Ya'at'eeh my relatives. Today is Friday, June 30 and I invite you to join me for My Second Cup of Coffee and a discussion about the recent US Supreme Court opinions re: Native Water Rights, Affirmative Action and LGBTQ protections. SCOTUS is issuing opinions exactly like we should expect from the highest court of a nation whose Declaration of Independence refers to Natives as "Merciless Indian Savages" and whose Constitution (still) uses 53 gender specific male pronouns and keeps slavery legal in prison.
