2x Olympian and British Champion Andy Butchart joins me to talk about life at the very top of distance & middle distance running. He is one of Britain's greatest runners competing at 2016 Rio Olympics & Tokyo 2020. Andy shares what it was really like racing against Mo Farah, competing on the world stage, and experiencing the Olympic Games from inside the Olympic Village. He also shares his AWFUL experience in the New York Marathon on debut... What a top bloke, thoroughly enjoyed this chat.
