- 0:27Good morning from the chicken coop so You ever tried to
- 0:31squeeze water? I'm not talking about in a
- 0:34balloon, I'm talking about in your hand.
- 0:35Have you ever tried to put your hand under a stream of water and
- 0:40actually squeeze water well when you go to squeeze water nothing
- 0:44happens you end up with nothing in your hands but when you put
- 0:47your hands into a cup form and put your palms together and cut
- 0:52them, you end up with a handful of two handfuls of water a cup.
- 0:57If you will, now, is it leaking? Some of you will say, well, it's
- 0:59still leaking. Yes it is.
- 1:01But you end up with water that you can take a drink from when
- 1:04you squeeze it. You can't get anything from it.
- 1:07The lesson in this as Bruce Lee famously said the water, right?
- 1:13Everybody's like, wow, these water.
- 1:15Well, the essence of water is that it's very, very fluid and
- 1:20it always takes the path of least resistance.
- 1:23That's what's so funny about it. People think well, you know, you
- 1:26say that take the path of least resistance.
- 1:28Does that mean you're not trying?
- 1:29Does that mean you're not putting Enough energy.
- 1:31Well, I want to remind you. My friends water is one of the
- 1:34most powerful forces on this planet.
- 1:36It keeps us all alive. It has the ability to create the
- 1:40most gorgeous, you know, natural resources that we have Grand
- 1:47Canyon. What not?
- 1:49We look at at all the beautiful features of rocks around the
- 1:52world and they have been shaped by water.
- 1:55And then not to mention what happens when you get down to
- 1:58Frozen water, glaciers and whatnot, Moving.
- 2:01Look at the power of glaciers. Well, guess what?
- 2:03That's frozen water. And water is absolutely a Divine
- 2:10energy that's out there and being like water will serve us
- 2:15well, and how do we do? How do we be like water during
- 2:18the day? How do we, how do we have?
- 2:20What we know this show up in our everyday life?
- 2:23Well, notice that when you are doing, let's say you doing your
- 2:26dishes water flows, right over your hands water just moves it
- 2:31Allow the barriers to impede it so much, even if you have a cup
- 2:34in your filling it up, eventually it overruns.
- 2:37It, it just always finds the path of least resistance.
- 2:40It always looks for the way to just keep itself flowing and
- 2:46stagnant water. As we know we, none of us want
- 2:49to go near will say, oh, that's stagnant water.
- 2:51That's dangerous. We don't want to go near that.
- 2:53So, there's so much Enlightenment and understanding
- 2:58water and just the promise of Of it and how it flows through life
- 3:01and using that as a metaphor for yourself.
- 3:03And today, I want to talk about being fluid remaining fluid
- 3:07remaining in that state that we see water.
- 3:12And most of the time where it's just consistently able to move
- 3:16and flow and what that does for us.
- 3:19So when you remain fluid and you're not rigid, you have the
- 3:23capability to actually go ahead and and and adapt in any You're
- 3:31put into because you realize the power is in the fluidity.
- 3:35The power is in this. The state of saying, okay, I can
- 3:41be fluid, I can continuously move.
- 3:43I can shape-shift into whatever I need to around me and not be
- 3:48so rigid, that I say no. Now I'm not talking about giving
- 3:52up all your personal boundaries and just saying, all right, the
- 3:55hell with it. I'm not going to do any of this
- 3:57other stuff that I've set in place because I'm supposed to be
- 4:00fluid. And what I'm saying is, allow
- 4:02yourself to be flexible. Allow yourself to be that that
- 4:07learner that can look at a situation, say, what's the path
- 4:10of least resistance right now, especially if there are things
- 4:13that are being presented to you, that you don't like when your
- 4:17fluid and you stop resisting and you stop being rigid, oftentimes
- 4:22the solution is clearly right in front of you.
- 4:26You know, it's funny, we just didn't escape room yesterday and
- 4:30there was so Times in the escape room because the clock is
- 4:32ticking and you're seeing the clock tick and you're trying to
- 4:36figure your way out and you're trying to figure the puzzles out
- 4:39and there's so many times that are triggered in there with the
- 4:42pressure of time where you become like panicked and you go.
- 4:46Okay, I got to get this. I got to get this.
- 4:47I got to get this and you're trying to force something and
- 4:51instead of just stopping and pausing and becoming more fluid.
- 4:55What's another way to look at this?
- 4:57Another great way to go back. What's another way to look at
- 5:00this? This and then all of a sudden
- 5:01you see it. We had at least three puzzles
- 5:04that we were able to solve because we were stopped and
- 5:08paused and said, okay what's another way to look at this?
- 5:11Let's take this from a different perspective but it was like
- 5:14being like water being fluid. I have to be able to not get so
- 5:19rigid in this room. There are not going to be
- 5:21instruction books. We didn't want to take the
- 5:23clues. We said give us zero Clues.
- 5:26We don't we don't want any so that we can just know.
- 5:28We did it on our own to see how far we could go.
- 5:30And what was fascinating about that was the ability to be able
- 5:35to just stay fluid in the situation.
- 5:37Not allow your emotions to take over.
- 5:40It was absolutely thrilling, exciting fun.
- 5:43And you know what, we didn't finish the room, we were within
- 5:46five minutes of fishing. The room, finishing the room.
- 5:48We only had. We took one clue and the last
- 5:52five minutes just so we could figure out if we were close and
- 5:56we own, there were only two things that we hadn't done, but
- 5:59it was Thrilling to know how far we got with zero Clues until
- 6:06that last five minutes, just one little clue.
- 6:08But we did the whole thing up to that point.
- 6:10And then to say, wow, we really got.
- 6:12The girl was amazed. She's like, how did you get this
- 6:14one without this other one? Because it was, but it was our
- 6:17ability to be able to just stay fluid as we went through it.
- 6:22So again, this is one of those times where when you start to
- 6:26use have all these little metaphors in yourself and like,
- 6:28am I being like water right now? Am I Like water would ask, am I
- 6:32looking for the path of least resistance?
- 6:34Am I putting myself in the, you know, in the state of rigidity?
- 6:39Or can I loosen my grip and can I become less rigid about
- 6:43everything and just be like water.
- 6:46So hopefully today, you will find some time to be like water
- 6:50and I will see you tomorrow. My friends have a blessed day.
- 6:54Bye.
