- 1:11Yeah. So look out for it. That's the best way to get us.
- 1:16Meantime, iOpenersociety.podbean.com too. That's our website to find all of
- 1:20our episodes. And we have all the links up at the top for Reaper Apparel,

- 1:28So if you use any of those three links, you'll help support us in some way,
- 1:33shape, or form. And again, much appreciated if you do.
- 1:36I want to jump into this episode. I was excited when Hannah says she wanted
- 1:40to talk about it. And I was like, because this is a topic I can talk about forever.
- 1:44But I'll try and keep it short this way. We'll use any listeners.
- 1:47But I kind of wanted to talk about nature, but in a much grander scale as far
- 1:52as its benefits and, you know, what?
- 1:57Tell us, where do you want to start?
- 1:58Yeah, so you know me, I've always been that person where, you know,
- 2:03I feel like not enough people spend enough time outside.
- 2:09I have always turned to outside, especially now living in like a house where
- 2:15I have like a bigger yard and everything.
- 2:17And I feel safe. Um, but just going outside and letting nature do what it's, you know, here to do.
- 2:25And that's, you know, heal you, boost your mood.
- 2:29You know, people don't realize like how much just going outside,
- 2:34leaving the TV, like, you know, leaving your phone inside will do for you.
- 2:41And if anybody's listening to us for any amount
- 2:43of time you know me i'm always outdoors i do not
- 2:47like being inside as a matter of fact since we have our portable
- 2:50uh little pad here for
- 2:53our recording a zoom pod track for um the
- 2:56p4 actually i just want to get a quick shout out that's what
- 2:59we use to record it's fantastic but it's portable
- 3:02and i'm thinking we're really going to start
- 3:05especially now summer's here to start recording some more
- 3:08outdoor episodes like we used to because we love doing
- 3:11them yeah it's great to hear all nature in the background and everything
- 3:14else and we feel good and comfortable with that we
- 3:17do talk about this
- 3:20and especially me with being outdoors i do
- 3:24i come home and i immediately i got my little spot um right outside you know
- 3:29my window it's got my chair got my table and i do everything outside as soon
- 3:35as i get home from work it's my release it's my freedom because when you're
- 3:41outdoors it's amazing when you feel.
- 3:44Everything in nature the air the sun the wind the breezes the birds I could
- 3:49go on and on just how beneficial it is to the mind and how it helps to relax,
- 3:56and you put up a good point where it's like I do when you go through all these
- 4:00neighborhoods and you see people with beautiful backyards I never see anybody in them,
- 4:06doesn't mean everybody's always indoors all the time
- 4:09you spend all the money on your backyard your porch
- 4:12your decks in there and you use them once or twice a year it's such a waste
- 4:17yeah then there's people like me who it's like i can't afford to redo my deck
- 4:21but do i have plans for outside in my backyard because i want like to add to
- 4:27my oasis you know and i don't mean like crowd up my yard it's just like.
- 4:32Bring more nature to life type things. Like, you know, I want more plants.
- 4:36I want this and I want that, but it's just to like benefit my time outside. Mm-hmm.
- 4:43Yes, we do. We enjoy that outdoor time.
- 4:47We enjoy smoking our cigars outside, having our drinks. It's comforting.
- 4:53It really is. And it just adds that whole mood. Even if you are feeling kind
- 4:59of, you know, worn out and drained from the day.
- 5:01It really puts a real positive energy, a good positive spin on everything.
- 5:07Once you're doing it outside, take that roof away from your head for a while.
- 5:10Like you say, turn off the TVs. Better yet, throw away the TVs.
- 5:14I mean, they're worthless at this point, especially to me. If I turn on a TV
- 5:19now, even with something I want to watch.
- 5:22He falls asleep. I fall asleep. It sucks. It literally drains the energy right
- 5:28And it's just because over the years I've grown away from the television and
- 5:34to putting down the electronic devices and all that and just spend that moment.
- 5:39I love to meditate outdoors because of how beneficial is it when you got all
- 5:46of the elements surrounding you that reaches inside of your body and changes
- 5:52the chemical makeup like it just completely transforms you.
- 5:56And when you're in that meditative state, you actually feel it.
- 5:59So you actually feel it healing you mentally, physically.
- 6:03And that's what I really want to hit on with this is the grounding.
- 6:09Walking barefoot in grass and dirt. This has been shown. There's been studies with it.
- 6:16It's we as humans, since we are
- 6:19energy and we build up all of this kind of electrical static from the day.
- 6:24We're underneath fluorescent lights, at least I know I am, and I hate it.
- 6:28And all this stuff, it just builds up, and it's just a bowl of bad electric
- 6:33that needs to come out and needs to be released. And that's what grounding does.
- 6:37And when you take off your shoes, and it doesn't take long at all to walk across
- 6:42a patch of grass for a little while, you even stand in it, you discharge.
- 6:48All that built-up static discharges through the earth, which is just like grounding.
- 6:52We're no different than any other electric appliance.
- 6:55We are energy. And once we realize that, and once we relieve all that,
- 7:01swelling is supposed to go down.
- 7:04You know, this is what I've read and all that.
- 7:08Because one of the biggest...
- 7:09Indicators of pain or you know
- 7:12feeling bad is actually swelling that's how a turmeric is
- 7:15supposed to be really good because any kind of uh swelling creates
- 7:19these problems so the grounding supposed
- 7:22to help with that i've looked and i
- 7:25don't know if i want to spend my money there's pads you can buy that you
- 7:28can actually sleep on because you're supposed to ground them
- 7:31you know yeah i don't know
- 7:34i don't use them i mean they seem like a great concept and
- 7:36a great idea but i'd rather just go outside
- 7:39and do it why spend money when there's stuff out there for free yeah
- 7:43catch me like if it's raining i'm laying outside
- 7:46yeah the rain yeah there's nothing
- 7:50because these are the elements you know earth fire
- 7:53water air it's all part of
- 7:56the elements and we are made up of each and then depending
- 7:59on whom you are and your birth signs and all you're probably more
- 8:02more in tune to certain ones but yeah
- 8:05being in outside even in the rain especially in the
- 8:07summertime and you know even a heavy downpour
- 8:10why not yeah enjoy it if you just enjoy that moment you know and really just
- 8:16focus on it you become a better person and you feel so much better about yourself
- 8:21like i love it when the sun's beating on me yeah even when i it's like it makes
- 8:27me hot i'm I'm like, oh, my gosh,
- 8:28I feel so alive. I feel relaxed.
- 8:32Yep. And then air. I mean, air has given us life.
- 8:35You know, we're breathing it. Without it, we can't breathe. To breathe that,
- 8:39you know, these are the benefits of it.
- 8:42And you know I can go even further. Yeah. Like windy days, you know,
- 8:47sometimes, you know, of course, wind could, of course, be, you know,
- 8:50annoying and stuff like that.
- 8:52If you want to go out and do something that the wind will affect.
- 8:54But when I think of wind, I think of like, Gary knows what I'm talking about
- 8:59when I say this, but when a big gust of wind comes and my son dies.
- 9:04Just the look on his face, just like the benefit and like the happiness that
- 9:09the nature just gave him in that moment.
- 9:10It's just like something that like you sit and just in awe because you can just
- 9:15see how it just like made his mood and like made him feel just by his facial
- 9:20expression. It's like so beautiful. Mm hmm.
- 9:22It is. And these are the things that I really strive for.
- 9:26It's just, I know I'll always remain sane and calm as long as there's outdoors
- 9:34and to take it further, you know, I'm just talking so.
- 9:38You know, excitedly about just stepping outside my door.
- 9:42But when I do go out into nature, into the forest, into the woods where I'm hoping I get lost,
- 9:50you know, I just wander and you
- 9:53find all these new paths and you're seeking out
- 9:56all the details of so many things nature
- 10:00is just amazing when you're looking at like i try to
- 10:03concentrate as much as i can on the ground because i'm
- 10:06looking at the floral growth uh all
- 10:09the different plants and you know the fungi
- 10:13and no matter what it is it's all beautiful
- 10:16it's all beneficial and this is just an
- 10:18ecosystem that's keeping us all alive and
- 10:22look at that beautiful detail sometimes even the stones the
- 10:25rocks yeah when i and rocks are amazing to
- 10:28me because every rock i mean millions of
- 10:31years old like yeah even on earth millions and
- 10:35millions it's so hard when you hold up one of those pieces of stone to just
- 10:39think how long it has existed and that just puts an amazement you know in my
- 10:46mind and you feel connected to that because we've been around like Like our souls are endless.
- 10:52So you feel kind of connected to all that.
- 10:56Bodies of water, lakes, streams, creeks, you know, the sounds that they're making,
- 11:01that babbling brook alongside with the breezes blowing. Yeah.
- 11:05Puts you into such a different state. I recommend if you don't get out that
- 11:09often for a hike or something,
- 11:11look for the places that may have easy to walk kind of level,
- 11:16you know, areas just, you know, to start out with. Unlike me,
- 11:20like I said, I just go out and get lost.
- 11:21I can't walk that much as I used to, but when I'm outdoors, I try as hard as
- 11:26like, I don't care, you know, I do it.
- 11:29And if I got to climb, if I'm out of breath, I push through it.
- 11:32But if you're just doing it for the first time try something
- 11:36get out there get into the greenery get you
- 11:39know become a part of it find the seasons you
- 11:42like best uh some people like it in the fall when the
- 11:45leaves are crunching underneath your feet and the colors and
- 11:48the beauty of that also you know
- 11:51some people like me i don't mind the summer as much i don't
- 11:54mind sweating so bad i'm still part of
- 11:57that you know wondrous nature spring you
- 12:01know everything comes to life again winter i'll
- 12:05i hate to admit it you know i i'm not really a fan of winter but there's something
- 12:11about opening up your blinds in the morning to like that crisp perfectly untouched
- 12:19winter snow-covered lawn that's just like wow wow,
- 12:23that's gorgeous and ugly, you know, at the same time.
- 12:27But it's like, it's gorgeous, you know?
- 12:30Yeah, and I've taken hikes in the winter, in deep snows.
- 12:34I've taken hikes, and it is an experience, that real cold air sometimes when
- 12:40you breathe that in, too.
- 12:42I think it's the cleanest air that you're breathing because nothing bad is really living in it.
- 12:49All the pollen is gone and all. so when you're breathing that
- 12:52in it's the cleanest air you can breathe in and i've
- 12:56sat in snow banks and you know kind
- 12:59of protect myself from the wind in them and
- 13:02you do you become connected and they
- 13:05always say it's like our natural rhythms
- 13:08of our body are so destroyed because we put
- 13:11ourselves on these really weird schedules where
- 13:15we have to get up for work and all this if we just
- 13:18allowed our bodies to just naturally go back to
- 13:20its normal cycles we can get up at our normal
- 13:23time we get enough sleep and i
- 13:26found i sleep the best when i'm outside you get instead
- 13:30of being in an artificial environment inside of a house with
- 13:33all the kind of oh i think they call like ozone stuff
- 13:36that's inside of a home from everything that's you know coming off
- 13:40from the paint or whatever when you're or outside you'd have none of that yeah
- 13:45and this is why i always go off the rails on things like chemtrails and you
- 13:49know all the other pollutants that are being sprayed that stuff that we don't
- 13:53even know it's destroying the one last natural thing.
- 13:59That we have to keep us happy, to keep us alive, to keep us breathing and healthy.
- 14:04That's why I go off on a tangent. I try and find, you know, places that are
- 14:08so untouched or at least as untouched as possible from people and just go out and stay in that.
- 14:15You know, whether it be out on a lake somewhere.
- 14:18I haven't done that yet where I just sat out in the middle of a lake or, you know, body of water.
- 14:23I've done that. I had like in a kayak, just sat in the middle of the water,
- 14:27just let it drift me wherever it wants to and just like, just look around.
- 14:31And it's just like, it's so still in that moment.
- 14:35Like it's kind of one of those moments where you, you almost feel like your mind is clear.
- 14:41You know, you're not thinking of anything but your surroundings.
- 14:44Yeah. It's turns on so much. It turns on also your survival modes and all because
- 14:50now your body realizes that you're out.
- 14:54You're away from all of the amenities and survival stuff that we have,
- 14:58food, shelter, clothing.
- 15:00You are just out in the middle of nowhere.
- 15:03Your survival instincts kick in and it puts you on a heightened alert,
- 15:07which makes you more aware of all these beauties and all these details.
- 15:11Yeah. yeah and my i watched
- 15:15a lot of these i know they came out a few
- 15:19years ago whatever a bunch of movies where survivals i
- 15:22don't see yet where people are just out in the middle of you know surviving
- 15:26i don't know why i find such a beauty in being stranded in an ocean yeah i just
- 15:35i do i I think the peace and the serenity of it is just wonderful.
- 15:40You know, it's beautiful. I mean, I hope I don't get caught.
- 15:45But at the same time, I feel it's great. I just did.
- 15:50I watch movies like that. That I could stay awake and align with no dialect,
- 15:55nothing, no talk, and just somebody stranded somewhere.
- 15:59I find a peace in that. that and even the ones that get lost in the woods and
- 16:03all that you know real survivalists uh i i'm,
- 16:07i'm down for that that's why i try and get lost all the time i do enjoy that i get so connected,
- 16:13to my surroundings with that yeah so i did a little bit of research um you know
- 16:18we're not really script we were not scripted no we're not really we are not
- 16:22scripted um but i wanted to kind of bring, you know, some facts,
- 16:27you know, as far as, you know, things that, you know, studies that have been
- 16:32done, like we were kind of discussing a little bit earlier.
- 16:34So, you know, being in nature, it improves your mood.
- 16:40But there's some things that like actually shocked me when I was like looking
- 16:43into this. Benefits of nature. Sure.
- 16:47It boosts your immune function. There was a Japanese study that showed that
- 16:53people who spend six hours in the woods over a two-day period can increase their
- 17:01white blood count cells naturally.
- 17:04Amazing. See, you know, I believe that. Nature connects you to others.
- 17:08You know, go meet friends at a park. You know, improve sleep.
- 17:12This is what I wanted to say. so typically your
- 17:15body actually does follow the sun so you know you're awake when the sun comes
- 17:21up and you go to sleep when the sun you know goes down and the moon comes up
- 17:25so you know that has drastically have like been affected especially you know
- 17:30when the pandemic hit and everyone was kind of stuck inside you know,
- 17:35the electronics and everything around were
- 17:38really messing with people's i'm so
- 17:41sorry um people's sleep schedules because
- 17:44which is causing them you know what people
- 17:47don't realize is that you're you're not going outside you're affecting the natural
- 17:51hormone of melatonin that your body is creating so just stepping outside and
- 17:59you know not blocking yourself in through walls and electronics and things like that,
- 18:06it will actually help improve your sleep.
- 18:10The sun, when it's beating on you, it actually, especially if you're sitting
- 18:16outside later in the day, it naturally helps your melatonin increase.
- 18:21So, your body feels well-rested or energized, but in enough of a calm way where
- 18:28you will be able to get an improved sleep.
- 18:31Mm Because, I mean, I've experienced that. I know you have because I have to wake him up outside.
- 18:36Yep. You know, but, you know, to go on, lowering stress and anxiety levels.
- 18:42It's been studied that immersion in nature can lower your blood pressure naturally. Right.
- 18:51Reducted depression symptoms, you know, being outside, there are people who
- 18:57go through what's called light therapy for depression and even like skin conditions.
- 19:03You know, I do want to clarify, I'm not a doctor.
- 19:05You know, this is just off of, you know, research that I've looked at.
- 19:09But, you know, people who have depression and anxiety or like skin conditions
- 19:13like my husband, you know, he went through light therapy.
- 19:15And when i tell you that him going outside was
- 19:18more beneficial than going through like
- 19:21a machine light therapy you know there's that um
- 19:24being outside reducing irritability he
- 19:28can second with me like i'll be in a
- 19:31such pissed off mood in the morning and he's like oh yeah let's go sit
- 19:34outside and then i'm just like a new bitch when i go outside because like i
- 19:37just kind of i ground my most important thing i'm always barefoot my kid is
- 19:41always barefoot um and i just i just let nature do its job and i'm in a better
- 19:50mood spending time in nature you know,
- 19:53you don't live by you know you
- 19:57don't live by like the rules in a house you know what i mean like
- 19:59we always tell my son all the time like you can't
- 20:02throw balls in the house you can't do this in the house no outside
- 20:05do what the hell you want i mean obviously if you
- 20:08live in a populated area don't go out naked because you could probably get
- 20:11in trouble but you're living out in the middle all in nowhere
- 20:13go for it yeah but you know you're not
- 20:17constricted there's no i mean there's rules but there's no rules it's back to
- 20:24normal habitat basically yes you know improving your physical health that's
- 20:30an easy one you know instead of sitting there twiddling your thumbs or.
- 20:35Burning or you know playing on cell phone burning holes in your eyes watching
- 20:39you're playing video games or something, go outside.
- 20:42You know, I've been trying to walk more with my dog and, you know,
- 20:45walking with my son and just going outside and kicking a ball around or,
- 20:50you know, throwing a ball and letting him hit it with his bat and stuff.
- 20:53Just, you would be surprised like how, like my husband, like he golfs.
- 20:59And, um, I said, well, why don't you try to walk the course instead of taking
- 21:03a golf cart down three pounds?
- 21:06You know, it's, it's just like something that's Like you don't think about doing
- 21:08it because you're just so used to the convenience of not letting nature give
- 21:16you the natural free benefits that it's doing for you.
- 21:20You know, it just it also, you know, to end on, you know, the multiple things that I researched.
- 21:26The one that really got me excited was it boosts people's creativity. Yeah.
- 21:34I'm just going to mention this. Yes, there you go.
- 21:38And I was. I was going to bring that up as a last point because when us as podcasters
- 21:43and we release episodes every week, we need topics every week.
- 21:48We need to feel inspired to get in here and talk about something.
- 21:53And I go off walks. And as soon as I'm outside, my head starts to race with all of these ideas. is.
- 22:01And I can't wait to get home quick enough so I can start writing everything down.
- 22:05Because yeah, you do, you get so inspired. It's healthy because I'm walking
- 22:10and my body's like, oh, finally, you're not sitting down in front of a computer
- 22:14all day. You're outside.
- 22:16And I start looking at everything and everything I see,
- 22:20I can relate to some sort of a topic that I
- 22:23can talk about out and you know bring up you
- 22:26know in conversation it is it's an
- 22:28extremely inspiring and that's
- 22:32where my whole set of recent notes came from it's just
- 22:34from one walk that was maybe an hour and a half long
- 22:37but i got so much stuff now that i can get to and talk about just because i
- 22:42was outside yeah it's just like one of those things for me where it's like it's
- 22:46funny because i always look back on like crappy days where you know it's not
- 22:51really safe to be outside and the mood i feel.
- 22:55That i can't go outside it's
- 22:58just like i feel like i'm stuck i feel like i can't reach nature so sometimes
- 23:04when it's like a really crappy day i will oh my god i'm so sorry i will i'll
- 23:10just go stand out on the front porch just to get like a little bit of that nature fix that i need because
- 23:17I can't be cooped up. You know, it's hard for me. I work from home.
- 23:21I mean, I love working from home. I'm in my own personal bubble.
- 23:24You know, I wear what I want. Um, and.
- 23:29But I have to go outside at least a couple of times a day. Otherwise,
- 23:34I just find myself irritable.
- 23:36So it's just amazing.
- 23:40I look at people like us where we're like, we have to go outside.
- 23:43Even if it's dead of winter, we're like, I have to stand outside at some point in today.
- 23:48Because it's just we're aware of what nature does for us. And it's completely free.
- 23:53I just find people, I don't want to touch on this too much. But I see a lot
- 23:58of people buying supplements for things like whether it be magnesium,
- 24:03melatonin, this and iron, that and that.
- 24:07But if you would just go outside and like I said, I don't want to touch on it
- 24:12too much, but realize what's around you, you know, basil, lemon balm,
- 24:17mint, you know, rosemary, sage,
- 24:20dandelion.
- 24:22Yep. they're honeysuckle like
- 24:25there are so many things that are
- 24:28just right there or easy to
- 24:31plant like i have so many planted um that
- 24:34are so beneficial for you
- 24:37that are just easily accessible right there outside than all these supplements
- 24:44that you're putting in your body obviously like i said i'm not a i'm not a medical
- 24:47professional um you know always you know google lens or look something up before
- 24:52you just go ahead and put it in your mouth but um.
- 24:56It just amazes me like how oh god like lazy you know yeah yeah people do get
- 25:03lazy but you just want supplements and but all this stuff occurs naturally outdoors
- 25:09outdoors yes like i said like,
- 25:12lowering your blood pressure naturally overtaking like a blood pressure pill
- 25:17like if i had high blood pressure, my ass would be outside.
- 25:20You know, with my anxiety right now, I, you know, I do take medicine for like
- 25:27my depression because I'm just in a spot in my life right now. But.
- 25:32Previous to how I'm right now, four years, it was like four years,
- 25:39I used outside as my medicine.
- 25:44It helped me. It helped make it manageable on a level.
- 25:49Obviously, I discussed this with a professional, but it worked for me.
- 25:56So it's just i just i want sometimes i just wish i could like just take everyone's
- 26:02phones away for a day you know lock their doors you can go out you can go back
- 26:07inside at this time just to see.
- 26:11Like how the world would be you know close malls
- 26:14down close everything you know non-essential down and
- 26:17just go to a park go sit somewhere
- 26:20you know just see how happy
- 26:24and healthy like the world would be just for one day and you don't like me growing
- 26:30up in the bronx is a concrete jungle i was outdoors all the time we rode up
- 26:36bikes everywhere yeah everywhere everywhere yeah and And being in the Bronx,
- 26:41there's tons of greenery.
- 26:43I found every single park, explored as much as I can.
- 26:47And if I didn't want to go that far, I found the smallest little patches of
- 26:53greenery that I could and I'd hide.
- 26:56Man, I found some cool places, man. Like alongside highways,
- 27:01you know, I found them and they were so cool to explore.
- 27:04Lauren, even back then as a kid, living in a concrete jungle,
- 27:08I still connected myself to nature. It was one of my priorities.
- 27:12And I love doing it, and I still do today.
- 27:14Yeah, I love it. I just love outside.
- 27:18You know, I am growing, like, a lot of herbs and stuff this year,
- 27:23which I'm really excited about. Like, lavender.
- 27:25My sage is out of this world.
- 27:27I'm growing chamomile. And it's just nice to...
- 27:32Help grow something in nature that
- 27:37not only i'm giving to nature but i'm also you
- 27:40know benefiting from you know
- 27:43it's just an amazing thing and it i'm
- 27:46guilty you know ask my 16 year old self my ass
- 27:49was yeah i was outside but i was doing other i wasn't
- 27:52allowing nature to ground me and benefit me
- 27:56but now you know 10 years
- 27:59later my kid's outside grounding constantly and
- 28:02the way his mood shifts when he goes outside is just like
- 28:05unmatched and the way my mood does it's just outside is so beneficial and i
- 28:10just want you know as the eye opener society i want to open everyone's eyes
- 28:14to just think about it think about going outside for maybe you know start out
- 28:20small all and just keep going and see,
- 28:23you know, do a little test or something like that.
- 28:26Seven days, do a little journal. I went outside for X amount of time.
- 28:29This is how I feel afterwards and see what it does for you.
- 28:32And for those of you who already do it, reach out to us, go to the.
- 28:38Eyeopenersocietyatgmail.com, reach out to us and tell us if you have been part
- 28:42of the outdoors, what has it done for you?
- 28:45Uh, we'd love to hear from everybody and everybody's experiences
- 28:48from on this because yeah i think human
- 28:52beings as a whole we need this more than anything
- 28:55we need it more than anything now it'll change
- 28:59our moods it'll get rid of so many ridiculous medications
- 29:03and so many ridiculous medical conditions that i think we have just because
- 29:08we become products of our environment and because we're in the wrong environment
- 29:12we're in the wrong environment experiment way too often when we need to be outside
- 29:16and we need to be doing things that are closer to nature to help us heal. Yeah.
- 29:22And don't be messaging me like, oh, if I go outside, I get an allergic reaction,
- 29:26so I'm allergic to pollen. Okay. Take it clear and you'll be all right.
- 29:30Yeah. Yeah. Listen, everybody's got allergies sometimes, but we get these allergies
- 29:34because we don't spend enough time outside.
- 29:36Yeah. As me, a person who literally got held back as a child in school because
- 29:42I had such bad allergies that they thought I was like deathly sick and gonna get kids sick.
- 29:48I still have some flare-ups every once in a while, but that's probably when
- 29:53they're putting chemtrails in the air.
- 29:55But anyway, my allergies have progressively gotten better for me.
- 30:02And like I said, I was like that kid that my eyes were literally like I looked like a fly.
- 30:05They were red. I had hives everywhere. And now it's like, I'm good. I just go outside.
- 30:12I live my life, and I let nature do what it's supposed to do for me.
- 30:17Yep and if it really does bother you and you
- 30:20really do wait till winter yeah learn how to enjoy winter and
- 30:23because that's the cleanest air or even fall when all that
- 30:26starts to go away so we hope
- 30:28you enjoyed this little talk um i know i
