1:14:08a a section declaring what
- 1:14:12that you're aware and declaring what that
- 1:14:15birth certificate actually is. It could. You could put it right in there. It right there. So they're then they they accept it because they can't deny it. They're not gonna address it, And they acquiesce, and they accept and issue the passport there. Now you have actual, not only,
- 1:14:30the passport, but evidence that you've declared that your
- 1:14:34birth certificate is a fraud and commit and created this bond and that accesses this SKV trust or whatever trust. Who fucking cares? Pardon me. I will. Who cares what trust? We we probably never find it, and that that's not the point. But as long as you put it in the affidavit, then you got you got some some an arsenal, more information in your arsenal. That's all I'm saying. Think it would be a good step to add. You could put something real simple in the affidavit. My birth certificate does not evidence
- 1:15:02Unknown: any
- 1:15:03evidence of voluntary
- 1:15:05servitude.
- 1:15:07There you go. Put that sentence right in there and you're done, okay? Now, Doug has joined us couple minutes ago and and I want to not not not recognize him. So, hey, Doug. What you got to add today, brother?
- 1:15:23Unknown: Well,
- 1:15:24I I have a a few comments,
- 1:15:28and then I got a couple of questions. Number one,
- 1:15:31based on what has been presented here today,
- 1:15:35it might be a prudent idea
- 1:15:38to
- 1:15:39before you put in your passport application,
- 1:15:43to already
- 1:15:45provide,
- 1:15:46have ready and provide
- 1:15:50documentation
- 1:15:52of five
- 1:15:54documents
- 1:15:56that and you can use divorce papers,
- 1:16:00you know, court cases,
- 1:16:02etcetera,
- 1:16:04utility bills,
- 1:16:06etcetera.
- 1:16:07And I think that might be a
- 1:16:10prudent
- 1:16:11way to as a
- 1:16:14a
- 1:16:15from to to
- 1:16:17well, I
- 1:16:18can't come up with the word, but in other word,
- 1:16:21to
- 1:16:23provide all the evidence, if they're changing what they're requiring,
- 1:16:28then you provide that ahead of time.
- 1:16:31Unknown: Well, should. Throw them off. I don't think and that's why I wanted to have this discussion today because on on thinking about it last night and this morning,
- 1:16:39I think Thomas'
- 1:16:41situation is one of these unique situations,
- 1:16:44and I don't believe this is something they're gonna be heaping on everybody.
- 1:16:48Okay? That's just what I feel at this point from what I know. So let's cross our fingers and hope that that's the case.
- 1:16:58Unknown: However
- 1:16:59but if if that is a a new tactic,
- 1:17:04why not just get I mean, I've got documents
- 1:17:07that
- 1:17:08I could
- 1:17:10pull up that go back so many years. But Doug
- 1:17:14Doug. Marriage license?
- 1:17:17Unknown: Doug. Oh, go ahead. Everybody doesn't have those readily available and let's not get everybody scrambling around to this unless it's required.
- 1:17:28The reason that I suggest
- 1:17:30that you attach the affidavit
- 1:17:33with the passport application
- 1:17:35is because that passport form is expressly
- 1:17:39designed
- 1:17:40to keep you in the system,
- 1:17:43but they have to put in there that you can get out to keep it constitutional.
- 1:17:49Notice they don't ever ask you in the application what you are,
- 1:17:53It's presumed what you are, and you have to rebut the presumption.
- 1:17:59They don't ask you. They do ask you, however, what your parents were,
- 1:18:03don't they? Don't they say, my father was a citizen of The United States and my mother and they got checks next to him? They ask you what your parents were, but they don't ask you what you were, they presume it.
- 1:18:17Why?
- 1:18:18Because it's the damn feudal system.
- 1:18:21If your parents were citizens of The United States voluntary in servitude,
- 1:18:25then their presumption is correct. You're born into that condition,
- 1:18:30but you have the chance to get out of it and volunteer out, and they put it right there in the warning box on the application.
- 1:18:38Now why do they do that? Because they have to.
- 1:18:45If they didn't tell you that you had a way to opt out, it wouldn't be constitutional.
- 1:18:55Unknown: True.
- 1:18:56Well, all I'm saying is, you know, if it's easily accessible,
- 1:19:01like, could even have,
- 1:19:03you could,
- 1:19:06contact
- 1:19:07people that have known you for five years, family, whatever,
- 1:19:11and they just write an affidavit.
- 1:19:14I know this individual
- 1:19:17or man to be so and so
- 1:19:20or since da da da and
- 1:19:23have
- 1:19:24that maybe in the in
- 1:19:26in the back stage just ready there. I mean, I guess we'll find out if this is any pattern that they're now Listen,
- 1:19:36Unknown: Doug, that's exactly why we're having this program today,
- 1:19:40because I wanna get this out there, so if anybody is following through and wants to do this application and do a passport with it, if they get the same roadblocks,
- 1:19:51we want to know about it.
- 1:19:54Exactly. I guarantee you, listen, I guarantee you somebody else gets that kind of a letter, I'll hear about it.
- 1:20:04Unknown: And even in the work that I do, which is more on the physical
- 1:20:10construction
- 1:20:11realm,
- 1:20:13I
- 1:20:15I plan my plan, and then I work my plan. So I think ahead
- 1:20:20on things that are not just simple fixes and
- 1:20:25things like that. So I like to don't mind spending the time
- 1:20:30to
- 1:20:32plan
- 1:20:32my plan and then apply my plan.
- 1:20:37So anyway, I just thought I'd I'd put that out there. Now I have a couple questions for my clarification,
- 1:20:43Roger.
- 1:20:44Great. It's
- 1:20:45it has to do with with these different filings
- 1:20:49or or or applications.
- 1:20:53Let's say for the birth certificate.
- 1:20:57You said
- 1:20:59they want a
- 1:21:01an original
- 1:21:02copy,
- 1:21:04but is it act is that their wordage or is that
- 1:21:08is it actually they want a copy No. Of the original?
- 1:21:13Unknown: They want an no. No. They won't take a copy of the original because I had one of those. I had my brother JPEG it and send it to me, and they would not accept it in Buenos Aires.
- 1:21:26Unknown: I see.
- 1:21:28Unknown: See. Okay.
- 1:21:30State authenticated
- 1:21:31Unknown: embossed stamp seal with bona fides from the state giving it authenticity to qualify it. And I had gone I had gone to the state of Florida before that, and for $10, they'll send you three copies.
- 1:21:48Unknown: Yeah. So then since I was born in Massachusetts,
- 1:21:53the
- 1:21:54I would have to apply or
- 1:21:57contact
- 1:21:58the
- 1:21:59office there. Would that be the Office of Records? I would say that or Vital Statistics,
- 1:22:04Unknown: if I remember that may be it. Yeah.
- 1:22:07Unknown: Okay.
- 1:22:09And then I could ask
- 1:22:11them for so many original
- 1:22:16copies.
- 1:22:18Okay. And then the other thing,
- 1:22:21which I'm kind of
- 1:22:23sketchy on, I don't understand it,
- 1:22:26is this area where I'm now living in Arkansas,
- 1:22:31but I was born
- 1:22:33and grew up in Massachusetts.
- 1:22:35Unknown: Can you explain Yeah. I I can. Clarify that? I can.
- 1:22:40And they they usually dick dictate
- 1:22:44place of birth. But, you know, this is pretty mobile society we live in like Brian. He was in Texas but he was up in Idaho and all that stuff and I think if you've lived somewhere for a a bit of time, maybe a year or whatever. I'm not sure of a time frame. I'm just throwing something out there that you could do it all where you live, okay? But I'll tell you how I handled this.
- 1:23:09Is back then, we didn't have an answer to this question either. I'd been living in Georgia for, I don't know, ten, fifteen years at that point but I was back and forth to Florida all the time, so I just did it in both places.
- 1:23:21We not only filed it in the property records of both places,
- 1:23:25we actually put it in the legal organ and paid to have it put in the legal organ also.
- 1:23:35Unknown: Oh, so that that means for
- 1:23:37everybody else, that means, like, filing it in the legal where lawyers file whatever
- 1:23:44Unknown: for properties and and your local newspaper. Marriage, divorce, in some places it's in the local newspaper.
- 1:23:51In some places that are too small or don't have a local newspaper,
- 1:23:55they have a thing that the lawyers in that community use, and it's called the legal organ.
- 1:24:01So what's the legal organ? Let me take this a step further and see if I can get you a little clarity here, Doug. What's the legal organ of the federal government?
- 1:24:14Unknown: You got me. Federal Register.
- 1:24:19Unknown: Okay.
- 1:24:21Now, what do they do in the federal register? Chris, you know, some of you guys that have been in this for a while, what do they do in the federal register every day?
- 1:24:30Unknown: They publish all kinds of rules,
- 1:24:33regulations,
- 1:24:34Unknown: procedures pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act five, United States Code five fifty one, That's correct. Why do they publish them in the legal organ on a daily basis? Go to, you can go go look up the Federal Register online and if you are so bored on your coffee every morning that you don't know what you're doing, you can dial up the Federal Register and go read all the proposed
- 1:24:55every day. Why do they do that, Chris? The regulation
- 1:24:58Unknown: making
- 1:24:59due process of law, notice an opportunity to respond
- 1:25:03and rebut or take exceptions with or make amendments there too. Bingo. Compliant with due process of law
- 1:25:09and your responsibility
- 1:25:11to be noticed and to respond and to take exceptions or
- 1:25:15Unknown: not. Notice and the right to be heard.
- 1:25:19So that's the federal thing when they're putting regulations in there for all the agencies,
- 1:25:24interagency stuff, because a lot of those regulations are aimed at them. All regulations from the IRS
- 1:25:30are interpretive regulations,
- 1:25:32they're not substantive regulations,
- 1:25:34because substantive regulations
- 1:25:36require
- 1:25:37due process,
- 1:25:39notice,
- 1:25:40and comment.
- 1:25:41That's due process.
- 1:25:43They're gonna put it in there as a notice, and they're gonna go so many days, and at the bottom of the proposed regulation,
- 1:25:50and it says at the top, Notice of proposed rulemaking,
- 1:25:53okay, on those substantive regulations
- 1:25:56in the Federal Register, and at the bottom they'll say, If you do not disagree, you have comments on this, this is the person you write at this address, boom boom.
- 1:26:06There's your fulfillment of due process.
- 1:26:09That's the federal legal organ. Every city in the country has a legal organ that the local lawyers use. It may be the newspaper,
- 1:26:19it may be a separate publication,
- 1:26:21but that's why it's there is due process.
- 1:26:26So where do you want to file your affidavit?
- 1:26:28Where it fits into due process.
- 1:26:36Unknown: Okay. So then my question is,
- 1:26:40you filed your affidavit with the secretary of the state of the United States,
- 1:26:47And then
- 1:26:48you
- 1:26:50as far as
- 1:26:51the
- 1:26:53state you're living in,
- 1:26:56you would file with or send a notice
- 1:26:59once your affidavit
- 1:27:01is
- 1:27:02Not a unrebudded.
- 1:27:04Unknown: Correct.
- 1:27:05Unknown: Pardon me? Yes. Correct. Then you would send a copy of that as I think it was Brian said
- 1:27:13to the governor,
- 1:27:14the lieutenant governor,
- 1:27:16Unknown: and the attorney general, and then the sheriff. Nope. Nope. Nope. You left out the most important one. You don't have to send it to the governor. You don't have to send it to the to the attorney assistant governor. You don't even have to send it to the secretary of state of the state,
- 1:27:32but, again, you can.
- 1:27:35That puts the whole state on notice that it's on file with the big guys in DC,
- 1:27:41and if it makes you sleep better at night, you do it.
- 1:27:47Unknown: Okay. So and and that basically satisfies
- 1:27:51all the legal requirements
- 1:27:54of
- 1:27:55and lawful requirements
- 1:27:57of
- 1:27:58your
- 1:28:00claim status.
- 1:28:02Unknown: Yes.
- 1:28:03You full let's stay hold it. Doug, let's put it another way. At that point, you've fulfilled all the requirements on the front end of due process.
- 1:28:16Unknown: Got it,
- 1:28:17got it.
- 1:28:18Okay.
- 1:28:21Yeah.
- 1:28:23Well excellent.
- 1:28:25Thanks for that.
- 1:28:30Unknown: So let's go let's go back to Thomas.
- 1:28:33Thomas, has this cleared anything up for you?
- 1:28:37This discussion.
- 1:28:40Unknown: I don't know. Just more questions.
- 1:28:44Just more
- 1:28:45more more more studying and learning and
- 1:28:49writing more stuff than
- 1:28:52Unknown: sending out more letters. Well, you don't have to do that. But look, I've never submitted any of that stuff to anybody.
- 1:28:59Okay? And most of the people that have submitted and gotten passports have never followed through on all that. But again,
- 1:29:06if it makes you sleep better at night,
- 1:29:10do it.
- 1:29:13Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:29:14I I just can't afford to be sitting in jail while these asshats,
- 1:29:18excuse my French,
- 1:29:21decide to pull their tyrannical
- 1:29:24Unknown: They'd let listen. No. See. Well, they're I they're not gonna do that in any circumstances
- 1:29:31where it means that you can bring that affidavit
- 1:29:34into a court.
- 1:29:36Now, you know, you may have heard, you may not have heard. We got one guy, listener,
- 1:29:41is the only person I know of that's ever gotten that affidavit into court.
- 1:29:46Have you all heard this story? I'm sure some of you have, but it's worth reiterating.
- 1:29:50Okay?
- 1:29:52He didn't submit it. He was in a child custody battle,
- 1:29:57and his ex wife and their attorney who thought all this stuff was a bunch of crap actually entered my name and my book and all this stuff into court also.
- 1:30:06They submitted the affidavit,
- 1:30:09and it was accepted,
- 1:30:11and it's in evidence in the case, and he gets called to the stand,
- 1:30:16and he starts reading the affidavit
- 1:30:18because it's in evidence from the opposition,
- 1:30:21and he starts reading it, and the judge says, Don't read that document.
- 1:30:35They do not want this information in any court.
- 1:30:39I promise you.
- 1:30:41Unknown: See it. See it like this way.
- 1:30:44Unknown: Hey, Roger. Yes. Doug.
- 1:30:48Unknown: Yeah. One of the tactics I used when I was in a my
- 1:30:52own personal as the
- 1:30:55the claimant
- 1:30:56here
- 1:30:58in Arkansas here, which went to the Supreme Court,
- 1:31:03was to
- 1:31:05every time they addressed
- 1:31:07I put in a lot of evidence, a lot of documentary
- 1:31:11evidence. And every time the judge would rule
- 1:31:14against it and the
- 1:31:17the the defendant in this case would bring it up again, then I could reintroduce
- 1:31:21it, and I would reintroduce
- 1:31:23it in total.
- 1:31:25Okay? So then it was brought up again.
- 1:31:28Unknown: And that's a tactic anyway, and that's what I Alright. I'm glad you brought that up. Let's address it, Doug. Just like our whole community the whole time I've been in this is all of us wanna fight it from the bottom up. So every time you go to court, you're going in there and claiming jurisdiction.
- 1:31:45For those of you who don't know, in a court if jurisdiction is challenged,
- 1:31:50that challenge has to be met and overcome before anything can proceed.
- 1:31:56Unknown: Yes, for that. But
- 1:31:59Unknown: all nobody of
- 1:32:02United
- 1:32:03the president of The
- 1:32:06Unknown: of
- 1:32:07Unknown: the
- 1:32:09Unknown: the
- 1:32:15Unknown: see you lose.
- 1:32:17Unknown: States.
- 1:32:19Unknown: However Exactly. If you've got that on file with their boss,
- 1:32:24what kind of an effect do you think that has?
- 1:32:30It neuters them. It neuters them.
- 1:32:33Unknown: Yep.
- 1:32:35Yep.
- 1:32:36Unknown: Well. And overall, these thirty years. Hold on, Doug. Overall, these thirty years, have any of you heard of anybody that's been successful
- 1:32:45challenging jurisdiction from the bottom up?
- 1:32:49One case. Tell me. Somebody that's been successful doing it.
- 1:32:57Not me. Crickets. I hear crickets.
- 1:33:02Unknown: Roger, there there is something rather intriguing I discovered in the past couple of days on my investigation into their processes,
- 1:33:10appeals,
- 1:33:11and rebuttals,
- 1:33:12and clarification.
- 1:33:13The OIG
- 1:33:15for
- 1:33:16the
- 1:33:17passport division and the secretary of state has a
- 1:33:22diplomatic immunity or document authentication
- 1:33:26section.
- 1:33:27And I'm thinking that might be the
- 1:33:31location to submit documents
- 1:33:33also to
- 1:33:35or should get to when you send them to the secretary of state. I can't verify they actually do when you send them to there. I'm in the process.
- 1:33:44In fact, they take mine processing,
- 1:33:47which means nothing. It reminds
- 1:33:49me of the commercial where they had the the guy calling about his car. He says, yeah. I got four of my best guys working on it right now, and they're sitting down on the hood eating lunch. And so I'm not sure the processing is a good thing because it's a vague and ambiguous term. It doesn't mean anything.
- 1:34:06And I'm working on following up, with the passport office.
- 1:34:10If I had good luck,
- 1:34:12I'll share that number
- 1:34:13tomorrow for those having problems
- 1:34:16with the LA passport office, which Well. Is particularly
- 1:34:20Unknown: systemically correct. Well, got Brent on tomorrow. I don't know if we're gonna get into this depth. We can. We may not. Depends on Brent. I'd like to turn it over to him. We can certainly discuss it, and I want this is a continuing discussion. I've been doing it now for about seven and a half years,
- 1:34:36okay?
- 1:34:37And we we keep finding out these little nuggets and stuff in better ways but the the honestly,
- 1:34:44the simple way for most people and I think Thomas
- 1:34:47and I think Chris are both in unique circumstances,
- 1:34:51okay? And
- 1:34:52that's why I wanted to have this program today because as I said, I know personally a two or three people that are right on the verge of doing this and I wanted to be able to have this program to give the people that are considering doing this a heads up,
- 1:35:07and if anybody has any backlash from these people on your application through the procedure of processing,
- 1:35:14Chris, because it is a processing deal, then I want us to we need to know about it and address it. Unfortunately,
- 1:35:22for those of you who are just coming into this that might have to go through this like Thomas,
- 1:35:28it may be a necessity and it may not be. If it's a necessity,
- 1:35:33I'll sorry
- 1:35:34for you, but I'll be glad for what we're doing,
- 1:35:38because it means that we're having an impact on them up there, and that's what we want, isn't it?
- 1:35:46Unknown: Absolutely.
- 1:35:47Unknown: Okay.
- 1:35:49Unknown: So If I may Yes. If I may add to this,
- 1:35:55you know, process
- 1:35:57is the word. It indicates
- 1:36:00proceeding.
- 1:36:02And if I
- 1:36:04can
- 1:36:05relate it to the biblical
- 1:36:10thing, doctrine,
- 1:36:14it's, you know, don't turn back. Okay? Stay on the path. Okay? Well, we're moving on a path that's going forward. I'm not going backwards. I'm going forward, but I have to practice
- 1:36:28basics.
- 1:36:30Basics, you never become an expert at anything
- 1:36:34if you stop practicing
- 1:36:37basics. And
- 1:36:38the basic thing I'm
- 1:36:42alluding to here is
- 1:36:45you have to the affidavits
- 1:36:48are a claim
- 1:36:50of who you are.
- 1:36:52And if you are going to go into these courts,
- 1:36:57you have to be a belligerent
- 1:37:00claimant.
- 1:37:02So the affidavit
- 1:37:03is
- 1:37:04something
- 1:37:05when it's unrebutted
- 1:37:08stands as evidence. If
- 1:37:11it's been filed You cannot you cannot overemphasize
- 1:37:15Unknown: that. If it's been filed with the secretary
- 1:37:18of state of The United States.
- 1:37:22Otherwise,
- 1:37:23half of what you said isn't gonna apply, okay?
- 1:37:27Why?
- 1:37:27Because he's the Lord of the federal manor.
- 1:37:31You're involuntary
- 1:37:33servitude.
- 1:37:34If you're involuntary
- 1:37:35servitude,
- 1:37:36you go to the lord of the manor to volunteer out. You couldn't go to the other serf or any of his assistants and volunteer out. You had to go to the lord of the manor to volunteer out because that's who you contracted with when you volunteered in.
- 1:37:55Unknown: And and as evidence,
- 1:37:58Roger, of being able to
- 1:38:01volunteer in and volunteer out, It's always you wanna keep your
- 1:38:07affidavit,
- 1:38:08your claim
- 1:38:10current.
- 1:38:11So some months ago, I I got a
- 1:38:14piece of some papers in the mail where I was chosen for jury duty.
- 1:38:20So I filled everything out.
- 1:38:23And then I I called
- 1:38:25that department here locally, the county department, and I said, you know, I I just wanna make sure that you receive this and etcetera. So
- 1:38:35sometime
- 1:38:36just few days before I was to show up for jury duty,
- 1:38:41I got a call from the local I I think it was the prosecutor.
- 1:38:45And anyway and he and we had a nice conversation.
- 1:38:49You know, I'm not an angry guy.
- 1:38:51You know, I
- 1:38:53I I know how to deal with this
- 1:38:55kind of thing now as because I'm I'm not as angry as I once was when I found out about it.
- 1:39:03So,
- 1:39:04yeah, I I was I was I
- 1:39:07was like a hornet that you stirred up my nest. And
- 1:39:11so anyways You're like a
- 1:39:14Unknown: guy called me up. You're you're like a fine wine.
- 1:39:17You've mellowed with a h.
- 1:39:22Unknown: I'll drink to that.
- 1:39:24So anyway
- 1:39:28and let me tip my glass right now. Well, never mind. But anyway,
- 1:39:33so
- 1:39:35he asked me some questions and they were they were they weren't this was a short conversation.
- 1:39:41So he says this isn't a quote or anything, but he said, so you're not a US resident?
- 1:39:49I said, no.
- 1:39:51And he said, and you're not a US citizen?
- 1:39:54And I said, no.
- 1:39:57And
- 1:39:58he said
- 1:40:00so
- 1:40:04so I said,
- 1:40:06what I'm speaking about
- 1:40:08is
- 1:40:09that I
- 1:40:11dwell
- 1:40:13in this area,
- 1:40:14in this county.
- 1:40:16Okay?
- 1:40:17And but
- 1:40:19my political status
- 1:40:22is a nonresident,
- 1:40:24non fourteenth amendment
- 1:40:27citizen.
- 1:40:28And he went,
- 1:40:30Unknown: okay. You don't have to come in. There you go. Boom. There you go. It. Okay. Okay.
- 1:40:36They did he challenge you on that, Doug?
- 1:40:41When you said when you said you're not a citizen of The United States and you're not a resident, they accept it because they have to.
- 1:40:53Unknown: Yeah. And I told him, I said, my political status is a nonresident,
- 1:40:59non US
- 1:41:00citizen.
- 1:41:01Okay?
- 1:41:04And whatever else I said to him. And,
- 1:41:07Unknown: you know, there was a little bit of silence on the phone. He said, okay. Thank you. You don't have to show up. And that was it. Well, see, it's just like when I went through and got that state ID. She says, are you a citizen of The United States? Nope. Are you a resident? Nope. What's your address? And the rest of the questions, that'll be $4, mister Sales. Step over there and get your picture taken. And I had my Florida state issued ID as a non noncitizen United States nonresident within about five minutes.
- 1:41:36Went back to the post office. Let me finish. Let me finish. I went back to the post office with that, and the guy accepted it because he couldn't say no.
- 1:41:48Unknown: And and the last thing
- 1:41:51that I well, what that I wanna say is that probably around 2,000
- 1:41:58years ago no. I'm not that old. But
- 1:42:02about
- 1:42:03the year two thousand
- 1:42:06AD,
- 1:42:07I revoked
- 1:42:09and told them to remove me from the voter rolls
- 1:42:13because that is a nexus
- 1:42:16to
- 1:42:17Unknown: their system. No. It's con no. It's not, Doug. It's not a nexus. It's confirmation of the nexus.
- 1:42:26Unknown: Okay. But whatever.
- 1:42:28I mean, that you have That's to a very yourself on the voter railroads.
- 1:42:33Unknown: Reason I interject is because that's a misnomer
- 1:42:37in our entire community that you're doing something
- 1:42:43nexus. What you did to create the nexus was being born.
- 1:42:50Everything else from that point on is confirmation
- 1:42:54of the nexus.
- 1:42:58Unknown: So are you saying
- 1:42:59so
- 1:43:00so I didn't have to remove my vote from the voter rolls?
- 1:43:06Unknown: No. Is that what you're Not if you've not if you've sent this the affidavit to the secretary of state because that covers all that. Now, what you could do and this is John and Glenn did this and before they ever had a they we didn't know about the Secretary of State thing.
- 1:43:22Back when they were getting prosecuted and I think one of the reasons they did get prosecuted
- 1:43:28is because
- 1:43:29John started running against
- 1:43:31who's the damn
- 1:43:33Utah senator
- 1:43:34that's been up there since Old Blue was a pup.
- 1:43:37His name escapes Brian Hatch,
- 1:43:40Orrin Hatch. Orrin Hatch. He was running against Orrin Hatch for for Senate and Glenn got out and started running against the guy that was the representative
- 1:43:49and they're out on the campaign trail talking all this tax stuff. Citizen of The United States, different well, man, they came after them like crazy then, but before they did that, Doug, they went to the voter registration office and changed it to electors.
- 1:44:06They weren't voters anymore.
- 1:44:08They were electors
- 1:44:09as is in the constitution.
- 1:44:13I don't know how they did it, but I know they got it done.
- 1:44:19Unknown: Yeah. I understand some aspects
- 1:44:22of once you remove yourself from being a voter
- 1:44:26that you could
- 1:44:27claim
- 1:44:29being an elector,
- 1:44:30Unknown: and then you take precedent over everybody else. Correct. But why? Because because your original status is higher than a citizen of The United States under the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:44:42That status is secondary
- 1:44:44and subservient
- 1:44:45to the state citizen
- 1:44:47US national.
- 1:44:51Unknown: To clarify,
- 1:44:53in the fourteenth amendment, the language is except for purposes
- 1:44:58of being in rebellion.
- 1:45:01You are considered to be in rebellion against your law ful does your state government by voting for federal officers.
- 1:45:09Therefore,
- 1:45:10you're considered to be a felon, a criminal. I That's why you are subject to the power of congress when you vote testifying
- 1:45:19to your criminality.
- 1:45:20Unknown: I can't imagine why anybody would wanna participate in voting in that fiasco we see on a daily basis up there, but hell, some people may want to. If you want to, go change your status from a voter to an elector down at the registration secretary of registration for elections. That's where you do it.
- 1:45:40Unknown: One of the sounds right to you that I have observed
- 1:45:43is it's clear to me that if you are a voter,
- 1:45:48then you are a proxy voter, and you've transferred your vote to the representatives
- 1:45:53to use as they wish as opposed to your will because you were incompetent,
- 1:45:58and you donated
- 1:46:00your vote, contributed it, or otherwise gifted it to the representatives
- 1:46:05Unknown: to do their will instead of your will. If you're still a voter and voting, you're participating
- 1:46:11in the fraud.
- 1:46:16Unknown: I think an important
- 1:46:18aspect of that is will. Okay. What is your will? It's like
- 1:46:24I chose to
- 1:46:26exempt myself
- 1:46:27from the tax
- 1:46:30system
- 1:46:31because
- 1:46:32I could not support
- 1:46:35what they were doing with
- 1:46:38the digits
- 1:46:39that I were was
- 1:46:42contributing.
- 1:46:45Unknown: Well, they don't do anything with your tax dollars according to the GRACE report. I got dogs going crazy again here. According to the GRACE report,
- 1:46:54not one penny of your income tax goes to the day to day running of the federal government.
- 1:47:00All of your income tax does
- 1:47:02go to pay the bondholders
- 1:47:04on their coupon payment. I'm gonna mute out and stop these dogs here so you guys converse.
- 1:47:12Unknown: Well, what I was saying was I'm not talking about necessarily the running
- 1:47:17of the this
- 1:47:20fraudulent
- 1:47:22impostor
- 1:47:23type of government. I'm saying
- 1:47:26I
- 1:47:27decided
- 1:47:27I would not contribute. I don't care where the money goes, I know it's all being done for evil.
- 1:47:34So that was my personal decision
- 1:47:38to stop
- 1:47:39contributing.
- 1:47:40Unknown: Yep.
- 1:47:41Well, good. And we all should do that. All decision to
- 1:47:47Unknown: stop contributing.
- 1:47:48Unknown: Somebody's got the radio on and we're getting that feedback. Decision.
- 1:47:53All right. Who's got the radio on?
- 1:47:57Thank you.
- 1:47:58So,
- 1:48:00as we get to the last segment of the program here, let's get back to our our guy here that's focused. We're focused on today. Thomas,
- 1:48:07do you have any other questions questions or inquiries? Well, we got a little time left and we got this great forum of minds on here today.
- 1:48:16I guess Thomas isn't with us. He must have dropped off.
- 1:48:20Well, he's he's runs a business so he probably had something come in to do with business.
- 1:48:25Let's see. Who's on with us? Doug's still here. Chris is still here. Can I yeah? I'll I'll say one
- 1:48:31Unknown: I'll say one last thing.
- 1:48:34Yeah. Here. The
- 1:48:36meaning of belligerent
- 1:48:38is something is kicking you off
- 1:48:41so much
- 1:48:42from your very core of belief
- 1:48:46that you cannot
- 1:48:48contribute
- 1:48:49to it. You cannot,
- 1:48:50you know, go along to get along,
- 1:48:53and that's why you're belligerent.
- 1:48:55This isn't just a
- 1:48:57just some meaningless
- 1:48:59term.
- 1:49:00It it really
- 1:49:02accrues to being
- 1:49:05Unknown: ticked off. Okay? Don't think let's look at look it.
- 1:49:09Unknown: At it. Go ahead. That word belligerent.
- 1:49:11You can be belligerent
- 1:49:13if you go in and just stand in the prosecutor's
- 1:49:16office when you're talking to him and stand your ground.
- 1:49:20Okay? Now, most people's connotation, I think, of the word belligerent
- 1:49:24is if you went into the prosecutor's office with a baseball bat and threatened him if he didn't do what you wanted him to do.
- 1:49:34But that's not what we wanna do. My
- 1:49:37mama taught me I ain't saying that. Hold on, Doug. My mama taught me that flies
- 1:49:43come to honey better than they do to vinegar.
- 1:49:48Unknown: Indeed.
- 1:49:51And that that's what I was just defender of your rights. Hold Hold
- 1:49:56Unknown: Listen. I got breaking news. Okay. You got breaking news whipping on us.
- 1:50:02Unknown: The Supreme Court upholds
- 1:50:04the Yakima
- 1:50:05Treaty
- 1:50:06right to travel and trade.
- 1:50:0803/19/2019,
- 1:50:10the Supreme Court issued its decision, the matter of Washington State Department of Licensing
- 1:50:16versus Cougar Den Incorporated
- 1:50:19number
- 1:50:2016
- 1:50:22hyphen one four nine eight.
- 1:50:25This is the
- 1:50:26treaty law, which is supreme law of the land like the 1855
- 1:50:30treaty at issue here, constitute federal law that preempts conflicting state law. So that's one I will send to you. Yep. And that's because it was done in a treaty, and treaties override the constitution.
- 1:50:45It's supreme law of the land. Okay. And and and when
- 1:50:48Unknown: a treaty is validated and verified,
- 1:50:51who votes on it?
- 1:50:56Unknown: The sovereign nations. Nope.
- 1:50:59Unknown: The senate.
- 1:51:00House of Representatives
- 1:51:02never sees it, the senate. That's why they passed the seventeenth amendment,
- 1:51:07so that they could get senators cut from the states, get them in there so they can bribe them, so they can run treaties through that override the constitution.
- 1:51:25Unknown: Wow.
- 1:51:27Unknown: I'm speechless.
- 1:51:29Unknown: Okay.
- 1:51:30And you've probably never heard anybody else in our community make that statement, and I guarantee it's true.
- 1:51:43So as we get into the last year, Doug, go on and I'll just say Go ahead. Well,
- 1:51:49Unknown: I'll just say that the affidavit
- 1:51:52you've been proposing and taught on, etcetera,
- 1:51:55is the most powerful
- 1:52:00claim
- 1:52:01one can make. Yep. And it has teeth.
- 1:52:05It's backed up.
- 1:52:08And
- 1:52:09I
- 1:52:11advise everyone and anyone listening
- 1:52:14to
- 1:52:15delve into this and make their own decision.
- 1:52:19And if they find it to be
- 1:52:22something they wanna do, then do it because
- 1:52:26you have to be
- 1:52:28this is
- 1:52:31you have to be belligerent.
- 1:52:33Okay?
- 1:52:33You have to attack.
- 1:52:35Okay? Belligerent isn't going in and saying,
- 1:52:40you know, win a baseball bat.
- 1:52:42Being convinced
- 1:52:44of your conviction
- 1:52:46so that you go in with conviction,
- 1:52:50and your written statement in the form of an affidavit
- 1:52:54is exactly
- 1:52:55that.
- 1:52:56And unrebutted,
- 1:52:58it stands
- 1:52:59as
- 1:53:00evidence of who you are, what you stand for,
- 1:53:04etcetera. Well And it's the most
- 1:53:07it is such a powerful
- 1:53:09defensive
- 1:53:10tool.
- 1:53:11Unknown: Okay? Offensive. Offensive.
- 1:53:13This is an offensive tool. We're being proactive
- 1:53:16here.
- 1:53:19Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:53:20But it's it is both.
- 1:53:22It is both. It it is kind of I hate to say this,
- 1:53:28but it's probably
- 1:53:29Unknown: the magic bullet everybody's been looking for. Well, I'm gonna tell you what what I have thought for about as as this all came to me in a number of years, and you've heard me say this on the air, this is the key to the matrix.
- 1:53:44It's the key to the damn matrix.
- 1:53:50Unknown: And if you ain't willing to
- 1:53:52die for your conviction,
- 1:53:54stand for them. I'd rather them die, but but I'm willing to put
- 1:54:00everything
- 1:54:01up
- 1:54:03that not that I'm
- 1:54:05a rich man or anything. I'm not.
- 1:54:08But
- 1:54:09if you're not willing to do that,
- 1:54:12then you're on the fence, and you're just you're not really convicted.
- 1:54:17Unknown: Well, let's use You're not really convinced. Let's use the old cliche that was floating around about twenty five plus years ago, Doug. If you won't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.
- 1:54:32Unknown: Amen.
- 1:54:34Unknown: Okay.
- 1:54:35Well, listen, we're pretty close to the end of the show here today. Obviously, we got Bren on tomorrow, looking forward to what he has to say. There have been a couple of there was another
- 1:54:45important Supreme Court decision. I don't know if it's the one you were referencing,
- 1:54:49but it was decided eight to one
- 1:54:51on notice. It wasn't the one that you were
- 1:54:55now that I think about it, Chris. I sent it to Brent yesterday, the story last night, and the whole thing was decided on notice
- 1:55:03against Sue in a foreign country, and the Supreme Court says, nope, you gave notice to the embassy in Washington DC,
- 1:55:12and you should have sent it over there to the Middle East
- 1:55:15and ruled against them.
- 1:55:16So we may talk about that tomorrow. I had an experience with that, not proper notice, when I was fighting my summons years ago, and I overcame it. Okay?
- 1:55:26And so maybe we can discuss that tomorrow with Brent. We'll see what's on his mind. Anybody got any parting
- 1:55:33parting statements here before the Whistler comes in on us?
- 1:55:37Unknown: Thank you.
- 1:55:39Unknown: Well, yeah, I I have one of improper notice, and I'll bring it up tomorrow.
- 1:55:45It's
- 1:55:47it's not long winded,
- 1:55:49but it was certainly improper
- 1:55:51notice,
- 1:55:52and there was fraud involved in it with the the local
- 1:55:57small court.
- 1:56:00But I I dealt with that. The judge ruled against me. And
- 1:56:05so that's
- 1:56:07improper
- 1:56:08notice. Wow. The Supreme Court is making
- 1:56:13Unknown: I was kinda blown away by what Chris just brought up. That's wonderful. That's a real I want you to send that case so we can talk about it tomorrow. That's more important probably than the one on notice. In my particular personal incident,
- 1:56:25I'd been summoned for books and records,
- 1:56:28and I decided to fight them, and in the paperwork I sent to fight them, I didn't properly notice everybody because it's a pain in the ass to do all this stuff, and they brought that up. I went in and found a case where that had overcome that because of ignorance like I had at the point, and they said all form the objection is all form and no substance,
- 1:56:49and we rolled on to a little mini trial. Listen. We'll see you tomorrow with Brent, guys. Very good discussion today. I think we covered a lot of really important ground, and I hope that it helps some folks out there with this deliberation.
- 1:57:03And I want to say one thing that Brian was saying and reinforce this.
- 1:57:08If you wanna learn this stuff cold,
- 1:57:11teach it to somebody else.
- 1:57:13If you really wanna understand something,
- 1:57:16you teach it, and then you'll understand it. I'll see y'all tomorrow. Have a great day.
